1427-TIGIT Blockade Enhances BCMA-CAR-T Efficacy in Myeloma
This research article examines the role of the TIGIT immune checkpoint in driving resistance and relapse following BCMA-CAR-T therapy in patients with multiple myeloma. By utilizing single-cell RNA sequencing and flow cytometry, the authors demonstrate that high TIGIT expression on T cells correlates with increased tumor burden, poor prognosis, and accelerated T cell exhaustion.
