Joby Weeks Case - Bitcoin Pioneer EXPOSES Justice System | Jobi Weeks Interview · 4biddenknowledge Podcast

• 1:00
SPEAKER_03: Aloha, my name's Joby Weeks and I've been stuck here on House Arrest for six years, and you're probably wondering why.
• 1:09
  SPEAKER_03: Me too.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_03: I became an entrepreneur at a very young age.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_03: I started my own business mowing lawns and shoveling snow and helped a friend with the paper route.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_03: I go door knocking, selling magazine subscriptions.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_03: Any little way I could figure out how to make money when I'm like 10.
• 1:31
  SPEAKER_01: Good afternoon, sir.
• 1:32
  SPEAKER_01: Good afternoon, ma'am.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_01: Oh, hey buddy, are your pants off?
• 1:36
  SPEAKER_03: I took off.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_03: We're gonna race each other around the room.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_03: And so somebody said, hey, you've seen the Bitcoin network on how you can download this musical movie.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_04: Bitcoin is an experienced digital currency.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_04: We're asking whether or not this currency really has any longevity, let alone legitivity.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_03: I'm not an expert in cryptocurrency, but I have my doubts about it.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_03: When Bitcoin was coming out, nobody really knew what a Bitcoin was, but we already had a mint to mention gold and silver coins, and so we thought, well, let's make a Bitcoin coin.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_02: What's really ironic, too, is Joby was actually getting hacked by a nefarious character, and Joby was the one who actually brought it to the FBI.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_03: Track the Bitcoin to a wall with over a billion dollars in it, and I give it to them on a silver platter of this dot sea, here's the hacker.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_03: And they're like, well, how do we say this?
• 2:48
SPEAKER_03: There's an investigation going on on you.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_03: Six months goes by, and I get a phone call, and they're like, the government raided the data center, and they took everything.
• 2:55
  SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, what?
• 2:56
  SPEAKER_00: On December 5th, 2019, Mr.
• 2:59
SPEAKER_00: Weeks was indicted for selling unregistered securities and wire fraud.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_03: They didn't actually say I sold unregistered securities.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_03: They said I was thinking about it.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_04: Today I want to talk about a very special friend of mine.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_04: A man that has been tormented by the system for many years.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_04: We're gonna talk about a case that to many people watching closely raises serious questions about fairness, due process, and what happens when the justice systems move so slowly that the process itself starts to feel like a punishment.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_04: I'm talking about my very good friend Joby Weeks.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_04: The public record shows that Joby Weeks was connected to the Big Club Network case, a massive crypto-related prosecution that drew national attention.
• 4:04
SPEAKER_04: Ultimately, he entered a guilty plea to tax evasion and conspiracy to offer and sell unregistered and licensed securities.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_04: However, his plea wasn't exactly the plea that he wanted, but they promised him that he would be able to get out and see his daughter.
• 4:23
  SPEAKER_04: The typical manipulation tactics.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_04: But even after that, for many of his supporters, that is where the real issue begins.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_04: The real issue is what happened next.
• 4:34
SPEAKER_04: What people see as the injustice of Joby Weeks is the fact that this case has been dragged on for so many years.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_04: Year after year, delay after delay, motion after motion, and still no final closure.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_04: Imagine living in legal limbo for that long.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_04: Imagine pleading guilty, expecting resolution, and then remaining stuck in a prolonged process that stretches so far out that your life is effectively paused.
• 5:01
SPEAKER_04: For supporters of Jovi Weeks like myself, that is where the system begins to look less like justice and more like attrition.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_04: We argue that Jovi was not the mastermind of an entire operation, but rather a promoter, someone used as a visible face, while the weight of a much larger narrative came crashing down around him.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_04: They point to the extended restrictions, the home confinement, the drawn-out legal proceedings, and the years of uncertainty as evidence that the punishment began long before the final sentence was ever imposed.
• 5:34
SPEAKER_04: And that is a powerful point.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_04: Because even when someone has admitted wrongdoing, the justice system still is supposed to function with balance, proportionately, and timelines.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_04: Justice delayed can become justice distorted, and when a case stretches across years without finality, many begin to ask whether the system is serving truth or simply exhausting the person caught inside of it.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_04: Now, the legal record does not show that Joby Weeks was exonerated, and it does not show that the court declared him framed or innocent.
• 6:13
  SPEAKER_04: That's important to say.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_04: But what it does show is something that should concern all of us.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_04: A system capable of leaving a person suspended for years in unresolved states where the process itself becomes a burden that reshapes every part of our lives.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_04: So today we're not just asking what happened to Joe B.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_04: Weeks or what did he do?
• 6:33
  SPEAKER_04: We're asking a bigger question.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_04: At what point does delay become injustice?
• 6:39
SPEAKER_04: At what point does legal limbo become its own sentence?
• 6:44
SPEAKER_04: And if the justice system can do this to one person, what does that say about the system itself?
• 6:52
SPEAKER_04: I had a chance to connect with Joby Weeks and interview him at his place down in Miami while he was on house arrest.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_04: Take a look and listen in.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_04: I'm advocating for the freedom of Joby Weeks.
• 7:07
  SPEAKER_04: Peace.
• 7:08
  SPEAKER_04: Alright, brother.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_04: Hey, thank you, man, for giving me this opportunity to come and sit down and talk to you.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_04: For my people who come to my channels on my platform, just tell them a little bit about yourself, how you got started, and a little bit about the background of why we're having this conversation today.
• 7:26
  SPEAKER_04: Just a small amount.
• 7:27
  SPEAKER_03: Sure.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_03: Hey everybody, I'm Joby Weeks.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_03: I live here in Miami.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_03: Just ran into Billy down at the sushi bar.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_03: Said, oh dude, I got a story for you.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_03: I am known as an early Bitcoin pioneer, now political prisoner.
• 7:43
SPEAKER_03: I designed a Bitcoin logo that went viral throughout the internet.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_03: And we started making cold storage coins years ago, where we would laser etch the private key into the back of the coins so that you could have a fireproof and floodproof wallet.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_03: And got my first Bitcoin on the on the Silk Road back when it was 85 cents a bitcoin.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_03: So the first, you know, there was no exchanges back then, so you had to find the tour and find the Silk Road and then find a green dot card and and um you know buy it from some sketchy guy that had a bunch of stars.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_03: It was like eBay back then, you know, five stars.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_03: So bought about 250 bitcoins for 200 bucks.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_03: And um I was in I was enthralled uh but with the technology, the ability to transfer value across the internet without having to go through a trusted third party.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_03: That was a really important um breakthrough.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_03: And uh I already was battling the banks.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_03: Uh we had a mint, we were minting gold and silver coins.
• 8:42
SPEAKER_03: That's why I was able to design the Bitcoin logo with a partner of mine because uh we were already creating barter networks.
• 8:49
SPEAKER_03: I was involved with something called the Liberty Dollar.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_03: And so that was the second most popular currency in the United States.
• 8:55
  SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_03: Um and we made the Ron Paul coins and I don't know, minted about a hundred million dollars for the gold and silver coins, had about 20,000 merchants that were accepting our money for their goods and services.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_03: So we were trying to operate outside the matrix.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and uh those days.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, and we were really, really excited about Ron Paul with his Free Competition and Currency Act and his Health Freedom Protection Act and his books, Pillars of Prosperity and Liberty to Find, and the Fed, and the foreign policy of freedom.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and so um, you know, we did the Ron Paul blimp and the Ron Paul limo, and you know, I was heavily involved in that.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_03: So it just kind of carried on uh into the crypto world, and um just the long and the short of it, I ended up building these monster data centers, and we raised about 700 million dollars, mined 92,000 bitcoins and a half million Ethereum, and um, you know, worth about 10 billion dollars, and instead of being put on the cover of Time magazine, I got kidnapped.
• 9:50
  SPEAKER_04: Right.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_04: Wow, this is an incredible story.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_04: So, I mean, because I remember going back in time, you know, a friend of mine was telling me about Bitcoin.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_04: You got you were at 85 cents right per mining per mine Bitcoin.
• 10:04
SPEAKER_04: I was seeing at a dollar, my friend was like, I'm gonna buy pizza with this Bitcoin.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_04: And I'm like, I couldn't put it together in my brain, I couldn't wrap my mind around it at the time.
• 10:15
SPEAKER_04: Um, and you know, I thought it was some kind of a scam.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_04: And so, needless to say, he's obviously a multimillionaire, still to this day.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_04: He didn't he was in billionaire status, but he he when the collapse happened and other things happened, he he he capitulated a little bit.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_04: But um, looking back at that one dollar mark for Bitcoin, and I can only imagine if you'd have 250, 400, whatever the numbers are you were able to accumulate and build, just incredible.
• 10:41
SPEAKER_04: And so now we fast forward to you building this um this ability to generate wealth at a high level outside of the system.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, did the men in black show up?
• 10:52
  SPEAKER_03: They did, they did.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, well, I had a$10 million a month power bill, and I was looking for different ways of zeroing out the power bill.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and uh we plugged one data center into a volcano.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_03: It's called geothermal, so we were running off the heat from the volcano, and we're using hydroelectric in another data center um in Tbilisi, Georgia, and one in Norway and Canada, and one in Montana.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_03: Um, but it wasn't really the energy men in black, it was the banking cartel people.
• 11:21
SPEAKER_03: Ah, because as we know, probably most of you guys know, yeah, the central bank of the world is a bank of international settlements, and they have their member central banks like the IMF, the World Bank, the Bank of England, the Federal Reserve Bank.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and underneath that are the corresponding banks like Chase and Wells Fargo and Bank.
• 11:37
  SPEAKER_03: It's their pyramid scheme.
• 11:38
  SPEAKER_03: Their pyramid scheme.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, they're Swift, their Swift system, and the guys at the top, these trillion-dollar trusts, these wealthy elite families, you know, they they see this crypto thing happen, and then it started really snowblinding.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_03: I went to 175 countries, I got millions of people involved in crypto.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and we built this massive club called Bit Club, the Bit Club Network, which had over a million members in over 100 different countries.
• 12:03
  SPEAKER_03: Wow.
• 12:03
SPEAKER_03: Everybody started mining Bitcoin with us.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_03: We were the largest mining pool in the world.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_03: And um, so they raided the data center, they kidnapped me.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I wouldn't give them the private keys.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_03: They took me to this unmarked building where um, like you know, I was like, if you guys were really like a black site.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_03: It was a black site, it wasn't exactly a black site.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_03: For six hours to try to hustle me for the private keys.
• 12:24
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_03: Um, and I'm like, if you guys are really cops, I get to see a judge, I get to see a lawyer, you can't just like kidnap me.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_03: And so after six hours them trying to get my keys, I was like, no, I need to pay for bail, I need to hire a lawyer.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_03: Um, they just disappeared me for 11 months.
• 12:40
  SPEAKER_04: Jeez.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_03: Bounced me from jail to jail to jail to jail, state to state to state.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_03: My family didn't know where I was for 11 months.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_03: Denied me bail, denied me a trial, totally unconstitutional, illegal.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_03: You're not supposed to just kidnap people and throw them in jail without first convicting them of a crime.
• 12:55
SPEAKER_03: The constitution is very clear.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_03: You get indicted, you get arrested, you get bail, you get a trial, and if you're convicted after trial, that's when you go to jail, after you've been convicted.
• 13:04
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, they don't do that in this country.
• 13:06
  SPEAKER_03: It's it's an illusion.
• 13:07
SPEAKER_03: They they kidnapped me, they denied me bail, denied me a trial, just threw me straight in jail.
• 13:11
SPEAKER_03: And um, I was put in a situation where my lawyer said, What would you rather be five years in jail and innocent, or one year in jail and guilty?
• 13:21
SPEAKER_03: And I was like, Well, what do you mean this?
• 13:23
  SPEAKER_03: He's like, Well, it's a complex case.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_03: The judge did an ends of justice really in and waived your speedy trial right, so she's not gonna give you a trial for like five years.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_03: And you're a flight risk because you own airplanes and cars and islands and houses and all over the world.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_03: Uh and they got mad about you know us starting Libra land, the land of liberty, and making our own passports, you know, they put that on the docket.
• 13:43
SPEAKER_03: Your honor, he started his own country, he's making passports, he's a flight risk.
• 13:47
  SPEAKER_03: Oh god.
• 13:47
SPEAKER_03: So they wouldn't give me bail.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_03: So they my lawyer basically said Um, if you insist that two plus two equals four, they're gonna keep you in jail for the next five years.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_03: But if you just admit two plus two equals five, yeah, by taking a false coerced plea deal, um, they'll let you go tomorrow.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, well, I could reverse the plea once I'm at.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_03: And they're like, yeah, as long as you do it before sentencing, you'll be fine.
• 14:11
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, well, fine, two plus two is five.
• 14:13
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_03: And they let me go.
• 14:15
SPEAKER_03: And I had a one-year-old daughter learn how to walk and talk at the time.
• 14:17
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 14:18
SPEAKER_03: So they leveraged that against me.
• 14:20
SPEAKER_03: And they wanted me to eat a tax charge, which I wasn't even indicted for taxes.
• 14:24
  SPEAKER_05: Wow.
• 14:25
  SPEAKER_03: There's like everybody's just make-believe.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_03: If I was like, fine, I killed Abraham Lincoln.
• 14:29
  SPEAKER_03: Don't ask me how.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_03: I wasn't even around 150 years ago, but I'll admit to it if it gets me to go home tomorrow.
• 14:34
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_03: You know, so that was the situation.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_03: So I get out, I send in all the paperwork to uh reverse the plea.
• 14:42
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_03: They get so pissed, and I'm on house arrest, house incarceration.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_03: So I can't go anywhere, do anything, have a phone, have a computer, can't hold a remote control to the TV because it's connected to the internet.
• 14:54
  SPEAKER_03: Goodness.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_03: Can't have a bank account, can't use crypto, can't have a job, can't go to church, can't go to wet weddings and funerals and friends and family.
• 15:01
  SPEAKER_05: Wow.
• 15:01
SPEAKER_03: Um, I gotta have a guard watching me 24 hours a day.
• 15:04
  SPEAKER_03: I'm drug tested twice a week.
• 15:06
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_03: The craziest law fair, you know.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_03: And this has been going on six years.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_03: So, so that's what basically what has happened is now the um government has requested that the judge give them continuance after continuance after 33 continuances.
• 15:21
  SPEAKER_04: Wow.
• 15:22
SPEAKER_04: What they're trying to do is they want you to stop building because what you were doing was doing was gonna do so much damage to them financially, they saw we have to slow this guy down, we gotta stop him, we gotta diminish him.
• 15:35
SPEAKER_04: We have to make an example out of him.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_04: That way nobody will come up behind him and try to duplicate it.
• 15:40
SPEAKER_03: Well, three and a half trillion dollars left their system.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_03: So they're not happy about that.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_03: This was before we had a strategic Bitcoin reserve, before the BlackRock and Goldman Sachs was in the deal.
• 15:48
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 15:49
SPEAKER_03: You know, the truth comes in three phases, right?
• 15:51
SPEAKER_03: It's laughed at, oh, magical internet money, that will never be anything, and then it's violently opposed.
• 15:55
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_03: That's when I got kidnapped, and now it's self-evident, you know, and then you win.
• 15:59
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_03: And so now, you know, everybody seems to like crypto, and yet here I am, still stuck on house arrest, six almost seven years.
• 16:05
  SPEAKER_03: This happened in 2018.
• 16:06
  SPEAKER_03: Unbelievable.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_03: Almost seven years later, still haven't been convicted of a crime, yeah, still haven't had a trial.
• 16:12
SPEAKER_03: It's bonkers, and uh, so I appreciate I went five years, no interviews, no podcasts.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_03: I hire all these lawyers.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_03: I have David Boyce, who the Yale Law School is named after the guy.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_03: He's like uh, you know, Hunter Biden worked for him for 10 years.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, this is a political case, not a legal case, so I need to get into politics and to buy law fair.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_03: So I thought I'd hire them, but this was just a CIA deep state heist.
• 16:34
SPEAKER_03: Um, and so they just wanted to take millions of dollars and railroad me.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_03: And and Boyce said, I know you're innocent, but yeah, you're gonna be a martyr for your cause unless you get 10 million people to get behind you.
• 16:47
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 16:48
SPEAKER_03: Well, how am I supposed to get 10 million people behind me if you told me I'm not allowed to do any interviews?
• 16:52
  SPEAKER_03: Right, right.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_03: So I fired out of these guys, and then I was like, oh, you know, who might have some say uh or sway, um, was Alan Derschwitz.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_03: He worked at Harvard for 50 years, you know, he knows uh President Trump, you know.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_03: So I he wrote a white paper for me going through all the felonies and all the stuff the government so basically I submitted all these motions as complaints.
• 17:15
  SPEAKER_05: Okay.
• 17:15
SPEAKER_03: So when you re report a felony to an officer of government, if they do nothing about it, it's called a misprison of a felony and they become accessories after the fact.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_03: So you can report a crime.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_03: If they do nothing about it, you can then sue them and hold them personally liable.
• 17:28
  SPEAKER_05: That is true.
• 17:29
SPEAKER_03: So when I put it all in the docket on the record, the prosecutors read all these crimes the government's done and they quit.
• 17:35
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_03: And three more come on, they read, and then they quit.
• 17:37
SPEAKER_03: Three more come on, they read, they quit, three more come on, they read.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_03: I've gone through 12 prosecutors that's been going on for six years.
• 17:43
  SPEAKER_03: Oh my goodness.
• 17:44
  SPEAKER_03: Six years.
• 17:44
  SPEAKER_04: Wow.
• 17:45
SPEAKER_03: If I was even found guilty of my crime was selling an unregistered security, they're trying to say that computer equipment is a security.
• 17:51
SPEAKER_03: I was a vendor selling computer equipment to this organization called BitClub.
• 17:56
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_03: And set up data centers and stuff.
• 17:58
SPEAKER_03: So I'm selling this equipment.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_03: They want to say it's an unregistered security, and even if it was, my max sentence, it was zero to five.
• 18:05
  SPEAKER_03: Like no mandatory minimums.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_03: Max I could go to jail for is five years.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_03: I've been sitting here in jail.
• 18:11
SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's a nice jail, I got a good view, but I can't go outside and get fresh air and can't go swimming.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_04: This is insane because today, in 2026, if a company gets uh caught selling, you know, red shirt licensed securities you know without registering properly, they're gonna get a fine.
• 18:28
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_04: There's nobody going to jail.
• 18:29
  SPEAKER_04: There's no CEO.
• 18:31
SPEAKER_03: Oh, it's a guy that was convicted of raping a little kid, not even get jailed.
• 18:35
  SPEAKER_03: Right, exactly.
• 18:36
SPEAKER_03: Not even one day in jail.
• 18:38
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah.
• 18:39
  SPEAKER_03: I've already done 11 months.
• 18:40
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's insane.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_03: And then another six years on house arrest.
• 18:43
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 18:44
SPEAKER_03: So they were they were definitely um, you know, I was going around speaking at all these conferences saying Social Security is Big Ponzi scam, and that the world is run by a bunch of devil worshiping pedophiles.
• 18:53
  SPEAKER_04: You didn't lie.
• 18:55
SPEAKER_04: The thing is, you were exposing every aspect of the little criminal RICO.
• 18:59
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_04: Because, you know, let's face it, they're the largest RICO on the planet.
• 19:02
  SPEAKER_03: Well, I that's what I did.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_03: I did a counterclaim on six judges, twelve prosecutors, the SEC, the IRS, the FBI, uh, 50 agents, the clerks, uh under RICO, the Sherman Antitrust Act, the Tuckers Act, and the uh Hobbes Act.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_03: And um, so they're not happy about that, obviously.
• 19:18
  SPEAKER_05: Of course not.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_03: Um, but it's true, it is organized crime.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_03: I mean the District of New Jersey is run by the mafia.
• 19:23
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, they're total criminals.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_03: I don't know why they take a um a vow to the con or an oath to the constitution and never follow it.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_03: They don't care about that.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_03: They don't care about that.
• 19:31
  SPEAKER_03: And they don't even have a U.S.
• 19:33
  SPEAKER_03: attorney.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_03: So like Trump tried to put Alina Haba in to run the District of New Jersey, and the Senate wouldn't confirm her.
• 19:39
SPEAKER_03: So the judges got together and elected their own person, threw them in.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_03: Cambani stepped in, fired the guy, put in Alina Haba again, then the judges got together and said, this is unconstitutional, and kicked Alina Haba out again.
• 19:51
SPEAKER_03: So there is like literally no U.S.
• 19:52
  SPEAKER_03: attorney.
• 19:53
SPEAKER_03: So how can they prosecute a case?
• 19:55
SPEAKER_03: How can these A USAs assisted U.S.
• 19:57
  SPEAKER_03: attorneys prosecute a case?
• 19:59
SPEAKER_03: Where do they get their authority from if there's no U.S.
• 20:01
  SPEAKER_03: attorney?
• 20:02
SPEAKER_03: It's like a magistrate judge trying to hear a case when there's no real judge to delegate the authority to that judge to even act.
• 20:09
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_03: So it's like it's a complete mess in New Jersey.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_03: I'm still sitting here, I'm I put in, you know, I I was saying I'm on like three different paths, yeah, trying to get case dismissed by the judges, but they're not they're never gonna do that.
• 20:19
  SPEAKER_03: They're criminals.
• 20:20
SPEAKER_03: So get the the uh government to drop the charges, and Bondi would read the docket, everything is there for to cover her of all the illegal stuff they've done, yeah, to just throw it out or uh get Trump to pardon me.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_03: And um, so I've submitted the pardon application.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_03: Uh, my buddy Peter Tipkin, who's uh he's been friends with Trump's for 65 years, they went to military school together, he's one of Trump's lawyers, so he submitted that paperwork, and we've been in discussions with uh Ed uh Ed Martin and Alex Johnson and the White House counsel and like sitting there trying to get this ankle bracelet off.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_03: I still have this ankle bracelet on.
• 20:59
  SPEAKER_04: Unbelievable.
• 20:59
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah, that's incredible.
• 21:02
SPEAKER_04: There are people out here doing real crimes that are really hurting people.
• 21:07
SPEAKER_04: And from what it seems, from what I've seen so far, what I've learned about what your enterprise was, there are no victims.
• 21:15
SPEAKER_03: No victims, no injured party, no one was standing to sue.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_03: You turn$700 million into$10 billion, everybody gets rich, yeah, and then you get kidnapped.
• 21:22
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 21:22
SPEAKER_03: And it's like that with Mexico, though, too.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_03: When if you go down to Mexico, you build a hotel, but you forget to cut the cartel in.
• 21:29
SPEAKER_03: When the hotel's done, they just visit you at your hotel, stick a gun in your head, and say, go back to America, and you do, and guess who gets the hotel?
• 21:37
  SPEAKER_03: The cartel.
• 21:39
SPEAKER_03: So that's kind of what happened in this uh in in America, the land of the free.
• 21:43
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you know.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_03: Um, but I don't even think it was the government, honestly.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_03: I think it was corrupt agents within kind of like what they did with the Silk Foot Road.
• 21:52
SPEAKER_03: When the agents raided the Silk Road to shut that down, yeah.
• 21:55
SPEAKER_03: The agents didn't give the government the Bitcoin, they stole the Bitcoin themselves, and those agents went to jail for six years.
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_05: Wow.
• 22:01
SPEAKER_03: I mean, we can't find the assets.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_03: I call up the IRS and I'm like, where are the assets in West Palm?
• 22:06
SPEAKER_03: Oh, call Tampa the Marshalls.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_03: I call them, oh, it's call the FBI in Miami.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_03: Oh, we sent Colorado four boxes.
• 22:12
  SPEAKER_03: I call Colorado.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_03: Oh, we only got one box.
• 22:15
SPEAKER_03: Oh, but they sent four boxes.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_03: You only got one box?
• 22:17
  SPEAKER_03: I don't know, call New Jersey.
• 22:19
SPEAKER_03: Nobody knows where the assets are.
• 22:20
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
• 22:21
  SPEAKER_05: They're gone.
• 22:21
  SPEAKER_03: It's a billion-dollar heist.
• 22:23
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 22:23
SPEAKER_03: And now they they're like, oh, you know, so now I'm in this predicament.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_03: It's very dangerous to be right when the government is wrong.
• 22:30
  SPEAKER_03: That's true.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_03: And truth is treason and the empire flies.
• 22:33
  SPEAKER_04: Unfortunately, that's the truth.
• 22:35
SPEAKER_04: It's gotta come to some type of a balance where um, you know, I guess you're gonna you're gonna have to give a little, they're gonna have to give a little.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_03: I've been given like almost seven years of my life.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_03: It's time, you know, drop this, let me go, be a father of my two kids.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_03: My daughter has only ever known me on house arrest.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_03: She's seven years old now.
• 22:52
  SPEAKER_04: That's insane.
• 22:53
  SPEAKER_03: Horrible.
• 22:53
  SPEAKER_04: That's insane.
• 22:54
SPEAKER_03: Now I have a new eight month little baby, so yeah, you know, it's um no harm, no foul.
• 22:59
SPEAKER_03: I'm not gonna like try.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_03: Go build the biggest data centers in the world, right?
• 23:02
SPEAKER_03: You guys are already in it now.
• 23:04
SPEAKER_03: Black Rock's in, Goldman Sachs is in.
• 23:06
  SPEAKER_03: You can't stop it.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_03: So you can't be mad at me anymore.
• 23:08
  SPEAKER_05: Right.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_04: And just like when marijuana was illegal, there are people locked up right now today for selling a few bags of weed.
• 23:16
SPEAKER_04: And now in the same state, marijuana is perfectly legal, and they're still locked up.
• 23:20
  SPEAKER_04: Horrible.
• 23:21
  SPEAKER_04: They should be free.
• 23:22
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 23:23
  SPEAKER_04: For selling flowers.
• 23:24
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 23:24
SPEAKER_03: You know, it doesn't make any sense.
• 23:25
SPEAKER_03: Well, that after Ron Paul, um we lost in the 2008 national convention.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_03: I made myself a national delegate to the convention when I got elected.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_03: So I would give him pretty close to Ron Paul.
• 23:38
SPEAKER_03: And he said, go back and fix something at the local level that you can change yourself at the local level.
• 23:44
SPEAKER_03: Because in America, we can actually introduce our own legislation to the ballot.
• 23:48
SPEAKER_03: We can circumvent the politicians who won't introduce legislation because of fear of blowback or whatever.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_03: So we can actually introduce our own stuff with a ballot initiative.
• 23:57
  SPEAKER_03: It's petitioned.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_03: So I had my friend Scott McAllister draft up a petition for us to legalize cannabis.
• 24:02
  SPEAKER_03: You brought up cannabis.
• 24:03
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_03: So I sat in front of the bank and grocery store, the post office, I collected all the signatures in my little ski town of Breckenridge, Colorado.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_03: Got enough signatures, got on the ballot.
• 24:12
SPEAKER_03: 76% of the town voted yes to legalize it.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_03: And Breck became the first town in America to legalize cannabis.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_03: And then we took it to the other 64 counties.
• 24:19
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 24:19
SPEAKER_03: And we called it Prop 64, and Colorado became the first state to legalize cannabis.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_03: Trying to get all the people, free all the people out of the prisons and stuff.
• 24:27
SPEAKER_03: Because I mean, if you Google how many different forms of cancer does cannabis cure, hundreds of studies of every form of cancer you can think of.
• 24:35
SPEAKER_03: Why can't the people grow their own medicine?
• 24:36
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
• 24:38
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I know.
• 24:38
  SPEAKER_04: It's insane.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_04: Well, they have so much control.
• 24:40
SPEAKER_04: I mean, there's somebody down here in Miami that got arrested for rain collecting rainwater.
• 24:44
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, they think that that's their property.
• 24:46
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
• 24:47
SPEAKER_04: They own they rain, they want, you know, they want everything, obviously.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_04: And so this predicament obviously has kind of persisted for quite some time.
• 24:55
SPEAKER_04: And um is is there is there any light at the end of the tunnel for you right now?
• 25:00
SPEAKER_03: Yes, well, guys, like you are bringing light to this story, and I really appreciate it.
• 25:04
  SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
• 25:05
  SPEAKER_03: That's my honor.
• 25:05
SPEAKER_03: Especially right off the beach.
• 25:06
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, can you go upstairs really quick?
• 25:08
SPEAKER_03: Let's do this really quick.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_03: Uh only be a half hour.
• 25:12
  SPEAKER_03: Um, so thank you.
• 25:13
  SPEAKER_03: Um, freejoby.com.
• 25:15
SPEAKER_03: If you go there, www.freejoby.com, share that it's a 20-minute video Mickey Willis did.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_03: He did the pandemic one, got like two billion down view downloads.
• 25:23
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, he's a he's a great guy.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_03: I think he did a good job recapping this story.
• 25:27
SPEAKER_03: And um just send it to everybody that you know you know, love, and care about, that people that you think might have power to do something.
• 25:34
  SPEAKER_03: Send it, you know.
• 25:35
  SPEAKER_03: I'm I'm doing podcasts now.
• 25:36
SPEAKER_03: If you know anybody that wants to have me on, yeah.
• 25:39
SPEAKER_03: Um, just I think the more exposure sunlight is a good disinfectant.
• 25:43
SPEAKER_03: And um, you know, if I I've got a petition thing going so you can sign, I don't know.
• 25:49
SPEAKER_03: I've got about 2,000 signatures so far, so nowhere near the 10 million I'm told I need, but yeah um, I'm hoping that this ends soon and I appreciate the positive vibes and prayers and just getting the story out of it to as many people as we can.
• 26:02
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 26:02
SPEAKER_03: And I think um someone out there will see this and say, this is ridiculous.
• 26:06
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's ridiculous.
• 26:07
SPEAKER_04: We've got to bring light to it.
• 26:08
SPEAKER_04: Just share the video, everyone.
• 26:10
SPEAKER_04: You know, share with everybody you know.
• 26:11
SPEAKER_04: I mean, this is supposed to be the land of the free and the home of the brave, but so far they keep proving to us that this is all about control, domination, obfuscation, and power.
• 26:21
SPEAKER_04: And uh it's time for the people to recognize that we are the ones that actually have the power.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_04: The government are servants, they they are here to serve us, and yet they flipped it on us and they have us believing that we're supposed to serve them.
• 26:35
SPEAKER_04: That's not the way it's supposed to be.
• 26:36
  SPEAKER_03: It's the opposite.
• 26:37
SPEAKER_03: And and listen, we can vote with our wallets, we can stop using their money, and we don't have to shop at those douchebag companies that are exploiting and enslaving people.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_03: Nobody wants to do these these social credit scores and microchip and CBDCs and all that kind of thing.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_03: Nobody wants to get a microchip.
• 26:52
  SPEAKER_05: No.
• 26:53
SPEAKER_03: So, like, here's the reality of the situation: the Constitution says lawful money is gold and silver.
• 26:58
SPEAKER_03: So, why do we have this legal tender debt-based fiat money?
• 27:02
  SPEAKER_03: Why what what happened?
• 27:03
SPEAKER_03: We inherited this system that we never really looked too closely at, and then once you do and you realize, oh, the money isn't backed by gold and silver, it's backed by bonds, backed by birth certificates, backed by the government's ability to tax us.
• 27:14
SPEAKER_03: So they're hypothecating humans, and we're the collateral for this debt, this unsustainable debt.
• 27:19
SPEAKER_03: And if the debt's paid off, not a dollar is left circulating, yet we still owe all the interest.
• 27:23
  SPEAKER_05: Yes.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's a mathematical impossibility to pay principle plus interest if only principle exists.
• 27:28
SPEAKER_03: It's like a game of musical chairs, it's like 12 people going after 10 chairs.
• 27:32
SPEAKER_03: So we inherited the system.
• 27:34
SPEAKER_03: We're not gonna leave this system for our kids, at least I'm not.
• 27:36
SPEAKER_03: That's why I embraced minting gold and silver coins and Bitcoin and Ethereum and Dashes and Gash Monero and all the other alternatives besides the currency that finances the welfare warfare state.
• 27:46
  SPEAKER_03: Yep.
• 27:47
SPEAKER_03: And uh, you know, people talk about criminals only use the crypto.
• 27:50
SPEAKER_03: No, look at the crimes.
• 27:51
SPEAKER_03: Dollars are the most used currency by criminals.
• 27:55
  SPEAKER_03: That's right.
• 27:55
SPEAKER_03: So if you want to stop using the bankster gangster money and the money of the criminals, stop using dollars and only do business with companies that are ethical, that want to take Bitcoin or a different alternative rather than this plus the dollars keep getting worth less and less and less and less.
• 28:10
SPEAKER_03: Why would you want to use that money anyways?
• 28:12
  SPEAKER_04: It's outpacing.
• 28:13
SPEAKER_04: Inflation is outpacing any income.
• 28:15
  SPEAKER_03: Inflation is theft, it's a it's a tax.
• 28:18
SPEAKER_03: And if you or I printed at trillions and trillions of dollars out of nothing, we go to jail for it.
• 28:22
SPEAKER_03: Right because we're creating victims.
• 28:24
SPEAKER_03: Anybody that uses the currency, the purchasing power is being destroyed.
• 28:27
SPEAKER_03: So that is a crime because it creates a victim.
• 28:29
SPEAKER_03: So if you don't have any victim, then there is no crime.
• 28:32
SPEAKER_03: So another thing, go on jury duty, vote not guilty whenever you're called in to like hear a victimless crime.
• 28:39
SPEAKER_03: Guy was caught with 100 pounds of weed, here's the picture, he's obviously got the weed, he admitted to it.
• 28:43
  SPEAKER_03: You say not guilty.
• 28:44
  SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
• 28:44
  SPEAKER_03: Well, he's obviously guilty.
• 28:45
SPEAKER_03: No, not guilty, not because he was busted with a with a weed, but no, the jury judges the law and the facts.
• 28:52
  SPEAKER_05: That's true.
• 28:52
SPEAKER_03: The fact is the guy had the weed.
• 28:54
SPEAKER_03: The juror says, I don't think that law should exist in the first place.
• 28:57
SPEAKER_03: The jury is the most important vote that we have, and all our friends are always trying to skip out on jury duty when it's like the best thing you can do.
• 29:04
SPEAKER_03: Go in there, vote not guilty, and free somebody.
• 29:07
SPEAKER_03: It sends a precedent, it sends a message back to these lying politicians that hey, listen, you can you can pass any laws you want, but we the jury, we the people, are not going to convict.
• 29:16
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah.
• 29:16
SPEAKER_03: Because the government can't just convict you without permission from the jury.
• 29:19
  SPEAKER_03: That's true.
• 29:20
  SPEAKER_04: That's so true.
• 29:21
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, man, this is incredible.
• 29:23
SPEAKER_04: Um, I'm glad you get able to start getting the story out there.
• 29:25
SPEAKER_04: More people need to hear about it.
• 29:27
SPEAKER_04: Uh, a couple people had come up to me and gave me that website before.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_04: They gave me a little fly with your website.
• 29:31
  SPEAKER_04: Oh, really?
• 29:31
SPEAKER_04: Okay, so you've heard about it.
• 29:33
SPEAKER_04: About four or five months ago.
• 29:34
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, um, and um and right in West Palm Beach.
• 29:37
  SPEAKER_04: Brian Mar Lago.
• 29:38
SPEAKER_03: My friend Thor was handing him around.
• 29:40
SPEAKER_03: Go to go to Mar Lango, Thor, hand it out, have him out.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_04: Thor handed it to me.
• 29:44
SPEAKER_04: That's exactly who handed it to me, Thor.
• 29:46
  SPEAKER_03: Cool.
• 29:46
  SPEAKER_03: And then I remember.
• 29:47
SPEAKER_03: My buddy Thor, he's awesome.
• 29:48
  SPEAKER_03: What's up, Thor?
• 29:49
SPEAKER_03: Oh, he's in the movie.
• 29:50
SPEAKER_03: Thor is in the movie.
• 29:51
SPEAKER_03: Uh, you gotta see it.
• 29:52
  SPEAKER_03: It's a really good one.
• 29:53
SPEAKER_03: He hasn't seen it yet, but he'll see it tonight.
• 29:54
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure.
• 29:55
  SPEAKER_04: No, that's great.
• 29:56
SPEAKER_04: You know, um, yeah, the way this system is set up, man, it's just, you know.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_04: We've got this fiat currency, we've got this consciously attributed value to this paper and these digital zeros and ones, and they they run it by through emotion, you know, and uh and they steal from us with this fabricated inflation, and it's time for a change.
• 30:18
  SPEAKER_03: It is.
• 30:19
  SPEAKER_03: We can do it.
• 30:20
SPEAKER_03: We surround them, we outnumber them.
• 30:22
SPEAKER_03: It's all it's all these walls in our minds.
• 30:25
SPEAKER_03: So break the walls and our minds down, ground, release, forgive, don't hold the stress and anger.
• 30:30
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, focus on the solutions, don't focus on how high the mountain is.
• 30:34
SPEAKER_03: All you gotta do is focus on I can just take a step and another step and another step, and eventually you'll get there.
• 30:41
SPEAKER_03: Um, so that and one of another really important thing is get yourself free financially.
• 30:45
SPEAKER_03: And this is the bit easiest trick.
• 30:47
SPEAKER_03: If you read, read Rich Dad, Poor Dad or Retire Young, Retire Rich with a cash flow quadrant or rich dad's guide to investing.
• 30:53
SPEAKER_03: The the main takeaway, very simple.
• 30:56
SPEAKER_03: When you make your money, do not spend it right away on your expenses, your rent, your that's what poor people do.
• 31:02
SPEAKER_03: The money comes in, they spend it on rent and electric and insurance and car payments and food, right?
• 31:07
  SPEAKER_03: It's in and out.
• 31:08
  SPEAKER_03: Don't do that.
• 31:08
SPEAKER_03: Rich people, they take their money, the same money, but they put it into an asset first and then have the asset pay their rent and buy their food and pay their insurance.
• 31:15
SPEAKER_03: They make their money, put it in the asset first, and then have the asset pay for these expenses.
• 31:20
SPEAKER_03: And so you never take$50,000 and buy a Mercedes because the money's gone.
• 31:26
SPEAKER_03: Take the$50,000, put it in the asset.
• 31:27
