A deadly confrontation erupted in West El Paso over a handicap parking spot, ending in the murder of 32-year-old Christopher Brandon Steven. The suspect, 26-year-old Nicholas Emanuel Wells, was arrested and charged with murder after admitting to firing three shots inside a Walgreens — following a heated argument that escalated from a parking dispute to a violent confrontation captured on surveillance.
