- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:04One of the things I've said from the very beginning
- 0:07pretty much here on the podcast is that as these
- 0:11people get brought to justice and more of them are
- 0:15brought to face the music, the more girls and survivors
- 0:21who live through the abuse of Maxwell and Epstein are
- 0:24going to come forward. And we're starting to see that
- 0:27as we speak, one of the most prominent lawyers in
- 0:32the whole entire ordeal, Bradley Edwards, is talking about how
- 0:38even more girls are coming forward now and how the
- 0:43case and the scope of the case is still growing.
- 0:48It just shows you the absolute wake of misery and
- 0:53sorrow that was left in the path of Jeffrey Epstein
- 0:57and Glene Maxwell for years. And it's just not the
- 1:03women and the girls that we have heard of that
- 1:06have been out at the forefront of this. There are
- 1:09a lot of unnamed girls, a lot of unnamed women.
- 1:14And I've talked about it before. How you know girls
- 1:17from these war torn countries Eastern Europe, the Balkans, insert
- 1:23country here, who is going through financial difficulties or who
- 1:27was going through a situation that might have seen the
- 1:29country in some sort of conflict. It's much easier to
- 1:33traffic people in situations such as that, right, people lose passports,
- 1:39you know, it's a whole litany of things takes place
- 1:42when people are being displaced from a war. So we
- 1:46know that there was a huge market for Jean lup
- 1:50Brunel in Eastern Europe, in the Balkans, some of these
- 1:53other countries, and we know that he was recruiting and
- 1:57grooming girls from these countries as well. Now we've only
- 2:02heard from a handful of women and girls who were
- 2:06abused by Epstein. So the analogy I used was it's
- 2:11like a damn that gets a couple of cracks in it.
- 2:14After it gets a couple of cracks, well, the whole
- 2:16entire integrity of the structure is you know, at risk,
- 2:21and then eventually the whole entire thing comes tumbling down.
- 2:25And I think that's what we're seeing in real time here.
- 2:27Maybe not the whole thing come tumbling down as far
- 2:30as the co conspirators who were involved involved in the
- 2:38actual abuse, but I think you're going to see a
- 2:41lot of women and girls who might not have come
- 2:45forward previously come forward now that they see that all right, well,
- 2:50maybe things are moving in the right direction. Maybe the
- 2:54gears of justice are turning in the right direction with
- 2:59Glen Maxwell being arrested, and I would think that we
- 3:02were going to see even more of it. We saw
- 3:05it in the wake of Epstein when the girls and
- 3:10they felt more secure, right, these women who were abused
- 3:14as children or as young ladies, they felt a lot
- 3:17more secure when Epstein was dead to come forward and
- 3:21talk about what they experienced. They felt like there was
- 3:26less of a chance that he would be able to
- 3:28ruin them from the grave. So with Maxwell basically defanged
- 3:33here and behind bars, I would not be shocked in
- 3:37the least to see a lot more women come forward.
- 3:42And that's why I say during a mistrial, if there
- 3:45is one that's declared, it might even go worse for Maxwell,
- 3:48and this article talks about that as well. It was
- 3:52obvious to me that it would be even harder the
- 3:55second time around for Maxwell to get off. But her
- 4:00team knows this is the only thing that they have,
- 4:02right The only hope that they have is to get
- 4:05this as a mistrial and to drag it out a
- 4:07little bit longer in hopes that another technicality pops up,
- 4:11or that they have another loophole that they can access
- 4:14because they know that the evidence is not in their favor.
- 4:17It's never been in their favor, it's never going to
- 4:20be in their favor. So looking at an appeal, I
- 4:25don't think that's gonna work out so well for him.
- 4:27Just take a look at how Maxwell's bail attempts went
- 4:30throughout this whole entire situation. Denied, denied, denied, offered up
- 4:37a gigantic amount of money, denied. So I highly doubt
- 4:42that her appeal is going to be met with any
- 4:45sort of positive reaction by the court. And that's the
- 4:50way it should be, in my opinion. When you commit
- 4:52a crime like this, I really don't feel like there's
- 4:54any kind of rehabilitation for you. When you're abusing children,
- 4:59the most vulnerable amongst us, you should go and do
- 5:03a million years in prison. So I'm glad that she
- 5:07wasn't able to get bailed out throughout this whole thing.
- 5:09I mean, I know there was a lot of cynical
- 5:11people out there who thought she was going to make bail,
- 5:14just because how broken this system is, And really, can
- 5:17you blame people who take that approach? I try not to.
- 5:22I get it Honestly, the system is broken. People are cynical.
- 5:27You can't look at the institutions that we once trusted
- 5:30and tell me that you still trust them with no
- 5:33doubt about it. There's no reserve when you're looking reservations,
- 5:38when you're looking at what they do. These institutions are
- 5:43not trustworthy because they're untrustable, and they're the ones who
- 5:50have made that bed. But you know, you had people
- 5:53who really thought that she was going to get bailed out,
- 5:55that she was never even going to face trial. And again,
- 6:00I can't even be critical of those kinds of people.
- 6:02I won't even call them conspiracy theorists, to be honest
- 6:05with you, When you look at a broken system and
- 6:07you expect the worst, that's just you know, it's human
- 6:10nature at this point, right. So I knew that she'd
- 6:14end up staying in jail, staying in prison. I never
- 6:18thought that she'd beat these charges. And the only way
- 6:21that she would ever be able to would be through
- 6:24a loophole or a technicality, or perhaps something that presented
- 6:28itself like with juror fifty. But even that's not enough
- 6:32for her to get off. Maybe enough to initiate that mistrial.
- 6:36But certainly not enough to get her off. And I
- 6:39don't think there's a jury in the land. And that's
- 6:41not hyperbole when I say that, folks, I don't think
- 6:44there's a jury in the land that wouldn't find her
- 6:48guilty on the majority of these charges. Hell, I wouldn't
- 6:53be shocked if the next jury, if there was a mistrial,
- 6:56long shot at this point in my opinion, But if
- 6:58there is, I wouldn't be shocked if she's found guilty
- 7:01on all charges at that point. And then I really
- 7:04hope the government sticks it to her and pursues those
- 7:07perjury charges on the back end of all of this,
- 7:10make her pay some more money, make her litigate it
- 7:13some more, and you know, at a couple more years,
- 7:16like ten on the back end of that sentence. That's
- 7:19what happens if you don't play ball right, should just
- 7:23take your l here and move on, Glane. But she
- 7:25won't do it, her lawyers won't do it, and it's
- 7:28just gonna get worse for her because there's going to
- 7:31be more survivors who come out and tell their stories.
- 7:35So tonight we have two articles. First, we're gonna talk
- 7:38about this topic right here that we're talking about right now,
- 7:42and that is Bradley Edwards and him dishing about more
- 7:47girls coming forward and a little bit about the perhaps
- 7:50there being a mistrial. Then after that we're going to
- 7:53close out the show on a bit of a lighter
- 7:56note with that moron Prince Andrew and the fact that
- 7:59he played a hide and seak game with his Teddy Bears.
- 8:02I know we've talked about the Teddy Bears a lot,
- 8:04right for the last couple of days, but now it's
- 8:07coming out that this dude played a hide and seak
- 8:09game that he made the help participate in with his
- 8:12Teddy Bears. Oh yeah, we'll get to that for sure,
- 8:15all right, But first before we get we go down
- 8:18that road, how about we hop into this article from
- 8:21Insider and author Jacob Shamsey and over at Insider, and
- 8:27the headline is a new trial for Glaine Maxwell would
- 8:30go even worse for her accusers for her for her
- 8:34as accusers lawyer says, more women came forward after her
- 8:38sex trafficking conviction, and this was to be expected, right.
- 8:44I had no doubt in my mind that more women
- 8:47were going to come forward here and there would be
- 8:50more tea being spilled. There's a lot of people that
- 8:53were around Glaine, Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein, this whole operation, that
- 8:58knew what was going on. Maybe they didn't have a
- 9:01full look behind the curtain, right, maybe they weren't sitting
- 9:04there participating. But you mean to tell me nobody was talking.
- 9:08There was no scuttle. But you know, when you're in
- 9:11a group of friends and everybody's friendly, somebody has some
- 9:14kind of you know, weird behavior that they're up to.
- 9:16People talk about it. Hey, you know, John and Jen
- 9:20I am swimmers. You know, that's just how it's human nature. Right,
- 9:24people talk about scuttle. But you mean to tell me
- 9:26right now that there was never any talk about this.
- 9:29Huh about Oh, Jeffrey likes him young? Well, you might
- 9:32want to talk to Ellen Powell x CEO of Reddit
- 9:35about that, because she says, according to her, everybody knew
- 9:39what they were I think Cindy McCain also said the
- 9:41same thing. So the whole oh we had no idea
- 9:45type shit. It's a loose ass defense in my opinion,
- 9:49and certainly not a defense at all after his first arrest.
- 9:53Before the first arrest, you could say, all right, I
- 9:55had no idea that what he was and while I
- 9:57might be suspicious of it, I can't really pinpoint in
- 10:00and say, oh, you're a liar. Now if you were
- 10:03hanging out with him after the first arrest, you're just
- 10:06a straight up piece of shit. You already know what
- 10:08this dude is. Oh, it was soliciting a prostitute in Florida.
- 10:12Stop it. You know it wasn't that, But yet these
- 10:15people still chose to chill with this dude. The prospect
- 10:21of a new trial for Glenn Maxwell would be frustrating
- 10:24for survivors who may be asked to testify again and
- 10:27to the prosecutors who successfully convicted her on charges of
- 10:31sex trafficking them excuse me, sex trafficking them to Jeffrey Epstein.
- 10:36Definitely frustrating. Who wants to live through that again? That
- 10:40was very traumatic for these ladies getting up there testifying,
- 10:43whole world watching, basically reliving the absolute horror that you
- 10:48went through. Definitely not going to be fun. But like
- 10:51they said in the opening here with Brad Edwards what
- 10:54he said, I think it'll be worse for her. There
- 10:56are more women coming forward as we speak on a
- 10:59daily basis, But it wouldn't be the end of the world.
- 11:03According to Brad Edwards, an attorney representing fifty eight women
- 11:07who have accused Epstein of misconduct, and if I said
- 11:10it once, I'll say it again. I am not a
- 11:12fan of lawyers for the most part. I find them
- 11:15to be pretty much repugnant characters. People that are, you know,
- 11:19ambulance chasing, clout chasing, that kind of thing. But Brad Edwards,
- 11:23as far as I can tell, is a pretty solid
- 11:25human being and a really decent guy, it would seem.
- 11:29So you should probably check out his book that he
- 11:32has out, a Relentless Pursuit. Definitely a good book, some
- 11:36book that I have personally, And if you're looking for
- 11:39more context about what Bradley Edwards part in all of
- 11:42this was, he can certainly explain it better than any
- 11:45of us can. So definitely check that book out if
- 11:48you want to know more about him. Since jurors convicted
- 11:52Maxwell in late December, more women have contacted Edwards to
- 11:55say they'd be willing to participate in any investigations into
- 11:59her conduct. He told Insider. What has happened since the
- 12:02guilty verdict is more people have come forward willing to
- 12:05share their stories about Glaine and testify Edwards said, so,
- 12:09I don't think a new trial would go any better
- 12:11for her. In fact, I think it would go worse
- 12:14for her. And this is what I've been saying, right
- 12:17a mistrial, well, on the face of it sounds a
- 12:20bit disastrous, but in the long run, I think it
- 12:23would be even worse for Maxwell and her team, well
- 12:26not her team's bank accounts, but for Maxwell and her
- 12:29team to even go through a mistrial here, they should
- 12:32cut bait. They should accept getting rid of the perjury
- 12:36charges up to ten, get those dropped, and then you know,
- 12:41go and seek some kind of light sentence from the judge,
- 12:45as light as you're gonna get, you know, forty years,
- 12:47fifty years, whatever it might be. But if you fight
- 12:50this and you try and waste the time of the
- 12:53court and the citizens, then I would hope that they
- 12:57look for maximum sentence for every little thing. And like
- 13:01Brad Edwards says, tag some shit on, let's get that
- 13:04Rico case going that we always talk about. That would
- 13:06be a great idea. Maxwell's attorneys formally filed their motion
- 13:12for a retrial Wednesday night. The motion is under seal,
- 13:16but in previous court filings they argue that a juror's
- 13:18comments to the media about his own experience with sexual
- 13:22abuse indicate he should not have He should not have
- 13:25been seated on the jury in the first place. Now,
- 13:28first of all, it's booboo and garbage that this is
- 13:30even being filed filed under seal at this point. How
- 13:36is anything like this being filed under sealed? This should
- 13:39all be transparent. How how is it a secret that
- 13:43you're trying to get this trial overturned here on what
- 13:46the juror allegedly said or didn't say. I don't understand
- 13:50the secrecy of it. And again, it just goes to
- 13:53whip people up into a frenzy and get people talking,
- 13:56you know, out of the side of their neck. And
- 13:58again I don't It's not even that I blame people
- 14:00for doing that, because I really don't. It's the current
- 14:06climate that we're in. Nobody knows where to turn for
- 14:09truthful news or who to trust, and it's taking a toll.
- 14:16Edwards represented one of the four women who testified last
- 14:19month in Maxwell's trial in federal court in Manhattan. The
- 14:23woman who testified under the pseudonym Kate, said Maxwell but
- 14:27befriended her as a teenager, dangled the possibility that Epstein
- 14:31could help her career with powerful music industry connections and
- 14:34then introduced her to sexualized massages with Epstein and we
- 14:40all know them at this point. I'm not going to
- 14:42beat a dead horse and go into it, but imagine
- 14:46hearing the stories that Brad Edwards has heard from all
- 14:48of these different girls who have come to him seeking
- 14:51his help. It was the beginning of a sexually abusive
- 14:55relationship with Epstein that lasted for years. K testified. She
- 14:59said that Maxwell often arranged sexual encounters between her and
- 15:02Epstein and that she felt fearful about leaving their orbit
- 15:06because they name drop powerful friends like Prince Andrew and
- 15:10Donald Trump. So look for us on the outside. It's
- 15:14easy to sit there and try and put yourself in
- 15:17their shoes and say, oh, I would have done this,
- 15:19I would have left, I would have You don't know
- 15:21until you're in that situation. You do not know what
- 15:24you would have done, how you would have reacted. In fact,
- 15:27unless you've ever been poor or from a broken home
- 15:30like this, then you really have no idea what's going
- 15:33on us. District Judge Alison Nathan, who oversaw the trial,
- 15:38told jurors they could not convict Maxwell based on Kate's
- 15:41testimony about Epstein's sexual misconduct. Kate was at the age
- 15:45of consent in London when Epstein first sexually abused her,
- 15:48so she couldn't be considered one of Maxwell's survivors for
- 15:52the purposes of the trial. According to Edwards, still was abused.
- 15:56You know what I mean, And again it's obviously against children.
- 16:00Are legitimately the most heinous crime you could possibly be
- 16:04engaged in. Second, in my opinion, is a crime against
- 16:08a woman or an older person. What the hell is
- 16:11wrong with people? But Kate's testimony helped jurors understand that
- 16:16Maxwell used the same playbook over and over again when
- 16:19trafficking young women to Epstein for sex. He explained. She
- 16:23provided information about the dynamic between Glaine and Jeffrey. Edwards said,
- 16:29what their life was like together then and what type
- 16:32of arrangements that Glaine was capable of making, the knowledge
- 16:35of what Epstein's intentions were. So again Bradley Edwards dropping
- 16:40some knowledge, adding some context to the whole story, and
- 16:44who knows better than the guy that's on the front
- 16:46line since the very beginning. Remember Jeffrey Epstein feared Bradley
- 16:50Edwards so much that he had private investigators combing through
- 16:53his trash looking for dirt on him and shit. A
- 16:58new trial would also mean that prosecutors could present more
- 17:01evidence to convict Maxwell and keep her behind bars for
- 17:05the rest of her life. Edwards said, Maxwell's sixty faces
- 17:09a sentence of up to sixty five years. Nathan said
- 17:12she will hold the sentencing hearing this summer. If Maxwell
- 17:15is not granted a new trial, I'm not ultimately that
- 17:18worried about the end result. Edwards said, such is life.
- 17:22You have hurdles, and he is not wrong about that, right,
- 17:25And when you're engaged in something for the long run,
- 17:28and you're committed to something for the long run the
- 17:30way Bradley Edwards is, then this is just ready. You know,
- 17:34he's ready to go. He's one of those dudes he
- 17:36like bites down on his mouthpiece in like round ninety
- 17:39six and he comes out he's still fresh, ready to go.
- 17:42His opponent's all beat up, tired. That's the kind of
- 17:45dude that Bradley Edwards is. So if they want to
- 17:48go for the mistrial, my guess is he's ready to rock,
- 17:52all right. So that's gonna conclude that article. And that's
- 17:56where we're at as far as moretential victims and survivors
- 18:01coming forward. And it's just like I said, I think
- 18:04I was just talking about this yesterday or earlier today.
- 18:07Do so many episodes, it gets all confusing to me,
- 18:09but we were just talking about it. How I believe
- 18:12that more women are going to come out and give
- 18:15their stories, and then this article drops. So that's where
- 18:19we're at with that, and I would expect a lot
- 18:22more folks as we move forward, all right. So I
- 18:24said we'd close on a light note tonight, and we're
- 18:26going to do that. And that light note is this buffoon,
- 18:30this moron, this prince of nothing, Prince Andrew and his
- 18:35knucklehead ass behavior. All right, So this is an article
- 18:38from the Scottish Sun and the headline is Teddy Games.
- 18:42Prince Andrew made his maid play hide and Seek with
- 18:45his teddy bears. Look, I'm not making it up for folks,
- 18:48all right. That sounds like some wild ass shit that
- 18:51I'm sitting around eating elk meat and consuming DMT with
- 18:55Joe Rogan before coming on here and talking to you.
- 18:58But this is real life and that's what the headline says.
- 19:02This article was authored by Julia Atherley. Prince Andrew would
- 19:08play hide and seek with his teddy bears despite being
- 19:10nearly forty. A former housemate at Buckingham Palace as revealed
- 19:15he used to have his maids concealed one of his
- 19:17stuffed toys if he was going out for the night. Oh,
- 19:19what a great game. Let's play hide and seek. I mean,
- 19:23is this guy for real? As Sebastian Maniscalco would say,
- 19:30aren't you embarrassed you're stuffed toys? If you were going
- 19:34out for the night. I wonder if you were playing
- 19:36with your stuffed toys before you went over to tramp.
- 19:40The Duke of York aka Prince of Nothing would then
- 19:43try to find it when he came back. What a
- 19:45great game. I'm gonna go out all night, but you
- 19:47hide the teddy. When I come home, I'm gonna try
- 19:49and find it. Forty year old man prince ex War
- 19:53hero full time clown Janet McGowan, who worked at Buckingham
- 19:59Palace from nineth ninety nine to two thousand, remembers the
- 20:02game Andrew would play when he was thirty nine. The
- 20:05former housekeepers sixty five from near Edinburgh told the Sun
- 20:10it was a little game he would play with his maid.
- 20:12She would hide one of the teddy bears somewhere unexpected,
- 20:15like the bathroom cabinet. When he came back to the palace,
- 20:19he would have to try and find it. It was
- 20:21a bit odd, and it was a very tongue in cheek,
- 20:24very tongue in cheek, a bit odd forty year old
- 20:26man Prince of England hiding teddy bears little more than
- 20:30a touch odd, downright weird? Okay, take your beanie baby
- 20:37collection and beat it. Pal He used to find it
- 20:41very funny. His regular maid said it was just something
- 20:44she always did. This week it emerges. It emerged that
- 20:48the demanding Duke ordered flunkies to arrange five teddies and
- 20:51soft toys in specific positions on his bed every night.
- 20:55Really call them flunkies, that's what they're called. How about
- 20:59working last people who are trying to make a living
- 21:02by pampering this stupid son of the bitch. Staff had
- 21:08a sketch showing precisely how the items should be set out.
- 21:11Andrew now sixty one, set in twenty ten. He had
- 21:14always collected teddy bears. Jannette recalled forty to fifty of
- 21:18them would be piled on his bed during the day,
- 21:20only to be moved off each night. She said. My
- 21:23recollection is that there was a polaroid picture of how
- 21:26the teddy bears would have to be placed kept in
- 21:29the bedside drawer. Yeah, nah, no books, Yeah, forget it.
- 21:33I don't need a bible or for me, you know,
- 21:36a George R. R. Martin novel or a Joe Abercrombie novel. Nah.
- 21:40I just need to make sure I have this polaroid
- 21:42picture of how my teddy bears go back. Take it easy,
- 21:45Buffalo Bill. I could see this dude dancing around like
- 21:49Buffalo Bill in his now stripped military uniform, listening to
- 21:54some funky music with his teddy bears. And with that image, folks,
- 22:00I'm gonna leave you for the night. Sorry about that,
- 22:02really apologize. I will be back tomorrow morning, obviously, and
- 22:06we will pick this right back up and we will
- 22:08continue on the quest of the ever evolving case of
- 22:13Jeffrey Epstein, Glaine Maxwell, Prince Andrew, and the rest of
- 22:17the Nink and Poops. If you'd like to contact me,
- 22:20you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
- 22:24That's that's bo Bby c ap you c ci at

- 22:41we discussed can be found in the description box. All right, folks,
- 22:45some more context episodes. Uh, those episodes about Afghanistan are
- 22:49on the way, and then, like I said, tomorrow morning,
- 22:52I will be back for the morning update and then
- 22:55we'll play it by ear from there. But you can
- 22:57definitely expect context episodes and yeah, we'll be off and running.
- 23:01All right, everybody, enjoy your Friday night. Looks like the
- 23:06Department of Justice and the SDNY is finally doing their job, folks.
- 23:13We have news out today that the Department of Justice
- 23:17has officially requested that Andrew be made available for their investigation.
- 23:26Now we know that the Joe Exotic of the Windsor
- 23:28family previously said that he's willing to speak with whatever
- 23:32investigators are relevant to the investigation. Well, big mouth, here's
- 23:37your chance. And for all of you clowns out there
- 23:40who still think that Andrew is an innocent man. Shut up,
- 23:44nobody wants to hear it. You're not edgy with your comments,
- 23:47all right? This guy is as guilty as they come.
- 23:53And the second he sits down in front of a
- 23:56seasoned FBI interrogator, this man going to be in big trouble.
- 24:02And they'll tell you what, folks, This doesn't just happen
- 24:04in a vacuum. I think that they might have other
- 24:09cooperating witnesses already that we don't know about. If this
- 24:14bombshell is getting released and they're formally requesting to speak
- 24:17to Prince Andrew, you would think that the SDNY and
- 24:22the Prosecutor's office they have their ducks in a row
- 24:25and they have enough evidence to make a request such
- 24:28as that. For those of us who have been following
- 24:32this case for a while, well, we know that the
- 24:34evidence has been there for quite some time. It's been
- 24:36very apparent. And now the pressure is on though after
- 24:41the Netflix documentary has dropped and so many other crucial
- 24:45pieces of information have come out in this case, the
- 24:49prosecutor's office knows they have to act now. And all
- 24:53of that is because of you people out there who
- 24:55have been following this case, and who have been going
- 24:57crazy because there's no justice. So the only reason we're
- 25:02at this point is because of the interest you folks
- 25:04have shown in this case. And the only reason the
- 25:06prosecution is even acting, in my opinion, is because the
- 25:10pressure is now on. But at the end of the day,
- 25:13does it really matter what spurs them into action, as
- 25:15long as the action is taken, as long as prosecutions
- 25:20are chased, as long as the indictments are dropped. And
- 25:24now can we please see the bazuka. Can you just
- 25:28slap all of them with rico charges please, because the
- 25:34rest of these co conspirators, they must be fit to
- 25:38be tied right now. If the Justice Department has requested
- 25:45to speak to Prince Andrew, that must mean that the
- 25:48other co conspirators are also under pressure right now. At
- 25:53least that's what you would think right from the outside
- 25:56looking in when you analyze something like this and you
- 25:58start to break it down. Whenever you have a criminal
- 26:02operation and you start seeing some of the people at
- 26:05the top are some of the more prominent people start
- 26:08to get the scrutiny. That usually means that someone went
- 26:11Joevolachi in the lower wrong of the organization, now the
- 26:16question is is somebody speaking with the FBI. Is somebody
- 26:21cooperating and in turn, have they provided information that has
- 26:25given the FBI and the Department of Justice the green
- 26:28light to make this request. I don't know. I don't
- 26:32have that information. I don't have any you know, inside
- 26:35information on anything like that. But common sense says, and
- 26:39history covering these kinds of cases say, well, there is
- 26:43probably a cooperating witness, and it looks like somebody is
- 26:50going Joevolachi. The article tonight is from the Daily Mail.
- 26:56The author is Camale Sultan and Rebecca In the headline
- 27:01is Prince Andrew vows to fight back after Department officially
- 27:05demanded the UK make him available for questioning about his
- 27:09links to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein as part of their ongoing
- 27:13criminal investigation. Can you imagine, just for a minute, step
- 27:18back and think where we started and where we're at,
- 27:25Look at the progress that has been made, and look
- 27:29at what happens when people come together and they shelve
- 27:32their biases, and they shelve their political tribalism and they
- 27:36work together towards a goal. I know it's cliche, but
- 27:41in the overall picture, when it comes to things like
- 27:44this and life in general, we should start worrying about
- 27:48what we do agree with and work from there what
- 27:50we agree with with each other, and work out from there,
- 27:52and then get to the things we don't agree with
- 27:55each other later on. But when we work together, look
- 27:57at what happens. Of course, he's not indicted yet, nothing
- 28:01like that. But at the end of the day, the
- 28:05whole goal is to get him in front of a judge,
- 28:08to get him in front of a jury, to get
- 28:09him in front of whoever it may be under oath,
- 28:12and to have a trial. There's no running from that anymore.
- 28:19For these people. Those days are long gone. The days
- 28:22of them running for the hills and hiding in cubby
- 28:25holes and using their charitable works as a shield. All
- 28:28of that is finished now. And the reason that it's
- 28:33finished is because you folks out there refuse to give
- 28:36them quarter. You refuse to let them fall back on
- 28:40the same old, tired excuses that the legacy media pumped
- 28:45out of their airwaves for years. You folks said enough
- 28:49was enough, and guess what enough is? Finally enough. Prince
- 28:56Andrew will launch an extraordinary public fight back Monday, after
- 29:00US authorities made a formal request for him to be
- 29:02quizzed over the Epstein affair. Now, you know he's not
- 29:05going to take this lightly, and you know he's going
- 29:07to get his money's worth from those high profile lawyers
- 29:10that he hired over in England. So they're gonna come
- 29:12out swinging. They know that the best defense is offense
- 29:15here and they're gonna come out and they're gonna look
- 29:17to take the narrative and they're gonna look to take
- 29:19the high ground. Unfortunately for them, no matter what strategy
- 29:23they use, the fact of the matter is they have
- 29:27a toxic client. Everything about the man is toxic. The
- 29:33fallout is glowing off of him. At this point, he
- 29:37might as well live in the Fukushima reactor, that's how
- 29:40toxic he is. So even his lawyers, these high profile,
- 29:45hoop jumping, good old boy lawyers of his, aren't going
- 29:50to be able to win any kind of public relations battle.
- 29:54Their only hope is to win in a courtroom, and
- 29:57with what we've seen so far, the evidence that has
- 29:59been present he entered so far, he is a zero
- 30:03chance for that to occur. In a dramatic twist, last night,
- 30:08it emerged that the US Department of Justice has filed
- 30:10a mutual legal assistance request for help to the UK
- 30:14Home Office. These requests are used only in criminal cases
- 30:18under a legal treaty with the UK. So right there,
- 30:21you know this is serious business. You know that this
- 30:23is a criminal matter, and you know that it's coming
- 30:27from the highest levels of government. This isn't some wily
- 30:31prosecutor firing from the hip. This is very very calculated.
- 30:37People get together in big rooms for stuff like this. Right,
- 30:39This isn't a phone call. So this is a serious
- 30:42situation for Prince Andrew, and this is a serious situation
- 30:46for his lawyers. They better be on their game. Prince
- 30:50Andrew has always categorically denied any wrongdoing over his relationship
- 30:54with billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, but the request from US
- 30:58officials mean he could be forced to appear in a
- 31:01UK court as a witness in the case within months.
- 31:05And that'll do. I'll pack justice over in the United Kingdom. Look,
- 31:08I have a lot of faith in our brothers and
- 31:12sisters across the pond, in the United Kingdom and England,
- 31:15and I have a lot of faith that they'll do
- 31:17the right thing in a situation like this, not in
- 31:20the government, folks, I don't believe. Look, I don't trust
- 31:22any of the governments in the world all right, never
- 31:25mind just the Western world, anywhere in the world at
- 31:27this point. But I have faith that the English people
- 31:32will not let this slide. And if he has to
- 31:34face interrogation in England, then so be it. Whatever the
- 31:38treaty says, whatever the terms of the treaty say, then
- 31:41so be it. But what I will tell you is this,
- 31:45there will be FBI interrogators asking those questions. US officials
- 31:51have previously claimed that Andrew has refused to cooperate with
- 31:54their request to be questioned over Epstein and their investigation
- 31:58into his sex trafficking network. Submitting an MLA is an
- 32:02audacious move to try and force him to answer questions.
- 32:06And yeah, it definitely is. This isn't This isn't some
- 32:09flash in the pan kind of scare tactic here. That
- 32:14was the shot fired over the bow when Berman first
- 32:16came out publicly and stated that Andrew should come forward
- 32:20and talk. I think that might have been an olive branch.
- 32:23Now that we look back in retrospect that Berman and
- 32:26his office we're offering to Andrew to come forward and
- 32:30to do this quietly and the right way. Well, now
- 32:34that this has been submitted, that this MLA has been submitted,
- 32:38the genie is out of the bottle, folks. There's no
- 32:40going back. This is now war between the Palace if
- 32:45they're still involved. You know, they say they're not, but
- 32:47we know they are, and the federal government of the
- 32:50United States. So we are in for quite the tug
- 32:57of war here. We are in for quite the battle.
- 33:00And I'll tell you what. I will tell you what.
- 33:03I am very interested to see how that's going to
- 33:06shake out. Because if the federal government is serious and
- 33:10filing an MLA like this, this is obviously very serious,
- 33:15then it will be uh a matter of time before
- 33:21we see more movement here. And it's going to be
- 33:24very interesting to see how quickly this goes. Now, however,
- 33:29the mal understands that the Prince will make his own
- 33:31dramatic move Monday by hitting back forcefully at claims he
- 33:35has failed to engage with the American investigation. It is
- 33:38understood his team will publish a full account of their
- 33:41dealings with the Department of Justice. Okay, well, let's see it.
- 33:45We've heard from all of these people that are involved
- 33:47with Jeffrey Epstein, Dershowitz, Prince Andrew Geelane, Maxwell, Kellen Vickers, etc. Etc.
- 33:55That they had nothing to do with it. They don't
- 33:57know Jeffrey Epstein, they weren't very to them. But none
- 34:01of them have provided any evidence, not one hintilla of evidence. Okay,
- 34:07not nothing, bupkis And they've just expected us to believe
- 34:11what they have to say. Oh, just believe us. We're
- 34:15telling you, so it must be the truth. We're rich,
- 34:17we're royalty, we're very powerful, so that means that we
- 34:25should just believe whatever they have to say. So now
- 34:29the Joe exotic of the Winsor family is going to
- 34:32publish whatever sort of paperwork he's going to publish to
- 34:36try and make it out that he has really been
- 34:39cooperating behind the scenes the whole time. Meanwhile, we know
- 34:43that's not the case. The Mail has been told that
- 34:47the Duke's legal team is at the end of its
- 34:49tether and has tried to play a straight bat with
- 34:52US officials, only to be greeted by leaks and innuendo.
- 34:56They're trying to melt muckrake. They're trying to throw mud here.
- 34:58They're trying to muddy the wall, muckrake a little bit
- 35:01and make it seem like the Department of Justice and
- 35:06SDNY is going TMZ with the case. Now, I will
- 35:10give his legal team this, The SDNY leaks like a faucet, folks.
- 35:15There is no secrecy within that office there. They leak everything.
- 35:18Just look at what's been going on for the past
- 35:20few years. They need to play things closer to the
- 35:23vest there. But they have a lot a lot of
- 35:26people in that office that have a very close and
- 35:29symbiotic relationship with the legacy media. So you know what
- 35:33happens then, a source close to the Duke's legal team
- 35:37told the Mel last night, legal discussions with the Department
- 35:40of Justice are subject to strict confidentiality rules as set
- 35:44out in their own guidelines. See what they're doing here again,
- 35:47the legal loopholes. Well, we're not saying Prince Andrew is innocent,
- 35:51but what we are saying is they're not playing by
- 35:54the rules. There's technicalities in this case, the same bullshit
- 35:57we heard from Chris delmar. Yes, this is how the
- 36:02legal system in the Western world works, loopholes, different rules
- 36:08for them than there are for us. We have chosen
- 36:12to abide by both the letter and the spirit of
- 36:15these rules, which is why we have made no comment
- 36:17about anything related to the Department of Justice during the
- 36:20course of this year. We believe in playing a straight bat.
- 36:24No you don't. You haven't made any comments because anything
- 36:27you say will still make you look like a fool. Receipts,
- 36:32evidence or bust homie. Nobody wants to hear this. Nobody
- 36:36believes any of this shit. It is all hyperbole and
- 36:41just like Edward Stark would say, words are wind. Let's
- 36:46see some evidence, Let's see some receipts. You have anything
- 36:49to back up these statements? Playing with a straight bat,
- 36:53shut up. Andrew sixty is yet to speak to prosecutors
- 36:58in the US, despite pledging in his disastrous Newsnight interview
- 37:01in November last year that he would cooperate the Department
- 37:05of Justice request for mutual legal assistance from the Home Office,
- 37:09effectively bypasses or request to Buckingham Palace. So they didn't
- 37:15end around. They didn't even bother going to the Royals.
- 37:18They didn't bother going to Buckingham Palace. They didn't bother
- 37:22going to whatever ambassador works with the Buckingham Palace that's
- 37:28working and has a direct line to DC. None of
- 37:32that right to the Home Office, right to the people
- 37:38that can slap the most legal ramifications on Andrew. And
- 37:43I think that's a very shrewd move. And to me,
- 37:46when you know how the Department of Justice and the
- 37:49SDNY handles themselves and conducts business, you know when they
- 37:53do something like this that they're not effing around. It
- 37:57looks to me, folks, like we're entering all whole new
- 38:00phase of this investigation. Now, I'm not going to get
- 38:02too excited about that yet, I'm not going to jump
- 38:05the gun, but it certainly appears that we are entering
- 38:08a new phase of this investigation. It means Andrew could
- 38:14be forced to appear in a British court as a
- 38:16witness within months. One of Epstein's survivors, Virginia Roberts, alleges
- 38:21she had sex with the Duke of York three times
- 38:24when she was seventeen, at the behest of the billionaire pedophile.
- 38:28The prince emphatically denies the allegations. Andrew's relationship with Epstein
- 38:33came under a public scrutiny in twenty ten when photos
- 38:37emerged of them together in New York, and again, folks
- 38:41it's not just the relationship. I know, I sound like
- 38:44a broken record at this point, but some things need
- 38:47to be hammered home. It is not their relationship that
- 38:51is the problem. It is not that there were friends
- 38:55that is the problem. The problem is he is being
- 38:59acue of not only being an enabler, but of partaking
- 39:03in the sex trafficking crimes of Jeffrey Epstein by abusing
- 39:08Virginia Roberts while she was under Jeffrey Epstein's a prison confinement. Basically, okay,
- 39:20it's not just a friendship. By that time, Epstein was
- 39:27a registered sex offender. But the Duke spent a weekend
- 39:30at his fifty seven million pound mansion. Yeah, I remember
- 39:33he had to go there to break up because he's
- 39:34so honorable. Prince Andrew is such an honorable man that
- 39:38he had to fly to New York to break up
- 39:41with Jeffrey Epstein. I mean, that's what honorable men do, right.
- 39:45The disgraced financier Pedophile killed himself last August while awaiting
- 39:49trial on sex trafficking charges, but his survivors want justice
- 39:53against his alleged co conspirators, including British socialite definite co
- 39:58conspirator Elaine Maxwell fifty eight, the daughter of Shane Media
- 40:02tycoon Robert Maxwell. Lawyers Miss Maxwell have previously said she
- 40:08denies any wrongdoing. Andrew is categorically denied having any knowledge
- 40:13that Epstein was sexually abusing teenage girls. Miss Roberts alleges
- 40:19she first had sex with Andrew in two thousand and
- 40:21one when she was seventeen. After being trafficked by Andrew,
- 40:25She said, she was flown on Epstein's private jet to
- 40:28London to meet the Duke, and the pair were photographed
- 40:31together in Miss Maxwell's Belgravia home. Now you all know
- 40:35that that picture is one of the most telling pieces
- 40:39of evidence within this whole, entire sordid affair. She was
- 40:44obviously there, he was obviously all over. Elaine Maxwell was
- 40:49there with a big stupid grin on her face, and
- 40:56Epstein was the one taking the picture, according to Virginia. Now,
- 41:01not only that we have the IT specialist, mister Scully
- 41:05has come forward now and placed Virginia with Andrew on
- 41:10the island, being groped, being you know, whatever it is
- 41:15that Andrew was doing to her. So I don't care
- 41:20that he categorically denies any of this or any of
- 41:24that right. We have a lot of evidence here, folks,
- 41:28and it's time for him to come forward. He wants
- 41:32to play with a straight bat, whatever the hell that means,
- 41:34then come forward. During his newsnight interview, Andrew said he
- 41:43did not recall ever meeting Miss Roberts. It was claimed
- 41:47last night that the MLA request reported by the Sun
- 41:51was formerly lodged by the Department of Justice last month
- 41:54under the terms of a nineteen ninety four treaty. If granted,
- 41:59US prosecutors could either ask the Duke to voluntarily attend
- 42:03an interview or give a signed statement. They could also
- 42:07ask Andrew to attend a magistrate's court to provide oral
- 42:10or written evidence on oath. If he refused, the Duke
- 42:13could be forced to attend in person, but Andrew would
- 42:17have the right to plead the Fifth Amendment under the
- 42:19US Constitution and stay silent in order to not incriminate himself.
- 42:24Oh boy, that would be disastrous for the royal family.
- 42:27If this man sits in front of investigators and pleads
- 42:30the fifth Whoo, boy, that will ignite the fire. Talk
- 42:36about throwing gas on an open flame. Look at how
- 42:44Jeffrey Epstein looked pleading the Fifth at the beginning of
- 42:48Filthy Rich. You imagine the video of Andrew at the
- 42:52deposition pleading the Fifth about something as heinous as this,
- 42:58The Honorable Andrew leading the Fifth about something like this, Boy,
- 43:03it would be an absolute disaster. The MLA request is
- 43:08not the same as requesting Andrew's extradition. That process could
- 43:12be launched only if he was considered a formal suspect
- 43:15and the FBI believed there was enough evidence to charge him.
- 43:20Home Office sources last night confirmed the request had been made.
- 43:23No decision has yet been made by UK officials. Boy,
- 43:27I can't even imagine if they deny this request. This
- 43:29will light it right up. If they deny this request,
- 43:32it is obvious what's going on here, Folks. Nobody on
- 43:36the whole, in the whole, on the whole planet could
- 43:37deny that this is a vast cover up. At that point,
- 43:42there is no good reason to deny a requests such
- 43:45as this. For someone like Andrew, who is being incredibly accused,
- 43:49it is time for this man to answer some hard questions.
- 43:57Unlike his mother, Queen Elizabeth, the Prince Andrew does not
- 44:00have diplomatic immunity from prosecution. However, any evidence provided by
- 44:05Andrew may be held in camera, meaning the session would
- 44:08be private, with press and members of the public barred
- 44:11from attending. The Duke would also retain the right to
- 44:14plead the fifth and stay silent. However, legal experts have
- 44:18already warned that any decision to do so could dramatically backfire. Well,
- 44:22I am not a legal expert, but I know what
- 44:25two plus two is, and I'll tell you what him
- 44:27pleading the fifth would be absolutely disastrous. You know who
- 44:32pleads the fifth. Michael Corleone pleads the fifth. Folks okay,
- 44:37Jeffrey Epstein pleads the fifth. Innocent men defend themselves. While
- 44:44the Prince would retain the right to decline to testify
- 44:48under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution, the
- 44:51impact on his already diminished reputation would be considerable, and
- 44:56an adverse and an adverse inference could be drawn against
- 44:59him related civil litigations, leading to a possible default judgment.
- 45:04Former federal prosecutor Evan T. Barr wrote in The New
- 45:08York Law Journal last month. Barr suggested Andrew's safest approach
- 45:12is to hunker down in the UK. Yep that is
- 45:15his best bet. The longer you can avoid answering questions,
- 45:19the longer you can avoid going under oath. That is
- 45:22his best bet. Prince Andrew announced he'd be stepping back
- 45:27from public life after the disastrous interview with BBC's Newsnight
- 45:30in November. Regarding the decades long friendship he shared with
- 45:34Epstein and his involvement in the sex trafficking portion of it,
- 45:38I guess I'm gonna have to hammer that home, just
- 45:41like I did with the Survivors when everybody was calling
- 45:43them victims. Now, thankfully people are catching on. They're not
- 45:47victims anymore. They're survivors. And it's the same thing here.
- 45:50It's not a friendship, okay, Andrew was a lot more
- 45:56than just a friend. Andrew was partaking in Jeffrey Epstein's
- 45:59desci disgusting sex trafficking organization, point blank period, that's my opinion.
- 46:07During the interview, Andrew insisted he would cooperate with any
- 46:10US investigation if his legal advice was to do so. However,
- 46:15in January, US Attorney for the Southern District of New York,
- 46:18Jeffrey Berman, criticized Andrew for providing zero cooperation with his probe. Then,
- 46:24in March Berman said Andrew had since completely shut the
- 46:28door on voluntary cooperation. Representatives for Andrew rebuked the claims,
- 46:33insisting his legal aids had been in regular contact with
- 46:36the Prosecutor's office since the beginning of the year. Now again, folks,
- 46:41I don't have any evidence of this, right, I haven't
- 46:43even read anything hinting at it. But I have one
- 46:47of my gut feelings in this case that other people
- 46:51are cooperating already and that this investigation is moving a
- 46:55lot quicker than we thought. Who those people might be.
- 46:58I have no idea employees, other people involved who are
- 47:02facing long bids. I don't know exactly who, but my
- 47:06gut tells me that other people are talking right now
- 47:10because they know that the second they do not talk,
- 47:15they will be slapped with vicious rico statutes. And again,
- 47:21that's just my opinion. I don't have any information to
- 47:25share with you or to point out, or a source
- 47:27to add to say that that's occurring. But when it
- 47:30comes to something like this and you see them getting
- 47:32this aggressive with an MLA, there is something else going on.
- 47:36This is not happening in a vacuum, and this is
- 47:39not just happening on its own there is something else cooking.
- 47:47Berman meanwhile said his office was considering its options after
- 47:51Andrew's attorneys made it clear he was not willing to
- 47:53submit to an interview. The MLA request was then filed
- 47:57in May, and again it was played pretty close to
- 48:01the VEST. Right being filed in May, nobody really heard
- 48:05about it. I hadn't heard anything about the MLA. I
- 48:07really don't have any sources over in England per se,
- 48:10and even in America here I don't have too many
- 48:14sources close to the legal end of this case. So
- 48:17I hadn't heard anything about this MLA and I hadn't
- 48:20read about it anywhere else, So they kept it pretty
- 48:23close to the VEST. But it is a serious situation
- 48:26for Andrew folks. I can't stress out enough. Prince Andrew
- 48:31was previously admitted to becoming friends with Jeffrey Epstein in
- 48:34nineteen ninety nine, after being introduced to the financier Pedophile
- 48:38through Bill Clinton's gumaud Keiley. Maxwell. Epstein was a guest
- 48:43at Maxwell's birthday party at Sandringham's Palace, as well as
- 48:47as Princess Beatrice's eighteenth birthday party at Windsor Castle in
- 48:50two thousand and six, two months after a warrant was
- 48:54issued for his arrest for the sexual assault of a minor.
- 48:59How nice that, huh, Andrew, Such a solid guy, such
- 49:03an honorable cat. Has Epstein hanging out at his daughter's
- 49:08birthday party? Eighteenth birthday? Let's have a sex offender, a
- 49:12guy who likes children come and hang out. That is
- 49:15a fantastic idea Joe Exotic of the Windsor Family Father
- 49:20of the Year. Epstein and Andrew were believed to have
- 49:23met on at least ten other occasions, with the Duke
- 49:26of York even staying over at Epstein's mansion in New York,
- 49:30at his Palm Beach home, and on his private island
- 49:32in the US Virgin Islands and in New Mexico. What
- 49:36did they do? Build forts in the living room? Were
- 49:39they hanging out watching the King's speech? We know what
- 49:44they were doing. We know it's sick, disgusting, gross ass
- 49:48members of so called polite society. You're up to. They
- 49:52don't get off the way we do. You know me
- 49:54or you? We go to the casino, throw one hundred
- 49:56bucks away. You know that's exciting, right. We have a
- 49:59wager on a baseball game for a few hunch exciting shit.
- 50:04What do you do when you have all the money
- 50:05in the world. Well, we obviously see what they do
- 50:10when they have that sort of money by glimpsing behind
- 50:12the curtain into Jeffrey Epstein's world with all of these
- 50:15sick bastards that are hanging out with them, Roberts claims
- 50:20she was trapped by Epstein to have sex with Prince
- 50:22Andrew in London in two thousand and one at Maxwell's
- 50:26home in Mayfair, when she was seventeen years old. Roberts
- 50:30also alleges that Epstein later paid her to have sex
- 50:33with Andrew at Epstein's New York mansion, and claims to
- 50:36have had sex with Prince Andrew and eight other girls
- 50:39on Epstein's private island in two thousand and two. Think
- 50:45about that for a minute, folks. This is the queen's son.
- 50:49This is what he's charged with. Not friendship. Okay, don't
- 50:53let them gaslight you don't let them steal the narrative.
- 50:56It is not friendship. Call a spade a spade, Call
- 50:59it for what it is is. Andrew denies the allegations
- 51:04made by Roberts, insisting he has no recollection of ever
- 51:08meeting her. Epstein was convicted for procuring an underage girl
- 51:13for prostitution. Again in possibility, an underage girl cannot consent
- 51:19to be a prostitute. Therefore, there is no such thing
- 51:22as underage prostitutes. What in the world is wrong with
- 51:26this world? And soliciting a prostitute in Florida in two
- 51:29thousand and eight, two years after his release from prison,
- 51:33Andrew is pictured entering Epstein's New York mansion in December
- 51:36twenty ten, where he stayed for four days. I'm sure
- 51:40they were just playing Xbox and having hot Coco. In
- 51:45his interview with Newsnight, Andrew insisted that the sole purpose
- 51:48of the visit was to cut ties with Epstein, the
- 51:52Queen's second son, like in the twenty one thousand square
- 51:54foot mansion to a railway station, due to the fact
- 51:57that there were people coming in and out of the
- 51:59house all the time. A railway station, and that's where
- 52:03you'd want to stay. Huh. You're the Prince of England
- 52:06and you could stay anywhere in New York, all those fantastic,
- 52:09lavish lot lodgings made for people like you, and you
- 52:13chose to stay at a place where people are coming
- 52:15and going at all hours. You don't want your privacy,
- 52:18you don't want secrecy, you don't want to be left alone.
- 52:25It's it's such Bs. This guy's whole story is such.
- 52:28Bs pushed on why he stayed at the home of
- 52:34a convicted sex offender, he said, Now, I went there
- 52:37with the sole purpose of saying to him that because
- 52:39he had been convicted, it was inappropriate for us to
- 52:42be seen together. So I'll just stay the night at
- 52:44your house for four days. I'll just you know, hang
- 52:47out here and you know, we'll have our hot coco
- 52:50and you know, maybe your butler can do some reading
- 52:52to us. Doesn't that sound fun, Jeffrey. We know what
- 52:57these sick bastards were up to. We know what they're massage.
- 53:00I'm saying that with air quotes right now. And we
- 53:03know that Andrew is neck deep involved in all of
- 53:06this shit. This dude is gross. He needs to be indicted.
- 53:12A former model who was once part of Epstein's inner
- 53:14circle claimed in an exclusive interview with The Mail on
- 53:17Sunday earlier this month that the financier Pedophile had arranged
- 53:22for three young women to meet Prince Andrew at the
- 53:24residence during the visit. The women were all in their
- 53:27early twenties were told to dress up beautifully for the meetings,
- 53:30the source claimed. Jeffrey Epstein, sixty six, was found dead
- 53:34in his Manhattan jail cell last August while awaiting trial
- 53:37on sex trafficking charges. Well, well, well, Prince Andrew, the
- 53:46Prince of punk Asses aka the Joe Exotic of the
- 53:50Windsor family, is now feeling the heat. The walls are
- 53:59starting to close. His time is coming, and for some reason, folks,
- 54:07I have a sneaking suspicion that he's not having any
- 54:11problem sweating right now. If you like to contact me,
- 54:16you could do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
- 54:19That's Bobby c ap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 54:25You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore
- 54:29c ap u Cci. All right, everybody, we'll be back
- 54:33tomorrow morning and we'll do it all over again. I
- 54:35hope you all had a fantastic weekend a new year. Meet.
- 54:39What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 54:42Epstein Chronicles. If there is one person on this planet
- 54:47that's happy as hell to hear about the Department of
- 54:50Justice closing their Epstein investigation. There's no doubt that that
- 54:55person is the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, aka
- 55:00Prince Andrew. And that's because he's going to be able
- 55:02to travel once again now that the DOJ and the
- 55:06FBI isn't looking to have a conversation with him. Not
- 55:10that I think they were trying to do that before,
- 55:12to be honest with you, but there was always that chance,
- 55:16and we all know that the Prince of punkasses the
- 55:18Joe Exotica the Windsor Family, Prince Andrew wasn't ever going
- 55:22to risk it. Instead, he decided to just skulk around
- 55:25all day and be a black eye for the royal family.
- 55:29But now that's all over and done with, because the
- 55:32DOJ has decided that there's nothing left to see here,
- 55:35that there's no more investigation to be done, and that
- 55:39Prince Andrew and people like him they have nothing left
- 55:42to worry about. Today's article is from the US Sun
- 55:46and the headline cleared for takeoff Aramiles Andy free to
- 55:51end travel ban after FBI closes probe into Prince's link
- 55:55with pedo tycoon Jeffrey Epstein. And I know this comes
- 55:58as a shock to a lot of people, but not me.
- 56:01I've been telling you folks for years not to expect
- 56:03any kind of real justice here. If justice was gonna come,
- 56:07it would have come already. Instead, what you're gonna get
- 56:10is gaslighting and a bunch of people telling you to
- 56:13move on, a bunch of people that don't even have
- 56:15any skin in the game. Imagine telling one of the
- 56:18fathers of one of these thousand or so girls to
- 56:21just move on. It's one thing to talk that shit
- 56:24on the internet. It's a whole last other thing to
- 56:26talk to one of these survivors or their families and
- 56:29tell them that, you know, it's just time to move on. Meanwhile,
- 56:33nobody has been brought to justice. Gahlaigne Maxwell is the
- 56:37only one, her and Jean Luke Brunel. And conveniently, Jean
- 56:41Luke Brunell ends up killing himself, So the only one
- 56:44rotting in a jail sells Glayne Maxwell. And that's all
- 56:47by design. She was served up. She was the last
- 56:51woman standing, if you will. And in my opinion, when
- 56:55they decided to burn the operation, and they decided to
- 56:58burn all connections to the operation, their real contact obviously
- 57:02was Jeffrey Epstein. As much as he decided to tell her. Now,
- 57:06look that doesn't mean I don't think Glainne Maxwell should
- 57:08be in prison. I most certainly do. Let us not
- 57:11forget what we heard during the trial and what we
- 57:13heard from the girls who said Glainne Maxwell took part
- 57:16in the abuse herself. So let's not act like Laye
- 57:19Maxwell is innocent here. And that's certainly not my point.
- 57:22But it sure is all convenient, isn't it. Anybody that
- 57:26was actually connected to the operation as far as people
- 57:29who could connect the dots and really slam things home,
- 57:33those people end up dead And the only person that
- 57:35ends up doing a bit is Glainne Maxwell. What does
- 57:38that tell you? And they didn't even charge her with Rico.
- 57:41They charged Ditty with Rico, not Gallainne Maxwell. So look,
- 57:45people can say whatever they want, but the facts point
- 57:48in a completely different direction. And I'm not going to
- 57:51be gas lit into thinking that this was just one
- 57:53perverse man who was going around and abusing all these
- 57:57girls for all these years. Now, look, there's no doubt
- 57:59that there's lot of BS that comes along with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 58:03People getting eaten and you know, the whole thing. And
- 58:07I don't even bring that stuff up on the podcast,
- 58:09and I never have for this reason. That stuff just
- 58:13gets in the way of the real, tangible evidence that
- 58:15we have of what Jeffrey Epstein was up to. Now, look,
- 58:18I'm not saying that Epstein wasn't up to some funky
- 58:21ass shit, shit that I don't even know about. He
- 58:23probably was. The dude was into some really odd stuff.
- 58:27But if you can't even get people to believe that
- 58:29Jeffrey Epstein was, you know, running around with the most
- 58:32powerful people in the world and being protected by them,
- 58:36how are you gonna get them to believe the other stuff?
- 58:38So shouldn't you start with the stuff that people are
- 58:41gonna actually believe? And when I say people, I mean
- 58:44you know, regular folk, mainstream folk who don't know the story.
- 58:47And obviously we don't have those people believing the whole
- 58:50story as it is not everybody. And that's because all
- 58:53of the other noise, right, all the other bs. This
- 58:57article was authored by Matt Wilkinson. The terrified Duke of
- 59:03York sixty five has hunkered down at Royal Lodge in
- 59:06Windsor four or six years, fearing arrest if he left
- 59:09the UK, and there was about as much chance of
- 59:13that happening him getting arrested due to the allegations with Epstein,
- 59:17as there is of me being part of the royal family,
- 59:21it was never going to happen again, Red Meat. They
- 59:25wanted it to look like they were engaging in this long,
- 59:28deep investigation when really nothing was going on. And if
- 59:32they did do this deep, dark investigation they talk about,
- 59:36then all those documents need to be unleashed. Let's see
- 59:39it all, and I'll gladly say to you if I'm wrong. Hey, look,
- 59:43they did this deep dive. They investigated every allegation, They
- 59:47unturned every rock, they kicked in all the doors, shook
- 59:50all the bushes, and they came up empty. Cool. I'd
- 59:54be more than willing to say, you know what, All right,
- 59:56there's enough here to say that they did what they could.
- 59:59But that's not the case. What about the girls we've
- 1:00:01never heard of? What about girls like Jane Doe one
- 1:00:04thousand and one or Jane Doe seventeen or Lisa Doe. Oh,
- 1:00:08these are names you never heard of, right, that's because
- 1:00:11they're not part of the mainstream conversation. So if there's
- 1:00:14part of this story that you don't even know, people
- 1:00:16involve that you've never even heard of. Do you really
- 1:00:19think it's time to move on? I would say that
- 1:00:22it's not the time to move on, and it's not
- 1:00:24going to be the time to move on until there's
- 1:00:27full transparency here at the very least, because I know
- 1:00:30we're not gonna get justice. I'm not naive. Justice is
- 1:00:33only for people like them. We don't rate you, your children,
- 1:00:37everybody you know and love expendable. They don't give a
- 1:00:42fuck about anybody but themselves, and they'll just make for
- 1:00:45tend and dogwalk people that they're engaging in this long investigation. Cool,
- 1:00:50now prove it. You don't have to show us the video.
- 1:00:54Don't be ub to so nobody wants to see that
- 1:00:56disgusting shit anyway, maybe Prince Andrew, not the rest of us.
- 1:01:00So what about the documentation, Let's see the paper trail?
- 1:01:03What about the finances? Oh, that's right, they won't show
- 1:01:06us the finances. You know why, right? You know where
- 1:01:09that paper trail leads directly to the financial fucking sector.
- 1:01:13And if you want to talk about the real masters
- 1:01:16of the universe, there they are the people in the
- 1:01:19financial sector that never suffer any kind of ramification. For
- 1:01:22their bullshit. The people that elect presidents, fund our politicians,
- 1:01:27fund all the bullshit that we deal with, the people
- 1:01:30that have you in a state of slavery. Oh you
- 1:01:33don't think so, go and check that debt amount. How
- 1:01:36much do you on your school debt? How about your car?
- 1:01:38How about your Macy's card or whatever the fuck? The
- 1:01:43real people that we should be angry at are the
- 1:01:46bankers and the financiers, and until the pitchforks and the torches,
- 1:01:51that means us understand that people like this are going
- 1:01:54to continue to get away with it. But if we
- 1:01:57followed the money and we had a real investigation and
- 1:01:59we would Hitcklain, Maxwell ud Rico, where do you think
- 1:02:02that would have led us? Well, it would have led
- 1:02:05us to the very people who ended up avoiding all
- 1:02:07this trouble. Anyway, Jamie Diamond, all the other people at
- 1:02:12Deutsche Bank. Oh, they paid a fine. But did anyone
- 1:02:14go to prison? Did anybody go to jail? How about
- 1:02:18for their bullshit? When it comes to working with cartels?
- 1:02:20Anyone go to prison? Then? Anyone go to jail? Course not?
- 1:02:23Or how about this one from one of their greatest
- 1:02:25sets albums that time that they melted down the financial market.
- 1:02:29How many people went to prison for that? Oh, yeah,
- 1:02:32that's right, they didn't. Instead, they're working for presidents, electing presidents,
- 1:02:37and now probably having presidents buried Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit. A
- 1:02:44friend said that Andrew has been abroad once since the
- 1:02:46scandal erupted, but without the FBI investigation hanging over his head,
- 1:02:51he will feel it safe to travel. He has always
- 1:02:54been very nervous about going abroad and felt he'd always
- 1:02:57be looking over his shoulder as he could be subject
- 1:02:59to action or at worse, being arrested. Hopefully, with this
- 1:03:04out of the way, that means he can at least
- 1:03:06leave the country. Oh, poor Andrew. He couldn't leave the country.
- 1:03:09He was scared he was going to get served, so instead,
- 1:03:12mister grifty grifterton over here went and hit at the
- 1:03:15lodge and had his brother pay for everything. What an
- 1:03:18absolute slimeball this dude is. How could anybody ever defend
- 1:03:22Prince Andrew? What's he supposed to do with the rest
- 1:03:25of his life. He hasn't been convicted of any crime,
- 1:03:28and he can't sit around at the Royal Lodge forever.
- 1:03:30I suggest that he finds a colony of lepers and
- 1:03:33goes and lives with them, provide them comfort and solace.
- 1:03:37You know, he's such a great guy, right, I mean,
- 1:03:39according to the five people that support him, Prince Andrew's
- 1:03:43just one of the greatest guys of all time. In fact,
- 1:03:45he's so great I'm going to bring a sixteen seventeen
- 1:03:48year old girl over to him and he can hang
- 1:03:51out with her in Belgravey at my mansion. Wait what
- 1:03:54they found out? Let's tell them though, that I was
- 1:03:56in Woking at the pizza joint and look, I can't sway.
- 1:04:00I don't know what that even means. I don't drink,
- 1:04:02I don't sweat, I don't do anything. So yeah, maybe
- 1:04:05he should just stay at the Royal Lodge for the
- 1:04:08rest of his pathetic life. The Duke was dubbed Airmiles
- 1:04:12Zandi amid criticism of his globe trotting and use of
- 1:04:15helicopters and planes at taxpayer's expense. He racked up huge
- 1:04:19bills while a working Royal and UK Trade envoy, but
- 1:04:22his only recent trip abroad was on a private jet
- 1:04:25to Baran in twenty twenty two. I bet they love
- 1:04:29people like Prince Andrew down there get away with all
- 1:04:32kinds of shit. Was he at one of those Instagram
- 1:04:34model parties? Earlier this year, The Sun revealed that he
- 1:04:38was flogging access to former business contacts around the globe
- 1:04:41in a commercial deal with Dutch base firm startup boot Camp.
- 1:04:46Under the agreement, Andy gets cash for passing on links
- 1:04:49he gained through the defunct global scheme pitch at Palace,
- 1:04:53mainly in East Asia. Yeah, get that hustle on in
- 1:04:56East Asia where you have a bunch of vulnerable people
- 1:04:58that nobody cares about. The whole entire thing is sick
- 1:05:02and twisted. The whole thing is disgusting, and the whole
- 1:05:05ass system is corrupt. Arrest fears meant he has been
- 1:05:09unable to meet his contacts. Andrew has said that he'd
- 1:05:12be prepared to speak to the FBI and willingly help
- 1:05:15any appropriate law enforcement agency. After convicted pedophile Epstein died
- 1:05:20in twenty nineteen, Six months later, US prosecutors said he
- 1:05:25had provided zero cooperation. Again, another motherfucker that opened his
- 1:05:29own mouth. He's the one who said he'd help out.
- 1:05:32He's the one who said all this big stuff during
- 1:05:34that interview that turned out to be untrue. If you
- 1:05:36would have just been able to tell the truth during
- 1:05:38that interview, you'd have been a lot better off. But
- 1:05:41you couldn't tell the truth right, so you lied, and
- 1:05:44you got caught lying, and it ended up costing your
- 1:05:46mommy and your brother a cool twelve to fifteen million dollars.
- 1:05:52The son revealed the Department of Justice applied to the
- 1:05:54Home Office to speak to Andrew via a mutual legal
- 1:05:57assistance request used only in investigations. Their investigation was paused
- 1:06:03last year. Imagine this shit. Imagine the federal government wanting
- 1:06:06to talk to you as part of a criminal investigation,
- 1:06:09and then all of a sudden it just gets closed
- 1:06:11down out of nowhere. Nothing new happened, no big revelations, nothing,
- 1:06:16just pressure on the federal government to release the information.
- 1:06:20But instead, now we're gonna cover it all up. We're
- 1:06:23gonna make pretend that it never happened. Before you know it,
- 1:06:26they're gonna want us to believe that Jeffrey Epstein is
- 1:06:29not even a real person. That's the next move. Andrew
- 1:06:34has always denied claims by Virginia Roberts that he abused
- 1:06:37her when she was seventeen. Yeah, sure, nobody's believing that
- 1:06:41without accepting any wrongdoing. In twenty twenty two, he paid
- 1:06:44her fifteen million dollars with the Late Queen's help. Miss
- 1:06:47Roberts was found dead at our Australia farm in April,
- 1:06:51age forty one. Yeah, because all innocent people are out
- 1:06:54here paying all this money to people they didn't abuse, right,
- 1:06:58That's exactly what people do. Here's the real truth. He
- 1:07:02didn't want to deal with depositions. He didn't want to
- 1:07:05deal with going through the whole entire process because he'd
- 1:07:08be exposed. He'd have to tell the truth and then
- 1:07:10what well after that, he'd be indicted. So that's why
- 1:07:15Prince Andrew did what he did. He couldn't lie under oath.
- 1:07:18He would have been exposed and it would have been
- 1:07:20a wrap for him. But instead Prince Andrew gets to
- 1:07:24ride off into the sunset without ever once sitting down
- 1:07:27under oath and answering any questions. Meanwhile, Virginia is dead
- 1:07:33and you want us to move on, fat fucking chance.
- 1:07:38All of the information that goes with this episode can
