1:21
Speaker 3: 'roo to go live over there.
1:22
Speaker 5: Our man Steve Animal from her sister Station ninety eighty seven,
1:24
Speaker 5: A Mountain Wild, a wonderful classic rock servant is the MC.
1:27
Speaker 5: We're going to talk to Steve and doctor Casey Sacks
1:30
Speaker 5: of Bridge Valley. They're kind of the ones putting this
1:32
Speaker 5: whole thing on. Plus a little bit later on the show,
1:34
Speaker 5: actress and author Dream of Denver. You know her, the
1:37
Speaker 5: widow of Gilligan Bob Denver, but she's so much more
1:40
Speaker 5: than that. She will be appearing at the West Virginia
1:42
Speaker 5: Book Festival this weekend, so you don't want to miss that,
1:45
Speaker 5: and we're going to join her talk about our new book.
1:47
Speaker 5: She got a couple of book appearances coming up as well.
1:50
Speaker 5: But right now, though, before we get into anything else,
1:52
Speaker 5: I want to go live to the road. And I
1:55
Speaker 5: say literally the road, because I've been telling you, We've
1:57
Speaker 5: been telling you that our man Rob Reel from her
1:59
Speaker 5: Sisters State ninety six one KWS is walking a large
2:03
Speaker 5: check for WVU Children's from our studios here to eleven
2:06
Speaker 5: eleven all the way to Children's Hospital in Morgantown, WVU Children's.
2:10
Speaker 5: He left around eight or so this morning. His goal
2:12
Speaker 5: is to at least get to Clinton Dennon today.
2:14
Speaker 3: I think we have him. Now, let's check in with
2:16
Speaker 3: him via the Big Lee Piggy Wiggly hotline. Rob Real,
2:18
Speaker 3: are you there, sir?
2:20
Speaker 6: I am. I actually have recently passed Bigly Piggy Wiggily.
2:23
Speaker 6: They're getting some work done on their sign this morning.
2:26
Speaker 6: I am on the strip of one nineteen that runs
2:30
Speaker 6: right between the Interstate and well, the elkraver is just
2:34
Speaker 6: now breaking back off from me. So I'm a couple
2:37
Speaker 6: maybe not quite three miles into twenty one miles for today.
2:41
Speaker 5: That's the goal, as we said, was twenty one miles
2:43
Speaker 5: for today. And I just kept having this image Rob.
2:46
Speaker 5: Last night I was thinking about this of you getting
2:48
Speaker 5: to Mortgagtown and then realizing you forgot the check.
2:52
Speaker 3: Put my mind at ease. You do have the check
2:54
Speaker 3: with you, sir.
2:57
Speaker 6: Yes, ish. Because of the size of the check it
3:00
Speaker 6: is it is inside truck Norris for most of the walking,
3:04
Speaker 6: so we we we break it out for the photo
3:07
Speaker 6: opportunities and such. You may have heard my navigation there
3:10
Speaker 6: in the background. We break it out for the photo opportunities,
3:13
Speaker 6: but someone else is actually being responsible for the comically
3:16
Speaker 6: oversized check.
3:17
Speaker 5: Now, we, of course are going to be checking in
3:19
Speaker 5: with you each day, and along the way we appreciate
3:22
Speaker 5: you doing this.
3:23
Speaker 2: Of course.
3:23
Speaker 3: How much is the checking the amount of.
3:25
Speaker 6: Roughly roughly one hundred and seventy two thousand and then some,
3:31
Speaker 6: which translates to about one thousand dollars per mile. I'm
3:34
Speaker 6: gonna walk. So when you when you get to dream
3:37
Speaker 6: at Denver a little bit later, tell her, despite my
3:40
Speaker 6: best efforts to model my life after Maynard G. Krebs,
3:43
Speaker 6: I am failing miserably.
3:44
Speaker 3: You were the one that.
3:45
Speaker 5: Pointed that out in the interview the other day. I said, jelligant,
3:48
Speaker 5: you love Maynard G. Crabs a lot more than you too.
3:50
Speaker 5: All Right, so we'll talk. We will be talking to
3:52
Speaker 5: dream of Denver a little bit later on, Rob, I
3:54
Speaker 5: know that How's how's the weather? I know it's a
3:57
Speaker 5: little bit chilly, but I'm on, I'm in a warm studio.
4:00
Speaker 5: How's the weather?
4:01
Speaker 6: You know? I can still see my breath because it's
4:04
Speaker 6: thirty six degree Either that or I'm burning oil. But
4:08
Speaker 6: you know, Mother Nature is going to get to like
4:10
Speaker 6: sixty one today, maybe seventy tomorrow. I think it'll be
4:13
Speaker 6: all right. I'm in layers, not unlike an onion layers.
4:16
Speaker 3: Baby, I got you, I got you well, Rob, best
4:18
Speaker 3: of luck to you.
4:19
Speaker 5: I know we had some paparazzi out here this morning,
4:21
Speaker 5: our good friends at WWK, we're out here. I think
4:24
Speaker 5: watching you leave, are they still are they still along
4:26
Speaker 5: for the ride or are they just going to pick
4:28
Speaker 5: up the corpse At some point the.
4:30
Speaker 6: Radio with pictures bailed out. I can't say I blame them.
4:33
Speaker 6: Is that we ran the danger of breaking the camera.
4:36
Speaker 6: There is a reason I'm on the radio and not
4:38
Speaker 6: on television.
4:39
Speaker 5: I got you, all right, Rob. We'll let you get
4:41
Speaker 5: back to it again. Your goal is to try to
4:42
Speaker 5: get to Clendenna.
4:43
Speaker 3: Today.
4:43
Speaker 5: Rob is walking a check well over one hundred thousand
4:46
Speaker 5: dollars from Charleston to our studios all the way to
4:50
Speaker 5: WVU Children's in Morgantown. Rob will checking with you tomorrow.
4:53
Speaker 6: Man, thanks a lot, Thank you for supporting Walktober with
4:56

4:58
Speaker 5: Absolutely all right, Rob, thanks a lot. You know, as
5:01

6:04
Speaker 5: morning over at Gomart Ballpark, and I think now we
6:07
Speaker 5: are gonna check in with doctor Casey Sachs for Pumpkin Drop.
6:11
Speaker 3: Do we have doctor Sachs? Okay, we do not have
6:17
Speaker 3: doctor Sachs.
6:20
Speaker 5: I need a Jeopardy theme or something. Guys, we do
6:24
Speaker 5: not have doctor Sachs. Okay, all right, well, all right,
6:27
Speaker 5: well well we'll keep efforting to try to get doctor
6:29
Speaker 5: Sachs on the show. So we're working. The problem is
6:35
Speaker 5: we put doctor Sacks with Steve Animal. Steve Animals kind
6:38
Speaker 5: of serving as the MC over there. Do we have
6:40
Speaker 5: doctor sax now?
6:45
Speaker 7: Can hear?
6:45
Speaker 3: I can hear you? We have background noise? How you doing?
6:49
Speaker 7: I'm great? How are you?
6:50
Speaker 3: I'm doing fine? Thanks?
6:52
Speaker 5: I know you got a lot going on over there,
6:53
Speaker 5: But explain exactly this. This is the twenty fifth annual
6:56
Speaker 5: Capital City Pumpkin Drop with the Education Alliance and Ridge Valley.
7:00
Speaker 5: Our man Steve animals there too. But I want to
7:02
Speaker 5: talk to you exactly what is pumpkin drop.
7:05
Speaker 7: So pumpkin drop is where we have twenty five different
7:08
Speaker 7: schools elementary, middle and high school bring forty different teams
7:11
Speaker 7: and they design something while they're at the home their
7:15
Speaker 7: homeschool to hopefully save a pumpkin from being dropped two stories.
7:19
Speaker 7: So we've got aep out here and they help us
7:22
Speaker 7: at the Lineman trucks and then they pull up the
7:25
Speaker 7: pumpkins and drop them from the sky onto what we
7:28
Speaker 7: call our drop zone. And then the kids watch and
7:31
Speaker 7: we open up their boxes and see if they're pumpkin
7:34
Speaker 7: neded or if it's splat.
7:35
Speaker 5: So, when the pumpkins doctor sacks are actually dropped, is
7:39
Speaker 5: there a way that the kids note that it's theirs
7:41
Speaker 5: or there's just so many they just have to wait and.
7:42
Speaker 6: See they do.
7:44
Speaker 7: So they've written their names on the outside of their boxes,
7:47
Speaker 7: and so we can say it's Hayes Middle School and
7:49
Speaker 7: the kids who are from Hayes Middle School start cheering
7:52
Speaker 7: and off it. We see, I've got a whole group
7:54
Speaker 7: of kids in front of me, right now who have
7:56
Speaker 7: their phones out and they're videotaping and counting down three, two,
8:00
Speaker 7: one until we drop their pumpkin. And then we open
8:03
Speaker 7: up the box and find out what happened.
8:05
Speaker 5: And this is the twenty fifth anniversary, twenty five years.
8:07
Speaker 5: I know you haven't been a part of that from
8:09
Speaker 5: day one, but twenty five years that's a long time
8:11
Speaker 5: to be dropping pumpkins.
8:13
Speaker 8: It is.
8:14
Speaker 7: It's a long time to be dropping pumpkins. It's been
8:16
Speaker 7: really fun. We had fewer teams during COVID, but I
8:20
Speaker 7: still had students participate, and really, I think with the
8:24
Speaker 7: forty teams we have this year, really are back to
8:26
Speaker 7: a lot of engagement and it's so fun to see
8:28
Speaker 7: so many different schools and teachers bring their students out
8:31
Speaker 7: to do the design project.
8:33
Speaker 3: And how's my man Steve Animal? Is he okay? Are
8:35
Speaker 3: you keeping an eye on Animal over there?
8:37
Speaker 7: He's doing a great job. He has mceed this for
8:40
Speaker 7: years and just loved the kids and loved watching the pumpkins.
8:44
Speaker 7: He's a great contribution.
8:46
Speaker 5: Well, you know, anytime that you can break stuff and
8:48
Speaker 5: you can have screaming people, chances are Steve animals around
8:52
Speaker 5: fair enough?
8:53
Speaker 3: All right? I do want to.
8:55
Speaker 5: Transition real quick, and I know you got to get
8:56
Speaker 5: back to it, but I do want to transition real
8:58
Speaker 5: quick into some A big news that broke with Bridge
9:01
Speaker 5: Valley earlier this week, a big announcement about a partnership
9:03
Speaker 5: between Bridge Valley and Marshall.
9:05
Speaker 3: Can you tell us about that.
9:06
Speaker 7: Absolutely, we're just so thrilled. Marshall University designed what's called
9:10
Speaker 7: a Bachelor of Applied Science. They'll take seventy two credit
9:14
Speaker 7: hours from students who go to Bridge Valley that count
9:16
Speaker 7: completely towards their degree. So the degrees are kind of
9:20
Speaker 7: like a choose your own adventure and you really do
9:22
Speaker 7: get to design your own degree, and they accept all
9:25
Speaker 7: of the credits. So it means a student can complete
9:27
Speaker 7: an associate's degree and even take a couple of extra
9:30
Speaker 7: classes because an associate's degree is sixty credit hours, and
9:34
Speaker 7: then transfer seamlessly to Marshall to be able to complete
9:37
Speaker 7: that bachelor's degree.
9:38
Speaker 5: I mean, this is exciting stuff because these partnerships. You
9:41
Speaker 5: have partnerships I don't know quite as big as this one,
9:43
Speaker 5: but you work with all of the other institutions of
9:45
Speaker 5: higher learning across the state of West Virginia as well
9:47
Speaker 5: as public school. So I think that you are to
9:50
Speaker 5: be complimented for that for sure.
9:52
Speaker 7: Thank you. We really want our students to go to
9:55
Speaker 7: what is a good fit for them, and there's so
9:57
Speaker 7: many great degree programs at Marshall that anything we can
9:59
Speaker 7: do to make that transfer process more seamless, we really
10:02
Speaker 7: want to.
10:03
Speaker 5: So how many kids approximately do you have out there
10:06
Speaker 5: at Gomar Ballpark this morning?
10:07
Speaker 3: Just to approximately?
10:09
Speaker 7: Oh gosh, I would say there's probably four hundred people
10:13
Speaker 7: out here. Some of them are parents and teachers, but
10:15
Speaker 7: most are kids who did some kind of design work
10:18
Speaker 7: to save a pumpkin.
10:19
Speaker 5: This is really good stuff, as I said, as part
10:21
Speaker 5: of the STEM program there, working with these public schools.
10:23
Speaker 5: And you got them from I mean, with four hundred students,
10:25
Speaker 5: you got them from several counties, I.
10:27
Speaker 6: Would think, right for sure.
10:30
Speaker 7: I think as far away as Wyoming County have driven
10:32
Speaker 7: in this morning for it.
10:33
Speaker 5: Well, it's a lot of fun. The weather is going
10:34
Speaker 5: to be great. Keeping eye on Steve Animal over there. Okay,
10:36
Speaker 5: Now you're supposed to wrap up things. I think around
10:39
Speaker 5: one o'clock, is that right? So maybe next time we
10:42
Speaker 5: have you on which I think we have your scheduled
10:43
Speaker 5: later in a month well, maybe you can give us
10:45
Speaker 5: the names or whatever of the ones that won and
10:48
Speaker 5: we'll talk about what a success it was, Doctor Sachs,
10:50
Speaker 5: I appreciate you being here.
10:52
Speaker 7: Thank you so much for having me.
10:53
Speaker 5: Dave, let you get right back to it. Over at
10:55
Speaker 5: Gomart Ballpark, the Great twenty fifth Annual Great Pumpkin Drop
10:59
Speaker 5: is going on as we speak. It's always something going
11:01
Speaker 5: on over on this show, and we had a lot
11:04
Speaker 5: to get to. As I said, Dream of Denver is
11:06
Speaker 5: going to be coming up a little bit later on.
11:08
Speaker 5: Plus I'm want to get to some things in the news,

14:45
Speaker 5: I have known her for a number of years, but
14:47
Speaker 5: to my knowledge is maybe the first time I've ever
14:49
Speaker 5: interviewed her. Her name is dream of Denver, and if
14:51
Speaker 5: that name sounds familiar, it should. She is the widow
14:54
Speaker 5: of the late Bob Denver, star of Gilligan's Island. Of course,
14:56
Speaker 5: manager g crabs Rob likes to point out on the
14:58
Speaker 5: many loves of Dobie Gillis. As well as doing a
15:00
Speaker 5: lot of other stuff. She's got a new book out
15:02
Speaker 5: that's entitled Island to Icon and it's commemorating the sixtieth
15:06
Speaker 5: anniversary of Gilligan's Island. Tomorrow she'll be doing a book
15:09
Speaker 5: signing to Adams Hallmark at their locations in both Charleston
15:12
Speaker 5: and Huntington. Then this weekend you can catch her at
15:14
Speaker 5: the West Virginia Book Festival. I think we have Do
15:16
Speaker 5: we have dream of Denver? Okay, we don't have dream
15:20
Speaker 5: of Denver. You gotta get this figured out, guys, we
15:25
Speaker 5: do not have dream of Denver. Okay, all right, Well,
15:28
Speaker 5: I guess we'll transition into something else than this morning.
15:31
Speaker 5: So if the folks, I know, some of her management
15:34
Speaker 5: people may be listening, we cannot reach dreama so or
15:37
Speaker 5: there's some sort of an issue somewhere with weather phone
15:39
Speaker 5: or something.
15:40
Speaker 12: You know.
15:40
Speaker 5: Again, it's a fourth day in the studio, so we're
15:42
Speaker 5: doing the best we can in here. So Ryan's working
15:45
Speaker 5: on it. We'll try to get dream of Denver here. Momentarily.
15:49
Speaker 5: I suppose we schedule have her at nine to twenty,
15:51
Speaker 5: and we do not have dream of Denver this morning.
15:54
Speaker 5: So again I gotta get that Jeopardy theme. You know,
16:00
Speaker 5: no dreamer talk, Tommy, Ryan, we got no dreamer. Okay,
16:04
Speaker 5: Well I'll let you know over. Dave Allen Show on

Speaker 5: Now it's an off week for Hurric and tomorrow, I think,
16:23
Speaker 5: so we do have Herbert Hoover on the air tomorrow
16:27
Speaker 5: night our sister station ninety six one KWS. We'll talk
16:30
Speaker 5: to Tom Bragg about that. There's been a lot of
16:31
Speaker 5: the news about Peia and increase premiums and things of
16:35
Speaker 5: that nature. So we are going to attempt to where.
16:38
Speaker 3: We are going to talk to Fred Albert.
16:40
Speaker 5: He'll be in studio, so I know that won't be
16:41
Speaker 5: a problem tomorrow. We'll talk to Fred Albert coming up
16:44
Speaker 5: on the show tomorrow about the issues with Peia. Also,
16:47
Speaker 5: Hannah Gardner from the GNAAL Charleston Humane Association will be
16:50
Speaker 5: here with this week's Adopt Me Please Pet of the

16:55
Speaker 3: I'm hearing the sound of phone line. Do we have
16:57
Speaker 3: dream of Denver?
16:58
Speaker 13: Yes?
16:59
Speaker 7: You do?
17:00
Speaker 3: DREAMA How are you welcome to the show.
17:03
Speaker 12: I'm so nice to be with you guys this early.
17:06
Speaker 12: What day is this? I totally lost it is?
17:09
Speaker 3: It is Thursday, October the seventeenth.
17:12
Speaker 12: This is early Thursday morning.
17:14
Speaker 3: Yes, I know, you know. I first met you.
17:17
Speaker 5: I guess dreamed that, like you know, ten years or
17:18
Speaker 5: so ago, when you and I along with our shared
17:21
Speaker 5: agent Burke Allen and another one of his kids. If
17:23
Speaker 5: you will land out Eugene Murphy Junior running all over
17:26
Speaker 5: Charleston in the Capitol and whatnot.
17:27
Speaker 3: It is great to talk to you again, though.
17:30
Speaker 12: It's good to talk to you too. I was thinking
17:32
Speaker 12: I could not remember how long it had been, but
17:35
Speaker 12: I knew it had been a long time since we talked.
17:38
Speaker 12: I have to write a book to be able to
17:40
Speaker 12: talk to you again.
17:41
Speaker 5: You know you can talk to me any time you
17:43
Speaker 5: want to dream, but I promise you can't. So let's
17:46
Speaker 5: start with this new book. It's called Island Icon. And
17:50
Speaker 5: has it really been sixty years since Gilligan's Island premiered.
17:54
Speaker 12: It has been. I don't know if the listeners know that,
17:57
Speaker 12: but the show premiered on September twenty, nineteen sixty four,
18:03
Speaker 12: and since this is twenty twenty four, it has been
18:06
Speaker 12: on the air for sixty years. And I wanted to
18:09
Speaker 12: I don't know. I thought it was important because most
18:11
Speaker 12: of the castaways are gone. The only one who's left
18:14
Speaker 12: is Tina Louise, who played Ginger, and I just thought
18:18
Speaker 12: it was important to acknowledge, you know, such a big
18:21
Speaker 12: anniversary some way, somehow. So that's how the book came about.
18:26
Speaker 12: And I have to tell you, Dave, it is really
18:28
Speaker 12: it's a treasure for any classic TV fan. I went
18:33
Speaker 12: through every nook and cranny of my house searching for
18:36
Speaker 12: memorabilia and you know, old telegrams and things like that
18:41
Speaker 12: that Bob got during the course of his career. And
18:44
Speaker 12: I have to tell you one thing I found. Bob's
18:48
Speaker 12: mother had passed away and left a box that we
18:52
Speaker 12: had in our possession that we never looked through. And
18:55
Speaker 12: so as I was looking, I found the box. I
18:57
Speaker 12: went through it and would you believe that I found
19:00
Speaker 12: in that box a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays postcard to
19:05
Speaker 12: Bob from Elvis and the Colonel.
19:08
Speaker 3: Oh really, wow, that's good. That's the book.
19:12
Speaker 12: So it was. That's one little Easter egg treasure that
19:16
Speaker 12: I'll tell you about. There are others, but it's just
19:19
Speaker 12: you know, it's newspaper clippings from when he got the
19:22
Speaker 12: part of Maynard. For those who remember Dobie Gillis and
19:26
Speaker 12: and just all the you know, I was reading them
19:29
Speaker 12: and I went, wow, my husband was like a teen
19:32
Speaker 12: idol who knew, well, he was always.
19:35
Speaker 3: An idol to you.
19:36
Speaker 5: I'm sure he was always an idol to you, but
19:37
Speaker 5: now you realize he was an idol to everyone else.
19:40
Speaker 5: Of course, you know, dreaming You've got so many wonderful
19:42
Speaker 5: memories of your late husband, Bob. But you got to
19:45
Speaker 5: see a side that no one else saw. Tell us
19:47
Speaker 5: about the Bob Denver that no one else knew.
19:50
Speaker 12: Oh gosh, well, the Bob Denver that no one else
19:53
Speaker 12: knew was highly intelligent. You can't go by gilligan.
19:57
Speaker 3: It's a role. It's a role. It's you know, it's
19:59
Speaker 3: a and.
20:00
Speaker 12: It takes a smart person to play a dumb person,
20:02
Speaker 12: you know, but not a dumb person, but in nevish
20:05
Speaker 12: the way the character was. He was very bright, you know,
20:09
Speaker 12: well versed on almost any subject, could talk to anybody
20:12
Speaker 12: about anything. I think another thing that would would surprise
20:16
Speaker 12: people that actually surprised me when I first met him is,
20:20
Speaker 12: you know, Bob Denver himself was kind of sexy. You know,
20:24
Speaker 12: he was romantic and and made you, you know, as
20:28
Speaker 12: his partner, feel like a million bucks easy, now.
20:32
Speaker 5: Dream of this is a family show. It's nine o'clock
20:34
Speaker 5: in the morning. Let's they'll get into all that.
20:35
Speaker 12: I'm not going any further than that. It was the
20:38
Speaker 12: you know he I know, one Christmas he took out
20:41
Speaker 12: a full page ad in the newspaper to tell me
20:44
Speaker 12: how much he loved me. And that's the kind of
20:46
Speaker 12: thing I mean, he was just, oh, it was very
20:49
Speaker 12: you know, very very sweet. However, it was Christmas morning
20:52
Speaker 12: and everybody's busy on Christmas morning, and nobody saw it.
20:56
Speaker 3: Well, it's a.
20:57
Speaker 5: Thought that speaking as speaking as a husband, it's thought
21:00
Speaker 5: the counts.
21:00
Speaker 12: Right, Oh exactly. No, I was all good with it.
21:03
Speaker 12: I had the newspaper, I could look at it anytime
21:06
Speaker 12: I wanted to do, so it was all good. And
21:08
Speaker 12: then the other thing about Bob, you know, people think that,
21:11
Speaker 12: you know, he lived his life getting hit in the
21:13
Speaker 12: head with coconuts and falling out of hammocks and all
21:15
Speaker 12: of that. But the truth of the matter is Bob
21:19
Speaker 12: was kind of a low key, chill sort of person
21:24
Speaker 12: who read a lot. He was an avid reader, so
21:28
Speaker 12: you know, he read a lot. He was quiet in
21:30
Speaker 12: his private life, certainly, nothing like Gilligan. But Again, what
21:35
Speaker 12: a lot of people don't know is Bob was also
21:38
Speaker 12: Bob and I, but he was the father of a
21:41
Speaker 12: severely autistic son, and so he spent the last twenty
21:45
Speaker 12: years of his life with me giving full time care
21:49
Speaker 12: to our son. And most people don't know that. But
21:52
Speaker 12: my book Gillian's Dreams, the one I wrote a few
21:54
Speaker 12: years ago, is the story of those thirty years that
21:57
Speaker 12: we were married. And then this book Island Icon, the
22:00
Speaker 12: many lives of Bob Denver. Really there's such great companion pieces,
22:05
Speaker 12: you know, because you read the story in Gilligan's Dreams
22:08
Speaker 12: and then you're able to go through Island Icon and
22:11
Speaker 12: see all the pictures and all the mementos that meant
22:16
Speaker 12: something to him in his life. I think it's pretty
22:19
Speaker 12: it's pretty amazing. I think I'm very proud of the book.
22:22
Speaker 5: Do you think that that Bob Denver realized what an
22:26
Speaker 5: impact that that character Gilligan had on so many different
22:31
Speaker 5: I'm a gen X kid, so I grew up with
22:32
Speaker 5: the reruns, you know, in the nineteen seventies and eighties.
22:35
Speaker 5: But you know, the show is still streaming. I don't
22:37
Speaker 5: think it's ever not been on the air somewhere on
22:40
Speaker 5: one of the cable channels. Or again, you know, now
22:42
Speaker 5: through the magic of the Internet, you can look at
22:44
Speaker 5: whatever you want. Do you think that Bob realized what
22:47
Speaker 5: an impact that that character and overall that show had
22:51
Speaker 5: on so many people.
22:53
Speaker 12: Initially, No, I don't think anybody thought it would last.
22:58
Speaker 12: Maybe they were hoping for the first season actually, and
23:01
Speaker 12: then when it got picked up, that was exciting. And
23:03
Speaker 12: then it got picked up for a third season. And
23:05
Speaker 12: back in those days, they did thirty three episodes of season,
23:09
Speaker 12: which is unheard of. Oh yeah, so they got you know,
23:12
Speaker 12: probably four seasons worth of shows out of the three
23:14
Speaker 12: seasons that it ran. But as time went by. By
23:17
Speaker 12: the time I met him, I met him in nineteen
23:20
Speaker 12: seventy seven, the show had been off the air for
23:22
Speaker 12: ten years from the initial run, but however it was
23:26
Speaker 12: still on the air, so you know, he was still
23:29
Speaker 12: highly popular and much sought after and all those things.
23:32
Speaker 12: So as time went by and I was with him
23:34
Speaker 12: thirty years, you know, he started when when the internet
23:39
Speaker 12: became a thing and people could email and snail mail
23:43
Speaker 12: all of that, he got so many letters from from
23:46
Speaker 12: people talking about how the show had been their safe
23:51
Speaker 12: space during their childhood maybe they had, you know, an
23:54
Speaker 12: alcoholic parents, or maybe there was abuse in the family.
23:58
Speaker 12: He got lots and lots and lots of letters and
24:01
Speaker 12: emails like that, and he started understanding and really appreciating
24:07
Speaker 12: the impact the show it had and was always proud
24:11
Speaker 12: of having done it, but became more and more proud
24:13
Speaker 12: because he didn't. I mean, you wouldn't think a little
24:16
Speaker 12: show like that about seven stranded castaways on an island
24:20
Speaker 12: would impact people in any way Shapeer for him, really,
24:25
Speaker 12: but it did, and he was very He ended up
24:27
Speaker 12: very obviously proud of the work they had done. And
24:30
Speaker 12: when he passed away, the show had been on the
24:32
Speaker 12: air for forty years, so you can imatin he couldn't
24:36
Speaker 12: believe that, So you're can imagine how he'd be feeling
24:40
Speaker 12: knowing it's been sixty years. For heaven's sakes.
24:44
Speaker 5: Well, we're talking to dream of Denver again, who's got
24:46
Speaker 5: a new book out, and we get back to that,
24:48
Speaker 5: but I want to talk about Dreamer for just a moment,
24:49
Speaker 5: because what people don't realize, in addition to being married
24:53
Speaker 5: to Bob Denver, you are an accomplished actress. You do
24:56
Speaker 5: a lot of different things in your own right. Talk
24:58
Speaker 5: about the dream of Denver that maybe people.
24:59
Speaker 12: Do, oh, the dream of Denver that had to find
25:03
Speaker 12: her way after her husband passed away. And that was
25:06
Speaker 12: a scary, scary time for me because I was left
25:09
Speaker 12: with a twenty year old severely autistic son, and so
25:12
Speaker 12: I was terrified, didn't know how to keep going. But
25:16
Speaker 12: I guess it took me about three years to start
25:18
Speaker 12: getting my bearings, and I did some things. You know,
25:22
Speaker 12: what I found is when I stepped outside myself and
25:25
Speaker 12: my pain and my grief and looked at other people
25:28
Speaker 12: and did things for others. You always hear this, but
25:31
Speaker 12: it's so true. Getting taken out of my pain helped.
25:36
Speaker 12: And so I don't know how many people are aware.
25:39
Speaker 12: I started the first sanctioned honor flight program in West
25:45
Speaker 12: Virginia called Always three on Our Flight. We did it
25:48
Speaker 12: for ten years. We served West Virginia veterans World War Two,
25:53
Speaker 12: Korea and Vietnam. We served hundreds of veterans, took them
25:57
Speaker 12: to Washington, d c. For you know, to be able
26:00
Speaker 12: to see their memorials. Most of them had never seen.
26:03
Speaker 12: And that was the privilege of my lifetime. That was
26:06
Speaker 12: a wonderful thing to do. I also now this is
26:09
Speaker 12: to me, this is a very big deal. I don't
26:11
Speaker 12: know what it is to anybody else. But in twenty fourteen,
26:16
Speaker 12: I led the effort to have Country Roads take Me
26:18
Speaker 12: Home adopted as an official West Virginia state song, and
26:24
Speaker 12: it happened. We tried it in twenty thirteen. It didn't pass.
26:27
Speaker 12: The Senate failure was not an option in twenty fourteen,
26:31
Speaker 12: so I wrote letters to every single Senator telling them
26:35
Speaker 12: how you know, people had been approaching me about where
26:38
Speaker 12: they had had this song sung to them all over
26:42
Speaker 12: the world. And I'm talking the Great Wall of China
26:44
Speaker 12: and the streets of Italy and every pub in Ireland obviously,
26:50
Speaker 12: and you know it just I got a call from
26:53
Speaker 12: the governor at the time saying it's going to pass.
26:56
Speaker 12: We know it's going to pass. We want you to
26:58
Speaker 12: be here on the Senate floor when it does. So
27:00
Speaker 12: that was in my single life, excluding marrying Bob and
27:06
Speaker 12: having my son. That was one of the proudest days
27:09
Speaker 12: of my life. I just felt like I'd done something,
27:11
Speaker 12: you know, with the help of all my listeners on
27:14
Speaker 12: my radio show at the time, I felt I had
27:16
Speaker 12: done something really wonderful for West Virginia, my home States.
27:21
Speaker 3: Yeah, you are.
27:22
Speaker 5: You know, you're from West Virginia and you choose to
27:24
Speaker 5: I mean, you do a lot of traveling, but you
27:25
Speaker 5: choose to live in West Virginia. And Bob Denver, you
27:28
Speaker 5: kind of made him an honorary West Virginia, right.
27:31
Speaker 12: He loved being an He called himself an adopted West Virginian.
27:35
Speaker 12: And actually when we came back here, it was after Colin.
27:38
Speaker 12: Oh gosh, Colin was about seven years old and we
27:40
Speaker 12: were doing full time care and we just wanted to
27:43
Speaker 12: be We were living in Vegas at the time, during
27:45
Speaker 12: the first boom out there, so we just wanted to
27:48
Speaker 12: be somewhere quiet and peaceful where we could take care
27:51
Speaker 12: of our kid. And so we had been looking in
27:55
Speaker 12: the Sanandoah Valley and Bob said, then you grew up
27:58
Speaker 12: near here and I grew up in Bluefield, West Virginia.
28:00
Speaker 12: And I said sure, and he said, well, let's go
28:02
Speaker 12: look at that. And we got up in these mountains.
28:05
Speaker 12: That he was that was it for him. He was like,
28:07
Speaker 12: why are we looking in the valley when these beautiful
28:10
Speaker 12: mountains are here? And I would I don't know. And
28:12
Speaker 12: so he was the one who really, you know, I
28:16
Speaker 12: never imagined i'd come back here, but he was the
28:19
Speaker 12: one who really wanted to live in the mountains until
28:21
Speaker 12: we came back and I got it. Tell you, Dave
28:23
Speaker 12: right now, I have never been so happy to live
28:26
Speaker 12: on top of a mountain in the state of West Virginia.
28:29
Speaker 5: It's a scary world out there. It's not so bad here.
28:31
Speaker 5: It was Virginia.
28:33
Speaker 12: It is and here there's a feeling of, you know again,
28:37
Speaker 12: peace and safety. So I love being I'm so happy
28:40
Speaker 12: I'm back here.
28:40
Speaker 5: Something to be said for those West Virginia mountains dream
28:42
Speaker 5: But before we let you go, the book it's called
28:44
Speaker 5: Island to Icon, and I'm presuming it's available wherever you
28:47
Speaker 5: get wherever you get your books, right, you know wherever
28:50
Speaker 5: are you get looks.
28:51
Speaker 12: But I just want folks to know. I want the
28:52
Speaker 12: listeners to know that I'm going to be at Adams
28:55
Speaker 12: Palmart in the Huntington Mall tomorrow from three until four
28:59
Speaker 12: point thirty, and then later in the day in Charleston
29:03
Speaker 12: at South Ridge from six until eight, also at Adam's Palmark,
29:08
Speaker 12: and I will be at the West Virginia Book Festival
29:10
Speaker 12: on Saturday, so there'll be lots of opportunities to come
29:14
Speaker 12: and see me and get an autograph book. Otherwise, you
29:17
Speaker 12: can get an autograph book at Bobdenver dot com or
29:20
Speaker 12: you can always get it on Amazon. Won't be autographed
29:23
Speaker 12: that you can get it on Amazon.
29:24
Speaker 5: All right, Dreamer, you are a West Virginia treasure, my dear,
29:27
Speaker 5: and thank you so much for taking time to being
29:29
Speaker 5: on the show and sharing the memories of your late husband.
29:32
Speaker 5: And we're very proud to that still have you. You
29:34
Speaker 5: can be anywhere you want to be, but you choose
29:36

30:21
Speaker 5: a more genuine person, especially coming out of the world

30:44

37:12
Speaker 5: mind if you're going to bring your kids out, it's
37:13
Speaker 5: a safe way to trick or treat. We had something
37:15
Speaker 5: like five thousand kids there last year. Literally, it's like
37:17
Speaker 5: five thousand kids that came through the gates at Gomart
37:20

37:22
Speaker 5: remember they must have a ticket to get in. There's
37:25
Speaker 5: no charge for the tickets, but you have to have
37:27
Speaker 5: a ticket to get in. And those tickets are available
37:30
Speaker 5: at our studios eleven eleven Virginia Street East here in
37:33
Speaker 5: Charleston during normal business hours and get it's all brought
37:35
Speaker 5: to you by Selango Law. I would urge you to
37:37
Speaker 5: get those tickets early because last year we if we
37:42
Speaker 5: didn't sell out, we dang near near sold out, and
37:44
Speaker 5: you can only have so many people there, and you've
37:46
Speaker 5: got to make sure that you got a you know,
37:48
Speaker 5: enough enough candy to go around for all, for all
37:52
Speaker 5: the young. And so I talked to what he was
37:54
Speaker 5: from his sister station, the Beat last night, and he's
37:56
Speaker 5: all pumped up about this.
37:57
Speaker 3: This is kind of wood.
37:58
Speaker 5: He's baby been doing it for a number of years
38:00
Speaker 5: and again we'll do it again one week from the
38:02
Speaker 5: night over it to go Mark Gomark Ballpark.
38:05
Speaker 3: Let me get you a couple of.
38:06
Speaker 5: Texts here, some things in the news, and then I
38:09
Speaker 5: want to also maybe get into a little bit of
38:11
Speaker 5: a rant this morning, because I do that from time
38:13
Speaker 5: to time. Texas Dave, are we getting into the Jimbo bailout?
38:17
Speaker 5: Jim Justice credits God for saving his behind on the Greenbrier. However,
38:22
Speaker 5: as Fortress Investment Group is owned by Sovereign Wealth Fund,
38:26
Speaker 5: Jimbo should be thanking Allah for this.
38:30
Speaker 3: Zobbi. Does anyone else find it concerning.
38:33
Speaker 5: That a or would be US senator is in debt
38:37
Speaker 5: to a foreign country? I was listening to some of
38:41
Speaker 5: Ask the Attorney with Tom Payton that airs on Thursday
38:44
Speaker 5: mornings prior to this show, and I was kind of
38:47
Speaker 5: hearing bits and pieces of it as I was trying
38:48
Speaker 5: to prepare for this show this morning, and I heard
38:51
Speaker 5: him bring it up. It's I did hear some of
38:55
Speaker 5: the Governor's statements when he thanked God, you know, for this,
38:59
Speaker 5: and you should always the I'm you know, you know
39:00
Speaker 5: my belief. I think you can thank God for everything,
39:03
Speaker 5: can't hurt, you know what I mean. But this Fortress
39:06
Speaker 5: Investment group, I think there's a lot of questions with them.
39:08
Speaker 5: That's more of the Brad McIlhenny and Hoppey Kerchival line
39:12
Speaker 5: of thinking. And they are going to get into that,
39:13
Speaker 5: I think a little bit on the show, and they
39:16
Speaker 5: have to a certain extent already. But the final line
39:19
Speaker 5: of that text from the Texter saying, does anyone find
39:23
Speaker 5: it concerning that our to be US senator is in
39:26
Speaker 5: debt to a foreign country? That's something I think that
39:29
Speaker 5: has to closely, in my opinion, be looked at. Now
39:33
Speaker 5: let me see, I had another text about the governor yesterday,
39:35
Speaker 5: says a texture Jim Jim Justice told his opponent Glenn
39:39
Speaker 5: Elliott that he could kiss baby dogs.
39:41
Speaker 3: Heinie, I didn't.
39:42
Speaker 5: That was during a presser that was held at eleven
39:44
Speaker 5: o'clock I think it was yesterday morning. I did not
39:47
Speaker 5: get to see it. I heard the comment later that
39:52
Speaker 5: the governor did tell Wheeling may or former Wieling mayor
39:56
Speaker 5: Glenn Elliott, the opposition to the governor for US Senate,
39:59
Speaker 5: that he could kiss baby dogs.
40:02
Speaker 8: Heinee.
40:02
Speaker 5: Look, I've had the governor on the show in the past.
40:08
Speaker 5: I've said it before. I'm not saying anything I wouldn't
40:10
Speaker 5: say to his face. Of course, with Jim Justice, I
40:14
Speaker 5: would be speaking like directly to his belt level, maybe.
40:16
Speaker 3: A little bit a little bit up above that.
40:19
Speaker 5: I got a problem, uh, with the way that not
40:22
Speaker 5: only Jim Justice, and he didn't ask me what I thought.
40:25
Speaker 5: By the way, I had a problem with not only
40:27
Speaker 5: Jim Justice, but also as hero Donald Trump, the way
40:29
Speaker 5: that they address people, and the way and he's certain
40:33
Speaker 5: amount of decor him. And look, I'm the world's oldest
40:35
Speaker 5: frat boy, as my wife calls me.
40:36
Speaker 3: I get it.
40:37
Speaker 5: I love blue talk. I love you know, I can,
40:39
Speaker 5: I can, I can. I can throw out things like
40:41
Speaker 5: that myself. But time and place, read the room, you know,
40:45
Speaker 5: read the room. And I just I'm not a fan
40:48
Speaker 5: of that I'm sorry, Governor. With all due respect to
40:50
Speaker 5: Governor Jim Justice, I don't think that a sitting governor
40:53
Speaker 5: telling someone to kiss a dog's heine looks very good
40:56
Speaker 5: on the state of West Virginia. I don't think it
40:58
Speaker 5: looks good on the governor and his legacy. But of
41:01
Speaker 5: course we saw a couple of years ago when he
41:02
Speaker 5: literally turned baby dog around and stuck her rear in
41:05
Speaker 5: up to the camera. I'm not a fan, but again,
41:09
Speaker 5: he didn't ask me what I thought. Text says pretty
41:11
Speaker 5: cool for the bishop to weigh in on moral issues
41:13
Speaker 5: like physicianissists to death. While the Catholic Archdiocese in La
41:17
Speaker 5: agreed to pay eight hundred and eighty million dollars to
41:20
Speaker 5: settle claims with thirteen hundred sex abuse and assault vixims,
41:23
Speaker 5: the Catholic Church has no moral standing, says a texture.
41:29
Speaker 3: So there you go, all right.
41:31
Speaker 5: I want to get this and I want to give
41:32
Speaker 5: a shout out to my man, Jim Workman, frequent guests

Speaker 3: I leave my house in Tayes Valley around seven o'clock
42:09
Speaker 3: every morning. Normally normally arrived to the studio seven point
42:13

42:14
Speaker 5: This morning, I left my house in Tayes Valley traveling
42:18
Speaker 5: eastbound to the capital city. I left at seven am
42:22
Speaker 5: this morning, and I arrived at the studios of WVRC
42:26
Speaker 5: Media Charleston at eleven eleven Virginia Street East at approximately
42:31
Speaker 5: eight twenty this morning. It took me an hour and
42:35
Speaker 5: twenty minutes to get here from Tayes Valley this morning.
42:39
Speaker 5: One of the reasons was is that I was actually stuck,
42:44
Speaker 5: like a lot of you were, on the entrance ramp.
42:46
Speaker 5: Try to work with me here see what I'm you see.
42:48
Speaker 5: In a couple of months, I'll be on TV so
42:50
Speaker 5: you'll be able to actually see this. But I sat
42:53
Speaker 5: on the entrance ramp coming on to sixty four from
42:56
Speaker 5: Tayes Valley, near where the truck stop is. I sat
42:59
Speaker 5: there for sh probably thirty minutes or so on that
43:05
Speaker 5: on that entryway, trying to get on to the interstate. Now,
43:09
Speaker 5: we all know people that travel that whether you live
43:12
Speaker 5: in the area or not, people that have traveled that area.
43:14
Speaker 5: You all know about this widening project that's happening on
43:17
Speaker 5: I sixty four. Yeah, I mean, it certainly needed, and
43:22
Speaker 5: they're ahead of schedule. It should be done here. I
43:24
Speaker 5: think in a couple of weeks. They're just doing some
43:26
Speaker 5: final things here. But a couple of things were my
43:29
Speaker 5: takeaways this morning. Number one, and I know I was
43:31
Speaker 5: talking to Chris Lawrence, who also lives in my area.
43:35
Speaker 5: But Chris, you know, comes into the station about four
43:37
Speaker 5: or so every morning. Generally speaking, they over the last
43:41
Speaker 5: couple of weeks, I think they've had as much as
43:43
Speaker 5: you know, down to one lane on I sixty four
43:46
Speaker 5: on eastbound and sometimes I guess probably westbound two coming
43:50
Speaker 5: into Charleston, you know, and the around the Winfield area
43:53
Speaker 5: because they they're doing some final touch ups on the on.
43:56
Speaker 3: The construction project there. And I completely get that. However,
44:00
Speaker 3: should that not be wrapped up by daylight?
44:03
Speaker 5: And not because of me, you know, I'm not too
44:05
Speaker 5: good to wait in traffic, but because of the thousands
44:07
Speaker 5: of other people that are traveling from Huntington to Charleston,
44:10
Speaker 5: tays Valley to Charleston, saying albus to Charleston whatever.
44:14
Speaker 3: I mean.
44:14
Speaker 5: I literally, when you travel, and when you do something
44:17
Speaker 5: for four years or so, as I have, you generally
44:20
Speaker 5: you get to know the cars. You know, somebody's got

Speaker 5: you know, the nineteen seventy eight Ford or whatever. You know,
44:31
Speaker 5: pass him every day or pass her every day. It
44:34
Speaker 5: was really frustrating this morning, and so my and again
44:38
Speaker 5: I'm not a hater of people that are doing these projects.
44:41
Speaker 5: The only thing I would say is can we not
44:43
Speaker 5: wrap that up by daylight? And it was incredibly foggy
44:47
Speaker 5: this morning. Maybe they didn't know it was daylight, or
44:49
Speaker 5: maybe some things just ran a little over. I get that,
44:53
Speaker 5: but it is it is very frustrating, you know, when
44:57
Speaker 5: you're trying to get somewhere in the morning and that happens.
45:00
Speaker 5: But the biggest thing I wanted to rant a little
45:03
Speaker 5: bit about this morning was not necessarily that I'm setting
45:07
Speaker 5: on the Tays Valley exit trying to get onto the
45:11
Speaker 5: interstate and people two three, four cars ahead of me,
45:16
Speaker 5: I guess, decide that they are too good to set
45:20
Speaker 5: in the traffic with the rest of us working stiffs.
45:23
Speaker 5: So many of them again I'm talking about the Taes
45:26
Speaker 5: Valley exit, could be at any accent.
45:28
Speaker 3: Many of them.
45:29
Speaker 5: Decided to do a complete U turn and go back
45:34
Speaker 5: in the opposite direction. Now, what could possibly go wrong
45:40
Speaker 5: at seven am when you're trying to get on I
45:42
Speaker 5: sixty four. When you have people that decide to do
45:47
Speaker 5: a complete U turn and go in the opposite direction
45:52
Speaker 5: in the wrong way. You can imagine, you know where
45:55
Speaker 5: the truck stop is there? I mean there's no traffic
45:58
Speaker 5: light because you're in the wrong You're going in the
46:00
Speaker 5: wrong direction. There's not going to be a traffic light.
46:04
Speaker 5: And I'm just watching these people, I'll think of what
46:06
Speaker 5: the hell is wrong with you? Why are you doing this,
46:10
Speaker 5: what you are doing, it's stupid. Don't be that person.
46:15
Speaker 5: Don't be that person who possibly cause other accidents because
46:18
Speaker 5: you think you're too good to set in traffic with
46:20
Speaker 5: the rest of us. Just wanted to get that stuff
46:25
Speaker 5: off my chest. Text says we don't have to be
46:27
Speaker 5: haters of road crew workers to demand that major laneclosures
46:29
Speaker 5: to be delayed until after rush hour. It's a reasonable
46:32
Speaker 5: demand and it should be met. Say it's a text

49:36
Speaker 5: com to find the closest location to you. I'm gonna
49:39
Speaker 5: give a little testimonial here. I've been battling with something
49:42
Speaker 5: since June. I'll talk a whole lot about things like that,
49:46
Speaker 5: but I've been battling with something. Started with arm numbness,
49:48
Speaker 5: and no, I didn't have a stroke. Somebody pointed that
49:51
Speaker 5: out and you know, didn't get that checked out and whatever.
49:53
Speaker 5: But they have sort of kind of diagnosed it as
49:57
Speaker 5: a spinal stenosis and it comes from having really bad posture.
50:01
Speaker 5: I really wanted to say that I got an injury,
50:03
Speaker 5: you know, doing something really cool, but apparently it just
50:05
Speaker 5: comes from fifty four years of really bad posture, driving
50:09
Speaker 5: too much and spending too much time in front of
50:11
Speaker 5: the computer keyboard. So I actually had an appointment yesterday
50:14
Speaker 5: with Travis in the folks. Generations Physical therapy there in Winfield.
50:17
Speaker 5: They're fantastic. Only one session. They didn't kill me yet.
50:21
Speaker 5: I got a lot more pt ahead of me to
50:23
Speaker 5: try to get through this thing. But so far, so
50:27
Speaker 5: so far, so good. So a big shout out to
50:29
Speaker 5: those folks over there. Dave I Woudhabi is a country
50:32
Speaker 5: in the Middle agiest who now owns Jimbo's debt on
50:35
Speaker 5: the Greenbrier, says a Texter. Texter says, yeah, I can't
50:38
Speaker 5: wait for the moral lecture from a guy who represents
50:40
Speaker 5: an organization founded on genocide and rape, says a Texture.
50:45
Speaker 5: Texter says, Dave, you would have been a goner in
50:48
Speaker 5: World War Z. Always keep moving, you turn on the
50:51
Speaker 5: on ramps perfectly legitimate, or the zombies will get you.
50:55
Speaker 5: I guess, I guess. I don't know, Texas. I got
50:57
Speaker 5: another one for you on traffic. You can get people
50:59
Speaker 5: going on traffic anytime. I got another one on traffic
51:03
Speaker 5: for you in the same stretch of road. If you
51:04
Speaker 5: can't get your car into Starbucks or McDonald's in the
51:08
Speaker 5: parking lot, don't just sit in the road blocking a lane.
51:11
Speaker 5: For those of us who don't want a coffee or McMuffin,
51:14
Speaker 5: be an adult, understand life happens and move on. It's
51:17
Speaker 5: not okay to block traffic because you want coffee.
51:19
Speaker 3: Sorry, not sorry. These folks should be taken out back
51:22
Speaker 3: and beaten. Says the Texture. I have said the same thing.
51:26
Speaker 5: Texture. It's a real problem. It goes not just in
51:28
Speaker 5: Tay's Valley. It goes on everywhere. I've had it in
51:30
Speaker 5: Charleston too. People blocking the road so they can get
51:33
Speaker 5: their lack of lack of mate at Starbucks or something
51:36
Speaker 5: from McDonald's.
51:37
Speaker 3: You do not have the right to block the road. Sorry,
51:41
Speaker 3: move on, Move on.
51:42
Speaker 5: I did not see Vice President Kamala Harris's interview with
51:45
Speaker 5: Brett Bayar on Fox News last night, but I'll be
51:47
Speaker 5: honest with you, I just forgot about it. But it's
51:50
Speaker 5: typical in the reading I was doing and catching some
51:52
Speaker 5: of the highlights online. If you're a Hair supporter, you
51:55
Speaker 5: thought it was good. If you're a Trump supporter, you
51:57
Speaker 5: think it was awful. Just like the presidential debates. Go
52:00
Speaker 5: I did catch though, the question about the mental acumen
52:04
Speaker 5: of President Biden, and she said something to the effect
52:06
Speaker 5: of Joe Biden's no longer on the ballot.
52:08
Speaker 3: Well, I think she has some answering to do on that. Man,
52:11
Speaker 3: I'll get into that a little bit more. Gotta go.
52:13
Speaker 3: Thank you so much for my guests for being on
52:16
Speaker 3: the show today.
52:17
Speaker 5: Look Out for my man Rob Reel, who is walking

Speaker 5: from Charleston to Morgantown trying to get to Clinton Dennon.
52:21
Speaker 5: That will be the first stop today. Coming up on
