- 0:00Speaker 1: Three signs a stock is about the ten x.
- 0:05Speaker 2: One for me. They have a competitive advantage in a
- 0:09Speaker 2: niche market that no one else is great at and
- 0:13Speaker 2: they have ninety percent market share. So if it's a
- 0:16Speaker 2: company who operates really well in the space, and when
- 0:19Speaker 2: you think of that sector, they have ninety percent of
- 0:23Speaker 2: market share, that's a great sign. Number Two, they're consistently
- 0:27Speaker 2: doing like revenues compound in twenty five percent to fifty
- 0:32Speaker 2: percent year over year. And three, inside ownership is incredibly high.
- 0:36Speaker 2: You can go to y'ahoo finance for CNBC when typing
- 0:39Speaker 2: the stock. But if the inside ownership is not high,
- 0:42Speaker 2: there's a reason why. Like when we went to Nvidia,
- 0:44Speaker 2: we had the fortune to meeting one of the founders
- 0:47Speaker 2: still holding on to some of the shares. Of course
- 0:49Speaker 2: he's cashed out to some, But when I see a
- 0:52Speaker 2: company CEO is actively selling a bunch of shares all
- 0:57Speaker 2: the time, there's a reason why I like for the
- 1:00Speaker 2: institution ownership to be high. But they have to dominate
- 1:04Speaker 2: a niche market, kind of like how Nvidia deal with gaming,
- 1:08Speaker 2: AMD did with gaming, Apple did, and a computer space
- 1:12Speaker 2: the music space. Then from there they'll grow. That's incredibly
- 1:17Speaker 2: important to me. So those are like the three or
- 1:19Speaker 2: four key metrics or KPI as I look at to
- 1:22Speaker 2: know if a stock is gonna ten x over the
- 1:24Speaker 2: next five or six years.
- 1:26Speaker 3: They're all phenomenal. I think that demand piece is important,
- 1:30Speaker 3: having a creative advantage in the space, having a mote.
- 1:34Speaker 3: I think having that moat, especially in your sector, it
- 1:38Speaker 3: changes it, right. And when I think about the memory story,
- 1:41Speaker 3: that is exactly what it is.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:43Speaker 3: If we understand that every GPU, TPU TV is going
- 1:46Speaker 3: to need memory, well, then they have a competitive advantage
- 1:49Speaker 3: because they're going to be essential to the growth of
- 1:51Speaker 3: the AI story. And so what happens, supply goes up, right,
- 1:57Speaker 3: but demand becomes even greater than the supply, and that
- 2:00Speaker 3: will show you, Okay, we're going to see some relative
- 2:03Speaker 3: strong tail winds of growth and in their future, but
- 2:08Speaker 3: there'll be a few one or two that will be
- 2:10Speaker 3: here for the long term. And so when you start
- 2:12Speaker 3: to see demand right for a specific company or a
- 2:16Speaker 3: specific task that a company does and they have a
- 2:19Speaker 3: mold around that space, man, those are all solid signs
- 2:23Speaker 3: of something that's abound to go.
- 2:25Speaker 2: And even to your point, sand Disk, and you can
- 2:27Speaker 2: argue my crime they focus solely on their space so
- 2:31Speaker 2: well that when this AI inflection point came, they were prepared.
- 2:35Speaker 2: They have been prepared for years. And shout to all
- 2:38Speaker 2: the creators that use sand disk and Seagate and all
- 2:41Speaker 2: like that entire class. But they were prepped by dominating
- 2:45Speaker 2: a niche first, and then all those inflection points. After
- 2:49Speaker 2: we're shout out about you.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Look to see who's who's at the White House, the CEOs.
- 2:57Speaker 2: You know what, It's not a bad take, and especially
- 3:01Speaker 2: these last twelve years, it is a great insight for
- 3:06Speaker 2: sure governmental policy.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Yeah, I think it just back to what you were
- 3:11Speaker 3: saying about that that the Sandars piece. I think they're
- 3:13Speaker 3: opening up space for other companies because what they've what
- 3:17Speaker 3: they've done is actually, you know, they've focused on the
- 3:20Speaker 3: AI segment, but even like a microphone who has focused
- 3:24Speaker 3: on AI and focused on data centers, they've left a
- 3:26Speaker 3: little bit of this telecommunications portion of their business and
- 3:29Speaker 3: said all right, well somebody else can do that because.
- 3:31Speaker 1: We're yeah, we don't even want that yep.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Right, So there'll be companies who come in, whether it's
- 3:37Speaker 3: for automotives or if it like I said, it's for
- 3:41Speaker 3: tablets or computers. Somebody's going to come in with that
- 3:44Speaker 3: drum technology and say, hey, I know those guys are
- 3:47Speaker 3: thinking about the you know, the big hyper scales of
- 3:51Speaker 3: the world, but we're here for the little people, right
- 3:53Speaker 3: we We're here for that startup company who needs that
- 3:55Speaker 3: that type of functioning for their memory. Somebody's going to
- 3:59Speaker 3: be worth out of that.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Rishard, what'd you be looking at when you look at
- 4:03Speaker 2: the White House thing? Because the way you you laughed,
- 4:05Speaker 2: I'm like, you know, like I.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Said, I mean thinking about Trump is that he's cutting
- 4:11Speaker 1: deals left and right, and he's definitely not hiding who's
- 4:17Speaker 1: who's he who's he you know, partial to let's just
- 4:22Speaker 1: say that. So I feel like a lot of CEOs
- 4:27Speaker 1: have tried to get friendly with him. But there's a
- 4:30Speaker 1: there's a few sectors and there's a few you know,
- 4:35Speaker 1: industries that you know, have had direct lines of communication
- 4:40Speaker 1: with the administration. And it's obvious and even even if
- 4:43Speaker 1: you look at palented, I mean it's obvious. Yeah, from
- 4:47Speaker 1: a variety of different standpoints, there are a line of
- 4:51Speaker 1: communication with the government, and the government's dependency on their
- 4:54Speaker 1: technology and what they've actually already implemented from both administrations
