- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice for sure. It's time nice lovell and lo and
- 0:14Speaker 1: love and love and loa lo. Welcome to the naughty
- 0:17Speaker 1: but nice sham your house from Shooter. It's Tuesday morning. Normally,
- 0:20Speaker 1: our dear friend Miss D joins us every Tuesday and
- 0:22Speaker 1: I look forward to it. You look forward to it. Unfortunately,
- 0:26Speaker 1: today she's having a few technical issues and so she's
- 0:30Speaker 1: not going to be able to join us. But I
- 0:32Speaker 1: know she's listening a lower love of low. Miss D.
- 0:35Speaker 1: You're the best. She does all the work, honestly, she
- 0:38Speaker 1: always comes prepared and then at the last minute of
- 0:40Speaker 1: technical issue. Ma't obummer. But not to worry. We've got
- 0:43Speaker 1: a ton of gossip to get to. We've got each other.
- 0:46Speaker 1: We can do this. Are you ready, my friends? You're
- 0:49Speaker 1: the co hosts today, so let's jump into the show.
- 0:53Speaker 1: What time is it, my friends? It is tea time.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Big story out of London that's really blowing up, and
- 1:00Speaker 1: it's a little bit more personal to me a I'm
- 1:02Speaker 1: a brit and to b I worked with the celebrity
- 1:06Speaker 1: who is at the center of it. Let me explain.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Jennifer Lopez's giant Wimbledon hat is causing a backlash. Yes,
- 1:15Speaker 1: so j Loo turned up to the men's final at Wimbledon,
- 1:20Speaker 1: but not everybody was impressed. She had on an oversized hat.
- 1:24Speaker 1: It was a sun hat. It was very, very hot
- 1:26Speaker 1: there on Center Court. It gets blearingly hot. So shed
- 1:30Speaker 1: a hat on and it grew criticism. Drew criticism from
- 1:34Speaker 1: fans who claimed it blocked the view of spectators in
- 1:38Speaker 1: the seats behind her. Some call in the fashion choice inappropriate.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Others quickly came to her defense, pointing out that she
- 1:46Speaker 1: did remove the hat later in the match and was
- 1:49Speaker 1: simply protecting herself from the blazing sun. Now, love it
- 1:53Speaker 1: or hate it, Jalo has once again proved that she
- 1:57Speaker 1: can steal the spotlight without even stepping onto the court.
- 2:02Speaker 1: A few things going on here. Yes, she did have
- 2:04Speaker 1: a massive hat on, and that can be very annoying
- 2:07Speaker 1: if you are behind somebody. But the seating there is
- 2:10Speaker 1: very ranked. I've been lucky enough to go to Wimbledon.
- 2:14Speaker 1: It's not like a movie theater or a Broadway theater
- 2:18Speaker 1: where you gradually rise. Gosh, I'd be annoyed if I'd
- 2:22Speaker 1: bought tickets to a show, a play and somebody in
- 2:26Speaker 1: front of me had a huge hat on. I couldn't see.
- 2:28Speaker 1: But that isn't quite how Wimbledon works. The fact you
- 2:31Speaker 1: can see if you look at photographs the faces of
- 2:34Speaker 1: the people in front of her and behind her means
- 2:37Speaker 1: that they are very, very steep on the rise in
- 2:41Speaker 1: the seat, so everybody could see. Really well, I think,
- 2:44Speaker 1: what's going on here? And this is my reporting. I'm
- 2:47Speaker 1: going to break a story about it today on my
- 2:48Speaker 1: sub stack. Jennifer wasn't welcomed. They didn't want her there.
- 2:54Speaker 1: People were asking why is she here? Now? This is
- 2:59Speaker 1: something that happens a lot in the world of celebrities.
- 3:02Speaker 1: It happens a lot in high school, it happens a
- 3:04Speaker 1: lot in your life. It's really snobby, it's really elitist.
- 3:08Speaker 1: They think they're better than you. When I worked with Jennifer,
- 3:12Speaker 1: you would think she's one of the biggest stars in
- 3:14Speaker 1: the world. Well, she is, as far as the public's concerned.
- 3:17Speaker 1: But other people in Hollywood were not fans of Jennifer.
- 3:20Speaker 1: I went with her to the Golden Globes, Ones and
- 3:22Speaker 1: so many celebrities, big celebrities. I could see them roll
- 3:25Speaker 1: their eyes make fun of her, laugh at her. Well,
- 3:28Speaker 1: she got the last laugh, didn't she. She is j Loo,
- 3:31Speaker 1: but it was quite It was quite disturbing, and it
- 3:34Speaker 1: reminded me of high school where I wasn't the popular kid,
- 3:38Speaker 1: and people rolled their eyes and people look down their nose.
- 3:41Speaker 1: That's what's happened to Jennifer. She doesn't win awards, she
- 3:45Speaker 1: barely gets nominated for them. They're a bit jealous of
- 3:48Speaker 1: her monstrous success and popularity, but she's not part of
- 3:52Speaker 1: the cool crowd. Celebrity is like high school. It's a click,
- 3:57Speaker 1: it's a club, and they don't like like Jennifer Lopez.
- 4:01Speaker 1: They won't let her in. If you want to know
- 4:03Speaker 1: who the cool crowd is, look at the people constantly
- 4:06Speaker 1: winning or getting nominated for awards, particularly awards that are
- 4:09Speaker 1: nominated by their peers in the music business. It's the Grammys.
- 4:13Speaker 1: I think the grammar is about four or five times.
- 4:15Speaker 1: It is a bunch of really mean people. They think
- 4:19Speaker 1: they are just brilliant. I even went to the Grammars
- 4:22Speaker 1: once with Jennifer Lopez, not so nice. People were not
- 4:25Speaker 1: very nice to her. When I went to the Grammys
- 4:27Speaker 1: with Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder came and sat in the
- 4:29Speaker 1: dressing room because they love her. Alisha is an artist
- 4:33Speaker 1: that they love that each is part of that cool crowd.
- 4:37Speaker 1: J Lo not so much. Britney Spears. They don't like
- 4:41Speaker 1: Britney Spears. I make fun of her. I worked for
- 4:43Speaker 1: John bon Jovi. He was not the cool crowd. Bruce
- 4:46Speaker 1: Springsteen was. Bruce was the cool crowd. It is the
- 4:49Speaker 1: drive drive job crazy. He's so talented, so brilliant, but
- 4:54Speaker 1: he is just not part of that media that's social,
- 4:59Speaker 1: that music elite. Same with j Lo, and I think
- 5:01Speaker 1: that's what's going on here. She turned up in London.
- 5:04Speaker 1: She loves tennis. She wanted to go and watch the match.
- 5:07Speaker 1: She was given tickets and sod be nice to her.
- 5:10Speaker 1: If you don't want to there, don't give her tickets.
- 5:12Speaker 1: What's your philosophy on that? What's your rule? Do you
- 5:15Speaker 1: go to places that don't want you? I used to
- 5:19Speaker 1: say no, if you don't want me, I'm not going
- 5:21Speaker 1: to go. Now I think if I really want to go,
- 5:23Speaker 1: if I want to go and see something, be part
- 5:25Speaker 1: of something, I don't care if you like me or not.
- 5:29Speaker 1: If I like me and I enjoy what's happening, I go.
- 5:34Speaker 1: I've been invited tonight to a big event, Substack. I'm
- 5:38Speaker 1: now on Substack. Substack has their best sellers, and they've
- 5:41Speaker 1: done a little party, a little cocktail party for all
- 5:44Speaker 1: the people that are on the best sellers list. Luckily, fortunately,
- 5:48Speaker 1: I'm very grateful. I'm one of those people. However, I
- 5:51Speaker 1: think the other people I shouldn't judge this year. And
- 5:55Speaker 1: I don't know, but my feeling is they might be
- 5:58Speaker 1: a little bit more literate, might be a little bit
- 6:01Speaker 1: more smarty pants. My substack is celebrity gossip. Their's is big,
- 6:08Speaker 1: big subjects, think pieces, saving the world. It's not gossiping
- 6:13Speaker 1: about the Real Housewives, which I love to do. I
- 6:15Speaker 1: am not going to be embarrassed her. I'm not gonna
- 6:19Speaker 1: let them shame me. I love what I do. J
- 6:21Speaker 1: Loo loves what she does and turning up and watching
- 6:24Speaker 1: the tennis and having people give you the cold shoulder.
- 6:27Speaker 1: She's used to that. It makes me sad. But don't worry.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Jennifer's got a really tough, really thick skin. She's a
- 6:34Speaker 1: really strong person. It's a superpower because her whole life
- 6:38Speaker 1: she's been told no. Even now she's a superstar. She
- 6:43Speaker 1: knows that people roll their eyes at her, which brings
- 6:47Speaker 1: us to our whole question of the day Jennifer's oversized
- 6:50Speaker 1: some hat sun hat through criticism at the tennis at Wimbledon.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Are they right? Yes or no? It's a little bit
- 7:00Speaker 1: not be wingble doon. It's a little bit elitist. It's
- 7:03Speaker 1: Anna Winter, it's Nicole Kidman. It is not just In Bieber,
- 7:08Speaker 1: it is not Jennifer Lopez. It is not those stars
- 7:11Speaker 1: that we love but the media hates. What do you think?
- 7:16Speaker 1: Are they right? Go vote on our Twitter page, at
- 7:20Speaker 1: ex page at Naughty Nice rob Our facebook page is
- 7:25Speaker 1: Naughty Gossip and be sure to check that tomorrow to
- 7:29Speaker 1: hear your results. I'll tell you all about the party
- 7:31Speaker 1: tomorrow too. I promise, I promise, I promise. Okay, Moving along,
- 7:34Speaker 1: Laura Dern I love her. She has a really heartbreaking, beautiful,
- 7:38Speaker 1: really smart tribute to her friend Sam mill So. Laura
- 7:43Speaker 1: is mourning the loss of her longtime friend and Jurassic
- 7:46Speaker 1: Park co star Sam. In a deeply emotional tribute, she
- 7:50Speaker 1: called him quote a beloved lifetime friend. They really were friends.
- 7:54Speaker 1: I spoke to sources and they said often actor say
- 7:57Speaker 1: that all the time when they make a movie. Oh
- 7:58Speaker 1: we're a family, we're better friends. It's just not true.
- 8:01Speaker 1: After the movies they never speak to each other ever again.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Look at Arianna Grande and Cynthia a Rever. Oh the
- 8:07Speaker 1: fust they made on the Pressed for Wicked, holding hands,
- 8:11Speaker 1: soul mates like it was so even. They were so
- 8:15Speaker 1: so much after the movie came out, we've not seen
- 8:19Speaker 1: them together since then. They might still be friends. I'm
- 8:21Speaker 1: sure they are, but they lay it on thick. I'm
- 8:24Speaker 1: told that was not the case with Laura and Sam.
- 8:27Speaker 1: They really were good friends. She praised his loyalty, his kindness,
- 8:30Speaker 1: his wit, and his unwavering love, describing him as quote
- 8:35Speaker 1: a true and noble gentleman. She ended with I will
- 8:39Speaker 1: love you forever. Doctor Alan Grant, the character he played
- 8:44Speaker 1: in Jurassic Park. One exceptional human being, only seventy eight
- 8:50Speaker 1: years old. Heartbreaking loss for the whole world, for fans,
- 8:54Speaker 1: for colleagues alike, Rest in peace to remember him. In
- 8:58Speaker 1: The Hunt for Red October, Oh, I love that movie.
- 9:04Speaker 1: That's when I first really noticed him. He was an
- 9:06Speaker 1: actor's actor. He wasn't a George Glotoney. He wasn't a
- 9:09Speaker 1: Brad Pitt. He was not a superstar. He was not
- 9:12Speaker 1: a sex symbol. He was never gonna be people's most
- 9:14Speaker 1: handsome manner live. Although I thought he was very attractive,
- 9:18Speaker 1: but he was an actor's actor. It was about the work,
- 9:21Speaker 1: not the celebrity. He was never on the covers of magazines.
- 9:25Speaker 1: He didn't do publicity for the sake of it. He
- 9:27Speaker 1: only did it to promote his projects. A real decent man,
- 9:31Speaker 1: rest in peace, Okay, Moving along, Brad Pitt's kids have
- 9:35Speaker 1: taken the final step to drop his last name, so
- 9:39Speaker 1: he's a strange children are now making it aficial. Zahara
- 9:44Speaker 1: who's twenty one, twenty one gosh times flies and Maddux
- 9:49Speaker 1: is twenty four. That's his oldest son. Remember Angelina Jolie
- 9:53Speaker 1: adopted Maddux before she was with Brad, so when Brad
- 9:56Speaker 1: met Angie, she had Maddux and then he adopted Maddix.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Do they've published what is required in newspapers to legally
- 10:04Speaker 1: change your names. You're going to see a lot of
- 10:06Speaker 1: headlines that Zahara and Maddox took out ads to change
- 10:10Speaker 1: their names to let the world know that they were
- 10:13Speaker 1: going to just go by Jolie and dropping pit. That
- 10:16Speaker 1: is only partially true. There is a legal requirement to
- 10:20Speaker 1: change your name in La and you have to put
- 10:22Speaker 1: an advertisement in a paper. I think it's for four days,
- 10:26Speaker 1: and if nobody complains, nobody says anything, the judge will
- 10:30Speaker 1: probably approve it. When I arrived in America thirty years
- 10:33Speaker 1: ago and I wanted to get a Green card, I
- 10:36Speaker 1: had to run an ad in the New York Times
- 10:38Speaker 1: with the job that I was interviewing for. And if
- 10:41Speaker 1: other people applied, I wouldn't get the green card because
- 10:43Speaker 1: the green card is for special skills. And so that's
- 10:46Speaker 1: how I got my green card. But I did have
- 10:48Speaker 1: to run an ad, and that wasn't to rub anyone's
- 10:50Speaker 1: nose in. It wasn't to be mean. Zahara and Maddox
- 10:54Speaker 1: are not doing this to be spiteful. It's the law.
- 10:56Speaker 1: If they want to change their name, this is what
- 10:58Speaker 1: they have to do. Now. Some people argue they knew
- 11:01Speaker 1: this and it was humiliating, and an ad running in
- 11:03Speaker 1: a newspaper saying they're going to change their names feels petty,
- 11:07Speaker 1: and so why not just drop the name? Don't do
- 11:09Speaker 1: it legally. They wanted to do it legally. They wanted
- 11:12Speaker 1: this to be neat and tidy. They are not using
- 11:15Speaker 1: pit anymore. But more than that, it's not that they're
- 11:17Speaker 1: not using it. It's gone. They don't want that name
- 11:21Speaker 1: on their passports, on any of their legal documents, and
- 11:24Speaker 1: the only way they can do that is to legally
- 11:27Speaker 1: remove it. So don't be fooled by the headlines. Yes,
- 11:29Speaker 1: it's embarrassing, but I don't think that was the motivation here.
- 11:33Speaker 1: They're quite a shy bunch. They're not choponies Angelina is,
- 11:38Speaker 1: but the children are not. And so I imagine they
- 11:40Speaker 1: want this just done, tidy, neat, get it finished with,
- 11:44Speaker 1: and this is an unfortunate thing they have to do
- 11:47Speaker 1: in order to get to the results that they want. Okay,
- 11:50Speaker 1: this is a name, a real blast from the past.
- 11:53Speaker 1: It Do you remember Chris Humphreys, Kim Kardashian's husband. Remember
- 11:58Speaker 1: they were married fifteen years ago for seventy two hours.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Remember that they got married, big wedding over the top
- 12:03Speaker 1: fifteen years ago. Well, now he has a new life.
- 12:07Speaker 1: So fifteen years after making headlines for marrying Kim Kardashian,
- 12:11Speaker 1: that ended after just seventy two hours. Chris Humphreys, he
- 12:16Speaker 1: was in the NBA. He's traded that now he's fifteen
- 12:19Speaker 1: years older, no longer playing. Now he's in the fast
- 12:22Speaker 1: food business. The former basketball star has quietly, really impressively too,
- 12:28Speaker 1: has grown an empire of Dave's Hot Chicken franchises all
- 12:33Speaker 1: over his home state of Minnesota. He's keeping a low
- 12:36Speaker 1: profile since retiring from the NFL in twenty seventeen, but
- 12:40Speaker 1: he's making money. He is a real businessman. He's focused
- 12:43Speaker 1: on the business, staying out of the spotlight and far
- 12:46Speaker 1: removed from the TV circus that once made him a
- 12:49Speaker 1: household name. He could be doing interviews. He could get
- 12:52Speaker 1: paid money to go out there and talk about Kim.
- 12:54Speaker 1: He could be the Kevin Federline. He could write a book.
- 12:57Speaker 1: He could make a whole career and have been him
- 13:00Speaker 1: Kardashian sex. He's chose not to do that. I don't
- 13:02Speaker 1: remember him ever doing a big interview with Oprah or
- 13:05Speaker 1: a big People magazine. He certainly hasn't been out there
- 13:09Speaker 1: like Kevin and other past husbands, people that just cling
- 13:12Speaker 1: on to fame. He's moved on. He got married to Kim.
- 13:16Speaker 1: He was arguably one of the most famous people in
- 13:18Speaker 1: the world for ten minutes or at least seventy two days,
- 13:22Speaker 1: and now he doesn't want it anymore. He wants to
- 13:24Speaker 1: live his life. He has a really normal life. He's
- 13:26Speaker 1: making good money. He has no need to be in
- 13:29Speaker 1: the spot like some people would say, Well he could
- 13:31Speaker 1: use his fame or his past fame to help his business. Yes,
- 13:34Speaker 1: he could, doesn't want to, And so I think this
- 13:38Speaker 1: is a really lovely tale and a really rare one.
- 13:42Speaker 1: We often don't find people that are celebrities are willing
- 13:45Speaker 1: to walk away. Look at the housewives, Ah Beth Andy
- 13:48Speaker 1: clinging on to relevance, just clinging on to fame, Other Housewives,
- 13:53Speaker 1: to other realities stars, Spencer Pratt, not Chris Humphries. I
- 13:58Speaker 1: know I'm gonna tip my hat to him, okay, quickly
- 14:00Speaker 1: before we get to break. This story made me chuckle.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Prince Harry got kicked in the you know where by
- 14:05Speaker 1: a goat. So Harry proved that he has gone a
- 14:09Speaker 1: good sense of humor after a clumsy goat landed squarely
- 14:13Speaker 1: on his crown jewels. Let's say no more during a
- 14:16Speaker 1: playful goat yoga session in England. I'm from England. They
- 14:20Speaker 1: do not do a lot of goat yoga, so this
- 14:23Speaker 1: made me laugh. But Harry was doing it. He laughed
- 14:25Speaker 1: at the painful moment. It was a bit of a
- 14:27Speaker 1: press stunt. He's over there getting publicity for the Victor's Games,
- 14:30Speaker 1: which happened next year, and he decided he was going
- 14:32Speaker 1: to do goat yoga. Sounds good on the schedule, I guess,
- 14:35Speaker 1: until the goat kicks him in the new No. He
- 14:39Speaker 1: continued though, so after being kicked there, he continued playing
- 14:43Speaker 1: with the children and attending a festival for military families.
- 14:47Speaker 1: So it wasn't his event. It was a festival that
- 14:49Speaker 1: was going on. Now. It's some of these farm festival
- 14:51Speaker 1: country festivals. They do bring animals and that's part of
- 14:55Speaker 1: the life in Britain. It still is a very rural place.
- 14:57Speaker 1: When you see London on the news again, a lot
- 15:00Speaker 1: of Britain is very very green. It's very very rural.
- 15:03Speaker 1: And so he was playing at this festival. He also
- 15:06Speaker 1: joined in a water balloon fight. Yes, he fed the goats.
- 15:09Speaker 1: He joked with the kids. This is Harry at his best.
- 15:12Speaker 1: He knows how to do this. He knows how to
- 15:14Speaker 1: roll up his sleeves and really connect with regular people.
- 15:17Speaker 1: And this is the Harry that I miss. This is
- 15:19Speaker 1: the Harry that I think we all miss. Okay, we're
- 15:22Speaker 1: going to take a quick break and we will be
- 15:24Speaker 1: right back. Welcome back to the naughty, but nicely. I'm
- 15:28Speaker 1: your house you hey, let's get to the polls DA
- 15:32Speaker 1: DA DAH. Last year he talks about Harry could face
- 15:36Speaker 1: a massive legal nightmare millions of dollars. Some say fifty million,
- 15:41Speaker 1: some say twenty million. It's gonna be a lot of money.
- 15:44Speaker 1: But he doesn't have it. He doesn't have the money.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Should Elton John pay now? Elton John is part of
- 15:49Speaker 1: this legal fight that has been thrown out by the judge, soir,
- 15:52Speaker 1: Elton's gonna have to pay to Elton's got more money
- 15:54Speaker 1: than anybody else involved in this case. Should he pay
- 15:57Speaker 1: the whole bill or no? Harry brought this lawsuit, Elton
- 16:00Speaker 1: was part of it. Now they're going to get a
- 16:02Speaker 1: legal bill and all the people that were involved, they're
- 16:05Speaker 1: going to have to split this bill. If Elton wants
- 16:07Speaker 1: to pay the whole thing, you can. My sources say
- 16:09Speaker 1: he's not. He's not an ATM. Harry brought this to
- 16:12Speaker 1: He's an adult. He's in his thirties. We forget he's
- 16:15Speaker 1: not a little boy. He's an adult. You bring this,
- 16:18Speaker 1: people warned you not to. This is all you're doing now?
- 16:21Speaker 1: You're going to get a bill, should Elton pay? Ten
- 16:24Speaker 1: percent said yes, ninety percent said no. You know, buying
- 16:27Speaker 1: your friend a drink, helping your friend out is one thing,
- 16:30Speaker 1: but asking a friend for cash, asking a friend to
- 16:33Speaker 1: pay your bills not good. Hey, don't forget to vote
- 16:37Speaker 1: on today's poul It's all about Jennifer Lopez to day
- 16:41Speaker 1: and that massive hat. But I think it's really about
- 16:44Speaker 1: they just didn't want her there. There's such snobs at Wimbledon.
- 16:48Speaker 1: They didn't treat her well. It was a very icy reception.
- 16:50Speaker 1: I felt bad for Jennifer. Hey, go votes on our Twitter.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Our ex page had naughty nice rob our Facebook pages
- 16:57Speaker 1: naughty god zip and sure to check back tomorrow to
- 17:01Speaker 1: hear your results in that. It's my favorite part of
- 17:04Speaker 1: the show. It's time for our noisiest. The noisiest of
- 17:09Speaker 1: the day is Taylor Swith and Travis Kelcey do have
- 17:12Speaker 1: a secret new puppy. We don't know the name yet,
- 17:15Speaker 1: for this doggie is absolutely adorable. Taylor and Travis have
- 17:19Speaker 1: quietly expanded their family with an adorable white puppy who
- 17:23Speaker 1: made their first public appearance yesterday. The Fluffy puppy, White
- 17:28Speaker 1: Fluffy was spotted stepping off the couple's private jet. It's
- 17:31Speaker 1: Taylor's jet, but now the marriage, we're gonna say the
- 17:33Speaker 1: couple's jet. We're gonna let him ease into this. It
- 17:36Speaker 1: must be difficult. It landed in Florida alongside him. She
- 17:40Speaker 1: wasn't on it and out popped this adorable doggie. Now
- 17:44Speaker 1: it's not the first time we've seen the doggie. We've
- 17:47Speaker 1: suspected for months that the newly weds had welcomed to
- 17:50Speaker 1: dog after we spotted some photographs of the pet. I'm
- 17:54Speaker 1: told that Taylor bought Travis the puppy for Christmas. So
- 17:58Speaker 1: the dog has been there a few months down, six
- 18:00Speaker 1: months e or she is adorable. I've got to find
- 18:03Speaker 1: out this little papa's name. He congratulations. You know I
- 18:07Speaker 1: love dogs. We love dougs. Ok, no man nott. He
- 18:11Speaker 1: is the day ughty, naughty not to jay Z. Jay
- 18:14Speaker 1: Z's final Yankee Stadium show was thrown into chaos after
- 18:18Speaker 1: a security breach, so it was delayed over two hours.
- 18:20Speaker 1: He didn't go on till well after midnight. People were
- 18:22Speaker 1: really really angry. Some fans rushed the security that got
- 18:25Speaker 1: into the venue. It forced the venue to be locked down,
- 18:28Speaker 1: jay Z, you were not just responsible for putting on
- 18:31Speaker 1: a good show. When you throw a concert, you're responsible
- 18:33Speaker 1: for people's safety. Get it together. People have done bigger
- 18:37Speaker 1: concerts in New York. Taylor Swift played to eighty thousand
- 18:40Speaker 1: people at MetLife. I was one of them. It was immaculate. Security, organization,
- 18:45Speaker 1: planning was perfect. I don't understand why this is so hard.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Some people are implying that maybe he likes the drama,
- 18:52Speaker 1: maybe he thinks that this makes him look cool at heart,
- 18:55Speaker 1: and people rushing gates to get in. No, this is
- 18:58Speaker 1: an event. New York does it events better than anybody.
- 19:01Speaker 1: They've done millions of events before. Why should this one
- 19:04Speaker 1: be any different? Jay Z, look around and hire better people.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Fix this problem. It's your name on the ticket, it's
- 19:11Speaker 1: your name above the door. You are responsible for keeping
- 19:16Speaker 1: people safe if you sell tickets to your show. I'm
- 19:19Speaker 1: angry about this one. I hate it too. An artist
- 19:22Speaker 1: do that. I saw Madonna in Brooklyn. She was an
- 19:24Speaker 1: hour and a half late to the show. Or tell
- 19:26Speaker 1: me the show starting at ten. Don't put eight o'clock
- 19:29Speaker 1: on the ticket and come out at ten. It's rude.
- 19:32Speaker 1: It's just so rude. Naught yest of the day. Naughty, naughty.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Let's end with a moment of rub. You get a rub,
- 19:38Speaker 1: you rub, you gonna ub. You have no idea what
- 19:40Speaker 1: you're truly capable of until you give yourself a gift,
- 19:44Speaker 1: and that gift is focused. Most people never reach their potential,
- 19:48Speaker 1: not because they lack talent, but because their attention it's scattered.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Focus is a gift that you give yourself. You have
- 19:56Speaker 1: no idea of what you're truly capable of until you
- 19:59Speaker 1: start chasing everything and you commit to one meaningful goal.
- 20:05Speaker 1: Pick one thing you're gonna do today, Protect your attention, God,
- 20:09Speaker 1: your time. The greatest breakthroughs weren't waiting for more effort. No,
- 20:15Speaker 1: they never are. It's not about effort, it's waiting for
- 20:19Speaker 1: deeper focus. Focus today. Decide one thing you're gonna do
- 20:23Speaker 1: for thirty minutes, forty minutes, and do it and focus
- 20:27Speaker 1: on it. Don't be distracted. Don't be scattered. When I
- 20:31Speaker 1: sit down every morning and tape this show, which I
- 20:34Speaker 1: love doing, I really focus. Nothing else is on my
- 20:37Speaker 1: mind for twenty minutes, and I love that. Don't be scattered,
- 20:41Speaker 1: be focused. Hey, that is it for today. Thank you
- 20:45Speaker 1: so much. For listening to The Naughty Even Knights with
- 20:48Speaker 1: Rob and Nortise. You're the co hosts the day. We're
- 20:51Speaker 1: a protection of Alvis Durant and iHeartRadio. Don't forget to

- 20:57Speaker 1: the too my novel? It's started with it. No, don't
- 21:01Speaker 1: tell everybody. I'm trying really hard to make the book
- 21:05Speaker 1: a big hit over the summer. It's a great beach
- 21:08Speaker 1: read and so please, if you haven't picked it up,
- 21:11Speaker 1: I would love you to think about that today. It
- 21:13Speaker 1: would mean the world to me and remember altogether. Now,
- 21:17Speaker 1: if you're going to be an aut to it, you've
- 21:19Speaker 1: got herbe let me Hey nice, It's vary, but nice
