Transcript
- 0:01Someone told me something this week that absolutely stopped me in my tracks.
- 0:05He said, "Your greatest strength is how you love your people well, but it's also your biggest weakness."
- 0:12I held every tear in while he was speaking because I knew exactly what he was talking about.
- 0:18And if you've ever loved people so much that you kept giving them access to you long after you knew something needed to change, if you have ever stayed because you were scared, kept going because people needed you, or
- 0:30gotten so busy helping everybody else that you couldn't take care of your own house, your own self, then I want you to stay with me today because I need to tell you where I've been, what these last three
- 0:43years have actually looked like, and what God has been showing me about where I'm going.
- 0:48Welcome to The Dr.
- 0:49Danielle Difference You've tried doing all the right things.
- 0:54Let's get to what actually makes a difference.
- 0:57Welcome to The Dr.
- 0:58Danielle Difference.
- 1:01If you've been here since the crying in my cheesecake stage, I just wanna welcome you back.
- 1:05If you're new here, hey, I am Dr.
- 1:07Danielle, and you're coming in at a really interesting time.
- 1:11This podcast has a new name, it has new music, and my voice is changing too.
- 1:18You're going to get me, how I actually talk, how I actually think, what I actually believe.
- 1:24I am strong in my health perspectives.
- 1:26I'm strong in scripture.
- 1:28I care deeply about discipleship, and I love, love, love my people, my team, my clients, my community, my family.
- 1:36I love the...
- 1:37I love people.
- 1:39That love is a huge part of why I do what I do, and apparently, God has some things to teach me about what happens when that love gets tangled up with fear and responsibility, and the belief that I
- 1:50have to keep holding everything together.
- 1:53This podcast is health and discipleship in one.
- 1:57There will be practical conversations about food and movement and symptoms and the things that you're trying to figure out about your body.
- 2:04There will also be conversations about obedience and stewardship and, and what following Jesus actually looks like in your real life.
- 2:12Today, I'm gonna tell you why this relaunch of this podcast means so much to me.
- 2:17And before I get into that, the new music, the new intro and outro music, my son Dietrich wrote it, he recorded it, and he played the instruments.
- 2:25I just produced it.
- 2:27That is my son that you're hearing, and I love that something we made together gets to be a part of this new beginning.
- 2:35So let's get into it.
- 2:37Let's just go.
- 2:38I am not going to filter myself.
- 2:40I am going to just say it like it is.
- 2:42I hope you are ready for the ride.
- 2:45So the whole purpose of this podcast rebrand is because I want it to showcase the real me, and I want this to be a space that you maybe see yourself in and learn from my mistakes or be encouraged
- 3:00from my mistakes and how I've gotten myself out of things.
- 3:04So there was a relationship I was afraid to leave, and that sounds funny, like I'm not...
- 3:09I'm married, I'm happily married for 21, 21 years?
- 3:13Yeah, 21 years, and at the time of this recording, and I...
- 3:17It's not that kind of relationship For about three years, I stayed in a professional relationship that was holding me back.
- 3:25I'm leaving out names and ident- identifying details because you don't need somebody else's identity to understand what happened to me, because you can put your own in, uh, your own experiences in this, and I want you to feel
- 3:39that and know, uh, maybe even how if you have a young one around, a teenager or young adult or someone with you, that maybe you can help them walk through things like this with relationships as well.
- 3:50So in this relationship I was in, there were promises, and when I say promises, I mean big promises, and in my personal experience, over and over again, the delivery didn't match what had been promised.
- 4:02My team could see it, and they kept wanting me to leave, and I wouldn't.
- 4:07I was scared.
- 4:07Now, I trust my team wholeheartedly with my every being, and I was scared even though I knew what they were saying was right.
- 4:18I wanna be really honest about that, that scared feeling, because I can sit here and tell you what somebody else did, but I also have to tell you why I kept staying.
- 4:29I was scared to let go, scared to make the wrong decision, scared of what would happen if I finally said, "This is no longer working," so I kept going.
- 4:39And there was always something else I was doing wrong, something else that needed fixing, something else I needed to build or change in order to move forward.
- 4:49There would be just enough truth in the feedback that I would receive that I could believe it.
- 4:54Because listen, I have things to learn.
- 4:57I have lots of things to learn.
- 4:58I have things that I need to improve.
- 5:01I am not above correction and critique and all of that, but I would take that piece of truth and move on to the next thing and then the next thing and then the next thing.
- 5:10Meanwhile, I was so busy that I couldn't adequately take care of the people already in my care, including my family, including my house, and the people coming into my business were experiencing the consequences of that too.
- 5:25The way people found me, got support, and understood their next step wasn't what I wanted it to be.
- 5:30It wasn't like the way I wanted them to experience my presence and literally the Dr.
- 5:35Danielle difference.
- 5:36I didn't want that.
- 5:37This, this person's influence in my life took away from my authority.
- 5:44It interrupted my client journey.
- 5:47It...
- 5:48I lost people during that relationship.
- 5:52I lost a lot of things.
- 5:54I remember there was actually one launch that I had done everything I needed to, and it hurts out loud to say that because I kept staying in that relationship, I lost relationships.
- 6:11And I know a lot of business owners and even other practitioners out there, they look at numbers.
- 6:16I look at souls.
- 6:18That also gets me in trouble But these are people that I work with.
- 6:26It's not numbers.
- 6:27They have names.
- 6:29They have a little child living within them.
- 6:33They have the Holy Spirit most often.
- 6:36Most of my listeners and clients are believers.
- 6:40These people come to me because they need help And I eventually, last fall, was at a retreat, at a retreat that I...
- 6:52It was last November, that I think I cried more than I had in a few years.
- 6:58At that point, I could no longer keep pretending that this relationship was working for me.
- 7:05I knew I had to let it go, but I just didn't know how.
- 7:09Then there was this vision being pushed on me at this retreat for my clinic that I wasn't interested in building.
- 7:18It would have looked massively impressive on paper, but it wasn't what I wanted.
- 7:24Remember, I am more interested in souls than I am in numbers, and I want to be helping people through the Wilderness of Wellness.
- 7:36Because the Wilderness of Wellness is the culmination of all of me, my care for people, my health perspectives, my faith, my desire to teach you how to live this out.
- 7:45When people come to me one-to-one, I am restricted in all of me because I can only give you what you need right then and there, what you bring up.
- 7:55What we discern together needs to be brought up.
- 7:59And it, one-to-ones, I have learned, are very limiting.
- 8:02They are very powerful for fast results.
- 8:05And when I say fast results, I don't mean you're gonna be cured in, you know, matter of whatever days, but you get fast results because you get direct answers from me, right?
- 8:15But when you get all of me, it's a whole different experience.
- 8:20When people come into my presence, it is very interesting.
- 8:25I'm gonna give an example.
- 8:26I'll, I'll give an example.
- 8:27I, I gave a monologue the other night, and the whole room went silent.
- 8:34When I speak, and I have learned this over the years, even as a young, young middle schooler, I remember this distinctively, people listen.
- 8:43People 30, 40 years my senior listen.
- 8:48And you know the power of the, of the tongue.
- 8:51It can either build people up or bring people down, and I've done both, right?
- 8:54Like, I'm human.
- 8:56But also, God has given me wisdom to impart and a pattern recognition and an understanding of human nature that is beyond me And I can't do that as well and as reaching as many people with the one-to-ones.
- 9:19I love one-to-ones.
- 9:21They're, they're some of my favorite people, quite frankly, and I show up for them every single week, and my team shows up for them every single week, but my desire is to teach you how to live out faith
- 9:36and self-care and the health perspectives that I've learned, and I did not want to keep building a business that only had room for parts of me.
- 9:46So earlier this year, an opportunity opened for me to step away from that relationship, and via prayer, I understood that this was my opportunity to leave.
- 9:57So I bowed out.
- 9:59It took me a long time, but I did it And that leads me to something else that may totally disengage some of you, and that's okay There is something here that has felt like a thread through my whole
- 10:18life.
- 10:19I call it a Jezebel and Ahab spirit.
- 10:23And I wanna kinda just go in and look at 1 Kings 21, where Jezebel uses Ahab's name and authority to arrange false accusations against Naboth.
- 10:35Naboth is killed, and Ahab takes his vineyard.
- 10:39God holds Ahab accountable.
- 10:40He doesn't get to wash his hands of what happened because of Jez- because Jezebel arranged it.
- 10:47And then in Revelation 2, it also speaks about a woman named Jezebel, who claims the prophetic authority and leads people into sexual immorality and idolatry.
- 10:57Those passages give us actual wrongdoing, actual accountability, and the seriousness of tolerating what leads people away from God.
- 11:07The phrase Jezebel spirit is a, is language that people use to describe a pattern.
- 11:13The Bible doesn't give us a formal diagnosis with that name of an Ahab spirit and, uh, or an Ahab spirit and a checklist to apply to everybody that we disagree with.
- 11:24When I use that language here, I'm talking about the patterns of control, intimidation, and surrendering responsibility that I have been praying through in my own life, and I have to examine my part in that.
- 11:37Where did I let someone else's voice get so loud that I stopped acting on what I knew?
- 11:41Where did I keep yielding because I was scared?
- 11:45Where did I know something was damaging the people in my care and still putting off making that decision?
- 11:50That is a hard conversation to have with God.
- 11:54And I want to talk about what happened to me, and I also want to share what God is also bringing me face to face with that I kept allowing.
- 12:07I can love someone and still end a working relationship.
- 12:11I can care about what happens to them and still make a decision that protects my family, my team, and the people I'm responsible for serving.
- 12:19I have to be willing to do that, though.
- 12:23I have to be willing.
- 12:26And when I say this has been a thread through my life, I'm talking about recognizing that familiar pull to stay quiet, to keep accommodating, and to let my own responsibility get crowded out.
- 12:37I'm giving you this chapter because it's mine to tell.
- 12:40There are other people's stories that aren't mine to put on the microphone, but I can tell you what fear has cost me, and I can tell you that I don't want it making my decisions anymore.
- 12:54Around the beginning of this year, I started working with someone new, and it, she began pulling me out.
- 13:02She began pulling me out of me.
- 13:04I started fixing things on my own, building things the way I wanted them to work, making decisions with confidence again.
- 13:10I had confidence in my to build my membership, The Wilderness of Wellness.
- 13:15My own processes, I have confidence in my own processes.
- 13:18I know what works.
- 13:20I have seen it over and over and over and over again.
- 13:22Every single day, I have evidence of people in front of me that my processes are working in their lives.
- 13:29I had confidence also from her to build the experience of healthcare and discipleship and life and all of the things and all of me the way I wanted my people to be cared for and the way I know
- 13:44that I teach and the way I know that people learn.
- 13:47Because remember, doctor simply means teacher Rabbi simply means teacher.
- 13:54Mm, that just hit me hard right now.
- 13:58It's very interesting that when we surrender our will and we start moving forward, it's not easy.
- 14:07But realizing that God gave me people and systems right when I need them, mm, He cares about the details.
- 14:17You cannot tell me that God doesn't care about the details.
- 14:22So all this is happening.
- 14:24July came, and I was burning out.
- 14:27Burning out very hard.
- 14:30I'd been going hard and nonstop, and I knew something had to change, but that something that had to change was me.
- 14:37It was in me, because I couldn't change the people around me.
- 14:41I can't change the s- systems and the calendar.
- 14:44But if I kept expecting the same impossible things for myself, I was going to keep ending up exhausted, and I've done this for decades.
- 14:54I had to start accepting less of myself so I could actually get more.
- 14:58Less of the expectation that I had to personally hold everything everywhere in my life.
- 15:04Less of the belief that every need had to be- become something I immediately did something about.
- 15:10I knew that, but I didn't know the way out, and then this past week happened.
- 15:15I knew this podcast was going to relaunch this first week of October.
- 15:20I didn't know what was gonna happen the week before.
- 15:23And I'm recording this on Saturday before this comes out.
- 15:26And I'm sure God's not done with me yet, at least as of this point, but let me just take you through Monday.
- 15:34Monday, I'm gonna label as a holy agitation.
- 15:38Monday, I had about a 40-minute prayer meeting, and my spirit was full of agitation, a holy agitation.
- 15:45That's the only way I can describe what I was feeling.
- 15:48I...
- 15:48So I meet with Aria, she's my director of operations, every Monday, and we pray.
- 15:53We both felt it.
- 15:54And I felt comforted because I knew I wasn't alone in what I was carrying.
- 15:59Like, this, this thing I couldn't explain, like, I just have this burning thing in me that I can't get out.
- 16:07And so I felt like God was calling me to sit and wait, okay?
- 16:12And do you know how c- uncomfortable that is for me?
- 16:15I don't sit still, and if you see me sitting still, you best believe my brain is going 100 miles a minute.
- 16:20Sitting in a chair and actually being still are two very different experiences in my world.
- 16:25So then at noon, we had another meeting with someone we were considering bringing in to help our team build excellence.
- 16:32And this woman told me that my gift was how much I love my people, my team, my clients, and my community.
- 16:40I held onto that.
- 16:41Because then, that Monday evening, I met with a businessman in our community who was like a brother to me.
- 16:47He sat down and brought forward things I hadn't even told him, things I couldn't understand how he would ever know.
- 16:53And then he said, "Your greatest strength is how you love your people well, but it's also your biggest weakness."
- 17:06God was in that conversation, and that's how I experienced it.
- 17:11I held in every tear while he spoke because it felt like holy ground.
- 17:15I had to take in everything God was giving me in that moment.
- 17:18It reminded me of, like, a Moses moment, that he was literally He took his sandals off.
- 17:23He was in holy ground during th- in, at that, um, burning bush.
- 17:28It felt like a fire hose though, too.
- 17:31On the way home, I sent Aria an audio message, and my voice was trembling, and that's not how people are used to hearing me.
- 17:38But there's where I was.
- 17:40That's where I was.
- 17:42I love my people, and I have to learn how to love them well without carrying things God has never asked me to carry.
- 17:48So that was Monday.
- 17:50Let's talk about Tuesday.
- 17:52Tuesday I was in the clinic.
- 17:53I was getting a lot done, and I felt some reprieve, a little bit of, like, a, a spiritual break.
- 17:58When I got home, I told my husband, "I'm just, I'm so tired."
- 18:01And I didn't think much about it when I said it, but I was so tired.
- 18:08The kind of tired where you can't even form words.
- 18:12You can't think.
- 18:14You just wanna go to bed.
- 18:16I was in bed by 7:00 and asleep by 8:00.
- 18:19And then I woke up at 2:50 Wednesday morning.
- 18:22By 3:00 I was downstairs.
- 18:23Looking back on that morning, I believe God was making room for a conversation I desperately needed to have with him.
- 18:30So then that rest of that Wednesday moves on.
- 18:33I let those two Great Danes, or two of my three Great Danes, outside to go to the bathroom, and I stood outside because it was so dark.
- 18:41I could see the stars.
- 18:42The moon was so high.
- 18:44Something about those wee hours of the morning felt so calming, peaceful, an invitation.
- 18:49Like, I had been yearning for that feeling of calm.
- 18:55And I praised God for it right there.
- 18:57And then in my soul, I sensed his question: "Are you ready to talk yet?"
- 19:04Yeah, God.
- 19:06Yeah, I am.
- 19:07So I sat for three hours praying and journaling and crying out to Him about burdens I don't want anymore, burdens that I've been asking Him to take away that are still sitting there even at sitting here recording.
- 19:22He gave me some clarity, not a ton, but enough to sustain me that whole day.
- 19:27He gave me that manna I needed for the rest of the day.
- 19:31Enough that I could pour into others well, enough to love them well, enough to serve them well.
- 19:36I got my kids ready that, uh, that late afternoon for their music rehearsal and took them there, and I prayed over some things while I was there.
- 19:44And a woman who overheard me talking with one of my students from my small group gave me encouragement, and it mattered to me.
- 19:50She didn't have to come up.
- 19:52She didn't have to say a word.
- 19:55She, I don't think she's ever really spoken to me much before.
- 19:59But we had a conversation that was very affirming and seeing me, seeing my soul So then I went to the student ministry to volunteer like I do on Wednesdays, and this is something I get frustrated with.
- 20:14I feel like God shows me a need, and I can't just move on.
- 20:18I need to bring it to the appropriate people.
- 20:20So months ago, I'd voiced something that was on my heart.
- 20:23It felt like it landed on deaf ears.
- 20:25I, I couldn't tell whether people didn't hear it, didn't see what I was seeing, or didn't want to make the changes.
- 20:32So that night, that same morning that I was up at two fifty, that same night in a meeting, the things I'd been concerned about back in February or March were now happening, and I felt this huge urgency that
- 20:46you have to do something, Danielle, alongside disappointment.
- 20:52And that's another place I've been c- that I keep seeking God.
- 20:57What am I supposed to speak up about?
- 20:59What am I supposed to do?
- 21:00What belongs to somebody else's responsibility?
- 21:03Because I see a need, and I can see it, and I can immediately want to carry that whole thing myself, and we're right back to Monday's conversation.
- 21:13I love people so well, but it's also my biggest weakness.
- 21:19So then Thursday, I was writing about things that had been heavy on my heart, people in the church who aren't changing.
- 21:29Guys, when I was twenty years old, my heart was for the people in the church that are unchurched, that don't have a relationship with God, people that claim to be followers of Jesus, and you see no fruit, no
- 21:39change, no growth.
- 21:41People in the church who aren't changing, people who, who don't know Jesus, but they're in the church, people who profess salvation but don't know how to live as disciples and still look like culture and students are a big
- 21:53part of that burden for me.
- 21:56People are scared of them.
- 21:58They don't treat students like humans, like adults.
- 22:03They treat them like little kids, and they are not.
- 22:06Students are smaller-ish humans who are going through the same culture with less experience, less brains, brains that are still developing, and they've got some very real questions.
- 22:20Very real questions.
- 22:21And I am so tired of people being surface level with students.
- 22:25I'm so tired of people deciding that they can't do XYZ because of their behaviors and whatnot.
- 22:30Well, guess what?
- 22:31Their behaviors are a response to how you treat them.
- 22:33How you treat them, how you treat people, period, matters.
- 22:37And yes, they still have a responsibility for their choices.
- 22:41We have a responsibility for how we lead them.
- 22:44Do we actually listen to people?
- 22:46When I say students, like this is what's on my mind, but I want you to start considering, do we actually listen?
- 22:54Do we teach?
- 22:55Do we teach students?
- 22:56Do we give them somewhere to bring the hard questions?
- 22:59Do we believe they can learn, grow, serve, and understand scripture?
- 23:04Or do we just want them quiet and easy to manage?
- 23:07Honestly, I don't normally cuss, but honestly, I am pissed off at how people treat students, and this comfortable Christianity has got to go.
- 23:17We have a real enemy.
- 23:19I believe we are seeing evil influence our government right now and other parts of our culture, sometimes openly and sometimes subtly, and I want to awaken, and I want us to awake to what we're accepting and what we're
- 23:32teaching the people coming behind us.
- 23:36Ephesians 6:12 says, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood."
- 23:41That is an important statement.
- 23:44We need to be ready to stand against e- spiritual darkness, and the armor Paul describes in Ephesians 6 includes the truth, and righteousness, and faith, and salvation, and God's Word, and the gospel of peace and prayer.
- 23:56That is what we need to use and put on as our tools.
- 23:59When I say I want us ready to fight, that's what I'm talking about, knowing scripture and praying, resisting evil, actually obeying Jesus in how we live and how we treat people.
- 24:08I get stirred up when I think about us sleepwalking through our lives as though there is no spiritual battle happening.
- 24:16At the same time, I'm learning to receive peace when God gives it to me.
- 24:21I don't need constant chaos to pertibu- to, to prove that I'm obedient And something else happened on Thursday.
- 24:31I was moving forward with a step for my business.
- 24:34Right as that was happening, a message arrived from someone connected to that old season.
- 24:40Mm.
- 24:42The timing got my attention.
- 24:45I told Aria, and this is an example g- by the way, guys, of evil being very present.
- 24:52I told Aria, and her first response was, "Get behind me, Satan."
- 24:56And I said, "Amen."
- 24:58That was our reaction to the pull toward an old distraction.
- 25:02The timing of a text doesn't tell me another, a, a person's motives, but I know what that old pattern has cost me, and I know I have a decision about whether I step back into the old patterns.
- 25:15No, I can't.
- 25:17I have work in front of me.
- 25:19I have people to care for and a direction to keep walking in.
- 25:23So then Friday comes.
- 25:25Friday, I met with a dear friend.
- 25:28Her gift of prophecy is so very real, and I believe God has given me some of that gift too.
- 25:33I believe that God has given us all the spiritual gifts if we just would be open to them, right?
- 25:39We spent about five hours over coffee.
- 25:40Yes, I just said five hours, and it never seems to be enough.
- 25:45We spent about five hours over coffee on Friday, talking and listening and coming into agreement over some very large and, honestly, some very scary things.
- 25:54It was interesting to hear what she believes God is doing in and through others, and how much of it is connected with what I've been praying through, and even what God is doing in and through her and her
- 26:03husband's lives.
- 26:05And I want to keep those things under the authority of scripture.
- 26:081 Thessalonians 5 tells us to test what we hear and hold onto what is good.
- 26:14That's part of taking spiritual gifts seriously.
- 26:17I came home refreshed and calm, and honestly, I haven't felt a calm like that in a few years.
- 26:26And this is where I want to bring you into what the Dr.
- 26:28Danielle difference is going to be.
- 26:31All of, all of that is coming with me into this podcast, the work, the hard truths, the learning, the things I'm still working through, and the way I care f- about your health.
- 26:45I know some of you are tired in ways you don't even know how to explain anymore.
- 26:49You have symptoms.
- 26:51You've changed your food.
- 26:52You've brought the supplem- you've bought the supplements.
- 26:56You've seen the practitioners, and you're still asking, "What am I missing?"
- 27:03Some of you have been told everything looks normal and s- but you don't feel normal.
- 27:07Some of you are carrying so much responsibility that taking care of yourself keeps getting pushed to whatever time is left over, and there isn't any time left over, is there?
- 27:19I want to help you connect the dots, understand your body, ask better questions, get appropriate care, build something you can actually live out, and I want us to be honest about what we are doing with our lives God
- 27:32has given us.
- 27:34For me, that means taking care of myself, taking care of my home, and then serving in the work of my business and serving my community and my church.
- 27:44Taking care of myself includes Bible and prayer and worship, but it also includes doctor's visits.
- 27:49It includes the foods I eat, the exercise, the admitting when I need help, and then getting the proper care.
- 27:55Jesus invited his apostles to come away and rest in Mark 6:31.
- 28:01They'd been so busy they didn't even have time to eat, and I need to pay attention to that.
- 28:06Maybe that hits home with some of you today.
- 28:10My home, the priority of my home includes my marriage, includes my relationships, keeping our spaces clean and safe, and homeschooling my kids, and spending time with the people I love.
- 28:20And then there's my business and the people I serve through it.
- 28:23I love my work.
- 28:24I love my job.
- 28:26I love my people, and I have to build a way of doing it that allows me to care for the life I'm living too.
- 28:32We want to be able to show up for the people God puts in front of us, don't we?
- 28:37Taking care of our health helps us do that.
- 28:40And if you're living with illness or limitations right now, you still belong here.
- 28:44God can use you right where you are while you still seek the care you need.
- 28:49We're gonna talk about all of this with depth, with practical next steps, with honesty.
- 28:55You're going to hear my convictions.
- 28:58You're going to hear what I'm learning, and you're going to be invited to take responsibility for your next step in your own life So right now, you can expect one podcast episode a week.
- 29:10There may be surprises.
- 29:11I may have something I need to get on the microphone and say in between, but one episode a week is what you can plan on.
- 29:19The first week of the month will be where I'm bringing you into what we're talking about inside Wilderness of Wellness, the things I left out, the things I didn't have time for, the conversation I wanna take further.
- 29:30The second week of the month, we're addressing the health questions that people are asking right now, the trending health concerns, what people are searching for, what you are sending me, what keeps coming up in our community.
- 29:42The third week of the month, we're gonna dive deep into faith and discipleship and scripture and stewardship and obedience and the hard questions about what following Jesus looks like in the world that we're actually living in.
- 29:54Because I don't know about you, I forget that we're not in the 1900s anymore.
- 30:00And then the fourth week, we're gonna talk about how to put yourself in the places where you can do this with support.
- 30:05You'll hear me more directly talking about the work that we do, ways to join us, and sometimes a guest who brings something useful to the conversation that we're dealing with.
- 30:16I want you to know where you can go when you're ready to do something with what you're talking about.
- 30:21I think it's important that you have spaces to enter into when you're ready.
- 30:27You'll hear invitations to Wilderness of Wellness.
- 30:29You're gonna hear invitations to the Peptide Institute, to my Substack.
- 30:33Those are different ways that you can connect with me and the wellness work that we're doing.
- 30:37If you wanna start by reading and getting to know the way I teach, join me on Substack.
- 30:42If you want to explore doing this work with us in community, look at Wilderness of Wellness.
- 30:47And if peptide education is what you're looking for, you'll hea- hear more about the Peptide Institute and whether that space fits what you need.
- 30:56We'll put the links in the show notes so you can always have a next step spot.
- 31:00I want you to join me on this journey, though.
- 31:02You are invited.
- 31:04Share this podcast with your friends, with the woman who keeps saying she's so tired, with the person that's tried everything and still doesn't know where to go, with someone who wants to take their health seriously and follow Jesus
- 31:15with their actual life.
- 31:16Guys, let's lock shields.
- 31:18I wanna be part of that remnant rising here on this earth, people who follow Jesus faithfully, love people well, and bring as many home with us as we can.
- 31:28And I'm learning that I have to let God work in me while I do that.
- 31:33I have to listen.
- 31:34I have to make time and make the hard decisions.
- 31:38I have to admit where I need help.
- 31:40I have to take care of the people in my house as well as the people in my business.
- 31:43I'm telling you this because this is where I am, and this is the beginning of where we're going together.
