Chains don’t stop courage, and detours don’t cancel God’s plan. We open Acts 28:11–16 and follow Paul as he finally reaches Rome after a brutal stretch of storm, shipwreck, and uncertainty, only to discover something that changes his posture on the road: believers come out to meet him, and “on seeing them, Paul thanked God and took courage.” That one sentence becomes our challenge too.
