- 0:00Speaker 1: You know, we got this text this morning that I've
- 0:02Speaker 1: been trying to get a hold of the person because
- 0:04Speaker 1: I think it is so interesting. She says that she
- 0:07Speaker 1: gets a free coffee. You know, today's National Coffee Day
- 0:10Speaker 1: and you get free coffee everywhere. But she says she
- 0:12Speaker 1: gets free coffee from Starbucks all the time. And she goes,
- 0:14Speaker 1: do you want to know my hack?
- 0:15Speaker 2: I'm like, yes.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Yes, of course.
- 0:16Speaker 3: I want to know your hack. How do you get
- 0:17Speaker 3: free coffee every day? But she's not picking up the phone.
- 0:20Speaker 3: Pissing me off. Anyway, what do we need to know today, Kyle?
- 0:23Speaker 3: What do we need to know today?
- 0:25Speaker 4: Okay.
- 0:26Speaker 5: This is actually a horrific story. You've probably seen it
- 0:29Speaker 5: all over your social media feed. If not, you'll probably
- 0:32Speaker 5: be seeing it very soon. This Cornell story is absolutely horrific.
- 0:37Speaker 5: And if you haven't seen it yet, there's a female
- 0:39Speaker 5: student that said she was drugged and sexually assaulted over
- 0:42Speaker 5: roughly seven hours by seven members of a fraternity. Now,
- 0:45Speaker 5: she alleges that at one point, a message was even
- 0:48Speaker 5: sent to the rest of the fraternity inviting more guys upstairs.
- 0:51Speaker 2: To, I guess, get in on the action.
- 0:53Speaker 5: Now, the alleged Snapchat messages have surfaced that she says.
- 0:58Speaker 5: And now because of that, the DA is like, wow,
- 1:01Speaker 5: we didn't see these the first time around and have
- 1:03Speaker 5: now reopened.
- 1:04Speaker 2: The criminal investigation.
- 1:05Speaker 5: I'm not sure how they didn't see those messages the
- 1:08Speaker 5: first time around. But now that it's blowing up online,
- 1:10Speaker 5: they have to pay attention to it. It is expected
- 1:13Speaker 5: to go before a grand jury and people online are
- 1:15Speaker 5: rallying around hashtag justice for Jane Doe. asking how something
- 1:19Speaker 5: this horrific could allegedly happen with so many people seemingly
- 1:23Speaker 5: aware of it and still not result in charges first
- 1:26Speaker 5: time around. Now, Cornell said they did their own investigation
- 1:28Speaker 5: and then expelled people, but there's still two guys that
- 1:30Speaker 5: still are enrolled there.
- 1:32Speaker 2: So they're going to catch some heat on this as well.
- 1:35Speaker 2: There's this new app.
- 1:36Speaker 5: You've probably also seen it on social media. Every time
- 1:38Speaker 5: you open up Instagram, they're.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Like, Muse, check out Muse. It's our new AI thing.
- 1:43Speaker 5: Everybody's downloading it because it just passed ChatGPT to be
- 1:47Speaker 5: number one free app.
- 1:49Speaker 3: I haven't even given it a second thought to look
- 1:52Speaker 3: at it.
- 1:52Speaker 5: No, it's now passed ChatGPT. But this gives me a
- 1:58Speaker 5: little bit of concern. So there is a guy says
- 2:00Speaker 5: he was using it. to help sell something on Facebook marketplace.
- 2:03Speaker 5: Cause that's what the, the, the little guy, he does
- 2:05Speaker 5: the things for you, right? So he was using Muse
- 2:08Speaker 5: to sell something on Facebook marketplace. And without asking him,
- 2:11Speaker 5: Muse started giving complete strangers, this guy's home address. Oh,
- 2:17Speaker 5: arranged for a family to come to his house and
- 2:19Speaker 5: was even messaging them like it was him. Yeah, apparently
- 2:23Speaker 5: he gave it to multiple people.
- 2:25Speaker 2: So all these people now have this guy's address.
- 2:27Speaker 5: And I'm like, OK, at that point, I feel like
- 2:29Speaker 5: maybe we should raise the red flag and say Muse
- 2:31Speaker 5: isn't there yet.
- 2:33Speaker 2: We may not be there yet.
- 2:34Speaker 3: We'll wait on the second generation. Is it supposed to
- 2:37Speaker 3: do something different than ChatGPT?
- 2:39Speaker 5: Yeah, so I guess the different thing about ChatGPT is
- 2:42Speaker 5: ChatGPT is like you ask ChatGPT, find me the best
- 2:45Speaker 5: deal on this new sweater, right? With Muse, you go
- 2:48Speaker 5: find me the best deal on this sweater and buy
- 2:49Speaker 5: it for me. So it will be able to find
- 2:51Speaker 5: you the best deal and go purchase it for you.
- 2:53Speaker 2: I would love it.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Don't you want to look at it first? Negotiate things
- 2:56Speaker 3: for you.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Yeah, a lot of people would. You know, the other day,
- 3:00Speaker 1: so Brad Pitt's been doing press for this movie. He
- 3:02Speaker 1: has about him and his dog, which I don't want
- 3:03Speaker 1: to see because I know it's sad. And he was
- 3:05Speaker 1: wearing these really cool pants. And I was like, I
- 3:08Speaker 1: got to get those pants. And so I did the
- 3:09Speaker 1: whole thing, search them, found them, and they were $ 3, 000. Oh,
- 3:12Speaker 1: my gosh.
- 3:13Speaker 3: The pants? No, no, Muse.
- 3:15Speaker 5: No. No, Muse.
- 3:16Speaker 3: I want to know the price for it.
- 3:18Speaker 4: I've never even heard of $ 3, 000 pants.
- 3:19Speaker 2: You would give Muse your budget.
- 3:21Speaker 5: You would say, I don't want to spend more than
- 3:22Speaker 5: $ 50 on this pair of pants, like, max, or whatever.
- 3:26Speaker 5: And then it would say, oh, sorry, you can't, but
- 3:27Speaker 5: maybe here's a dupe, right?
- 3:29Speaker 1: It would help out, though. Like, yesterday, I was doing
- 3:31Speaker 1: one of my famous unboxing videos. Yes. And apparently, I
- 3:35Speaker 1: clicked too many times and got four of the same shirts.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I was like, Muse, can you fix that?
- 3:41Speaker 2: That would be helpful. I don't know if you guys
- 3:44Speaker 2: saw the video.
- 3:45Speaker 5: I saw it a bunch of times, and it was
- 3:46Speaker 5: actually very scary. It was an ASU hockey player named
- 3:49Speaker 5: Matthew Mayock. He collapsed from heat stroke during a brutal
- 3:52Speaker 5: outdoor team workout. This happened in August, and he has
- 3:55Speaker 5: remained incapacitated in the hospital. Um, seven of his teammates
- 3:59Speaker 5: are now going directly to the ASU president, Michael Crow,
- 4:02Speaker 5: and saying the school's review does not match what they
- 4:05Speaker 5: remember happening that morning. And they want the coaching staff
- 4:08Speaker 5: to be put on leave while investigating.
- 4:09Speaker 2: That's wild.
- 4:10Speaker 5: This is, this, this is blown up and there, there
- 4:13Speaker 5: definitely needs to be some accountability.
- 4:15Speaker 2: Um, a lot of us woke up to rain this morning,
- 4:18Speaker 2: all over the Valley.
- 4:19Speaker 5: They say, this is that tropical moisture we've been talking
- 4:22Speaker 5: about was going to happen from those hurricanes. Um, There
- 4:25Speaker 5: are already some problems, flood concerns, scattered power outages, and
- 4:28Speaker 5: they do say there are some delays at Sky Harbor.
- 4:30Speaker 5: So today is just one of those days where you
- 4:32Speaker 5: just want to kind of check everything before you leave
- 4:33Speaker 5: the house.
- 4:34Speaker 2: And that's what you need to know.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I'm getting my roof replaced, you know, and so it
- 4:40Speaker 1: sucks right now because it's raining everywhere. And so, like,
- 4:43Speaker 1: you know the wood that they're going to put on
- 4:44Speaker 1: my roof?
- 4:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 4:45Speaker 3: It's on my driveway. Yeah. It's all wet.
- 4:47Speaker 2: Oh, now they probably have to wait for that to
- 4:48Speaker 2: dry to put it on. And then they have to
- 4:50Speaker 2: wait for it.
- 4:51Speaker 5: Do they have to redo what they've, like, is your
- 4:53Speaker 5: roof totally just exposed right now?
- 4:55Speaker 3: Well, it's got, like, some blue stuff on it.
- 4:58Speaker 4: That's not a lot to hold back battery.
- 4:59Speaker 1: I'm hoping that it's fine. But this company I'm working
- 5:02Speaker 1: with is freaking fantastic. Like, I'm telling you guys, I
- 5:04Speaker 1: think I've talked about it partly on the air. I
- 5:07Speaker 1: met with seven, eight, nine different roofing companies here, and
- 5:10Speaker 1: I found the best roofing company.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Arizona roofers. Check them out. Madonna was performing at the
- 5:17Speaker 3: VMAs the other night, right?
- 5:18Speaker 1: And I totally forgot about this, but there's a show
- 5:20Speaker 1: I'm watching right now at Paramount Plus called Mobland.
- 5:25Speaker 3: And it's freaking fantastic.
- 5:26Speaker 4: It's my favorite show out right now.
- 5:27Speaker 3: It's freaking fantastic.
- 5:28Speaker 1: And it's one of the things I'm bringing up because
- 5:30Speaker 1: it's directed by Madonna's ex-husband.
- 5:32Speaker 3: You think Sean Penn?
- 5:34Speaker 4: Oh, no.
- 5:34Speaker 3: Guy Ritchie. Yes.
- 5:35Speaker 1: He also did The Gentleman, which is on top 10
- 5:37Speaker 1: on Netflix right now. So it's kind of when I'm
- 5:39Speaker 1: watching it, I'm just like, this show is so freaking cool.
- 5:42Speaker 1: And then I'm like, why is this so cool?
- 5:44Speaker 3: Oh, Guy Ritchie. He's so cool. And he has a
- 5:46Speaker 3: kid with Madonna.
- 5:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 5:47Speaker 3: His stuff is always cool looking. What are you watching
- 5:49Speaker 3: right now, Kyle?
- 5:50Speaker 5: I'm watching, I just finished team mom's baseball plus, which
- 5:55Speaker 5: was amazing.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Um, good reality drama.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Uh, my kids and I are like obsessed with the
- 6:00Speaker 5: Wonka reality show on Netflix.
- 6:02Speaker 2: It's number two. They literally recreated Wonka's factory. Have you
- 6:06Speaker 2: started watching it? Yes.
- 6:07Speaker 5: I think it's really, it's really fun to watch and
- 6:09Speaker 5: it's just, it's a challenge.
- 6:10Speaker 2: And it's like a competition reality show.
- 6:13Speaker 4: It's wild though, because I'm watching it too in, The thing,
- 6:16Speaker 4: it's like, so throwback to the original Willy Wonka movie
- 6:19Speaker 4: and the original Willy Wonka, who's been dead for years.
- 6:21Speaker 4: I guess they AI'd his voice, but he's narrating the
- 6:23Speaker 4: whole thing.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Gene Wilder?
- 6:24Speaker 2: Yeah, they did it with the permission of his family.
- 6:26Speaker 3: It's so wild because it's, I mean, it's him. Wow.
- 6:29Speaker 3: But not him.
- 6:30Speaker 2: And he was a creepy Willy Wonka guy.
- 6:32Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 6:33Speaker 2: I know a lot of people say Johnny Depp was
- 6:34Speaker 2: the creepy one.
- 6:35Speaker 3: No, he wasn't.
- 6:36Speaker 2: He was the creepy one.
- 6:36Speaker 4: He was very unstable.
- 6:38Speaker 1: I got as far as Willy Wonka, much like Wizard
- 6:41Speaker 1: of Oz, I stopped watching it. But I stopped watching
- 6:45Speaker 1: Willy Wonka when the little fat kid gets sucked in
- 6:47Speaker 1: the tube.
- 6:47Speaker 3: Augustus Gloop? Because I related to the little fat kid
- 6:50Speaker 3: and I never got farther than that.
