  October 2nd, 2024, this will go down as one of the biggest dates

  in NASCAR history because Michael Jordan and the 2311 team

  and Front Row Motorsports, that's two teams they're taking

  NASCAR to court. Whoa, say that again, Kenny.

  They are taking NASCAR to court over an antitrust, antitrust

  law. So let me break it down for you.

  couple sentences of that antitrust lawsuit against NASCAR

  is it states this NASCAR is a monopoly, meaning that they

  won't allow the teens to grow and make more money.

  It's it's just a couple sentence couple 2-3 sentence that it is

  reported. So once again, let me just say

  Jordan and Danny Hamlin and front row, which I don't know is

  That's a great team, but they not as famous as Michael Jordan.

  Those two teams have got together and they have filed a

  antitrust lawsuit stating that NASCAR is a monopoly and NASCAR

  wants to make all the money is what it says.

  That's not my opinion. Now let's get to my opinion.

  This is big. This is this is bigger than

  anything we've seen in since since the days that some of the

  racers tried to do this for some of you young kids watching the

  coffee with Kenny this morning. Basically years ago, a lot of

  the NASCAR team said we're going to we're going to we're going to

  go on strike and they tried it and what happened?

  They they tried it at Talladega. Well, NASCAR said we're going to

  go on with or without you. We're going to hold a race.

  And so get they gathered all the cars from let's just say it for

  this modern era. NASCAR said, OK, y'all are

  quitting. Well, we're just going to bring

  the NASCAR Xfinity series. We're going to call them the Cup

  Series. That's what they did back then.

  And and they held a race and the race went on.

  And those drivers that did that realize, well, we're not going

  to get anywhere on this. NASCAR's the boss.

  And it ain't half bad. It ain't half bad.

  So it never worked out. And from that time on, nobody

  has ever tried it again. Nobody's ever tried doing this

  since that day, all right? That's why this is such a big

  story. So what's going to happen?

  Well, here's a big detail that I read, the lawsuit reads.

  Hey, in this new 2025, which is next year, there's a part that

  NASCAR says, OK, if you, if you'd sign the charter

  agreement, if you've signed it, which everybody has except 2311

  and front row, the new contract reads that you cannot sue us,

  especially antitrust, that's what it reads.

  So if you signed the new charter agreement for next year, it

  reads in there that you NASCAR, it says you cannot sue us.

  So what's happened is Front Row and 2311 have filed this lawsuit

  before they signed the contract. Now they know this lawsuit's

  going to go on for quite a while.

  So they're they're looking for an injunction.

  in front row are saying. Hey, we're suing you, but we get

  to race until this is solved. This is where the herminator D

  bullshits it. I've never seen this part go

  inspection. All of a sudden you got a little

  bit of smoke coming out of the car.

  Now listen, this is something Bubba Wallace just signed.

  So they're pretty sure that they're going to move forward.

  door. NASCAR cannot let Michael Jordan

  in front row win this. Because if they win this, that

  means NASCAR going to have to give up millions and millions

  and millions and millions of dollars.

  And that means that that contract they just signed.

  Remember, I told you everybody signed that new contract for

  Since they've already signed that contract, does that mean

  does that mean those teams got to got to live by the contract?
