What Are You Afraid of in the Future? | Rise Up Day 83

Faithful & Authentic: The All Saints Parish Podcast · May 11, 2026 · 2m

What is something in the future that you’re afraid of?

Jesus warns us in today’s Gospel that trials will come.

There will be:

➡️ suffering

➡️ uncertainty

➡️ sickness

➡️ hardships

But as Christians, we live with hope.

Why?

Because we know how the story ends.

✝️ The Cross is not the end.

🌅 The empty tomb is.

In today’s Rise Up reflection, Fr. Jonathan Meyer encourages us to keep our eyes fixed on eternity, even when difficult seasons are ahead.

Whatever trial you are facing or fearing:

God is already there.

Keep moving forward.

Keep trusting.

Keep your eyes on the resurrection.

Happy Easter…
