Transcript
- 0:00Hey, what's up everyone? This is Brandon Fogle with Padcast Studios.
- 0:03I wanted to share with you a moment that happened today in the documenting phase
- 0:07of this as we grow this business, Padcast Studios, and get everything up and running and rolling.
- 0:13And so today we are going under a mentorship that I thought would be very useful
- 0:18in us knowing the ins and outs of the arm of our business, which is going to be marketing.
- 0:24We are going to be a marketing agency and just handling other businesses' accounts
- 0:30and social media and brand awareness and all that.
- 0:32I knew that that was going to be a very key feature that we are going to be
- 0:37able to promote and help other entrepreneurs and businesses alike in growing
- 0:41their business and bringing on new clients and all that.
- 0:44So we are going under a mentorship. So it's a joining a mentorship program where
- 0:49we are able to learn some things that along the way that I know that if we didn't down the road,
- 0:56we're going to wish that we had basically to have that fast forward upload of
- 1:01content that's just in information and just things that people have already
- 1:06gone through so that we do not have to learn the hard way that will help us in that element of it.
- 1:11So we We are doing that and I will share with you how it goes and the process of it.
- 1:18So the person, it's a very well-known individual who runs this marketing,
- 1:24like kind of helping people get their businesses up and running and get them
- 1:28in a good spot and teaching them all the information and stuff that he has learned
- 1:34along the way. His name is Adam Earhart.
- 1:37So he's a person that I follow, I subscribe to on YouTube and he's on a number
- 1:44of other platforms as well, but very knowledgeable.
- 1:47He has a lot of good information. You should check him out. And he has a whole
- 1:51program set up that it can help businesses,
- 1:54specifically that are people that want to create and build a marketing agency,
- 2:00how to get it going, and the stuff that he's gone through that.
- 2:06He wished that maybe he would have known early on. He's teaching that and showing
- 2:10it to other people so that they can kind of get that momentum and fast forward
- 2:14in growing their business.
- 2:16I'll share how everything goes and all that.
- 2:19And I know I'm really excited about it. I know it's going to be a very useful
- 2:23and very high-level informational teaching series that I'm going to go through,
- 2:30as well as other people that are on my team here at Padcast Studios.
- 2:35Studios another thing i the arm in
- 2:39a branch of my business podcast studios that will
- 2:42be for marketing it will be under the banner of podcast marketing i thought
- 2:46that might be more clearly defined as opposed to being also podcast studios
- 2:52podcast studios will be the main overall overarching parent company if you will
- 2:56but there will be a number of kind of businesses within it and podcast
- 3:01marketing will be the brand for the marketing aspect of our business.
- 3:07So there's going to be a lot of new things to come and I'm going to keep documenting
- 3:11and giving you this information just so you can see it.
- 3:15I mean, so people that are doing this type of thing as well,
- 3:17I mean, it's not where one person can like, oh, we got to, I have to own this
- 3:23space and I have to take over.
- 3:25No, there's a lot of, there's collaboration and everything that we do and And
- 3:28there's ways and being smart about it and doing it that way as opposed to just
- 3:32all being about competitive.
- 3:34I have to – because it's just a whole mind shift that you got to have –.
- 3:41This isn't about me, but how am I going to do what I'm doing to serve and help others?
- 3:46And if I'm doing that, everything will come back to me a hundredfold.
- 3:51So I always got to reorient my mind as opposed to just trying to take,
- 3:56take, take, and trying to take from others and everything like that.
- 3:59But how can I take what I have and make it useful and beneficial to people that
- 4:05are out there, as well as other business owners, as well as other entrepreneurs
- 4:09that are wanting to do the same thing.
- 4:11So like I say in other videos, if you can even take just the things that I go
- 4:18through and see that maybe that's not the best way to go about it,
- 4:20maybe if it can still be helpful and beneficial to you, then I've won in that aspect.
- 4:25So I want in any way to provide you good stuff and they can help you in your
- 4:29personal life as well as your business life in all aspects of your life.
- 4:33So I'm going to be sharing these things.
- 4:35So another thing, Let me actually switch to my screen so you can see this.
- 4:38So you can see this person, Adam Earhart.
- 4:41I listened to him. You should check
- 4:43him out. You should go to his page and subscribe to him. He's awesome.
- 4:48And he's actually the person that led me to understanding and knowing about
- 4:52this technology that's out there for people that are in this kind of world of
- 4:57marketing and helping to build their own brand awareness,
- 5:01but also to help other businesses do the same thing.
- 5:04And he actually is the one who introduced me to this technology software system.
- 5:09It's a mammoth of a software system.
- 5:12It's, or is it a mammoth or a behemoth? I don't even know. Something,
- 5:16it's big. It's really, and it's really cool. It has a,
- 5:19Man, that sounds so professional. It's really cool. It is cool.
- 5:22I know. I got to keep my professionalness on, even though you do see I am just
- 5:26wearing a hat and a t-shirt.
- 5:28I'm not the most professional guy, but I will try to get that way.
- 5:32And professionalism, I mean, while we're on that topic, just itself,
- 5:37I think of it as, to me, it always gave a bad taste in my mouth.
- 5:40But really, it's just if you give that appearance of professionalism and it
- 5:46becomes a part of you so that people that know and see that you are competent
- 5:50and know what you are doing.
- 5:52And that's the mind shift. I just always had a bad taste in my mouth because
- 5:56it was always business and it did not seem personal.
- 6:01And I never liked it because I'm a person that is just, I don't like that whole
- 6:06shift from business to personal.
- 6:08I'm this way in this setting and I'm this way in that setting.
- 6:12I just never liked that. But I had to reorient my mind to think about it is
- 6:18not just about being business and having that aura and that you give that impression to other people.
- 6:24But also it just shows that people see it as you know what you're doing.
- 6:28You're able to be efficient and competent at what you're doing.
- 6:32So that is why I am going towards that direction.
- 6:36And I am trying to strive towards professionalism. But make professionalism
- 6:41in a fun way. It doesn't have to be boring and rigid and just stale and dry
- 6:46and all that kind of stuff.
- 6:47It can be good and fun, you know?
- 6:49And it doesn't have to be that you have two faces, you know?
- 6:53Professionalism and your personal
- 6:55who you are, you know, they can be all wrapped up in one, you know?
- 7:00I know. There I am on my soapbox, you know?
- 7:03And I try to reserve, I know I try to reserve kind of just that personal aspect
- 7:07of it for my regular channel. But, you know, there's going to be a lot of bleed
- 7:11through, you know, that it's kind of.
- 7:14I am who I am. So it's going to come out in this business arena as well.
- 7:18You're going to see me as I am. So might as well kind of open the doors,
- 7:23you know, so you can see it.
- 7:24But as you can see this, I'm showing his page.
- 7:27This is his YouTube channel. His name's Adam Earhart.
- 7:29We actually got signed up for his program today and it's, I'm really excited
- 7:34about it, but basically it's to get you so you can have, you can have the knowledge
- 7:39as well as just have things put in place so that your business can kind of skyrocket and take off.
- 7:44It is not something, just a get rich quick kind of thing at all.
- 7:49It's not that whatsoever.
- 7:50It's basically, you still got, you have to put the work in, you have to learn
- 7:54the business, learn the ins and outs that he's kind of, the hard knocks that
- 7:58he's went through in his own business.
- 8:00And he's open and authentic and real about it. He tells you as it is.
- 8:05So I would just definitely promote him.
- 8:09He's a really really good resource to go to, if none other, just to watch his
- 8:13videos and listen to his content.
- 8:15But we have signed up and we are joining his, it's called his Accelerator Program for Businesses.
- 8:20And I'm really pumped and excited about it. I'll definitely share with you how
- 8:24things go, but just wanted to put that out there.
- 8:27But like I mentioned, high level is that marketing kind of platform software
- 8:33that people can use. It's very useful.
- 8:36And it is ginormous. I'll
- 8:39actually kind of just show you my page as well just so you
- 8:41can this is it's not only something
- 8:44you can use for your own business it's definitely that part of
- 8:47it but it's also that you can help and once you
- 8:50know it and know it extremely well you
- 8:53can use it for other businesses so we are in the process of gaining our knowledge
- 8:58of everything of the whole ins and outs of it so but it's it's really cool so
- 9:04you can manage your own business as well as another a number of other businesses
- 9:08out there. So you should check out High Level as well.
- 9:11So I am not affiliated with them, but eventually I probably will be.
- 9:15But like right now, it's just, I would just put that out there.
- 9:17High Level, it's a really good software.
- 9:20And just the short little bit that I know so far, but there's so much to take
- 9:25away from it and so much that can be useful for you. And I know I'm just kind
- 9:29of just showing you my screen.
- 9:30As I get going and I figure out all the more depths of it, I think people get
- 9:36into it, and that's why they have so many trainings and courses over how to
- 9:40utilize it to its max capacity.
- 9:42And that's why there's people out there like that, Adam, and there's a number of other people.
- 9:48And I've noticed just in my YouTube feed, it's just like pouring in of – actually,
- 9:53I'll get off of there. Maybe I can go over something else.
- 9:55Yeah, there's the courses. But in my YouTube feed, just since I'm watching all
- 9:59these things about high level and all these different –.
- 10:02Marketing software is out there. I think high level is extremely well,
- 10:06but I will give you kind of my take on it as I go along.
- 10:09And as we kind of progress as our business, I wanted to try to keep these short
- 10:13and sweet just but to give you a quick snippet or snapshot of where we are at as a business.
- 10:19And this will go on my podcast, the brand of focal show, I'm going to be putting that out there as well.
- 10:24It won't be a technically an episode, but it will be a bonus feature for you all out there.
- 10:29So you can kind of just hear where we are at and all that, all that jazz might
- 10:34as well switch to my, to my luscious website, just so you can get a taste of that.
- 10:39But yeah, this, that bad boy is going to be, it's going to be pumped up,
- 10:42you know, pumped up and rocking and rolling and juiced up, you know,
- 10:46just juice it up, you know, and that's, but right now it's, it's kind of,
- 10:49it's kind of a shell of itself, but it's gonna, it's gonna boost,
- 10:52you know, just get ready for it. Just get ready.
- 10:55You got to take little steps at a time. You don't want to get ahead of yourself.
- 10:58You don't want to put the cart ahead of the horse, you know?
- 11:00So I just want, I hope these videos kind of give you an idea of where the business is at.
- 11:06So you're familiar with it. And so hopefully we can basically connect and do more.
- 11:11We could maybe collaborate on things as well as maybe help each other,
- 11:16you know, serve each other in some form or fashion.
- 11:18I will eventually get to where there is ways to contact me. I know I really
- 11:22don't have that all set up yet, but we're getting there.
- 11:26So I'll leave it at that. I hope you all have a wonderful day and I'll see you on the next one.
