  there? And Alameda County doesn't want

  Tesla to open back up, not yet because the coronavirus covid-19

  situation going on, you'll end musk thinks that it's fine and

  California, governor stated that vehicle manufacturing should

  continue during the covid-19 pandemic.

  So that's where we're coming from the governor of California

  says. Totally fine to produce vehicles

  in California. As long as you take the right

  precautions. Now, Alameda County has their

  own set of rules. And they say that manufacturing

  should cease until they figure out how to take care of what
• 4:11
  they need to take care of for the coronavirus.

  Covid-19 outbreak Elon is fighting them.

  He's suing them. He's fighting them in the courts
• 4:24
  and also He has told them that he will be going while.

  He's told everybody on Twitter, that he will be going back to
• 4:36
  the assembly line with the rest of the workers.

  He'll be on the line. and they are defying a order to stay
• 4:45
  closed and he said in his tweet, That if anybody goes to jail, he
• 4:51
  wants it to be him. Luckily, no one went to jail.

  Nobody was arrested. Elon, didn't get arrested.

  They will probably face some sanctions for this or some fines
• 5:03
  for this but Elon has a bunch of powerful lawyers that he'll be
• 5:11
  fighting Alameda County with So he's very unpredictable and he
• 5:18
  has reopened the Tesla Factory despite Alameda County orders
• 5:23
  mandating that it stays shunt due to the coronavirus outbreak.

  So, what's going on here? Why do they Why do they need to
• 5:36
  open back up? Well, because people need cars.

  You know, that's that's what California thinks, the state of
• 5:44
  California, the whole state, the governor of California said,
• 5:47
  manufacturing of vehicles is. Okay, people need Vehicles.
• 5:51
  People need trucks to do work. They need cars to travel with
• 5:55
  even though it's a stay-at-home order right now, but you can
• 5:58
  still travel. You have to still go to the
• 6:01
  store in the way, you go to the stores with the car, right?

  And fortunately for Tesla, you can order a Tesla with your
• 6:07
  phone. You don't have to go to a
• 6:08
  showroom like other vehicle manufacturers, you know?

  Like Ford Chevy Subaru, Etc. You don't have to go to a store,

  you don't have to go to an auto dealer to pick up your car.

  The car comes to you. So that's great.

  You can order one on your phone within five minutes and it'll

  show up eventually. So that's great.

  Elon Musk is he's mad. He told people that, you know,

  come arrest me, man. I'll be on the line with the

  rest of the workers. I'll be doing my work, and I'm

  here for you. Workers were going to stand

  side-by-side. We're going to stay open.

  We're going to keep your jobs going.

  Because if we don't keep these jobs going, these people don't

  get paid. Tesla doesn't make money and we

  don't get cars. So that sucks.

  It sucks to not have a car. So Governor Gavin, Newsom told

  the state of California, the manufacturers can stay open

  Alameda County ascended, a shelter in place order and only
• 7:14
  essential businesses are supposed to be open Tesla's

  lawsuit, argues that Alameda County is for shutdown.

  Ignores an order from the the fornia governor Gavin Newsom,
• 7:25
  which allows businesses from 16 critical, infrastructure
• 7:29
  Industries to remain, open one of which is transportation Now
• 7:37
  another thing is Elon Musk said that he would move Tesla from
• 7:41
  California all together. He said in a tweet frankly this
• 7:45
  is the final straw. Tesla will now move its HQ in
• 7:49
  future programs to Texas and Nevada immediately.

  If we ever retain Fremont manufacturing activity at all,
• 7:56
  it will be dependent on how Tesla is treated in the future.

  Tesla is the last car maker left in California. so, California,

  assemblywoman Lorraine ago. Gonzales tweeted F beep, Elon

  Musk. So then I happy with the lon.

  So he's also kind of you know, Elon is kind of well those

  people there's dismisses the coronavirus as not as bad as
• 8:29
  everyone says it is covid-19 isn't as bad as they say it is.

  He says that the threat posed by by the coronavirus is overblown,

  and he's also tweeted misinformation about the virus,
• 8:42
  including that children are basically immune You know, and
• 8:46
  he's using the law of averages to take that into effect
• 8:51
  children are not as susceptible to the virus as say, you know,
• 8:59
  somebody in their 80s 85 years old but they're not basically
• 9:04
  immune they just won't get it as much as you know, somebody who's
• 9:08
  older. So he's called, you know, states
• 9:12
  that are in lockdown. He's called them fascist.

  He said to all sorts of Horrible things.
• 9:18
  You know, saying that it's not the American way to do this.

  We should be free to make the choice to go back to work if we
• 9:24
  want. So that's the you know that's
• 9:30
  where it's at right now. And hopefully you know, musk

  wins his argument with the Alameda County officials and
• 9:41
  gets back to work. And keeps the plant open because
• 9:44
  people need jobs and I I know that they'll do it.

  Cautiously. And they'll make sure that
• 9:53
  everyone's taken care of. If there are any covid cases in
• 9:57
  the Tesla Factory, they'll take care of what they need to take
• 9:59
  care of. So, you know, you really don't

  know what people are doing outside of Work.

  So they have to make sure that everything's, you know, is as
• 10:10
  clean and as protected as possible.

  Now, do I agree with this. I don't have an opinion one way

  or the other because I don't have all the facts, right?

  So I need to have all the facts and I'm not a news news guy.

  Like I'm not going to dig through hours and hours and

  hours of lawsuits and covid-19 data Etc, to figure out exactly

  what needs to be done or if this is the right move, or not

  because and I'm not in California.

  So I really have no say in what they do in California because I

  don't know what's going on locally.

  But what I do know is what I told you already that Elon is

  trying to defy his local government and he's trying to
• 10:56
  keep his Factory. Open to keep Tesla rolling out

  the Chinese factories doing great.

  The China factories doing stupendous said, so on The Joe

  Rogan podcast, so yeah, he's got that going for him, you know,

  and the Berlin Factory it's coming in hot so you know

  there's a bunch of stuff that's going on.

  On with Tesla. And if he were to pick up and

  move his manufacturing to another state, California would
• 11:21
  lose out big time. On a lot of revenue from from

  the California company Tesla. So if that were the case, well

  it might have to pick up and leave if nothing goes like, Elon

  W. So is the power to do it?

  You can just up and move, you have the money, you have the

  power, you need to get things manufactured.

  You got to do it. So if it's going to be for the

  future and stuff like this is going to happen again, you know,
