VICTORY! DOJ Drops All Charges Against Doctor Who Defied COVID Tyranny w/ Dr. Kirk Moore · Man in America Podcast

Speaker 1: Welcome to Man in America, a voice of reason in a world gone mad. I'm your host, Seth Hullhouse. So I know on this show that I oftentimes am talking about the diabolical sinister plans of the the elites and their depopulation agendas, whether it's through weather warfare or the plandemic or the cultural Marxism or any of the things that we're up against. I mean, I think if you watch this show, you're probably on the similar page of me in believing that we are at war against Satan and his dark minions, and they want nothing more than to drag us down into the pits of hell. But there are some good things that are happening, and that's what today's show is about.
• 0:57
It's about celebrating one of what I think is the most significant wins that we've experienced in this fight so far. And that is the story of my guest, say, doctor Kirkmore, a courageous doctor that when COVID first came out and, you know, the pandemic started and he saw he saw the writing on the wall, that he, basically was allowing people to come to his clinic, and he saw through the vaccine agenda and knew what what the harm it was gonna be causing people. And so he gave them an option to get a saline shot instead and still have their papers. So if, you know, a parent had a child that was in a school system that required these, you know, treacherous shots, then, he would allow them and give them an option to not have to go through that. And so, everything was working fine until he became the target of the DOJ and the federal agencies.
• 1:49
And they came after him hard. And so for two and a half years, he has been fighting and facing up to thirty five years in prison for doing what I consider to be something extremely heroic and and following his conscience and doing what was right, not what was convenient, not what was gonna give him a big fat paycheck for, you know, pumping kids full of vaccines. He did what was right. And his story recently took a wild twist where Marjorie Taylor Greene, she caught wind of his story. She raised up to Pam Bondi, and we saw a significant shift.
• 2:22
And, basically, the entire case was just dismissed from, the desk of Pam Bondi. And so this is his story. I I interviewed him a couple of weeks ago before he was going to trial and just kinda talking about what this was and saying, hey. Look. We have to try to get more people aware of this.
• 2:38
We need to get more people, sharing the story and and get it you know, shout it from the rooftops. Because if he would've been put away for decades, it would've set a precedent that would have been just absolutely treacherous to the doctors that have stood up against this terrible evil machine. And so this is doctor Kirk's story, doctor Kirk Moore. It's I I I can't wait for you to watch this interview. I I just finished it, and it was one of the most, I'd say, inspiring interviews I've done in quite some time.
• 3:07
And, actually, I just feel I feel elated having talked to him and and hearing his story firsthand. So I hope that you enjoy it. I think that you will. I hope that you can share this, because we have to take these positive examples and focus on them as much as we can and get them out to more people to say, look, there is hope. There is some sense of justice in this world right now, and this is a shining example of it.
• 3:29
Before we jump in, just a reminder that every show that I do is a podcast as well. So if you wanna listen instead of watch, go to your favorite podcast app, like Spotify or Apple Podcasts. Search for Man in America. Subscribe on there. If you leave, reviews, especially on Apple Podcasts, if you if you leave a review on there and leave a comment, it helps us to kinda reach more people through that algorithm.
• 3:47
So I really appreciate that. Again, if you feel, inclined to and if you enjoy the show. Other than that, thank you for being here, and I hope you enjoy this this interview. It's it's a good one. Enjoy.
• 3:58
Doctor Kirk Moore, we did interview, what, like, two weeks ago or so, and I think that your entire world has turned upside down since then. So Well,
• 4:09
Speaker 2: it was upside down then. It's it's right side up now.
• 4:12
Speaker 1: Yeah. So wow. I guess that's all I can say. So for people that maybe this is their first time coming across you, you know, give us just the the quick story about what you were facing, before, and then how you were facing up to 35 in prison. And then then I wanna get into what happened in the past, you know, really week or so and how the whole thing has changed for you.
• 4:36
But I guess, assuming you feel like it's just that quick introduction about, you know, what you got yourself in trouble with, basically.
• 4:44
Speaker 2: Well, I mean, it the bottom line is I was giving COVID cards out to people who didn't want it and writing a code on it showed that they were vaccinated. And I was giving saline shots to kids at their parents' request and with full informed consent. This was all informed consent, so everybody knew what I was doing. At their request so that their kids would not get a COVID shot, which I've determined and they had as well because they were seeking me out. I'm not trying to find them, but we'd all determined that it just wasn't safe, wasn't effective.
• 5:27
I call it dangerous dangerous and ineffective. That that's, you know, instead of the safe and effective, dangerous and ineffective is, you know, if I make a movie about it, that might be one of the titles.
• 5:41
Speaker 1: There you go. So and I'll link to it. So, know, we we did a previous interview, which is on my Rumble channel, so people can can can see that, to kinda get you know, because that was before everything kinda shifted. And so, if I understand basically that you you know, they did somewhat of a sting operation on you. You had the DOJ and other agencies and and law enforcement coming after you, and basically wanting to put you away for up to thirty five years for sub you know, basically, getting these COVID shots and not administering them.
• 6:13
So just because kinda stealing government property that we paid for with our tax money and giving people saline instead of something that is potentially gonna be, you know, giving their kid a stroke or a heart attack, which we've seen, unfortunately, in record numbers or turbo cancers, and they came after you for it. And so heart. Yeah. Man. And so you last I talked, I mean, again, we had our discussion.
• 6:39
You you were literally looking ahead at thinking and thinking you might be spending potentially decades in prison and not seeing your own children get married, have their children. I mean, the like, your whole life was on the line. Right?
• 6:54
Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. So, you know, July 7 was the start of the trial. We had two days of jury selection, and, you know, somewhat contentious at times the way the judge does his jury selection. We sent out a pre questionnaire to everybody.
• 7:11
They sent it back, the ones that kind of met the criteria or again, I don't know if they had a screening process at that point, but there were about 135 names. And so we did about 67, 68, I think on the first day was the way we were planning. We were planning on a two day jury selection. And so we had 68 candidates come in the first day. Then at the end of that, we selected the number that needed to come in for the next day, which was only about 15.
• 7:45
So the magic number for us was 37. And I'll tell you the reason why. So we need 12 on the jury, two alternates, so that's 14. We had a total of 23 peremptory challenges. So there are fact challenges, okay?
• 8:03
And then there are peremptory challenges. And fact challenges mean, hey, this guy comes in and says, there's no way that I can be unbiased. I think Doctor. Moore is a killer. There's nothing that's going to change my mind.
• 8:15
Obviously that guy can't serve on the jury, Okay? And vice versa. You know, this guy here, he saved lives. You know, he's you know, there's no way that I can convict him. So those people, based upon just their either their questionnaire or us questioning them, had to be eliminated.
• 8:32
So we had to get down to the point where we had 37, the 14 plus the 23. So at the end of day one, I think we were at 30. And so we needed seven more candidates. And so we brought in 15 more people. Managed by mid morning to have for mid early afternoon, first session in the afternoon to get there.
• 8:54
And then it was just a boy, it was crazy. We had fifteen minutes to go through all of our notes that we'd written and who we're going to get rid of and who we're not going to get rid of. It was just absolute chaos really. And I think by 05:30 in the afternoon, we had our jury selected. Show up the next morning, trial starts, judge gives his, you know, his instructions, talks to the jury, and our first witness comes in, you know, Wednesday, I don't know, 10:30 ish probably.
• 9:32
So we go until noon. Same witness comes back in the afternoon. I think he was, I mean, the whole thing was, it happened, not, I'm not saying it happened so fast. Obviously, is a continuum and it doesn't change but you know, you just, you're you're so amped up and you're just, you're writing down notes and you're nudging your attorney and you're looking at what they're doing. You're trying to keep track of the jury.
• 9:56
You're watching the judge's reaction. You know, you're doing all kinds of things and anyway, it was just really, you know, super intense. So they brought in, so the prosecution for those three days, so Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, was their case. So they brought in the head of the CDC COVID task force, which is different than the White House COVID task force. So the CDC had its own kind of group of people that were in charge of this whole COVID thing.
• 10:29
And it's a guy by the name of Chris Duggar. And in his direct, you know, he's kinda like, yeah, I left the CDC in April, and it was a great life and everything else. Well, when we got up there and asked him, said, so were you gonna get fired and did you have to take your eight month severance package from the Trump administration? Oh, yeah. That's what I did.
• 10:53
  Speaker 1: So it
• 10:53
Speaker 2: was just it's kinda interesting how when you, you know, when you change the you know, change just the wording of your question how things come out. But it certainly came out that anti vaxxers or people that were against the COVID thing, hate the term anti vaxxer because it's just, know, I find a better term for it, like safe conscious people or something like that, right? But anyway, we were the enemy. And he said it that we were the enemy. On a couple of occasions, he said that the COVID vaccine saved lives.
• 11:28
And, you know, in spite of everything and his knowledge and all of this stuff in, I mean, he's a vaccine guy. He's been all over the world implementing vaccines in Africa and The Middle East and, you know, everywhere else, just kind of like saying that you know he's just performing all these humanitarian duties and making sure that people were safe and you know everything else. And he had a resume that was I want to say 31 pages long. And anyway, going through all that. And then the next guy they bring in is a guy by the name of Gary Disbrow, who is the head of BARDA.
• 12:06
And the funny thing about him is he is the head of BARDA. So BARDA is the biomedical I'll look it up for you if you want that, but it's another one of those acronyms. But he was in charge of essentially the development and the purchase of the Pfizer vaccines, Pfizer COVID, or sorry, all the COVID vaccines through Pfizer, Moderna, you know, and it's really funny how everybody has a little bit of a different understanding of how this all happened. Okay, so Chris Duggar, you know, knew that mRNA was just obviously just the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines and J and J had, you know, an adenovirus vector vaccine. But they both had a different interpretation of how this was done.
• 12:59
And you could see the coaching that had happened prior to this because Gary Disbrow, the guy from BARDA, kept saying that Pfizer was responsible for their own shipment. In other words, they would ship it to the door. Okay, well when you look at the shipping receipts, it was all either UPS or FedEx. Okay, so it's not like Pfizer's got their own delivery company because they were trying to make the argument that they own the product and they bought it from Pfizer and so therefore Pfizer when they delivered it to me, was still government property. And it was just it the way they, you know, the way they were trying to couch this was just, so and then my ex office manager testified, and then my other office employee testified, and that was the end of the case on Friday.
• 13:44
Speaker 1: And so did you did you feel like overall that the odds were stacked against you? Like, did you do you feel like you're walking into a courtroom where it was already almost kind of understood that you were the enemy and and that that you weren't even really gonna have much of a fair trial?
• 14:02
Speaker 2: Oh, there's no doubt. I I was, you know, I was the devil incarnate to the prosecution. They were they were going after me and only me, and we needed to try to prove that. And I thought we had done a good job that week. I mean, there was, yeah, I was, you know, I was the worst thing since sliced bread, you know, for those guys.
• 14:20
It was just kind of like, you know, like I said, devil incarnate, they were looking at me, evil eye every time, never making eye contact outside of the courtroom because you run into people, you know, and they just, yeah, it was, they just had this personal animus to me that was very obvious. They took it out of my son. One of the prosecutors in the elevator kind of like my son said that he was just kind of staring him down, not breaking eye contact with him. So it was really, my, you know, my son felt really awkward. It's just kind of like, why are you looking at me like that?
• 15:02
You know, I didn't have anything to do with this. So Crazy.
• 15:07
Speaker 1: You know, I'm creeping up on 40 now and let me tell you, my body is feeling it. Between chasing my two little girls around, getting climbed on like a jungle gym, and constantly being on dad duty, my back and knees are basically begging for a break by the end of the day. I used to bounce back faster after a workout or a long day outside, but now not so much. That's why I'm excited to share something that's really made a difference for me, Qualia Synolytic. It's a first of its kind formula designed to help your body naturally eliminate senescent cells.
• 15:39
Basically, these are zombie cells that hang around long after they're useful and just clutter things up making you feel stiff, tired, and old. So here's the deal. These zombie cells can seriously drag down your energy, slow your recovery, and make your joints ache. But Qualia Synolytic is packed with nine plant based vegan compounds that are clinically tested to clear out those zombie cells, helping you feel years younger. And the best part is that you only take it two days a month, So literally just twice a month you take it.
• 16:11
So I've been using it for a few months now, and honestly, it's been a game changer. My soreness is way down. My recovery is faster, and I've got more energy to keep up with my little girls. So if you want to experience the science of feeling younger, go to qualialife.com/seth for up to 50% off your purchase and use the promo code seth for an additional 15% off. That's qualialife.com.
• 16:34
That's qualialife.com/seth for an additional 15% off your purchase. And folks, your older self will thank you. And a big thanks today for Qualia for sponsoring my show today. Walk me through so okay. Because I know you had the case is building.
• 16:55
Okay. You know, you're you're actually you're you're in court. You're going through all this information. This is back and forth. You could you can sense and you can tell that there's a very strong bias against you, that, you know, you're an enemy of the state.
• 17:06
You're, you know, the the evil incarnate. This guy that was, you know, put you know, potentially killing kids by not giving them the COVID vaccine, which we now know is killing kids. Right? Right. And so when did things shift?
• 17:22
Like, what what what happened? Like, when did like, what was the the trigger? What was that process of the whole thing is kinda going sideways in the right way?
• 17:32
Speaker 2: Well, so at the end of the day on Friday I mean, every day at the end of the day, we thought we had a good day. K? And at the end of the day on Friday, when we knew we had the weekend, I was planning on being, you know, meeting with my attorneys over the weekend to get prepared for, you know, testimony because it was potentially that I was gonna have to get on the stand. So we're in a short little meeting at the end of Friday and we all were thinking, hey, we had a good week. We were trying so I think I got into this a little bit before.
• 18:00
They really limited us. We had a really narrow highway. We couldn't talk about what led up to me doing this because that wasn't part of it. So I couldn't lead up. I couldn't bring anybody in that was coming to me and saying, Hey, this is the reason why I sought Doctor.
• 18:14
Moore out. And then we couldn't talk about the effects of the vaccine afterwards. Okay, so I couldn't bring anybody in that was vaccine damage that couldn't bring in any experts. So it was a very narrow thing and they were trying to shoehorn my case into a fraud case. And so there's a couple of things.
• 18:30
One, the felony fraud case requires $1,000 in value to a fraud case. So we were trying to prove that they couldn't prove that these vaccines were worth anything. And as time goes on, when they're expired, they're worth nothing. Okay. And when you sell them or trade them or send them over to somebody else, okay, then they're also worth nothing because they're not paying you for it.
• 18:56
Okay. And that's the finances. That's just the the idea of commerce. Okay. And so that was the one thing was we were trying to prove that they didn't even meet the thousand dollar threshold.
• 19:07
And then the other thing is we're trying to prove that it wasn't even their property. So they're trying to say that I destroyed government property. Well, why is it government property when it's sitting in my fridge and it was delivered from a third party McKesson delivery, know, delivery agency who delivers, you know, medications and medical supplies and then is also using another third party shipper, like FedEx and UPS. Okay. So whenever you transfer ownership like that, there's a term for it in commerce where essentially they pass off ownership and liability.
• 19:42
And we got them to say that on the stand that if the truck exploded on its delivery route over to me, was the government responsible for the reimbursing of that product or was the company responsible? And they, you know, they said, hey. The company
• 19:57
Speaker 1: Must have been no. Would have been your fault. If if the truck exploded, you would have to go to jail.
• 20:01
Speaker 2: That's right. That's right. And I'm responsible for all of the other vaccines that were
• 20:05
Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. Of course. Of course. I need a scapegoat.
• 20:08
Speaker 2: Right. And then we, you know, we got them to admit that they actually destroyed 300 plus million doses of vaccine in January '23. 300,000,000. Okay. And so they're coming after me over 2,270 doses of vaccines that they deliver to me, okay?
• 20:24
2,270 doses. So anyway, so at the end of the week, we thought we had a really good case. And on top of that, we got my ex office manager to admit that all of the vaccines were destroyed after their expiration date, which means that by law we were required to destroy them. So I didn't destroy any viable valid non expired vaccine products. So therefore, there wasn't any destruction of government property.
• 20:59
So we had a good week, at least we felt like it. But I had this just, I don't know how you, I mean, how when you're in kind of contentious situations and you're, you know, in a debate or in an argument with somebody, you kind of always review what happened and you're just kind of like, okay, what am I missing? You know, what is, these are smart people on the other side, you know, the lead prosecutors and Harvard graduate, you got to assume that he's, you know, got some brain power and, you know, some intelligence and he obviously does. So I'm sitting there and all night Friday night and, well into 01:00 in the morning, I'm just kind of thinking about it. I'm just, what am I missing here?
• 21:41
I get up at 04:00 in the morning, I'm wide awake, I can't sleep. I knew that I was not gonna meet with my attorneys a little later and I'm still thinking about the same thing. I'm jotting down notes. I'm kind of trying to review things. What did I miss?
• 21:54
Anyway, just that all of that second guessing kind of stuff. And then at 08:30 in the morning, I get a phone call from my attorney and I was like, I'm surprised because I knew that I was supposed to meet her at two to kind of start going over, you know, jury testimony and everything, get me prepared. And she says, Who are you with? And I said, Well, my mom's here. I'm just sitting here talking to her and, and she said, oh, why don't you put your phone on speaker?
• 22:22
  So then I'm thinking
• 22:22
  Speaker 1: strange instruction.
• 22:24
Speaker 2: I know. So we're gonna violate, we're gonna violate attorney client privilege by you asking me to put you on speaker. So either I did something really bad, Gahan's marshals are coming to arrest me or something really good's gonna happen. So I put her on speaker and you know that she said, I just got off the phone with the prosecutors and they are dismissing your case. And I literally, Seth, I literally collapsed to the floor.
• 22:51
I I the the release and the emotion and the relief was just, I'll never forget that feeling. I'll never forget eight thirty five, Saturday morning, July twelfth for the rest of my life. And my mom was crying, I'm crying. We get around to asking her how it happened. She said, when I answered the phone, all three prosecutors were on the phone.
• 23:27
She goes, that's weird. And she said they told me that they were gonna drop the case or dismiss it. And I said, you guys are kidding. Is it April Fools? And they're like, no, we're not happy about it, but this case is getting dismissed.
• 23:39
There's gonna be a press conference or attorney general Pam Bondi herself is gonna announce this here in a couple hours. Wow. So yeah. And so Kathy had not said anything to any of the other attorneys. So my codefendant, Chris, didn't know about it yet.
• 23:59
And and so she had to call her attorney, you know, Ed. And so she got off the phone with me and called Ed. Well, by that time, my mom had gone downstairs and get my son out of bed. And my son managed on his way upstairs, to actually text Chris. So by the time Ed called Chris, Chris already knew about it.
• 24:25
Know, it's a, you know, good news travels fast, guess. So it was bad news, but news travels fast in this day and age. But, so then it was a, came over, you know, hug, you know, obviously. Then her sister owns some restaurants here. So I think it's Costa Vida restaurant.
• 24:45
I would give them a plug. So go to Costa Vida in Utah. You know, they did us a service. Her sister says, okay, I'm gonna bring catering for 100 people. You guys invite all your friends and we'll have a party at your house at 03:00.
• 24:59
And so that's what we did. And we had a press conference at my house. The press was calling Kathy. So we were all kind of semi dressed up. I wanted to wear a t shirt that was, I don't like wearing shirt and tie.
• 25:16
So I had to wear a shirt and tie all week. And so I was going to wear like nothing obnoxious.
• 25:23
Speaker 1: Like a Bud Light t shirt.
• 25:25
Speaker 2: Oh yeah Bud Light or even something like Trump Rocks or something like that. But I was pulled back. I did wear Kathy or Chris went out and got a t shirt and it was just like it was a very patriotic t shirt. So if you watch the press conference, I'm wearing a blue patriotic t shirt and Chris was wearing the same and my fiance was wearing the same. So she got like four t shirts.
• 25:55
Got one for my son, one for her and her husband and one for my fiance. So five of us were wearing, you know, they girls had were in red and the boys were in blue. So, anyway, it was just Gosh.
• 26:07
Speaker 1: Well, so up until the moment you got that phone call, how long had it been? Like, how long was it that you were
• 26:16
Speaker 2: Two and a half years.
• 26:17
Speaker 1: So two and a half years of wondering, am I going to go to prison for upwards of thirty five years, basically? Like, that's what was that's the shadow that was over you for two and a half years. Yeah. Man, I I can't even imagine. I I can't I can't fathom what that would be like.
• 26:41
I I mean, I I get was I got emotional just hearing you tell that that story of, like Yeah. Just that that moment. I mean and you mentioned surreal. And I and I guess well, I guess, what word what word do you even use to describe that?
• 26:58
Speaker 2: I told you. Gotta look it up in a dictionary. I gotta find out. I gotta pull up a thesaurus and find some other some other word, that doesn't leave me speechless and so that I'm not using the same word all the time. I it's, it was an absolutely amazing experience.
• 27:16
And you know, it, you know, the whole the whole course of events that day, I got a I got a phone call from Marjorie Taylor Green herself, personal phone call, because she was the one that started this. We started it with our rally on Monday. The local, you know, So local people here, some of the, you know, kind of people that had supported me this whole time.
• 27:45
Speaker 1: Shannon Joy was there. I saw some know?
• 27:47
  Speaker 2: That was Friday.
• 27:48
  Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
• 27:48
Speaker 2: That was Friday. So the it it was building throughout the week. So we had a we rally on Monday, which was kind of a lot of the local. We had some local politicians, actually the Speaker of the House for the Utah House of Representatives was there speaking on my behalf. Another Carolyn Lisenby.
• 28:09
Think it's no, Lisenby. Anyway, she was there. She was real supportive of me throughout this whole process. And then, you know, we had a showing probably 35, 40 people that were there that were supporting us showing flags, people driving by and honking their horns and, you know, and everything else. They brought, you know, speaker and everybody holding American flags, know, just a real, you know, kind of positive experience.
• 28:35
And then there were you know, a couple of journalists were there, they were taking notes throughout this whole process. Published an article on Wednesday or Thursday that was the Died Suddenly crew and published this great article that went viral. My son's speech on Monday. I don't know if you've seen that. There's two.
• 28:55
He did one on Monday and one on Friday. And it's funny. I'm glad you didn't do this to me because the last couple of interviews that I've had, that's the first thing that they bring up and they make me listen to that speech again, which makes any dad it should make anybody cry. But especially when you look at your 17 year old son saying that not only about the system and how things went, but how he feels about me. And so, you know, so all of that happened.
• 29:24
Marjorie Taylor Greene, I think on Thursday, posted something like, hey, I'm gonna send a letter to AG Bondi. I guess you followed up with a phone call. Thomas Massey did as well. Mike, our senator here out of Utah, Mike Lee followed up. So on Saturday early afternoon, I get a phone call, from Marjorie Taylor Greene herself, thanking me.
• 29:50
I'm like, wait a minute, wait a minute, it's this, I gotta thank you. And we had a really good conversation. She is the most genuine, not most genuine, she's just, she's like your kid's best friend's mom.
• 30:04
Speaker 1: She's not your typical politician. No. To say the least. Right?
• 30:08
Speaker 2: Regular person, very genuine, tells you how she feels, and, you know, doesn't really pull any punches. She's just kinda like, hey that shirt just is not something you should be wearing today. Know what I mean? And it's just and anyway just very genuine and when I met her in person which we'll get to here in a minute, same thing had that feeling that it was just it was something that she hadn't heard about and she was just flabbergasted by it, offended by it. How could we be doing this to, you know, somebody?
• 30:43
And, she took a personal interest in it and made sure that made sure that that call on Saturday morning happened for me in my case. So,
• 30:53

All the links and information are in the description below. As much as it does feel like there's not a lot of justice in our country anymore, I mean, I think that, you know, Trump is trying to bring back, some some justice and and some rule of law, which I think is you know, there's been some positive movement there. It still feels like the average person is just getting screwed by the system. And and so your story, it it gives me hope that there is still some sense of justice and some sense of of right and wrong because
• 33:03
  Speaker 2: And humanity.
• 33:04
Speaker 1: Exactly. Because you I look at you as as a hero. Like, I I really do. Like, I look at you as someone that you sacrificed everything and and and almost paid not the ultimate price of of losing your life, but, you know, I mean, if you spent the next thirty years in prison, like, you're you're getting out probably in your in your seventies or eighties. I mean, it's like it's like that's the rest of your life.
• 33:28
Like, you know what mean? If you're if you're if you're putting away for three and a half decades. And but the fact that you have just stood strong, you've you've kept going, you you haven't fled the country, you haven't, you know, swallowed a gun, you know, any of the things that a lot of weaker people perhaps would have done, you stayed strong, for for your family. And and I think that you are you are a beacon of hope, for, I think, what what can be done. And and I I hope that and this is why I I feel so lucky even to have gotten our first interview together because I saw your case.
• 34:04
One of, you know, one of the bigger, you know, medical doctor accounts had shared it. I think it may be, I forget who it was, but either way, I saw it. I was like, oh my gosh. Like, this is crazy. And I clicked on you.
• 34:13
I was like, oh, you follow me. I was like, okay. Great. That means I can I can direct message you, and you'll probably see it? Right?
• 34:18
And and that was that was it. I was like, okay. I I need to help get your story out there. And so I feel honored just to be in in the presence and have the opportunity to talk to you about this because this is it's incredible what you've what you've gone through. I mean, it really is the hero's journey.
• 34:34
Right? It's like you went into, like, the place where you were, like, locked up in the dragon's lair getting ready to be eaten by the fire breathing dragon, and everything changed. It's it's you're you're such an inspiration.
• 34:48
Speaker 2: Oh, Seth, know, you make me emotional. You bring tears to my eyes. Thank you very much. That's, I really appreciate it. People call me courageous.
• 34:59
You know, people call me hero. People Look, I appreciate it. Thank you. I'm not, you know, but I just did this because it was the right thing to do. Know, that's the interview that I had on the stage when Matt Scow, or not on the stage, but I mean on courthouse steps right next to the platform and the stage that they had.
• 35:21
And it was just kind of like, he asked me, you know, why did you do this? What was it? And I, you know, look, I didn't do it for courage. Didn't do it for accolades. I didn't do it for, you know, recognition.
• 35:34
All of this here now, I'm more exhausted now than I was two weeks ago, okay. I mean, in a good way, in a sense, but, you know, it wasn't courage, it was just it was the right thing to do, okay. I had done my research, my patients that came to me had done their research, and I was providing a service that we agreed on, okay? That's it. And some people will say falsifying medical records, you know, is a crime.
• 36:09
Well, hiding all of the medical evidence of the disease and damage that these vaccines do is a crime.
• 36:18
Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, hiding a slave in the South during pre civil war was a crime. Right?
• 36:25
Speaker 2: Right. And people compare me to, gosh, I don't know, Oskar Schindler comes out on top of my hiding Jews in Nazi Germany. You brought up hiding slaves in the South. I get it. I'm doing something that nobody else not nobody there's other people out there don't get me wrong they just they didn't get caught.
• 36:54
And you know but one do what's right Make sure you know do your studying. I didn't know anything about virology. I didn't know anything about coronaviruses. I'm a smart guy, you know, I can read. I have a baseline foundation as a physician.
• 37:12
Okay, done the microbiology, I've done the biochemistry, I've done all of those baseline things, human physiology, I get it, okay. But in 2020, I had to go back and review all that stuff and I had to learn and study and read articles and listen to people's opinions about things and just relearn a lot of things. It's not that hard. And obviously my patients had done it on their own because they're coming to me. I'm not advertising come get your fake COVID vaccine, okay, on my front doorstep or on my internet access.
• 37:49
I'm not sending out emails or text messages. Hey, you want to be, you know, you want to get this? I'm not doing that. These people are finding me. And at the end of the day, in the '2, when we were starting to wind things down, I was still doing 45 to 60 vaccines a week, let's call them vaccines a week, patients a week, when there were other clinics that were doing one to two.
• 38:16
Okay? So that should tell you that the fear that these people had over what was happening and what they'd been, what they'd endured, and what was still happening in our country was driving these people to seek alternative, you know, and and seek options and get out of the mandate because there were still companies and schools and everybody that were mandating these. You can't work for us. You can't travel. You can't come into this country.
• 38:45
You know, you can't go to school. You can't go to college. And so there was still a lot of fear and a lot of pressure and a lot of peer pressure from, you know, kids and other, you know, is broken up families. You can't come to a family event unless you're vaccinated. Know?
• 39:08
And it's just the amount of dispassionate loss of humanity was amazing to me in this
• 39:19
Speaker 1: It was. It was. And so how did this okay. So Marjorie Taylor Greene, she started speaking about it. How did this then get in front of Pam Bondi?
• 39:30
Was it a letter that that MPG wrote that that kinda got on the desk of Pam Bondi? I mean because I know that when I had talked to you, after Pam, you know, was kind of put, you know, as the AG, you had tried to kind of appeal the case, but it didn't work. And so it was still you know, you were still basically, you know, kind of at the target of the DOJ at that stage. So where did things shift at that level? And and is it was it her?
• 39:56
Was it was she the single person that saw this case and said, this is ridiculous. I'm throwing it out? Like, what was that process?
• 40:03
Speaker 2: I think, again, I don't know the answer to that. Okay. The direct answer, but I my perception is is that Marjorie Taylor Greene raised the flag and said, hey. AG Bondi, look at this case. This isn't right.
• 40:16
We can't continue to do this. Thomas Massey further doing that. Senator Mike Lee doing it. I guess Senator Mike Lee and AG Bondi know each other. They, you know, they they have a a nice relationship from what I understand.
• 40:30
So I think the combination of those things really brought it to the fore and, you know, allowed AG Bondi to look at, you know, look at the case. I believe she directed her office to go right downstairs one floor to the weaponization work group crew and pull the file and bring it up to her. So my understanding is that's what happened. They brought it up to her. She reviewed it.
• 40:53
And after a review of that process, she decided to dismiss the case. She credits Marjorie Taylor Greene. I got a phone call on Monday from Catherine in the, you know, in the DOJ's office saying that Attorney General Bondi wants to meet me. And again, a little speechless. I'm like, again, surreal.
• 41:20
Okay. Three days ago, I'm sitting in court with her DOJ accusing me of, you know Crimes against humanity. Crimes against humanity and a criminal. The prosecutors were claiming that I was hiding behind my employees and that I was, you know, using them as, you know, human shields against this whole process, which is just a total lie. And anyway, so I'm like, okay, when?
• 41:52
And she said, well, how about Wednesday? So this is Monday, I don't know, midday. And I'm like, okay. And then I said, hey, I'm broke. I have no money.
• 42:05
I can't buy a ticket, especially short notice. It's gonna cost me, you know, at least a thousand dollars to get there. I don't have a place to stay. You know, what are you gonna do? Oh, you know, let me get a hold of this, you know, this this nonprofit, you know, company and I don't know if it's a nonprofit actually.
• 42:24
It's it's called the America America First Policy Institute, AFPI. And and they they footed the bill. They they brought my fiance and myself out there. They put us up in a hotel right next door to their headquarters. They paid for my meals.
• 42:39
They made arrangements for me to meet with Attorney General Bondi and gave us rides all over Washington, D. C, brought us you know brought us back we went to lunch and then we went and met. I'll show you another picture. They took me to meet Jim Jordan in his office and yeah. So that's my favorite tie.
• 43:01
That's the tie that I first wore on my first day in court.
• 43:04
Speaker 1: That's the first thing I saw in that picture was your tie. What an awesome So,
• 43:11
Speaker 2: I I like ties that don't repeat the pattern. So I you know, just so
• 43:18
Speaker 1: much Which I guess you're a doctor that doesn't repeat the pattern. The pattern was every doctor is just shooting people up with these things and, you know, getting bonuses and everything, but you're the guy that was you were the the kind of physical manifestation of this tie in the medical world, which is just great. I love it.
• 43:34
Speaker 2: I'll tell you I'll tell you what, you know, what my feeling was. Both Marjorie Taylor Greene and Mike Lee, I think you can see it from their smiles. I think there was a there was just a genuine human connection, okay, between all of us. And I met Margie Teller Green in the foyer area before we went in to meet Attorney General Bondi in her office. And you know, comes over and shakes my hand.
• 44:07
I go, ah, that's not good enough. And we gave each other a hug. It was just that's just who I am. Okay. I I, you know, you you essentially saved my life.
• 44:19
And that's and a general general Bondi said that said that this started with her. And when they were scheduling the meeting, they had to make sure that MTG was going to be there. And I asked them to have Mike Lee there because he's my senator and I know that he spoke out for me. So anyway, so I, you know, so I just, I gave her a hug. I walked into the office, same thing, you know, General Bondi comes over to me, introduces herself and I just looked at her and I said, can I give you a hug?
• 44:48
And I, in a sense, didn't feel bad about asking her, but I, you know, I was a little bit awkward in the sense. I knew I wanted to. I knew I had to. And the I don't know. It's just kind of a release, meaning it was it set the tone for the whole meeting because it was genuine.
• 45:07
She gave me a hug and, you know, squeezed. It wasn't just like here. Let me pat you on the back kind of thing. And it was a genuine human touch hug. And I it's and so, like I said, it set the tone for the rest of the meeting.
• 45:22
I I literally started crying. And, you know, and Elena, my fiance, kinda had to take over a little bit. I told him that it was gonna happen. And I looked over to Elena and I said, I told you, I promised you I wasn't going to do this. And she said, I know you promised me, but I knew you weren't going to be able to live up to that.
• 45:41
So, yeah, I mean, so the emotion was genuine. It was really a kind of a human compassion story and I just felt it all around. Mike Lee told me a story about him and getting sick and how he went through all this and really struggled and I think it was early twenty one. It it was just it was short. It wasn't, you know, two hours long.
• 46:08
It was probably fifteen, twenty minutes. I don't know. It was just kinda like all of a sudden it's over.
• 46:14
Speaker 1: Man. So so what what's what's next for you? Are are you just I I see, you know, you've got your your uniform back on. You you've gotta
• 46:23
Speaker 2: All my scrubs. Yeah.
• 46:24
  Speaker 1: Mean
• 46:24
Speaker 2: Yeah. I'm working today. Yeah. So I again, not to necessarily take advantage of the celebrity status or whatever status you wanna call this, the platform that I have. My thing is I got to get these COVID shots off the market.
• 46:47
They're killing people. And people that say they can't see it are just they're just lying to you. There were seven hundred deaths reported to VAERS in the month of January alone, nineteen thousand adverse events in that month alone. And we just we you know something has to be done and for them to not see this and continue to add and approve more mRNA products when they're using the worldwide human population as guinea pigs, Whether you believe people like Vladimir Zelenko who said that this was a bioweapon, whether you believe people like Michael Yeden who thinks it's a depopulation agenda and they're doing this on purpose, there's just something wrong that's going on in our society right now. I think Nick Holcher and Peter McCullough published an article on life expectancy that came out Wednesday, Tuesday or Wednesday, just a couple of days ago, that showed that the loss of that based on their calculations and looking at mortality, there is a thirty year loss, thirty years, okay, loss in life expectancy in The United States.
• 48:08
So somebody born today that gets two or more COVID shots is gonna live thirty years less than the average of seventy eight or 70 nine years. A 30 year old right now with two shots cannot expect to live past the age of 55.
• 48:25
Speaker 1: That's insane. Mean, even in in in my immediate family, I'm talking, you know, siblings, stepsiblings, cousins, uncles, we I've seen insane levels of cancer, you know, you know, like, you know, early forties, you know, double mastectomy cancer. You know, know, kind of the females, you know, having major, major reproductive issues now, you know, like like bleeding all month, Multiple, multiple heart attacks, you know, of, like, healthy people. You know, there's been deaths, you know, kind of multiple deaths. I mean, it's it's like, if you take a step back and look at it objectively, and it's like, okay.
• 49:03
How many deaths or serious kind of diseases and injuries happened to people that I knew 55, say, ten years ago? Maybe it was one or two. Now it's, like, fifteen. I mean, it it's, like, it's astounding. I was just talking to my mom recently.
• 49:18
Like, she was looking just her kind of immediate circle. I think she counted 17 people in her immediate circle of, like, friends and kinda closer coworkers that had either died, had have turbo cancer now, or, like, very, very bad neurological diseases, wheelchair bound seizures. I mean, it is it's it's wreaking havoc on our society. And I I I mean, yeah, the fact that these things are still on the market, even if they're not, say, recommended for, you know, say, children, it's like, oh, great. Okay.
• 49:48
Right? That okay. Well, I guess that's a place to start, but, like, this thing is just wreaking havoc on the human population. Not not to mention, what what's our population number, you know, ten years ago or ten years or twenty years from now? Like, we're we're already seeing population collapse just from societal and cultural changes, people not having kids anymore, etcetera.
• 50:08
Like, what's this gonna be doing to fertility? I mean, it's it's yeah. It's it's untold how much damage this this the operation warp speed is causing to the entire world.
• 50:20
Speaker 2: Right. I you're absolutely right. And, and so that is my, that's my next step is to do whatever it is that I can to try to get these shots off the market and just stop the shots. I think all shots need to be stopped but the ones that are killing people here in very short order you know, are these COVID shots, these mRNA COVID shots.
• 50:49
Speaker 1: It's undeniable. What can people do to support you? Because I imagine that your entire life has been on halt for the past couple of years. Your practice, everything. I can imagine what where you're at in terms of, you know, lawyer fees and everything.
• 51:04
You mentioned not even able to buy a plane ticket, which is just crazy for me that a successful surgeon, you know, that you run a practice couldn't even buy a plane ticket. So for people that have been following your story, how can we help you? How how can we stand behind you even more?
• 51:19
Speaker 2: Well, when this first happened, my girlfriend at time, fiance now, and my mom set up a gifts and go. So it's gifts and go slash fight for more. You see that four hundred and ninety five thousand that happened here just in this last week.
• 51:33
Speaker 1: Really? Good for you.
• 51:36
Speaker 2: We Jeff were at about 140,000 over the past two and a half years and Jeff Childers put out what he calls a multiplier on his substack account. And I just call him out, best thing ever to happen to me so far. That puts me close to halfway back from my just my legal fees. So I'm in the $780 range in terms of legal fees. I've lost two thirds of my business because you just don't have the mental, you don't have the mental bandwidth and everything to be able to handle all of it.
• 52:14
I put a lot of it off to, you know, my fiance, my office staff, you know, to, you know, try to do all that because I'm just, you know, I'm distracted with, you know, the federal government, you know, the Goliath coming after you. And just I'm not lonely, you're right. I'm not a single guy. I mean, Chris had to fight it too, but, you know, I mean, she wasn't the target. I was the target.
• 52:39
She and I got caught, quote, unquote, talking about the case when we weren't supposed to. We both got sent to jail. She got sent to jail for two days. I got sent to jail for twenty two days. So that'll just give you the, you know, the level of discrepancy in terms of how they they were targeting me.
• 52:55
They wanted me they wanted to show the world this is what the federal tells you to do. If you don't do what we tell you to do, this is what's gonna happen to them. So I'm, you know, like like you started gives us hope for our justice system. It it's I'm hoping that that's the case. Okay?
• 53:15
I think there's a lot of injustice. I think our justice system is not built for the truth. I think it's built it's an adversarial process, which unfortunately has to be, but it's built to win. One side's looking to win, the other well, one side's looking to not lose. Okay?
• 53:35
So the defendant side just needs to not lose. But the prosecution side, that's all they're looking for. Most of these people are looking for it as a notch in the belt, as step up in the process. Hey, if I win this really big nationally recognized case, my name's going to get out there and then I can use that as a stepping stone to run for some political office somewhere. That's the way I think the system is working right now.
• 54:01
And unfortunately, it's not about the truth. The fact that they limited me to what it is that I mean, shoehorned me into a fraud case when that really wasn't what we did. Who's you know, fraud has to have a victim. Who's the victim? You know, the federal government can't really be the victim.
• 54:18
Federal government's supposed to be looking out for people like you and me.
• 54:21
Speaker 1: You might have heard Fauci's feelings. So there's certainly, certainly something that Okay.
• 54:26
Speaker 2: So he's the victim? But I mean, that's the truth, right? I mean, there has to be a victim in fraud, okay? And the federal government can't claim to be the victim. They've wasted, if you want to say, even if it was a dollar a dose, they wasted $300,000,000 of, you know, government our tax money by subsidizing, you know, these large big harm companies.
• 54:50
Okay? And, you know, so they're coming after me over $28,000 worth of product and spending millions of dollars in the prosecution. They fly to experts cross country. They bring them over, put them up in a hotel. You know, they probably spent, you know, $1,015,000 dollars just, you know, just in those two, just bringing those people in for the two days that they were here.
• 55:14
It was just the system just needs to be, I don't know that tweaked. Mean, it's just our constitutional right is when things aren't going right, we have the right to abolish our government and start over again.
• 55:26
Speaker 1: I I'd say that we're we're unfortunately well past that point. Like, we're living under
• 55:33
Speaker 2: But, Seth, how do we do that?
• 55:35
Speaker 1: That's the that's the million dollar question.
• 55:36
Speaker 2: It's written into our constitution.
• 55:38
Speaker 1: You have to throw off, you know, the the tyrannical government, but it's like
• 55:43
Speaker 2: How do we do it? Yeah. And how do we do it without, you know, without hurting other people? Yeah. I don't want anybody to
• 55:49
Speaker 1: hurt people. My my sense and this is a whole different kind of direction of of thought, but just I I actually feel like it will do it on itself. It it will do it to itself. I think that the system will collapse in in some way, under the weight of its own evil. And then we have to just rebuild something new.
• 56:07
Because I think that it's it's it's so far gone. Like, it's it's, but that's just yeah. I guess that's a whole different, whole different storyline there. We'll get
• 56:16
Speaker 2: back on. Get me have me back and we can talk about that.
• 56:19
Speaker 1: Yeah, there we go. Anyway,
• 56:24
Speaker 2: so you know anybody wants to help us out you know that way I really appreciate it. We would really appreciate it. We're you know, trying to continue this process. We've lied to for decades and we just, you know, so first step is to get the COVID shots off the market. Next step is to figure out how to get vaccines off the market.
• 56:51
And then I'll figure out what we have to do after, you know, after we succeed in that route. So I've already beat the federal government once. Right? Maybe I'd go after him some
• 56:59
Speaker 1: Maybe so. You you are an inspiration. You are the you're the the David with the little slingshot, little rock in the sling, swinging I didn't
• 57:06
Speaker 2: beat anybody. I I didn't beat anybody. I I was just being facetious. So anybody who's out there thinking that that's what I said, that's not a sound bite for you guys to use.
• 57:13
Speaker 1: So This this whole conversation is just all hypothetical. There's nothing legally binding in this. So No. Well, doctor Moore, I appreciate everything that you've done. I I again, I'm I'm so honored to even have you on the show.
• 57:27
I thank you for coming on and to tell your story. I encourage people to support you. And if people you know, look. Everyone's you know, I remember a lot of people are stressed, you know, financially right now because of inflation and everything. So if they can't donate, share this content.
• 57:41
It's free. Right? Get this to more people. We have to get the story to more people, because that's the key is that I think that what we have to do is we have to use this story to cement the lesson that we must be just and fear not. And even if we go up against the federal government, if the federal government is wrong and we are right, that there still can be justice.
• 58:01
And that's the and that's the example that I take from this. Right.
• 58:05
Speaker 2: Stand for what's right, stand for your principles, and be willing to just stand there and and kinda beat off the people that are trying to get you to change your mind or whatever. Know, two and a half years, well five years now, okay? Mean, we're 2020, five and a half years of me fighting against the government narrative of COVID and this viral illness and vaccines and mandates and mask mandates and vaccine mandates and shutting down, picking winners, picking losers and just changing the way of changing our life and changing everybody's lives. Not letting you, you know, go to church, shutting down churches, no prayer, you know, no congregations,
• 58:46
Speaker 1: no getting Strip clubs are open, though. Don't worry. You you can still go gamble or you can go to the strip club.
• 58:51
Speaker 2: Right. Right. And liquor stores are open and yeah and you can you know you can walk into a Walmart as long as you're wearing a mask but you can't go down to you know to your local grocery store you know the local Asian market that you like to to go get you know some of your specialty foods that you like. Yeah it's what happened to us was a travesty, tragedy and depending on what you think you know some people think it was purposeful. The more you go down that rabbit hole the more you think there was a you know nefarious ulterior motive there.
• 59:22
  Speaker 1: Yeah. Anyway,
• 59:24
Speaker 2: I'll leave it at that.
• 59:25
Speaker 1: This is a good place to good place to conclude. I'll make sure the link, for your, gifts and go is in the description. I encourage people to go there and share this content. And again, thank you so much for for I know you've probably got a lot of requests for interviews right now. Thank you for, you know, giving me some level of priority, I can I can speak to you?
• 59:42
I really appreciate it. Thank you for what you're doing. And and I feel I feel lucky to have gotten to know you in this process. And and I feel, you know, kind of like a a brother ship or a brotherhood. Right?
• 59:52
That, that I I feel honored to kind of, you know, be be next Yeah. To you in this
