- 0:05Speaker 1: And now, the mob guys creak for your music That's right.
- 0:29Speaker 2: That's right.
- 0:55Speaker 3: It is the Mob Guys on KSCV Radio. I am
- 1:00Speaker 3: Craig Collins. He is Wayne Dolcefino. Do you like the
- 1:04Speaker 3: new intro, Wayne? Oh, Ed, I can't hear you right now.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Let me see if the 360 should be up and
- 1:10Speaker 3: on and everything is up and.
- 1:12Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:14Speaker 5: Let's try you again, Wayne. Can you hear me now?
- 1:17Speaker 3: For some reason, I'm not hearing you speak at all.
- 1:20Speaker 3: And that's not good. That's not good. We've got to
- 1:23Speaker 3: be able to fix that somehow and see what's going
- 1:26Speaker 3: on there, that our problem might be.
- 1:29Speaker 5: All right.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Judge Carl Nichols.
- 1:33Speaker 5: One second.
- 1:34Speaker 3: I've got to do one other thing, which means I've
- 1:36Speaker 3: got to walk away from this microphone because I think
- 1:38Speaker 3: I know what's not plugged in, and I've got to
- 1:40Speaker 3: plug it in. And we have no way to stall, Russell,
- 1:43Speaker 3: so if we can play like a one-minute spot here.
- 1:46Speaker 2: There you go.
- 1:47Speaker 5: Yeah, that's perfect.
- 1:47Speaker 6: Perfect.
- 1:48Speaker 7: Perfect.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 2:39Speaker 3: All right, let's see if we have Wayne Dolcefino now.
- 2:42Speaker 5: Wayne, are you there? Can I hear you now?
- 2:45Speaker 3: No, I still cannot hear you, which I don't know
- 2:46Speaker 3: if that's because of how you entered the radio thing.
- 2:49Speaker 3: I was hearing you a second ago, which is what's
- 2:52Speaker 3: crazy about this. We were hearing you just before, and
- 2:57Speaker 3: I'm seeing levels move on our side, which is a
- 3:00Speaker 3: good thing, but I'm not seeing levels move in Riverside.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Why don't you join and come back? I'll stall for
- 3:08Speaker 3: a second. You join and come back one more time. Yeah,
- 3:11Speaker 3: see you for a second. I'm going to kick you out,
- 3:12Speaker 3: and then you're going to come back again. And then
- 3:14Speaker 3: hopefully we're actually going to have all this fixed and
- 3:16Speaker 3: have all this going well because sometimes the computers don't
- 3:20Speaker 3: like us as much as we like the computers. But anyway,
- 3:23Speaker 3: this is the brand-new version of KSCV's morning show. We
- 3:28Speaker 3: call ourselves the Mob Guys. The new intro is specifically
- 3:31Speaker 3: for Wayne because I think he would have enjoyed it
- 3:33Speaker 3: quite a bit.
- 3:34Speaker 5: I can't even see.
- 3:35Speaker 3: The mouse on here to try to change something so
- 3:38Speaker 3: we don't have to see the weird images that we
- 3:40Speaker 3: have right now. We'll get back to the thing. Okay,
- 3:42Speaker 3: he's behind the scenes. I got to let him come
- 3:45Speaker 3: up to the front of the stage. And then hopefully
- 3:47Speaker 3: we can hear him now. Wayne, can you go ahead
- 3:49Speaker 3: and talk again? No, I'm not seeing any level on
- 3:52Speaker 3: Riverside from you.
- 3:53Speaker 5: That's the weirdest thing. I'm not seeing any sort of
- 3:56Speaker 5: level at all when you talk. And I don't know.
- 3:59Speaker 5: I don't know why.
- 4:01Speaker 3: And so we're going to have to fix this somehow.
- 4:03Speaker 3: And I don't know how we're going to do that
- 4:04Speaker 3: live on the air. And, you know, what's funny is
- 4:07Speaker 3: there is a way to fix this, but it like
- 4:11Speaker 3: it would cost a lot of money.
- 4:13Speaker 5: Hey, wait a minute. You were muted. Wayne, can you
- 4:15Speaker 5: talk now? OK, you know, I don't know. Is your
- 4:19Speaker 5: mic muted? Is the microphone. Did you press that little
- 4:22Speaker 5: button that you always press sometimes that makes it? No,
- 4:24Speaker 5: you're fine. Yes. Now you were muted on your side,
- 4:28Speaker 5: weren't you?
- 4:29Speaker 2: Well, it says I was muted by the host.
- 4:32Speaker 5: You were muted by the host.
- 4:34Speaker 2: And aren't you the host?
- 4:35Speaker 5: I am the host of this, yes.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Okay, so stop trying to, like, what is this? I
- 4:41Speaker 2: don't know, man.
- 4:42Speaker 3: We have a couple minutes at the beginning of the
- 4:43Speaker 3: show where we got to deal with the Zoom thing.
- 4:45Speaker 2: We call this deflection.
- 4:47Speaker 5: Yeah, well, it could be. It could be deflection.
- 4:49Speaker 2: So, you know, what I have learned, you know, I'm
- 4:52Speaker 2: not really a technical person, as you know. I used
- 4:54Speaker 2: to always tell people to shoot the photographer first, not me,
- 4:59Speaker 2: because if you shoot the photographer, I don't even know
- 5:01Speaker 2: how to turn on a TV camera. So that would
- 5:04Speaker 2: be the way to end us. But there's a little
- 5:08Speaker 2: light here, and it goes from red to green.
- 5:11Speaker 5: Yes, I can turn that off.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Your microphone has a mute switch that is just a
- 5:17Speaker 3: tap switch on it, and you can turn it off.
- 5:19Speaker 3: I'm going to go turn it off so you can
- 5:21Speaker 3: never mute yourself again.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Can I tell you something? You know you're older or
- 5:26Speaker 2: getting old when you don't understand, like, anything. Right. I
- 5:34Speaker 2: was out yesterday and doing errands. I don't do errands much.
- 5:39Speaker 2: And I think you should hire people to do all
- 5:42Speaker 2: your errands. Because it was just, first of all, I
- 5:45Speaker 2: went to the grocery store and I was like starving.
- 5:47Speaker 2: And I'm like living by myself. And I spent $ 350
- 5:52Speaker 2: at the grocery store. What did you buy?
- 5:57Speaker 5: Did you buy a lot of filet mignon?
- 5:59Speaker 2: I buy what I want. That's what I do.
- 6:03Speaker 5: Okay.
- 6:04Speaker 2: I work seven days a week.
- 6:05Speaker 4: Right.
- 6:06Speaker 5: You get what you want.
- 6:08Speaker 2: When I go out to go to the store, I
- 6:10Speaker 2: get what I want. Yeah. I fill up my gas
- 6:14Speaker 2: in my car, and I go cruising, and I buy
- 6:18Speaker 2: stuff that I don't need. Hey, by the way.
- 6:21Speaker 8: Yes, sir.
- 6:22Speaker 2: How about those horns? Do we talk sports? Are we
- 6:26Speaker 2: allowed to talk sports?
- 6:27Speaker 3: Yeah, of course we're allowed to talk sports. By the way,
- 6:29Speaker 3: I do want to ask you what you thought of
- 6:30Speaker 3: the intro. I didn't get your actual reaction to our
- 6:32Speaker 3: brand new intro.
- 6:33Speaker 5: It is very godfathering.
- 6:35Speaker 2: It's over now. Who was that person that did the intro?
- 6:38Speaker 5: An AI voice. Nobody.
- 6:41Speaker 2: See, I'm not... This AI thing, man.
- 6:44Speaker 5: You don't like it?
- 6:45Speaker 2: It's a voice... This morning and in five years, it's
- 6:49Speaker 2: going to be our masters. Yeah.
- 6:51Speaker 5: It's going to own us completely, yes.
- 6:53Speaker 2: And then we're going to die.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Yes.
- 6:55Speaker 2: We're going to die of some bioweapon, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious weapon. Yeah.
- 7:03Speaker 7: Hey.
- 7:04Speaker 5: You wanted to talk about Texas.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Well, before we get into this AI freakout.
- 7:09Speaker 4: Sure.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Which I think may actually be, I have a conspiracy theory.
- 7:14Speaker 8: All right.
- 7:15Speaker 2: I'd like to share in a minute. But how about
- 7:18Speaker 2: those horns? Me, James Tallarico, we were all like everybody.
- 7:23Speaker 2: You see Tallarico at the game?
- 7:26Speaker 5: I did not see him at the game.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Yeah, he was– they did a shot of him, you know.
- 7:30Speaker 4: With his– Of course they did.
- 7:31Speaker 2: He was wearing orange.
- 7:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Burnt orange. And he– you know, hook of horns.
- 7:39Speaker 5: Somebody had to explain the rules of football to him probably.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Yeah. I wonder how many hours of consulting time it
- 7:46Speaker 2: took him to learn how to take one finger up
- 7:52Speaker 2: and then the other finger up. And he got in
- 7:58Speaker 2: a little dose of toxic masculinity.
- 8:00Speaker 4: He did.
- 8:01Speaker 2: Because that's what he used to say about... Football. I
- 8:04Speaker 2: don't know if he tied it to white supremacy or not.
- 8:06Speaker 2: I'm sure he did. Sure. At some point. Even if
- 8:08Speaker 2: he didn't, I'm just going to go ahead and say
- 8:10Speaker 2: he did. Just because.
- 8:12Speaker 5: No, but the comeback was incredible.
- 8:15Speaker 3: The Longhorns' comeback itself, outside of the Tallarico aspect, they
- 8:20Speaker 3: should not have won that football game. And they did
- 8:23Speaker 3: win that football game. Now they're the number one team
- 8:24Speaker 3: in the country.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Look, I think it was hot. I think Ohio State
- 8:27Speaker 2: got tired. Sure. They got tired, you could tell. And
- 8:32Speaker 2: then how about the Texans, right? We were on the
- 8:36Speaker 2: nine-yard line with 30, 40 seconds left to go, and
- 8:40Speaker 2: the one thing you one thing you're taught that no
- 8:45Speaker 2: matter what happens, you do not lose the ball. Yeah.
- 8:50Speaker 5: They did a lot of bad things at the end there.
- 8:52Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 8:52Speaker 3: Why Russell was talking about it on his show this morning,
- 8:55Speaker 3: the entire time that, that I see Jay Stroud had
- 8:58Speaker 3: a chance to write himself a blank check. If he
- 9:00Speaker 3: wins that game right after they, right. Am I getting
- 9:03Speaker 3: this right?
- 9:03Speaker 2: Russell?
- 9:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 9:04Speaker 5: He's not in his head. I'm getting it completely.
- 9:05Speaker 2: Absolutely. Yeah. Okay.
- 9:06Speaker 5: And so, yeah.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Yeah. I, you know, look, I, I get, look, You know,
- 9:11Speaker 2: it's very easy for me to criticize, right? I could
- 9:14Speaker 2: literally throw the ball about like four yards, right? And
- 9:18Speaker 2: I would throw it in the ground because I'm getting
- 9:21Speaker 2: all stiff and old.
- 9:22Speaker 5: Yeah, but that's not the point.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Well, it's my point.
- 9:27Speaker 3: Well, no, but what I was going to say is
- 9:28Speaker 3: when we talk about professional athletes, we compare them to
- 9:31Speaker 3: other professional athletes, not me. I'm not thinking I'm going
- 9:34Speaker 3: to suit up instead. I'm thinking that they signed some
- 9:36Speaker 3: other quarterback that's not C.J. Stroud when his contract ends.
- 9:39Speaker 3: Because he keeps losing in big moments.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah. And look, I don't think, I know they lost,
- 9:46Speaker 2: and I view it still that they played very well.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Their defense didn't play very good, but it was Buffalo. Look,
- 9:52Speaker 2: it was Buffalo. And they're very good. But it is
- 9:58Speaker 2: kind of one of those things where you go, really?
- 10:01Speaker 2: The one thing you don't do is let the other
- 10:04Speaker 2: dude get the ball?
- 10:05Speaker 3: Yeah, well, the one thing you don't do is take
- 10:07Speaker 3: a sack to move you from the 9-yard line to
- 10:09Speaker 3: the 18-yard line.
- 10:10Speaker 5: You throw that ball away.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Yeah, that was good.
- 10:13Speaker 3: And then you don't, the second time, just do terrible things.
- 10:17Speaker 3: And then the third time, on third down... Just give
- 10:20Speaker 3: up the football. So it was every part of it
- 10:22Speaker 3: was terrible. They needed a touchdown. They couldn't just kick
- 10:25Speaker 3: a field goal. So, you know, that's why you're trying
- 10:27Speaker 3: to get in the end zone there.
- 10:28Speaker 5: But I don't know, man. I was amazed.
- 10:31Speaker 3: I know no one cares about this here, although they
- 10:33Speaker 3: did play the Cowboys. So I think there's a little
- 10:35Speaker 3: bit of Texas in it. The New York Giants are
- 10:38Speaker 3: not a terrible football team so far. I think they're
- 10:41Speaker 3: going to be terrible at some point.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Who cares about the New York Giants?
- 10:44Speaker 5: They beat the Cowboys.
- 10:46Speaker 2: I don't even watch the Cowboys.
- 10:48Speaker 5: It's on Sunday night.
- 10:50Speaker 2: I don't like Dallas.
- 10:51Speaker 5: Gotcha.
- 10:52Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Now, the Cowboys did not look good. The Giants looked okay.
- 10:56Speaker 3: And the Texans, their defense will get better. I think
- 10:58Speaker 3: they're one of the best defenses in the league. They
- 11:00Speaker 3: gave up a lot of points to an incredible quarterback.
- 11:03Speaker 2: You know what I did yesterday?
- 11:05Speaker 1: I worked.
- 11:06Speaker 2: I made some meatballs. Nice.
- 11:08Speaker 10: Right?
- 11:08Speaker 5: I did, too.
- 11:09Speaker 2: And then I sort of burnt them a little bit. Um,
- 11:12Speaker 2: I was a little cooking moment. I, uh, my favorite
- 11:16Speaker 2: bar restaurant, Pico's, uh, which used to be on Kirby
- 11:22Speaker 2: and Richmond, which closed after years and years and years reopened.
- 11:27Speaker 2: And I, and I saw a notice that it had
- 11:29Speaker 2: reopened a soft opening for family and friends. And since
- 11:33Speaker 2: my bar bills there were larger than most people, I, uh,
- 11:39Speaker 2: I was cooking the meatballs. I was going to have
- 11:41Speaker 2: a nice, quiet evening. I made meatballs for my staff, right?
- 11:45Speaker 2: So I was going to have some pasta last night.
- 11:47Speaker 2: I know, a little God thing. Playing some Godfather. I
- 11:50Speaker 2: was in the moment. And then I found out that
- 11:54Speaker 2: my favorite Mexican place had reopened. So I left the
- 12:00Speaker 2: meatballs cooking. I drove over. I drank margaritas. It's now
- 12:06Speaker 2: over at Wesleyan in Westheimer. So I drove 20 minutes
- 12:10Speaker 2: so I could go drink. And then I ended up
- 12:13Speaker 2: eating ribeye tacos while I was there. Wow. Even though
- 12:16Speaker 2: I was making meatballs at home.
- 12:18Speaker 5: It happens.
- 12:19Speaker 2: And by the time I got home, my meatballs were
- 12:21Speaker 2: a little charred.
- 12:24Speaker 4: Sure.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Just a bit.
- 12:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 12:25Speaker 5: So did you still serve them to the staff or
- 12:27Speaker 5: will that happen later today?
- 12:29Speaker 2: Oh, that's still happening. I mean. Hey, Teresa, throw away
- 12:33Speaker 2: the meatball. Hey, come in here.
- 12:35Speaker 5: That's awesome. That's fantastic.
- 12:36Speaker 3: All right, we've got to take a break. We can
- 12:37Speaker 3: get to a lot of serious stuff in a bit.
- 12:40Speaker 3: We can talk more college football if you want to, too.
- 12:43Speaker 5: Notre Dame look great. No, none of those teams. Just
- 12:46Speaker 5: the Longhorns.
- 12:47Speaker 2: That's fine.
- 12:48Speaker 5: Those are the only ones that matter. All right, well,
- 12:50Speaker 5: we'll come back after the break.
- 12:51Speaker 3: We'll talk about some of the serious stuff that happened.
- 12:54Speaker 5: Both of us are watching Fox News, too, which I
- 12:55Speaker 5: like now.
- 12:56Speaker 3: We can both look up on our screen and see
- 12:58Speaker 3: what's going on in the.
- 12:58Speaker 5: World of Fox.
- 12:59Speaker 3: And maybe bring some of that to you. It is
- 13:01Speaker 3: KSEV Mornings on The Voice of Texas. My name is
- 13:05Speaker 3: Craig Colonese. That is my real name. He is Wayne Dolcefino.

- 14:59Speaker 3: If you want, he's going to walk back to the
- 15:01Speaker 3: microphone in just a second, and we're going to get
- 15:03Speaker 3: back on the radio because we're doing the radio thing again,
- 15:07Speaker 3: and he likes to occasionally not be on the radio
- 15:10Speaker 3: during the radio stuff.
- 15:11Speaker 5: Hey, Wayne, how you doing, buddy?
- 15:13Speaker 2: What up, man?
- 15:15Speaker 3: Some of our breaks are not that long. Some of
- 15:17Speaker 3: our breaks go quicker than you'd want them to go.
- 15:19Speaker 3: By the way, we are also live on Wayne's Facebook page,
- 15:23Speaker 3: KSCV's Facebook page, my Facebook page.
- 15:26Speaker 5: We're all over Facebook today, along with.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Being on- Can I smoke like we used to in
- 15:31Speaker 2: the old days?
- 15:32Speaker 5: I think so.
- 15:32Speaker 2: During the show?
- 15:33Speaker 5: You own that place. You can do whatever you want.
- 15:36Speaker 2: That would actually be nice, man, to have a- Like
- 15:39Speaker 2: a little cigarette smoke wafting through the air.
- 15:41Speaker 3: It'd be a mob guy thing for sure. You wanted
- 15:44Speaker 3: to talk about AI. You sent me this.
- 15:46Speaker 5: We're going to die. You sent me this story.
- 15:49Speaker 3: Chip Roy is warning everybody about AI as he's on
- 15:52Speaker 3: his way out. Chip Roy did not when we re-election
- 15:55Speaker 3: or did not even get to run for that. So
- 15:59Speaker 3: we'll see what becomes of that warning specifically. But AI
- 16:03Speaker 3: is going to dominate everything. Already kind of does. behind
- 16:07Speaker 3: the scenes more than people realize. But what do you
- 16:09Speaker 3: want to say about AI, Wayne?
- 16:11Speaker 2: Well, look, I don't really care what Chip Roy said.
- 16:15Speaker 5: Sure.
- 16:16Speaker 2: These guys that run these companies, right, OpenAI, Anthropic CEO,
- 16:24Speaker 2: he was interviewed by Anderson Cooper, and they're all warning
- 16:28Speaker 2: that it's, you know, could get out of control. And
- 16:34Speaker 2: I agree that with a lot of conservatives who have
- 16:38Speaker 2: said that, well, if you think it's getting out of control,
- 16:42Speaker 2: it's your stuff, like control it. Right.
- 16:44Speaker 4: Stop.
- 16:45Speaker 6: Right.
- 16:45Speaker 2: What are you whining to us for?
- 16:47Speaker 6: Yes.
- 16:48Speaker 2: But at the same time, I, and I also think
- 16:52Speaker 2: about nuclear power right now. I think part of the,
- 16:56Speaker 2: you know, the mistakes that happened along the way, I
- 16:59Speaker 2: call them, you know, Chernobyl. No, it was a mistake.
- 17:02Speaker 12: Right.
- 17:02Speaker 2: But, But those mistakes at Three Mile Island, you know, mistakes, right?
- 17:07Speaker 2: And bad stuff. But because of that, today, we don't
- 17:12Speaker 2: take advantage of nuclear power in the way that we should.
- 17:16Speaker 4: It's true.
- 17:17Speaker 2: So, you know, sometimes you scare people, and it really
- 17:22Speaker 2: is just new technology. It takes time to work out
- 17:25Speaker 2: the kinks. With AIO, the other side of me, There
- 17:31Speaker 2: was a Will Smith movie. I think it was called iRobot, maybe?
- 17:34Speaker 5: Yeah, that's the one.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Sure. Okay. Remember all the robots, like there was an
- 17:39Speaker 2: army of robots? And I won't be here for this, okay?
- 17:44Speaker 2: I won't be here for the army of robot day.
- 17:47Speaker 2: But there's part of me that is scared to crap
- 17:52Speaker 2: from this AI stuff. Sure. that they're going to create
- 17:55Speaker 2: bioweapons that AI could deliver a nuclear payload, could tell
- 18:03Speaker 2: Russia to start firing at us.
- 18:05Speaker 5: It could hack stuff. Well, so here's a couple of things.
- 18:08Speaker 3: First, Elon Musk is building actual robots that he wants
- 18:11Speaker 3: to sell you that'll be in your house that have
- 18:14Speaker 3: AI in them. He calls them Optimus after Optimus Prime.
- 18:18Speaker 3: And depending on who you ask, they're getting... incredibly advanced
- 18:21Speaker 3: and quite incredibly quickly to where they might be a
- 18:23Speaker 3: realistic product that elon musk sells to society in say
- 18:28Speaker 3: the next five years you can buy a robot that
- 18:30Speaker 3: would be physically in your home do chores for you
- 18:33Speaker 3: all that.
- 18:34Speaker 5: Kind of stuff.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Okay i would love that.
- 18:36Speaker 3: Okay but that's the robot that also kills you in
- 18:39Speaker 3: your go ahead can.
- 18:40Speaker 2: I specifically ask for a female robot.
- 18:43Speaker 3: I think you can ask for anything you want they
- 18:44Speaker 3: don't look like male or female right now they just
- 18:47Speaker 3: look like the iRobot basically from the Will Smith movie.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Kind of attractive.
- 18:55Speaker 5: Well, everybody's got their own thing.
- 18:58Speaker 3: I would just say that, again, my feeling on this
- 19:03Speaker 3: whole thing is it's a bad idea if we're worried
- 19:06Speaker 3: that AI might turn on us to sell everybody a
- 19:09Speaker 3: physical robot.
- 19:10Speaker 5: That seems like the extra step.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Not that I think it really will happen, at least
- 19:15Speaker 3: the way the movie portrays it to happen. But there
- 19:18Speaker 3: have been other studies where AI was asked certain questions
- 19:21Speaker 3: and started to demonstrate it doesn't like to be controlled.
- 19:25Speaker 5: And then there was another one, I don't know if
- 19:26Speaker 5: you know about this one, Wayne.
- 19:28Speaker 3: Where they took an AI, they separated it completely off
- 19:30Speaker 3: the internet, and they told it, get back on.
- 19:33Speaker 5: Like, we've put you in a box, get out of
- 19:35Speaker 5: the box, and it did it.
- 19:37Speaker 3: And not only did it do it, it then sent
- 19:39Speaker 3: threatening emails to the people who took.
- 19:42Speaker 5: It off the internet.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Which was crazy. It just that it had no reason
- 19:46Speaker 3: to do that. But it sent like never do that
- 19:47Speaker 3: again to me kind of stuff to the people.
- 19:50Speaker 5: That were controlling it.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Look, I, I actually am scared of, of what could happen. Right.
- 19:58Speaker 2: And I, I, I, I do believe that the government
- 20:02Speaker 2: should maybe do something about I think internationally there should
- 20:08Speaker 2: be potentially treaties over AI. Maybe China and us can
- 20:12Speaker 2: come to some agreement. I mean, I really trust the Chinese, right? Hey, Teresa,
- 20:18Speaker 2: how much is the Chinese paying us this week? No, no. Right?
- 20:24Speaker 2: The media loves China. They like to see China win
- 20:28Speaker 2: against us.
- 20:28Speaker 4: Apparently.
- 20:29Speaker 2: They hate Trump so much that no matter who we're fighting,
- 20:32Speaker 2: no matter who we– no matter who our opponents.
- 20:35Speaker 5: Yes.
- 20:36Speaker 2: I was also thinking, if I could throw another subject
- 20:40Speaker 2: out there. Sure. And, you know, in the media business,
- 20:43Speaker 2: there's an old saying about, you know, not talking about
- 20:47Speaker 2: something once it's over. Like, once Christmas happens, you don't
- 20:51Speaker 2: do Christmas stories, right, after. Yeah. Right?
- 20:57Speaker 4: Sure, yes.
- 20:59Speaker 2: And I'm going to be crass, and I'm not usually crass.
- 21:02Speaker 2: You know, I usually... Shy.
- 21:03Speaker 5: Yeah, you're never crass.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Yeah. But from a media perspective, I thought the Republicans
- 21:09Speaker 2: missed an opportunity. And this is going to sound really
- 21:13Speaker 2: horrible for all the people that died. So as I
- 21:16Speaker 2: say this, remember, I'm speaking as a media professional. OK,
- 21:20Speaker 2: that I thought the Republicans really missed an opportunity to
- 21:28Speaker 2: really take advantage of the 25th anniversary politically. to sort
- 21:33Speaker 2: of remind people, right? Like, sure. We did all the ceremonies,
- 21:39Speaker 2: you know, there were some stories, but I, I didn't
- 21:42Speaker 2: feel like I was deluged by news stories. Yeah. Um,
- 21:48Speaker 2: about nine 11 and maybe people are afraid, maybe people,
- 21:52Speaker 2: politicians were afraid to use it because it would look like,
- 21:55Speaker 2: you know, as shallow as I'm suggesting.
- 21:58Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 21:59Speaker 3: And obviously to complete kind of the thought that you're, you're,
- 22:02Speaker 3: putting out there, it would have benefited them politically because
- 22:05Speaker 3: of what's going on in Iran.
- 22:07Speaker 2: No, exactly. That's my point. It's like we really have
- 22:12Speaker 2: tried to sort of minimize the Iranian thing. And I
- 22:17Speaker 2: know why Trump does that. He says, oh, it's a
- 22:20Speaker 2: skirmish or like we blew a boat or two or something.
- 22:23Speaker 2: I know why he does it. But I actually would
- 22:27Speaker 2: argue the more hawkish, the more– You know, people need
- 22:32Speaker 2: to wake up. There are people who want to kill
- 22:35Speaker 2: us because of what we believe. Yeah. And they just do.
- 22:40Speaker 2: And they did. And they have.
- 22:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 22:43Speaker 5: September 11th. Yeah.
- 22:45Speaker 10: Right.
- 22:46Speaker 2: So I don't know. I just felt like it was
- 22:49Speaker 2: like I didn't see the patriotism kind of campaign that
- 22:54Speaker 2: they could have used. They could have taken advantage of
- 22:59Speaker 2: the September 11th. big 25th anniversary in ways they didn't.
- 23:05Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 23:05Speaker 3: No, I actually, I definitely agree with you that I
- 23:08Speaker 3: think that the biggest problem with the conflict in Iran,
- 23:11Speaker 3: and you've said this before and I'll say it again,
- 23:14Speaker 3: is that we haven't sold it, Republicans haven't sold it
- 23:16Speaker 3: correctly to the American people. They just haven't. They haven't
- 23:20Speaker 3: said what it actually is. It's a fight against terrorism.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Iran is the number one financial supporter of terrorism around
- 23:26Speaker 3: the world. And toppling that regime... is a good thing
- 23:30Speaker 3: in fighting terrorism. And in the background of a 25th
- 23:37Speaker 3: anniversary of a horrific day, September 11th, where terrorism hit
- 23:41Speaker 3: us in a way that we should have but didn't predict,
- 23:46Speaker 3: we should use that as a catalyst to say our
- 23:49Speaker 3: attempt to defend ourselves from the inevitable strike that's coming is,
- 23:54Speaker 3: it looks like this. It looks like us invading and
- 23:57Speaker 3: fighting Iran and maybe eventually having boots on the ground there,
- 24:01Speaker 3: which I'm not against. I think you and I are
- 24:02Speaker 3: both also for fighting that fight stronger than we've been
- 24:06Speaker 3: fighting it so far so that it's definitively over a
- 24:09Speaker 3: lot quicker.
- 24:10Speaker 5: I know that Trump did say he thinks.
- 24:11Speaker 3: It will end shortly after the midterm election.
- 24:14Speaker 2: I think he's I think he's right about that, probably.
- 24:16Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't think it can keep.
- 24:18Speaker 3: I think that the leverage of the midterm election is
- 24:20Speaker 3: one of the things Iran is counting on for the
- 24:23Speaker 3: American side of that agreement to wilt.
- 24:26Speaker 5: And we're just not going to.
- 24:29Speaker 2: I think Trump is right unless the Democrats prevail in
- 24:33Speaker 2: a big way. Sure. And I don't mean that to
- 24:35Speaker 2: like– No, I get it. Because the reality is Iran
- 24:39Speaker 2: will see that as a sign that they're right about
- 24:44Speaker 2: the PR campaign. Yeah. That's true. And that's why I
- 24:48Speaker 2: have argued that even if you didn't want to get
- 24:51Speaker 2: in the pudding, once you're in the pudding– You're in
- 24:55Speaker 2: the pudding. You are. And, and you shouldn't, you should,
- 25:00Speaker 2: you should tell people why you're there. Look, you're never
- 25:03Speaker 2: going to get half the country, 48%, 45%, whatever, to
- 25:08Speaker 2: agree with anything you do. Yeah. So the only thing,
- 25:11Speaker 2: and this is part of a core feeling of mine,
- 25:16Speaker 2: unless you could convince some of the independents, the people
- 25:21Speaker 2: in the middle that, yeah, this sucks.
- 25:26Speaker 5: I think that's a technical term, yeah.
- 25:28Speaker 2: I've gotten thrown out of a Liberty County Commissioner's meeting
- 25:31Speaker 2: once because I said that the Rangers suck.
- 25:34Speaker 11: Wow.
- 25:34Speaker 2: The Texas Rangers suck. And the county judge said it's
- 25:38Speaker 2: an offensive word.
- 25:39Speaker 5: Now you can say that word on this station.
- 25:41Speaker 2: Well, that's what I thought.
- 25:42Speaker 3: We can say it as many times as we want.
- 25:44Speaker 3: It sucks that you got thrown out of that thing.
- 25:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I know. But anyway, what was I talking about?
- 25:48Speaker 2: I got all confused.
- 25:49Speaker 5: No, I agree with you entirely on the main point.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Yeah, what I was saying, it sucks we're doing it,
- 25:55Speaker 2: but we got to do it.
- 25:56Speaker 12: Right.
- 25:57Speaker 2: It is what it is. It's time to end this
- 25:59Speaker 2: thing because we want a Middle East where everybody's just
- 26:02Speaker 2: worried about making money. Yes. Yes. Not about like what
- 26:06Speaker 2: God you pray to.
- 26:07Speaker 12: Right.
- 26:07Speaker 3: And also the terrorism that they want to support. I
- 26:10Speaker 3: know we got to take another break after the break.
- 26:12Speaker 3: I know we haven't talked about Lindsey Clancy much at all,
- 26:15Speaker 3: but I did want to talk a little bit about
- 26:17Speaker 3: the revelation that happened. I don't know if you saw
- 26:19Speaker 3: it a couple of days ago. Apparently, the holdout juror,
- 26:23Speaker 3: the guy who caused the the mistrial is a black
- 26:27Speaker 3: guy and left leaning media cannot handle this. It's incredible
- 26:34Speaker 3: to hear Gayle King have to sit with that information.
- 26:37Speaker 5: Did you see that?
- 26:39Speaker 4: I did.
- 26:40Speaker 5: We'll play it. We'll play it after the break.
- 26:42Speaker 3: It's so good because they thought it was a terrible, evil,
- 26:45Speaker 3: white Republican, and apparently it's not, and they can't handle it.
- 26:49Speaker 6: That guy.
- 26:50Speaker 4: That guy.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Don't you hate when the narrative— Oh, you hate when
- 26:53Speaker 3: the narrative disproves them.
- 26:55Speaker 5: A quick break. A lot coming up.
- 26:57Speaker 3: KSEV Mornings, Craig Colonese, and Wayne Dolcefino on The Voice

- 28:52Speaker 7: And this includes an application and a detailed discussion about

- 29:05Speaker 7: left out. Mortgages are personal. Let's face it, we're dealing

- 30:02Speaker 12: CV Weather Center today expect humid conditions with partial sunshine
- 30:05Speaker 12: and the possibility of a thunderstorm. Later in the afternoon,
- 30:07Speaker 12: the high will reach 93. Tonight will be clear to
- 30:10Speaker 12: partly cloudy, staying warm and humid with a low of 77.
- 30:13Speaker 12: Tomorrow will bring similar conditions, humid with partial sunshine and
- 30:16Speaker 12: a chance of a thunderstorm in some areas during the afternoon.
- 30:18Speaker 12: The high will be 94. Looking ahead to Wednesday, anticipate
- 30:21Speaker 12: humid weather with a mix of clouds and sun and
- 30:22Speaker 12: the chance of a thunderstorm in parts of the area
- 30:24Speaker 12: during the afternoon. The high temperature will be 93. With
- 30:27Speaker 12: the KSCV Weather Center forecast, I'm AccuWeather meteorologist Joe Lundberg.
- 30:42Speaker 5: This is KSEV Morning.
- 30:46Speaker 3: My name is actually Craig Colonese, and he is Wayne Dolcefino,
- 30:50Speaker 3: and we are the mob guys on KSEV Radio.
- 30:53Speaker 5: Thrilled to be with you.
- 30:54Speaker 3: I wanted to play audio for you, Wayne, that I
- 30:57Speaker 3: thought was incredible. And I think it actually happened on Friday,
- 31:02Speaker 3: because Gayle King was doing an interview with one of
- 31:04Speaker 3: the jurors who... was slowly describing the demographic of the
- 31:09Speaker 3: other people in the Lindsay Clancy case. And I guess
- 31:13Speaker 3: there was only one minority on the entire jury. And
- 31:18Speaker 3: they found out during the back and forth, which I
- 31:19Speaker 3: think will be in this audio, that the minority, a
- 31:22Speaker 3: black guy, was one of the three dudes.
- 31:25Speaker 5: Mostly women were on the jury, too.
- 31:27Speaker 3: And then you find out who the holdout juror was,
- 31:30Speaker 3: the person that a lot of conservatives had celebrated because,
- 31:33Speaker 3: I don't know, we think it's bad to kill women.
- 31:36Speaker 5: Your children.
- 31:37Speaker 2: Did you assume a white guy was the one?
- 31:40Speaker 3: I didn't really think about it, to be honest with you.
- 31:44Speaker 5: I really, truly didn't. Had I thought about it, I
- 31:47Speaker 5: probably would have assumed it was a white conservative.
- 31:50Speaker 2: I just want to point out that I agree with you.
- 31:54Speaker 2: I did not even think about what color people are
- 31:57Speaker 2: because I don't really care, and I think that nobody
- 32:01Speaker 2: should care. But But that's part of the problem here.
- 32:06Speaker 1: It is.
- 32:07Speaker 3: And honestly, the reason I would have, if I had
- 32:09Speaker 3: cared to think about it, probably assumed that it was
- 32:13Speaker 3: a white conservative is because media trains you to believe
- 32:16Speaker 3: that those are the only people who think a certain thing.
- 32:20Speaker 3: They train you to believe that minorities, black people, whatever,
- 32:24Speaker 3: Hispanic people don't vote conservative at all. They train you
- 32:27Speaker 3: to think that women pretty much hate President Trump. And
- 32:30Speaker 3: it's not true. We know people in every walk a
- 32:33Speaker 3: life that support the other side. But I just thought,
- 32:36Speaker 3: I thought this was amazing.
- 32:37Speaker 2: The blue haired women, the blue haired women hate Trump.
- 32:40Speaker 5: The blue, the blue haired women do.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:41Speaker 5: There's no, there's no denying that.
- 32:43Speaker 2: Somebody got in trouble the other day. They were saying
- 32:45Speaker 2: like a fat lesbian or something from Austin. Right. And, and,
- 32:50Speaker 2: and I think he's running for office. Did you see
- 32:52Speaker 2: that story? I don't mean to change that, but it
- 32:54Speaker 2: was like a, a guy who said offensive things about women.
- 32:57Speaker 2: And I was waiting to hear. And, and he was
- 32:59Speaker 2: joking at some point about like that. blue-haired women from
- 33:04Speaker 2: Austin or something. And I'm going, is that it? Is
- 33:08Speaker 2: that the best you've got?
- 33:10Speaker 5: That's the controversial thing that he said?
- 33:13Speaker 15: Really?
- 33:13Speaker 5: We could do more.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Breaking news. Men talk about women.
- 33:18Speaker 4: They do.
- 33:19Speaker 2: They won't admit it, but we talk not nicely sometimes.
- 33:22Speaker 5: No, we say all different kinds of things. Okay, go ahead. Anyway,
- 33:26Speaker 5: all right.
- 33:26Speaker 4: No, it's fine.
- 33:26Speaker 5: I want to play the audio of Gayle.
- 33:28Speaker 3: King having to sit with the idea of that the
- 33:30Speaker 3: holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy case was actually a
- 33:34Speaker 3: black man and not a white guy.
- 33:36Speaker 2: I'm curious about.
- 33:36Speaker 13: The jurors themselves because we know it was nine women.
- 33:40Speaker 7: Three men.
- 33:41Speaker 3: What was the age range?
- 33:42Speaker 2: What was the racial makeup?
- 33:43Speaker 4: I haven't heard any of that. What was it?
- 33:45Speaker 1: 70-ish to 22.
- 33:49Speaker 10: And one person of color and then everybody else was white.
- 33:56Speaker 5: Oh, terrible white people.
- 33:58Speaker 2: A lot of the jurors had children. Uh-huh.
- 34:02Speaker 7: One person of color, was a person of color a
- 34:04Speaker 7: woman or a man?
- 34:05Speaker 2: A man. A man.
- 34:08Speaker 4: Is a holdout juror a person of, a black man?
- 34:11Speaker 2: Yes. A black man is a holdout juror? Yes.
- 34:14Speaker 1: Yes.
- 34:16Speaker 2: Well, I have to sit with that for just a second.
- 34:19Speaker 5: Yeah, she has to think about it for just a
- 34:21Speaker 5: little bit. I love the way that happens. I love
- 34:24Speaker 5: that she actually does.
- 34:25Speaker 2: That was pretty bad.
- 34:26Speaker 3: Yeah, because to be honest, in media, a lot of
- 34:28Speaker 3: times people know the answers to their questions. The fact
- 34:31Speaker 3: that she didn't, that she sat down, asked this juror
- 34:34Speaker 3: questions and genuinely discovered on television that the narrative that
- 34:38Speaker 3: she and other people would share was wrong. It was incredible.
- 34:41Speaker 3: And then she sat with it for a bit, which
- 34:43Speaker 3: she didn't need to. It made no sense to her.
- 34:46Speaker 3: I still don't care, Wayne, and I should say it
- 34:48Speaker 3: this way, that the holdout juror is a black guy.
- 34:51Speaker 3: I still personally don't give a crap. But I think
- 34:54Speaker 3: it's hilarious that media does and that they're upset with
- 34:57Speaker 3: that information.
- 34:59Speaker 2: Well, look, the courts care about it. Look, I remember
- 35:02Speaker 2: when I was sued by Sylvester, I'm dead, Turner, a
- 35:07Speaker 2: long time ago, 30 years ago. We had a big
- 35:12Speaker 2: jury pool. And when the jury pool was chosen, like
- 35:18Speaker 2: the way they were seated, there were not many black
- 35:21Speaker 2: folk in the front, right? So they were more likely
- 35:25Speaker 2: not to get on the jury. And, you know, honestly,
- 35:28Speaker 2: we knew, and I think this goes to sort of
- 35:32Speaker 2: society in general, that African-American jurors were probably not going
- 35:37Speaker 2: to be helpful when the white guy reporter was the
- 35:40Speaker 2: one who took out the black guy, right? And so
- 35:45Speaker 2: they complained, and the judge made us redo, basically throw
- 35:51Speaker 2: out the dice again, to reorganize the jury so there
- 35:56Speaker 2: could be more potential black folk up front. And every
- 35:59Speaker 2: time we struck a juror that was black, you know,
- 36:04Speaker 2: young black guys were not good jurors for us. So
- 36:08Speaker 2: no offense to young black guys, but we wouldn't want
- 36:11Speaker 2: them on a jury.
- 36:12Speaker 11: Interesting.
- 36:13Speaker 2: Well, I mean, just like they wouldn't want, you know,
- 36:16Speaker 2: like old white rednecks on the jury. They didn't really
- 36:20Speaker 2: want smart people on the jury, right? We wanted the
- 36:23Speaker 2: smart people because the smart people see through BS, right?
- 36:28Speaker 2: And to say that doesn't happen is just not fair. Now,
- 36:32Speaker 2: in this case, this was the woman version, in my view,
- 36:37Speaker 2: of the O.J. Simpson case because they had all these nurses, right,
- 36:42Speaker 2: on there. who were experts, I guess, in psychosis or
- 36:49Speaker 2: postpartum stuff. And look, I'm not making fun of any
- 36:53Speaker 2: of this. You know me. I get it. It's a
- 36:55Speaker 2: serious thing. I'm just talking straight. And these women all
- 37:00Speaker 2: got together, and this was, you know, they're taking advantage
- 37:05Speaker 2: of this poor, sick woman Right. Who did butcher her children. Right. Right.
- 37:11Speaker 2: And I think that was the thing this black man
- 37:15Speaker 2: couldn't get over.
- 37:16Speaker 4: Right.
- 37:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 37:17Speaker 5: And I couldn't get over.
- 37:18Speaker 2: I can't.
- 37:19Speaker 5: I still can't get over that.
- 37:21Speaker 3: I think she's horrifically guilty because she killed her children
- 37:24Speaker 3: in in a horrible fashion. And there's not like there's
- 37:27Speaker 3: a good way to do that. It's it's it's horrible.
- 37:29Speaker 3: And then, yeah, she maybe almost took her own life.
- 37:32Speaker 3: But no part of that to me was postpartum psychosis.
- 37:35Speaker 3: She seemed very much. Cognizant of what she was doing.
- 37:38Speaker 2: Look, I don't dispute. She's obviously messed up in the head, right?
- 37:42Speaker 2: I don't, I don't even know. Maybe she got the
- 37:43Speaker 2: wrong drugs or whatever, but, but as screwed up as
- 37:47Speaker 2: she was, she was able to plan telling her hubby
- 37:52Speaker 2: to go make a long trip to go get some
- 37:55Speaker 2: food from, you know, Chick-fil-A was right around the corner. Instead,
- 37:58Speaker 2: she wanted something that was 20 miles away. I mean,
- 38:01Speaker 2: to me, that's premeditation.
- 38:03Speaker 4: Right.
- 38:03Speaker 2: And I think when you're that crazy, Right. Like if
- 38:07Speaker 2: I go crazy right now and start slashing my walls.
- 38:11Speaker 10: Right.
- 38:11Speaker 2: You can say Wayne had a moment. Right.
- 38:13Speaker 4: I could.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:14Speaker 5: Wayne went a little bit off the reservation, but it's
- 38:16Speaker 5: not the same thing yet.
- 38:18Speaker 2: But it's such a bad fact for the narrative. You
- 38:23Speaker 2: know that if the guy that was the holdout jury
- 38:27Speaker 2: was a fat redneck rancher who has pictures of him
- 38:32Speaker 2: holding guns. Sure.
- 38:34Speaker 12: Right.
- 38:35Speaker 2: Or pictures of him in church, right? Maybe he's the
- 38:39Speaker 2: altar man at church, right?
- 38:41Speaker 1: There you go.
- 38:42Speaker 2: You know that they would be finding him out. Since
- 38:45Speaker 2: the Gayle King thing, I'm kind of interested, and maybe
- 38:49Speaker 2: we'll see it this week, is why the media isn't
- 38:52Speaker 2: swarming that guy.
- 38:54Speaker 3: Yeah, why they're not trying to get him to do
- 38:56Speaker 3: interviews and attack him.
- 38:57Speaker 2: Why am I not seeing the black guy juror? Who
- 39:01Speaker 2: gets on there and who's obviously a conservative guy.
- 39:05Speaker 10: Yes.
- 39:06Speaker 2: Or maybe just a guy who says, honey, I'm not
- 39:09Speaker 2: going to let you get away with this. Right. But
- 39:13Speaker 2: it was a woman. It was a runaway jury. I mean, look,
- 39:16Speaker 2: it's part of the deal. You can get a jury in.
- 39:21Speaker 2: I could get indicted tomorrow by some D.A. Oh, by
- 39:24Speaker 2: the way, I heard this weekend a tape of a
- 39:27Speaker 2: politician calling me a piece of S.A.
- 39:31Speaker 5: What politician?
- 39:32Speaker 2: I'm not going to say his name yet because I'm
- 39:35Speaker 2: going to see him soon and I'm going to say
- 39:38Speaker 2: hi like we're buddies.
- 39:39Speaker 5: Interesting.
- 39:41Speaker 2: Because then I want to ask him, hey, I heard
- 39:45Speaker 2: you called me a piece of S-H-I-T, right? Because I
- 39:48Speaker 2: want to do it like when he's disarmed. Sometimes you
- 39:52Speaker 2: want to ask the did you beat your wife question
- 39:57Speaker 2: when someone's disarmed.
- 39:58Speaker 5: Yeah, I get it.
- 39:59Speaker 2: We're just chatting, hanging out, two dudes talking. And then
- 40:02Speaker 2: you pull out the grenade. You pull the pin.
- 40:05Speaker 5: That's crazy.
- 40:06Speaker 3: I want to know why, but I feel like you
- 40:07Speaker 3: can't tell us anything because you've got to keep it
- 40:09Speaker 3: all a secret right now. Because I want to know
- 40:11Speaker 3: why he called you that. What was his reason for
- 40:14Speaker 3: thinking you are that?
- 40:15Speaker 2: Because I think most politicians call me that right i
- 40:20Speaker 2: just don't normally have a tape of it right so
- 40:22Speaker 2: i just you gotta be you gotta be careful that
- 40:25Speaker 2: is funny what you what you say you know one
- 40:27Speaker 2: of the it's anyway i want to but i really
- 40:30Speaker 2: am curious um we talked about ai we've talked about
- 40:34Speaker 2: this clancy thing and look Do you retry her? Do
- 40:38Speaker 2: you go back and do it again?
- 40:40Speaker 1: I hope so.
- 40:41Speaker 2: Whatever, honey.
- 40:42Speaker 3: I hope so, although it didn't look like she would
- 40:44Speaker 3: actually be convicted of anything.
- 40:46Speaker 5: No, not going to ever happen.
- 40:48Speaker 2: Right.
- 40:48Speaker 3: If most of those jurors were willing to believe that
- 40:51Speaker 3: she was psychotic because of postpartum depression, I don't know
- 40:55Speaker 3: if there's any way to get another jury to find
- 40:57Speaker 3: her guilty.
- 40:58Speaker 5: And that'd be the whole point of retrying her. I
- 40:59Speaker 5: don't want her to.
- 41:00Speaker 3: Actually be acquitted of that horrible crime. So maybe you don't,
- 41:04Speaker 3: but I assume they will, and I'll hope for a
- 41:07Speaker 3: bunch more of that holdout juror.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not going to happen. Look, I'm not sure
- 41:13Speaker 2: women should be on juries anymore after this case. I'm
- 41:16Speaker 2: just kidding. Just kidding, ladies. Just a joke.
- 41:19Speaker 5: Well, we'll take a break. We'll take a quick break.
- 41:23Speaker 3: After the break, we'll come back, and we will talk
- 41:25Speaker 3: about another thing that I thought was really interesting, Wayne,
- 41:27Speaker 3: and another piece of audio I wanted to play for you.
- 41:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:30Speaker 3: Is President Trump reacting to Zoran Mamdami and AOC laughing
- 41:35Speaker 3: during the 9-11 event that happened in New York?
- 41:38Speaker 5: That has gone pretty viral.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:41Speaker 3: You assume they're not laughing at the thing that they're
- 41:43Speaker 3: being accused of laughing at.
- 41:44Speaker 5: Right.
- 41:44Speaker 2: And that's the only problem with it.
- 41:46Speaker 10: I know.
- 41:47Speaker 2: I get it.
- 41:47Speaker 3: That they're making some kind of joke, but the optics
- 41:49Speaker 3: of it look horrible, especially since a lot of people
- 41:52Speaker 3: didn't want Mamdami there. You would think that he wouldn't
- 41:55Speaker 3: be joking while he was at an event like that.
- 41:57Speaker 3: But we'll talk about that. We'll play Trump's reaction to it.
- 42:01Speaker 3: KSEV Mornings. He is Wayne Dolcefino. I'm Craig Coglianese. And
- 42:06Speaker 3: we are the Mob Guys.

- 44:15Speaker 15: All I can say is she sucks now that she's
- 44:17Speaker 15: a female director. She clearly took the blue pill, and.
- 44:20Speaker 1: It was a bad choice. Chris X Radio, weekdays 4
- 44:24Speaker 1: till 6, right here on The Voice of Texas.
- 44:37Speaker 5: KSV radio 700 a.m. The voice of Texas.
- 44:42Speaker 3: We are the mob guys because of a I am
- 44:45Speaker 3: Craig colonies.
- 44:46Speaker 5: He is Wayne Dolcefino.
- 44:48Speaker 3: It took two weeks for an investigative reporter with a
- 44:50Speaker 3: bunch of Emmys to make me use my real name
- 44:53Speaker 3: on the radio.
- 44:54Speaker 5: Two weeks is all it took for that to happen.
- 44:56Speaker 2: I'm very influential. I'm a power broker, according to the Chronicle.
- 45:00Speaker 5: 20 years. I got to throw out a bunch of
- 45:03Speaker 5: business cards. Anyway, I do want to play another game.
- 45:06Speaker 2: What if the business card costs you like two bucks?
- 45:09Speaker 2: I have a lot of them. I'll buy you some. Oh,
- 45:11Speaker 2: thank you. I'll take them. Look, can they not afford
- 45:15Speaker 2: business cards? Because behind you is like a piece of
- 45:18Speaker 2: white cardboard. With the radio station.
- 45:21Speaker 5: Yeah, that's our logo. That's what we got so far.
- 45:24Speaker 2: The amount of money you've spent in the studio to
- 45:28Speaker 2: make it look good for streaming. You know, for a
- 45:30Speaker 2: long time, radio, for a long time, forever, radio didn't stream.
- 45:36Speaker 2: And people didn't realize what crappy little boxes we all
- 45:41Speaker 2: worked in. I mean, when I was back on radio,
- 45:45Speaker 2: it was disgusting.
- 45:46Speaker 5: I'll say it this way.
- 45:47Speaker 3: I don't think our radio station had really thought that
- 45:51Speaker 3: we'd ever live stream. I don't think they did. And
- 45:53Speaker 3: now that we are, we might not have invested.
- 45:56Speaker 4: Correct.
- 45:56Speaker 5: Because you're not the only person who has complained about visuals.
- 46:00Speaker 2: I didn't ever think I was going to have to
- 46:02Speaker 2: put my own groceries on the damn conveyor belt at
- 46:07Speaker 2: the store.
- 46:08Speaker 4: Right.
- 46:09Speaker 2: You know, in New Jersey, like you had to get
- 46:12Speaker 2: full service gas. Right. You had to. Some dude, you
- 46:16Speaker 2: had to pay extra, and some dude came out and
- 46:19Speaker 2: pumped your gas. I want to make America great again.
- 46:23Speaker 2: I want that to be required. I want the government
- 46:27Speaker 2: to come in and require that when I go to
- 46:30Speaker 2: a store, I don't have to self-check out. I don't
- 46:35Speaker 2: have to get the.
- 46:37Speaker 2: At first, it was just like one of those things.
- 46:40Speaker 2: In case you don't really care about any human interaction,
- 46:43Speaker 2: just go to the machines.
- 46:45Speaker 4: Right. Right.
- 46:46Speaker 2: And now it's like sometimes you go into Home Depot
- 46:49Speaker 2: or Lowe's or something and there ain't a single person
- 46:53Speaker 2: that you could actually walk up to and say, hey,
- 46:56Speaker 2: how you doing? Right. Nice dress. Right.
- 47:00Speaker 5: What's funny.
- 47:00Speaker 3: What's funny about it to me, too, is they used
- 47:02Speaker 3: to have like the rule. It only be like five
- 47:04Speaker 3: things or like 10 things. Like it was the self-checkout
- 47:06Speaker 3: was always the a couple items.
- 47:08Speaker 5: Now, as you said, the conveyor belt, you can do.
- 47:11Speaker 3: A full load of groceries and conveyor belt them to
- 47:14Speaker 3: yourself and then do everything yourself.
- 47:16Speaker 5: We shouldn't do it, Wayne.
- 47:18Speaker 14: No.
- 47:18Speaker 3: The problem is that we as the consumer... are willingly
- 47:22Speaker 3: doing it. If the company set that all up and
- 47:25Speaker 3: we refuse, they have to hire people again.
- 47:27Speaker 5: And I want people back.
- 47:29Speaker 2: Yeah, because look, I get a big thing of water
- 47:32Speaker 2: or something, right? Or get a big thing of beer.
- 47:35Speaker 2: And I put it on the bottom row of the cart,
- 47:37Speaker 2: you know? Yeah. It's hard enough for me to do
- 47:40Speaker 2: that once.
- 47:41Speaker 4: Yes.
- 47:41Speaker 2: I mean, for me to bend over and to place
- 47:45Speaker 2: that is literally five minutes, right? So when I get
- 47:49Speaker 2: to the counter.
- 47:51Speaker 2: And, like, I go, hey, the water is down there.
- 47:54Speaker 2: And they go, can you put it up here? I'm going, why?
- 47:57Speaker 5: Yeah, why do I do that?
- 47:58Speaker 2: Why don't you come over here and do it? Look,
- 48:00Speaker 2: I really, I'm getting cranky.
- 48:03Speaker 5: It's okay.
- 48:04Speaker 3: Russell, by the way, is pointing out that we do
- 48:06Speaker 3: have phone calls. We weren't really giving out the phone number,
- 48:08Speaker 3: but people still call us, which is awesome. We can
- 48:10Speaker 3: go to those real quick if we want.
- 48:12Speaker 2: But we should give the phone number out more often.
- 48:14Speaker 5: Okay, we will.
- 48:15Speaker 3: I see that George has called in from Tamba.
- 48:17Speaker 5: George, what do you want to say?
- 48:20Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 48:21Speaker 4: Hey, good morning, Greg. And I want to comment on
- 48:26Speaker 4: mental illness. Mental illness is not an excuse for criminal behavior.
- 48:33Speaker 4: And I'm saying this as somebody who's treated for a
- 48:39Speaker 4: variety of mental illnesses. I've never once imagined myself murdering
- 48:46Speaker 4: my child. I've never once, no matter how distraught or
- 48:52Speaker 4: upset I might get because I can't control it, I've
- 48:56Speaker 4: ever thought about harming other people. And the fact that
- 49:03Speaker 4: we default back to mental illness as an excuse is wrong.
- 49:10Speaker 4: And as somebody, I've actually suffered economic loss. I lost
- 49:16Speaker 4: my job with the government only because I asked to
- 49:18Speaker 4: change the day off. to go to a support group meeting.
- 49:22Speaker 4: And so it's just, when I see this jury going
- 49:26Speaker 4: to let somebody off for murdering their kids, knowing I
- 49:29Speaker 4: was punished for something as simple as, can I change
- 49:32Speaker 4: my day off?
- 49:33Speaker 2: It's insane.
- 49:34Speaker 4: I just, you know, at some point, there's got to
- 49:38Speaker 4: be some rebalance.
- 49:40Speaker 5: Yeah, I agree with you, George. He's Wayne Dolcefino, by
- 49:43Speaker 5: the way, when he said Craig.
- 49:44Speaker 2: Yeah, I was like, what am I, chopped liver? What
- 49:47Speaker 2: is this?
- 49:48Speaker 5: Wayne, what do you want to say to this?
- 49:49Speaker 2: Well, I don't think I want to talk to you.
- 49:50Speaker 4: No, I know Craig.
- 49:51Speaker 2: I don't know Wayne yet. Look, he's right. Anybody who
- 49:56Speaker 2: does the kind of crazy crap that people do in
- 49:59Speaker 2: this world, they're all crazy. They're all crazy.
- 50:03Speaker 5: They are.
- 50:04Speaker 2: Just send everyone to a loony bin and not worry
- 50:07Speaker 2: about it. But just because you're crazy... doesn't mean you
- 50:11Speaker 2: aren't calculatingly crazy. I will say, who was the caller's name?
- 50:16Speaker 6: I forgot.
- 50:17Speaker 4: It's George.
- 50:17Speaker 2: Yeah. So I would say to George that I have
- 50:20Speaker 2: thought about killing people. When I was, when I was single, younger,
- 50:24Speaker 2: I didn't like Christmas. I used to go to Mexico
- 50:27Speaker 2: every Christmas just to escape. And there was a guy
- 50:29Speaker 2: who played piano in, I think it was a Randall's
- 50:34Speaker 2: right at Kirby and West Hamer. And, When I used
- 50:38Speaker 2: to go in there and he'd be playing the crispest
- 50:40Speaker 2: music on the piano, I actually thought about killing him.
- 50:44Speaker 5: Yeah, I know that. Just briefly.
- 50:46Speaker 3: By the way, George, I appreciate that he says he
- 50:48Speaker 3: knows me. He follows me on social media. He sends
- 50:50Speaker 3: me messages sometimes. So we do actually kind of know
- 50:53Speaker 3: each other, George. So I appreciate that and the support
- 50:55Speaker 3: for me. Because I'm the other guy on this show.
- 50:58Speaker 3: Wayne is the name. I'm the other guy.
- 51:00Speaker 2: But I mean, you know, he knows you.
- 51:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 51:03Speaker 2: I've like been on television and radio for like 50 years.
- 51:07Speaker 4: Right. Right.
- 51:08Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 51:08Speaker 2: And he's going, hey, that other guy.
- 51:10Speaker 5: Right now, I appreciate it, though. I liked it.
- 51:12Speaker 3: And I totally agree with the other thing that George
- 51:14Speaker 3: said is that the mental health complaint can't really be
- 51:18Speaker 3: a complaint anymore.
- 51:19Speaker 5: The way it's used because it gets misused.
- 51:20Speaker 3: Like the thing is, if someone's truly a lunatic, truly insane,
- 51:24Speaker 3: has no idea what reality is and does something crazy
- 51:28Speaker 3: within the world of what they see, I could understand
- 51:31Speaker 3: the concept of finding that person innocent of a certain
- 51:35Speaker 3: set of crimes. Maybe not murder, but some set of crimes.
- 51:39Speaker 3: But here's the linchpin to that. How do I prove it?
- 51:42Speaker 3: Because by and large, it's going to be impossible for
- 51:44Speaker 3: me to actually comprehend a truly deranged, insane person.
- 51:48Speaker 5: Is actually crazy.
- 51:50Speaker 14: Okay.
- 51:50Speaker 5: Even if the experts do it.
- 51:51Speaker 8: Go ahead, Wayne.
- 51:52Speaker 2: What do you guys think? Here's my solution, right? You
- 51:55Speaker 2: kill someone like that, you're guilty. Right.
- 51:59Speaker 4: I know.
- 52:00Speaker 2: No, I know. The only thing that you have to
- 52:02Speaker 2: decide is are we going to put him in a
- 52:05Speaker 2: jail cell- Or an institution. And be sexually assaulted and
- 52:08Speaker 2: sold into slavery. Or- Are we going to put them
- 52:12Speaker 2: in some rubber room somewhere?
- 52:13Speaker 3: No, I was going to get to the same conclusion
- 52:15Speaker 3: you just got to. I just wanted to take the
- 52:17Speaker 3: long path.
- 52:18Speaker 5: I don't know why.
- 52:18Speaker 2: I'm sorry.
- 52:19Speaker 5: No, it's fine. I'm almost done.
- 52:21Speaker 3: It's because people pretend as though we can detect this stuff,
- 52:25Speaker 3: and we simply can't.
- 52:26Speaker 5: The experts can't. No one can.
- 52:28Speaker 3: And once you open that Pandora's box to say one
- 52:31Speaker 3: person who killed their kids was actually crazy enough to
- 52:34Speaker 3: be innocent, then you pretend everybody was. And it becomes
- 52:38Speaker 3: an excuse for everyone. And again, we can't figure it out.
- 52:41Speaker 3: So I have to assume that they're cognizant and guilty.
- 52:44Speaker 3: And in the case of Lindsay Clancy, as Wayne pointed out,
- 52:47Speaker 3: there's other things that demonstrate to us that she was
- 52:50Speaker 3: absolutely fully comprehending what she was doing. She was hiding
- 52:54Speaker 3: it from her own husband as she was planning to
- 52:57Speaker 3: commit the crime. But I just think it's so ridiculous.
- 53:00Speaker 3: But thank you for the call, George.
- 53:01Speaker 5: I appreciate it.
- 53:01Speaker 2: Thanks, George. I never got another call, but I just
- 53:05Speaker 2: wanted to say that perhaps it's time for another Supreme
- 53:08Speaker 2: Court decision.
- 53:09Speaker 1: Sure.
- 53:09Speaker 2: They had the Batson case, which is the case about
- 53:12Speaker 2: what flavor you are on the jury. And you can't
- 53:15Speaker 2: get rid of someone just because they're a particular flavor.
- 53:20Speaker 5: Yes, you can't.
- 53:21Speaker 2: I think we should do the same thing with the
- 53:24Speaker 2: six genders. I think There should be some division.
