- 1:41Speaker 1: What we learned from lesson one.
- 1:42Speaker 1: We learned that God created the heavens and the earth.
- 1:45Speaker 1: We all knew that.
- 1:47Speaker 1: I mean that's Day 1, god said let there be light or light be, and light was.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Day 2, god said let there be a firmament.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Day 3, God said let the waters under the heaven be collected into one place.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Let me grab a paper here.
- 2:06Speaker 1: And God said let the waters under the heaven be collected into one place.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Let me grab a paper here.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Day four, and God said let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Day five, and God said be fruitful and multiply well to all the animals and everything he had done.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Day six, and God said Let the earth bring forth living creatures according to their kind, livestock, creeping things and wild beasts of the earth according to their kind.
- 2:37Speaker 1: And it was so.
- 2:38Speaker 1: And in verse 26, I'm in chapter 1, verse 26, and God said Let us, father, son and Holy Spirit, make mankind in our image, after our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the tame beasts and over everything that creeps upon the earth.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Psalm 104.30 says when you send forth your spirit and give them breath, they are created and you replenish the face of the ground.
- 3:15Speaker 1: So we see that words were actually the seeds or containers that God used to plant into the earth to bring about his creation or whatever it was he was creating.
- 3:29Speaker 1: It says we are molded from dust and Adam was molded from dust and to dust he will return.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Well, that's the physical Adam, that's his earth suit In Genesis 1, 28 through 31,.
- 3:46Speaker 1: And God said to them, talking to Adam and Eve, be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, using all of its vast resources in the service of God and man, and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves upon the earth.
- 4:08Speaker 1: And we're all yawning and saying ho-hum, ho-hum to Chaplain Terry.
- 4:13Speaker 1: We know that.
- 4:14Speaker 1: We know that.
- 4:14Speaker 1: We know that.
- 4:17Speaker 1: What we fail to realize is that our words are seeds and they're planted, and they are planted into the earth, and the earth has the ability to grow that seed into the product that God originally created.
- 4:34Speaker 1: So let's take a kernel of corn and put it in the ground.
- 4:39Speaker 1: When it gets into the ground, the ground puts the necessary nutrients in that kernel of corn and that kernel of corn starts to grow and it will first get the blade, then the ear and the whole kernel in the ear and you've got corn.
- 4:57Speaker 1: And that's true with everything.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Now we're talking about physical things, trees, animals.
- 5:06Speaker 1: They're created, they're alive.
- 5:10Speaker 1: But what made them come alive?
- 5:12Speaker 1: What made the corn, the kernel of corn, come alive?
- 5:17Speaker 1: It was the Spirit of God.
- 5:21Speaker 1: So when God made Adam and Eve, he created Adam.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Adam, and I want you to picture there.
- 5:27Speaker 1: He molded him from the dust of the earth and put him on the earth, and if he just picked him up, and he was, he was the image and likeness of God, he looked like God and when God breathed into him the life, his life, man became a living soul.
- 5:49Speaker 1: And that is not.
- 5:52Speaker 1: We're not talking about becoming the body.
- 5:55Speaker 1: He wasn't a particular color or shade or anything else.
- 6:01Speaker 1: That's his earth suit.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Man is a spirit, he has a soul and that lives in a body, and it's all intertwined and interwoven.
- 6:13Speaker 1: It's very difficult, as a matter of fact it's impossible, to separate it out.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Only God's word can separate it out.
- 6:22Speaker 1: So he created Adam and Eve and Adam was complete.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Remember that God created Adam and Adam was complete, and Adam's job was to tend and till the garden using faith not sweat or labor, not anything like that using faith, and had authority to do that and control it.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Well, satan comes in then and he had to borrow the body of a snake or a serpent, because he did not have a body on his own.
- 7:03Speaker 1: If you're going to rule and reign in this earth, you have got to be in a body.
- 7:07Speaker 1: That's how it works.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Well, satan came in, borrowed the body of a serpent and convinced Eve that if she would eat of this fruit that she was told not to eat of, that she would die.
- 7:24Speaker 1: What I'm trying to get you to see here is the fact that Adam was created and molded into God's image and likeness and became the son of God.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Now, adam then was told to name the animals, put everything in order and take care of it, and he did Then.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Also, after doing all that, there wasn't anyone there to help Adam.
- 7:58Speaker 1: There would be a help meet for him, and that stands to reason.
- 8:02Speaker 1: If you about it, he was created complete.
- 8:05Speaker 1: He was created complete.
- 8:08Speaker 1: So, anyway, god put adam into a deep sleep and he took from adam the female part of him and made a woman.
- 8:21Speaker 1: And we have adam and eve.
- 8:23Speaker 1: They're both men, mankind.
- 8:27Speaker 1: One's a male, one's a female.
- 8:30Speaker 1: One does not have a womb and one that has a womb.
- 8:33Speaker 1: So then we see that the seed of man, when it comes to people.
- 8:40Speaker 1: The seed of man is, has the sperm or the egg and fertilizes the egg in the womb of the woman and a person is born.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Well, adam and Eve sinned, and when they did so, their spirit man, their soul died and their soul died.
- 9:06Speaker 1: And when that happened, then sin entered the world through every man, everything that was born.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Adam had dominion.
- 9:16Speaker 1: The reason we have weeds, the reason we have disobedient animals, the reason we have disobedient anything, is because Adam turned it over to the devil and he had the power.
- 9:30Speaker 1: It was given to him by God.
- 9:32Speaker 1: It was God's creation.
- 9:33Speaker 1: He was to be fruitful and multiply, and Satan convinced him that God was holding back and that if they would eat this fruit, they'd be like God and they'd live forever.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Not understanding, the fact was that God wouldn't lie to them.
- 9:56Speaker 1: I hope I didn't confuse you more.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Okay, so what I want you to see is this Our words are containers and they contain the necessary product, or the product that we're looking for.
- 10:12Speaker 1: If you plant an orange seed, you're going to get an orange tree.
- 10:17Speaker 1: If you plant an apple seed, you're going to get an apple tree, an apple seed, the apple of the fruit, and the fruit's going to have its own seed.
- 10:25Speaker 1: If you plant man you're going to get man.
- 10:31Speaker 1: But in Adam and Eve's case, once they sin, once they disobey God, then the soul of that person was disobedient to God and Adam gave it all.
- 10:44Speaker 1: And Adam gave it all the entire lock, stock and barrel, the earth, gave it away to the devil and the devil's ruling and reigning on the earth.
- 10:56Speaker 1: And man then is forced to serve the devil because he has legally obtained.
- 11:04Speaker 1: He didn't legally obtain it, but he has tricked Adam, tricked god.
- 11:09Speaker 1: The god in adam has tricked adam and adam made the decision and when he did, his soul died.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Then adam is under a curse and everything he does is by the sweat of his brow and toil and tears, confusion and wars, rumors of wars, you name it.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Everything on the earth is the same way.
- 11:33Speaker 1: It's under a curse.
- 11:35Speaker 1: So God's got to get his back in control, his word back in control.
- 11:43Speaker 1: So the first thing he does is he puts a guard of angels around these trees where God can't get in there and live forever in a sinful state.
- 11:55Speaker 1: The next thing he does is he drives Adam out of that garden and puts him in subjection, now to the devil's laws and rules.
- 12:08Speaker 1: So we see that this earth, then this world, that mankind is ruled by a dead spirit, and we can't have that.
- 12:25Speaker 1: So God, then, has got to get his word back in here, he's got to get control of it.
- 12:32Speaker 1: So we start with the covenant, noah and the covenant and covenant, and covenant and covenant and covenant.
- 12:46Speaker 1: And finally, coming down, god starts a covenant with a man named Abram, and Abram is a father of many, but Abraham is a father of many nations.
- 12:59Speaker 1: So when Abraham believed God, it's accounted to him as righteousness.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Believed God, it's accounted to him as righteousness.
- 13:08Speaker 1: And from Abraham, the father's, comes the law and the prophet and lets the seed or the word of God back into the earth.
- 13:18Speaker 1: But you can't bring the word of God back into a normal earth-bound human being, because he's in a sinful state, he's in a lost state.
- 13:33Speaker 1: So what does God do?
- 13:38Speaker 1: He comes along, after all the prophets and a tremendous amount of years.
- 13:42Speaker 1: He comes along and he finds a virgin by the name of Mary, and he tells her that God has sent the angel, tells her that God has sent him and she's going to be the mother of the Messiah.
- 13:59Speaker 1: So God's sperm, God's seed, is planted in the woman and the woman then has a supernatural birth and her son is all God, because his seed is God and all man.
- 14:18Speaker 1: He's the son of Joseph, which he calls himself the son of man, and he's the son of God because he came from God's sperm into the woman.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Clears mud.
- 14:35Speaker 1: We'll keep a banging on this for a little bit, for several podcasts.
- 14:40Speaker 1: So now I want you to imagine God takes Adam, forms him out of the dust, got him standing up there.
- 14:47Speaker 1: He's holding him up by the Adam, forms him out of the dust, got him standing up there.
- 14:48Speaker 1: He's holding him up by the shoulders, looking him straight in the eye, and he breathes into him the spirit of life.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Jesus said my words are spirit and they are life.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Once he breathes into him, then man becomes a living being or a living God.
- 15:07Speaker 1: His name is Jesus.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Once Jesus has done that and goes to the cross and dies for the sins of the world, he is dead.
- 15:20Speaker 1: He is crucified, dead, buried and paid the penalty for sin.
- 15:27Speaker 1: And when he did, god went down into the pits of hell, had him born again, raised him from the dead and he's seated at the right hand of the Father.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Therefore, because we are a spirit being created in the image and likeness of God.
- 15:44Speaker 1: We accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and we are born again in the Spirit, not of incorruptible seed, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible seed by the Word of God.
- 15:59Speaker 1: And Jesus Christ becomes the dominating factor of this earth.
- 16:06Speaker 1: So the more we know about the word, the more we understand the word, the better we can control and rule and reign on this earth as Christians, as sons and daughters of God.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Oh, praise the Lord.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Folks, it just doesn't get any better than this.
- 16:23Speaker 1: Jesus Christ has made unto me wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, redemption.
- 16:29Speaker 1: I have the mind in christ as he is, so am I in this world.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Praise the lord, praise the lord, praise the lord.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Okay, we're going to get into some other stuff.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Let me see if I got anything I really need to cover.
- 16:46Speaker 1: I think I only covered about several thousand years there.
- 16:50Speaker 1: So we see that everything has been set up and given a purpose and the heavens and earth are ready for man to come and rule and reign over it.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Everything was made for man.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Please keep reading and studying God's Word.
- 17:07Speaker 1: I realize some of this may be a little boring, but it is necessary in order to understand, and the more you understand, the more exciting it's going to get.
- 17:16Speaker 1: In the next lesson we will study in detail how and why God made us and formed us into his image and likeness.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Now here's some questions I want you to sort of ask yourself.
- 17:27Speaker 1: What did Adam's dominion cover?
- 17:31Speaker 1: How is everything controlled and kept in order?
- 17:35Speaker 1: Explain John 6.63.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Now, this is word-related scriptures.
- 17:44Speaker 1: This is all Proverbs.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Proverbs 4.24.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Proverbs 10.19-21.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Proverbs 12, verse 18,.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Proverbs 12, chapter 14, verse 23,.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Proverbs 17, 20.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Proverbs 18, 20-21.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Proverbs 21, verse 6.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Proverbs 21, verse 23.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Matthew 12, 36.
- 18:30Speaker 1: And chapter 12, 34-37.
- 18:33Speaker 1: I want to bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Let me reword that I want to let the Lord bless you and keep you and make his face shine upon you and be gracious unto you.
- 18:45Speaker 1: And you're going out and you're coming in and you're lying down and you're rising up in your laughter, in your tears, in your joy, in your sorrow, until you come to stand before him in that day when you will face the Lord, jesus Christ, friend, face him, give your heart to him.
- 19:06Speaker 1: He's not against you, he's not going to punish you, he's not going to do anything you don't want him to do.
- 19:13Speaker 1: He is a gentleman and he is God of everything.
