Mega Edition: The UK Investigation Into Virginia Robert's Allegations Against Andrew (11/1/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. So this one's a masterpiece in royal hypocrisy folks.
0:08
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, the Duke of Denial himself, apparently went full
0:12
Speaker 1: dirt digging detective trying to get the Met police to
0:15
Speaker 1: find dirt on Virginia Roberts. You know, the woman he
0:18
Speaker 1: swears that he never met. Let that shit marinate for
0:21
Speaker 1: a second. The man who can't remember her, who doesn't
0:24
Speaker 1: recall ever being in that photo, suddenly knows her date
0:27
Speaker 1: of birth, her social security number, and wants Scotland Yard
0:30
Speaker 1: to go sniffing around for dirt? Sure, Andy. Totally checks out.
0:34
Speaker 1: It's like a bad crime show where the suspect keeps saying,
0:37
Speaker 1: I've never seen that woman before in my life, while
0:40
Speaker 1: the camera pans over his email history, his personal notes,
0:44
Speaker 1: and a full dossier labeled, Wasted Discredit Virginia. Bro's not
0:48
Speaker 1: even subtle anymore. He's practically leaving breadcrumbs to his own guilt.
0:53
Speaker 1: The guy's the human embodiment of the phrase, it's not
0:56
Speaker 1: what it looks like. Every time he opens his mouth,
0:58
Speaker 1: another contradiction falls out. He's been saying, never met her,
1:03
Speaker 1: for years, but apparently he was out here running his
1:05
Speaker 1: own little royal smear campaign, passing along personal details like
1:09
Speaker 1: he's the shady cousin in a tabloid sting. If that's
1:13
Speaker 1: not guilt sweating through your expensive suit, pardon, I forgot,
1:17
Speaker 1: he doesn't sweat, then I don't know what is. It's
1:20
Speaker 1: always the same routine, deny, deflect, discredit. He plays the
1:24
Speaker 1: innocent victim while trying to ruin someone else's credibility. The
1:27
Speaker 1: kind of move that tells you everything you need to
1:30
Speaker 1: know about his character. He's not fighting for the truth.
1:33
Speaker 1: He's fighting to stay relevant in a world that's already
1:36
Speaker 1: moved on from his pathetic excuses. And the Met? Of
1:40
Speaker 1: course they entertained it. Because when a Windsor calls, the
1:43
Speaker 1: phone doesn't ring, it salutes. He's out here trying to
1:47
Speaker 1: use the British police as his personal PR cleanup crew?
1:51
Speaker 1: Digging up dirt on trafficking victims while still insisting he's
1:54
Speaker 1: some kind of misunderstood gentleman? Buddy. You're not a gentleman.
1:59
Speaker 1: You're a walking scandal wrapped in entitlement, soaked in arrogance,
2:02
Speaker 1: and preserved in denial. The kind of man who thinks
2:05
Speaker 1: reputation is something you can just buff and polish until
2:09
Speaker 1: the stink goes away. You practically hear the desperation in
2:13
Speaker 1: every move he makes. The man settled with Virginia for
2:16
Speaker 1: millions said he wanted to move on, and yet he's
2:19
Speaker 1: still slithering around in the background trying to discredit her. Why?
2:23
Speaker 1: Because she's living proof he can't spin away. Every time
2:27
Speaker 1: her name comes up, his whole fairy tale cracks. He
2:31
Speaker 1: can't sue her into silence, can't PR spin her out
2:33
Speaker 1: of existence, so he did what cowards always do. He
2:37
Speaker 1: tried to destroy the person telling the truth. He's trying
2:39
Speaker 1: to erase accountability, like that photo never happened, like those
2:43
Speaker 1: witnesses don't exist, like the entire chapter of his life
2:46
Speaker 1: can be redacted from the record. If you were truly innocent, Andy,
2:50
Speaker 1: you'd be sipping tea at Balmoral, not calling in favors
2:53
Speaker 1: like some paranoid low-rent mob boss. You don't dig up
2:57
Speaker 1: dirt on someone you've never met. You do that when
3:00
Speaker 1: you're terrified the truth might crawl out of its grave.
3:03
Speaker 1: And when it does, spoiler alert, it's coming straight for you,
3:06
Speaker 1: your royal bitch-ass-edness. Because there's only so long you can
3:09
Speaker 1: hide behind the palace gates, only so many no-comment statements
3:13
Speaker 1: you can issue before that mask finally slips. You can
3:17
Speaker 1: dodge the cameras, duck the reporters, and bury your scandal
3:20
Speaker 1: under titles and tradition all you want. But the truth?
3:24
Speaker 1: That's one thing you can't buy, bully or bury. And
3:27
Speaker 1: sooner or later, it's going to find you. Just like
3:30
Speaker 1: that photo did. Today's article is from the BBC and
3:35
Speaker 1: the headline, Met Police Look Into Claims Andrew Sought Information
3:39
Speaker 1: On Accuser. This article was authored by Hafsa Khalil. And
3:44
Speaker 1: you already know he did. They all did. Jeffrey Epstein
3:48
Speaker 1: was the king of this shit. And if you believe
3:50
Speaker 1: that Epstein was connected to intelligence... Do you really think
3:53
Speaker 1: he wasn't running his own operations? You really think he
3:56
Speaker 1: was just working in the background, not busy, you know,
3:59
Speaker 1: collecting his own information to use for whatever? Of course
4:02
Speaker 1: he was. Of course he was. And if you think
4:06
Speaker 1: that people over in the UK weren't on board with
4:09
Speaker 1: what he was doing, you're crazy. They were. How many
4:13
Speaker 1: of these people at the Met would bend over backwards
4:16
Speaker 1: for somebody like Prince Andrew? We all know that they
4:19
Speaker 1: closed the investigation and into Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell
4:22
Speaker 1: in the UK? Did they do that because they were
4:25
Speaker 1: pressured by the Crown? Something that should be looked at,
4:28
Speaker 1: in my opinion. The Metropolitan Police said it's actively looking
4:32
Speaker 1: into media reports that Prince Andrew tried to obtain personal
4:35
Speaker 1: information about his accuser, Virginia Roberts, through his police protection. Now,
4:41
Speaker 1: that shouldn't shock anybody. This is a man that would
4:45
Speaker 1: do anything to keep his name out of this story, right?
4:49
Speaker 1: If that means going after Virginia, trying to destroy her,
4:52
Speaker 1: so be it. That was her strategy the whole entire time.
4:57
Speaker 1: That's why Ghislaine Maxwell lost the defamation case against Virginia.
5:01
Speaker 1: Because she lied about Virginia Roberts. But Prince Andrew, he's
5:04
Speaker 1: the one telling the truth. None of it ever happened.
5:06
Speaker 1: It wasn't me. I have no idea what you're talking about.
5:09
Speaker 1: I don't go to the pizza joint. I can't sweat. Yada, yada, yada.
5:13
Speaker 1: All of it's one lie after another. And the fact
5:17
Speaker 1: that he tried to use the Met to get information
5:20
Speaker 1: on Virginia, it's beyond the pale. If anybody was involved
5:24
Speaker 1: in that within the Met, they should definitely be reprimanded. Now,
5:29
Speaker 1: I don't know how it works over in the UK,
5:31
Speaker 1: but my guess is nobody's going to be held accountable.
5:35
Speaker 1: We are aware of media reporting and are actively looking
5:38
Speaker 1: into the claims made, the force said on Sunday. Ms. Roberts,
5:43
Speaker 1: who took her own life earlier this year, said she
5:46
Speaker 1: was among the girls and young women sexually exploited by
5:48
Speaker 1: convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his wealthy circle. Prince
5:53
Speaker 1: Andrew has not commented on the reports, but consistently denies
5:56
Speaker 1: all allegations against him. Buckingham Palace has been contacted for comment. Well,
6:02
Speaker 1: they're not going to say shit. They never do. They
6:05
Speaker 1: never will. And I just expect that. So that's fine.
6:10
Speaker 1: But as far as the Met goes, that's a different story.
6:13
Speaker 1: We're talking about a police department here that wants to
6:16
Speaker 1: arrest people for social media posts. But Jeffrey Epstein and
6:21
Speaker 1: his crimes, we're going to sweep those under the rug
6:24
Speaker 1: and then go after the accuser? Yeah, that's something that's
6:28
Speaker 1: quite a problem. And that's something that needs to be addressed.
6:32
Speaker 1: So for all those politicians over in the UK that
6:35
Speaker 1: have a lot to say about Grandpa Joe saying that
6:38
Speaker 1: he doesn't like Islam or whatever, where are you at
6:40
Speaker 1: with this? Not causing any havoc here? You're not raising
6:44
Speaker 1: any hell? I wonder why. Miss Roberts also claimed that
6:50
Speaker 1: she was forced to have sex with Andrew on three occasions,
6:53
Speaker 1: including when she was 17 at the home of his
6:55
Speaker 1: friend Ghislaine Maxwell in London in 2001. And remember the
6:59
Speaker 1: excuses there? Oh, well, that couldn't have happened. The bathtub
7:02
Speaker 1: is too small. Come on, really? That's right up there
7:05
Speaker 1: with the whole I don't sweat excuse. Talk about ridiculous.
7:11
Speaker 1: Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year sentence on sex trafficking
7:14
Speaker 1: charges related to Epstein, her former boyfriend. Really though, her
7:18
Speaker 1: former boyfriend? Is that what we're calling her? Because everybody
7:21
Speaker 1: that knew them, everybody that was around them, has something
7:24
Speaker 1: different to say. There was no kind of intimacy, no
7:28
Speaker 1: boyfriend-girlfriend loving relationship. That's not what they were doing. They
7:33
Speaker 1: were partners in crime, folks. Partners in crime. Ghislaine Maxwell
7:38
Speaker 1: is not some victim. She's not somebody that just got
7:41
Speaker 1: caught up in the crossfire. She knew exactly what she
7:43
Speaker 1: was doing, she did it willingly, and she did it happily.
7:49
Speaker 1: According to the Mail on Sunday, Andrew asked his police
7:51
Speaker 1: protection officer to investigate her just before the newspaper published
7:55
Speaker 1: a photo of Ms. Roberts' first meeting with the Prince
7:58
Speaker 1: in February of 2011. The paper alleged that he gave
8:02
Speaker 1: the officer her date of birth and confidential social security number.
8:06
Speaker 1: While that's interesting, How do you have all that information
8:09
Speaker 1: if you don't even know her? What do you say
8:12
Speaker 1: for yourself there, not Prince? Oh, that's right. You have
8:16
Speaker 1: nothing to say. The Sunday Telegraph also claimed that Andrews
8:22
Speaker 1: sought to dig up dirt on Ms. Roberts. Energy Secretary
8:26
Speaker 1: Ed Miliband, speaking to BBC's One Sunday with Laura Kunzenberg,
8:30
Speaker 1: called it deeply concerning, adding that if it's true, it's
8:34
Speaker 1: absolutely not the way that close protection officers should be used.
8:38
Speaker 1: That's an understatement, huh? Imagine being assigned to guard this idiot,
8:42
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, and he comes to you with that request. Now,
8:46
Speaker 1: here in America, it's a little different, right? We don't
8:48
Speaker 1: have kings and shit. We don't have a prince. So
8:50
Speaker 1: people wouldn't be as inclined. But over there, you know,
8:54
Speaker 1: it's royalty still. A lot of people respect it. A
8:57
Speaker 1: lot of people, you know, get down with the monarchy
8:59
Speaker 1: and they don't want to be on the wrong side
9:01
Speaker 1: of it. And I understand. But as a police officer,
9:04
Speaker 1: that means nothing. Somebody comes up to you with this
9:07
Speaker 1: kind of request, you go right to your boss, or
9:10
Speaker 1: above him or her, and you report it. On Friday,
9:15
Speaker 1: Andrew announced that he was voluntarily handing back his titles
9:18
Speaker 1: and giving up membership of the Order of the Garter,
9:21
Speaker 1: the oldest and most senior order of chivalry in Britain.
9:26
Speaker 1: He will cease to be the Duke of York, a
9:28
Speaker 1: title received from his mother, the late Queen Elizabeth II.
9:32
Speaker 1: And that's just juicy. I mean, the city of York
9:36
Speaker 1: already voted to get rid of this guy's credentials up
9:39
Speaker 1: there as honorifics. So this was the last domino to fall.
9:43
Speaker 1: And again, look, this cage that he's in is a
9:46
Speaker 1: gilded golden cage of his own making. Nobody told him
9:49
Speaker 1: to waste all of his privilege. Can you imagine having
9:52
Speaker 1: this privilege, waking up every morning, knowing you never have
9:54
Speaker 1: to worry about money or financial issues or anything like
9:57
Speaker 1: that your whole life? You're going to be set, locked up,
10:00
Speaker 1: away and locked in bro I'd be out here doing
10:03
Speaker 1: good deeds like fucking mother Teresa feeding the homeless going
10:08
Speaker 1: to places where there's you know war I'd be doing
10:11
Speaker 1: all of it Because that's your job, right? That's what
10:15
Speaker 1: you should be doing. You already have all the privilege,
10:18
Speaker 1: all the money, all the happiness, basically, that money can buy.
10:23
Speaker 1: So there has to be something more, right, you would think.
10:25
Speaker 1: But not for these people. Something more means abusing your children.
10:29
Speaker 1: Something more means sending you and your loved ones to
10:32
Speaker 1: prison for shit they get away with on a regular basis.
10:36
Speaker 1: The prince had already ceased to be a working royal.
10:39
Speaker 1: He had lost the use of his HRH title. and
10:42
Speaker 1: no longer appeared at official royal events, his role now
10:45
Speaker 1: will be even more diminished. What exactly would that role be?
10:50
Speaker 1: I've said a hundred times he should be out there
10:52
Speaker 1: mucking the stalls. Oh, he likes the horses? Cool. Go
10:55
Speaker 1: clean the stalls. Go do something with the plumbers. Whatever
11:01
Speaker 1: you do, stay out of the public light, because nobody
11:04
Speaker 1: wants to see you, not then and not now. Emily Maitlis,
11:09
Speaker 1: who conducted the now infamous BBC Newsnight interview in 2019
11:13
Speaker 1: with the Prince, said the move had been a long
11:15
Speaker 1: time coming, adding six years has been quite a long
11:18
Speaker 1: time to wait for this. In the interview, the Prince
11:21
Speaker 1: claimed he had severed all ties with Epstein in 2010
11:25
Speaker 1: during a visit to his New York townhome. Speaking on
11:28
Speaker 1: Sunday with Laura Kunzenberg, Maitlis said she felt quite sick
11:32
Speaker 1: when the emails emerged. that had been sent in February
11:35
Speaker 1: 2011 from the Prince to Epstein, suggesting that their friendship
11:40
Speaker 1: had not ended. Oh, who would have guessed that Prince
11:42
Speaker 1: Andrew was lying to us in that interview? Nobody would
11:44
Speaker 1: have ever guessed that, right? He's an honorable man. He
11:48
Speaker 1: wasn't wearing his lying kit that day. Fuck out of here, bro.
11:51
Speaker 1: Everybody knew he was lying. She had questioned Andrew on
11:56
Speaker 1: his decision to spend four days, four nights, in a
11:59
Speaker 1: convicted pedophile's home to end their friendship, to which he
12:02
Speaker 1: had responded, that he had a tendency to be too honorable.
12:06
Speaker 1: And that might be one of the biggest jokes in
12:08
Speaker 1: the history of the world. Prince Andrew? Calling himself honorable? Sure, okay.
12:14
Speaker 1: And I'm the center for the New York Knicks. The
12:16
Speaker 1: February 2011 emails include one from the prince that read,
12:20
Speaker 1: keep in close touch, and we'll play some more soon.
12:23
Speaker 1: Suggesting that he stayed in touch with him. And what
12:25
Speaker 1: does that even mean? We'll play a little more soon?
12:28
Speaker 1: What do you mean by that, Uncle Touchy? You're left
12:32
Speaker 1: really questioning why he said that, whether the conversation ever existed,
12:36
Speaker 1: and how much more there is in that interview that
12:38
Speaker 1: we have to now go back and question, the journalist added. Well,
12:42
Speaker 1: here's a pro tip, all of it. Just like I've
12:45
Speaker 1: been telling you for years, this motherfucker is lying. And
12:48
Speaker 1: all the people out here that are covering for him,
12:51
Speaker 1: people that talked about that picture being fake, the rest
12:53
Speaker 1: of it, they should be scorned and mocked. Andrew has
12:59
Speaker 1: faced a series of scandals over recent years, including making
13:02
Speaker 1: out of court settlement with Virginia Roberts in 2022 after
13:07
Speaker 1: she had brought a civil case against him. A memoir
13:10
Speaker 1: by Ms. Roberts to be released next week is likely
13:13
Speaker 1: to cast further attention on the prince's involvement with her
13:16
Speaker 1: and Epstein. On Friday evening, Ms. Roberts' brother, Sky Roberts,
13:20
Speaker 1: told BBC Newsnight his sister would have been very proud
13:24
Speaker 1: of the latest development regarding Prince Andrew's titles. but that
13:28
Speaker 1: he would like to see the king go a step
13:30
Speaker 1: further and remove the title of prince. I think anybody
13:34
Speaker 1: that was implicated should have some sort of responsibility and
13:37
Speaker 1: accountability for these survivors, he said. I agree with that. 100%. Unfortunately,
13:44
Speaker 1: he's still a prince of the blood. And that's just
13:47
Speaker 1: a birthright you can't take away. Him being a duke,
13:49
Speaker 1: you can remove that title, right? That's something that's given
13:52
Speaker 1: to him, the Duke of York. But his birth alone,
13:55
Speaker 1: that entitles him to being a prince. But that's the
13:58
Speaker 1: end of it, right? There's no other titles that have
14:00
Speaker 1: been bestowed to him. That's a birthright title, but he's
14:04
Speaker 1: never going to have any other titles ever again. And
14:06
Speaker 1: I don't know if there's any kind of function to,
14:09
Speaker 1: you know, not call him prince anymore. I don't know
14:11
Speaker 1: how that works over there in the UK. But as
14:13
Speaker 1: far as I'm concerned, Prince Andrew is no longer a prince. Fuck,
14:18
Speaker 1: never was. And now not only is he the Joe
14:21
Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family, he's also the Prince of Nothing.
14:27
Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
14:29
Speaker 1: be found in the description box. So we're going to
14:32
Speaker 1: be following a couple of articles today. And the first
14:35
Speaker 1: one is from the Daily Mail about Ghislaine Maxwell. It's
14:39
Speaker 1: about her and her new boyfriend. Isn't that nice? Just
14:41
Speaker 1: in time for the holidays, Ms. Maxwell has a new boyfriend.
14:45
Speaker 1: And boy, isn't that nice? She's living that great life
14:49
Speaker 1: while these girls, well, their lives aren't so great. How
14:54
Speaker 1: can she be running the streets free, as we've asked
14:57
Speaker 1: time and time again, while these girls are suffering daily?
15:02
Speaker 1: It's just, it's mind-boggling to me. And in the second article,
15:06
Speaker 1: it's from the Telegraph, I believe it's called. Let's see,
15:10
Speaker 1: hold on, let me double check. I'll tell you the exact... Yeah,
15:14
Speaker 1: it's the Telegraph. So she, Virginia Roberts, in this article
15:19
Speaker 1: from the Telegraph is accusing... the police in England of
15:24
Speaker 1: a cover-up of not covering the Prince Andrew case correctly because, well,
15:29
Speaker 1: he's a prince. So before we get into all of that,
15:33
Speaker 1: if you would like to contact me, you can do
15:35
Speaker 1: that at b-o-b-b-y-c-a-p-u-c-c-i at protonmail.com. That's bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. All right,
15:44
Speaker 1: so let's hop into our first article. This one is
15:48
Speaker 1: from the Daily Mail, and the headline is, Jeffrey Epstein's
15:51
Speaker 1: Madam Ghislaine Maxwell is sex-obsessed and has found a new boyfriend,
15:55
Speaker 1: friend reveals. Jeffrey Epstein's Madam Ghislaine Maxwell, madam, how about co-conspirator,
16:03
Speaker 1: fellow rapist, etc., etc., has found a new boyfriend, a
16:07
Speaker 1: former friend revealed today. Laura Goldman, who knows Ms. Maxwell's sister, Isabel,
16:12
Speaker 1: said the 57-year-old, who is accused of procuring underage girls
16:15
Speaker 1: for Epstein and helping him rape them, had a superpower
16:18
Speaker 1: when it came to attracting men. She also called the socialite,
16:23
Speaker 1: aka pedophile, sex-obsessed, and claimed she regularly discussed oral techniques
16:28
Speaker 1: in public. Sounds like a very, very fantastic lady to
16:33
Speaker 1: hang out with, huh? Ms. Goldman told Sun Online, I've
16:36
Speaker 1: heard that Ghislaine has a new boyfriend. One of her
16:39
Speaker 1: talents is finding a man to take care of her.
16:42
Speaker 1: She's good at that. It's like a superpower. Her superpower
16:45
Speaker 1: is she finds men to take care of her. But
16:47
Speaker 1: I get her appeal to guys. All she ever talked
16:50
Speaker 1: about was sex, sex, sex. She was with the right
16:52
Speaker 1: person with Jeffrey Epstein, right? Looks like birds of a feather. Look,
16:56
Speaker 1: it's cool, you know, if you're a sexual person and,
16:59
Speaker 1: you know, you're down with that kind of whatever. Who
17:02
Speaker 1: cares what you do in your personal life? But when
17:05
Speaker 1: you're doing this with people who are not consenting, well,
17:09
Speaker 1: that makes it from somebody who has, you know, some
17:12
Speaker 1: proclivities to somebody who is an absolute and utter animal. Ms.
17:17
Speaker 1: Maxwell was previously linked to tech CEO Scott Borgeson, 43,
17:22
Speaker 1: who abandoned his wife and young children to be with her,
17:24
Speaker 1: Daily Mail revealed. Scott left his wife for Ghislaine around
17:28
Speaker 1: five years ago. It's just egregious what happened to Rebecca,
17:31
Speaker 1: the source, who asked for anonymity Anonymity said in August,
17:34
Speaker 1: Rebecca and Scott seemed like a really nice couple, but
17:37
Speaker 1: as time went on, he was very preoccupied and would
17:40
Speaker 1: be on his cell phone a lot, presumably on business calls.
17:43
Speaker 1: He was away a lot for work. Epstein was found
17:46
Speaker 1: dead in his jail cell in August, where he was
17:48
Speaker 1: awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. In court papers published
17:52
Speaker 1: this week, she revealed for the first time how she
17:54
Speaker 1: recruited women to massage Epstein at his home at least
17:57
Speaker 1: once a day. And we talked about that in that
18:00
Speaker 1: earlier morning update. And it was pretty telling. It was
18:03
Speaker 1: the first time I had ever saw that stuff or
18:05
Speaker 1: read any of that stuff. So it was pretty telling
18:08
Speaker 1: and pretty damning for Ms. Maxwell. She contradicted herself several
18:11
Speaker 1: times in that statement. In court papers published this week,
18:19
Speaker 1: she revealed for the first time how she recruited women
18:22
Speaker 1: to massage Epstein at his home at least once a day.
18:25
Speaker 1: And I put air quotes around massage because we've already
18:27
Speaker 1: established what they mean by that. Miss Maxwell, who introduced
18:31
Speaker 1: Epstein to Prince Andrew, told how she managed Epstein's six
18:34
Speaker 1: houses around the world and hired lots of people, but
18:37
Speaker 1: denied procuring young girls for him to have sex with. Well, yeah,
18:40
Speaker 1: of course, she's not going to come out and admit it, right?
18:42
Speaker 1: Even though all the evidence is there for anybody who's
18:45
Speaker 1: willing to see. Miss Maxwell said she knew Andrew's sex accuser,
18:49
Speaker 1: Miss Roberts, was 17 when she started massaging Epstein, but
18:52
Speaker 1: said her account about abuse she claimed she suffered at
18:54
Speaker 1: the hands of the royal and his pedophile friend was
18:57
Speaker 1: a lie. Why are you recruiting a 17-year-old girl to
19:01
Speaker 1: be around this sick, disgusting old bastard? Alright, plenty of
19:08
Speaker 1: top-of-the-line masseuses around. Right? Massage therapists. You have the money.
19:12
Speaker 1: You can have anyone in the industry. Why do you
19:14
Speaker 1: have to have a 17-year-old girl come over and touch you?
19:19
Speaker 1: In her video statement to a New York court in
19:21
Speaker 1: a libel action brought by Ms. Roberts, Ms. Maxwell outlined
19:24
Speaker 1: her role for the disgraced businessman. My job included hiring
19:28
Speaker 1: many people. There were six homes, she said. I hired assistants, architects, decorators, cooks, cleaners, gardeners,
19:35
Speaker 1: pool people, pilots. I hired all sorts of people. So
19:39
Speaker 1: a list of all of those people should be gathered,
19:43
Speaker 1: if she ever gets arrested, obviously, and they should all
19:46
Speaker 1: be brought in as witnesses as well. A very small
19:49
Speaker 1: part of my job was to find adult professional massage
19:52
Speaker 1: therapists for Jeffrey, she said. A small part, huh? I'm
19:56
Speaker 1: pretty sure that was your whole job. From time to time,
19:59
Speaker 1: I would visit professional spas. I would receive a massage,
20:02
Speaker 1: and if it was good, I would ask them if
20:04
Speaker 1: they did home visits. In her evidence, Ms. Maxwell admitted
20:07
Speaker 1: knowing Ms. Roberts was just 17 years old when she
20:10
Speaker 1: began giving massages to Epstein at his mansion in Palm Beach, Florida.
20:15
Speaker 1: Asked how often the teenager would massage Epstein, she said,
20:17
Speaker 1: it's important to understand that I wasn't with Jeffrey all
20:20
Speaker 1: the time. In fact, I was only in the house
20:25
Speaker 1: less than half the time, so I cannot testify to
20:27
Speaker 1: when I wasn't there or how often she came. What
20:30
Speaker 1: I can say is that I barely would remember her
20:32
Speaker 1: if not for all of this rubbish. I probably wouldn't
20:34
Speaker 1: remember her at all, except that she came from time
20:37
Speaker 1: to time. But I don't recollect her coming as often
20:41
Speaker 1: as she portrayed herself. Ms. Maxwell gave evidence at the
20:44
Speaker 1: defamation hearing with Ms. Roberts in 2017. Ms. Roberts was
20:48
Speaker 1: suing her over her claims that she was forced to
20:51
Speaker 1: have sex with Epstein and the Duke of York. How
20:55
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell stole 14 years younger millionaire tech CEO Scott
21:00
Speaker 1: Borgeson away from his wife and two kids, moved into
21:03
Speaker 1: his seaside mansion and stayed under the radar until Jeffrey
21:07
Speaker 1: Epstein's arrest. Ghislaine Maxwell's one-time boyfriend abandoned his wife and
21:11
Speaker 1: young children for Jeffrey Epstein's suspected madam five years ago, DailyMail.com
21:15
Speaker 1: learned exclusively in August. I mean, really, dude? Really? You're
21:20
Speaker 1: going to abandon your wife? And your kids, for somebody
21:23
Speaker 1: who's accused of child molestation, accused of procuring girls for
21:27
Speaker 1: a sick bastard like Jeffrey Epstein, this is who you're
21:29
Speaker 1: going to leave your children for? You know what? They're
21:31
Speaker 1: better off without you, pal. Scott left his wife for
21:38
Speaker 1: Ghislaine around five years ago. It's just egregious what's happened
21:41
Speaker 1: to Rebecca, the source who asked for anonymity, told Daily Mail.
21:45
Speaker 1: When the marriage finally crumbled in 2014, divorce records painted
21:49
Speaker 1: a disturbing picture of Borgeson with accusations of him being
21:52
Speaker 1: physically violent, abusive, extremely controlling, and having an alcohol problem. Well,
21:58
Speaker 1: like I said, his wife and kids are probably way
22:00
Speaker 1: better off without this idiot around. I hope she took
22:03
Speaker 1: him to the cleaners with the settlement too, the divorce settlement. Borgeson,
22:07
Speaker 1: who married Rebecca in Palm Beach, Florida in May 2001...
22:11
Speaker 1: once allegedly threatened her, saying, Don't make me beat you
22:14
Speaker 1: in front of the children. Wow, sounds like a hell
22:16
Speaker 1: of a guy, right? This is definitely a fantastic fella. Perhaps,
22:20
Speaker 1: you know what, maybe he's just, you know, he belongs
22:22
Speaker 1: with these type of people anyway. So, he's right where
22:26
Speaker 1: he belongs. Borgerson's shipping technology firm, Cargo Metrics, was valued
22:31
Speaker 1: at more than $ 100 million in 2016, according to the
22:34
Speaker 1: Financial Times. Well, money can't buy you class, right, folks?
22:37
Speaker 1: And money can't buy you no sense. Borgeson is believed
22:41
Speaker 1: to have met Maxwell five years ago through speaking engagements
22:44
Speaker 1: connected to ocean preservation, a subject on which they share
22:48
Speaker 1: a passion. They both are pictured speaking at the Arctic
22:51
Speaker 1: Circle Assembly in Iceland in 2014. Maxwell shut down her
22:56
Speaker 1: ocean charity, the Terramar Project, a week after Epstein was
22:59
Speaker 1: arrested in July. Oh, I wonder why. Around 2015, Borgeson
23:04
Speaker 1: told Rebecca he was going to London on business and
23:06
Speaker 1: he would send videos. Rebecca watched a video of him
23:11
Speaker 1: and although he said he was going to be in London,
23:13
Speaker 1: he was actually in Miami with Ghislaine, the source said.
23:16
Speaker 1: Rebecca was sitting there with her two young children watching
23:19
Speaker 1: this video of Scott and Ghislaine hugging and kissing. Rebecca
23:22
Speaker 1: was devastated. Things quickly fell apart after that. He moved out.
23:26
Speaker 1: As far as I understand, Rebecca had little financial support
23:30
Speaker 1: and she had to get a job as a caregiver. So,
23:33
Speaker 1: this dude's company is worth $ 100 million, he cheats on
23:36
Speaker 1: his wife with a child molester, and then he leaves
23:40
Speaker 1: her financially in a bind when she has his two children? Boy,
23:44
Speaker 1: more and more evidence of this guy being a hell
23:46
Speaker 1: of a fellow, huh? The source added, How could you
23:49
Speaker 1: throw all that away, those wonderful children and wife, for
23:53
Speaker 1: a woman who is 14 years older than him and
23:55
Speaker 1: allegedly has a role in this whole Epstein business? The
23:59
Speaker 1: fallout was nasty, with the final straw in their union
24:01
Speaker 1: being when Borgerson attacked Rebecca on June 15, 2014, and
24:06
Speaker 1: was charged with assault and domestic battery, according to court papers. Yep,
24:11
Speaker 1: this guy's a piece of sh... definitely a piece of shit. Definitely.
24:16
Speaker 1: definitely does not want father or husband of the year, right?
24:19
Speaker 1: What a sick bastard. Him and Ghislaine Maxwell, they definitely
24:21
Speaker 1: belong with each other. That said, if he was hiding her,
24:26
Speaker 1: what does he know? Does he need to be brought
24:28
Speaker 1: in as well and talked to? I think so. He
24:30
Speaker 1: was so close to Ghislaine Maxwell, and she was, you know,
24:34
Speaker 1: a centerpiece of what was going on. She has to
24:38
Speaker 1: be talked to, obviously, and he needs to be brought
24:40
Speaker 1: in as well. All right, and our second article, it's
24:44
Speaker 1: from The Telegraph. And the headline is, Virginia Roberts accuses
24:48
Speaker 1: UK police of failing to investigate Prince Andrew allegations. Well,
24:52
Speaker 1: she's not wrong. We've been saying that for how long?
24:55
Speaker 1: This is a cover-up. This is not a conspiracy theory.
24:58
Speaker 1: This isn't some wild, crazy, nutjob, thought-up idea. This is
25:06
Speaker 1: a cover-up of epic proportions that spans continents. Virginia Roberts
25:12
Speaker 1: has criticized Scotland Yard for failing to investigate her allegations
25:15
Speaker 1: that she was trafficked to the UK to sleep with
25:17
Speaker 1: the Duke of York. The 35-year-old, who claims she was
25:21
Speaker 1: coerced into sleeping with the Duke three times when she
25:23
Speaker 1: was 17, alleged that the UK inquiry was abandoned because
25:28
Speaker 1: of corruption at the highest level. Well, aren't, like... isn't
25:33
Speaker 1: it england you aren't even allowed to like say nasty
25:35
Speaker 1: things online to people at this point and the cops
25:37
Speaker 1: investigate that so you're telling me they're not going to
25:40
Speaker 1: investigate this why see if it was just one time
25:44
Speaker 1: like you know the palm beach the local palm beach
25:46
Speaker 1: state department of state attorney's office Ignored all of this?
25:50
Speaker 1: Then we could be like, all right, that's just malfeasance.
25:52
Speaker 1: That's just a bad job by the state's– the attorney general.
25:56
Speaker 1: But when you see it over and over and over,
25:58
Speaker 1: no matter what district this man conducted himself in, no
26:01
Speaker 1: matter where he committed his crimes, it gets covered up
26:04
Speaker 1: every single time. And people at the highest levels are
26:06
Speaker 1: involved in these cover-ups. Why? Just because he's a normal
26:11
Speaker 1: guy and people like him? Or could it be what
26:15
Speaker 1: Acosta said and he belonged to intelligence? The Metropolitan Police
26:22
Speaker 1: have come under increasing pressure to explain why they did
26:24
Speaker 1: not carry out a full investigation into her claims, as
26:27
Speaker 1: well they should. Credible accusations must be investigated. She has
26:36
Speaker 1: alleged that in 2001 she slept with the Duke at
26:39
Speaker 1: a central London property belonging to his close friend Ghislaine Maxwell.
26:43
Speaker 1: A photograph appears to show him with his arm around
26:45
Speaker 1: the teenager while Ms. Maxwell looked on in the background.
26:49
Speaker 1: After assessing the complaint made in 2015, police decided the
26:53
Speaker 1: matter did not warrant full investigation. I wonder why? Who
26:57
Speaker 1: made that decision? Who made that decision? However, Ms. Roberts
27:03
Speaker 1: wrote on Twitter, At first, the Scotland Yard told me
27:06
Speaker 1: they were going to forensically examine GM's house in London.
27:10
Speaker 1: Next thing I hear, just like the FBI, they were
27:12
Speaker 1: not allowed to pursue the investigation. Okay, so that's her
27:17
Speaker 1: saying this, okay? So they were not allowed to pursue
27:19
Speaker 1: the investigation. Who, okay, listen to me clearly, who is
27:25
Speaker 1: telling them that they cannot pursue this investigation? That person
27:29
Speaker 1: needs to be brought in front of a judge as well.
27:32
Speaker 1: At the very least, brought a subpoenaed. They're a witness
27:34
Speaker 1: in this case because they were stopping the case. They
27:37
Speaker 1: were stopping the case from going forward. They were protecting
27:39
Speaker 1: this man. Doesn't that make them at the very least
27:44
Speaker 1: a conspirator to commit these crimes? She said she did
27:52
Speaker 1: not believe the truth would ever be heard, adding, I
27:54
Speaker 1: say lock them all up and throw away the key.
27:57
Speaker 1: All we're going to hear are lies, lies, and oh,
27:59
Speaker 1: more lies. Keep putting the pressure on the authorities to
28:02
Speaker 1: hold each and every one who participated enabled or knew
28:05
Speaker 1: and did nothing accountable. No more charades or games. Time
28:09
Speaker 1: to start locking all the predators up. They put us
28:11
Speaker 1: in chains. Now it's their turn. She also responded to
28:15
Speaker 1: claims that the photograph of the Duke with his arm
28:18
Speaker 1: around her waist had been doctored, saying, It does have
28:21
Speaker 1: a timestamp on the back. There are so many ways
28:23
Speaker 1: I could poke holes in their doctored photo, but I
28:25
Speaker 1: don't need to. I know it's real. The FBI knows
28:28
Speaker 1: it's real. Journos who have seen it know it's real.
28:31
Speaker 1: Can't wait to hear their next excuse. Victims' rights campaigners
28:34
Speaker 1: have questioned why the matter was not pursued by police,
28:37
Speaker 1: especially given that in 2015, the Met... The Met adhered
28:42
Speaker 1: to national policy stipulating that victims must be believed, introduced
28:45
Speaker 1: in the wake of the Jimmy Savile scandal. Savile, Savile, whatever.
28:50
Speaker 1: The Duke vigorously denies having sex with Miss Roberts. Miss
28:53
Speaker 1: Roberts is expected to respond to his claims during a
28:56
Speaker 1: special episode of the BBC's Panorama that will be broadcast
28:59
Speaker 1: next Monday. All right. And speaking of that BBC broadcast,
29:05
Speaker 1: not only is it going to be broadcast next Monday,
29:07
Speaker 1: it was originally supposed to be for a half an hour.
29:10
Speaker 1: They've expanded it another half hour to make it a
29:12
Speaker 1: complete hour. So one can only wonder what sort of
29:16
Speaker 1: information they have in that video. And one can only
29:18
Speaker 1: wonder what other sort of bombshells Miss Roberts is going
29:21
Speaker 1: to drop. Right. Look, we know that she says there
29:24
Speaker 1: were academics as well that she was trafficked to. Who
29:26
Speaker 1: are these people? All right. Who were the people that
29:29
Speaker 1: she was trafficked to? Who were the academics? So we
29:31
Speaker 1: can get them on the radar so that they can
29:33
Speaker 1: have pressure put on them and they can be disgraced
29:37
Speaker 1: the same way that Prince Andrew was. All right, folks,
29:41
Speaker 1: if you're looking to get in contact with me, you
29:43
Speaker 1: can do that at Bobby Capucci at ProtonMail. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I
29:49
Speaker 1: at ProtonMail. And if you would like... Everyone, and welcome
29:52
Speaker 1: back to the Epstein Chronicles. It looks like we're getting
29:57
Speaker 1: some more answers. about how Prince Andrew's bitch ass plans
30:01
Speaker 1: on paying for his lawsuit. We've heard before that the
30:05
Speaker 1: Queen and his brother Charles were going to pony up
30:08
Speaker 1: some dough to help him out of this bind. Well,
30:12
Speaker 1: now the Sun is reporting that Charles is about to
30:17
Speaker 1: pony up 7 million pounds to help his brother get
30:23
Speaker 1: out of this bind. absolutely terrible position he's put himself
30:28
Speaker 1: and the family in. So now imagine being his brother.
30:31
Speaker 1: Imagine being Charles. You got your own bullshit going on.
30:35
Speaker 1: Nobody really likes you anyway. And now your molester ass
30:39
Speaker 1: brother shows up and he's like, hey, look, dude, I'm
30:42
Speaker 1: going to need to borrow seven million pounds because, you know,
30:45
Speaker 1: I was hanging out with Epstein and I kind of
30:48
Speaker 1: was a douche. Imagine what your reaction would be. But
30:53
Speaker 1: this dude has to come out of the pocket now
30:55
Speaker 1: and come up with the seven million pounds to pay
30:58
Speaker 1: for his brother's nonsense. Now, we know that Prince Andrew
31:03
Speaker 1: certainly doesn't have that kind of dough on hand. He's
31:06
Speaker 1: a grifter. He's lived in the basement down at Balmoral
31:09
Speaker 1: for how long? Still becomes a married man and still
31:12
Speaker 1: lives on his mom's property. You know the deal. So
31:16
Speaker 1: he didn't have that kind of dough sitting around. And
31:18
Speaker 1: the big question was, where is he going to get
31:20
Speaker 1: the money to pay a Virginian? A lot of people
31:25
Speaker 1: were speculating it would come from here or there. But
31:28
Speaker 1: the obvious point of origin for this money was always
31:33
Speaker 1: the royal family. And the question becomes, will there be
31:37
Speaker 1: any public money used? According to this article, there will
31:41
Speaker 1: be no public money used. But I kind of find
31:45
Speaker 1: that hard to believe considering the royals are funded by
31:49
Speaker 1: the people of England, no? Oh, I know they have
31:51
Speaker 1: these land grants and everything, but where did they get
31:54
Speaker 1: all of that stuff? Did it just magically appear one day?
31:57
Speaker 1: They woke up and the Easter bunny of property showed
32:01
Speaker 1: up and gave them a bunch of land? Or was
32:04
Speaker 1: that land granted to them by the will of the
32:08
Speaker 1: English people, the subjects of the UK? Because let's remember,
32:12
Speaker 1: everything that the royal family has, it's because the people
32:15
Speaker 1: of the UK have decided that it's theirs to give
32:18
Speaker 1: to them. So... When they say the money doesn't come
32:22
Speaker 1: from the actual citizens of the United Kingdom, I find
32:25
Speaker 1: it laughable. It's not like the Queen or Charles have
32:28
Speaker 1: ever had a real job, right? Their job has been
32:30
Speaker 1: to administer the country as royals and do whatever it
32:34
Speaker 1: is that the royals are supposed to do. The real question, though,
32:38
Speaker 1: is if these royals were gone tomorrow, would it really
32:41
Speaker 1: affect life that much? Would the people of the UK's
32:45
Speaker 1: lives be affected that much? They're nothing but figureheads at
32:49
Speaker 1: this point. And I don't know why they're afforded as
32:52
Speaker 1: much respect and as much honor as they are, to
32:55
Speaker 1: be honest with you again. Just the opinion of an outsider.
32:58
Speaker 1: But it seems to me that all they do is
33:01
Speaker 1: take advantage, just like your run-of-the-mill shitty politician would. And then,
33:07
Speaker 1: when things go south for them, when, you know, Prince
33:11
Speaker 1: Andrew gets caught up with Jeffrey Epstein, eh, they have
33:14
Speaker 1: nothing to say about it. Oh, this is Prince Andrew's problem. The,
33:18
Speaker 1: you know. The whole run on nonsense that we've gotten
33:22
Speaker 1: from the crown this whole entire time. Frankly, I'm tired
33:26
Speaker 1: of it. Sick of the crown. Sick of the royals.
33:29
Speaker 1: Sick of all of these so-called elites. And I'm certainly
33:32
Speaker 1: sick of this moron Prince Andrew. So the fact that
33:36
Speaker 1: he had to grovel to his brother and ask for
33:38
Speaker 1: some money, that's kind of a bit of justice, isn't it?
33:43
Speaker 1: We know that they don't like each other in the
33:45
Speaker 1: best of times. So now... the clown prince has to
33:49
Speaker 1: go to the crown prince and ask him for 7
33:52
Speaker 1: million pounds, that has to be a kick in the
33:54
Speaker 1: shorts for sure. So at least we can take that
33:59
Speaker 1: from all of this and have a little bit of
34:00
Speaker 1: joy in that at least. The fact that he had
34:02
Speaker 1: to grovel and ask his brother for this money. It's
34:08
Speaker 1: sad though. When you really think about the whole entire
34:10
Speaker 1: thing and you look at it, what a pathetic human being.
34:13
Speaker 1: Imagine being this dude. The whole world at your feet.
34:18
Speaker 1: Go anywhere you want. Spend time with whoever you want.
34:21
Speaker 1: Do whatever you want. And you don't have to pay
34:24
Speaker 1: for any of it. But that's not good enough for you.
34:27
Speaker 1: You have to hang out with Epstein. You need more. Oh,
34:30
Speaker 1: I have to have more. I need private jets. I
34:33
Speaker 1: need young girls running around all over the place. When
34:38
Speaker 1: in reality, somebody like this could have used their great
34:41
Speaker 1: influence for great good. But he chose not to do that.
34:46
Speaker 1: So that's why I think he's such a scumbag, folks.
34:48
Speaker 1: That's why I think out of just about all of
34:51
Speaker 1: the people involved in this, this dude's one of the worst.
34:55
Speaker 1: He had the whole entire world at his fingertips. Imagine
34:59
Speaker 1: being the Prince of England and making these choices and
35:02
Speaker 1: then expecting anyone to have any sympathy for you. I mean,
35:05
Speaker 1: besides the Lady Victoria Hervey, I don't know anybody that
35:10
Speaker 1: has sympathy for this clown. All right, so let's jump
35:14
Speaker 1: into this article from The Sun and let's see what
35:17
Speaker 1: they have to say. About who's picking up the tab
35:20
Speaker 1: for Prince Andrew and his stupid ass behavior. Headline, Charles
35:26
Speaker 1: loaned to Andy. Prince Charles bankroll shamed Andrew's $ 7 million
35:30
Speaker 1: pound sex abuse payout to Virginia Roberts. This article was
35:35
Speaker 1: authored by Matt Wilkinson over at The Sun. Prince Charles
35:43
Speaker 1: is to bankroll broke brother Andrew's multi-million dollar sex abuse
35:47
Speaker 1: payout with a loan to save the family honor. Now,
35:50
Speaker 1: can you imagine? Take a minute and think to yourself
35:53
Speaker 1: what you would say to your brother if he showed
35:55
Speaker 1: up after all of this nonsense and he's talking about, hey,
35:59
Speaker 1: can I borrow seven million pounds? I guess it's a
36:02
Speaker 1: little different for normal people, right? We don't have the
36:07
Speaker 1: reputation of the royal family to worry about like Charles does.
36:11
Speaker 1: And I'm guessing, And obviously this is a guess. Charles
36:14
Speaker 1: is saying to himself, I don't need this bullshit. This
36:17
Speaker 1: is the last thing I need. So I guess I'll
36:20
Speaker 1: just pay this, try and make this to go away.
36:22
Speaker 1: So when I take the crown, I can put this
36:25
Speaker 1: behind me and say, hey, look, I did what I
36:26
Speaker 1: had to do. We, you know, punished Andrew, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
36:31
Speaker 1: But the reality of the situation is this is never
36:34
Speaker 1: going to go away. No matter what. This is a
36:36
Speaker 1: stain on the Windsor family. This is a stain on
36:39
Speaker 1: the queen as much as people don't want to admit it.
36:42
Speaker 1: And it is certainly a stain on old Uncle Touchy.
36:47
Speaker 1: And the fact that the crown was silent for so long,
36:50
Speaker 1: the fact that the crown was inactive for so long,
36:53
Speaker 1: people aren't going to forget that. Now, there's some loyalists
36:56
Speaker 1: to the crown, some people who feel like the crown
36:59
Speaker 1: can do no wrong. And those people are hopelessly lost.
37:04
Speaker 1: But all kidding aside, it's such a bad look for
37:08
Speaker 1: them that I don't understand how they think it's going
37:12
Speaker 1: to go away or anyone's going to forget about it.
37:16
Speaker 1: Especially considering that Virginia is probably going to write a
37:20
Speaker 1: book at some point or speak about what happened. I
37:24
Speaker 1: know according to the deal, she can't talk until after
37:26
Speaker 1: the Jubilee, according to reports. But after that, it's game on.
37:35
Speaker 1: The Prince of Wales, 73, is stumping up most of
37:38
Speaker 1: the agreed £ 7 million with the Queen, also chipping in,
37:42
Speaker 1: but no public cash is being used. See, I find
37:45
Speaker 1: that hard to believe. What, was the Queen out there
37:48
Speaker 1: working the night shift at Arby's? Prince Charles, down there
37:53
Speaker 1: by the river, cleaning it out? What do you mean?
37:56
Speaker 1: Where are they getting this money from? Oh, it's from
37:58
Speaker 1: their properties, from their holdings. You mean the properties and
38:02
Speaker 1: the holdings that the British people, the citizens of the
38:06
Speaker 1: UK have granted them. So they are getting the money
38:09
Speaker 1: from public. It's just a roundabout way. Oh, okay. Understood.
38:13
Speaker 1: Let's not act like these are, you know, independently wealthy
38:16
Speaker 1: people who have created something to help society. They're not
38:19
Speaker 1: Elon Musk. You know, they're not any, some, some great innovators.
38:25
Speaker 1: They just happen to be born into the right family.
38:29
Speaker 1: The unemployed Duke of York, 62, now has 10 days
38:33
Speaker 1: to deposit the money so that his accuser, Virginia Roberts,
38:36
Speaker 1: will drop her sex abuse writ. So get that bag ready.
38:40
Speaker 1: Go and drop it off. You and yours. I'm staring
38:42
Speaker 1: at him right now in his stupid English soldier uniform
38:47
Speaker 1: or whatever the hell he's wearing. And god damn, he
38:50
Speaker 1: looks goofy in it. What did you ever do to
38:52
Speaker 1: win all of those medals, bro? What a clown. Maybe
38:55
Speaker 1: I should just dress up like a knight from the
38:58
Speaker 1: 11th century. and wear, you know, all sorts of arms
39:02
Speaker 1: and house colors and run around like a jackass like
39:05
Speaker 1: this dude. Just like Jeffrey Epstein, huh? Nice outfit, bro.
39:12
Speaker 1: He will pay back Charles and Her Majesty 95 when
39:15
Speaker 1: he gets the cash from the 17 million pound sale
39:18
Speaker 1: of his ski shallot in Verbier, Switzerland, which could take
39:21
Speaker 1: two months. So his brother fronted him the dough, obviously,
39:24
Speaker 1: and his mom helped him out. and he'll get it
39:27
Speaker 1: back when it is uh... sale for this shallot is
39:31
Speaker 1: all said and done. Now the question becomes, how was
39:34
Speaker 1: he able to afford that in the first place? Oh,
39:36
Speaker 1: I'm guessing he used public funds, right? You see what's
39:39
Speaker 1: going on here? They'll say one thing, but in reality,
39:41
Speaker 1: if you follow the money, it's obvious where all of
39:44
Speaker 1: this money comes from. So just be real about it.
39:48
Speaker 1: One thing I have learned since we've been covering this
39:51
Speaker 1: case is that the royal family is as far away
39:55
Speaker 1: from real as possible. Sheriff Joe Lombardo. If he fails
39:59
Speaker 1: to repay, Andrew will lose money from the will of
40:01
Speaker 1: the queen who is believed to have funded his legal battle.
40:04
Speaker 1: So it's basically coming out of his future settlement or
40:09
Speaker 1: future money from his mom's purse when she passes on
40:13
Speaker 1: like her will or whatever. So either way, Charles is
40:18
Speaker 1: getting his money back. Imagine that, though. Imagine not having
40:22
Speaker 1: trust in your brother so much that you have to
40:25
Speaker 1: have in writing that if you don't pay me back
40:27
Speaker 1: when mom dies, it comes out of your portion. Yeah,
40:31
Speaker 1: that sounds like a real loving lifestyle, a real loving family.
40:35
Speaker 1: You royals can keep all of that weird shit. The
40:39
Speaker 1: Sun understands that it was Prince Charles who told Andrew
40:42
Speaker 1: to settle last month after lawyers said the Duke would
40:45
Speaker 1: give a witness statement to rape accuser Miss Robert Civilcase
40:49
Speaker 1: in New York. So that definitely rings true. This guy
40:53
Speaker 1: doesn't want to deal with this. We've talked about this
40:55
Speaker 1: a lot. He's going to be king soon. And the
40:58
Speaker 1: last thing he needs is Uncle Touchy, the clown prince,
41:02
Speaker 1: dragging him down, the crown prince. It is not a
41:07
Speaker 1: position he wants to be in. He's not loved by
41:10
Speaker 1: the people the way the queen is. He's not a
41:11
Speaker 1: beloved figure. So when the queen passes on and he
41:17
Speaker 1: takes the throne, there's going to be a lot of
41:19
Speaker 1: animosity from a lot of people, I'm guessing. The people
41:23
Speaker 1: who might have been friendly to the royals because of
41:27
Speaker 1: the queen, a lot of that's going to end. Charles
41:30
Speaker 1: hasn't made a lot of friends as far as it goes. So,
41:34
Speaker 1: you know, the... things that the royal family are used to,
41:40
Speaker 1: they might be winding down. The royals feared a repeat
41:45
Speaker 1: of his heavily criticized Newsnight interview in 2019. Yeah, you think?
41:50
Speaker 1: You think Emily Maitlis gave him the business and busted
41:53
Speaker 1: him up in that interview while throwing him basically softball questions?
41:58
Speaker 1: How do you think a seasoned interrogator would handle it
42:02
Speaker 1: if he was in a room with Andrew, with this
42:04
Speaker 1: dude sitting across from him? Or a video deposition even.
42:08
Speaker 1: We've all seen this guy blunder and buffoon his way around.
42:11
Speaker 1: Zero chance he has any ability to outwit a seasoned
42:16
Speaker 1: prosecutor who is interrogating him. So yeah, Charles is like, look,
42:20
Speaker 1: you've already done enough damage. Here's the 7 million pounds.
42:24
Speaker 1: Go pay off your fine, you dumb asshole. And then
42:27
Speaker 1: kick rocks. Beat it. In it, Andrew told of his
42:31
Speaker 1: dealings with convicted pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, found dead in
42:36
Speaker 1: jail in 2019 while held on sex trafficking charges. So
42:41
Speaker 1: we all know about the interview. We all know how
42:43
Speaker 1: terrible it was. And it was so bad, it wasn't
42:46
Speaker 1: even a car crash. We're talking Hindenburg level of explosions here.
42:54
Speaker 1: He said he had no recollection of ever meeting Ms. Roberts,
42:57
Speaker 1: but was accused of having sex with her three times
43:00
Speaker 1: in 2001 when she was 17. Speaking on the decision
43:04
Speaker 1: to loan Andrew the money, the source said, there were
43:07
Speaker 1: family discussions about how to take a little from here
43:10
Speaker 1: and a little from there. Imagine all these rich people, oh,
43:13
Speaker 1: we'll take a little from here, a little from there.
43:15
Speaker 1: Let's go open up the bank account and pay it
43:17
Speaker 1: out and be done with it already. Once the money
43:20
Speaker 1: from the sale of his house hits the bank account,
43:24
Speaker 1: he can pay back his brother and whoever else has
43:27
Speaker 1: lent him money. But that payment to Virginia has to
43:30
Speaker 1: be paid on time. He can't rely on selling the chalet.
43:34
Speaker 1: Too many things can go wrong and the court won't
43:37
Speaker 1: wait for property queries. Yeah, that sounds about right. Look,
43:41
Speaker 1: the court has an established deadline. Either you pay up
43:44
Speaker 1: or you don't. The court doesn't give a shit one
43:46
Speaker 1: way or the other. So, you know... Old grifter, Griftington
43:50
Speaker 1: over here, had no money on the side, didn't have
43:53
Speaker 1: a rainy day fund. So of course he's going to
43:56
Speaker 1: go to mommy and big brother to try and help
43:59
Speaker 1: him out. And this is why people find all of
44:03
Speaker 1: these folks so disgusting and condemnable. They're just gross people.
44:08
Speaker 1: Every time they get themselves in a jam, they can
44:10
Speaker 1: run to mommy or they can run to their buddy
44:13
Speaker 1: banker to get bailed out. while the rest of us,
44:15
Speaker 1: on the other hand, have to go hat in hand
44:18
Speaker 1: to the bank to try and get a loan or whatever.
44:21
Speaker 1: And then when you get there, you're not even dealing
44:23
Speaker 1: with human beings anymore. You're on the phone dealing with
44:26
Speaker 1: some automated system, punch your numbers in. You're not even
44:29
Speaker 1: a person to these banks, folks. A friend of Andrew added,
44:38
Speaker 1: he has no income or money to repay a bank loan,
44:41
Speaker 1: so the family is the only way to guarantee the payment.
44:44
Speaker 1: Makes sense. We all know that he has no income. Again,
44:48
Speaker 1: squandered his whole life. This dude could have become a
44:50
Speaker 1: scientist or whatever he wanted to be. Instead, he was
44:54
Speaker 1: jet-setting around like a playboy, thought the tap of unlimited
44:58
Speaker 1: dough was always going to be running, and he had
45:00
Speaker 1: no other plans. Just goes to show you what a
45:04
Speaker 1: short-sighted buffoon this guy is. Prince Andrew, who lives with
45:10
Speaker 1: ex-wife Sarah Ferguson at 31 Room Royal Lodge at Windsor,
45:15
Speaker 1: will pay Miss Roberts around 7 million pounds. It includes
45:20
Speaker 1: a sum to her charity for sex trafficking survivors. A
45:24
Speaker 1: spokesman for Prince Andrew, who denies Miss Roberts' claims, did
45:27
Speaker 1: not comment. Nor did spokesmen for Queen and Prince Charles. Yeah,
45:32
Speaker 1: no shit. They want nothing to do with it. They
45:34
Speaker 1: want nothing to do with commenting on this. And the
45:38
Speaker 1: crown and the royal house, it's been the same since
45:41
Speaker 1: the beginning. You would think that they'd come out and
45:44
Speaker 1: they would forcefully condemn all of this. But they haven't. Oh,
45:50
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's dealing with it on his own, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
45:53
Speaker 1: But at the same time, he's going to them and
45:56
Speaker 1: using them as if they were an ATM machine. So...
46:02
Speaker 1: The idea that the royals aren't paying for it or
46:04
Speaker 1: that the people aren't paying for it. I guess if
46:08
Speaker 1: you're looking at it from this obtuse angle, you could
46:11
Speaker 1: say that. But really, where does all of their wealth,
46:14
Speaker 1: meaning the royals, get generated from in the first place?
46:18
Speaker 1: The people. So the people are paying for this, right?
46:25
Speaker 1: Not a great situation for the royal family to be in.
46:29
Speaker 1: And it's certainly not a great situation for Charles, who
46:33
Speaker 1: is getting ready to take the throne. And I would
46:36
Speaker 1: guess that as things move along and things continue to evolve,
46:42
Speaker 1: we'll see less and less of Andrew anywhere. That's probably
46:46
Speaker 1: going to be a stipulation by Charles. Look, dude, we
46:49
Speaker 1: don't want you around. We don't want to see your face.
46:51
Speaker 1: And we certainly don't want to see you trying to
46:53
Speaker 1: pop back up into public life. There's definitely going to
46:56
Speaker 1: be stipulations. He didn't just get this money for nothing.
46:59
Speaker 1: That's not how these royals work. Everybody has a chit
47:02
Speaker 1: to pay, even if it's your family. And that's exactly
47:07
Speaker 1: what we're going to see here, in my opinion. Now
47:10
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is certainly indebted to his brother, and that's
47:13
Speaker 1: certainly not a place he wants to find himself. All right, folks,
47:18
Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this morning's update. More
47:21
Speaker 1: episodes are on the way. and I will be back
