- 0:00Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Warning!
- 0:11Speaker 1: The Root! The Root! The Root's on fire!
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:18Speaker 2: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 2: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:25Speaker 2: Allen Root, America's favorite conservative rock star, direct from the
- 0:29Speaker 2: entertainment capital of the world.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Las Vegas. What time is it? It's time for War!
- 0:37Speaker 2: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 0:43Speaker 2: Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:54Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Allen Root, the root, the root, the
- 1:03Speaker 1: root's on fire. I'm laughing because I'm reading... All these
- 1:06Speaker 1: stories during the break in the New York Post. And
- 1:10Speaker 1: one of them is that the University of North Carolina
- 1:12Speaker 1: is exploring potential exit strategies for Bill Belichick. His days
- 1:18Speaker 1: in Chapel Hill may already be numbered. I mean, he's
- 1:20Speaker 1: only in, I think he's game number four. He's 0-4.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Is that what it is? I think he's only been
- 1:25Speaker 1: four games. He's 0-4. It's amazing. And again, you know,
- 1:29Speaker 1: I don't mean to brag, but Muhammad Ali said it
- 1:31Speaker 1: ain't bragging if you could back it up. Everything I
- 1:34Speaker 1: say on this show turns out to be right. 99.9999%
- 1:39Speaker 1: over the years of everything I've ever said has turned
- 1:41Speaker 1: out to be right. Sometimes it takes a few months
- 1:43Speaker 1: or a year or two, but I always get proven right.
- 1:45Speaker 1: And I've always said that I just don't believe in
- 1:49Speaker 1: Bill Belichick. I don't think he's nearly as good as
- 1:52Speaker 1: people think he is. I know he's going to make
- 1:53Speaker 1: the NFL Hall of Fame because he won, what was it,
- 1:56Speaker 1: seven Super Bowls? Or maybe it's six, six Super Bowls.
- 1:59Speaker 1: But he won them all with Tom Brady as his quarterback.
- 2:01Speaker 1: And the minute Tom Brady left... Tom Brady won another
- 2:04Speaker 1: Super Bowl, proving he was the one that made things happen,
- 2:07Speaker 1: not Belichick. He won it with another team, completely different team,
- 2:11Speaker 1: the first year he left, and Belichick finished with bad,
- 2:14Speaker 1: bad records every year as soon as Brady left, and
- 2:17Speaker 1: now he's horrible as a college coach. I mean, he
- 2:19Speaker 1: can't even coach college kids in a fairly good school,
- 2:23Speaker 1: North Carolina, that generally wins in football. Embarrassing. I don't
- 2:27Speaker 1: think he's a good coach. I don't think he's a
- 2:29Speaker 1: great coach at all. I don't think he ever would
- 2:30Speaker 1: have won anything. He's the luckiest man alive. That's my
- 2:35Speaker 1: last comment when it comes to sports. I know it's
- 2:37Speaker 1: a political show, but I wanted to weigh in on that.
- 2:39Speaker 1: I've said it many times. So many coaches are decent.
- 2:43Speaker 1: They're fairly good. But they never, ever get a whiff
- 2:47Speaker 1: of the Super Bowl, let alone winning the Super Bowl.
- 2:49Speaker 1: I think he would have gone his entire career without
- 2:51Speaker 1: ever winning a Super Bowl. He got lucky that he
- 2:54Speaker 1: got Tom Brady. And that was pure luck, too, because
- 2:57Speaker 1: he drafted him in the sixth round. Brady wasn't even
- 2:59Speaker 1: supposed to start. And his quarterback got hurt. And Bledsoe,
- 3:03Speaker 1: Drew Bledsoe, got hurt. And they put Brady in out
- 3:05Speaker 1: of desperation. And after that, he became the superstar coach ever.
- 3:10Speaker 1: because he had Brady as his quarterback. The guy never
- 3:12Speaker 1: would have won without Brady, I'm telling you. So it's
- 3:17Speaker 1: happening again. He's going to be fired from North Carolina
- 3:19Speaker 1: midway through the season. He can't win a game with them.
- 3:22Speaker 1: He's horrible. All right. Interesting story. Business owner's demonic strategy
- 3:30Speaker 1: to deter homeless people in a crime-riddled California city. And
- 3:33Speaker 1: I think it's liberals that are calling it demonic. I
- 3:35Speaker 1: call it a wonderful strategy. Local business owners in San Bernardino, California...
- 3:40Speaker 1: have deployed a controversial tactic to deter homeless encampments. I
- 3:45Speaker 1: love this story, so that's why I'm leading off with it.
- 3:48Speaker 1: A shopping mall in San Bernardino has begun blasting hissing, screeching,
- 3:52Speaker 1: and yowling cat noises throughout the night. Owners say they
- 3:56Speaker 1: resorted to the measure after the parking lot became overrun
- 3:59Speaker 1: with encampments. And nothing else caused the homeless people to
- 4:04Speaker 1: ever go away. They wouldn't leave. And the government won't
- 4:06Speaker 1: stop it. The police won't stop it. The plan began
- 4:09Speaker 1: with classical music piped into the lot. But when Mozart
- 4:12Speaker 1: failed to move the people along, it was replaced with
- 4:15Speaker 1: snarling cat recordings on loop from dusk till dawn. The
- 4:20Speaker 1: Sterling Place Mall has become the latest battleground of what
- 4:22Speaker 1: locals are calling history. Sound warfare. Bizarre noise campaigns aimed
- 4:28Speaker 1: at driving the homeless from public spaces. Some say the
- 4:31Speaker 1: tactic has worked. We used to have them all here
- 4:33Speaker 1: with their shopping carts. One worker told Fox 11 adding
- 4:37Speaker 1: the noise prevents people from sleeping outside the storefronts. And
- 4:42Speaker 1: others argue those lying on the streets have simply adapted.
- 4:45Speaker 1: The homeless at this point have gotten used to it,
- 4:48Speaker 1: said one resident. But some residents find the tactic disturbing
- 4:52Speaker 1: and borderline demonic. They're sicker than the ones out here,
- 4:55Speaker 1: said resident Ryan Balterra. It's like some Halloween Michael Myers
- 5:00Speaker 1: type of stuff. Blasting the sounds of screaming cats at
- 5:03Speaker 1: night to deter homeless encampments. In any case... My answer is,
- 5:10Speaker 1: if that doesn't work, then you blare whatever it is
- 5:13Speaker 1: that will work. Rock music, opera, I don't care what
- 5:17Speaker 1: it is. Blare it at decibels like a 747 and
- 5:21Speaker 1: drive the homeless people away from your property. If I
- 5:26Speaker 1: own a damn shopping center, it's my property. Get the
- 5:30Speaker 1: F out of my property. If the police won't do it,
- 5:33Speaker 1: if the government won't do it, I will do it.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I can do whatever I want on my property. I
- 5:37Speaker 1: can play whatever music I want. And if that fails,
- 5:41Speaker 1: if you tell me it breaks some sort of sound law,
- 5:44Speaker 1: homeless people don't break a law? Only sound breaks law?
- 5:47Speaker 1: Then I'll wind up with some guy to drive his
- 5:50Speaker 1: truck through every night and spray skunk on them all.
- 5:53Speaker 1: spray skunk on everyone until they run for their lives.
- 5:57Speaker 1: All I'm telling you is, you ain't going to encamp
- 5:59Speaker 1: on my property. I own my property. You're not ruining
- 6:01Speaker 1: my business. It's time to find ways, ingenious ways, to
- 6:06Speaker 1: drive homeless away. Let them go live in the forest,
- 6:10Speaker 1: but a bunch of drugged out zombies aren't living on
- 6:13Speaker 1: my property. Good job, San Bernardino Shopping Center. Good job.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Here's another one. GOP Senator details... Excuse me. Blue state
- 6:23Speaker 1: fallout from the Schumer federal government shutdown. Their dreams are
- 6:28Speaker 1: collateral damage. So Republicans are zeroing in on the fallout
- 6:33Speaker 1: that the Democrats government shutdown is inflicting on their own
- 6:36Speaker 1: blue states as the funding lapse reaches the eight day
- 6:39Speaker 1: mark with no end in sight. Senate Majority Whip John
- 6:42Speaker 1: Barrasso accuses Senate Democrats of selling out their own constituents
- 6:46Speaker 1: to score political points with the party's left wing base.
- 6:50Speaker 1: And despite a prolonged shutdown jeopardizing access to food and
- 6:54Speaker 1: food aid programs and forcing troops to temporarily report for
- 6:57Speaker 1: duty without pay, Democrats appear to be gearing up for
- 7:01Speaker 1: a drawn out fight. And, uh.
- 7:25Speaker 1: I'm telling you, that's what's going on, is this is
- 7:28Speaker 1: radical stuff. The Democrats want to please their radical left base,
- 7:32Speaker 1: and so they're willing to keep this shutdown going. But
- 7:35Speaker 1: real Americans who might get hurt by this are going
- 7:38Speaker 1: to really claw back against Democrats. I think they're going
- 7:42Speaker 1: to lose so badly in the midterms. It's such a
- 7:45Speaker 1: big mistake, such a big mistake by Democrats, especially if
- 7:49Speaker 1: President Trump can pass a bill or at least put
- 7:52Speaker 1: a bill up for a vote that– service members will
- 7:56Speaker 1: get paid. We will find a way to carve out
- 7:58Speaker 1: money and pay the military. And if we do that
- 8:01Speaker 1: and that passes, Trump's a hero. And if it doesn't pass,
- 8:04Speaker 1: Democrats will absolutely get slaughtered in the midterms when people
- 8:08Speaker 1: realize they hate the military. So this can really be
- 8:11Speaker 1: turned into a big win, and I think it will.
- 8:13Speaker 1: And I think most of America, as I said in
- 8:16Speaker 1: the last hour, 65% of Americans could not care less
- 8:19Speaker 1: about the lockdown. It means nothing to them. It means
- 8:21Speaker 1: nothing to me. Did I say lockdown? I'm thinking back
- 8:23Speaker 1: to COVID. Shut down. The government shut down. What's like
- 8:26Speaker 1: a lockdown? It's basically a lockdown of government. Screw them.
- 8:30Speaker 1: I don't rely on government in any way, shape, or form.
- 8:32Speaker 1: And so I'd like to make it permanent. The less government,
- 8:37Speaker 1: the better. The more money we make. I know I've
- 8:38Speaker 1: done great since the lockdown. Excuse me, shutdown. I keep
- 8:41Speaker 1: saying lockdown. The lockdown shut down. Since the lockdown shut down,
- 8:44Speaker 1: I've done great. My stock portfolio has gone up dramatically.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Gold's gone up dramatically. Bitcoin's gone up dramatically. And that's
- 8:50Speaker 1: what I own. So it's done great. I wish you
- 8:53Speaker 1: guys would shut down all the time. 24 hours a day,
- 8:57Speaker 1: seven days a week forever. Florida man charged in deadly
- 9:00Speaker 1: pack Palisades Inferno. Another big news story. Hadn't had a
- 9:04Speaker 1: chance to get to. Jonathan, boy, if I had a
- 9:06Speaker 1: name like this, I'd be pretty angry at life, too.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Jonathan Rindernecht, Rindernecht, 29, who also went by Jonathan Rinder.
- 9:14Speaker 1: That's a smart man. Change your name and shorten it.
- 9:17Speaker 1: And John Rinder maliciously set the fire that became the
- 9:20Speaker 1: Palisades Fire, igniting a catastrophe that scorched some of L.A.
- 9:25Speaker 1: 's wealthiest hillside neighborhoods. He is a Melbourne, Florida resident.
- 9:32Speaker 1: He's an Uber driver. And here's the deal. He donated
- 9:35Speaker 1: to Joe Biden and was a registered Democrat in Florida.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Of course he was. Let's see what I put on Twitter.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Let's see my exact words on Twitter. I'll tell you
- 9:43Speaker 1: my tweet that I put out when I found this
- 9:45Speaker 1: story out this morning. There we go. OK, so my
- 9:49Speaker 1: tweet this morning was. Let's see. He grew up in France.
- 9:57Speaker 1: He plays rap music. He's mentally ill. and he's filled
- 10:00Speaker 1: with hate must be a big radical leftist anti-fascist scumbag
- 10:05Speaker 1: no surprise because Fox News said he was born in
- 10:07Speaker 1: France and in his Uber vehicles he played loud French
- 10:11Speaker 1: rap music and he's a mentally ill firebug who likes
- 10:14Speaker 1: to set things on fire let's say allegedly allegedly all
- 10:17Speaker 1: these things are allegedly but I knew that he must
- 10:21Speaker 1: be an anti-fod, Democrat type, and sure enough, registered to
- 10:25Speaker 1: vote in Florida as a Democrat and voted for Joe Biden. Unbelievable. Oh,
- 10:32Speaker 1: he never, I'm sorry, let me make sure I get
- 10:33Speaker 1: things right. Never declared a political party, but he donated
- 10:38Speaker 1: to Joe Biden. So we know he's a Democrat and
- 10:40Speaker 1: he voted Democrat. His fire caused, left 12 people dead,
- 10:47Speaker 1: caused $ 150 billion in damages. And went on to level
- 10:52Speaker 1: more than 6,000 homes. 6,000 homes. And 10 months after
- 10:59Speaker 1: the fire, only two permits have been issued in Malibu, California.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Two. One, two. Two.
- 11:06Speaker 1: As in two. Nobody ever gets to rebuild in liberal cities.
- 11:10Speaker 1: But don't worry. They'll give it to the homeless. All right.

- 12:51Speaker 1: for Augusta Precious Metals. There's a new report out that
- 12:53Speaker 1: Americans are outliving their retirement savings, leaving them in a
- 12:56Speaker 1: doomed position. That's because their retirement was set up the
- 13:00Speaker 1: same old way, using outdated strategies from the 1970s. This
- 13:03Speaker 1: may be good for financial advisors and retirement companies, but
- 13:06Speaker 1: often it leaves your life savings positioned poorly. That's why
- 13:09Speaker 1: my friends at Augusta Precious Metals have put together an
- 13:12Speaker 1: important free report just for my fans. If you have
- 13:14Speaker 1: more than $ 50, 000 in your IRA, We'll see you next time.

- 13:47Speaker 1: Text ROOT to 35052. Hi, this is Wayne Allyn Root
- 13:51Speaker 1: for Patriot Critical Minerals. Here's the raw truth. Our military dominance,
- 13:55Speaker 1: our economic strength, and even our freedom itself depends on
- 13:57Speaker 1: one critical metal most Americans have never heard of, tungsten.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Tungsten is the metal of strength. It's what hardens our tanks,
- 14:04Speaker 1: powers our jet fighters, drives our missiles and puts steel
- 14:07Speaker 1: behind every round of ammunition. Here's the danger. China controls
- 14:10Speaker 1: 80 percent of the world's supply and 90 percent of production.
- 14:14Speaker 1: If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy and
- 14:17Speaker 1: independence all hangs in the balance. Here's the good news.
- 14:20Speaker 1: We have the solution. Patriot Critical Minerals, home to the
- 14:23Speaker 1: most advanced tungsten deposit in the entire USA of over
- 14:26Speaker 1: 19 million tons. This is the kind of discovery that
- 14:29Speaker 1: can change the game enough to break China's stranglehold on tungsten.
- 14:33Speaker 1: There has never been a better moment to invest in tungsten.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Patriot Critical Minerals isn't just about mining. It's about securing
- 14:39Speaker 1: our freedom and protecting our homeland. To learn about investment
- 14:43Speaker 1: opportunities with Patriot Critical Minerals, go to patriotcritical.com. That's patriotcritical.com.
- 15:01Speaker 1: All right. Way down the route, the route, the route,
- 15:03Speaker 1: the route is on fire. Donald Trump is on fire.
- 15:06Speaker 1: I predicted over a week ago that Trump would end
- 15:09Speaker 1: this war in Israel and get the Nobel Peace Prize
- 15:12Speaker 1: or win the Nobel Peace Prize. I don't know if
- 15:14Speaker 1: he'll win it this time. I think they announced the
- 15:15Speaker 1: award like any day now. But and they're going to
- 15:18Speaker 1: be embarrassed when they don't pick him. But they'll certainly
- 15:20Speaker 1: get it in the next round, which would be, I guess,
- 15:22Speaker 1: next year. But I mean, this man has negotiated so
- 15:25Speaker 1: many peace deals around the world. And you know what
- 15:27Speaker 1: this all proves? This proves that it's easier to negotiate
- 15:30Speaker 1: with Hamas savages and vicious, horrible terrorists who murder babies
- 15:36Speaker 1: and cut their heads off than it is to negotiate
- 15:39Speaker 1: with Democrats. Hamas you can negotiate with. The shutdown, the
- 15:43Speaker 1: Democrats won't give in. They won't negotiate with Trump. They
- 15:46Speaker 1: have Trump derangement syndrome. Even the savage terrorists who murder
- 15:51Speaker 1: babies and gang rape women, even they don't have a
- 15:54Speaker 1: case of Trump derangement syndrome as bad as Democrats. Unbelievable. Unbelievable.
- 16:00Speaker 1: It's truly amazing. Trump could negotiate anything with anyone except
- 16:05Speaker 1: Democrats because they just are horrible, evil people. Demonic. Demonic.
- 16:11Speaker 1: So we've got war over in the Middle East. Peace
- 16:15Speaker 1: in our time. President Trump negotiates peace in our time.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Hamas agreed to a peace deal pushed by President Trump
- 16:24Speaker 1: to end the war in Gaza, return the hostages two
- 16:26Speaker 1: years after October 7th. Trump took to Truth Social to
- 16:30Speaker 1: make the announcement. I'm very proud to announce that Israel
- 16:33Speaker 1: and Hamas have both signed off on the first phase
- 16:35Speaker 1: of our peace plan. This means that all the hostages
- 16:37Speaker 1: will be released soon. Israel will withdraw their troops. to
- 16:40Speaker 1: an agreed-upon line as the first steps towards a strong, durable,
- 16:44Speaker 1: everlasting peace. All parties will be treated fairly. Great day
- 16:48Speaker 1: for Arab and Muslim world, Israel, all surrounding nations, and
- 16:51Speaker 1: the United States of America. We thank mediators from Qatar, Egypt,
- 16:54Speaker 1: and Turkey who worked with us to make this historic
- 16:58Speaker 1: and unprecedented event happen. Blessed are the peacemakers. So we've
- 17:04Speaker 1: got peace in the Middle East, at least for the
- 17:06Speaker 1: time being. President Trump has made it happen. And again,
- 17:10Speaker 1: I would argue he should win the Nobel Peace Prize.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Thank you, President Trump. New York targets Bitcoin mining with
- 17:19Speaker 1: a proposed tax hike bill, making it even more difficult
- 17:23Speaker 1: than it already is for Bitcoin miners to operate in
- 17:26Speaker 1: the state. The bill is sponsored by two Democrats. The
- 17:31Speaker 1: state will pay digital asset miners and the state will
- 17:35Speaker 1: pay increased taxes based on the amount of energy they use.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Here's my point. Why am I making this a big deal?
- 17:41Speaker 1: It's got nothing to do with Bitcoin. It's got nothing
- 17:43Speaker 1: to do with miners. It has to do with dumb
- 17:46Speaker 1: blue states like New York who chase everyone away. They
- 17:49Speaker 1: don't get it. You know, America could do a lot
- 17:52Speaker 1: of things. I think, you know, personally, I think it's
- 17:53Speaker 1: wrong to ever, you know, raise taxes on the people
- 17:56Speaker 1: who create all the jobs and all that. I'm a
- 17:59Speaker 1: tax cutter. I'm never a tax raiser. I don't want
- 18:01Speaker 1: the federal government to raise anyone's taxes. But certainly they
- 18:05Speaker 1: can get away with it because you've got nowhere else
- 18:07Speaker 1: to go unless you want to leave the United States.
- 18:09Speaker 1: which very few people are willing to and very few
- 18:11Speaker 1: people have the money to. But a state, the states
- 18:15Speaker 1: don't get it. They're clueless. They're delusional. They don't understand
- 18:20Speaker 1: that you're competing with 49 other states, right? Each state
- 18:24Speaker 1: is competing with 49 other states. If you raise taxes,
- 18:28Speaker 1: people are going to move to another state. New York
- 18:31Speaker 1: State just killed itself again. They killed itself with by
- 18:35Speaker 1: banning fracking. Now they killed themselves by making it unprofitable
- 18:39Speaker 1: to Bitcoin mine. So the Bitcoin miners are going to
- 18:43Speaker 1: go to other states just like the frackers went to
- 18:46Speaker 1: other states and they get rich in those other states.
- 18:48Speaker 1: And those other states get rich charging them a much
- 18:51Speaker 1: lower tax than New York would charge. So you could
- 18:54Speaker 1: make believe that a higher tax is better for New
- 18:56Speaker 1: York State, but the real tax is zero because they're
- 18:59Speaker 1: going to move and you're going to get nothing. What
- 19:02Speaker 1: did they say on Seinfeld? You will get nothing and
- 19:04Speaker 1: like it. New York is so dumb. My home state
- 19:08Speaker 1: is so dumb. 78% of Americans favor deportation of criminal
- 19:13Speaker 1: illegal immigrants. So it's just under 80% say yes if
- 19:19Speaker 1: you've committed a crime and you're here illegally. We will
- 19:22Speaker 1: absolutely support deporting you. So any deportation of criminal illegal
- 19:28Speaker 1: aliens is the second most popular policy according to a
- 19:33Speaker 1: Harvard-Capps-Harris poll. The second most popular policy under President Trump
- 19:40Speaker 1: just under lowering prescription drug prices for Medicare recipients. Survey
- 19:47Speaker 1: was conducted online October 1st through 2nd. 2nd. 78% agreed.
- 19:52Speaker 1: Even among Democrats, 69% favor the policy. 77% of independents
- 19:58Speaker 1: favor it. 87% of Republicans favor it. Now, isn't that bizarre?
- 20:02Speaker 1: That means 13% of Republicans do not want to deport
- 20:07Speaker 1: illegal aliens who commit crimes once they're here. Who are
- 20:10Speaker 1: that 13%? I'd like to meet them. I'd like to
- 20:13Speaker 1: knock some sense into them. Energized Health is the sponsor

- 21:57Speaker 1: one of my favorite guests, is with us and we'll
- 21:59Speaker 1: get to him in a second. Ben Berkham, the host
- 22:02Speaker 1: of Law and Border on Real America's Voice. We love Ben.
- 22:05Speaker 1: We appreciate him risking his life to get us the
- 22:09Speaker 1: latest information on illegal immigration and open borders and the
- 22:12Speaker 1: Mexican drug cartels and all the drug cartels, not just Mexican,
- 22:16Speaker 1: all the drug cartels, the Venezuelan drug cartels. We'll get
- 22:19Speaker 1: to it in just a second. I want to mention
- 22:20Speaker 1: the sponsor of this show, Patriot Critical Minerals. Patriot Critical Minerals.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Here's the raw truth. Our military dominance, our economic strength,
- 22:28Speaker 1: even our freedom itself depends on one critical metal. Most
- 22:33Speaker 1: Americans have never heard of tungsten. Tungsten is the metal
- 22:36Speaker 1: of strength. It's what hardens our tanks, powers our fighter jets,
- 22:40Speaker 1: drives our missiles and puts steel behind every round of ammo.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Here's the danger. China controls 80 percent of the world's
- 22:46Speaker 1: supply and 90 percent of the production of China cuts
- 22:50Speaker 1: us off. America's military power, economy, and independence all hang
- 22:54Speaker 1: in the balance. Here's the good news. We have the solution.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Patriot Critical Minerals, home to the most advanced tungsten deposit
- 23:01Speaker 1: in the entire United States, right here in my home
- 23:04Speaker 1: state of Nevada. A deposit with an historical resource of
- 23:08Speaker 1: over 19 million tons. This is the kind of discovery
- 23:12Speaker 1: that can change everything. It's a game changer. Enough to
- 23:15Speaker 1: fuel America's defense industry. support our economy and break China's
- 23:20Speaker 1: stranglehold on tungsten. There's never been a better moment to
- 23:24Speaker 1: invest in tungsten. Patriot Critical Minerals isn't just about mining.
- 23:28Speaker 1: It's about securing our freedom and protecting our homeland. To
- 23:31Speaker 1: learn more about investment opportunities with Patriot Critical Minerals, go
- 23:35Speaker 1: to patriotcritical.com. That's patriotcritical.com. All right. Ben Berkham is our
- 23:42Speaker 1: guest host of Law and Border on Real America's Voice,
- 23:44Speaker 1: founder of FrontlineAmerica.com and a great F.O.W. friend of Wayne. Ben,
- 23:50Speaker 1: how are you, man?
- 23:52Speaker 3: Doing well, brother. Great to be back with you.
- 23:55Speaker 1: So President Trump hosted an Antifa roundtable today with cabinet
- 23:58Speaker 1: members and journalists, mostly independent journalists. And I think you
- 24:02Speaker 1: should have been part of that roundtable. You were attacked
- 24:05Speaker 1: by Antifa just a couple of years ago, correct?
- 24:09Speaker 3: Yeah, I've been attacked multiple times. It started in 2017
- 24:14Speaker 3: when I was in Berkeley and I was surrounded by
- 24:17Speaker 3: a mob. I actually was out there doing what I
- 24:20Speaker 3: started out my career doing, just trying to have conversations
- 24:24Speaker 3: and find common ground to try to get people to
- 24:27Speaker 3: try to win in the arena of ideas and get
- 24:31Speaker 3: people onto our side. And for having the audacity to
- 24:34Speaker 3: want to have a conversation and I was attacked. They
- 24:37Speaker 3: stole my hat first. I went into the crowd of
- 24:38Speaker 3: Antifa after it and was attacked by three different individuals,
- 24:41Speaker 3: got beat over the head, beaten the side of the head,
- 24:44Speaker 3: ended up having 13 stitches on my head and having
- 24:46Speaker 3: to have the top of my ear sewn back on.
- 24:49Speaker 3: It was basically the first instance that I had with Antifa,
- 24:54Speaker 3: but I had multiple other engagements where I was attacked,
- 24:58Speaker 3: hit over the head with bottles, spit in my mouth,
- 25:01Speaker 3: just some of the worst, pepper sprayed the rest. some
- 25:04Speaker 3: of the worst demons on the planet. And so, yeah, it's, uh,
- 25:08Speaker 3: this is, it's, and the most important thing, Wayne, before
- 25:11Speaker 3: I say anything else, Antifa is an organization. It is
- 25:15Speaker 3: a well-funded and coordinated organization, and it directly is involved
- 25:20Speaker 3: with the democratic socialists of America. It's basically the democratic
- 25:23Speaker 3: socialists of America's henchmen. They're the brown shirts. So AOC,
- 25:27Speaker 3: Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, anyone who espouses to be a
- 25:30Speaker 3: democratic socialist or a communist is That is Antifa is
- 25:34Speaker 3: a part of their organization. And so when we're talking
- 25:36Speaker 3: about them, they need to be included in that conversation.
- 25:39Speaker 3: They're all one in the same.
- 25:41Speaker 1: And, you know, it's funny when you mentioned that that
- 25:44Speaker 1: idea of yours, that theme of yours, that you were
- 25:47Speaker 1: you were interested in, like positive, well-mannered, polite debating with people.
- 25:51Speaker 1: So everyone's allowed free speech and everyone's allowed to talk.
- 25:54Speaker 1: And it sounds a lot like you were a version
- 25:57Speaker 1: of Charlie Kirk. And look what happened to Charlie Kirk.
- 26:00Speaker 1: You were doing the same thing as Charlie Kirk, trying
- 26:02Speaker 1: to be a polite guy, trying to have conversations, trying
- 26:06Speaker 1: to let everyone make their case and you make your
- 26:08Speaker 1: case and may the best idea win, all of which
- 26:11Speaker 1: I applaud and I think is great. But the left
- 26:13Speaker 1: doesn't respect that. They don't applaud that. They don't want that.
- 26:16Speaker 1: They have no interest in it. They want to silence
- 26:18Speaker 1: people who disagree with them. And it got Charlie Kirk killed.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Does that kind of thing concern you as well? Is
- 26:24Speaker 1: your life in danger every time you go out there? Absolutely.
- 26:27Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, it's funny. I have traveled all over
- 26:30Speaker 3: the world to some very dangerous spots. I've been in
- 26:32Speaker 3: gunfights with the cartels down in Panama. And the threat
- 26:37Speaker 3: I feel is most when I'm at a college campus
- 26:41Speaker 3: or at a liberal city like Portland. I just came
- 26:44Speaker 3: back from Berkeley, Seattle, all of these cities that are
- 26:48Speaker 3: run by radical leftists. those feel more dangerous to me
- 26:52Speaker 3: than gunfights in the jungles of Panama. And that's the
- 26:56Speaker 3: reality of where we're at. And I did, I actually
- 26:57Speaker 3: started my career at Fresno state. I am doing my
- 27:00Speaker 3: undergrad and grad school there. And I started by going
- 27:03Speaker 3: out and trying to engage people on campus, very similar
- 27:06Speaker 3: to what Charlie Kirk did actually several years before him.
- 27:09Speaker 3: I got out of that. And when I finished my degrees,
- 27:11Speaker 3: I went into corporate world for a while. And then
- 27:14Speaker 3: when I got stuck into drugs and alcohol, then Charlie,
- 27:17Speaker 3: Charlie came on the scene and, and just took it
- 27:20Speaker 3: to an entirely another level. But that was where I started,
- 27:23Speaker 3: was trying to have that dialogue, trying to find that
- 27:26Speaker 3: common ground. And the reality is, Wayne, you know this,
- 27:29Speaker 3: the reason they can't do that, they won't allow that
- 27:32Speaker 3: to happen. In fact, they have people at all these protests. Yeah,
- 27:34Speaker 3: they lose. They cannot compete in the arena of ideas.
- 27:37Speaker 3: Their ideas lose. And so the only solution they have
- 27:41Speaker 3: is to turn to violence. That's why they say words
- 27:44Speaker 3: are violent. So it justifies their violence.
- 27:46Speaker 1: You and Charlie are much nicer to me. I guess
- 27:49Speaker 1: because I went to Columbia University and I found out
- 27:50Speaker 1: what these people are like. There is no trying to
- 27:54Speaker 1: be nice to them. They don't respond to that. They're evil.
- 27:57Speaker 1: They're demonic. I think they're possessed by the devil or
- 28:01Speaker 1: certainly mentally ill with Trump derangement syndrome. You know what's funny?
- 28:05Speaker 1: I made a joke. You know, we just found out
- 28:06Speaker 1: moments ago that we have peace in the Middle East.
- 28:09Speaker 1: Hamas has agreed. This is not a joke. True story.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Hamas just agreed to a peace deal with Israel. President Trump,
- 28:15Speaker 1: I hope, will now win the Nobel Peace Prize. We
- 28:16Speaker 1: have peace in the Middle East. And I opened my
- 28:19Speaker 1: segment saying, you know what? This proves that it's easier
- 28:21Speaker 1: to negotiate with Hamas murdering terrorists than it is to
- 28:25Speaker 1: negotiate with Democrats who shut down our government. They're impossible. Trump,
- 28:29Speaker 1: you can't get the Democrats to come to the table
- 28:32Speaker 1: and negotiate nicely. No.
- 28:35Speaker 3: And I mean, we see this. Anything President Trump proposes,
- 28:38Speaker 3: it's immediately attacked. And their entire political platform now is
- 28:43Speaker 3: based on undermining President Trump, no matter what, no matter
- 28:47Speaker 3: if it's good or bad. Their objective is to undermine
- 28:50Speaker 3: President Trump because the reality is, Their objective is to
- 28:53Speaker 3: undermine America. They're happy when it's a Republican that doesn't
- 28:57Speaker 3: actually love America and will compromise with them, and they're evil.
- 29:01Speaker 3: But when they get a president like President Trump who
- 29:03Speaker 3: puts America first, they cannot deal with that. And so
- 29:07Speaker 3: their only solution is to attack, just like Antifa. The
- 29:10Speaker 3: Democrats in Washington, D.C. are the Antifa of politics, and
- 29:15Speaker 3: they are all the same. They're all coordinated. They're all communicating.
- 29:19Speaker 3: They're all working together. That's why you see AOC and
- 29:23Speaker 3: all these people attack Rashida Tlaib, who should never have
- 29:25Speaker 3: been allowed in politics to begin with. There has to
- 29:28Speaker 3: be some sort of litmus test to prove that you
- 29:30Speaker 3: love America before you get into Congress or any sort
- 29:33Speaker 3: of political position in America. But now you see the
- 29:36Speaker 3: fruits of that. You have people in positions of power
- 29:38Speaker 3: in America who hate America. America. Their objective is not
- 29:41Speaker 3: to save this country. It's to destroy it from within
- 29:44Speaker 3: and remake it in their utopian vision of either communism, socialism,
- 29:48Speaker 3: anarchy or jihadism now. And so that's what we're up against.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Well, it's funny. You mentioned Rashida Tlaib and you said
- 29:54Speaker 1: the test should be whether you're loyal and love America
- 29:56Speaker 1: or not. But how about let's go even more extreme.
- 29:59Speaker 1: Ilhan Omar, it should be whether you're an American citizen
- 30:03Speaker 1: or not. She's not a citizen. We all know that.
- 30:06Speaker 3: Commit fraud. Yeah, you didn't commit immigration fraud. Marry your
- 30:10Speaker 3: brother to get here. She should be on the next
- 30:13Speaker 3: deportation flight out of America.
- 30:15Speaker 1: They should handcuff her, perp walk her out and put
- 30:17Speaker 1: her on that flight. What is it called? Con Air?
- 30:20Speaker 1: She's not Con Air. And take her out of America
- 30:22Speaker 1: or take her to Gitmo. Terrible woman.
- 30:25Speaker 2: Ice air. Ice air.
- 30:26Speaker 3: Ice air.
- 30:27Speaker 1: All right. So you were in– well, yeah, Con Air
- 30:29Speaker 1: is just for the American citizens who are criminals. Ice
- 30:32Speaker 1: air is for the ones we're deporting. So you were
- 30:35Speaker 1: in Portland earlier this week. You mentioned that. What did
- 30:37Speaker 1: you witness in lovely downtown Portland?
- 30:41Speaker 3: Well, you know, again, it's more of the same. What
- 30:44Speaker 3: was really interesting, and the reason you can tell this
- 30:46Speaker 3: is all coordinated, it was less violent than I'm used to.
- 30:50Speaker 3: I've been in Portland many times. I was there under
- 30:52Speaker 3: President Trump's first term. Immediately when I got there on
- 30:55Speaker 3: President Trump's first term, and up until about two weeks ago,
- 30:59Speaker 3: every time MAGA would show up in Portland, they were
- 31:01Speaker 3: immediately attacked by hundreds of black bloc. That's what, you know,
- 31:05Speaker 3: that's how you can tell they're Antifa. When they wear
- 31:08Speaker 3: the all black, they carry the black and red flags. Typically,
- 31:12Speaker 3: that's what would happen. And what was crazy is there
- 31:14Speaker 3: was violence. I was threatened. My life was threatened. ICE
- 31:18Speaker 3: was threatened every single day. They were attacking the facility.
- 31:20Speaker 3: We'd absolutely need troops in there. But there was also
- 31:23Speaker 3: clearly communication. It felt like the B team was out there.
- 31:26Speaker 3: There was clear communication from the top down to the
- 31:30Speaker 3: major Antifa organizers in the city to back off a
- 31:33Speaker 3: little bit. And to me, that's no clearer sign that
- 31:36Speaker 3: this is a coordinated effort. This is not just an ideology.
- 31:39Speaker 3: This is an organization that's controlled and in part controls
- 31:45Speaker 3: the Democrat Party. And so we witnessed that. The biggest thing, though, Wayne,
- 31:49Speaker 3: is the fact that they're taking away Border Patrol and
- 31:52Speaker 3: ICE resources to be able to go into the cities
- 31:54Speaker 3: and get the really, really bad guys. ICE is going
- 31:58Speaker 3: after the worst of the worst. And what Democrats are
- 32:00Speaker 3: doing by protesting ICE's operations is allowing the worst of
- 32:04Speaker 3: the worst to stay in our country. That's what's happening.
- 32:08Speaker 1: It's funny when you describe the outfits that Antifa wears,
- 32:11Speaker 1: which is all black, and I guess they mask their face,
- 32:14Speaker 1: and then they fly a flag that you said has
- 32:15Speaker 1: some black and red in it. It sounds like they're
- 32:18Speaker 1: America's version of ISIS. They sound just like ISIS, right?
- 32:22Speaker 3: They absolutely are. That's exactly what they are. They're the
- 32:26Speaker 3: anarchist version, not the Muslim jihadist version.
- 32:31Speaker 1: I got a new joke. What's their scene? ISIS and Antifa. Flag.
- 32:34Speaker 1: It might be slightly different. That's about the only difference.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Not the attitude. Hey, as we leave, a new episode
- 32:39Speaker 1: of Law & Border will air this Saturday on Real
- 32:41Speaker 1: America's Voice, my network. You're on the same day as me, Saturday.
- 32:45Speaker 1: Tell us about what you'll have on the show this week.
- 32:48Speaker 3: Well, it's our time down in Sinaloa, Mexico, showing what
- 32:53Speaker 3: we have to prevent from coming into the United States.
- 32:56Speaker 3: That's the cartels that are controlling Mexico. And unfortunately, they
- 33:00Speaker 3: control many cities in America as well.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Yeah, and I think they've bribed a lot of Democrat politicians,
- 33:05Speaker 1: and everyone, nobody but me is saying this. I never
- 33:08Speaker 1: hear anyone say it. I say it all the time.
- 33:10Speaker 1: I believe the Democrat Party, most of their leaders have
- 33:12Speaker 1: been bribed by the Mexican drug cartel. I'm going to
- 33:15Speaker 1: keep saying it until somebody demands lie detector tests. I'm
- 33:17Speaker 1: telling you, that's the way to go. All right, Ben.
- 33:20Speaker 1: Ben Berkman, host of Law & Border this Saturday on
- 33:23Speaker 1: Real America's Voice TV, founder of FrontlineAmerica.com. Thank you, Ben.
- 33:27Speaker 1: God bless you. Be careful. Be safe.
- 33:28Speaker 3: God bless you.

- 36:47Speaker 1: All right, Wade Elruth, so we appeared to have peace
- 36:49Speaker 1: in the Middle East. I said that last week. It's
- 36:51Speaker 1: real now. I mean, last week it was that Trump
- 36:54Speaker 1: had gotten a sign-on from several Arab and Muslim countries
- 36:59Speaker 1: and Israel, and it appeared that we had agreement, but
- 37:02Speaker 1: he needed Hamas to agree, and Hamas gave a tentative yes.
- 37:05Speaker 1: And then they quickly backtracked and said, well, maybe yes,
- 37:08Speaker 1: maybe no. And today they agreed officially that there will
- 37:12Speaker 1: be peace in the Middle East. That's the end of
- 37:15Speaker 1: the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza. So good news. Good news
- 37:19Speaker 1: for America. Good news for the world. Good news for Israel.
- 37:21Speaker 1: Good news for the Middle East. I hope it's over
- 37:24Speaker 1: because we need it to be over. We need it
- 37:27Speaker 1: to be over. The reality is Trump looks like a
- 37:30Speaker 1: champion now. The reality is Trump should win the Nobel
- 37:32Speaker 1: Peace Prize. All good stuff. You know who should not
- 37:35Speaker 1: win the Peace Prize or Nobel Prize for anything is
- 37:38Speaker 1: pharmaceutical companies, big pharma. You know how I feel about
- 37:41Speaker 1: the vaccine. Everyone knows how I feel about the vaccine.
- 37:44Speaker 1: These big pharma companies, you know, I'm going to write
- 37:47Speaker 1: a column one of these days about the fact that
- 37:49Speaker 1: even though I'm a capitalist, I mean, I'm not just
- 37:51Speaker 1: a capitalist, I'm the capitalist. I'm the world's biggest believer
- 37:55Speaker 1: and supporter and defender of capitalism. I love capitalism. The
- 38:00Speaker 1: media has named me the capitalist evangelist. I love capitalism
- 38:04Speaker 1: so much, and even I believe that corporations get rich
- 38:08Speaker 1: because they're greedy, maybe sometimes even evil. And you gotta
- 38:12Speaker 1: reign them in a little bit. Someone's gotta be watching
- 38:15Speaker 1: over them because they would do anything to make money
- 38:18Speaker 1: and make their stock go up and make their shareholders happy.
- 38:21Speaker 1: But that's good, right? Greed is good, as Michael Douglas
- 38:25Speaker 1: said in the movie Wall Street, greed is good. If
- 38:27Speaker 1: you're really greedy and stocks go up and your performance
- 38:30Speaker 1: goes up, everyone gets rich, And America benefits and they
- 38:33Speaker 1: buy new houses and they buy new cars and they
- 38:35Speaker 1: buy new furniture. And America becomes the most prosperous nation
- 38:38Speaker 1: in the world. And that's what made us the most
- 38:39Speaker 1: prosperous nation in the world. But that doesn't mean that
- 38:43Speaker 1: I think that they're nice people. I want to watch
- 38:46Speaker 1: them like a hawk. And I think that most of
- 38:48Speaker 1: them would sell their mother in five cents for a
- 38:51Speaker 1: good quarter, you know, to produce a good quarter of
- 38:55Speaker 1: profits that makes their stock go up. They'd sell their
- 38:57Speaker 1: mother out. So even though I love capitalism, I know
- 39:01Speaker 1: they're all liars and scum, right? They really are. And
- 39:06Speaker 1: so you've got to watch them. Well, so how come
- 39:08Speaker 1: Democrats who make this argument all the time, business is bad,
- 39:12Speaker 1: business is evil, they trust Big Pharma. Big Pharma is
- 39:16Speaker 1: the most evil and greedy of them all. Why would
- 39:19Speaker 1: you trust them? So look at this headline. Bayer. bets
- 39:23Speaker 1: on Parkinson's treatment while selling pesticides linked to causing the disease.
- 39:30Speaker 1: So they sell pesticides that cause Parkinson's, allegedly, and then
- 39:35Speaker 1: they bet on a Parkinson's treatment. And I'm willing to
- 39:38Speaker 1: bet you the treatment doesn't even work. Like the COVID
- 39:40Speaker 1: vaccine probably doesn't even work. But who would be dumb
- 39:44Speaker 1: enough to trust a company like that? Right? So now...
- 39:50Speaker 1: In the waning minutes of this show, excuse the pun,
- 39:53Speaker 1: waning minutes, I want to read you a couple stories
- 39:56Speaker 1: about the COVID vaccine. Japan issues an alert as the
- 40:00Speaker 1: COVID vaccine spike is found in breast cancer tumors. Leading
- 40:05Speaker 1: Japanese researchers have sounded the alarm of discovering Pfizer's COVID
- 40:09Speaker 1: mRNA vaccine spiked protein inside cancer tissue. The alarming discovery
- 40:14Speaker 1: has sent shockwaves through the world of oncology and is
- 40:17Speaker 1: raising new fears about the shot's potential role in fueling
- 40:20Speaker 1: tumor growth. Studies findings were published in the Journal of
- 40:24Speaker 1: Dermatological Science. It causes cancer. It's so clear that the
- 40:32Speaker 1: COVID vaccine is giving people cancer. We've had a massive
- 40:36Speaker 1: spike in cancer since the COVID vaccine came out. All
- 40:40Speaker 1: kinds of cancer. Not just breast cancer. Every kind of cancer.
- 40:44Speaker 1: And the deaths are through the roof. Only since the
- 40:48Speaker 1: vaccine came out. All-time record amounts of cancer. Now you're
- 40:52Speaker 1: finding COVID vaccine spike proteins inside cancer cells. The CDC
- 40:58Speaker 1: says COVID-19 vaccination is now up to each individual. Each
- 41:03Speaker 1: person should take a range of factors into account and
- 41:06Speaker 1: consult with their doctor before receiving a shot. It's called
- 41:10Speaker 1: informed consent is back. Thank you, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Exclusive,
- 41:16Speaker 1: OSHA admits it told healthcare employers not to report COVID
- 41:23Speaker 1: vaccine injuries. I mean, if this isn't evil, if this
- 41:27Speaker 1: isn't crimes against humanity, if this isn't mass murder, I
- 41:31Speaker 1: don't know what is. Every official at OSHA... Every single
- 41:36Speaker 1: official at the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, OSHA, who
- 41:39Speaker 1: was involved in telling employers not to report COVID vaccine injuries,
- 41:45Speaker 1: every one of them should be put on trial for
- 41:47Speaker 1: mass murder. And if found guilty, you know what I
- 41:49Speaker 1: think should happen to them? Nuremberg. And finally, the CDC
- 41:53Speaker 1: failed to warn the public of mRNA vaccine dangers. An
- 41:56Speaker 1: official report concludes it accuses the CDC of blurring the
- 42:00Speaker 1: line between safety oversight and vaccine promotion. You've all been
- 42:05Speaker 1: lied to. You've all been scammed. You've all been defrauded.
- 42:09Speaker 1: And many of you are going to die because of it.
