- 0:15Speaker 2: Greenwich Village. G you know how you doing.
- 0:18Speaker 3: It's always great here in your voice, Taizano, that's create
- 0:21Speaker 3: a christ Sesus to keep President Trump alive and with it.
- 0:24Speaker 3: He's the best. He's done more to help American veterans
- 0:28Speaker 3: than any other president other than Reagan. And he's done
- 0:32Speaker 3: more than Reagan. The bottom line is this gi Gena
- 0:36Speaker 3: Wintermans with all this free bees marked, he doesn't mention
- 0:39Speaker 3: anything helped Ereican veterans. New York City is the only
- 0:43Speaker 3: major American city doesn't have a city administered retirement home
- 0:47Speaker 3: from their veterans.
- 0:48Speaker 4: It's either the shelter of the street.
- 0:52Speaker 2: All right, Gina, good call, thanks for calling. Yeah, well, uh,
- 0:56Speaker 2: he actually there actually is no free stuff for anybody.
- 1:00Speaker 2: He has not come through with anybody. He's talking about
- 1:03Speaker 2: maybe doing it with one of the buses, well, actually
- 1:07Speaker 2: a couple of bus lines, but he can't get that through.
- 1:11Speaker 2: By the way, the buses are free anyway. You know,
- 1:13Speaker 2: half the people don't pay the fare, and the drivers
- 1:17Speaker 2: are told don't stop them, don't do anything about it.
- 1:20Speaker 2: If you're in a subway, you'll notice half the people
- 1:22Speaker 2: jump the turnstile. If you're on a bus, half the
- 1:25Speaker 2: people just walk in and don't pay the fare. Let's
- 1:27Speaker 2: go to rich in Myrtle Beach. Rich How you doing.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Well? Okay?
- 1:32Speaker 3: I want to thank Vincent. And I had a lot
- 1:33Speaker 3: of people call me tell me he was talking about
- 1:35Speaker 3: my videos yesterday. But I appreciate that.
- 1:37Speaker 2: From Vincent fishing videos.
- 1:40Speaker 3: Yeah, I did a fishing you know you and I
- 1:42Speaker 3: spoke about this before twenty five years. I did fishing
- 1:45Speaker 3: on TV and radio in the New York metro area.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Gonna be ONWGBB Way Way Long.
- 1:50Speaker 2: That's the way out on Long Island.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Yeah, but the guy was all the way up in
- 1:53Speaker 3: OAM signals. You know, they carry you all up and
- 1:55Speaker 3: down and skip across the water. That tower was in Freeport,
- 1:59Speaker 3: and I can hear me all the way down to
- 2:00Speaker 3: Lone be Child, to South Jersey and up at Connecticut.
- 2:02Speaker 2: So I gotta be honest. I don't watch a lot
- 2:04Speaker 2: of fishing television shows.
- 2:06Speaker 3: It's not it's all the whole things change now bunce
- 2:09Speaker 3: of talking heads telling you what they did. But nobody shows.
- 2:12Speaker 2: You a real point of fishing. You're just sitting there
- 2:14Speaker 2: waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. It's
- 2:18Speaker 2: just it's a waiting game.
- 2:19Speaker 3: It's better than working.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Well, no, but if you're playing golf, you keep hitting
- 2:23Speaker 2: the ball. You don't have to wait. If you're playing tennis,
- 2:25Speaker 2: you keep hitting the ball. This fishing is just ninety
- 2:28Speaker 2: nine percent of is just sitting here waiting.
- 2:31Speaker 3: Hey, listen, walk half my fantasies. Don't even about me
- 2:33Speaker 3: getting off the couch. You know. So fishing is perfect,
- 2:35Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying.
- 2:36Speaker 2: So all right, I mean, if you love waiting, go
- 2:38Speaker 2: go go to a doctor's office, go to the tennis
- 2:40Speaker 2: He makes your wait for a half hour. If you enjoy.
- 2:42Speaker 3: Waiting, how can they just don't don't take Colbert and
- 2:46Speaker 3: these people or I mean it's costing a lot of money.
- 2:48Speaker 3: I know Coba is fired. You're gonna get room after
- 2:51Speaker 3: a lawyer statement last night. Well that's not why. Just
- 2:53Speaker 3: kind of plug and the guy and started putting re
- 2:55Speaker 3: ones on there. Save a lot of money and make
- 2:57Speaker 3: more money.
- 2:57Speaker 4: On the ends.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Yeah, when they take a walk. When they take them off,
- 3:00Speaker 2: they'll run old shows or something. They'll get triple the raidings.
- 3:03Speaker 2: But it's complicated. It's complicated because you have about one
- 3:08Speaker 2: hundred and twenty employees. You gotta gradually find a way
- 3:12Speaker 2: to do something with them. You gotta They got a
- 3:14Speaker 2: multi million dollar theater. They got to figure out what
- 3:16Speaker 2: to do with. Also, you can't just abandon your affiliates.
- 3:19Speaker 2: It's part of the deal. When you have a network show,
- 3:22Speaker 2: you can't just cancel all of a sudden.
- 3:23Speaker 3: You have remember that.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Yeah, you have to give the affiliates at least four
- 3:28Speaker 2: months notice or something so they can make other plans.
- 3:31Speaker 2: But thanks for calling, Rich. Let's go to uh, let's
- 3:36Speaker 2: go to Dennis and Long Island. Dennis, how you doing?
- 3:40Speaker 4: Hello? Hey, Mark, I am good Mark, great show, love
- 3:44Speaker 4: a great news Mark. I got a suggestion. Why don't
- 3:47Speaker 4: we get Jimmy Fayla place called it can't America laughing
- 3:51Speaker 4: and have a good night on a twelve so the best.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, Jimmy Taylor has a late night show. It's
- 3:56Speaker 2: on the Fox News channel. Actually has a bigger audience
- 3:58Speaker 2: than Colbert does, so it does. Yeah, no reason for
- 4:02Speaker 2: him to believe where he is. Fox News Channel has
- 4:05Speaker 2: a much bigger audience, and CBS does and Jimmy Failor
- 4:08Speaker 2: does the best late night show. It's on Saturday nights
- 4:11Speaker 2: at ten o'clock. You know, Colbert does it during the
- 4:14Speaker 2: week and he has like triple the ratings of Colbert,
- 4:18Speaker 2: much bigger ratings than Colbert. So it should be their
- 4:21Speaker 2: way around. Colbert should try to get on the Fox
- 4:23Speaker 2: News Channel because you have a much much bigger audience there.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Vincent, how you doing, Good morning, Mark Mack. I'm okay,
- 4:31Speaker 1: Good morning Mara. Mark. Speaking about rent increases. I told
- 4:36Speaker 1: you several months ago that I already received my tax
- 4:40Speaker 1: assessments and everything. I'm already playing how much I'm going
- 4:44Speaker 1: to raise my tenants and commercial and otherwise. Mark, speaking
- 4:50Speaker 1: of the.
- 4:51Speaker 2: First you're a landlord. If your property tax goes up
- 4:54Speaker 2: ten percent, and that doesn't mean you raise the rent
- 4:58Speaker 2: ten percent, right because that's only a.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Seven lease is up. You're gonna get raised that much
- 5:04Speaker 1: lease at least. Because I'm smart enough that any property
- 5:10Speaker 1: I own, it's not rent stabilized, not rent controlled, it's
- 5:14Speaker 1: private property. I could do whatever I want, and I
- 5:18Speaker 1: even sing it to my tenants because a lot of
- 5:20Speaker 1: them are liberals. I told them, I tell them, you
- 5:23Speaker 1: voted for this, You're gonna pay for it. Speaking of
- 5:26Speaker 1: equal time and everything with Stephen Colbert, in Italy, there
- 5:30Speaker 1: is actually a law. It's called park condiita, which is
- 5:35Speaker 1: Latin for equal time. In Italy, during the campaign season,
- 5:40Speaker 1: you have a candidate on your show and you give them,
- 5:44Speaker 1: let's say, ten minutes of time to talk about their
- 5:47Speaker 1: candidacy and how like Mondami, Howi's gonna ruin the city.
- 5:51Speaker 1: You have to put the opposing side on. You have
- 5:54Speaker 1: to give them equal time, even for TV and radio,
- 5:58Speaker 1: and if you don't, they do enforced to find I
- 6:02Speaker 1: wish they would do something else now because they're Whoopy
- 6:06Speaker 1: Goldberger is ruling. My favorite Italian soap opera. They wrote
- 6:10Speaker 1: her in one of my soap operas. It's all an
- 6:13Speaker 1: Italian where during the World War Two, her father was
- 6:17Speaker 1: played a soldier and he was in Italy and he
- 6:20Speaker 1: knocked up an Italian broad so she's going back over
- 6:23Speaker 1: there to discover her roots, and it's disgusting.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Vincent, you don't sound like a soap opera type, but
- 6:29Speaker 2: I have a feeling. This is Italian TV.
- 6:31Speaker 1: It's Italian TV.
- 6:32Speaker 2: I have a feeling. The women are pretty hot looking
- 6:34Speaker 2: in this soap opera.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not about it's Italian soap opera stories. Yeah,
- 6:43Speaker 1: you know what I mean.
- 6:44Speaker 2: I gotcha, I got youa Hey, where where can somebody
- 6:46Speaker 2: see this? You' always talk about Italian TV. Where do
- 6:48Speaker 2: you get to see?
- 6:49Speaker 3: Well?
- 6:49Speaker 1: I got mine. Of course, nothing is registered under my name.
- 6:54Speaker 1: People pay for it. But through Roku TV, I pay
- 6:59Speaker 1: an extra fee every month and I get all these
- 7:02Speaker 1: Italian channels. And the soap opera is called posto al soli,
- 7:08Speaker 1: which means a place in the sun. All takes place.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Sounds good. Everybody goes sign up for Hey, Vincent, we
- 7:13Speaker 2: gotta go. We gotta do the news. But Roku TV
- 7:17Speaker 2: get the Italian channels. When we come back, Howie Carr
- 7:20Speaker 2: will be with us. I love talking to him. He'll
- 7:21Speaker 2: be great. We'll talk to him next on seven to
- 7:24Speaker 2: ten wor
