- 0:57function is kinda like running an engine without oil. It's not gonna work very well. It's also brought to you by snapfat.com.
- 1:05That is snap,phat,.com.
- 1:09It's also brought to you by the Prife International

- 1:17Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 2:12Unknown: Alvin. Alvin. Alvin. So
- 2:16would the gathered group before us, we'd all like to do that, and we,
- 2:21will attempt
- 2:22to assert a little more pressure here today.
- 2:26The Friday edition of the Radio Ranch where we look for people that want
- 2:30relief from, satanic Jewish slavery.
- 2:34We take a little bit of a break here because on Fridays, we have mister Brent Winthers, a gentleman
- 2:40extraordinaire,
- 2:41joins us,
- 2:43which I guess he's gonna do in just a second. He hadn't yet, but he he loves to be just fashionably late.
- 2:50He's probably out hunting a Wi Fi spot somewhere.
- 2:55It's the nineteenth.
- 2:57Yeah. That's what he's generally doing.
- 2:59It's the June
- 3:0119.
- 3:02Unknown: June 10.
- 3:04Unknown: Juneteenth?
- 3:05Oh, is it today?
- 3:07Unknown: Yeah. Juneteenth is is today? Oh my god.
- 3:11It's it's a legal holiday.
- 3:13My bank is closed.
- 3:15So is the post office.
- 3:17Unknown: Oh, I hate these people. I just hate these people.
- 3:20Have a good way to that. Have done away with that. Weird day. Does that mean I can go back to bed?
- 3:25Unknown: No.
- 3:26Unknown: Can I take nineteenth off?
- 3:28Unknown: No. We don't we don't get days off, Raj. You gotta work, you idiot.
- 3:33Unknown: Okay. Well We don't get days off. Well, I'm sorry. I'm I I refuse to recognize the teeth as a freaking federal holiday.
- 3:42Unknown: Well, that's why it's June
- 3:44tenth,
- 3:45nineteenth.
- 3:46Juneteenth.
- 3:47And, you know, I mean, I wonder what I
- 3:51wonder what MIT grad figured that out.
- 3:54Unknown: I don't know, but it makes me wanna go to the little round
- 3:58receptacle and puke.
- 4:00Unknown: Yeah.
- 4:01I mean, you know, they they they combine all the we used to have Washington and Lincoln,
- 4:06Unknown: and they combined all them into one president's day, so there's no specific individual.
- 4:12So do you know the only two days in the calendar that represent somebody?
- 4:20Unknown: Columbus Day.
- 4:22Unknown: Little evil bastard. I'm I'm talking about I'm talking about real you know, big holidays like Christmas
- 4:28for Christ.
- 4:31And Martin Luther King Day for Martin Luther King. So they elevated Martin Luther King up around Christ. Pardon me?
- 4:39Unknown: Martin Lucifer.
- 4:42Unknown: Yeah. But then That's what I said. Then there's also Columbus Day.
- 4:47Unknown: Okay. I guess so. I guess Chris Do they Chris, baby. Do do they close close everything for Chris, the Duke Columbus? He he was he was Jewish.
- 4:58Most of the crew on the Nina, Penta, and Santa Maria,
- 5:02they were all Jewish. And guess what day they left Spain?
- 5:07Unknown: Oh, Juneteenth?
- 5:12Unknown: They left Spain on the last day that they were declared to be before they were declared to be enemies
- 5:19when they kicked all the Jews out of Spain. That's the day they left Spain.
- 5:23Right? Mhmm.
- 5:25So, anyway, well, it it that's what it is. It's changed. What it is, what it is, you can make it what you want it to be. I don't want it to be anything but June 19,
- 5:35and I'm hoping that's the way the rest of the day carries through.
- 5:38So we're still awaiting mister,
- 5:41mister, mister vestibule of incredible amounts of knowledge,
- 5:45and he hadn't showed up yet. That's kinda unusual. Usually, he's fashionably late. Today is gonna be more than fashionably late. Holiday.
- 5:54Oh, I doubt that, Dave. I
- 5:59don't think so, Tim. And if if he were here, he'd reach through Zoom and slap you.
- 6:08Okay. Something else. Alright. Now I just found out this morning. This is another backlash. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Before we do gotta do things. Hold it. I gotta do things. Before
- 6:17Unknown: we do that, the website is the matrixdocs.com.
- 6:21The matrix,docs,.com,
- 6:24and free conference call links are right there. So you can either dial in by phone, smartphone, tele
- 6:31tablet,
- 6:32computer.
- 6:34It's all right there. All the links for FCC. You can even join via browser. You don't even have to download an app. You could. You could do it.
- 6:43Unknown: Can. Will you? Where are you is the question, and we hope you're here on the tenth.
- 6:49Teenth. Probably
- 6:51probably,
- 6:53Brent got so disgusted with it. He thought it was the eighteenth and we're a Thursday.
- 6:58Ugh.
- 6:59Unknown: Don't know that. Well, I'm just glad it's not the fifteenth.
- 7:03Unknown: Speculation.
- 7:04Yeah. We've had that.
- 7:06So there's another event happening I just found out about. This is the
- 7:10this is more, whatever.
- 7:12I wish mister Jones and his, cadre of Blakely or whatever they're called out there,
- 7:18around Hot Springs,
- 7:21Arkansas.
- 7:22I sure wish they'd get their act together and get a morning show. K?
- 7:26Because here I am. I've been prepped for all week on this
- 7:31big sum up signing ceremony today.
- 7:34And I was filling in time, getting ready to the show, watching judge Napalatano
- 7:39or one of his surrogates that are interview somebody,
- 7:42and lo and behold, the Iranians aren't going to the signing ceremony. I just found out this morning.
- 7:48Unknown: Mhmm.
- 7:49Unknown: And, I'm sure you can't even fathom a reason why,
- 7:54Paul. Kitty might. Paul the kitty. See what the kitty says.
- 7:59Unknown: Kitty's just camped out on the
- 8:02Unknown: seat next to me. Kitty says if the kitty says Israel,
- 8:06the kitty is correct.
- 8:08Okay?
- 8:09Now, yes, last night, I heard that
- 8:13that they had changed the venue venue from
- 8:18where it was gonna be in Switzerland to another place in Switzerland. The reason for that is because they picked up intelligence
- 8:25that Israel was going to try and shoot down the delegation.
- 8:30Unknown: Okay.
- 8:33Unknown: And now this morning, evidently, they have pulled out and said that the reason is because
- 8:40per whatever the memorandum of understanding with paragraph whatever,
- 8:45they're firing on Lebanon and that that destroys the treaty.
- 8:49We don't know where it's going, but we can sure see where the fly in the ointment is.
- 8:55And,
- 8:57and I was just gonna any of you that are still hanging on to this Trump is being blackmailed,
- 9:03I think you might wanna reconsider that in light of some of the facts that are coming out surrounding this treaty deal.
- 9:11He's if they had anything on mister Trump, they would've used it up to now on this. This is a very serious deal with them.
- 9:19And the the cadre the cadre of all your known Zionists are lying and up and all
- 9:27the Jewish billionaires, and they're gonna try and focus on Trump to get him back into this and fight in Iran, which is what they want. He don't wanna fight Iran anymore.
- 9:37Evidently,
- 9:37he's come to conclusion
- 9:39somehow
- 9:40Unknown: somebody's got a mic open. Yeah. No. It's it's just me promoting people.
- 9:46Unknown: I see.
- 9:47That
- 9:50no. I forgot my line of thought. Anyway, it's, it's an interesting mess, and you know that would get right up to this point
- 9:57and that they would, throw a fly in the ointment. It's very ugly. I love what Trump is standing up finally and saying you don't have to
- 10:07knock down a hole off a a whole building,
- 10:10you know, multistory building to get one guy.
- 10:14It's just Right. No. That's excessive.
- 10:16That's that's a big step for mister Trump to come out and say that publicly, I would think.
- 10:21But for any of you that did harbor these I wonder if some of it would
- 10:27with you wouldn't dreams because I think some of you want him to be caught dead with some 12 year old girl. K?
- 10:34And you're not I think you're gonna be severely disappointed.
- 10:37Alright?
- 10:39If they had anything on him, they used it right in this situation. You could bet on it, and they wouldn't had to go back to invade Southern Lebanon,
- 10:46which is what they've done to scuttle the whole thing now.
- 10:50So, that's what we're fainting is we're fainting, we're fighting we're fighting them damn Jews as usual. Who was Rogerine? Lisa.
- 11:00Unknown: Lisa.
- 11:01Hey, Lisa. With that. And I don't, you know, I don't want him to per se whatever, you know. Even the last time he was in there, my feeling still was.
- 11:13But that time he did some things that seemed to be kind of promising for our country,
- 11:18I just had a hard time believing
- 11:20he got in there with how long this system has been so controlled.
- 11:25And my thing with this, them not having anything on him, when they wanna go after people,
- 11:32they make up stuff to get them out of the way or they just take them out. You know? They they do that. Well, that's just quite
- 11:41Unknown: one of least least
- 11:42less people like Doug Doug McGregor saying his assassination's
- 11:46back in play.
- 11:47All these things are back in play. That doesn't play well for the people that thought mister Trump was being blackmailed.
- 11:55Because it's pretty obvious if they're blackmailing him, they'd be doing it right now. They'd be turning the screws right now, and they're not. K? Yeah. But I But I They're fighting Oh, hold on. They're fighting back. They're trying to mobilize their forces,
- 12:08and,
- 12:10and he's moving ahead and saying we're not doing this anymore, and shame on you for what you've been doing.
- 12:15Okay? Yeah. So that's the way I see it. I'm sure there's other people who have different views.
- 12:20Unknown: But Lisa's point is if they wanted to get him at all,
- 12:26Unknown: they could make something up and make his decision. Working This is shit. I'm sure they're working on that right now, Paul. Well,
- 12:33Unknown: if they wanted to get in before,
- 12:36they would have made stuff up. He made all kinds of changes that were good for the country before,
- 12:42and I just not part of the globalist plan.
- 12:45So nice. I gotta go back to my original thought. If they wanted him to look like a hero in his first term, they would have left him alone and let him do things that would have pissed off the globalists
- 12:59unless they had an ultimate plan that the second time he he gets in is when he turns the screws, which appears
- 13:07up to this point, you know,
- 13:12barring Iran and that stuff,
- 13:15it appears up to this point that he is kind of turning the screws to the country.
- 13:20Know, it's just but we've got all those naysayers out there that are saying, oh, no. He's a good guy. He's a white hat. And
- 13:29Unknown: I I it's I don't I don't buy it. Well, he is doing good things for the country. He's pulling us away, and he's separating us from Israel. Hold on a second, Lisa. He's pulling us away. He's taking a memorandum of understanding,
- 13:44which is not like a peace treaty. It's a memorandum of understanding. They've got days to discuss these things in the future and try and hammer out some of these things.
- 13:53But,
- 13:54but it's it's stated right in there about Lebanon, right in one of the first two paragraphs,
- 14:00and the the the Israelis are gonna go ahead and try and sabotage it. I believe he is doing things for the country to expose Israel,
- 14:07to recognize
- 14:08that they've been influencing him on this disastrous series of decisions
- 14:12and correcting it. And in such a way that the memorandum of understanding lays it out or it's more or less a victory for the Iranians.
- 14:23Mhmm. So I I think he is doing things for the country. My point on the whole discussion
- 14:29was if Israel had goodies on him like some of you continue
- 14:34to insist this all went on, they would've used it right now.
- 14:38Right now.
- 14:41Yes, Lisa.
- 14:45Unknown: In my opinion, how this is all being played
- 14:48is exactly how controlled opposition would be played in my opinion.
- 14:53Unknown: Okay.
- 14:54Well, we'll we'll all wait and see. We I don't know that we've ever been in a condition in a position like this where this line of demarcation is pretty clear cut right now.
- 15:04Are are you gonna do things where we can get back in a war with Iran, which is what all the Israelis and the globalists want? Are we gonna try and separate ourselves from that, which is what I think everybody else in the world would like? We'll see.
- 15:19But I thought we're gonna have that memo, signed today. It's already been signed electronically,
- 15:24but it was supposed to be signed in person.
- 15:28Much to my knowledge, it ain't gonna be. I don't know. You you can go point your finger who the culprit is for that, and they're gonna do it at every turn. Every time there's something close to come into an agreement that that isn't totally in what they want, they're gonna screw it up and sabotage it. That's who they are.
- 15:47You know? But what what what did Maurice Samuel say hundred years ago in his paperback book, oh oh, you Gentiles.
- 15:56He said, we Jews, we're the destroyers.
- 16:00But what did Hilaria Balak say, the famous Catholic author,
- 16:05hundred years ago in his book, the Jews?
- 16:08The Jewish problem's the biggest problem in the world today. Where are we a hundred years later? The Jewish problem is the, by far, the biggest problem in the world today.
- 16:17Hadn't changed.
- 16:20Unknown: Got worse. I feel a lot better about the whole situation too if Trump wouldn't have Kushner out there representing.
- 16:26Unknown: Man, he needs to get that joker out of here. They told us that creep would not be involved in the administration,
- 16:33and what they're doing is subcontracting
- 16:35him as a subcontractor
- 16:36on the side. They're not giving him a government position where he's got protocols
- 16:41and parameters he's gotta rely in. He puts him in on
- 16:45the outside of that so they got no restrictions to go do
- 16:49cut whatever hell multibillion
- 16:52dollar
- 16:53whatever deal they're cutting all over the world. It's it's ridiculous.
- 16:58K. And you're right. You shouldn't be in there, and that's a big bone of contention for me too. I don't know about Brent. Maybe he's gonna show up, maybe in. I didn't hear from him. Of course, we don't have communications
- 17:11like we used to, thanks to Microsoft.
- 17:14You didn't get any communication,
- 17:16did you, Paul, that he was gonna be tardy or not here?
- 17:20Unknown: No. No. I haven't heard anything.
- 17:23Unknown: Okay. Well, he might be still searching around for Wi Fi. There's no telling. Brent's kinda like the absent minded professor,
- 17:29you know, if you hadn't noticed.
- 17:32So, anyway, that's the only thing I got to build up on today is that right there. I thought we're gonna have this ceremony this afternoon.
- 17:40And, and
- 17:41low and behold, it doesn't look like it looks like it got scuttled yesterday in the afternoon,
- 17:47which,
- 17:48Alex, please get a morning man on. Please.
- 17:51Please.
- 17:54So, let's see. Where else can we go? Well, some of y'all got anything to talk about today while we're waiting on Brent or things on your mind?
- 18:02Let's go through that again.
- 18:05Hello.
- 18:09Unknown: Jeez. Did you get a chance to watch that video I sent you about the gilded
- 18:14Unknown: I gilds? I I I
- 18:16did not. I'm sorry, Lisa. I did not. Okay. Well, to the end, we just so you know too. It's only, like, forty. Well,
- 18:23I'll try and get to those things on the weekend.
- 18:26K?
- 18:27So
- 18:28when there's nothing new else out there on Saturdays, of course, I'll be watching the baseball game
- 18:34tomorrow night, but I'll try and get to it over the weekend. Thank you for sending it, Lisa.
- 18:41So who else has got something? Nobody else this morning? We all gathered here together with for mister Brent, and he's not gonna show,
- 18:49or at least he's gonna be more than fashionably late.
- 18:53And if you got any pisses, bitches, or moans, and if you got any of those, there's a piss bitch or moan. Yes, sir.
- 19:00Yeah.
- 19:02Unknown: Well, I wanna do this before I interrupt anybody,
- 19:05but, kinda wanted to,
- 19:08get Paul up on,
- 19:10wrote that,
- 19:12rescinded letter again.
- 19:15And they they continue to try to call me in the evening right when it's closing time,
- 19:21Unknown: that, debt collector.
- 19:23Unknown: And and But I I gave you I Christian,
- 19:27I gave you the formula for this when we discussed this in-depth.
- 19:32According to the Fair Debt Collection Act,
- 19:35all you have to do is fax them a statement
- 19:40saying, according to the Fair Debt Collection Act, you cannot call me anymore. There's some protections like that right there that you can invoke real easily,
- 19:50and they won't do that anymore.
- 19:53Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Well, I mean well, I know you got inundated with a lot of information,
- 19:59but that's one of the beauties of some of this legislation because I've used that before.
- 20:04And you send them a fax, and you'll never hear from them again except by writing.
- 20:10Roger?
- 20:11Yes.
- 20:14Unknown: It's Larry. Hey, Christian. Roger is absolutely right, and you could you could also
- 20:19send a, statement to them
- 20:22in writing. Send it certified mail return receipt. I would recommend the electronic
- 20:27return receipt because the little green cards
- 20:30seem to be getting lost a lot. And so it's actually a little cheaper to do to the the electronic return receipt.
- 20:36So there's a little box you check mark
- 20:39on the certified mail label
- 20:42and make sure you tell the
- 20:46agent at the post office that you would like an electronic
- 20:49return receipt.
- 20:51And so whether you say it on over the phone, usually they have their phone lines are using a recording.
- 20:57Just document it,
- 20:59you know, the exact time,
- 21:01make sure you get their name. Like, if you're just gonna call them and tell them to stop calling you, make sure you get their full name I can't do that. And and their business address.
- 21:10In other words, try to get as much information as possible,
- 21:14and then you make a formal statement.
- 21:16Please do not call me again.
- 21:18And if you call again, it's a violation of the, Fair
- 21:22Debt Collection Practices Act,
- 21:24and then just hang up.
- 21:26And,
- 21:27they call you again,
- 21:29Unknown: you go get you an attorney and you just made a thousand dollars. There's, yeah, there's probably some penalties involved in that. All all I remember
- 21:37from paralegal school, we covered this.
- 21:40I got in a situation with my house where I pressed the envelope on the sale of the house. I was getting creditor stuff.
- 21:48All I had to do is fax them a one letter. You'll you may have to go back and
- 21:53look at the Fair Debt Collection Act and get which paragraph or something. But if you fax them, I know you're about six miles out of town, Christian, but if you'll fax them that, it'll stop immediately.
- 22:03You don't have to wait for mail delivery or anything else. So I'll leave that, but you don't have to put up with that crap. Okay?
- 22:11Unknown: Okay. Thank you, sir. Roger, he doesn't even have quote the law. They they should know the law. That they it's their job to know the law. All he has to do is say, do not call us again.
- 22:22Unknown: Yep.
- 22:23Unknown: Okay. Thank you, Larry. I'm relying on the Thank you, Larry.
- 22:26Unknown: Yeah, I'm relying on the Fair Debt Collection Act. Please do not contact me again except by writing.
- 22:32That's their deal. K?
- 22:34So that problem's gone, so they're not gonna interrupt you if you'll take care of this. They won't interrupt you anymore. What else you got on your mind, Christian?
- 22:44Unknown: What was the man's name that you were talking with Julie about, getting him out of there? I was I didn't catch the name of that guy that,
- 22:53out of the, administrations
- 22:55or somewhere
- 22:56which y'all were talking about before,
- 22:58about
- 23:00somebody needed
- 23:02to get get him out of
- 23:06Unknown: Somebody's gonna have to help me. I I I I I don't remember. Julie, do you remember the individual we were talking about?
- 23:14Unknown: Jared.
- 23:16Unknown: Oh, Jared Kirschner. Thank you, Brent.
- 23:18Jared Kirschner, his son-in-law, married his beautiful daughter,
- 23:23The head of the Kershner, whose father was a criminal.
- 23:27Trump got him out and sprung him out of prison or got his sentence
- 23:31suspended for whatever he was doing, and now he's the ambassador to France.
- 23:38No nepotism there. Very much.
- 23:40Uh-huh.
- 23:42Yeah. Jim Kushner.
- 23:44Well, look who's tied up outside.
- 23:52Go ahead, comment. Yeah.
- 23:54Unknown: Yeah. It's okay. I had to get off my headset because I know you don't like it.
- 23:59Can we backtrack a minute or so? What was the We can do anything
- 24:04Unknown: you would like. We can do anything you'd like, mister D. We will roll out
- 24:09the red carpet for you. What can we do for you? Okay.
- 24:13Unknown: Roll back about a minute to what was going on with the FTCPA
- 24:16comments.
- 24:19Unknown: FTCPA.
- 24:22Unknown: Fed the Fair Debt Collection FTCPA.
- 24:25Unknown: Okay. Alright. Christian who has had some alright. Christian, we're gonna have to go back. Christian has a whole bunch or not a whole bunch of problem with these debt collectors on a debt. We spent copious amounts of time on it here trying to help him, and he got on this morning and said they're calling me right at night when I'm set ready to sit down to dinner. I said, just go to some fax them a a fax and say stop that according to the Fair Debt Collection Act. They have to stop it. Only contact me in writing,
- 24:55and that's the only way they'll contact you.
- 24:58Unknown: K? No. So that's what we're talking about. I I doubt they're gonna stop.
- 25:03Unknown: But the other problem If they don't, there's fine. If they don't, there's fines.
- 25:08Okay? Like, thousand dollars per incident or something. Yeah.
- 25:14Unknown: I know about it. I do it all the time. Okay?
- 25:17It's not just the FDCPA.
- 25:19It's the TCPA. What state are you in?
- 25:23Unknown: My Texas.
- 25:24Unknown: Please say Texas.
- 25:26Unknown: Texas.
- 25:28Unknown: Okay.
- 25:29Alright. You got the the the Telephone Consumer Privacy Act, TCPA 47
- 25:35USC.
- 25:36Okay?
- 25:37They
- 25:38if they called you and you told them to stop and they continue,
- 25:43it's it's $3
- 25:45a call.
- 25:47Okay? So you can hit them under a couple of different statutes.
- 25:52Were they automated calls like it was a recording
- 25:55saying, you know, you owe us money. Contact us at this number, blah blah blah blah blah. Exactly.
- 26:01Okay. That that bump that that bumps it up.
- 26:06Alright.
- 26:07Now the other part is when
- 26:10the recordings came through, did you did they did you actually get through and talk to somebody, a live person?
- 26:17Unknown: No. I didn't. No. It would they just they just do their little spiel, and then they say,
- 26:21call us. You know? Okay. Give us a give me a call.
- 26:26Unknown: So you never actually spoke with anyone, a a real I didn't answer. No. I didn't answer at all. I just
- 26:34Unknown: I just I just recorded the I just recorded the conversation.
- 26:39But, I mean, as far as not no conversation, but, I mean, just what she said.
- 26:44She said, this is such and such at JM Mark,
- 26:48and
- 26:49please give us a call at such and such time. Okay.
- 26:55Unknown: Alright. So what you have to do
- 26:58is that you have to call them and
- 27:02tell them to stop.
- 27:05Record the call. Texas is legal. You can record in Texas. Okay?
- 27:10Hopefully, you have a way to do that either with a pocket recorder, put the phone on speaker,
- 27:16or you can,
- 27:18you can get a program called Cube ACR. What kind of phone you got?
- 27:22Unknown: Oh, just an Android.
- 27:25Unknown: Okay. Good. You don't have a crapple. Okay.
- 27:29My wife's giggling because she knows how to go save a crapple for Apple phones. You
- 27:33Unknown: know what? You know about the Apple 17, don't you, Tom?
- 27:39Unknown: Yeah. They got something
- 27:41where it announces or does something, but it's still All the processing
- 27:47Unknown: chips are manufactured
- 27:49in Israel.
- 27:52Unknown: Well, it probably listens everything.
- 27:55Anyway, you gotta get through to somebody. You think? Problem with some
- 27:59no. You gotta get through to them once.
- 28:01Call their number.
- 28:03Tell them
- 28:05stop calling. Do not let them talk you into making any kind of payment.
- 28:09Do not let the the you you don't wanna give them any indication that you owe the debt or that you are willing to make a payment or pay it off or anything like that. How long ago was the debt? Was it how many years?
- 28:24Unknown: '23.
- 28:26Unknown: 2023?
- 28:27Twenty four five. Yeah. It's getting close to the,
- 28:30getting close to the statute.
- 28:33Call them up. Tell them, I don't know the debt. Stop calling. If you want, contact me as, like, what Robert said, through writing. We're already in a process. They've written letters for him, and he he's gone. It's only
- 28:46it's it's only a You can write the letters too, but I'm telling you, I know what I know how to do this. Okay?
- 28:53Alright? I've sued the crap out of these people. Alright? I I got a friend of mine that's suing one of the credit bureaus for this crap
- 29:00for several $100,000
- 29:03in Texas. Alright.
- 29:06Call them up. Tell them, do not call me again.
- 29:09If you have anything to say, put it in writing.
- 29:12Make sure you record that call because from that point on,
- 29:17every time they call you, it's it could be up to $3,000 a call under TCPA
- 29:23and a thousand bucks under FDCPA.
- 29:26And if the if there's anything wrong with this debt, if their debt is invalid, you can also get them under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, dude. Okay?
- 29:34There's a bunch of statutes there to protect you. Where were But
- 29:39Unknown: Where were you when we spent the whole damn day on this about a week and a half ago?
- 29:45Unknown: Well, I've been in and out. I'm doing a lot of stuff. You know? There's there's other crap going on here that I'm dealing with.
- 29:51Yeah. But I've been on and off, you know, listening. Okay. Well Uh-huh. Well, Christian's already
- 29:57Unknown: there's too many cooks in the kitchen here is what's going on because he's getting advice from everybody on the show here a couple of weeks ago. Uh-huh. He wrote him a letter,
- 30:07and, I don't know if you've gotten any satisfaction of that. He's only on Social Security. It's only about $2,000
- 30:14or a little bit more. They can't take it. But
- 30:17No. But, anyway, they're still calling him. Fax him a letter and tell him to stop calling according to the Fair Debt Collection Act. Only contact your buddy. Don't have a fax number anymore, but here's
- 30:29Unknown: the biggest problem, Roger,
- 30:31that it may not be the actual creditor.
- 30:34Okay? I've been getting calls
- 30:38I've been getting calls for for the person who owned my number previous.
- 30:42And and somehow I found out who owned that number. I had the name, the address, everything.
- 30:49I, you know, I told them stop calling. Stop calling. I just told them half a dozen times, stop calling.
- 30:54And finally, I played along,
- 30:56and I found out that they they wanted you know, I agreed. Okay. Let's make the payment. You know? What do we gotta do? Blah blah blah. Give me information.
- 31:04And it turned out that they're scammers.
- 31:07And you pay that money to them,
- 31:10you you've just given them free money because the they're not involved with the debt. They've just all they do is go look through the public records. They see that somebody's
- 31:19that you owe somebody money.
- 31:21Unknown: So
- 31:22Unknown: there's a lot of ways to go about this, but you can't trust anybody on the other end of the phone. Okay? Is there is there anything in our damn society and culture that ain't a damn fraud?
- 31:36Yeah. No. I know. It's it's but that's what I was concerned about is that he he may be being contacted
- 31:43by a scammer. Okay? Even they give even just because they leave you the phone number.
- 31:48You know what? Have him, was it Christopher, his name? Chris?
- 31:53Unknown: Christian.
- 31:55Unknown: Christian. Okay. Alright.
- 31:57It's funny because the the name that they were calling me for was Christopher.
- 32:03Send me an send me an email with a phone number
- 32:06to Tom@RepublicBroadcasting.org.
- 32:09And and what you can do is you can send me the phone number they're sending you, and I can I have a couple of databases I can run that through and find out if they're real or not
- 32:19before you call them back?
- 32:21And, I'll do some digging on them. Maybe,
- 32:24tell me who they say they are, what name they're using,
- 32:28if they say where they're located or anything like that. Any information on this collection supposed collection agency.
- 32:35Unknown: Sir, you don't it should like Roger and him. They've been with me a while on this, and and I don't wanna take up more more of y'all's time, but I appreciate your input. But Drop him already. Christian. Christian.
- 32:47Unknown: Drop him an email.
- 32:49Did you get his email address? He just gave it to you.
- 32:52Unknown: Tom Oh, no. I didn't.
- 32:54Unknown: Tom
- 32:55Okay.
- 32:56@RepublicBroadcasting.org.
- 33:02Tom@RepublicBroadcasting.org.
- 33:07K?
- 33:07Unknown: Okay. And then you contact, you reach out, and you guys might be able to you might be able to make What? Five times more money than you they say you owe them. It it may be a windfall for you, Christian. Shoot him an email, please. You never know. You know? I have a question. There you go. Hey. I love Cole. I love y'all. I
- 33:24Unknown: you. Thank you. Okay. Well, you were saying something when that came up. Passion.
- 33:29Oh, yeah. We all do. Yeah. Paul, you had something to add? Yeah. I have a question for Christian.
- 33:35Unknown: You sent the one letter that I wrote, and then you sent a follow-up letter. In that follow-up letter, did you include the language
- 33:42do not contact me by phone? Respond
- 33:46by mail.
- 33:49Unknown: No. I just I just said respond by respond by I said respond by mail ten to 10:10
- 33:55to fourteen days for this, and it's already
- 33:59sent it on June June
- 34:01June 5.
- 34:02And
- 34:04Unknown: Well, it doesn't matter. You didn't have the language in there. You didn't have the language in there. You
- 34:10Unknown: told them how to
- 34:12contact you, but you didn't tell them how not to contact you, and that's why they're blowing up your phone.
- 34:19Liking I'm
- 34:21liking Larry's suggestion,
- 34:23write
- 34:23up a handwritten note,
- 34:26doesn't have to be typed or anything like that, just a handwritten note
- 34:30with
- 34:31your name,
- 34:34probably the reference number for the collection account
- 34:37that they've assigned to you, and just say, I
- 34:42do not accept
- 34:43phone calls
- 34:44on this issue.
- 34:46Please contact me only
- 34:48by mail.
- 34:50And send that fax. And when you send that fax, you get a confirmation
- 34:55page
- 34:56that the fax transmittal
- 34:58was successfully
- 35:00received.
- 35:01Unknown: Please put in there according to the fair
- 35:04debt collection.
- 35:07Unknown: Get their attention. Practice is at you know? Whatever. FDCPA.
- 35:12Yeah. Yeah.
- 35:13Yeah. But they actually gave you a fax number?
- 35:17Unknown: No. He'd he would have to look that up.
- 35:21Unknown: Yeah. I I doubt very much, but they might they might, but I doubt it. But he But a lot of a lot of them aren't using fax anymore.
- 35:28Well, he has the You know, don't have the name? Just getting getting an agent on the phone, get them on the phone. They'd say you know, they might say their name is Bob or Mary or whatever. Doesn't matter. You got a voice voice print on their voice.
- 35:41Tell them, stop calling me.
- 35:43Do not call me again. If you wanna communicate with me, do it in writing and hang up.
- 35:49And that is all you need to do, plus the fact that they're using a automated
- 35:54call. Okay? They're using a computer to call you what's called a prerecorded message.
- 35:59That's one of the biggies with the TCPA.
- 36:02So,
- 36:04that that can pay out very well. Because if once you tell them to stop calling and they continue,
- 36:09they're in trouble.
- 36:11Okay.
- 36:12Alright? And that's an easy thing to do. We can write you up a federal complaint. You mail it to them. Most chances, they're gonna pay you.
- 36:21Unknown: Okay.
- 36:22Yes, Larry. So
- 36:25Unknown: okay. Anyway gonna say, as far as what Paul said,
- 36:29I've I've listened to John Watts'
- 36:32videos
- 36:34several years ago. He's got a he's got a bunch of them, and he's covered this whole subject.
- 36:39He's an Alabama
- 36:40Alabama consumer
- 36:42protection attorney, and he said that you have to tell them explicitly,
- 36:47do not call me. You can't just write like what Paul suggested.
- 36:51I don't take phone calls.
- 36:53I only deal in writing. That's not enough because he's gone over the subject.
- 36:57That's a loophole for the debt collector to
- 37:00for,
- 37:01get away with, not being responsible for the liability.
- 37:05Unknown: You've got to invoke the name of the legislation
- 37:09in the correspondence,
- 37:11please.
- 37:12That's what gives them the parameters.
- 37:15That's what gives you the power that you invoke that. Yep. Please.
- 37:20K?
- 37:22Unknown: Now when you said If the debt is valid, if the debt is valid, if it if it's a credit card or something like that, there's other ways to beat their ass just with that because I've done it.
- 37:34And you you know, because there's the specific rules and things that they have to follow.
- 37:39And most mean, I went to court. You know, I've
- 37:43fought one of these credit card things
- 37:45where
- 37:46we went to court.
- 37:48And I had filed I had filed for discovery even even though I sent him a letter for discovery, even though discovery really wasn't allowed.
- 37:56I did it anyway, and we went and waited in the court and waited and waited and waited and waited, and the guy and the lawyer never showed up. And I had to force the judge to dismiss the case. I mean, literally, the judge got irate with me and, told me to sit down and shut up,
- 38:12and forced me to wait. And I had to keep going back to the clerk's window and say, hey. You know, what's going on with the judge? Why is he not you why don't you dismiss this? It's an hour and a half late for the for the lawyer. So
- 38:23I finally got it dismissed, and it all went away. But it wasn't even a legitimate debt.
- 38:28So some of these some of these accident
- 38:31you know, these these ambulance case or attorneys Right. Will try to what they'll do is they'll file all these cases, and then people don't show up, and then they get a debacle. Well, that's
- 38:40not that's not the case here. We know it's a legitimate debt. It's just a Tractor stores. I said in the beginning, I said if it even if it's a legitimate debt Oh god. There's if they don't follow specific
- 38:51procedures and have a specific documentation,
- 38:55you can blow them out of the water.
- 38:57So I know it's only a little bit. Alright. But, you know, it's a harassment.
- 39:01This is the thing somebody it's like everybody gets a ticket, a speeding ticket or whatever. They they give you just enough to hurt you, but not enough for you to take off a day's work and go down and fight it. Because if everybody that got a ticket
- 39:13went to court and challenged it, the whole system would collapse because they couldn't handle the load. They depend on Who is the who
- 39:20Unknown: is the Alabama attorney, the name? He's got YouTubes that handles this and has done a lot of work on it. What's his name again, please?
- 39:29Unknown: It's John Watts, w a t t s,
- 39:34Alabama consumer protection attorney.
- 39:37He's covered every subject you wanna know. The man's a Christian,
- 39:41and he's he's just down to earth. He's a really good guy.
- 39:45Unknown: Okay. Is it on YouTube, Larry?
- 39:49Unknown: Yes.
- 39:50Unknown: Okay. So anybody that's got this kind of a problem hanging over you, John
- 39:56Watts,
- 39:57two t's, w a t t s on YouTube. Is that correct, Larry?
- 40:02John Watts? Yes.
- 40:05Go look at the guy and see what he's got to say. See, here's the problem. Here's Christian comes to us with this problem,
- 40:12and then everybody on the board's got a solution for him. And here's Christian. He's about my age. He's never done much of this stuff before, I'm assuming. He's probably very foreign to him in a number of respects, and everybody's given him a different way to do it.
- 40:28Unknown: Amen, Roger.
- 40:30Unknown: Okay.
- 40:31And and he's spinning around with his head, like like in the exorcist because he doesn't know. Half of it, he doesn't really comprehend and understand.
- 40:40It's just all these people telling him different ways to approach it. Is that correct?
- 40:45Unknown: Amen,
- 40:46brother. Okay. Exorcism.
- 40:48Right?
- 40:49Okay. Write
- 40:51Unknown: Tom@broadrepublicbroadcasting.org.
- 40:55Unknown: Christian talk with Tom. He evidently has got a lot of background
- 40:58in this area. You've already got things underway here. It's not like we're starting at Ground 0.
- 41:05So you just you just if look on their letterhead. If there's a fax, fax
- 41:11them. Oh, I know you gotta go into town. Is your car running yet?
- 41:17Unknown: No. It's still in the shop,
- 41:19But I I I can take a transit bus. Yeah. Okay. Whatever.
- 41:24Unknown: That is But if you have an email account, you can set up a tracking. You can get a free tracking email tracker.
- 41:32You send them an email, and you'll get a you'll get a, you know, a confirmation that they opened that they got the email. Okay?
- 41:40Or
- 41:41It's
- 41:42called Mailtrack dot I o. It's free. Oh, oh, okay. Alright. That's how I that's how I communicate with all the attorneys that I'm dealing with, these these scammers. Okay?
- 41:53And I and I'll put I'll put my cases up all against anybody's out there, including these attorneys.
- 42:00So
- 42:01that's that's all I gotta say. I'll go back to listen mode. If you wanna reach out to me, you know how to do it. Okay.
- 42:07Unknown: If you need You know you know, Roger, I The
- 42:10Unknown: whole thing, all of this for the last twenty minutes was generated by your comment that these people are still calling you at dinnertime.
- 42:19Unknown: Yes.
- 42:20Unknown: Yes. Put them they you can stop that.
- 42:24You can stop that with this.
- 42:27If they've got a fax number, that's the where the legislation was when it was passed in the nineties. Faxes were a big deal. I think most big companies will still have a fax available.
- 42:39If not, you have to do the letter thing.
- 42:42But tell them under
- 42:44and you to in my mind,
- 42:46you need to specifically
- 42:47mention
- 42:48the Fair Debt Collections Act
- 42:51because that sets your parameters.
- 42:54Please do not call me according to
- 42:57the the Fair Debt Collection Act. Only contact me in writing. Bam. Fax it to him. You're done. Your dinners are gonna be safe.
- 43:07Thank you. Thank you, Roger.
- 43:10Unknown: Jeez. I I didn't mean to but, you know you know, everybody you're just kinda asking questions. If anybody had anything, I I says, well, I'm gonna say something at this time. You know? In in this audience, that may twenty minutes. Well, in this audience, that could be considered a dangerous question. You just never know.
- 43:28Unknown: You know?
- 43:31Roger. We'll just do that. They won't call you anymore. God
- 43:35almighty.
- 43:36Hi. It's Roger.
- 43:41Unknown: Go ahead. Is Brent is Brent back yet?
- 43:45Unknown: Brent Winterson? Brent has never been here and not back. He ain't been here today. You may wanna shoot him who I am or something, Paul, and ask him if he just gently forgot or if he's alright.
- 43:58Roger.
- 44:01Yes. Who's that?
- 44:04Unknown: Victor in Washington State.
- 44:10Good morning.
- 44:13I have something new I would like to discuss with you if you don't mind.
- 44:22I'm gonna wait till he acknowledged me. I don't know if you can hear me or not.
- 44:29Unknown: I think Roger's gone, Victor.
- 44:32Unknown: No. I have been gone. I've
- 44:34been yelling. Who's there? Who's there?
- 44:36Is this a is it goddamn it. Is this a Zoom problem or what, Paul?
- 44:45It's okay, Roger. It ain't my day. I
- 44:48hear you now. Can you hear me You can hear me now. Right?
- 44:52Unknown: Yes.
- 44:53Unknown: I can. I hear that. Can hear you now.
- 44:56Unknown: Goddamn it. Yeah. Victor, what can I do for you?
- 45:01Unknown: So
- 45:02thank god,
- 45:04you know, technology
- 45:06is a double edged sword.
- 45:08Right? It's got uses and it's got bad things.
- 45:13So individuals like myself
- 45:16that have a foreign spouse
- 45:19and, like, you you we you use what WhatsApp over there in Ecuador to communicate with people. So it's very popular worldwide.
- 45:27Unknown: Worldwide
- 45:28is a huge app.
- 45:31Unknown: Yes, sir. Understood.
- 45:34Unknown: Do you know why?
- 45:37Unknown: Go ahead, please.
- 45:39Unknown: When they wrote the guys that wrote WhatsApp were Ukrainians,
- 45:43and they were absolutely
- 45:45totally against ads.
- 45:47So they wrote it for no ads,
- 45:50and they figured out a way on the platforms that hold the Internet on one side and telephone on the other
- 45:56that you would normally have to use,
- 45:59they figured out a way for WhatsApp to sit on that platform where you don't have to use either one of them.
- 46:05And so the people around the world, which I gotta think is the vast majority
- 46:09that have cell phones,
- 46:11do pay by the minute. They don't have subscriptions.
- 46:15They pay by the minute,
- 46:17and and
- 46:17and WhatsApp is free. That's why so many people use it.
- 46:23Unknown: K? Yeah. Go ahead. That. Are you ready for my questions?
- 46:26Unknown: I guess so. Hell, we've had everything from the kitchen sink this morning. What do you got?
- 46:32Unknown: Okay.
- 46:34So as you know, I have a Philippine spouse
- 46:37and child over in The Philippines.
- 46:40Right. Right. So now so the so the only way
- 46:45that I can have video chats with my son
- 46:48and my wife
- 46:50is Facebook Messenger.
- 46:52So now
- 46:54Facebook's coming up with
- 46:57Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 46:58Well, Facebook Messenger is WhatsApp.
- 47:01Unknown: Go ahead. No. It's not.
- 47:03No. It's
- 47:05Unknown: Oh, okay. No. It's different. I I don't I don't use Facebook, so I don't know. Go ahead. I'll quit interrupting.
- 47:12Unknown: Alright.
- 47:14So now
- 47:15when you try to
- 47:17chat somebody on Messenger,
- 47:21Facebook has decided well, let me step back a little bit. For about a year,
- 47:27they've been saying, oh, there we've
- 47:29we haven't verified your identity. You haven't had any activity in your house. So, no, we will not let you log out of all devices. You have to wait a while so we can make sure that, you know, even though I've been using the same damn account for years,
- 47:44and we don't recognize you, so we need to wait a while before you can log out of all devices. Okay? So that's one that's how we started that.
- 47:53And now they want you to upload an ID, some force some sort of ID that you set. Yeah. That's coming all over the world. It's it's
- 48:02here. It's here right now.
- 48:05Okay. So my question to you is my question to you is,
- 48:10I don't I'm not afraid of these assholes. Okay?
- 48:13Unknown: Pardon my language. Oh, that you're you're you're breaking up, Victor. Hold on. Repeat repeat that again. You're breaking up, please.
- 48:22Unknown: I said that I am not afraid
- 48:24of Alphabet and Google and all of these platforms. I'm not afraid of them. Alright? So
- 48:32I'm so okay. You want my one of the one of the ways that they say that you can prove your identity
- 48:40is you can use a
- 48:42driver's license,
- 48:44passport,
- 48:46national
- 48:46ID
- 48:48is one of them.
- 48:50Oh. And
- 48:52Unknown: What's a national ID? Use my
- 48:55Unknown: I don't know. It's gonna be my national it's gonna be my passport card. I can guarantee you that.
- 48:59Unknown: Well,
- 49:00can't think of it being anything else.
- 49:04Unknown: Yeah. I'm thinking about sticking my affidavit down there first
- 49:08and then sticking my
- 49:12national
- 49:12passport card on top of it and taking a picture of that. Here's my ID.
- 49:17I, you know, verify.
- 49:19Do you see anything wrong with that, or should I not Not a thing. Just just keep keep
- 49:25Unknown: I would shoot them a shoot them a copy of the I of the passport.
- 49:29Did you get a book and a card, I imagine. Right?
- 49:33Unknown: Yes. I do.
- 49:35Unknown: Yes. Shoot them copy of it. I don't want. See what
- 49:38You know, here's what you do. You assert yourself from your position of strength,
- 49:44and you see how they react.
- 49:47That's the process. Yeah.
- 49:50That's what I'm gonna do. They're not gonna react. What I'm gonna do. And so now you
- 49:54have what's called the presumption.
- 49:58Now you're going to make all of your moves.
- 50:01I'm a national. I'm under gods and constitutional protection,
- 50:06and I'm going to assert myself this way. And now you've got the advantage
- 50:11of that.
- 50:12Yeah. It switched.
- 50:14K?
- 50:15Unknown: Yeah. I'm gonna go ahead and do that. I just
- 50:18Unknown: thought I'd share that with you. And by the I'm glad I'm glad you brought it up. I'll I'll finish. I'll I'll yak in.
- 50:27Unknown: Ahead. You have a habit of interrupting lately, I noticed. I'm sorry to say. Well, it's a damn delay in the freaking conversation.
- 50:34Unknown: I'm sorry. It's a the second and a half delay here on the system.
- 50:39Unknown: It screws a lot of people up. Okay?
- 50:43Unknown: Alright. I forgave you. I'll let you slide this time.
- 50:46Unknown: There was something I had okay.
- 50:49There was something I had pertinent to say there, and I've just this just might be for other people too,
- 50:55because you're going to be seeing this. This is what Keir Starmer
- 50:59is interjecting
- 51:01totally in England. Did you know that? Do you know what he's done over there this week?
- 51:06I have not heard of what that means. Pleasing. No one no
- 51:10one under the age of 16 can participate in social media.
- 51:15Unknown: Nice.
- 51:16Where's that at again, please?
- 51:19Unknown: England.
- 51:21Copy that. The United Kingdom. I yield.
- 51:24Unknown: Alright. Alright.
- 51:26Unknown: Well, the young people over there aren't real happy about it. I can tell you that. Do what?
- 51:32I
- 51:33Unknown: said, by the way, I'm moving back to Homer, Alaska.
- 51:36Unknown: Are you?
- 51:38Unknown: Yes, sir. I'm gonna have one of our students get off the phone.
- 51:43Unknown: No. Hell, I want you to tell the audience that beautiful
- 51:46spot you're moving to is one of the prettiest places
- 51:49on the face of this earth, I'm gonna tell you. Homer, Alaska. Yeah. Do you have anybody there? Congratulations.
- 51:56Well, I don't know anybody. You don't I mean, I was up there. No. I was up there in the sixties, man. I wouldn't know anybody up there.
- 52:02Tom Baudet, you can find out if Tom Baudet's still there. Go over and tell him hello.
- 52:09For the audience, and I've described it before, I'd forgotten Victor lived up there.
- 52:13We used to, as a family,
- 52:16every summer, would go to a river right above Homer Alaskan fish for silver salmon.
- 52:22And, it was about 20 miles away, Anchor River from Homer.
- 52:27And so we'd take in the afternoon. You'd get up in the morning early and fish. And in the afternoon, you're, like, go to town or do whatever you want to. We go down there to Homer. It's it's the most stunning sight you'll you'd ever see in your life. I'm telling you. You come over this hill,
- 52:42and here below you is this scene
- 52:45with, I don't know, what, 11 glaciers?
- 52:48I think you could see 11 different glaciers from that point.
- 52:53They they they've got the whole body of water is, to the right is the Gulf Of Alaska
- 52:59with the opening on, you know, in the not a narrow opening, but an opening in the Gulf Of Alaska is in the background.
- 53:05On the right is Cook Inlet,
- 53:07which is an inlet that captain Cook anchored at, and that river we fished at was where he anchored because that's why they call an Anchor River.
- 53:15And so you're looking at that on the right, and on the left are all these volcanoes with all these glaciers.
- 53:21And because of the glacial melt, the there's a a long bay there off to the left called Kachemak Bay,
- 53:29And it's just I don't know how long it is,
- 53:33but it's this blue glacial
- 53:35water color.
- 53:37And because of the tides
- 53:40over there, 22
- 53:42feet twice a day in and out,
- 53:45there's tremendous sand movements because the the
- 53:49tides are brisk. I don't know what they how many knots they're moving at, but,
- 53:54you can sit there on the beach and watch them come up over your feet. Like, wave to wave, they'll come up over your feet. That's how fast it's coming in.
- 54:02And then on top of all that,
- 54:05right there on the left at the entrance of this beautiful long Kachemak Bay
- 54:10is a
- 54:11natural spit
- 54:13that has been created with that water in and out and dropping sand.
- 54:18And it's basically about a five mile sandbar,
- 54:22natural made out into Kachemac Bay where they've got a lot of fisheries and crab processing,
- 54:28a couple of restaurants,
- 54:29and stuff like that. Now on top of all that,
- 54:32if that isn't, like, stunning enough in your vision,
- 54:36as you look over that hill when you're there in August, which is when the silver salmon
- 54:41ran, so that's when we were down there all the time.
- 54:44The Alaskan state flower
- 54:46is this brilliantly red,
- 54:49flowering plant called a fireweed.
- 54:52And so here's this whole hill of red fireweed
- 54:56with this glacial blue water and this magnificent
- 55:00scene
- 55:01right unfolding in front of you. It is stunning.
- 55:06Victor, you're a lucky man to get to live there.
- 55:09Nice people too, by the way.
- 55:12Alaskans are very nice people.
- 55:15Unknown: Would have to put a caveat on that if you don't mind me speaking. No. I don't mind. Is that okay?
- 55:21Mhmm. Okay. So
- 55:23the unfortunate
- 55:24part about being paradise on Earth is it draws in the some of the most
- 55:30nastiest individuals
- 55:31on this planet also. Well, it could be. There
- 55:35there are a lot of evil individuals
- 55:37down in the corner. I can tell you from firsthand experience.
- 55:40Unknown: Well, I'm sorry you didn't know. How to Yeah.
- 55:45Keep thinking we can duplex. I just wanna say when I was down there, I was, like, 16 years old. Okay? So I I didn't have any idea
- 55:54of those kinds of forces and effects,
- 55:57and you're probably right.
- 55:59It's a great place to retreat because you're far away from everything, even Anchorage.
- 56:04And, it's just so stunning.
- 56:07You
- 56:09you'd have to see it to really take it all in. It's a beautiful spot.
- 56:13And who lives there? Who's the most famous resident?
- 56:17Victor?
- 56:18I
- 56:21Unknown: have no idea. I forgot if I ever did know. Will will leave the lights on for you.
- 56:27Oh, yeah. Tomboed it.
- 56:30Unknown: Yep. Six. Right? Or not? Yep. Yeah. I guess that's what it was a long time ago. I guess he's still with us. But that's where Tom Baudet lived, Homer, Alaska. He'd cut his little little
- 56:41into the spots and little drop ins and stuff and shoot them over wherever down to The States and live in that unbelievably
- 56:49beautiful environment.
- 56:51Yep.
- 56:52Sure is. My youth.
- 56:54My youth. When are you moving up there, Victor?
- 56:57Oh, if he's alive. When are you moving up there?
- 57:01Unknown: When am I moving up there? I'm moving up there Yeah.
- 57:05Actually, I'm gonna move to Kenai.
- 57:08I'm not going back to Homer to live there.
- 57:11Well, not not right away at least.
- 57:13Okay.
- 57:15What
- 57:16one other thing you might wanna relate to anybody that cares is
- 57:20the way that they launch boats
- 57:23down there to go out there fishing and have the fishing and stuffing hook in it
- 57:28As a guy pulls up with his truck, with his boat on his trailer,
- 57:32he unhooks it and a tractor hooks up to it and backs the boat into the surf and the ocean and launches them away.
- 57:39Yeah. And that's how they get out there instead of having to go down to home or to a boat dock or or something. Uh-huh.
- 57:44Unknown: I haven't seen that personally.
- 57:46We just all we would go down. We'd fish for reds in June
- 57:51at the Anchor River there that splits off the Kenai River
- 57:56and below the lake, Kenai Lake. Folks, this is just such a stunning part of the of of the world. No. You're You used to be just No. I have to have handkerchief.
- 58:06Unknown: Oh, you're okay. No. I gotta correct you on that. What did I do? Yeah. I have to.
- 58:11I can't let you get away with that one. Oh, with what one? So
- 58:15let's let's say in that the Anchor River connects off of the Kenai River and then the Skilak Lake and all that. Noel, I meant the Russian River.
- 58:24Unknown: I meant the Russian River. Oh, you're right. Where we fish for You're wrong again. You're wrong again.
- 58:29Well, I okay. How am I wrong, Victor? Because I experienced it for four years with my family. So tell me where I'm wrong.
- 58:37Unknown: So you've been to the Russian River Ferry before where you pull up to the park there and you walk over there and people will wait in line to get on this little barge No. That's on a cable going across the river.
- 58:49Unknown: No. They didn't have that when I was there. We had to walk in a one mile, three mile, nine mile, and 12 mile trail.
- 58:55So I'm not wrong. That's the way it was in the sixties.
- 58:59Unknown: There wasn't a ferry. You were talking about
- 59:02you were talking about the Anchor River, though, sir.
- 59:05And it froze. So, anyway, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter.
- 59:10I have another question if you don't mind, please.
- 59:13Unknown: Okay.
- 59:16Unknown: Could
- 59:17an an older individual
- 59:20that only has, like, 700 to $800
- 59:23a month coming in because of Social Security or disability or whatever the case may be,
- 59:29could an individual actually exist in Ecuador?
- 59:33Unknown: Well, when they approach that this way, the average income in Ecuador, I think, is about $480
- 59:40a month.
- 59:41So under that metric, yes, they could.
- 59:45I'm not sure how
- 59:47nice an existence it would be,
- 59:49but if you could up that to about a thousand or a little more, you can live pretty comfortably here.
- 59:56Now this is our new protocol, Victor, so I'm gonna have to talk up until Paul starts talking, which is gonna be in just a couple of seconds. So Radio Ranch with Roger Saul. We're
- 1:00:08Unknown: on Eurofolk Radio dot com. Thanks to pastor Eli James.

- 1:01:02Thank you so much for your patience.
- 1:01:43Unknown: It should be a harp.
- 1:01:44We need a harp. We're back. Victor,
- 1:01:48remember,
- 1:01:49please,
- 1:01:50that my memories are from 1962
- 1:01:54to 1966,
- 1:01:57and it was really
- 1:01:59in fact,
- 1:02:01it was before the North Slope.
- 1:02:03After the North Slope was discovered,
- 1:02:06Alaska just changed.
- 1:02:07K. But my memories go way back. K?
- 1:02:12Unknown: Well, let me ask you this, Roger, if you don't mind. Yeah. Sure. Uh-huh. Yes, sir.
- 1:02:17Which one of your students also went to West High School in Anchorage, Alaska?
- 1:02:22Unknown: Well, I think you did. Right?
- 1:02:25Unknown: That is correct.
- 1:02:26Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:02:27Classmate graduated from the same high school. '85.
- 1:02:31Yeah. It was just twenty years before you almost.
- 1:02:36It was wild and woolly Alaska back then, I'm gonna tell you, and, I'm sure it's nothing like that now. I think they've got, what, four high schools in Anchorage now, Victor?
- 1:02:47Unknown: Probably more than that.
- 1:02:49Definitely more than that.
- 1:02:51Unknown: Okay. Well, there was only two when I was there.
- 1:02:54So, anyway, long time ago, it's a great state. That was one of the better decisions
- 1:02:59that a guy who I believe was secretary of state named Seward,
- 1:03:04bought Alaska from the Russians. I'm sure they regret selling it for
- 1:03:08$7,000,000.
- 1:03:10It was called Seward's Folly.
- 1:03:12And,
- 1:03:13my high school cost more than $7,000,000
- 1:03:17to build.
- 1:03:20Unknown: What what class are you again, please? What what what is your class?
- 1:03:24West High School. Brains and Brains
- 1:03:27Unknown: and Brains,
- 1:03:29we do mix.
- 1:03:32Senior class. Wanted to know what year six. What year? Well, they if you One more time.
- 1:03:39Brains and Braun,
- 1:03:41we do mix.
- 1:03:43Senior
- 1:03:44class of 66.
- 1:03:48Unknown: That's awesome. That is awesome.
- 1:03:50Alright.
- 1:03:52You wanna come down there and go to work for me if you wanna if you wanna go down there and come to work for me, you can do electrical work for me. Okay? Okay. I think I'm gonna hang in Ecuador, but thanks for the invite.
- 1:04:03Unknown: But I love Alaska. I have I have so many wonderful,
- 1:04:07wonderful memories from my youth
- 1:04:09from that place and the way it was then and the things that we could do.
- 1:04:15And,
- 1:04:16we just go. I was still in high school, and a buddy of mine, we like to go fish. We go where where Victor's talking about.
- 1:04:23That is there's a huge lake called Kenai Lake.
- 1:04:26I don't think Victor will disagree with me on that. I'm sure it's still there.
- 1:04:31There is a very
- 1:04:33rapid
- 1:04:34river
- 1:04:35that comes off of it called the Kenai River, and it has hydraulics
- 1:04:40that are
- 1:04:41seven and eight, nine feet high.
- 1:04:43It's very flash
- 1:04:45flowing, and it's very treacherous.
- 1:04:48When we were there, there was not a ferry across to that river to where
- 1:04:53on the other side, the Russian River and its tributaries came down.
- 1:04:58Back then,
- 1:04:59we had to go camp, and we would camp. Victor ran pulled up tramping trailer,
- 1:05:04and we'd go camp on the edge of the Kenai Lake there.
- 1:05:08And then we'd all get in the car,
- 1:05:10and we had to hike a mile in to the Russian River. There was no ferry,
- 1:05:16and it's hilly.
- 1:05:17And so my grandmother was with us one year. She there's just no telling how old woman walking these trails in Alaska.
- 1:05:25And then we go in there. It's just stunning place.
- 1:05:29And, fast rivers, there was a whole
- 1:05:31series. There was an upper rush Russian Lake
- 1:05:34and an up and Upper Russian River
- 1:05:37and a Lower Russian Lake
- 1:05:40and a Lower
- 1:05:41Russian River. And that one was what you'd walk a mile into,
- 1:05:45or you could walk three miles into where that river came off of the lake.
- 1:05:50And it had some of those falls
- 1:05:52that you see in videos with all the salmon jumping up. There's one of those right there,
- 1:05:57and,
- 1:05:58this river went on down. What happened with those salmon
- 1:06:02is they had had to come up that very
- 1:06:05treacherous,
- 1:06:07fast,
- 1:06:08Kenai River
- 1:06:10and find where this little
- 1:06:12fresh,
- 1:06:13clear river called the Russian River blended in, and they cut off and go up that river to one of those lakes and spawn.
- 1:06:21And we'd go down there and my buddy and I, we just go hike in to that Lower Russian Lake, three mile hike.
- 1:06:28Go and spend a couple of days there in this stunning area.
- 1:06:33Bears everywhere,
- 1:06:35and,
- 1:06:36we'd go fishing for those salmon. They you'd find them in a hole because they'd been going through all that treacherous water,
- 1:06:42and they'd find these holes where there's eddies and they can rest. And so you have the polarized glasses can see through that water. You can see them.
- 1:06:52And they didn't bite
- 1:06:54necessarily
- 1:06:55like a a bait,
- 1:06:57although they found out later they would bite a certain type of fly,
- 1:07:01but we would snag them. In other words, we'd have this heavy lure with with big treble hooks on the back, and we'd see them, and you throw that over there and snag them. Well, if you got one of those things in the tail
- 1:07:15and he turned downstream in that fast water,
- 1:07:20you you you had you had a problem.
- 1:07:22K?
- 1:07:23And and, anyway, that was the scene, and we just go anywhere, carry guns. Nobody ever said crap. We stay in the cabin that the, fish and game people would send some game warden up there during the season to count fish so they get a idea how many of them got across that fall and back over the little thing where they could get in the river to go spawn.
- 1:07:45But, man, how about that for a $16.15,
- 1:07:4816 year old kid?
- 1:07:50No peril control.
- 1:07:52No nothing. Just go hike off in the woods. It was fantastic, Victor.
- 1:07:56I'm sure it's not that way anymore. K. That was a long time ago.
- 1:08:01So where else can we go? You want more tales
- 1:08:04of Roger's exploits around the globe?
- 1:08:13Paul, what do you think, man? We got anybody here? Roger. Roger. Roger.
- 1:08:18Roger. Okay. Now there's several people Roger in there. One of them was Dave. You were not first, Dave. Yeah. I'm gonna go with the the repetitive Roger.
- 1:08:27The repetitive Roger. Come forward.
- 1:08:30When I used to fish, Raj,
- 1:08:32Unknown: it's been a few years since before 2010
- 1:08:36when we moved here. But
- 1:08:39you when I could read the, you know, the the handbook,
- 1:08:43Unknown: it was illegal to snag fish. And I don't know how long No. Yeah. Know, if they had ruled back then when you were Yeah. Growing up. But, yeah, you that's illegal. No. Well, back then in the sixties, I don't remember if it was or wasn't, but we found out that they would bite this fly, then you started fishing for them with flies. I'm sure it was illegal. Oh, yeah. Now let me tell you what. I'm so far out in the woods in the boonies,
- 1:09:07and I'm sitting there looking at this big, big trough of fish down below me. And I'm wanting to get some of them where I can carry them out, and mister Bear comes up, and he wants them too.
- 1:09:20Unknown: Guess who got them?
- 1:09:23The bear.
- 1:09:24Dog bears.
- 1:09:27Unknown: So who was Roger, Roger, Roger?
- 1:09:30I mean, I had one experience on that. It's just unbelievable,
- 1:09:34Unknown: and I sense Well, hang on. Before you move on. Go ahead.
- 1:09:39Unknown: Well, I was gonna address Roger, Roger, Roger, Roger a minute ago. Who was that? Before you move on, you mentioned the, you know, the cabin that the the DNR game guy would come and count fish.
- 1:09:51Unknown: Come on, Roger. That's like that's like the people counting people on the Earth. Right? Oh, yeah. Earth. Hundred seven five. That'll Well,
- 1:10:00Unknown: you know, here, Dave. I'm a tell you, there was a cabin there for him to stay in. He wasn't there when we were there,
- 1:10:06and there was a a a ladder thing that they had built out over that part of the river where you could get out on a platform and look down and count the fish.
- 1:10:18Unknown: Holy cow.
- 1:10:20Unknown: And then you had a big on the wall. Right? This is this is, like, sixty years ago.
- 1:10:26Oh, I know. Things were different back then.
- 1:10:29Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:10:31Okay. Roger. Roger. Roger. Who's that? Them being accurate with their numbers, though. Yield. They Well, I don't think they were at. I don't think they were looking I don't think they were looking for accuracy.
- 1:10:43Unknown: I think they were looking for samples that they could x multiply
- 1:10:47and come up with a general idea.
- 1:10:49Exactly. Those were those were by the way, those were red salmon.
- 1:10:54Sockeye, the one that you pay through the nose for at the grocery store,
- 1:10:58that's why everybody went to that to trouble to get them, and they don't run-in very many rivers. They don't these salmon don't run-in just every river, every variety. There's about seven or eight different varieties.
- 1:11:11And these salmon, very select, very desired, only ran in that river. None of the other ones did, but they did. It's fascinating,
- 1:11:19Alaska god nature,
- 1:11:22that particular breed of fish, salmon.
- 1:11:24Now I'm gonna try my best to get back to Roger, Roger, Roger, Roger, Ryder.
- 1:11:31Unknown: Okay, Roger. This is Victor again. I apologize for the Roger, Roger, Roger thing.
- 1:11:36Unknown: Okay. Well, that's alright. It's one of those days. Okay.
- 1:11:40Unknown: Okay.
- 1:11:41So
- 1:11:43you you brought up the game warden. Right? So
- 1:11:47as we've mentioned before we've discussed before,
- 1:11:51in the state of Alaska, they do not have local sheriffs. Okay?
- 1:11:56They they only have Alaska state troopers
- 1:12:00and city cops. That's it. Mhmm.
- 1:12:03And, of course, they've got the Navy SEALs and the Coast Guard and all the other cops everywhere, all over the place. It's been really everywhere.
- 1:12:12Really? Oh, yeah.
- 1:12:14Yeah. So
- 1:12:15me and a fellow student were discussing
- 1:12:18when I do go back up there to Alaska, now I've gotta notice all of those people. Right?
- 1:12:23And I'm gonna do it.
- 1:12:25But
- 1:12:25mister Game Warden walks up to you. Can I get your fishing license, please?
- 1:12:31And let's let's say that I've already noticed everybody. So how do you say, well, mister fish fishing game warden?
- 1:12:37I'm not really under your jurisdiction, but I can show you my passport card if you want. Your chief's already been noticed. And
- 1:12:46Unknown: It's a very interesting question you're proposing here. I've thought about it in relation to Florida,
- 1:12:53and licensing.
- 1:12:54So what would the game, Gordon, go? You oh, you're gonna tell him what you are? You're a nonresident,
- 1:12:59you're telling me, Victor?
- 1:13:05Unknown: I'm asking you.
- 1:13:07Unknown: I'm asking you. I'm playing I'm playing game warden.
- 1:13:11So you're telling me you're a nonresident?
- 1:13:14No.
- 1:13:15Unknown: No. No. I'm gonna play game warden, and you play national.
- 1:13:19I'm gonna walk up to you with my sidearm on with my buddy who's behind me. Yeah. And I'm gonna say, do you mind if I see your fishing's license, please? Let me say, not at all, sir. Well, I'm gonna take it out of my pocket and hand you my nonresident
- 1:13:33Unknown: fishing license that I had to go purchase.
- 1:13:38What's difficult about that?
- 1:13:41Well, what if he says, oh, that's not acceptable. Okay. So Why not? I paid for it. It's a nonresident. A lot of people don't live in Alaska. They go up there to hunt and fish, Victor.
- 1:13:52I don't think I'm telling you anything new.
- 1:13:55There's a bunch of people perched on resident licenses.
- 1:14:00Unknown: Well, why do I need a license if I'm a national and I live in The United States Of America? And this is But you're a resident, but the licenses
- 1:14:07Unknown: but the licenses aren't determined on that. They're determined on whether you're a resident or a nonresident.
- 1:14:14But why do I need to pay to go fishing in the state of Alaska as a natural Do you wanna hassle the guy with the gun on his hip? Do you wanna hassle with the guy with the gun on his hip or not?
- 1:14:25Unknown: Why not?
- 1:14:27Unknown: Well, I'd okay. If you don't wanna do it that way and you wanna be stubborn,
- 1:14:32then tell him to write you a ticket and you go fight it the administrative way.
- 1:14:38Unknown: Okay.
- 1:14:39Unknown: But the easiest way to do it would be to go purchase a nonresident fishing license.
- 1:14:44Yes.
- 1:14:45They're more expensive
- 1:14:47because they make a little money on the people that come out of state or from around the world to come up there and pay to fish.
- 1:14:54I'm not saying that's right.
- 1:14:56I'm asking if you wanna go through it with the easiest
- 1:15:00way of least resistance.
- 1:15:03Or if you wanna fight,
- 1:15:05well, if you wanna fight, then tell him to write you. I'm here. Tell him your spiel. He'll probably write you a ticket for fishing without a license,
- 1:15:14and you go up and deal with it in the other way of the
- 1:15:18public defender or whatever it is of the prosecutor, and he's just docketed, and here's my affidavit,
- 1:15:24and you go through that other way. So I'm not gonna tell you which one to do. One's easier than the other. I'm a let you make the choice. Victor, you know why? Because you're free.
- 1:15:35I'm not gonna tell you what to do.
- 1:15:38Unknown: Right. And I will guarantee you that they're gonna take your vehicle
- 1:15:42or your motive your your automobile.
- 1:15:44Unknown: They're gonna take your firearms. They're gonna take everything that you have. Okay. Alright. Well, that may be. Do you wanna risk that happening, or do you wanna just spend a 100 and dollars
- 1:15:54for a damn nonresident license?
- 1:15:57Unknown: I'm not sure about that. Well,
- 1:16:02well, I'll let you know. I just want them to Ecuador. Well, maybe I just wanna move to Ecuador, but I only have I only have $800
- 1:16:09a month coming in. How would I even start doing that, please? I wouldn't
- 1:16:15Unknown: no. I wouldn't advise you move to Ecuador with $800 a month. You're not gonna work down here. How well how how well is your Spanish?
- 1:16:23How good your Spanish? They're probably nonexistent.
- 1:16:25They're not gonna hire you anyway.
- 1:16:29So, no, you Ecuador is not an option for you. I'm sorry.
- 1:16:33Comment.
- 1:16:35Unknown: Yes. Alright. Bye.
- 1:16:37Unknown: Well, I got a I got a statement for Victor.
- 1:16:41Unknown: Alright.
- 1:16:42Unknown: When you apply for a fishing license,
- 1:16:45contact the Department of Fish and Game directly,
- 1:16:48have a copy of
- 1:16:49brand shiny new
- 1:16:51copy of your affidavit and a copy of your passport card Yep. And Yep. Ask them
- 1:16:57for
- 1:16:58a
- 1:16:59nonresident
- 1:17:01alien
- 1:17:04fishing license
- 1:17:05and see what they do,
- 1:17:08and ask them to provide the statutes
- 1:17:11that
- 1:17:12apply
- 1:17:13to you
- 1:17:14as a national of The United States Of America.
- 1:17:20If
- 1:17:22they say you need a nonresident fishing license, just get a nonresident fishing license, Unless, of course, you really don't want to keep your That's
- 1:17:31Unknown: that's a remedy that's the easiest way to navigate that situation.
- 1:17:35I've thought about it for years in relation to Florida.
- 1:17:40If you're in Florida, you get past 65,
- 1:17:42you don't need a license.
- 1:17:45K?
- 1:17:47But should you go down there, I'm I I I would
- 1:17:51technically,
- 1:17:52and I they cost a little bit more is buy a nonresident
- 1:17:56license
- 1:17:57because the licenses aren't determinant by citizenship.
- 1:18:01They're determined by residency.
- 1:18:03And you wanna get into the resident argument with the fish and game people, or you wanna pay a $100 and go fishing?
- 1:18:14Unknown: Duh. Probably more than a $100, but I would just ask him, man. Give him a give him an affidavit,
- 1:18:20show him your passport card, and say you need a fishing license for a national
- 1:18:26Unknown: of The United States. I'd say any of you that are in a state that like to fish, go to the fish and game department of the state, present them with your affidavit and your argument, and ask them, what do I need to do?
- 1:18:39If they say You know?
- 1:18:43Sure, Dave. Go ahead. I
- 1:18:46Unknown: I would say fishing is a commercial activity,
- 1:18:49and I'm not fishing,
- 1:18:51Unknown: Ossifer. Oh. I'm gathering food.
- 1:18:55Unknown: I'm gathering food.
- 1:18:57Why should I have per need permission to gather food?
- 1:19:00Unknown: Well, the native Indians in Alaska the
- 1:19:04native Indians in Alaska don't have they've got quotas on how many fish they can catch,
- 1:19:11and they'll go up there and put a fish wheel on one of those rivers and come by every day and collect the proceeds until they get to their limit.
- 1:19:18But there is that's the only limit on the native Indian
- 1:19:21tribes, I believe.
- 1:19:24Unknown: That's what it should be for nationals.
- 1:19:26Unknown: Well, I'll tell you. Roger. Weird weird programs.
- 1:19:29They yes, sir.
- 1:19:33Unknown: If,
- 1:19:34missus Mana, if
- 1:19:37Victor wants an idea of kinda what he's getting into, he can
- 1:19:43bear this in mind, Ernie Wayne Teterlgate
- 1:19:47is not a national,
- 1:19:51but he knows a lot of stuff, and he was trying to fight the court.
- 1:19:57And he's he purposely went
- 1:20:00fishing without a fishing license
- 1:20:02in 3 Forks, Montana to get himself in court and
- 1:20:08start this fight. And if he wants to YouTube it, it's pretty
- 1:20:13easy to find.
- 1:20:15His last name is t e r
- 1:20:18t e l g t e.
- 1:20:23Unknown: And How do you say it? It popped up.
- 1:20:28Unknown: Turtle
- 1:20:30get, I think.
- 1:20:33They'll probably say it in the video.
- 1:20:35But there's he's got all kinds of
- 1:20:39footage and things that he did, and
- 1:20:43I wish he had known about a national because it'd have been interesting how that would have gone for him, but they're still gonna
- 1:20:51if if Victor kinda wants to noodle on that, he might get some pointers from,
- 1:20:56what goes on with this guy.
- 1:21:00Unknown: Mhmm. Well, you know, I don't know what to tell you. Some people wanna fight. Thanks for the birthday. Some people I tried to text you three times. You're welcome. Through.
- 1:21:10That's okay. You're welcome, Dave.
- 1:21:13Unknown: Man. Thank you.
- 1:21:15Unknown: No. No.
- 1:21:18Goddamn it.
- 1:21:22Unknown: Comment,
- 1:21:23please.
- 1:21:28Unknown: Turtle head. Are you please Are you real are you know you're not welcome here, don't you?
- 1:21:35Unknown: No.
- 1:21:36Mana. Mana. That's Mana.
- 1:21:40Unknown: Manna. Who who Manna, will you please
- 1:21:42Manna, will you please spell that one more time? I'm ready to type I'm ready to write it down. Just one more time, please. Spell it, please. Yeah.
- 1:21:50Unknown: His his
- 1:21:51name
- 1:21:52is Ernie Wayne,
- 1:21:54and his last name, t e r t e l g
- 1:22:00t e.
- 1:22:01I found him by just searching Montana man fighting
- 1:22:06judge on fishing license license,
- 1:22:10and a bunch of his stuff popped up again.
- 1:22:14Unknown: Okay.
- 1:22:17Unknown: His argument was he has a god given right to forage for food. That was his argument.
- 1:22:24Unknown: I believe so. And he kinda knew he kinda based a lot of stuff on the straw man and and, you know, and all that. So take it for what you will and however you
- 1:22:36believe in all of that. But it,
- 1:22:39otherwise, is interesting,
- 1:22:41and he makes a judge walk out of the court at one point, and that's
- 1:22:45it's all interesting. That's why I say I wish he knew more about Roger when he went through this just to see how much better it would have turned out for him,
- 1:22:57Unknown: possibly. I don't think Hopefully. I don't think the judge the judge probably wouldn't have known what to do with it like most of the other ones don't.
- 1:23:04Unknown: Oh, yeah. She was she was We don't we don't deal
- 1:23:10Unknown: in judicial
- 1:23:12forums.
- 1:23:14We stay out of those as best we can, and for the most part, we're able to. You can deal with those type of things administratively
- 1:23:22if you do it up front.
- 1:23:24And it's just, you know, my deal here is to keep your ass out of court if possible.
- 1:23:32Unknown: Well, it just sounded like Victor was ready for that, and then and that's a good note to bring up that he's gonna hopefully fight this administratively
- 1:23:41and not Victor Perfect. Was get himself He was Victor was playing devil's advocate on this hypothetical
- 1:23:49Unknown: situation.
- 1:23:50That's all he was doing. Yep.
- 1:23:53And my advice at this stage,
- 1:23:56well, I've been screwing with this shit for thirty four years.
- 1:23:59The best
- 1:24:01course of action is the easiest
- 1:24:04course of action. Go spend a $150
- 1:24:07and get a nonresident fishing license.
- 1:24:11Unknown: Well, that's why I brought it up is because it sounded like he was ready to do the the not easy way, and so did this guy. And I just thought the two
- 1:24:20kinda paralleled
- 1:24:22Unknown: and that Victor might learn. And and that's fine. And that's fine if he well, that's fine if he wants to do that.
- 1:24:30But just be aware there's caveats.
- 1:24:33Are you willing to get involved in this and you get in these appeal sessions, which invariably you get into?
- 1:24:41Are you willing to put your whole damn life on the back burner to go fight a thing you could have avoided by buying a nonresident fishing license? If you're willing to do that, why hell, you just go ahead and do it.
- 1:24:54Unknown: Well, that's something you can kinda see by watching Ernie go through all this. He must have spent
- 1:25:00a lot of time and effort and heartache
- 1:25:03and
- 1:25:05whatnot dealing with what he did
- 1:25:07because he was just so strongly
- 1:25:10ready to fight it, and
- 1:25:13Unknown: and it it was a lot of his life, it looks like. So Yeah. And and he fought it on the grounds that were wrong that he would have never gotten a win on, but he wasted his life. So would it have been easier for him to go and bought a nonresident fishing license? License? That's my point.
- 1:25:31Unknown: That well, that's kinda why I brought it up.
- 1:25:34Unknown: Well, you got and the point is you you wanna be a national, you'd be free. We'll pick your battles.
- 1:25:40You gotta pick the battles you can fight, and you don't ever fight a battle battle that you don't know you can't win.
- 1:25:49Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:25:50Yeah. Gary did a good job of impressing that upon us, and, I take that to heart. Yes.
- 1:25:57Unknown: So, anyway, that's my observation on it. If you're full of piss and vinegar and you wanna go put those gloves on and get in that ring, you, by all means, do so. You may find an answer that's applicable to all of us.
- 1:26:12But, generally,
- 1:26:13people don't know what they're in for when they say they're gonna go do that and fight these people in that way.
- 1:26:21K?
- 1:26:23That's my experience. Thirty four years. Next next month, in ten days, I'll be in this thirty four years. I bet that's older than you are, man.
- 1:26:34Unknown: I'm I'm actually 42.
- 1:26:36Unknown: But Okay. Well, not much. I wasn't far off.
- 1:26:40Unknown: No. You're not. I yep. I'm still a young and that's what everybody says, and I I try and try and go And
- 1:26:48Unknown: the deeper I get into this and the older I get, the more I understand.
- 1:26:53I just want less problems in life.
- 1:26:57I just wanna go through the less life I've got with as least hassles
- 1:27:02and bullshit
- 1:27:04that's especially, it's unnecessary.
- 1:27:06I don't wanna take those battles on.
- 1:27:11Now you may be in your twenties.
- 1:27:14You may be totally full of piss and vinegar. And if that's your mode
- 1:27:19and you got testosterone
- 1:27:20pulsing through your veins, you go out there and fight it. We'll be right there with you,
- 1:27:27but just get ready to get the shit beat out of you,
- 1:27:31generally.
- 1:27:33Unknown: Yeah. You might come through the other end being like, wow. I wish I had spent that time doing
- 1:27:40So building a family or something. Yeah.
- 1:27:43Unknown: So what's the real important part of what we do here?
- 1:27:47What's the real salient part of our whole process here?
- 1:27:51It removes the teeth at the back end to the tax system.
- 1:27:56That's that's what we ought to conquer. That's their weakness.
- 1:27:59All we gotta do is get enough numbers attacking that one point. Their weak point is their Achilles heel.
- 1:28:06Shit.
- 1:28:08Babylon, oh, Babylon the greatest fallen in an hour.
- 1:28:13But we don't have the numbers.
- 1:28:16Roger.
- 1:28:17Larry.
- 1:28:21Unknown: Yeah. This thing about, judges walking out of a courtroom,
- 1:28:25there's a lot of, patriots,
- 1:28:27sovereign citizens,
- 1:28:28especially,
- 1:28:29that think, oh, the judge walked out of the courtroom when I was giving my arguments
- 1:28:35and see that there's a victory right there, that what I'm saying is true, and the judge just couldn't,
- 1:28:41you know,
- 1:28:43they they couldn't
- 1:28:45argue against the truth. Uh-huh. But that's not the case because jurisdiction
- 1:28:50is statutory,
- 1:28:52and the law and constitutions grant court authority, not a judge's physical presence.
- 1:28:57And because there's no it's not an automatic dismissal if a judge leaves
- 1:29:02the bench.
- 1:29:04Also,
- 1:29:05a judge could,
- 1:29:07you know, say that there's a there's a recess
- 1:29:11or they're just taking a recess. They may not even, you know, say there's a recess. They may just walk out.
- 1:29:18The court still retains full power to sanction the individual during or after the exit.
- 1:29:25The judge will still issue binding warrants, judgments, or sentences later.
- 1:29:30And a lot of patriots or sovereign citizens think that there's some type of magical legalese
- 1:29:38and presume
- 1:29:40that there's some
- 1:29:41pseudo legal scripts they can keep
- 1:29:45relying on, but
- 1:29:47that's not the case. And here's another thing, they oftentimes invoke
- 1:29:52maritime law and contract law,
- 1:29:55and they think if the judge walks out that that's the case.
- 1:29:59But in reality, the judge is simply refusing to engage with meritless arguments,
- 1:30:05and the legal proceedings remain fully active in binding.
- 1:30:08So
- 1:30:09it's my opinion that just because a judge walks out, that doesn't mean there's a victory there. They could still Yeah. I know. They could still issue warrants for your arrest.
- 1:30:18Unknown: Could fining for frivolous arguments on that maritime crap
- 1:30:23sovereign citizen.
- 1:30:24Oh my god.
- 1:30:26Folks, right Hold you to contempt for court.
- 1:30:29We got so few examples of our people having to go to court.
- 1:30:34I try to
- 1:30:36my best to keep you out of there. You win this game. You know, when you win this game is when you put that affidavit in the mail, especially to the passport people
- 1:30:46because that's official,
- 1:30:48buddy. That's as official as it gets, and they make the decision, and there's your courtroom decision right there. They follow the rules they've got to follow. They see that affidavit in there. They market however they market that make you different,
- 1:31:04and that's the decision, not a court decision.
- 1:31:07That's the decision. That's an administrative court.
- 1:31:14K?
- 1:31:15That's my understanding of it.
- 1:31:20I don't I don't want to be people going to court. I will. I'll bend over backwards to try and help you keep out of court. There's no reason you should be in there unless you're a a defendant. You've done something. You've harmed somebody. You've done something wrong, then you need to be in there.
- 1:31:37But if you don't, then you can do all this administratively.
- 1:31:40Okay, manna.
- 1:31:43Unknown: Oh oh, to be clear, I just brought up that case mostly to illustrate
- 1:31:49that a lot of that stuff is wrong
- 1:31:51because he didn't get anywhere and that, yeah, he really thought a big deal about that judge walking out, and then he ended up going to jail. But I just was using it as a illustration
- 1:32:04for
- 1:32:05for Victor just to just kinda what you're getting yourself into.
- 1:32:10And and if you wanted to watch it and just kinda see the headache and kinda the
- 1:32:15dancing that he was having to do there and and anybody else to realize they don't wanna be in court because
- 1:32:22that's a bad place to be.
- 1:32:25And
- 1:32:26then one other thing before I I just wanna pester Victor about whether he If if
- 1:32:33Unknown: you're the defendant,
- 1:32:36you want to be the plaintiff.
- 1:32:39Go ahead.
- 1:32:40Unknown: And
- 1:32:41I just wanted to ask Victor if he'd looked up the god culture and and what they say about
- 1:32:48The Philippines because I just feel like his involvement wouldn't be really
- 1:32:54he'd be really curious on that and
- 1:32:57didn't want him to forget about it.
- 1:33:00Unknown: How long have y'all
- 1:33:02Victor?
- 1:33:03How long have y'all been married?
- 1:33:07Unknown: Since April
- 1:33:082019.
- 1:33:10Unknown: Okay.
- 1:33:13Did you hear the story that Dave did
- 1:33:16you hear the story Dave brought us about a guy in Michigan that he knew that had a Philippine bride and a baby?
- 1:33:23Unknown: Did you hear that story? I heard about it, but
- 1:33:26I didn't hear about it. I forgot all about it, and I would really love to rehear it, please. And I would also like Mana to reach out to Paul to get my phone number. I would like to connect with you after the show, please, and I yield.
- 1:33:38Okay.
- 1:33:40Unknown: Mana, you wanna give out your number or what? I don't know how else to hook you two up.
- 1:33:45Unknown: You can't can you put it in chat? To Paul.
- 1:33:48Unknown: Alright. He's gonna get it to Paul, Victor.
- 1:33:51Unknown: If Paul it sounds like he does that for for people, so,
- 1:33:56I can If you if you talk to him well,
- 1:34:00Unknown: if you talk to him real sweet, he might.
- 1:34:04Likes to Paul? Him and that kitty him and his kitty both like to be stroked.
- 1:34:12Unknown: Feel like You've perp. Done some stroking. I've been nice to Paul.
- 1:34:17Unknown: Yes.
- 1:34:18You have. Okay. What am I supposed to do now? You're gonna get Mana's phone number to Victor.
- 1:34:28Unknown: Yeah. I can try to do that.
- 1:34:32Unknown: He says reluctantly.
- 1:34:34Unknown: Mana's We'll try to do that. For you. Send me an email and and I
- 1:34:39will figure out some way to get
- 1:34:44Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:34:45Victor, I'll send you an email and I'll send
- 1:34:48you an email as I have it worked. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait.
- 1:34:53Unknown: Hang on a minute. This is a weird day, Paul. Let me find me. Okay.
- 1:34:57Unknown: There's Mercury red move you to another room, and I'll move Victor in there with you, you guys can swap information,
- 1:35:05and then just
- 1:35:07dial
- 1:35:1194
- 1:35:14I believe, and then that'll move you back to the main room. Okay? When you're ready. 94
- 1:35:21Okay. We call this Or or if you or if each of you just wanna hit your your keypad and dial 941,
- 1:35:29and then that'll move you to Room 1, and then you two can swap information, and then 94 will bring you back here. Alright? 941
- 1:35:37Unknown: moves you over. 94
- 1:35:40brings you back. Right?
- 1:35:41Unknown: Yep.
- 1:35:43Okay.
- 1:35:45Unknown: The wizardry.
- 1:35:46We have wizardry here.
- 1:35:51Unknown: Commencing switch over now.
- 1:35:54Unknown: Alright, Victor. He's gone. 94 see if he goes into 941.
- 1:35:58Unknown: They No. 9 They're gone. 941. That raised his hand.
- 1:36:03Alright. 94
- 1:36:07Unknown: k.
- 1:36:0894
- 1:36:10Okay.
- 1:36:12Unknown: You. That put your hand back down. It's Star31.
- 1:36:17Unknown: Ah. Star
- 1:36:20Unknown: Yeah. Star31.
- 1:36:21And then I believe it's Star3Star
- 1:36:25to move back to this room.
- 1:36:27Unknown: Ah, man. I'll tell you. There we go. We have Both of them went off.
- 1:36:31Both both of them are in the room. Okay. Off on on their way, on their merry little exchange way.
- 1:36:38We have some strange shows every now and then, and this one is approaching one of those categories. I'm not sure which one. I've
- 1:36:47Unknown: tried to call Brent
- 1:36:49repeatedly,
- 1:36:50and the call is going directly to voice mail without ringing.
- 1:36:54Unknown: Okay. Well, then something has happened or whatever. So
- 1:36:58Yeah. He'll he'll the best, and there's nothing dire. K? Either is Very unusual for Brent.
- 1:37:04Unusual for Brent not to show up or let us know. Do what, Paul? Either his phone is off or he's in a no service area.
- 1:37:13Could be. Could be either. You know, the the the the rumblings of mister Winters.
- 1:37:19Larry, is that you?
- 1:37:21Unknown: Did
- 1:37:22just a
- 1:37:23chime in for just a second. Did you try Francine too, Paul?
- 1:37:28Unknown: I don't have Francine's number, and I did send an email to
- 1:37:33inchurch@commonlawyer.com.
- 1:37:35That's the only other contact info I have.
- 1:37:38Unknown: Yeah. Okay. Sorry, Larry. Thank you. Thank you, Microsoft. That's okay. Okay,
- 1:37:43Unknown: Larry. I'm just gonna interject.
- 1:37:45Yeah. Let's talk about, you know, avoiding a hunting license, fishing license. To me, this is very similar to the whole driving issue.
- 1:37:53So I pay, like, $60 a year to maintain a plate on my vehicle,
- 1:37:58and I have no problems.
- 1:38:00You know? And to me,
- 1:38:03it's the same thing. You know? Do you really want to open up that can of worms
- 1:38:07instead of just paying the the $50 for a fishing license or a $100 for a hunting license?
- 1:38:14Because you're gonna end up spending a whole bunch of your time
- 1:38:18arguing with these people
- 1:38:20and, you know, trying to get out of trouble because
- 1:38:24they were all raised we were all raised to believe that these things are valid.
- 1:38:29And so you you're not gonna change their minds.
- 1:38:34Unknown: Larry, let me tell you a story from Tom Schramm.
- 1:38:37Tom was a piss and vinegar. I mean, just totally full of piss and vinegar.
- 1:38:42Always fighting them to really,
- 1:38:45really, aggressively.
- 1:38:47Like a bull in a circle, really. And so he had an IRS deal that kinda started out early,
- 1:38:53and him and his dad had to go down. His dad went with him, went down to a meeting with the IRS at the Sloppy Floyd Building,
- 1:39:02down there. That was the name of an old Georgia senator, Sloppy Floyd.
- 1:39:07And they built this building, and it's kinda downtown where 75 and 85 are merged together in that part of Atlanta.
- 1:39:13And it looks like it's almost built over the interstate at one of those curves. It's a glass building.
- 1:39:19Him and, him and his dad went in there, and they went up and they did the,
- 1:39:23the agent interrogation
- 1:39:24thing. And as as they were leaving, this is what his father told him. His father was an MIT graduate in chemistry,
- 1:39:32by the way. And he said, Tom,
- 1:39:35you can be right
- 1:39:37and then you can be dead right.
- 1:39:44K?
- 1:39:45Unknown: Well That's it. Exactly. All of these all of these state officials, whether it's a game warden
- 1:39:50or it's,
- 1:39:51I guess that's what you call them, game commissioner or whatever,
- 1:39:55the fishing commissioner,
- 1:39:57they all have guns on their side. If it's state police,
- 1:40:00they all have guns on their side, and they see you as a sovereign citizen, basically, if you're gonna go against the system.
- 1:40:08Unknown: Yep.
- 1:40:09And so, anyway, that's
- 1:40:12I I agree with the course of least resistance is what I've learned, Larry. And listen. I was full of piss and give vinegar. I fought them. I fought the feds down there. I had a
- 1:40:23an IRS on the stand for four and a half hours. I've been through all that. I know what it is.
- 1:40:30If you can avoid it,
- 1:40:32I think you're better off.
- 1:40:35But that's your decision ultimately.
- 1:40:37You wanna go fight it and you wanna go learn those lessons? Maybe you can learn some lessons for some of us by by relating your experience.
- 1:40:46Your choice. I I'll applaud you either way.
- 1:40:49I'll be in your corner either way, Lisa.
- 1:40:56Yes, Lisa.
- 1:41:01Unknown: Lisa. Lisa. Thought it was Dave. I didn't say anything.
- 1:41:05Unknown: I did. I thought you
- 1:41:08did? You're you're not Lisa. You're Dave.
- 1:41:10I know. I don't know how you got Lisa out of my voice, but anyhow.
- 1:41:16Unknown: You
- 1:41:17know, Roger, I think the more pushback we give them see, the you give if you give them an inch,
- 1:41:25they take 500,000,000,000
- 1:41:26miles.
- 1:41:27Oh, man. We know who these people are. They're evil incarnate.
- 1:41:32Unknown: Okay. Let's relate what you're saying, and I agree with you. Let's relate it over to William.
- 1:41:39William wanted to test the system.
- 1:41:41I'm not telling him not to. We learn things
- 1:41:44and decides to go and try and get this couple thousand dollars tax back,
- 1:41:50and he ends up with a hearing
- 1:41:53that
- 1:41:54accuses him of being guilty and calls him a sovereign citizen by a prosecutor
- 1:41:59that he then has to pay $4,500
- 1:42:01in court cost to. What about that?
- 1:42:06Unknown: Well, he's still pushing. That ain't over.
- 1:42:09Unknown: Look at Joe Biden. It's not. What happened to Joe of us most of us don't have a benefactor behind us and say these issues need to be tested,
- 1:42:18and I'll pay that.
- 1:42:20There's a difference.
- 1:42:22Unknown: Okay. That's true. And I I agree with you. And and some of us can't afford you know, we're living paycheck to paycheck, but still it's you know, if we go if we do not,
- 1:42:33you know, stand on our principles, what else do we have?
- 1:42:37You know, these people are evil.
- 1:42:39And and just for the just for the record,
- 1:42:42I wanted to change June 8 to June to June 14 because of the fourteenth amendment. That's the day they freed the slaves,
- 1:42:51but they enslaved us all. And
- 1:42:54the so June 19 should be reserved
- 1:42:58for patriots because April 19 is Patriots Day, and I yield In in the fourteenth, Trump's birthday?
- 1:43:07Yeah. And it's also flag day, but they can handle another holiday
- 1:43:12Unknown: that on that day because it's already Yeah. I guess. Why not throw another holiday up there?
- 1:43:19Oh, yo yo. You know, there are some days where you just have really strange shows, and this is one of those days. Yes, sir. Who is there? Gary.
- 1:43:29Unknown: Hi, Roger.
- 1:43:30I haven't talked to you in a while. You haven't. We've missed you, brother.
- 1:43:37Well,
- 1:43:38been having a lot of problems, Roger.
- 1:43:41Unknown: It's a lot of problems. I'm sorry. I'm sorry to hear that. Do you have some of them solved?
- 1:43:47Unknown: No. They're ongoing. Well, yeah, one, my brother passed away.
- 1:43:52Unknown: Sorry to hear that.
- 1:43:53Of course. So, yeah. Stage four cancer. Oh,
- 1:43:59yeah.
- 1:44:01Well, we're glad to hear your voice. I've been telling Mana and these other people, and he said that you were listening, you and Gina.
- 1:44:09I'm sorry you got problems. Is there anything we can help you with?
- 1:44:13Unknown: Well, we could use prayer.
- 1:44:16Unknown: Alright.
- 1:44:17Well, I think we can probably handle that.
- 1:44:20Yeah. So Gary and Gina could use some prayer. Somebody said you had something wrong with your telephone system had changed or something. Is that at play here?
- 1:44:30Unknown: Well, not right now because I'm in Kalispell, but out where we live,
- 1:44:34for some reason, the signal out there is, degraded quite a bit, and it's very difficult to get get hooked up with the Internet now.
- 1:44:44Unknown: Oh, wow. That's a problem.
- 1:44:48Unknown: The thing about it is, I knew they'd prayer.
- 1:44:51They say I'm in stage four kidney failure.
- 1:44:55Unknown: You?
- 1:44:56Unknown: Yeah. Me.
- 1:44:59Unknown: Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, Gary. Yeah. Both or one?
- 1:45:04Both.
- 1:45:06Could that have been caused by this bout you did with that red western cedar? Could that be an after effect of that?
- 1:45:14Unknown: They don't know, Roger. They can't tell me crap.
- 1:45:18They have to shove another pill down my throat.
- 1:45:20So,
- 1:45:25anyway, if you guys would pray for me, I'd appreciate it. It's, I try to listen when I can get a signal.
- 1:45:32Yeah.
- 1:45:33Reason I called in with Eurofolk Radio keeps cutting in and out. I don't know if Paul can do anything about that, but it'd be appreciated.
- 1:45:42Also, if man is listening to manna, you need to get a hold of Mirka. She wants to get in contact with you.
- 1:45:52Unknown: You got that, manna?
- 1:45:55Unknown: Hey, Gary.
- 1:45:57Unknown: Yep.
- 1:45:58Unknown: Can you call me?
- 1:46:00Unknown: I'll call you this afternoon, Dave.
- 1:46:03Okay.
- 1:46:06Unknown: Okay.
- 1:46:07What else, Gary? Well, you're bringing a bringing a heavy burden to close-up a a a weird show. I'm sorry to hear all that for you.
- 1:46:18Unknown: Well, I just
- 1:46:20Unknown: it's just been rough.
- 1:46:23Unknown: Yeah. I can tell. I can tell, brother.
- 1:46:28Yikes.
- 1:46:29Roger.
- 1:46:30Unknown: Roger. Yeah. Yes.
- 1:46:33Unknown: Is that Victor again? This is Victor. Yes, sir.
- 1:46:38Yeah. I I just wanted to express to you that
- 1:46:42if it was like, I know that you get frustrated,
- 1:46:46and I know that you can't duplex on the system that we're on, so it causes irritation.
- 1:46:52And I'm really very well aware of irritation lately.
- 1:46:55Okay. So please please don't take any offense of any of this. It's not meant to be offensive.
- 1:47:01No. No. And we will carry on tomorrow. Okay, sir?
- 1:47:05Unknown: Oh, we always do. Next foot in front of the other one.
- 1:47:09So, well, it's a by Brent not being here, that kinda threw us off a little bit.
- 1:47:14And,
- 1:47:16and it's just been a strange show. Hell, it's alright.
- 1:47:20Some are good. Some are not as good. Okay? And I don't know that this one isn't as good. It's just different for me. I like things that flow. I like them the where people have got some problem with something or a misunderstanding
- 1:47:33on something, and we can go in and and correct that. I I don't like necessarily traffic stuff and court stuff
- 1:47:42because I don't see that as our role. K? And I can't judge traffic go on jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
- 1:47:50So it's unpredictable to a certain extent. That's what frustrates me with that.
- 1:47:55Otherwise, we'll we'll be back tomorrow. Let's go back to Gary. Let's let's just let's go back to Gary. You there, Gary?
- 1:48:06Unknown: Gary, are you there?
- 1:48:08Unknown: I'm here.
- 1:48:09Unknown: Yeah. Okay. Alright. Let me go back to you.
- 1:48:13If Nana's not here Nana and Victor went off to Room 1 to
- 1:48:18to swap contact information. That's right. If Manna is not here,
- 1:48:23I will pass the message on to him that he needs to get in touch with Marco. Okay?
- 1:48:29Unknown: Thank you.
- 1:48:31Unknown: And
- 1:48:32I definitely
- 1:48:34call Dave
- 1:48:35when you have an opportunity.
- 1:48:38Unknown: I'm here. I'm listening.
- 1:48:41Unknown: Okay. There's a lot feedback.
- 1:48:43You need to reach out to Mirka. You need to talk to Mirka.
- 1:48:47Alright?
- 1:48:48Okay. Gary Gary just passed that information on to us. And Gary,
- 1:48:52just
- 1:48:53because
- 1:48:55they just because they say stage four
- 1:48:59doesn't necessarily
- 1:49:01mean that
- 1:49:04that
- 1:49:05you can't
- 1:49:07straighten things out on your own another way.
- 1:49:10It just means that they don't have anything more to do for you.
- 1:49:14Now they don't have anything that they can pull out of their hat to kill you quicker.
- 1:49:19Alright?
- 1:49:21So definitely reach out to Dave.
- 1:49:25Unknown: Yeah. They're retarded. I wanna hear I wanna hear Gary talk some more, please.
- 1:49:30Unknown: Gary, your voice sounds pretty strong strong.
- 1:49:35Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:49:36Unknown: You have some questions for Gary Murrow? There he is. Okay. I
- 1:49:41Unknown: just wanna hear him speak. You can tell a lot by that.
- 1:49:46Unknown: How's Gina? I actually actually
- 1:49:48she's fine.
- 1:49:53Unknown: Doing okay. I've missed hearing you.
- 1:49:56Wondered how you were doing.
- 1:49:58Gary. Gary.
- 1:50:00Unknown: It's not been a good month, Murrah. I'll tell you that much.
- 1:50:04Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:50:06Gary, are you having trouble breathing?
- 1:50:09No.
- 1:50:12Thank goodness.
- 1:50:15Unknown: Are
- 1:50:16you having trouble peeing?
- 1:50:18No.
- 1:50:22Really?
- 1:50:24Unknown: Are you doing dialysis?
- 1:50:27Unknown: No. But they want me to start, and I don't wanna start.
- 1:50:33Unknown: I can believe that. Wow.
- 1:50:38Well, Gary, you know,
- 1:50:41man, we're just with you. We've missed you tremendously.
- 1:50:44I've made numerous comments on the air and tickled to death to hear your voice and speak with you. I'm sorry all this has befallen you,
- 1:50:52and, we can certainly lift you in prayer. And,
- 1:50:57but, man, I just I'm so sorry. You've had a pretty rough time here lately.
- 1:51:04Unknown: Yeah. I've come out.
- 1:51:07Unknown: Okay. Go ahead.
- 1:51:10Unknown: Alright. It's Terry in Texas. And for Gary,
- 1:51:15I have a few options
- 1:51:17for you as far as your, you know, stage four renal failure.
- 1:51:22There
- 1:51:25are diets that can slow that down
- 1:51:28basically
- 1:51:30pretty much to a stop. And then you can start to reverse that.
- 1:51:34I can give you that information.
- 1:51:36And as far as your cancer goes,
- 1:51:38what you can do is have your oncologist
- 1:51:41contact.
- 1:51:43I can give you a couple of numbers for alternative
- 1:51:46treatment and the one I'm talking about is GCMAF,
- 1:51:52glucose
- 1:51:53macrophage activating factor.
- 1:51:59Unknown: If you would basically
- 1:52:01Unknown: If you would, send the information to Paul. And, Paul, if you'd be kind enough to send it to me, I'll definitely look it over.
- 1:52:08Unknown: I would be happy to. Okay. Okay. Just just a little bit off.
- 1:52:13Unknown: I can I can leave you a number number
- 1:52:16or however you wanna do that?
- 1:52:19Unknown: Send me an email.
- 1:52:20Send me an email with your contact info, and in the subject line, put for Gary and
- 1:52:26send it to pgbiener,pgbiner@gmail.com.
- 1:52:36Or you can just send it, if it's easier to remember,
- 1:52:40send it to Roger, and Roger will forward it on to me, and then I'll I'll spray it where it needs to go. And that is radioranch@mail.com.
- 1:52:53Unknown: Radio ranch Either one, Terry.@mail.com.
- 1:52:57Unknown: It's easier to remember if you don't have a pen to write it down. No. And, guys, I apologize. Gary was bringing
- 1:53:04Unknown: the show down with my Oh, no. I know That's unknown.
- 1:53:09Unknown: But I could use Hey, Gary. This GC math is some amazing amazing amazing stuff.
- 1:53:15And so, it will definitely,
- 1:53:18you know, the what you have to do is have your oncologist contact,
- 1:53:21these numbers that I'll give you, and they'll
- 1:53:25basically do some things. And if you get on that, man, it will definitely,
- 1:53:30Unknown: knock that stuff out. So, anyway, I'll get ahold of you, Roger, and we'll get that done. Okay. And I can forward it straight to Gary too. Now I think his brother, you said, had the cancer problem. Yours is his kidney problem. Correct? Or do you have cancer too? No.
- 1:53:46Unknown: I don't have cancer. At least they haven't found any yet with all this type of blood test I've been I've had. Well, they would they would have showed up by now. Good information for everybody.
- 1:53:56Unknown: Yes. My brother And so that's
- 1:53:59the story for another day, but I will get that to you, Roger.
- 1:54:02Unknown: Okay. Get it to RadioRanch@mail.com,
- 1:54:06and I'll forward it on to Gary, and maybe it'll be something that can help you. Listen. There are things that that that you can do naturally. Gary, I'm not telling you anything new that bypass this established may medical stuff.
- 1:54:19Myrtle, you had something to add, sweetheart? Well,
- 1:54:22Unknown: Gary was starting to say what he needed needed. And he's interrupted.
- 1:54:28Unknown: Gary, what do you need, buddy?
- 1:54:31Unknown: Prayer. Just your prayers and your thoughts.
- 1:54:34Unknown: You've got it. Yes.
- 1:54:37Without ceasing?
- 1:54:39Yeah. Now what kind of diet what kind of diet do you have? Just curious. Well, I've cut out anything with potassium in it,
- 1:54:48Unknown: because they said my potassium levels were super high.
- 1:54:52So that affects your kidneys.
- 1:54:54Yeah. Uh-huh. Working on my blood pressure, which affects your kidneys.
- 1:54:58Yeah. And that may be may be what's caused this whole thing because my blood pressure was super high.
- 1:55:05So
- 1:55:06we're trying everything we know to try natural and and not trap, you know, whatever.
- 1:55:13Unknown: Are you a contacted
- 1:55:15go ahead. You contacted Harvey again?
- 1:55:19Unknown: Yet.
- 1:55:20Good idea.
- 1:55:22Unknown: I mean, I think you ought to reach out to Harvey,
- 1:55:25Unknown: Do do they think do they do they think that the high blood pressure is
- 1:55:30related to circulation issues?
- 1:55:36Unknown: They don't know crap.
- 1:55:39Unknown: Okay. Well well, typically, high blood pressure is circulation,
- 1:55:43and constriction of blood vessels. And
- 1:55:46I saw a video last night
- 1:55:49on,
- 1:55:50raw
- 1:55:51seeds,
- 1:55:52five
- 1:55:53top raw seeds that
- 1:55:58treat circulation issues
- 1:56:00and
- 1:56:01the seeds are easy to remember
- 1:56:03sunflower,
- 1:56:07sesame,
- 1:56:10chia,
- 1:56:12pumpkin,
- 1:56:14and
- 1:56:15oh god bless it. What's the what's the last one?
- 1:56:20Unknown: Prayer.
- 1:56:22Unknown: Yeah. Well, but there's another one. There's another one.
- 1:56:28Damn. I will send I will send that information along to
- 1:56:34you as well Clap. When I remember the last one.
- 1:56:38It's Comment. Okay.
- 1:56:41Unknown: Okay. We got three Four.
- 1:56:44Unknown: Let's do com let's do Joe first. I
- 1:56:47Unknown: think it was Lisa or Murr was first,
- 1:56:51and then Joe was third, and then Julie was after that.
- 1:56:55Unknown: Ma'am, we only I was just I
- 1:56:57was just
- 1:56:59Unknown: this tape in Nevada. I
- 1:57:02Unknown: was just prompting him to just a second, ma'am.
- 1:57:05Alright. Okay. Prompting hemp heart.
- 1:57:09Unknown: Me? Go
- 1:57:10Unknown: myrrh. Say what say what yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So Hemp
- 1:57:15hearts. Hemp seeds hearts
- 1:57:17might be the other seed. I'll look it up too.
- 1:57:20Unknown: Okay. That's myrrh.
- 1:57:24Unknown: And I was just guessing
- 1:57:26Lisa. Lisa. Yes. You want I was just guessing it might have been black, so that's it for me. Flax. That was it. Flax. Flax.
- 1:57:34Unknown: Flax. Yes.
- 1:57:36That stuff scrubs your bowels like a broom.
- 1:57:40Uh-huh. Get organic if possible.
- 1:57:43Okay. Joe. Joe.
- 1:57:46Unknown: Gary, for whatever it's worth, everybody has a lot of advice. But in my case,
- 1:57:51my blood pressure would run from a 140 to a 170
- 1:57:56over
- 1:57:5885 to 95
- 1:58:02consistently.
- 1:58:03And I swore off all carbohydrates.
- 1:58:07All carbohydrates,
- 1:58:08and now it pushes it to get over a 110 over 60.
- 1:58:14Unknown: That's the only change I've I
- 1:58:17I okay. I don't mess with them either, Joe. Julie?
- 1:58:24Oh, Julie?
- 1:58:25Unknown: I think it was somebody else.
- 1:58:28Unknown: Was there another some gal said some Nevada.
- 1:58:31Something in Nevada. Pardon me. Speak right into your phone, please. We're gonna I'm gonna talk right through the end of this. It's Kate from Nevada. Hold on, Kate. We're right at the end of the program here trying to navigate
- 1:58:44Unknown: a new system. Just just ask her if it's quick.
- 1:58:49We we've got we've got about forty five seconds.
- 1:58:53Unknown: I just need the recipe for colloidal silver if anyone has that. Okay. Well, I'll give that to you after the show ends.
- 1:59:01Okay.
- 1:59:02Well, there you go. And the show's gonna end in Friday
- 1:59:05without Brent Winters. That
- 1:59:08is unusual.
- 1:59:10And,
- 1:59:11so we'll find out what Saturday brings. Hopefully, Brent's alright. We're gonna pray and lift our our brother Gary up in prayer here over his situation,
- 1:59:21and, we're gonna see if we can find something that will help him get well and get this behind him. We'll probably talk about it and other things tomorrow. See you then or soon.
- 1:59:31Ciao.
- 1:59:37Unknown: Yes. Those those five seeds are
- 1:59:40sunflower,
- 1:59:44pumpkin
- 1:59:45Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:59:47Unknown: Flax,
- 1:59:49chia,
- 1:59:51and sesame,
- 1:59:53and they all have to do with circulation,
- 1:59:56all of them.
- 1:59:58And you don't have to take them all at a time and it don't take much, like a teaspoon to a tablespoon of, like, each one of them once a day. And
- 2:00:06I will find the YouTube video that explains all of that,
- 2:00:11Unknown: and I will forward that to you. Alright, Gary? Gonna forward it to you, Garrett. I think Julie has something to partake. No.
- 2:00:21Unknown: I believe that was Pam. Pam.
- 2:00:23Unknown: That was Pam? It sounded like Julie. We're
- 2:00:28off. Okay. I
- 2:00:30I I give. Who is it?
- 2:00:33Unknown: So this is Dave's wife, Pam.
- 2:00:35Unknown: Hi, Pam. You know,
- 2:00:38Unknown: I am so glad that Gary is fighting because, you know, when we go into a doctor's office and they want to try and take care of us, you know your body better than they do.
- 2:00:50And so of course they're going to tell you, it looks bad, and then they're going to take your blood pressure. Well, of course, now you have blood pressure,
- 2:00:57that's really not the case. It's
- 2:00:59just because of what the doctor just said.
- 2:01:03So they create
- 2:01:04these things to happen.
- 2:01:07And I can tell you two stories how that goes. Somebody
- 2:01:11was having seizures
- 2:01:13and so the doctor says here let me draw a picture of a birthday cake.
- 2:01:18And so he drew a picture of a birthday cake with candles on it and he says here I want you to blow out these candles
- 2:01:24until I tell you when to stop.
- 2:01:26So what he just did was he induced
- 2:01:30that
- 2:01:32child into having a seizure because she was going
- 2:01:38Unknown: Hyperventilating.
- 2:01:39Unknown: Exactly
- 2:01:40what happened.
- 2:01:42And so
- 2:01:43she had a seizure.
- 2:01:44She stopped. She couldn't hear her eyes kinda rolled,
- 2:01:48and she had a seizure.
- 2:01:50So these are things that keep me questioned.
- 2:01:53Sometimes they
- 2:01:55go into a little bit of shock and it induces a seizure.
- 2:01:59Now as far as kidney disease,
- 2:02:03you know, it is
- 2:02:05smallest filter, isn't it? Like I mean everything else you
- 2:02:10have a BM and when you have a BM that's a pretty big chunk of
- 2:02:15whatever you ate
- 2:02:17and when you urinate
- 2:02:19that's the smallest part besides crying or sweating.
- 2:02:24So if we think of it like that, circulation is a big thing. Now I
- 2:02:28had a massage therapist that came out and her study, everybody's got wonderful talents that God gave everybody,
- 2:02:36but her talents she's been researching.
- 2:02:39Specializes
- 2:02:41in domestic abuse
- 2:02:46and found out that the kids hold
- 2:02:50on to the emotions from the past.
- 2:02:54So when the doctor is saying all kinds of stuff
- 2:02:57and
- 2:02:58we're probably not getting the proper calcium we need
- 2:03:03or the circulation. You know we're kind of like holding our breath and we're kind of like holding out like a broken All
- 2:03:09these things
- 2:03:11are causing
- 2:03:13a disease in our body.
- 2:03:16So,
- 2:03:17relax the main thing I learned with
- 2:03:21massage
- 2:03:23or
- 2:03:24the beemer like they've talked about before.
- 2:03:27At the microcellular
- 2:03:28level we're talking about, like, those herbs, and there's good herbs. And
- 2:03:33Unknown: then there's bad Pam, hang on just a second.
- 2:03:36Unknown: There's a Texas number that's unmuted.
- 2:03:38Unknown: There's a Texas number that's unmuted. Please mute.
- 2:03:42Unknown: I think, Cherry, is that you?
- 2:03:45If you whoever's unmuted, everybody check your mute.
- 2:03:49Unknown: Hello. I believe Gary
- 2:03:52all things through Christ who strengthens him. I believe that
- 2:03:56with his
- 2:03:57knowledge of who he is,
- 2:03:59he can take care of himself.
- 2:04:01No other
- 2:04:03gods,
- 2:04:04you know, they take the oath to whatever, these people in a hospital think that
- 2:04:09they have the power over you. I believe you can do these things with the guidance of all those that care about you and what you feel you're getting the proper
- 2:04:19guidance from.
- 2:04:21I know you can do all these things and we're two or more gathered together and know that you're going to get well.
- 2:04:27Unknown: Gary That's all I have to
- 2:04:29Okay. Can I ask a question? Gary, do you and Gina? Oh,
- 2:04:33you're you're welcome, Pam. Thanks for your input there.
- 2:04:37Gary, do you you guys have a wand? Have you been trying that?
- 2:04:44Unknown: Yeah. Roger, I've tried that, and I'm using it. So Okay. Just keep doing it. Put together.
- 2:04:51Just keep doing it, Dave. Will get me on.
- 2:04:54Yep. Hopefully, there's a day will get me on with the wand and everything else and the diet. Okay. And we'll link this problem.
- 2:05:02Unknown: Okay. Call call Harvey too. K.
- 2:05:05Okay.
- 2:05:07Unknown: Gary, what does your email address start with?
- 2:05:10Unknown: He
- 2:05:12Unknown: G g. G G g. Okay.
- 2:05:15We got it. Alright. Got it. Okay. Did you say you have to go, Gary? Gary?
- 2:05:20Unknown: Yep. I need to get off here, guys. Thank you a lot for the We love you, buddy. We'll be praying for you. Keep checking in when you can.
- 2:05:27And if any of us come up with anything, we'll get the info to you. Okay?
- 2:05:33Unknown: Gary, what are your, Gary, what are your symptoms?
- 2:05:37Unknown: Stage
- 2:05:39four
- 2:05:40Unknown: renal failure. The only symptom they can tell me is that,
- 2:05:44my creatinine level's really high.
- 2:05:48So other than that, I'm not having any swelling in my ankles, not having any trouble peeing,
- 2:05:55so I don't know.
- 2:05:57Unknown: Is that one? Listen.
- 2:06:00Unknown: Use the we'll keep using the one. You're gonna take a hard going on the nutrient approach and the natural approach and let us know how you're doing,
- 2:06:08please. Okay?
- 2:06:10Unknown: Yep. I will. Hey, Roger.
- 2:06:13Unknown: Hold on. Hold on. Somebody else. Yes. Let me check your
- 2:06:18Unknown: Gary, have they given you a number for GFR,
- 2:06:22your filtration
- 2:06:27rate?
- 2:06:29Unknown: No.
- 2:06:31Unknown: Okay. They don't know if you're in stage four or not. If you're non symptomatic and it's just your creatinine is high,
- 2:06:38you can change that with diet. I'm gonna get with you. I'll send Roger the information. They haven't they haven't checked any values
- 2:06:45of your
- 2:06:46your
- 2:06:49Unknown: GFR.
- 2:06:50Unknown: Kidneys. Yeah.
- 2:06:53And so if they haven't checked that creatinine protein in the urine, those things, they don't know squats. Okay? Just because your creatinine level is high, yes, that that could be a sign.
- 2:07:03Your urine color
- 2:07:04could be, an indication, but if you're not having pain, then you're probably not in stage four.
- 2:07:10Unknown: So I will get with you. We'll get to I'm just telling you what they told me.
- 2:07:15Okay? They sent me Yeah. They were laid off. They I can tell you. Level
- 2:07:20saying my creatinine level was super high and that I needed to start the dialysis.
- 2:07:26Unknown: Alright. Until they do it oh my goodness. That's crazy. They haven't got a GFR test, have they even referred you
- 2:07:34have they even referred you to a, a nephrologist yet yet?
- 2:07:38Unknown: Yeah. I go the twenty third.
- 2:07:41Unknown: Oh, okay. Well, he'll do the test. If they haven't got he'll do the test necessary to tell you what is actually going on. But in the meantime, I'll get with Roger and send you that information, and I'll talk to you as a phone. We'll get started on as many of those natural ones as you think are
- 2:07:59Unknown: applicable, Gare.
- 2:08:01Thanks, man. Glad you checked in. Great to hear your voice.
- 2:08:04I I feel better with what Terry just said right there that you haven't even gotten the good word yet. So let's take a hard nutritional turn and see what we can accomplish and let us know what that guy tells you. Okay?
- 2:08:19And call Harvey and vegetables.
- 2:08:21Unknown: Fruits and vegetables, not meat meat.
- 2:08:24Unknown: Oh, okay. No. Not not as much meat.
- 2:08:30Okay. I think. Okay, buddy. Go take care of it. Give give Gene our love. Alright?
- 2:08:35Unknown: I
- 2:08:36will. Thank you, guys. Alright, buddy.
- 2:08:39Unknown: Yikes.
- 2:08:40Okay. Well, I knew something, you know, was, we hadn't heard from Gary. He's usually been a regular around here for years.
- 2:08:47If you don't know, he's the one in in Kalispell up there in Flathead County, Montana built the biggest group anybody's
- 2:08:55built on this that we know of and 50 plus people a week showing up
- 2:09:00in a relatively small town. So there's a bunch of nationals up there around Nana.
- 2:09:08It's just
- 2:09:09I can't get up there and whip the get you into shape. Get out of that damn attorney general's office. Bam. You're gonna tell him I can't do that.
- 2:09:20All I can do is educate people, and just like the information did with me,
- 2:09:25it motivated me.
- 2:09:28You. The whatever it is in this
- 2:09:31with all the ingredients that it brings to us in a positive positive
- 2:09:35way, you've got to let that information dictate
- 2:09:39how you're gonna deal with it. Some people just say, oh, you're crazy, walk away. Some people go through here, file a piece of paper, and never even think about it again. So I don't know, and I can't make you do anything.
- 2:09:51It doesn't work that way. The only thing that can do is the information's
- 2:09:55got to suck you in.
- 2:09:57It's got to totally
- 2:09:59envelop you and take over your life like it did with mine. K? And then you start really learning it, then you start getting empowered,
- 2:10:08and it's a different ballgame then.
- 2:10:10Okay?
- 2:10:11But, boy, it's a it's a challenge. This is one the toughest things I've ever done is to expose this information.
- 2:10:18And what you're not supposed to do, of course, is have expectations
- 2:10:21of other people and have expectations of other people to go unfulfilled.
- 2:10:26I have to wonder if these people come by or something happens anymore on a a,
- 2:10:32you know, always hopeful, of course. An interview comes by with, say, Jeff Rince. I get all excited, and I get on there for two nights,
- 2:10:40two hours, and not one single person responds.
- 2:10:47Not one?
- 2:10:49Yikes.
- 2:10:51J. B. Wells, at least one person responded
- 2:10:55Unknown: from JB Wells. I can't remember I can't remember the name, but I think they have typed in the chat before.
- 2:11:01Can't remember the name, but they said they they are here from hearing you on rents.
- 2:11:06Unknown: Okay. Well, god, I'm glad there's at least one.
- 2:11:11So, anyway, it's I mean, I'm not I at this stage of the game, I've gotten over all the disappointment and all that in the previous times when when nothing developed out of it. I as anymore, I just go, okay. Well, I don't know about that. I know it's real. I understand that I got a bunch of other bunch of other people that understand it and follow it up on it, and we'll just keep marching along.
- 2:11:33Maybe the moment will change, Lisa.
- 2:11:36Maybe something in the egregious. Maybe this thing with Israel right here, the clear cut line of demarcation,
- 2:11:42and whatever else is coming since evidently this treaty or memorization of understanding is supposed to be signed today that was signed already is not gonna be officially signed because Israel and their goods are out trying to hunt down the Iranian delegation so they can shoot them out of the sky.
- 2:12:03They have to change cities.
- 2:12:05Who knows?
- 2:12:07It's wacko. K?
- 2:12:09Anyway,
- 2:12:10I'm glad to be in Ecuador. I hope you're happy where you are,
- 2:12:14and,
- 2:12:15and we'll see. We're we're following god's word to come out over my people. I think we're all following it to the best of our abilities. K?
- 2:12:25So we we're even going to the limits where we might. We just might get Paul out of New York and get his ass down there in Oklahoma.
- 2:12:34K?
- 2:12:35So, hopefully, that's still on the back burner.
- 2:12:40Because I may could use a week's vacation,
- 2:12:42Paul.
- 2:12:43Unknown: No. No. That's that's moved from the back burner to the front burner.
- 2:12:48The
- 2:12:50The deed is signed, the property's been acquired,
- 2:12:54and
- 2:12:54I have to be there by
- 2:12:58I'm
- 2:12:59planning on leaving New York
- 2:13:03mid
- 2:13:04July because I have to be there by August.
- 2:13:08So now it's no holds barred and
- 2:13:11pulling out all the stops and getting all the stuff taken care of and hitting the ground running because I have a place to go, thanks to Joe
- 2:13:19and Maxine and their hard work on putting all the pieces together down there. I have a place to go, I have a place to land and
- 2:13:30numerous projects to keep me occupied before
- 2:13:33snow flies.
- 2:13:34Unknown: So And what we'll do, we'll put out a clarion call to anybody that's in that area, either in those adjacent states or wants to drive down there and sit on a designated time when we could, like, get together and put the build the barn.
- 2:13:49Know, let's fix all the things that need to be fixed to see if we could give you some some labor. So congratulations
- 2:13:56on getting that far. I think we need to thank everybody
- 2:13:58that has contributed in
- 2:14:00the fund to escape from New York fund,
- 2:14:03Unknown: and it appears that that was successful, and it really made me happy. But now we're working on now we're working on we have to meet the goal. We haven't met the goal yet.
- 2:14:14Unknown: Okay, well I gotta start pitching.
- 2:14:17Unknown: Alright. So we haven't met the goal yet because the
- 2:14:21first thing that I need to do is I need to make sure that my bus will get there. I have sent the transmission
- 2:14:28control module off to be reflashed which will enable sixth gear
- 2:14:32and Allison
- 2:14:34automatic transmission.
- 2:14:36And I'm going to be going late nights and early mornings
- 2:14:41not driving during the heat of the day to save the tires.
- 2:14:45And I don't know what fuel is going to be. Fuel is going to be expensive
- 2:14:50because I'm thinking I'll probably only get seven or eight miles to the gallon out of the bus and it's 1,400 miles. So there's still a lot of expenses that are
- 2:15:00in the works,
- 2:15:01and there is also a
- 2:15:04storage container that I'm gonna have to acquire when I get there, because I will actually have to have a place to put tools and things
- 2:15:14while I'm working on the house.
- 2:15:16So I need a high cube container, I can get one for $2, but I cannot order it until I get there and put down a rock pad for it to sit on. So these are all things that have to come together by
- 2:15:29August.
- 2:15:31Unknown: Okay, folks. So we've got the wind behind our backs now.
- 2:15:35Unknown: We have one of the hurdles.
- 2:15:38Unknown: Okay. We gotta go One of the hurdles is the place. Well, we'll we'll approach them, and, we'll we'll overcome them. Okay? Because it's just gotta be done. If we can't get you moved
- 2:15:49from New York to Oklahoma
- 2:15:51with the combination of people on this and the effect that this has on your lives with and I know times are tough, and I know they're getting tougher. But if we can't do that, well, jeez, shit. What
- 2:16:03are we doing?
- 2:16:07Unknown: Well
- 2:16:08Unknown: Okay. So we'll see. Hope for the best. I'm sure we'll be able to. And, just you're gonna have to keep us because you're the one that's overseeing all of that. You're gonna have to keep us in the loop on what we need to do. Today, it was the
- 2:16:22eighteenth eighteenth of June nineteenth nineteenth.
- 2:16:25Unknown: Yeah. June
- 2:16:2619.
- 2:16:27Unknown: Days in June,
- 2:16:29and by that's about twenty five days.
- 2:16:31Yep. Middle of July.
- 2:16:34Unknown: Absolutely.
- 2:16:36Alright.
- 2:16:37Unknown: And then you're gonna take a day a week off, and I'm gonna take a week off.
- 2:16:41Unknown: It might be two weeks because
- 2:16:43I'll have to Okay. Might be two weeks. I'll
- 2:16:46have to get electricity turned onto the property. I'll have to get Internet access turned on to the property,
- 2:16:53and I will have to set up the computers to run the show, but then we'll be off off and running.
- 2:17:00Alright. Even if I have to set the computers up in the bus.
- 2:17:03Unknown: Mhmm. So and and and alright. So we'll it looked like that time period, week to two weeks. No. You get to hear replays.
- 2:17:13We got years of them, folks,
- 2:17:16and some damn good ones too.
- 2:17:18So, and some some of you new folks hadn't heard this stuff probably before.
- 2:17:24Yeah. So, anyway okay. Good. Good, Paul. There
- 2:17:27Unknown: will not be a show at all, so just go to the website and grab a replay
- 2:17:33and hang out because everything
- 2:17:35is managed from one computer in my house. If that computer's not hooked up, the show doesn't happen. Uh-huh.
- 2:17:42Unknown: Okay. So there won't even be scheduled replays that come on. There'll be dead air or what? Dead air. Nothing.
- 2:17:50So Can Paul step in and load some of those so it wouldn't be just dead air? People won't know what's going on.
- 2:17:58Unknown: Let's see what I can do. The
- 2:18:01conference the room will be available, and I will dial into it. It's just there won't be any broadcast streams.
- 2:18:08Unknown: Well, like I said, maybe somebody can
- 2:18:12or somebody could step in, grab that many shows and give them to them and see if they can load them.
- 2:18:20Unknown: I'll I'll
- 2:18:22I'll see what I can do about this. Noodle on it. It's gonna be difficult.
- 2:18:25Unknown: Noodle on it.
- 2:18:27Okay. Who else has got something here today in this show with so many different things covered
- 2:18:33that are unusual?
- 2:18:34Hello?
- 2:18:36Anybody have anything else you're dying to make public? You need to step in. People are stepping on you. Here's one right there. Hello.
- 2:18:46Unknown: Roger, it's Samuel.
- 2:18:47Wanted to get a message. Hey, Samuel. I sent
- 2:18:51hi. I I sent it directly to Gary,
- 2:18:54but I don't know if his phone is current with the number I have and stuff. There's a
- 2:19:01there's a kidney cleanse
- 2:19:05set of herbs. There are 10 of them.
- 2:19:08It's marjoram,
- 2:19:09catcall, camphor root, fennel seed, chicory herb,
- 2:19:13uva ursi,
- 2:19:15hydrangea root, gravel root,
- 2:19:18marshmallow root, and goldenrod herb.
- 2:19:21I've taken And then mail that to me. To
- 2:19:26Unknown: me or Paul, and we'll get it to you get it to you. Yeah. Email it to me, and I will rocket it right off to him.
- 2:19:34Unknown: And then the I'll also email I I took two photoshoots of it, Paul.
- 2:19:39Present moment
- 2:19:40the present moment in Minneapolis,
- 2:19:44Minnesota
- 2:19:45is where you can buy them all.
- 2:19:47Now
- 2:19:48they used to package it
- 2:19:51as per the way Andrew
- 2:19:53Andreas Moritz wanted you to to take it.
- 2:19:57They fell out of that agreement, but all they have all the herbs, so what you wanna do is buy one or two pounds of each
- 2:20:04so you can blend your own tea
- 2:20:07so that you can you can sip this stuff, and hopefully that'll be some help. But I'll I'll I'll I'll go ahead, Paul, and I'll I'll send you some screenshots.
- 2:20:18Unknown: Okay. We'll get it to him, Samuel. Samuel. I will forward it right off to him. Groovy. Okay. I'll bet you we can get I'll bet you we can get him over this with with all these different herbal stuff and
- 2:20:32homeopathic
- 2:20:33homeopathic
- 2:20:34things.
- 2:20:35Okay. Anybody else
