The Two Twins Named Seira And Regis have finally come into the picture and instead of them being Vampires in which I initially thought they were which included Rai they are known as Nobles. Nobles are beings that have been alive since as far as the humans go and are know to have abilities far stronger than any animal or other human on the planet.
