Speaker 1: What's going on everybody so we're going to stick with
• 0:02
Speaker 1: our Prince Andrew theme here and I guess Prince Andrew's
• 0:05
Speaker 1: team has clapped back and said that Prince Andrew is
• 0:08
Speaker 1: just he's shocked by this statement by Mr. Berman he
• 0:12
Speaker 1: had no idea the FBI wanted to talk to him
• 0:14
Speaker 1: nobody ever contacted his team well I highly doubt that
• 0:20
Speaker 1: and there's an article here from the New York Post
• 0:22
Speaker 1: that we're going to jump into in a second And
• 0:24
Speaker 1: they're going to go into that. The headline of the
• 0:27
Speaker 1: article is, Prince Andrew Bewildered by Claims He Wouldn't Help
• 0:31
Speaker 1: FBI's Epstein Probe. So that kind of gives you an
• 0:34
Speaker 1: idea of what the article is going to be talking about.
• 0:38
Speaker 1: But really, the question comes down to this, folks, at
• 0:40
Speaker 1: this point. Do you believe Prince Andrew or do you
• 0:43
Speaker 1: believe Virginia Roberts? It's really that simple. All this other
• 0:47
Speaker 1: stuff is grandstanding. Unless Andrew goes and speaks with the
• 0:50
Speaker 1: FBI and goes on record and goes under oath and
• 0:53
Speaker 1: all of that jazz, everything he does is just white noise.
• 0:57
Speaker 1: Everything he does is just obfuscation. Everything he does is
• 1:01
Speaker 1: throwing more of a shadow over things. He doesn't want
• 1:05
Speaker 1: to come forth. He doesn't want to be forthright. He
• 1:06
Speaker 1: doesn't want to give the truth. If he did, he
• 1:08
Speaker 1: would have already come forward. You don't need to huddle
• 1:12
Speaker 1: with a team of legal advisors if you're an innocent man.
• 1:16
Speaker 1: You go and talk to one lawyer. You talk to
• 1:18
Speaker 1: the lawyer about what the procedure is. The lawyer sits
• 1:21
Speaker 1: in with you as you have your little chat, and
• 1:23
Speaker 1: you move on with your life. You don't drag it
• 1:25
Speaker 1: out like this. You don't keep it going. You don't
• 1:28
Speaker 1: show no compassion for the survivors of the attacks. You
• 1:31
Speaker 1: don't do the things that this man has done, okay?
• 1:34
Speaker 1: This man has been nothing but disingenuous. This man has
• 1:38
Speaker 1: done nothing but lie. And this man has done nothing
• 1:42
Speaker 1: but drag his already sullen name through the mud. So
• 1:46
Speaker 1: for Prince Andrew to act like he's bewildered, well, let
• 1:51
Speaker 1: me take a step back. We all know he's bewildered
• 1:53
Speaker 1: about life, right? You just look at the guy and
• 1:55
Speaker 1: he's a dullard, an absolute buffoon. The George W. Bush
• 2:00
Speaker 1: of the Mountbatten-Windsor family. We all know that. But at
• 2:04
Speaker 1: the same time, For him to think that he's going
• 2:07
Speaker 1: to be able to just, again, another one of these
• 2:10
Speaker 1: statements that he doesn't make himself, and think that people
• 2:13
Speaker 1: are going to take note of it and take it seriously. Well,
• 2:16
Speaker 1: I have another thing. You have another thing coming there,
• 2:18
Speaker 1: old princely boy. Nobody believes you, okay? Nobody believes you
• 2:22
Speaker 1: at this point. So, for him to sit up here
• 2:26
Speaker 1: and act like, oh, I'm angry, I'm bewildered, nobody contacted
• 2:29
Speaker 1: me when Jeffrey Berman went public, basically. He stood there
• 2:35
Speaker 1: in front of the whole world and said that this
• 2:37
Speaker 1: guy's not cooperating in a move that definitely veers away
• 2:40
Speaker 1: from usual standard protocol for the U.S. Attorney's Office and
• 2:44
Speaker 1: the FBI. For him to do that, it must be significant,
• 2:47
Speaker 1: must be significant stonewalling going on from Andrew's camp. So
• 2:51
Speaker 1: we're going to jump into this article and see what
• 2:53
Speaker 1: it has to say. The article is from the New
• 2:56
Speaker 1: York Post. The headline, Prince Andrew Bewildered by Claims He
• 3:00
Speaker 1: Wouldn't Help FBI's Epstein Probe. The author of the article
• 3:04
Speaker 1: is Lee Brown, and it was published January 29, 2020, 7.43 a.m.
• 3:12
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew insists he is willing to talk to the
• 3:14
Speaker 1: FBI about his pedophile pal Jeffrey Epstein and is angry
• 3:18
Speaker 1: and bewildered at being publicly accused of refusing to help,
• 3:21
Speaker 1: according to a report. See, I love that stuff, according
• 3:24
Speaker 1: to a report. Okay, well, who's reporting it? Who talked
• 3:29
Speaker 1: to him? Who in his circle said this? Don't say
• 3:31
Speaker 1: an unnamed source. We want to know exactly who is
• 3:34
Speaker 1: enabling him. The 59-year-old royal was completely caught off guard
• 3:39
Speaker 1: by the claims Monday that U.S. authorities had tried to
• 3:41
Speaker 1: interview him but received zero cooperation. Sources close to him
• 3:45
Speaker 1: told the Telegraph, Who are these sources, Telegraph? Why don't
• 3:49
Speaker 1: they go on record? Why are they only sources when
• 3:52
Speaker 1: they talk about Prince Andrew? Are they worried about getting
• 3:54
Speaker 1: their name dragged through the mud? They should be. If
• 3:56
Speaker 1: you're still associating with this man and you're still part
• 4:01
Speaker 1: of his inner circle, part of his privy council, well,
• 4:04
Speaker 1: you're a pretty horrible person as well. All right, how
• 4:06
Speaker 1: about that? How about I just label you like that
• 4:08
Speaker 1: right here, right now, for everybody to hear? If you're
• 4:11
Speaker 1: protecting Prince Andrew, you're a scummy piece of shit. That's
• 4:14
Speaker 1: my opinion. Don't even bother trying to change my mind.
• 4:19
Speaker 1: Nothing could be further from the truth, one source told
• 4:22
Speaker 1: the paper. The Duke is more than happy to talk
• 4:24
Speaker 1: to the FBI, but he hasn't been approached by them yet.
• 4:27
Speaker 1: He is angry about the way this is being portrayed
• 4:30
Speaker 1: and bewildered as to why this was said in New York.
• 4:32
Speaker 1: It seems certain people are jumping the gun. Jumping the gun?
• 4:36
Speaker 1: Jumping the gun. Bro, you have been covered by this
• 4:42
Speaker 1: cloud for years, okay? And if Epstein never got arrested again,
• 4:47
Speaker 1: none of this would have ever come out and you
• 4:49
Speaker 1: would have been scot-free. You and your friend Ghislaine would
• 4:52
Speaker 1: have been having your picnics and doing whatever it is
• 4:54
Speaker 1: that you did on the lawn. Alright, you're angry and
• 4:57
Speaker 1: you're bewildered that people are jumping the gun. Nobody's jumping
• 5:00
Speaker 1: the gun. It's high time that you face justice, my friend.
• 5:04
Speaker 1: It's high time that you stand tall before the man. Alright?
• 5:09
Speaker 1: And your princely blood be damned, okay? Andrew, who was
• 5:15
Speaker 1: booted from royal duties over his disastrous attempts to justify
• 5:19
Speaker 1: his links to Epstein, has been holding weekly meetings with
• 5:22
Speaker 1: a special team of lawyers helping him prep for potential interviews,
• 5:25
Speaker 1: the sources said. What does that even mean? So he
• 5:28
Speaker 1: needs a team of lawyers to prep for an interview
• 5:31
Speaker 1: for something he didn't do? Look, just be honest, homie.
• 5:34
Speaker 1: What do you need all the preparation for? I get it.
• 5:38
  Speaker 1: I know what's going on. They're stalling because they're waiting
• 5:40
Speaker 1: for their boy Dershowitz to come in on his white
• 5:42
Speaker 1: horse and save the day. Okay, maybe that's not going
• 5:46
Speaker 1: to happen, but you see where I'm going with that, right?
• 5:48
  Speaker 1: I mean, I don't understand what this even means. A
• 5:51
Speaker 1: team of lawyers helping him prep for potential interviews? Just
• 5:54
Speaker 1: be honest, bro. Just be honest. You don't need to
• 5:57
Speaker 1: do any kind of prep. You don't need a whole
• 5:59
Speaker 1: team of lawyers. Sit down with whoever your lawyer is
• 6:02
Speaker 1: and you and him discuss what's going to occur and
• 6:05
Speaker 1: and figure it out. Anything short of that, you're being
• 6:08
Speaker 1: a scumbag, and you're not standing tall, you obviously don't
• 6:12
Speaker 1: have any honor, but this guy has to answer questions
• 6:16
Speaker 1: at this point. There is no way that this guy
• 6:19
Speaker 1: can get away without answering questions. Royal sources believe Manhattan U.S.
• 6:25
Speaker 1: Attorney Jeffrey Berman's press conference outside Epstein's mansion Monday was
• 6:28
Speaker 1: a publicity stunt to try and force Andrew to come forward,
• 6:32
Speaker 1: the report says. Why would they need to have a
• 6:37
Speaker 1: publicity stunt for this man to come forward? He's already
• 6:40
Speaker 1: said that he would speak to the authorities. He went
• 6:43
Speaker 1: on record and said that with Emily Maitlis. But yet
• 6:45
Speaker 1: he has not spoken to anybody. Why does he need
• 6:48
Speaker 1: to be compelled to come forward? Why don't you just
• 6:50
Speaker 1: come forward yourself? Hop in your car after you get
• 6:53
Speaker 1: done at the pizza place, okay? Hop in your car,
• 6:57
Speaker 1: have one of your toadies drive you to the American
• 6:59
Speaker 1: embassy or wherever the FBI is going to interview you.
• 7:02
Speaker 1: Have your interview and put this in your past. Isn't
• 7:05
Speaker 1: that what you wanted to do with the Emily Maitlis interview,
• 7:08
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew? Didn't you want to put a line under
• 7:11
Speaker 1: this and move on? Well, here's your chance. Go and
• 7:14
Speaker 1: talk to the FBI. Man up, homie. The Duke of York,
• 7:20
Speaker 1: in fact, is eager to clear things up so he
• 7:22
Speaker 1: can support his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, in her hour
• 7:26
Speaker 1: of need as she leans on him after the bitter
• 7:28
Speaker 1: blow of Megxit. Sources said. They're sick people. Honestly, I'm sorry,
• 7:34
Speaker 1: my English listeners. I love all of you. I love
• 7:38
Speaker 1: your country. England's a fantastic place. Don't get me wrong, but...
• 7:43
Speaker 1: This monarchy business, you guys, what is going on with this?
• 7:46
Speaker 1: You guys got to get rid of these people. Reign
• 7:48
Speaker 1: these people in. So the bitter blow of Megxit, that's
• 7:53
Speaker 1: the big blow. That's the big, the big riff in
• 7:56
Speaker 1: the family because this kid and his wife want to split.
• 7:59
Speaker 1: That's the big problem, huh? The problem isn't that Andrew,
• 8:02
Speaker 1: who the queen is obviously leaning on. Okay, that's nice.
• 8:06
Speaker 1: The problem isn't that Andrew was involved with Jeffrey Epstein's
• 8:08
Speaker 1: trafficking ring. The problem isn't that Andrew is being credibly
• 8:12
Speaker 1: accused by Virginia Roberts of partaking in that abuse. That
• 8:16
Speaker 1: isn't the problem. The problem is Megxit. Get your shit together, Royals.
• 8:22
Speaker 1: Come on now. The Duke accepts he made a big
• 8:27
Speaker 1: mistake by continuing to see Epstein after he was convicted,
• 8:30
Speaker 1: and for not showing sufficient empathy for the girls involved,
• 8:33
Speaker 1: the source said. Again, the source. The source. This source.
• 8:36
Speaker 1: That source. Everyone has a source. How about Prince Andrew
• 8:40
Speaker 1: comes out and says this? Why doesn't he come out
• 8:42
Speaker 1: and say this? He has to have his source say it? What,
• 8:45
Speaker 1: he's above owning up to the fact that he's a dirtbag?
• 8:49
Speaker 1: obviously he is. Because, you know, when you've grown up
• 8:52
Speaker 1: the way that Prince Andrew has grown up, you can
• 8:55
Speaker 1: never be wrong, folks. You are never in the wrong.
• 8:58
Speaker 1: Who's going to tell the Prince of England he's wrong?
• 8:59
Speaker 1: Certainly not his mother. His mother, busy running the country. Okay,
• 9:03
Speaker 1: so what was he raised by? Nannies and butlers and
• 9:06
Speaker 1: who the hell knows who else? This guy has no honor. Okay,
• 9:09
Speaker 1: he is not an honorable man. I don't care what
• 9:12
Speaker 1: he says. And he certainly does not give a spit
• 9:15
Speaker 1: about the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein. He doesn't give one
• 9:20
Speaker 1: god dang hoot about it he is desperate to make
• 9:24
Speaker 1: up for it and is committed to the legal process
• 9:27
Speaker 1: the attorney's office in new york stood by its claims
• 9:31
Speaker 1: in light of the statement prince andrew issued i just
• 9:33
Speaker 1: feel it's appropriate to say we've made several attempts to
• 9:37
Speaker 1: contact his representatives a spokesperson told the telegraph again i'm
• 9:41
Speaker 1: not the biggest supporter of the justice department in america
• 9:45
Speaker 1: as everyone who listens to this podcast is aware of
• 9:48
Speaker 1: I am not a fan of the two-tiered justice system either.
• 9:52
Speaker 1: But what I do know is this. People like Berman,
• 9:55
Speaker 1: when they're pressured, they feel like they have to make
• 9:58
Speaker 1: moves when the public pressure is like this, they feel
• 10:01
Speaker 1: like they have to take it seriously because it's about survival.
• 10:05
Speaker 1: They want to make sure that they keep their job.
• 10:07
Speaker 1: That's all they really care about. Don't get it twisted.
• 10:09
Speaker 1: I'm not making Berman out to be some hero because
• 10:12
Speaker 1: I highly doubt that that's going to be the case, folks.
• 10:15
Speaker 1: But what I will say is this. I will say this.
• 10:19
Speaker 1: That office, the SDNY office, is feeling a lot of
• 10:22
Speaker 1: pressure to make some headway in this case. There's no
• 10:25
Speaker 1: doubt about that. Andrew came under fire for staying at
• 10:32
Speaker 1: Epstein's New York home even after the long-accused pedophile had
• 10:36
Speaker 1: been convicted of child sex offenses. Accuser Virginia Roberts has
• 10:41
Speaker 1: also said she was made to have sex with the
• 10:43
Speaker 1: prince three times, claims which he and Buckingham Palace have
• 10:48
Speaker 1: always denied. Epstein, 66, hanged himself, allegedly, in a lower
• 10:53
Speaker 1: Manhattan lockup August 10th while awaiting trial on federal sex
• 10:57
Speaker 1: trafficking charges. All right, folks, so the question becomes, who
• 11:02
Speaker 1: do you believe? Do you believe Prince Andrew, or do
• 11:05
Speaker 1: you believe the FBI and Attorney General Berman? Frankly, I
• 11:10
Speaker 1: don't believe anything Andrew says, so I'm leaning towards the prosecution.
• 11:16
Speaker 1: In this case, I'm leaning towards Berman and his office
• 11:19
Speaker 1: of being honest about what they're doing and what their
• 11:21
Speaker 1: process is, especially in regards to Prince Andrew. So that's
• 11:27
Speaker 1: where I stand on this, folks. Where do you stand?
• 11:29
Speaker 1: Why don't you shoot me some emails? Let me know
• 11:31
Speaker 1: what you think about Prince Andrew. shoot me an email
• 11:33
  Speaker 1: at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. I think
• 11:43
Speaker 1: it's pretty safe to say at this point that Prince
• 11:46
Speaker 1: Andrew has a pretty loose relationship with the truth. This
• 11:52
Speaker 1: is a man who says he's never even met Virginia Roberts.
• 11:58
Speaker 1: Yet we have a picture with him and her At
• 12:02
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's house, we have eyewitness reports of them together.
• 12:10
Speaker 1: And yet, Andrew has provided us with nothing but his narrative.
• 12:19
Speaker 1: He has not provided one bit of evidence, not one person,
• 12:23
Speaker 1: to come out and confirm his alibi. Not one person
• 12:28
Speaker 1: to come out and say, look, I was there that night.
• 12:30
Speaker 1: This shit never happened. These people are all telling stories.
• 12:34
Speaker 1: Not one single person has come forward to say anything
• 12:37
Speaker 1: like that. Meanwhile, as we see cracks begin to develop
• 12:43
Speaker 1: in the dam, more and more people are coming forward
• 12:48
Speaker 1: and corroborating the relationship between Andrew and Virginia. Now, if
• 12:56
Speaker 1: Andrew did not do anything untowards with her, if Andrew
• 13:00
Speaker 1: was not part of a sex trafficking ring, why would
• 13:03
Speaker 1: he not admit to at least knowing her? Why would
• 13:07
Speaker 1: he start off from the very beginning lying? And that's
• 13:12
Speaker 1: basically what he's done this whole entire time, folks. If
• 13:15
Speaker 1: you follow the evidence we have available to us, and
• 13:18
Speaker 1: you follow the interview, and you follow the things that
• 13:21
Speaker 1: have been said throughout the years... It is quite apparent
• 13:25
Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew has no idea what the truth even
• 13:29
Speaker 1: is in this case. You know what, I should rephrase that. Oh,
• 13:33
Speaker 1: he knows what the truth is. He knows he doesn't
• 13:36
Speaker 1: have it on his side. Because the evidence at this
• 13:41
Speaker 1: point is damning. And like I said, as we move
• 13:47
Speaker 1: forward in this case, more people are going to come forward.
• 13:50
Speaker 1: We talked a little bit earlier about Ian Halperin's new
• 13:53
Speaker 1: book and some of the claims that he's making. And again,
• 13:56
Speaker 1: we'll have to see how true those claims are or
• 14:00
Speaker 1: how close to the mark they are before we just
• 14:03
Speaker 1: run around and say, oh yeah, here, look at this.
• 14:05
Speaker 1: This is more evidence. But again, you're seeing more and
• 14:09
Speaker 1: more of this begin to occur. More people... are becoming
• 14:14
Speaker 1: more comfortable coming forward and talking about people like Prince
• 14:19
Speaker 1: Andrew and their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Tonight, our article
• 14:26
Speaker 1: is going to add a little bit more context to
• 14:29
Speaker 1: that and show just a little bit more that Prince Andrew, a.k.a.
• 14:35
Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, is trying to
• 14:39
Speaker 1: give us the runaround of And trying to avoid ever
• 14:45
Speaker 1: speaking to the authorities about his alleged role in this. Now,
• 14:50
Speaker 1: this article was sent to me by one of the
• 14:54
Speaker 1: listeners of the show. Her name is Brandy S. And
• 14:59
Speaker 1: she's doing some really good research on the Jeffrey Epstein case.
• 15:04
Speaker 1: And I've said it once, I'll say it a million times.
• 15:08
Speaker 1: The articles that you folks send in to me, the
• 15:10
Speaker 1: stuff that you send me, there might be things that
• 15:12
Speaker 1: I have missed, right? Or there might be things that
• 15:14
Speaker 1: we need to revisit. And this is one of those articles.
• 15:18
Speaker 1: We've talked a little bit about the pilot, right? We
• 15:23
Speaker 1: talked a lot about Vesovsky, but we haven't talked much
• 15:26
Speaker 1: about David Rodgers. and his court testimony that put Prince
• 15:32
Speaker 1: Andrew on a plane with Jeffrey Epstein and Virginia Roberts.
• 15:37
Speaker 1: This is a court document. This isn't just some guy,
• 15:39
Speaker 1: you know, saying some stuff to get noticed or anything
• 15:43
Speaker 1: like that. So you add this up with everything else
• 15:47
Speaker 1: we already know, and it really starts to paint the
• 15:50
Speaker 1: picture for you that Prince Andrew, aka the Joe Exotic
• 15:55
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family, is straight up telling tales. So again,
• 16:02
Speaker 1: thanks Brandy S. Thanks to everybody out there who sends
• 16:05
Speaker 1: me articles. You guys are incredibly awesome. And Brandy, please
• 16:08
Speaker 1: keep up the great work. All right, our article from
• 16:12
Speaker 1: The Sun, headline, One Fly With Me. Prince Andrew was
• 16:17
Speaker 1: on private jet with pedo Jeffrey Epstein and sex slave
• 16:20
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, says pilot. This article was authored by James Beale,
• 16:26
Speaker 1: Greg Woodfield, and Emily Andrews. It was published on November
• 16:31
Speaker 1: 18th of 2019. Prince Andrew flew on a private plane
• 16:37
Speaker 1: with pedo friend Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged 17-year-old sex
• 16:41
Speaker 1: slave Virginia Roberts, the pilot claims. Some pretty big claims, right?
• 16:46
Speaker 1: And again... If it was just in a vacuum and
• 16:49
Speaker 1: there were no other accusations, it would be a bad
• 16:51
Speaker 1: look for Prince Andrew, right? It would be, dude, you're
• 16:54
Speaker 1: an enabling scuzzbag. You're gross. Why are you hanging out
• 16:57
Speaker 1: with this scumbag Jeffrey Epstein? But it's a whole different
• 17:01
Speaker 1: thing when you add in the fact that he's being
• 17:04
Speaker 1: directly implicated and actually taking part in this abuse. The
• 17:12
Speaker 1: allegation made in court papers is the first to place
• 17:15
Speaker 1: Andrew and Roberts on Epstein's plane together. So we have
• 17:19
Speaker 1: them now placed by witnesses on the plane, on the island,
• 17:24
Speaker 1: in England. So, I mean, come on, folks. Are we
• 17:28
Speaker 1: to believe that all of these people got together and
• 17:32
Speaker 1: they're conspiring against Prince Andrew? Why would they do that?
• 17:37
Speaker 1: Why would this pilot lie? Why would Steve Scully lie?
• 17:42
Speaker 1: Why would those girls who said that they saw Andrew
• 17:46
Speaker 1: and Virginia in the club at Tramp, why would they lie? Meanwhile,
• 17:52
Speaker 1: we haven't gotten anything from the Prince. We haven't gotten
• 17:56
Speaker 1: any sort of tangible defense whatsoever. In court testimony, David Rogers, 66,
• 18:03
Speaker 1: said one trip saw Epstein, Andrew, and then 17-year-old Virginia
• 18:08
Speaker 1: heading to the U.S. Virgin Islands. And again, Andrew says
• 18:12
Speaker 1: he doesn't even know Virginia, but you were on a
• 18:15
Speaker 1: plane with her, you took a picture with her, you're
• 18:18
Speaker 1: in a club with her, but you don't even know
• 18:21
Speaker 1: who she is, huh? And you expect people to buy that?
• 18:25
Speaker 1: And then other people wonder... why people are digging deeper
• 18:29
Speaker 1: into Andrew and want to know more about what went on.
• 18:33
Speaker 1: It's obvious from just the evidence that we have that
• 18:37
Speaker 1: this guy is not telling the truth. In my opinion,
• 18:41
Speaker 1: this man is not telling the truth one single bit.
• 18:46
Speaker 1: I have not seen one bit of evidence that would
• 18:49
Speaker 1: point me in the direction of saying, yeah, you know,
• 18:53
Speaker 1: We got to take a look at the other side here.
• 18:55
Speaker 1: The evidence that's being produced is pretty strong, so we're
• 18:58
Speaker 1: going to have to, you know, dig through. There's none
• 19:00
Speaker 1: of that. Zero. Nothing. Un gots. The financier, pedophile, who
• 19:08
Speaker 1: killed himself in jail in August ahead of a trial
• 19:10
Speaker 1: for sex trafficking minors, had a private island there where
• 19:14
Speaker 1: he is said to have held orgies involving underage girls.
• 19:20
Speaker 1: And in his explosive interview with BBC's Newsnight, Andrew acknowledged
• 19:24
Speaker 1: he'd stayed on Epstein's private island, visited his home in
• 19:27
Speaker 1: Palm Beach, Florida, and traveled on his private plane. Isn't
• 19:31
Speaker 1: that nice? I don't really know, you know, Virginia, but
• 19:35
Speaker 1: I've been to all of these places where she was
• 19:37
Speaker 1: a mainstay. I've been around, you know, on the plane
• 19:40
Speaker 1: with Epstein, to Palm Beach, to New York, you know,
• 19:44
Speaker 1: you name it. But I don't know Virginia. I never
• 19:47
Speaker 1: met her. Those pictures, that's a lie. Those things those
• 19:50
Speaker 1: are too fat. That couldn't be me. This is the
• 19:52
Speaker 1: sort of shit they expect us to believe. He said
• 19:58
Speaker 1: he wanted to learn more about the international business world.
• 20:01
Speaker 1: And so that was another reason for going to visit
• 20:03
Speaker 1: the U.S. financier, pedophile, in New York as the prince
• 20:07
Speaker 1: became special representative of for international trade and investment. That's
• 20:12
Speaker 1: such bullshit. So you mean to tell me there's nobody
• 20:15
Speaker 1: in the financial sector in England that you could have
• 20:19
Speaker 1: talked to to help you out here? There's nobody at all, huh?
• 20:24
Speaker 1: No great financial minds in England. You had to go
• 20:27
Speaker 1: and get Jeffrey Epstein to help you out. A man
• 20:30
Speaker 1: with exactly one client on the books. So what was
• 20:34
Speaker 1: the draw? Why did you need Jeffrey Epstein... to point
• 20:38
Speaker 1: you in the right direction. Why did you need Jeffrey
• 20:41
Speaker 1: Epstein to act as your Gandalf? Rogers' legal deposition marks
• 20:49
Speaker 1: the first time anyone has alleged Andrew and Virginia were
• 20:52
Speaker 1: on Epstein's plane at the same time. Virginia claims Andrew
• 20:57
Speaker 1: had sex with her when she was a teenager. He
• 21:00
Speaker 1: has always strenuously denied it. But again, it's all fine
• 21:04
Speaker 1: and well if it was just the plane, right? How
• 21:06
Speaker 1: many denials are they going to make from the Andrew
• 21:09
Speaker 1: side of the equation? How many times are they going
• 21:12
Speaker 1: to deny things that we can tangibly prove? And how
• 21:15
Speaker 1: many times are people going to continue to believe that shit?
• 21:21
Speaker 1: This is obviously, obviously something that occurred. It's obvious that
• 21:29
Speaker 1: Andrew and Virginia knew each other. And it is quite
• 21:33
Speaker 1: obvious to me, at the very least, in my opinion...
• 21:36
Speaker 1: that Andrew is lying through his teeth about all of it.
• 21:44
Speaker 1: Rogers' claim will increase the pressure on Andrew to now
• 21:48
Speaker 1: reveal everything he knows about Epstein. Now, you have to think,
• 21:52
Speaker 1: the prosecutors have seen all of this as well, right?
• 21:56
Speaker 1: They know about the deposition. You have to think that
• 21:59
Speaker 1: the SDNY knows that Andrew was on this plane. They
• 22:03
Speaker 1: have the court documents to prove that he was on
• 22:05
Speaker 1: this plane with Virginia, by the way. And when they
• 22:09
Speaker 1: talk to him, they're going to have a bunch of
• 22:13
Speaker 1: other information that he probably doesn't even know that they have.
• 22:18
Speaker 1: And that is why his legal team is fighting tooth
• 22:21
Speaker 1: and nail to keep him out of the chair. They
• 22:24
Speaker 1: know he's going to perjure himself. It is among 2,000
• 22:29
Speaker 1: court documents relating to a settled defamation case involving her
• 22:34
Speaker 1: and British socialite, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all-around scumbag
• 22:39
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell. Roberts claimed Maxwell, Epstein's sometime girlfriend, groomed underage
• 22:45
Speaker 1: girls for him. That case was later struck out and
• 22:48
Speaker 1: the claims have never been tested in court. Pilots Courts
• 22:54
Speaker 1: Claim Rogers does not allege any wrongdoing by Prince Andrew
• 22:59
Speaker 1: on the flights. His testimony says he flew Epstein's private jet,
• 23:03
Speaker 1: which ferried VIP guests, including U.S. President Bill Clinton, model
• 23:08
Speaker 1: Naomi Campbell, and Sex Scandal Hollywood star Kevin Spacey. And again,
• 23:14
Speaker 1: this isn't about him corroborating abuse. This is about circumstantial
• 23:20
Speaker 1: evidence being compiled. They were in each other's company. when
• 23:25
Speaker 1: Andrew said they were not. They were on the plane together.
• 23:28
Speaker 1: Andrew says that never occurred. Andrew was fondling Virginia, according
• 23:34
Speaker 1: to Steve Scully. And again, Andrew says nothing like that
• 23:39
Speaker 1: has ever happened. Well, he says that it never happened.
• 23:44
Speaker 1: Virginia is adamant that it did. And only one of
• 23:47
Speaker 1: them has provided any evidence to back up their story.
• 23:51
Speaker 1: And it most certainly is not the Joe Exotic of
• 23:54
Speaker 1: the Windsor family. It also claims Andrew was aboard a
• 24:00
Speaker 1: number of times, including two flights with Virginia. So that's
• 24:03
Speaker 1: two flights with Virginia that they were together. They met
• 24:07
Speaker 1: each other. They hung out at the very least. So
• 24:10
Speaker 1: why did Andrew even lie about that? I hate to
• 24:12
Speaker 1: reiterate that question, but it's very important that we ask
• 24:16
Speaker 1: ourselves that. He says the Virgin Islands flight took place
• 24:22
Speaker 1: on April 11th, 2001 with Maxwell also among the guests.
• 24:28
Speaker 1: Rogers also claims Andrew was on a flight on the
• 24:32
Speaker 1: 31st of March from Santa Fe, New Mexico to Florida.
• 24:36
Speaker 1: He says other passengers on the 22-seat Gulfstream jet included Epstein, Maxwell,
• 24:41
Speaker 1: and Virginia. Now remember, folks, in February, when I went
• 24:45
Speaker 1: to Santa Fe, New Mexico, and I went down to
• 24:47
Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch and I talked to the sources down there,
• 24:50
Speaker 1: That had reached out to me. They told me the
• 24:53
Speaker 1: same thing. That Prince Andrew for sure. 100% without a doubt.
• 24:58
Speaker 1: Was at Zorro Ranch. And in Santa Fe. Without a doubt.
• 25:05
Speaker 1: And here we go again. Hearing about it. More corroborating witnesses.
• 25:09
Speaker 1: More corroborating stories. And the quicksand. Becomes much. Tougher. for
• 25:18
Speaker 1: Andrew to extricate himself from. I mean, if you're a
• 25:23
Speaker 1: prosecutor in this case, how do you not look at
• 25:27
Speaker 1: all of this evidence and not indict this man? He
• 25:35
Speaker 1: says other, excuse me, Royal Court circular documents show Andrew
• 25:39
Speaker 1: had engagements in London on March 28th and April 2nd.
• 25:43
Speaker 1: So it is possible he could have been on the
• 25:45
Speaker 1: Epstein plane. Yeah. No shit, it's possible. What do you
• 25:49
Speaker 1: mean it's possible? I mean, the logs say so, right?
• 25:55
Speaker 1: Why would this pilot lie about him being on the plane?
• 26:01
Speaker 1: The craziest thing is that it's provable, right? We can
• 26:05
Speaker 1: prove that he was on this plane, that he was
• 26:08
Speaker 1: in these places. And he won't even be honest about that.
• 26:17
Speaker 1: Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in jail ahead of trial
• 26:21
Speaker 1: for sex trafficking minors. Buckingham Palace refused to further clarify
• 26:25
Speaker 1: Andrew's movements over that period. On April 9th, Andrew began
• 26:29
Speaker 1: an official visit to the U.S., arriving in New York
• 26:33
Speaker 1: that day. Flight logs show Virginia flew to New York
• 26:36
Speaker 1: with Epstein on April 9th. Boy, that adds up and
• 26:40
Speaker 1: lines up pretty coincidentally, huh? Pretty funny how that all
• 26:43
Speaker 1: adds up, how that all lines up. I mean, come on.
• 26:49
Speaker 1: It is so obvious what was going on here. The
• 26:53
Speaker 1: prince also flew to Boston for official engagements before returning
• 26:56
Speaker 1: to New York on April 11th. On that day, Rogers
• 27:00
Speaker 1: says Andrew flew from New Jersey to the Virgin Islands.
• 27:04
Speaker 1: Court circulars do not state Andrew's whereabouts for the next
• 27:07
Speaker 1: few days, but a newspaper report places him in the
• 27:10
Speaker 1: Bahamas by April 15th. Huh, another coincidence, I guess, right?
• 27:15
Speaker 1: I mean, the Bahamas isn't close to the Virgin Islands
• 27:18
Speaker 1: or anything. I mean, it's not just a hop, skip,
• 27:20
Speaker 1: and a jump. I mean, they'd really want us to
• 27:25
Speaker 1: believe this shit. They really want us to believe, and
• 27:27
Speaker 1: they really think we're going to believe, that Prince Andrew
• 27:31
Speaker 1: never met Virginia, never been in her presence, and obviously
• 27:36
Speaker 1: never did anything that could even be misconstrued as out
• 27:42
Speaker 1: of line. Meanwhile, back in reality, we all know there
• 27:47
Speaker 1: is another narrative, the real narrative, the truth. Rogers also
• 27:55
Speaker 1: claims that on August 7th, 2001, Prince Andrew was on
• 27:58
Speaker 1: the maiden flight of Epstein's infamous Lolita Express. The Boeing 727,
• 28:03
Speaker 1: replacing his Gulfstream, had a bed which Epstein allegedly used
• 28:07
Speaker 1: for orgies. The Duke did not have any diary events
• 28:11
Speaker 1: listed for August 2001. There are also discrepancies in Roger's testimony.
• 28:17
Speaker 1: He claims Andrew was on a 4th of July 2001
• 28:20
Speaker 1: flight from the Virgin Islands to Florida along with Roberts
• 28:23
Speaker 1: and Epstein. But the Royal Diary shows he was in
• 28:26
Speaker 1: the UK on that date. Flight logs for the trips
• 28:29
Speaker 1: do not feature Andrew's name, but the initials AP. So
• 28:35
  Speaker 1: there's a bit of a discrepancy here, right? I don't know.
• 28:41
Speaker 1: Do they lie in the royal diary? Are they beyond
• 28:44
Speaker 1: that at this point? I don't know, folks. To be
• 28:46
  Speaker 1: honest with you, I don't know. I don't have concrete
• 28:49
Speaker 1: evidence one way or the other about July 4th here,
• 28:53
Speaker 1: but I don't put it above the royal family to
• 28:56
Speaker 1: be a... covering for her Andrew, right? Especially back then,
• 29:01
Speaker 1: they didn't want this fallout. They knew the disaster that
• 29:04
Speaker 1: this would be. So who's to say what they put
• 29:07
Speaker 1: in that diary? Is there oversight over it? I didn't
• 29:10
Speaker 1: even know that there was a royal diary, to be
• 29:11
Speaker 1: honest with you. So I'm not going to talk too
• 29:14
Speaker 1: much about that. The initials had previously been used for
• 29:18
Speaker 1: Epstein's designer, Albert Pinto. Rogers identified Andrew in his testimony.
• 29:24
Speaker 1: The initials AP may have also been used for Epstein's chef,
• 29:28
Speaker 1: Adam Perry Lang. Billionaire Epstein, 66, hanged himself in jail
• 29:33
Speaker 1: on August 10th, allegedly. The inquiry is now focusing on
• 29:37
Speaker 1: several alleged co-conspirators believed to include Maxwell, 57, the daughter
• 29:42
Speaker 1: of disgraced newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell. Virginia claims she was
• 29:47
Speaker 1: held a sex slave by Epstein and trafficked to his
• 29:49
Speaker 1: friends while a teenager. And we know, obviously, that Maxwell
• 29:53
Speaker 1: is also arrested and she is waiting sentencing in And
• 29:58
Speaker 1: they were not screwing around when they said that the
• 30:00
Speaker 1: co-conspirators were being focused on, obviously. Hopefully there's more. I
• 30:04
Speaker 1: think there will be. But for now, at the very least,
• 30:09
Speaker 1: we've seen some movement with Maxwell getting arrested. A source
• 30:14
Speaker 1: close to Andrew said if law enforcement agencies or police
• 30:17
Speaker 1: want to talk to the Duke or any royal, they
• 30:19
Speaker 1: just need to ask. Buckingham Palace said, this evidence statement
• 30:24
Speaker 1: was submitted in a case in which the Duke was
• 30:26
Speaker 1: not a party and in which any suggestion of impropriety
• 30:29
Speaker 1: with underage minors is categorically untrue. Boy, how the tune
• 30:34
Speaker 1: has changed now, huh? The no comments, we're not in
• 30:37
Speaker 1: charge of the Prince's comments anymore, etc., etc. As the
• 30:41
Speaker 1: fallout grows, the distancing begins. The statements show a number
• 30:48
Speaker 1: of inconsistencies between the Duke's alleged location and his actual
• 30:52
Speaker 1: location when checked with the court circular. In some cases,
• 30:56
Speaker 1: he is on different continents. It is emphatically denied that
• 31:00
Speaker 1: the Duke of York had any form of sexual contact
• 31:03
Speaker 1: or relationship with Virginia Roberts. Any claim to the contrary
• 31:07
Speaker 1: is false and without foundation. Well, I don't buy any
• 31:11
Speaker 1: of that, for sure. Not one bit, okay? False? And
• 31:16
Speaker 1: without foundation? No, it's built on a pretty stable foundation.
• 31:21
Speaker 1: If anything is built on a foundation that's going to
• 31:25
Speaker 1: give way, if anything is built on a foundation of sand,
• 31:31
Speaker 1: it's the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family's story. If
• 31:36
Speaker 1: you'd like to contact me, you can do that at
• 31:38
  Speaker 1: bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also
• 31:47
Speaker 1: find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All of
• 31:54
Speaker 1: the links that go with this article can be found
• 31:56
Speaker 1: in the description box. Back to the Epstein Chronicles. We've
• 32:01
Speaker 1: been talking a whole lot about the picture of Virginia
• 32:04
Speaker 1: Roberts with Prince Andrew at Ghislaine Maxwell's house in Belgravia. Now...
• 32:10
Speaker 1: According to Prince Andrew's surrogates, according to Prince Andrew's legal team,
• 32:15
Speaker 1: they can't even verify if that picture is real. According
• 32:19
Speaker 1: to them, Andrew has no recollection of that picture ever
• 32:22
Speaker 1: being taken. And his surrogates have even taken it a
• 32:26
Speaker 1: step further and saying that the picture has been doctored,
• 32:30
Speaker 1: it's been photoshopped, and that Irish stunt doubles and body
• 32:34
Speaker 1: doubles were also involved. Oh, did I tell you the
• 32:37
Speaker 1: part about it all being a plot to overthrow the monarchy?
• 32:42
Speaker 1: Because that's what his surrogates are saying. Now, I highly
• 32:45
Speaker 1: doubt that his legal team is going to take the
• 32:47
Speaker 1: same approach and say that this is an attack on
• 32:49
Speaker 1: the monarchy, but I've been shocked before, and folks, I
• 32:54
Speaker 1: am sure I will be shocked in the future. But
• 32:58
Speaker 1: the picture of Andrew and Virginia is certainly the hot
• 33:03
Speaker 1: topic of conversation when it comes to this portion of
• 33:07
Speaker 1: the Epstein fiasco. Now, we've heard that the FBI has
• 33:12
Speaker 1: seen the picture. We have heard that Virginia has the
• 33:14
Speaker 1: picture in storage. We have heard that the picture is
• 33:17
Speaker 1: nowhere to be found. And in this article today from
• 33:20
Speaker 1: the Daily Beast, they go into it a little bit more,
• 33:23
Speaker 1: a little more context about the picture, the location of
• 33:26
Speaker 1: the picture, who has it, where it is, and all
• 33:30
Speaker 1: of that. Now, for me, I think that the picture
• 33:34
Speaker 1: is a huge, huge piece of evidence here. And even
• 33:37
Speaker 1: if the original can't be dredged up, it's going to
• 33:41
Speaker 1: be hard for Prince Andrew to claim that this is
• 33:44
Speaker 1: a doctored photo, a faked photo, when you have the
• 33:47
Speaker 1: Kiwi journalist... who has already went on record talking about this. Now,
• 33:52
Speaker 1: I know that the Daily Beast has reached out to him,
• 33:55
Speaker 1: and he hasn't replied with too much more context on
• 33:58
Speaker 1: what he originally said, but until we have something different,
• 34:01
Speaker 1: I'm going to have to go with what the expert
• 34:03
Speaker 1: who has seen the picture has said. And for me,
• 34:07
Speaker 1: like always, it's about the evidence, right? Wherever the evidence
• 34:10
Speaker 1: goes is where I'm going to follow it. And if
• 34:13
Speaker 1: this picture turns out to be a fake, we'll follow
• 34:15
Speaker 1: that too. Because again, I'm interested in getting to the
• 34:18
Speaker 1: truth here. I want to get to the bottom of
• 34:21
Speaker 1: all of this because what has occurred here is absolutely draconian.
• 34:28
Speaker 1: And to think that Prince Andrew and his surrogates are
• 34:31
Speaker 1: going to just march around and march over people and
• 34:34
Speaker 1: try and force feed a narrative, well, that's not going
• 34:36
Speaker 1: to happen. We're going to look at everything thoughtfully, clinically,
• 34:41
Speaker 1: and we're going to dive into it and try and
• 34:43
Speaker 1: unpack it here on the podcast together. So with that said,
• 34:48
Speaker 1: we have an article today from the Daily Beast and
• 34:51
Speaker 1: Tom Sykes, who is the royalist correspondent. How do you
• 34:55
Speaker 1: get a gig like that? Do you just show up
• 34:57
Speaker 1: one day and be like, hey, I want to cover
• 34:58
Speaker 1: the monarchy. I'm here to write about the queen. How
• 35:02
Speaker 1: do you get that gig? All right. So headline. Epstein
• 35:07
Speaker 1: survivor Virginia Roberts lost her famous photo of Prince Andrew. Well,
• 35:12
Speaker 1: that doesn't sound very reassuring, does it? This article was
• 35:17
Speaker 1: authored again by Tom Sykes. Virginia Roberts appears to have
• 35:22
Speaker 1: lost the original of the famous photograph showing her standing
• 35:26
Speaker 1: with Prince Andrew, and Andrew's legal team says her inability
• 35:29
Speaker 1: to produce the original bolsters his argument that there is
• 35:33
Speaker 1: doubt around the authenticity of of the image, look, they're
• 35:37
Speaker 1: going to slap their jaws onto anything, and it looks
• 35:40
Speaker 1: good for them, right? It certainly is a plus in
• 35:42
Speaker 1: their favor. There's no sugarcoating that. There's no spinning that.
• 35:46
Speaker 1: I'm not here to try and, you know, make the
• 35:48
Speaker 1: landing any easier for anybody. The fact is, without that picture,
• 35:52
Speaker 1: it makes things a bit more difficult for Virginia, there
• 35:54
Speaker 1: is no doubt. But, not having the picture does not
• 35:58
Speaker 1: end everything, considering people have saw the original, the FBI
• 36:01
Speaker 1: has seen the original, so here's what I would do
• 36:04
Speaker 1: if I was of Virginia's people. If the picture cannot
• 36:08
Speaker 1: be located, I would call and try and subpoena the
• 36:11
Speaker 1: FBI agents who were handling that evidence. And that's all
• 36:15
Speaker 1: on record. That should all be cataloged by the FBI,
• 36:17
Speaker 1: who handled it, who was in charge of it, where
• 36:20
Speaker 1: it went, and all of that. Then you bring that
• 36:23
Speaker 1: person up and you have them testify to the authenticity
• 36:26
Speaker 1: of the photo to the best of their ability. You
• 36:28
Speaker 1: do the same thing with the Kiwi photographer. And you
• 36:32
Speaker 1: bring them all in, and you sit them down in
• 36:33
Speaker 1: front of a jury, and then you let the jury decide.
• 36:36
Speaker 1: That's the only other option if the picture is not available,
• 36:39
Speaker 1: the actual original. The picture is not in Virginia's possession.
• 36:47
Speaker 1: A source with excellent connections to Roberts told the Daily Beast. Now,
• 36:52
Speaker 1: I'm not one to really challenge people on their sources
• 36:56
Speaker 1: and whatnot. And the Daily Beast has done pretty good reporting.
• 36:59
Speaker 1: So I'm not going to challenge the veracity of their source.
• 37:04
Speaker 1: But again, you always have to be aware of misdirection
• 37:07
Speaker 1: and not just coming from Prince Andrew. Let's remember, David
• 37:10
Speaker 1: Boies is a shrewd man as well. And if he
• 37:13
Speaker 1: feels like some misdirection can be helpful, he's not above that.
• 37:17
Speaker 1: So while the source might be saying that to the
• 37:19
Speaker 1: Daily Beast, we'll have to wait for confirmation to find
• 37:22
Speaker 1: out one way or the other, because it could just
• 37:24
Speaker 1: be posturing. The picture, which famously shows Roberts as a
• 37:29
Speaker 1: smiling 17-year-old with Andrew's arm slung around her bare midriff,
• 37:34
Speaker 1: went missing from her care at some point between 2011
• 37:37
Speaker 1: and 2016. So far, the picture has earned Roberts in
• 37:43
Speaker 1: excess of $ 160, 000 in media fees and has been examined
• 37:47
Speaker 1: as potential evidence against Jeffrey Epstein by the FBI. And
• 37:51
Speaker 1: that's where the rubber will meet the road. Now, if
• 37:54
Speaker 1: the FBI examined this like everybody says they did, then
• 37:57
Speaker 1: they should have that on record, even if the original
• 38:00
Speaker 1: does not exist. Do you think that a jury is
• 38:03
Speaker 1: not going to believe an FBI agent that gets up
• 38:05
Speaker 1: there and swears under oath that they saw this picture,
• 38:08
Speaker 1: that the picture was real? I mean, come on. So,
• 38:12
Speaker 1: what this is, this is more of a public... a
• 38:15
Speaker 1: public opinion push by Prince Andrew and his people. They
• 38:18
Speaker 1: want to take the narrative. They're looking to control the
• 38:20
Speaker 1: narrative here, folks. That's exactly what's going on. And for
• 38:23
Speaker 1: those who might not be aware of what they're up to, well,
• 38:26
Speaker 1: I'm here to tell you. They're trying to gaslight you.
• 38:29
Speaker 1: They're trying to throw enough mud in the water so
• 38:31
Speaker 1: you can't see where you're swimming. Now, according to iNews,
• 38:37
Speaker 1: Andrew's legal team has asked for access to the original
• 38:39
Speaker 1: picture so its authenticity can be evaluated by experts. And look,
• 38:44
Speaker 1: I do not blame them one bit. If this was
• 38:46
Speaker 1: my client, I'd be asking for the same thing. I'd
• 38:48
Speaker 1: want the original. It certainly gives them a bit of
• 38:51
Speaker 1: a life preserver, doesn't it? Something to sink their teeth in,
• 38:54
Speaker 1: considering they haven't had shit to work with up until now.
• 39:00
Speaker 1: So it's fortunate for them if this picture is not
• 39:03
Speaker 1: around anymore. And honestly, it's their best hope to have
• 39:07
Speaker 1: some kind of semblance of a defense. Because if and
• 39:10
Speaker 1: when this picture is provided... it's going to sink Prince Andrew.
• 39:15
Speaker 1: It's really going to be bad for him if this
• 39:16
Speaker 1: picture is provided because of how aggressively they're trying to
• 39:20
Speaker 1: say that the picture is fake. However, no one on
• 39:26
Speaker 1: Robert's legal team knows where it is or, indeed, has
• 39:30
Speaker 1: ever seen the original of the photograph, which Andrew has
• 39:33
Speaker 1: long alleged is not authentic, the Daily Beast can reveal.
• 39:37
Speaker 1: That's interesting. The Daily Beast says that nobody on our
• 39:40
Speaker 1: team has ever seen that picture, huh? It does make sense, though,
• 39:43
Speaker 1: because it wasn't like Virginia was with this legal team
• 39:46
Speaker 1: back then. She didn't really have legal representation back then.
• 39:52
Speaker 1: One well-placed insider on Robert's side told the Daily Beast
• 39:55
Speaker 1: they didn't know if the original of the picture still existed.
• 39:58
Speaker 1: And again, look, this can be posturing. We don't really
• 40:01
Speaker 1: know what's going on behind the scenes. We don't know
• 40:03
Speaker 1: what sort of strategy Boyz is employing. We don't know
• 40:06
Speaker 1: what he's going to do here, what his plans are.
• 40:09
Speaker 1: And this could be misdirection, trying to get the prince
• 40:12
Speaker 1: to come out and his team to come out, overstep,
• 40:15
Speaker 1: say something ridiculous, and then, bang, produce the picture. Very possible.
• 40:20
Speaker 1: Do I know what's going to happen? Absolutely not. Certainly
• 40:24
Speaker 1: don't have any tea leaves to read here, folks, but
• 40:27
Speaker 1: when you see all the pieces start to fall into place,
• 40:29
Speaker 1: it makes it a lot easier to evaluate what's occurring.
• 40:35
Speaker 1: This critical piece of evidence is missing after being haphazardly
• 40:38
Speaker 1: stuffed into one of several storage boxes and shipped from
• 40:42
Speaker 1: Colorado to Sydney when Roberts emigrated to Australia at some
• 40:46
Speaker 1: point between 2011 and 2016. So, typical, you're in a move,
• 40:52
Speaker 1: stuff gets misplaced, gets lost, lost in the shuffle. Now,
• 40:58
Speaker 1: Andrew's team would say, well, look, this proves that the
• 41:00
Speaker 1: picture is fake. It doesn't even exist. Whereas Virginia's team
• 41:05
Speaker 1: can say, well, the real issue here is Virginia wasn't
• 41:10
Speaker 1: trying to use this picture as evidence. This picture was
• 41:12
Speaker 1: just in a stack. It was found by somebody else,
• 41:15
Speaker 1: the Daily Mail. And Virginia never even thought it was
• 41:18
Speaker 1: a super important piece of evidence. So she just put
• 41:20
Speaker 1: it with her other pictures. See how that works? See
• 41:23
Speaker 1: how it works to throw disinformation or misinformation or seeds
• 41:28
Speaker 1: of descent into the party? It's not very difficult to do.
• 41:34
Speaker 1: Andrew's camp is now seized on the fact that the
• 41:36
Speaker 1: artifact is apparently lost, arguing that without the hard copy original,
• 41:41
Speaker 1: there is no way of knowing if the image we
• 41:43
Speaker 1: are all familiar with, and that has done so much
• 41:46
Speaker 1: to condemn Andrew in the court of public opinion, has
• 41:49
Speaker 1: been manipulated. Look, that is certainly a contention that his
• 41:52
Speaker 1: team can make. I'm not going to sit here and
• 41:54
Speaker 1: gaslight you and say this is not something they can
• 41:57
Speaker 1: sink their teeth into. It certainly is. It's going to
• 41:59
Speaker 1: be a battle royale now. And I've said from the
• 42:02
Speaker 1: beginning that in my opinion, the picture is a huge deal.
• 42:05
Speaker 1: It's a huge part of evidence. And it certainly is
• 42:08
Speaker 1: something that pushes the conversation in Virginia's favor. Because it
• 42:13
Speaker 1: shows that Andrew's a liar, right? He takes a picture
• 42:16
Speaker 1: with this girl. Obviously was hanging out with this girl.
• 42:19
Speaker 1: Then he says he doesn't know her. He's never been
• 42:20
Speaker 1: around her. But we have evidence from other witnesses even
• 42:24
Speaker 1: saying that they've been seen together. So why would I
• 42:27
Speaker 1: believe Prince Andrew telling me that this picture is a fake?
• 42:30
Speaker 1: I'm going to need more than that. Andrew has always
• 42:37
Speaker 1: said he has no recollection of ever meeting Roberts and
• 42:40
Speaker 1: strenuously denies her claims they had sex. He has strongly
• 42:43
Speaker 1: suggested the picture had been altered, and his legal team
• 42:47
Speaker 1: told the Daily Beast that, having questions about the picture's authenticity,
• 42:51
Speaker 1: they sought the original from Roberts' side, but were not
• 42:54
Speaker 1: given it. And again, this certainly gives some credibility to
• 42:59
Speaker 1: the narrative trying to be pushed by Prince Andrew's side.
• 43:02
Speaker 1: There's no doubt. This is a battle for narratives, folks.
• 43:05
Speaker 1: It's a battle for public opinion. And Prince Andrew's team,
• 43:09
Speaker 1: they're going to seize on this opportunity. And they're going
• 43:11
Speaker 1: to try and push the issue that this picture, oh,
• 43:13
Speaker 1: you can't provide it, so it's fake. A source familiar
• 43:19
Speaker 1: with Andrew's thinking and legal strategy recently told the Daily
• 43:22
Speaker 1: Beast that Andrew considered the photograph of Andrew and Roberts
• 43:26
Speaker 1: irrelevant unless and until the original was produced. Well, that's
• 43:31
Speaker 1: not a good idea. If that's the way your legal
• 43:33
Speaker 1: team is going to go about it, you're going to
• 43:34
Speaker 1: have big trouble. Do you really think that a reproduction
• 43:38
Speaker 1: of a picture has never been introduced as evidence before?
• 43:43
Speaker 1: I mean, come on now. So again, Prince Andrew playing
• 43:47
Speaker 1: with fire here, folks, and it goes to show you
• 43:48
Speaker 1: he has nothing to go on. When this is all
• 43:50
Speaker 1: you have to use as evidence or to try and
• 43:53
Speaker 1: sink your teeth into, it really, what they're trying to
• 43:57
Speaker 1: do is take away from the main narrative of the story.
• 43:59
Speaker 1: They're trying to take away from the fact that Prince
• 44:01
Speaker 1: Andrew was Jeffrey Epstein's BFF, was hanging out with Glenn Maxwell,
• 44:06
Speaker 1: and it's a fact that he was around girls who
• 44:08
Speaker 1: were abused. That's what they're trying to take the spotlight
• 44:12
Speaker 1: off of, right? Oh, well... The picture is fake. Okay, well,
• 44:16
Speaker 1: nice try, and I guess we'll get to that point
• 44:18
Speaker 1: as well. But, as of now, nothing you folks have
• 44:23
Speaker 1: brought to the table has pushed the needle in your favor.
• 44:30
Speaker 1: Melissa Lerner, Andrew's attorney, told the Daily Beast that the
• 44:33
Speaker 1: provenance of the photo was important, as it had played
• 44:36
Speaker 1: a key role in legitimizing Robert's story and putting her
• 44:39
Speaker 1: together in the same place with Andrew and Maxwell. That
• 44:42
Speaker 1: is a fact. I can't disagree with that. That definitely
• 44:46
  Speaker 1: is a fact. But there's a lot more there. It's
• 44:48
Speaker 1: not just the picture. Now, the picture is what pushes
• 44:51
Speaker 1: it over the cliff, no doubt, and solidifies it. And
• 44:55
Speaker 1: without the picture, it certainly would have been a lot
• 44:57
Speaker 1: harder for Virginia to get people to really, you know,
• 45:02
Speaker 1: lock into her story and believe what's going on here.
• 45:05
Speaker 1: Because what do I always say? Big claims need big evidence.
• 45:10
Speaker 1: And what more evidence can you possibly have than a
• 45:12
Speaker 1: picture with the dude? Lerner added that the photo has
• 45:16
Speaker 1: helped draw attention away from inconsistencies in Robert's account. This
• 45:21
Speaker 1: is very slick what she's doing here. She's flipping the
• 45:23
Speaker 1: script here. What they're trying to do is draw away
• 45:26
Speaker 1: the inconsistencies in Andrew's account by pointing out that this
• 45:29
Speaker 1: photo is supposedly a fake. That's what they're trying to do.
• 45:32
Speaker 1: But you see what she does with her words here?
• 45:35
Speaker 1: She's saying it's the other way around and it's Virginia
• 45:38
Speaker 1: who's trying to create inconsistencies. Asked if she really believed
• 45:43
Speaker 1: the photo was fake, Lerner said, There are concerns about
• 45:46
Speaker 1: its authenticity. The legal team requested the original from Robert's
• 45:50
Speaker 1: attorneys in November 2021, and it was not provided to them. Interesting, again,
• 45:55
Speaker 1: there are concerns. See how she doesn't fully commit to
• 45:59
Speaker 1: saying that the picture is a fake? Because they don't
• 46:01
Speaker 1: believe it's a fake. What they're trying to do here
• 46:03
Speaker 1: is smokescreen you. What they're trying to do here is
• 46:06
Speaker 1: cause enough chaos, cause enough dissent, cause enough chips to
• 46:10
Speaker 1: the credibility that people start saying to themselves, oh, maybe
• 46:13
Speaker 1: this picture was a fake. But none of the evidence
• 46:17
Speaker 1: lines up with that narrative as of yet anyway. The
• 46:23
Speaker 1: story of the loss of the picture was told by
• 46:25
Speaker 1: Roberts in a 2016 deposition taken as part of her
• 46:29
Speaker 1: successful libel action against Ghislaine Maxwell. The sworn testimony was
• 46:33
Speaker 1: only unsealed in 2020. She said that in 2011, she
• 46:36
Speaker 1: gave the picture to the FBI. It is thought that
• 46:41
Speaker 1: this was part of their investigations into Epstein, and the
• 46:44
Speaker 1: photo had come to their attention as a result of
• 46:46
Speaker 1: its publication by the Mail on Sunday. The FBI copied
• 46:50
Speaker 1: it and handed back the original the same year Robert
• 46:53
Speaker 1: Sedner testimony. So, the FBI has the master copy, if
• 46:57
Speaker 1: they don't have the original. And that's a huge point
• 47:01
Speaker 1: right there. So the FBI having the master copy is
• 47:04
Speaker 1: definitely a big deal. And if they can't find the original,
• 47:07
Speaker 1: then what they need to do is subpoena that master copy.
• 47:11
Speaker 1: And like I said in the opening of the show,
• 47:12
Speaker 1: bring forth all the agents who were involved in the
• 47:15
Speaker 1: chain of custody. Get everybody locked and loaded and under oath. Look,
• 47:18
Speaker 1: let's get to the bottom of this shit. The FBI
• 47:21
Speaker 1: declined to confirm to the Daily Beast if they had
• 47:24
Speaker 1: been past the photograph, if they had handed it back,
• 47:27
Speaker 1: or if they thought it was genuine. Alright, so, well,
• 47:31
Speaker 1: that's what the FBI usually does, right? It says nothing.
• 47:34
Speaker 1: Not shocked there. When attorney Laura Menninger asked her in
• 47:40
Speaker 1: the course of that deposition where the original was, Roberts replied,
• 47:44
Speaker 1: I probably still have it. It's not in my possession
• 47:46
Speaker 1: right now. Menninger pressed her and Joffrey told her the
• 47:49
Speaker 1: original photo was probably in some storage boxes in Sydney. Boy,
• 47:54
Speaker 1: I really hope it is. That would be nice for
• 47:56
Speaker 1: Virginia if it was, and it would be... a hammer
• 47:59
Speaker 1: strike to Prince Andrew. If that picture is provided, it's
• 48:03
Speaker 1: a wrap for Prince Andrew, folks. Without that picture, a
• 48:05
Speaker 1: little bit more difficult, no doubt about it. But it
• 48:08
Speaker 1: doesn't mean that, you know, oh, well, that's it. The
• 48:11
Speaker 1: lawsuit's over. No way. Again, there are so many nuanced
• 48:15
Speaker 1: things that are going on behind the scenes, and the
• 48:18
Speaker 1: fact that the FBI has seen that original, the Kiwi
• 48:21
Speaker 1: photographer has seen the original, it really throws a little
• 48:24
Speaker 1: bit of cold water on Prince Andrew and his team
• 48:27
Speaker 1: trying to snatch the narrative here. Asked if it was
• 48:31
Speaker 1: accurate that from 2011, when the FBI gave the picture back,
• 48:36
Speaker 1: until the specified date she left Colorado, the original was
• 48:39
Speaker 1: in her personal possession, Roberts replied, yes. What other documents
• 48:44
Speaker 1: related to this case are in those storage boxes in Australia?
• 48:47
Speaker 1: Menninger asked. Roberts replied, Documents related to this case? I
• 48:51
  Speaker 1: don't know. I really can't tell you. I mean, there's
• 48:53
Speaker 1: seven boxes full of Nerf guns, my kids' toys, photos.
• 48:57
Speaker 1: I don't know what other documents would be in there.
• 48:59
Speaker 1: Sounds about right. I know when I move, I'd pack boxes.
• 49:02
Speaker 1: I don't know half the time what's in them. But
• 49:05
Speaker 1: I would think that a picture like that, I know
• 49:07
Speaker 1: for me personally, I would have had that MF-er in
• 49:09
Speaker 1: a safe. Certainly not putting that picture anywhere besides in
• 49:12
Speaker 1: his save. I'd be treating it like my prized baseball
• 49:15
Speaker 1: card collection. Odd as it appears, Robertson... to be saying
• 49:20
Speaker 1: she took no special care of the original photo, despite
• 49:23
Speaker 1: the fact that it was clearly of interest to the FBI. And,
• 49:27
Speaker 1: as she also confirmed in her testimony, sales of which
• 49:30
Speaker 1: had made her at least $ 164, 000. So... Again, do you
• 49:38
Speaker 1: think the Daily Mail would have paid for this picture
• 49:39
Speaker 1: if it wasn't real? Now, they're not above getting, you know,
• 49:43
Speaker 1: okey-doked or swindled, but according to the photographer who was
• 49:48
Speaker 1: working for the Daily Mail at the time, the pictures
• 49:50
Speaker 1: were authentic, and then they paid the money for the pictures.
• 49:54
Speaker 1: That's how that works. How Roberts must wish he could
• 50:01
Speaker 1: find the original picture in those shipping boxes now. even
• 50:04
Speaker 1: somewhat dog-eared and creased, it would kill stone dead Andrew's
• 50:08
Speaker 1: claim never to have met her. And it definitely would.
• 50:12
Speaker 1: But also, I think we're forgetting about the testimony of
• 50:14
Speaker 1: Steve Scully, who's going to say that he saw them together.
• 50:18
Speaker 1: Or Shukri Walker, who says she saw them together. Again,
• 50:23
Speaker 1: there's still a lot more going on here that we
• 50:25
Speaker 1: have not seen. And I'm guessing more people even speaking
• 50:28
Speaker 1: to the attorneys behind the scenes. And that goes for
• 50:30
Speaker 1: both sides. Instead, Roberts Camp admits the awkward truth is
• 50:36
Speaker 1: that the photo was effectively lost. Their court action seeking
• 50:39
Speaker 1: to use instead a reproduction of the widely disseminated copy
• 50:43
Speaker 1: of the photo first published by the Mail on Sunday.
• 50:46
Speaker 1: This copy is in actuality a photo of the original
• 50:49
Speaker 1: photo taken by a freelance New Zealand photojournalist in 2011.
• 50:54
Speaker 1: Copying a photograph by taking a photo of it is
• 50:57
Speaker 1: a standard news-gathering technique to obtain an image without requiring
• 51:01
Speaker 1: the owner to relinquish the original. And see, that's where
• 51:05
Speaker 1: the rubber meets the road for me. If it was
• 51:07
Speaker 1: just Virginia, her word against Prince Andrews, I would have
• 51:12
Speaker 1: to be a little bit more in the middle here, saying,
• 51:15
Speaker 1: all right, well, it could be fake. I don't think
• 51:18
Speaker 1: it is, but it could be. But when you have
• 51:20
Speaker 1: all the other stuff, and you hear from the Kiwi
• 51:26
Speaker 1: journalist here, it's kind of difficult to not believe what's
• 51:31
Speaker 1: going on, what Virginia is saying, considering the only expert
• 51:36
Speaker 1: in the whole entire ordeal has said that the picture
• 51:39
Speaker 1: is real. The photograph was in the news again recently
• 51:44
Speaker 1: after renewed fakery allegations were made by Andrew's ex-girlfriend, Lady
• 51:48
Speaker 1: Victoria Harvey. who alleged on Instagram that the picture was
• 51:52
Speaker 1: faked using an Irish body double. You know, it must
• 51:55
Speaker 1: be awesome to live in fantasy land like that. I
• 51:59
Speaker 1: always wanted to live in a place where, you know,
• 52:01
Speaker 1: dragons existed, wizards, all kinds of cool dwarven armies. That
• 52:07
Speaker 1: shit would be great. I'm guessing that's where Lady Victoria
• 52:10
Speaker 1: Hervey is residing. Hervey exclusively told the Daily Beast she
• 52:17
Speaker 1: fully supported Andrew, whom she said she hasn't seen in
• 52:20
Speaker 1: more than 10 years, adding, I always thought that photo
• 52:23
Speaker 1: looked fake and spoke about that originally on Piers Morgan,
• 52:27
Speaker 1: but got shut down. Well, you got shut down because
• 52:29
Speaker 1: you're a crank. You're basically out here acting like Alex Jones.
• 52:34
Speaker 1: Providing watercolor pictures, acting like they're... What are you even doing?
• 52:38
Speaker 1: And why are you doing it is the real question.
• 52:40
Speaker 1: What's your motivation here, Lady Victoria Hervey? Asked what she
• 52:47
Speaker 1: made of Roberts' inability to produce the original, she added,
• 52:50
Speaker 1: Of course there was never a photo. This was just
• 52:52
Speaker 1: a digital manipulation as I put on my Insta story.
• 52:55
Speaker 1: I hope she gets sued. I really hope she gets sued.
• 52:59
Speaker 1: So you're saying that the FBI is lying? The Kiwi
• 53:02
Speaker 1: photo journalist is lying? They've never saw that picture. It's
• 53:05
Speaker 1: just a figment of everybody's imagination. But look, she put
• 53:08
Speaker 1: it on her Insta story, so that makes it official. Furthermore,
• 53:11
Speaker 1: what's with all of these weird-ass old people... hanging out
• 53:14
Speaker 1: on TikTok and Instagram and acting like they're cool. Breaking news,
• 53:18
Speaker 1: you're not cool, all right? You're not cool. You're old,
• 53:22
  Speaker 1: you're a has-been, and these new kids, these Gen Z
• 53:25
Speaker 1: kids especially, they don't think you're cool. So stop trying
• 53:28
Speaker 1: to make your stupid TikTok videos, get off of Instagram,
• 53:31
Speaker 1: and go do something productive. Of her allegations that an
• 53:36
Speaker 1: Irish body double was used to make the picture, she
• 53:39
Speaker 1: clarified her allegations, saying, They put in the Irish guy
• 53:42
Speaker 1: that one of the girls was dating. They used his
• 53:44
Speaker 1: body and stuck Andrew's head on. Yeah, okay, sure. Well,
• 53:50
Speaker 1: we've heard it all now from the renowned photograph expert,
• 53:54
Speaker 1: Lady Victoria Henry, who probably has never even used a
• 53:58
Speaker 1: real camera in her life. These people are absolutely ridiculous.
• 54:03
Speaker 1: I mean, imagine having a hot take like this. Harvey's
• 54:08
Speaker 1: allegations may seem wild to many, but the inability of
• 54:11
Speaker 1: Roberts to produce the original print, which she said was
• 54:14
Speaker 1: taken on her little yellow Kodak camera and developed when
• 54:18
Speaker 1: she got back to America after the trip to London,
• 54:21
Speaker 1: feeds into such narratives. Now look, if you just would
• 54:24
Speaker 1: have said the picture was fake, then I wouldn't be
• 54:27
Speaker 1: breaking your chops the way I am, Lady Victoria Heavy.
• 54:30
Speaker 1: It's all of the other bullshit you add to it. Oh,
• 54:33
Speaker 1: it's a body double. This is a big plot to
• 54:35
Speaker 1: take down the monarchy. Are you fucking kidding me right now?
• 54:39
Speaker 1: Give it a rest. You don't need to go with
• 54:41
Speaker 1: all the salacious BS to try and push your narrative.
• 54:44
Speaker 1: We know what you're doing here. And if you think
• 54:46
Speaker 1: you're not going to get any pushback on it, you
• 54:48
Speaker 1: are absolutely mistaken. For example, he told the BBC Newsnight,
• 54:54
Speaker 1: from the investigations that we've done, you can't prove whether
• 54:57
Speaker 1: or not that photograph is faked or not, because it
• 54:59
  Speaker 1: is a photograph of a photograph of a photograph. That's
• 55:02
Speaker 1: a lie. It's a photograph of a photograph. Not three times.
• 55:05
Speaker 1: Nobody can prove whether or not that photograph has been doctored,
• 55:08
Speaker 1: but I don't recollect that photograph ever being taken. You're wrong.
• 55:13
Speaker 1: The journalist Michael Thomas already said that it was real,
• 55:17
Speaker 1: and it was a photo of a photo, not a
• 55:19
Speaker 1: photo of a photo of a photo. So nice try there. Again,
• 55:23
Speaker 1: this guy always plays loose with the truth. And it's
• 55:26
Speaker 1: typical for people who are trying to craft a narrative.
• 55:33
Speaker 1: It is true, as Andrew suggested, that the image we
• 55:36
Speaker 1: have all become familiar with over the years is a
• 55:38
Speaker 1: photo of a photo taken by a New Zealand photojournalist
• 55:42
Speaker 1: named Michael Thomas for the Mail on Sunday. The paper,
• 55:46
Speaker 1: as previously noted, paid $ 160, 000 for an interview with Roberts,
• 55:51
Speaker 1: backed up by the picture. Thomas told the BBC documentary, Panorama,
• 55:56
Speaker 1: it wasn't like she pulled the photo of Prince Andrew out,
• 55:59
Speaker 1: it was just amongst the rest of them. They were
• 56:01
Speaker 1: just typical teenage snaps. There's no way that photo is fake. So,
• 56:05
Speaker 1: if he says that, why would I believe Lady Victoria Hervey? Alright?
• 56:10
Speaker 1: It's very difficult for anyone to try and get me
• 56:12
Speaker 1: to believe someone who is not an expert here, someone
• 56:15
Speaker 1: who's never even seen the original, and someone who won't
• 56:17
Speaker 1: even acknowledge that the original exists. Thomas, in a brief
• 56:23
Speaker 1: text exchange with the Daily Beast, declined an interview and said,
• 56:26
Speaker 1: I haven't anything to add. At the end of the day,
• 56:29
Speaker 1: I just copied a photo. And what else is there
• 56:31
Speaker 1: to add? He said what he said. A key player
• 56:35
Speaker 1: in Robert's camp attempted to play down the significance of
• 56:38
Speaker 1: the fact the original was lost, saying that oftentimes the
• 56:41
Speaker 1: original of photographs were lost and only survived as copies. Well,
• 56:47
Speaker 1: that might be the case, but I'm not going to
• 56:49
Speaker 1: sit here and sugarcoat it for you. Not having the
• 56:51
Speaker 1: original certainly is not good. It's not the optimal way
• 56:56
Speaker 1: to go here. And you know that Virginia's team is
• 56:58
Speaker 1: going to try and spin this a little bit, sugarcoat it,
• 57:02
Speaker 1: and they're going to try and challenge the narrative. That
• 57:04
Speaker 1: is their job. Asked if it was odd that Roberts
• 57:09
Speaker 1: had not kept track of the original copy of such
• 57:11
Speaker 1: an important photo, especially one that had been given to
• 57:14
Speaker 1: the FBI, the source said, remember at the time that
• 57:17
Speaker 1: she was being interviewed by the FBI, she was not
• 57:20
Speaker 1: suing anybody. She was not getting any legal advice. She
• 57:23
Speaker 1: has now been through six or seven years of litigation
• 57:26
Speaker 1: and has lawyers advising her. And I'm sure she would
• 57:28
Speaker 1: behave differently than when she was just a young girl. Well,
• 57:32
  Speaker 1: that's definitely a reasoning why, but I don't think the
• 57:37
Speaker 1: court would accept that as an excuse. Oh, she was young.
• 57:40
Speaker 1: You got to keep that picture, right? And if you're
• 57:42
Speaker 1: going to go after someone like Andrew, you got to
• 57:46
Speaker 1: make sure you have as many bullets in the chamber
• 57:48
Speaker 1: as possible. Virginia Roberts is 38 years old. So in 2011,
• 57:55
Speaker 1: she would have been 27. Yeah, that narrative doesn't work
• 57:57
Speaker 1: for me. I'm sorry. Oh, she was a young girl.
• 58:00
Speaker 1: 27 is not that young. The source added that they
• 58:04
Speaker 1: did not think the failure to produce an original of
• 58:06
Speaker 1: the photograph would affect the admissibility of the photo as
• 58:09
Speaker 1: evidence and said they thought it would not be productive
• 58:13
Speaker 1: for Andrew to challenge the authenticity of the image, adding
• 58:16
Speaker 1: that would destroy their credibility. Even Andrew in that BBC
• 58:19
Speaker 1: interview did not say it was fake. And look, I
• 58:22
Speaker 1: agree with that. I think that going after this photo
• 58:25
Speaker 1: is not a good look. It really is not a
• 58:27
Speaker 1: good look for them because even if they try and
• 58:30
Speaker 1: challenge the authenticity of it, We've seen how the court
• 58:34
Speaker 1: has reacted so far, and I'm almost sure that they
• 58:38
Speaker 1: would make the picture admissible either way. But I'm not
• 58:42
Speaker 1: a lawyer, right? We'll have to see how it all breaks,
• 58:45
Speaker 1: and we'll have to see who wins this battle of narratives.
• 58:49
Speaker 1: The Roberts source insisted that while the photograph is important
• 58:52
Speaker 1: in building Roberts' case against Andrew, it is not critical,
• 58:55
Speaker 1: arguing that the fake reallegations have actually served to focus
• 58:58
Speaker 1: minds on Andrew's I-never-met-her defense. And that is true as well.
• 59:03
Speaker 1: The defense of I never met her is really a
• 59:06
Speaker 1: piss poor defense. It's not solid. And it doesn't. Shake
• 59:10
Speaker 1: out with reality... And the facts we know of on
• 59:13
Speaker 1: the ground. The source said... The photo does not show
• 59:18
Speaker 1: them having sex... But it shows that they were together.
• 59:21
Speaker 1: It shows they met. The more he fights about that photograph...
• 59:24
Speaker 1: The more he underscores the fact... That the real credibility
• 59:27
Speaker 1: issue for him now... is whether he ever met her.
• 59:30
  Speaker 1: That's a losing battle for him. It's true, right? I
• 59:33
Speaker 1: don't know how he can deny ever meeting her at
• 59:35
Speaker 1: this point. And he continues to do that. Now, if
• 59:39
Speaker 1: the photograph was the only bit of evidence here, I
• 59:42
Speaker 1: would not be as swayed. But it's everything around that
• 59:45
Speaker 1: photograph with the photograph being the glue that holds everything together.
• 59:50
Speaker 1: And Prince Andrew has had a history throughout this whole
• 59:52
Speaker 1: thing of being less than truthful, being a weasel, and
• 59:55
Speaker 1: hiding from answering any questions. In a similar vein, Robert's
• 1:00:03
Speaker 1: team believe they may have yet scored a knockout blow
• 1:00:07
Speaker 1: via the testimony of Robert Olney, Andrew's former consigliere, who,
• 1:00:11
Speaker 1: it is understood, oversaw many of his travel arrangements and
• 1:00:15
Speaker 1: was frequently by Andrew's side in the years when he
• 1:00:18
Speaker 1: was Britain's trade envoy. So they're going hard to get
• 1:00:21
Speaker 1: this testimony of... Andrew's boy, Robert Olney. They think that
• 1:00:26
Speaker 1: he has a lot of significant evidence, and considering his proximity,
• 1:00:30
Speaker 1: his close proximity to Andrew throughout the time, it's going
• 1:00:34
Speaker 1: to be powerful testimony. Olney is likely to be asked
• 1:00:39
Speaker 1: to submit to a deposition by the British authorities, a
• 1:00:42
Speaker 1: request that would be hard to dodge. If he confirms
• 1:00:45
Speaker 1: that Andrew ever met Roberts, that could be just as
• 1:00:47
Speaker 1: fatal to Andrew's case as the miraculous production of the
• 1:00:51
Speaker 1: battered original photograph given that Andrew has tied his fortunes
• 1:00:55
Speaker 1: to sustaining a blanket denial of ever meeting her, as
• 1:00:58
Speaker 1: opposed to denying ever having sex with her or knowing
• 1:01:01
Speaker 1: that she was being trafficked. And again, this is a
• 1:01:04
Speaker 1: very dangerous strategy for Prince Andrew. All it's going to
• 1:01:07
Speaker 1: take is one credible witness testimony that they saw them
• 1:01:11
Speaker 1: together or that they met, and it throws everything out
• 1:01:13
Speaker 1: of the water for Andrew. Talk about playing with fire.
• 1:01:20
Speaker 1: Asked if Robertside was likely to be troubled by the
• 1:01:23
Speaker 1: fact that the evidence from the deposition shows that the
• 1:01:26
Speaker 1: photo is now essentially lost, another source insisted it did
• 1:01:29
Speaker 1: not change anything, saying the view remained the same, and
• 1:01:33
Speaker 1: that an inability to produce the original copy of the
• 1:01:36
Speaker 1: photograph was unlikely to significantly impact the case. And I
• 1:01:40
Speaker 1: tend to believe that that's so. It's just the way
• 1:01:43
Speaker 1: the court works, right? When you have so many other
• 1:01:45
Speaker 1: people who have seen the picture, the FBI folks, the
• 1:01:49
Speaker 1: Kiwi photojournalist, it's going to be hard for them to
• 1:01:51
Speaker 1: deny the fact that the picture ever existed, okay? The
• 1:01:55
Speaker 1: source added, there was a reason her lawyer, David Boies,
• 1:01:58
Speaker 1: is not worried about not having the picture as her
• 1:02:00
Speaker 1: case does not rest on it. The source did not
• 1:02:03
Speaker 1: respond to further questions asking what efforts had been made
• 1:02:06
Speaker 1: to find the photo or the storage boxes in which
• 1:02:09
Speaker 1: it is apparently secreted. Look, they could easily be holding
• 1:02:13
Speaker 1: back this information and then they could drop it like
• 1:02:15
Speaker 1: a ton of bricks on Prince Andrew. Do I have
• 1:02:18
Speaker 1: any evidence of that? No, but it certainly could be
• 1:02:20
Speaker 1: something that they're working with. Or the picture could be gone.
• 1:02:24
Speaker 1: And if that's the case, it does make things a
• 1:02:27
Speaker 1: little bit harder for Virginia. There's no sugarcoating that, folks.
• 1:02:30
Speaker 1: Without that picture, definitely a little bit more of an
• 1:02:32
Speaker 1: uphill battle. One independent legal expert not affiliated with the case,
• 1:02:40
Speaker 1: Rachel Fassett, a senior partner at law firms Weibach, Fassett,
• 1:02:43
Speaker 1: and Coleman, told the Daily Beast, if the jury determines
• 1:02:47
Speaker 1: the photograph is fake, Roberts will lose her credibility and
• 1:02:50
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew will win the case. If the jury determines
• 1:02:53
Speaker 1: that the photograph is genuine and believes that Prince Andrew
• 1:02:56
Speaker 1: is lying to them about it, he will take a
• 1:02:58
Speaker 1: very serious hit to his credibility and it will make
• 1:03:01
Speaker 1: them wonder what else he is lying about. It's factual, right?
• 1:03:06
Speaker 1: If you lie to the jury, they're not going to
• 1:03:08
Speaker 1: take kindly to that and they're definitely going to wonder
• 1:03:10
Speaker 1: what else you're lying about. You're not going to be
• 1:03:12
Speaker 1: taken seriously by them then. And for me, this is
• 1:03:15
Speaker 1: a high stakes game for Virginia and Andrew. There is
• 1:03:18
Speaker 1: no doubt about it. In her recent Instagram post, Lady
• 1:03:22
Speaker 1: Victoria Harvey highlighted that Roberts appears to be wearing exactly
• 1:03:26
Speaker 1: the same set of clothes in the photo with Andrew
• 1:03:29
Speaker 1: as she wore in a photo of her at a
• 1:03:31
Speaker 1: party to celebrate Naomi Campbell's birthday. I have favorite clothes
• 1:03:35
Speaker 1: that I wear all the time. What's wrong with that? See,
• 1:03:38
Speaker 1: I don't see that as being evidence. It's more, you know,
• 1:03:43
Speaker 1: mud in the water, right? Oh, she's wearing the same outfit,
• 1:03:46
Speaker 1: so it has to be a fake. We're going to
• 1:03:47
Speaker 1: need more than that, Lady Victoria Harvey. the noted photographic expert.
• 1:03:54
Speaker 1: Asked if she considered it, excuse me, asked if she
• 1:03:56
Speaker 1: considered this a legitimate reason to query the authenticity of
• 1:03:59
Speaker 1: the photo, Lerner said, people can wear whatever clothes they like.
• 1:04:03
Speaker 1: But in her accounts of her trip to London in 2001,
• 1:04:06
Speaker 1: Roberts has described going shopping and getting new clothing for
• 1:04:09
Speaker 1: her night out with a prince. She also described buying
• 1:04:12
Speaker 1: new clothing to wear to Miss Campbell's birthday party in France.
• 1:04:15
Speaker 1: And it is certainly a distinct outfit. Well, if I
• 1:04:18
Speaker 1: was her team, I'd say Jeffrey Epstein wanted me to
• 1:04:21
Speaker 1: wear this outfit. How about that? How do we know
• 1:04:24
Speaker 1: that Epstein didn't demand that she wears that outfit? We
• 1:04:27
  Speaker 1: don't know, and that's the thing. So there's still a
• 1:04:30
Speaker 1: lot to unpack here, folks. A whole lot. The simple
• 1:04:33
Speaker 1: fact is that the stakes are extraordinarily high for both sides.
• 1:04:37
Speaker 1: But the absence of the definitive original photograph could just
• 1:04:41
Speaker 1: nudge the case a little Andrew's way. Sorry, Mr. Sykes,
• 1:04:45
Speaker 1: I don't see it that way. Now, it certainly gives
• 1:04:47
Speaker 1: him a little bit of something to grab onto, at least.
• 1:04:51
Speaker 1: Went from a man drowning to a man with a
• 1:04:53
Speaker 1: bit of debris to hold onto. But how long is
• 1:04:56
Speaker 1: that piece of debris going to keep him afloat? How
• 1:04:59
Speaker 1: long can he keep churning those fat little legs of his?
• 1:05:02
Speaker 1: And how long will his surrogates be able to get
• 1:05:05
Speaker 1: away with trying to pump? A little bit of mud
• 1:05:09
Speaker 1: into the nice, clear waters. We'll have to see, folks.
• 1:05:13
Speaker 1: And we'll have to see what comes of it. But
• 1:05:15
Speaker 1: it's very interesting to see how this is breaking. And
• 1:05:18
Speaker 1: to see the aggressive way that Andrew is going about this.
• 1:05:22
Speaker 1: It is Brettler 101, folks. And I just hope that
• 1:05:27
Speaker 1: David Boyes and company are ready. Because Brettler and his
• 1:05:30
Speaker 1: team are definitely coming. And this picture is the first salvo.
• 1:05:35
Speaker 1: They're going to come on all fronts. They're going to
• 1:05:38
Speaker 1: try and change the narrative. They're going to have friendly
• 1:05:42
Speaker 1: people in the legacy media write garbage stories. You're going
• 1:05:46
Speaker 1: to see it. Watch. I told you when Brettler was
• 1:05:48
Speaker 1: first hired what to keep me on the lookout for.
• 1:05:50
Speaker 1: And all of it is coming to fruition. So we're
• 1:05:53
Speaker 1: going to stay on top of it. We're going to
• 1:05:55
Speaker 1: see where this narrative goes. And we'll certainly add our
• 1:05:58
Speaker 1: opinion to the narrative whenever these guys are trying to
• 1:06:02
Speaker 1: pitch something ridiculous. All right, folks. That's going to do
• 1:06:05
Speaker 1: it for the morning update. Some context episodes coming your way.
• 1:06:10
Speaker 1: And then tonight I'll be back for the evening update
• 1:06:12
Speaker 1: and we'll see where we're at. If you'd like to
• 1:06:15
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com.
• 1:06:19
Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on
• 1:06:26
Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed
• 1:06:33
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. All right, folks,
• 1:06:36
Speaker 1: I'll be back later on this evening.
