In today's episode, I sat down with Crystal Ngo Diaz. Crystal is a physician assistant student at Stanford University. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 18, she has turned her struggles into purpose and shares her story in hopes of creating a safe space for others to feel empowered living with Diabetes. Crystal has been involved with Children with Diabetes, Subtle Asian Diabetics, and #dedoc° diabetes online community.
