Former state delegate Elliott Pritt, arrested and charged with enticement of a minor, is still on the November ballot — despite resigning and being in federal custody. Running unopposed in the GOP primary, he can withdraw by August 11th, but a new law blocks the party from replacing him. Alternatively, someone can petition the State Election Commission to disqualify him — also by August 11th.
