- 0:04Speaker 2: It's the Mark Simon Show on seven to ten. Wr. Hey,
- 0:09Speaker 2: let's text some calls. You know, we got a lot
- 0:10Speaker 2: of listeners around the country. I think they're all laughing
- 0:13Speaker 2: at us. Let's text, let's just tax some calls from
- 0:15Speaker 2: around the country, so he would be able to say,
- 0:16Speaker 2: let's go to Stuart, South Carolina.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Stuart, how you doing, Hey, how you doing? You're right.
- 0:22Speaker 1: The rest of the country is just in shock.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Looking in New York.
- 0:25Speaker 1: The thing that I cannot believe, and you know, I've
- 0:27Speaker 1: been a police officer almost fifty years. I cannot, for
- 0:31Speaker 1: the life of me, Mark, believe they re elected Alvin Bragg,
- 0:35Speaker 1: who is responsible for so much devastation among the populace
- 0:39Speaker 1: of New York City. It is incredulous they would put
- 0:43Speaker 1: that man back in office. Him and ma'am Donnie together
- 0:46Speaker 1: are going to be the seventh circle of Hell.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Thanks for the encouragement, all right, thanks for calling Stuart Derek.
- 0:54Speaker 2: All around the country they're laughing us. Let's go to
- 0:56Speaker 2: Aaron in Indianapolis. Aaron, how you doing.
- 1:01Speaker 4: Doing?
- 1:01Speaker 1: Great?
- 1:02Speaker 3: Mark?
- 1:02Speaker 4: Hey.
- 1:02Speaker 3: The Minnesota Twins would to change their name to the
- 1:05Speaker 3: Minnesota Somalis.
- 1:08Speaker 2: All right, whatever that means. That's it, that's it, that's
- 1:12Speaker 2: the whole call. That's all right, thanks for slowing us
- 1:16Speaker 2: up here. Let's go to rich in Myrtle Beach. Rich
- 1:18Speaker 2: how you doing, hey?
- 1:20Speaker 5: Thanks?
- 1:20Speaker 3: Mark. This thousands, I mean thousands of New York style
- 1:24Speaker 3: bakeries and deli's opening up in Florida right now as
- 1:27Speaker 3: we speak. You know, Mommy is going to be the
- 1:30Speaker 3: realtor of the year. But I can't believe my knucklehead
- 1:33Speaker 3: brother who lives down here now is a raging liberal.
- 1:36Speaker 3: He's and he's trying to explain to me it was
- 1:38Speaker 3: better to have Mondami than Cuomo for New York, which
- 1:41Speaker 3: just proves to me my brother is a communist.
- 1:43Speaker 5: You know, I didn't realize.
- 1:45Speaker 2: He's not entirely wrung. You remember Cuomo when he was
- 1:48Speaker 2: governor with the most left wing kook. He caused the
- 1:51Speaker 2: crime wave. He took away bail, he'd closed like Stewart.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Was saying, it was really Cuomo with the no cash,
- 1:57Speaker 3: no bail that really brought in Alvin brick yea led
- 2:00Speaker 3: to the other.
- 2:01Speaker 2: He also closed prisons. He changed the parole board to
- 2:04Speaker 2: let all the killers out. He was Yeah, so it
- 2:08Speaker 2: really is unbelievable.
- 2:09Speaker 3: I really couldn't believe it. I really can't all. My
- 2:12Speaker 3: friend's gonna put the hat. I got a fund of
- 2:13Speaker 3: my lives in Riverdale, in the Bronx. He's putting us
- 2:16Speaker 3: up in his house, up to sail and leaving.
- 2:18Speaker 2: All right. I know everybody says they'll leaving. We'll see.
- 2:20Speaker 2: We'll see who actually leaves. You know, Uh, Cromo is
- 2:23Speaker 2: the most left wing. He was as far left as
- 2:26Speaker 2: a governor. Of the things he did as Mum Donnie,
- 2:27Speaker 2: he should have campaigned as himself. That's if he had
- 2:30Speaker 2: campaigned as that the truth, he would have split up
- 2:35Speaker 2: the Mom Donnie vote. He probably could have beaten him
- 2:37Speaker 2: that way. Let's go to uh. Let's go to Joel
- 2:40Speaker 2: in Florida. Joel, how you doing.
- 2:42Speaker 6: Good morning, Mark. Speaking of Florida, our Attorney General has
- 2:46Speaker 6: made it very clear here in the state of Florida,
- 2:48Speaker 6: we welcome people from New York with open hands, open arts,
- 2:52Speaker 6: but make certainly understand that clime here is something that's
- 2:56Speaker 6: taken seriously. Also, I heard this morning that Doudan the
- 2:59Speaker 6: Abbott I tell people that they leave New York and
- 3:02Speaker 6: they competetus. He's imposing a tariff on them. Yeah, huge
- 3:07Speaker 6: amount of building going on here in Florida. They're building
- 3:10Speaker 6: new office space, homes. It's a tremendous building boom here statewide.
- 3:15Speaker 6: So if you're in New York and you're coming to Florida,
- 3:17Speaker 6: you will have some place.
- 3:18Speaker 2: To live, all right, all right, all right, listen, you'll
- 3:22Speaker 2: all be back every one a year. You'll be back
- 3:24Speaker 2: in New York at some point. So the good news
- 3:27Speaker 2: is Mom Donnie's holding a press conference this morning. Apparently
- 3:31Speaker 2: he's reassuring Jewish voters. He's reassuring business leaders that he'll
- 3:36Speaker 2: be able to work with them, and we'll see. You know,
- 3:39Speaker 2: they got this stupid organizations called the Partnership in there.
- 3:42Speaker 2: It's it's like every CEO in New York and this
- 3:45Speaker 2: crazy woman that runs it, and they've had meetings with
- 3:48Speaker 2: Mom Donnie, and the fact that he would show up
- 3:51Speaker 2: and meet with them, it's a good sign. And you
- 3:55Speaker 2: never know, you know, Deblasio is the mister socialist, mister
- 3:58Speaker 2: left wing, you know, tax their rich. But when de
- 4:02Speaker 2: Blasia took office, all of a sudden, he became very
- 4:05Speaker 2: chummy with these billionaires and CEOs. He gave every one
- 4:07Speaker 2: of them. Here's my cell number. Call me if you
- 4:09Speaker 2: need anything. And you needed anything, you could get it
- 4:12Speaker 2: from him. That's the way a lot of these socialists work.
- 4:15Speaker 2: And they made sure that he got reelected because they
- 4:18Speaker 2: liked the relationship. So you never know, he might I'm down,
- 4:21Speaker 2: he might actually work well with these business because you
- 4:23Speaker 2: never know. You never know. And me such a phony
- 4:26Speaker 2: and such a kind man who knows which way he'll
- 4:28Speaker 2: really go. Let's go to Anna in New Jersey. Anna,
- 4:31Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 4:33Speaker 5: Yes, good morning, Thank you for taking my call.
- 4:35Speaker 3: Mark.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Yes, Anna, I'm never in.
- 4:36Speaker 5: The air, but I am going to burst if I
- 4:39Speaker 5: don't say something to New York is I grew up
- 4:41Speaker 5: in that city. I'm a Cuban American. I can hear
- 4:44Speaker 5: as a child, and in a couple of days, I'm
- 4:46Speaker 5: going to be seventy and my heart I was crying
- 4:49Speaker 5: last night. No, that's what happened in New York because
- 4:52Speaker 5: you know what, it's like Havana in nineteen fifty nine
- 4:55Speaker 5: for my parents, anything else.
- 4:58Speaker 2: I know, you know what escape the social and this
- 5:00Speaker 2: guy brings it back.
- 5:02Speaker 5: They promised everything and it's only a lie. They can
- 5:07Speaker 5: deliver it. What are they going to get the money
- 5:09Speaker 5: to pay for things.
- 5:10Speaker 2: You know, Anna, stay strong, just listen to us every day.
- 5:13Speaker 2: We got you through the pandemic. We'll get you through Mom. Donnie,
- 5:16Speaker 2: you're selling a nice person. Anna, thanks for calling. Let's
- 5:19Speaker 2: go to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing.
- 5:22Speaker 4: Good morning, Mack. I'm okay to stew it from South
- 5:25Speaker 4: Carolina's question about Manhattan re electing album Bragg. That's like
- 5:30Speaker 4: the chickens voting for Colonel Sandys.
- 5:32Speaker 2: There you go.
- 5:34Speaker 4: My formo won start in Island because if it was
- 5:37Speaker 4: going to be a toss up between Curtis Fleetwa and
- 5:41Speaker 4: Andrew Cuomo, the Italian Americans once major people, once Trump
- 5:46Speaker 4: came out and said you got to vote for Cuomo,
- 5:49Speaker 4: it was no It was practically a no brainer. That
- 5:52Speaker 4: being said, now that the election behind is behind us,
- 5:56Speaker 4: and the next election is the big one in twenty
- 5:59Speaker 4: twenty six, Trump has to stop this congestion pricing and
- 6:05Speaker 4: has to stop the windmills. We have to get we
- 6:09Speaker 4: have to get a couple of points on the scoreboard.
- 6:12Speaker 4: Because thus far, oh I'll do you thirty days. I'll
- 6:16Speaker 4: give you sixty days. I'm of the school of you
- 6:20Speaker 4: let your opponents have to take.
- 6:23Speaker 3: You to cre.
- 6:25Speaker 2: We're worried about this mont Donnie letting every criminal out
- 6:28Speaker 2: of you. We're not worried. That's I'm not worried about
- 6:30Speaker 2: it about a windmill. I'm worried about these criminals.
- 6:32Speaker 4: Mark, I'm not worried about the criminals. I told my
- 6:35Speaker 4: girlfriend last night, go over. You knew your gun license.
- 6:38Speaker 4: I'm not worried about the criminals. And that's the truth.
- 6:41Speaker 6: Mark.
- 6:43Speaker 2: That's because you're a vincent.
- 6:44Speaker 4: I mean, but no, but we got to have it
- 6:48Speaker 4: on the scoreboard. No more, Diddrian. When I hear that, oh,
- 6:52Speaker 4: I'm giving you thirty days. You do that with a businessman,
- 6:56Speaker 4: you don't do that with the with these officials, these
- 7:00Speaker 4: petty tyrants like Katy Hulko, Eric Adams and now Zoramandani.
- 7:06Speaker 4: This thirty day stuff has to stop, all.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Right, as usual as usual. You're right, Vincent, great call,
- 7:11Speaker 2: thanks for calling.
- 7:12Speaker 4: Hey.
- 7:12Speaker 2: When we come back and Culter will be with us,
- 7:15Speaker 2: Let's see what she thinks about mom Donnie winning. We'll
