- speaker-0: All right. Hey everybody. So today's guest is Monica Waltz. She is the founder of Monica Walton Quantum Healing. She works with people around trauma, emotional regulation, health-related discussions, and difficult to discuss experiences. And today we're gonna have a conversation which is intended to understand her perspective and approach, not to endorse every belief that may come up. And the hope is that conversations like this would encourage people to seek wise help and ask honest questions and remember that many of us are trying to make sense of what's happening in in our in the world in our own lives. So Monica, thank you so much for being on today. Really appreciate you being here. We always start from the beginning. So Monica, how did you become who you are? How did you get into what you do? So tell me about where we started. speaker-1: So I am a quantum healing hypnosis practitioner, which is basically past life regression. Although I I sometimes sometimes we don't go into past lives and I just use, you know, that modality to do other things. But the I got into it probably about twenty twelve. I started going through a spiritual awakening, just kinda slow. It wasn't like some people where they're like, you know, boom all of a sudden. It just kinda, you know, slowly as things kind of progressed. you know, with the rest of the world and, you know, new information coming out and things like that and starting to realize what's, you know, what's really going on and you know, things like that. And just, you know, all of the all of the metaphysical stuff. And and you know, just year by year, you know, you slowly get more more and more open. And so a couple of years ago I needed to get a new job and I decided, you know If I'm gonna do something, if I'm gonna get a new job, I'm just not gonna well one, I haven't worked for anybody else for like a million years. So I wanted to work for myself, but I it had to be my only requirement was it had to be something where I could help people, like actually help people. Absolutely and you know, not just have a job and nine to five and you know what I mean? Yeah. So I did a little bit of soul searching and ⁓ landed on hypnosis, on quantum helium hypnosis. Wow. speaker-0: So so h this spiritual awakening that you're talking about, how did you know it was happening? How did you know it was a spiritual awakening, just in case like if someone else is wondering that? I mean, is there some specific thing going on? Is it different for everybody? Is it original speaker-1: different I do think it's different for everybody. I think that, you know, it's just it's really just opening your eyes and, you know, getting rid of all the the falsehoods and, you know, starting to understand how things really work in the world, like, you know, metaphysically, starting to understand, like for example, I wasn't raised with religion at all. You know, and I'm actually very grateful for that because I don't have you know, all of that dogma and, you know, fear and things like that. So, you know, but I was never really a spiritual person. I I've always believed that there's there's a higher power, always. I believe that, you know, that there are angels. I, you know, I believe in that there's Jesus. You know, I think that I think that traditional religions probably started out with good intentions. Okay. But then I think maybe like the wrong people got their hands on. speaker-0: Yeah, I mean there's a possibility for for unhealthy people to be in leadership positions, whether it's churches or whatever. And I'm sure governments yeah, govern probably could do a whole podcast on that one. But but I think that the human aspect, especially in leadership, can sometimes be, you know, use or not the right person in leadership. So I definitely see saying there for speaker-1: Yeah. ⁓ yeah, of course. Yeah. Sure. Well, it happens a lot and you know, it's because you know, they're only thinking about themselves and what they want. Right. You know, leaders leaders are supposed to lead. They're not supposed to be selfish and greedy. Yeah, for sure. You know. Yeah. speaker-0: So you know, you go through this spiritual awakening, yeah, you realize how did you land on Yeah, that's so speaker-1: Okay. Well, yeah, that's interesting. So one of the things that so I've always been into the woo-woo. Always. You know, I've always liked tarot cards and you know, love psychics and channelers, and although channelers came way after psychics, but and I have always been fascinated with aliens and UFOs. That's like my theme. So honestly. The reason that I chose the past life regression hypnosis is because for one, I believe it. You know, I believe that we have past lives, but ⁓ to me they're not really past lives. I don't believe they're past lives. I believe they're all happening at exactly the same time, you know, and that they all affect each other. Yeah. Right. So I I really wanted, you know, I I do trauma in general, but I really wanted to help. People who have had unexplained experiences like alien abductions to be able to get over that trauma because that's huge. I mean, could you even imagine and and I haven't been abducted, at least that I know of. I guess I could have been, but I don't think so. But I've always had experiences like with UFOs and and stuff because I see ⁓ everywhere. And it probably doesn't hurt that I live in northeastern Utah, kinda like twenty miles from Skinwalker Ranch, right? Right. Yeah. You know, there's there's all kinds of stuff out here like that. Just it's crazy. So, you know, I've always had that interest and that kind of played a part in what I chose. Mm. Okay. You know, to do because I thought, cool, if I can do this and help people that have those really traumatic experiences, then, you know, that that's perfect for me. I would I'm super happy doing that. Yeah. speaker-0: So I I have so many questions, but I think the big said was aliens. Yeah. So how did you know that was gonna be like a a clientele that you serve was people being abducted by aliens? Yeah. speaker-1: 'cause I wanted it to be. You know, I just that's kind of where I wanted to go with it. Yeah. You know? And so those are the kind of people that I, you know, I'm reaching out to. And and I did zoom out a little bit to, you know, trauma and addiction because, you know, there's other people that need help too. And it so it's not that I just enjoy, you know, doing the abduction thing, but, you know, that's kind of where I'm leaning towards. Just because Not only because I enjoy it so much, but people with those experiences are less likely to go talk to a therapist about it. You know, they're not gonna talk to people about it. And they really need somebody that they can trust, you know, and that isn't gonna treat them like they're, you know, wacko. You know? Yeah. And so I just I felt like that was important. That and and the thing about it is is that. speaker-0: Right. speaker-1: Like the quantum healing hypnosis. A lot of people who do quantum healing hypnosis but don't necessarily just work with abductees, their clients still have past lives as other species on other planets. And so it's kind of really like a big theme with quantum healing hypnosis. speaker-0: Okay. So are you talking about like like reincarnation? Like being Okay. Yeah. Yeah. So speaker-1: Absolutely. Absolutely. Yeah. That's kind of the whole basis for it, right? speaker-0: Yeah, for sure. So so is it like if someone I guess how do you figure that out for somebody? Like if someone comes in, what is the process for you to tap into like their past knowledge? speaker-1: Yeah. So I mean, obviously they fill out like an intake form and whatnot and you know, tell me. And then the way that my sessions work are I we do it's split up into two actually. I mean we can do it all in one, but most people don't have, you know, five hours in one sitting, you know, or up to five hours in one sitting. And so we do like a an hour long interview first and we talk about what it is that, you know, is bothering them, what they need help with and so on and so forth. And then we scheduled their session, which can be up to four hours. And ex cause some of these, yeah, I mean, sometimes you get really, really detailed and go really deep in. And then, you know, basically like with the abductees, like if I'm just doing a quantum hypnosis with like past lives, then we will go into past lives. But if I'm dealing with somebody who has has an abduction spir experience and they need more information about that to figure out, you know, what the heck's going on. Then we just go directly into those experiences. And then from there, everything's in their subconscious. They're the ones I'm not doing anything. I am basically holding space for them, helping them get to that state, asking the right questions, you know, things like that. But all of the information's coming from their subconscious. speaker-0: Okay. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So I mean, the ail the I just had like five questions come in my head at once. So So like when someone w these people that claim to be abducted by aliens or you know, they and you said you went finding them first, but now are they starting to find you? Like speaker-1: Well, I mean, yeah, that's that's kinda the whole point is that I'm I'm putting the information out there that, you know, this is what I'm doing. You know, this is what I'm wanting to specialize in. You know. And then so of course, you know, my website and my, you know, social media and all that, you know, reflects that. But it also at the same time reflects, you know, just past life stuff and and healing trauma in general, you know, addiction as well. So, you know, there's a there's a lot of I mean, I don't think really there's anything that the hypnosis can't help you with, honestly. speaker-0: Yeah. So could you so I've heard of like hypnotherapy and then there's hypnosis. Is is there a difference? Is it just the terminology? speaker-1: Basically the terminology, usually when you say hypnotherapy, okay, you're talking about clinical hypnotherapy. Okay. Which is somebody who went to school, like, you know, just like psychiatrists and things like that, usually in that field. And because, you know, that's a hypnotherapist. Those are, you know, ADA, you know, medical association, all that. I am a hypnosis practitioner, so I'm trained and certified in past life regression. But you know, I'm also, you know, bringing in me personally, since I'm so into the woo-woo, I don't just like when I have a client that that, you know, hires me to help them, usually they're into the woo-woo too. You know what I mean? Yeah. It's very rare that somebody isn't, you know, into the woo-woo. But I take their their birth details and not o and not only do we do the hypnosis stuff But I run their astrological chart, I run their human design and their gene heats. And I do that because it all kind of works together as a whole. And that helps me when I'm un when I'm doing a session with them to kind of figure out where they're going, what's the right questions to ask for that specific person. You know, it also really, really, really helps afterwards, because afterwards I give them homework to do usually. speaker-0: Okay. speaker-1: So that, you know, especially when there's trauma, so that, you know, they can continue that, you know, on their own to kind of help with whatever it is that they're doing. So I can kind of target that based on those things. That's personal to them and nobody else. speaker-0: Okay. Okay. So, you know, you get into hypnosis, quantum healing. I mean is this like this seems like such an I I'm probably talking about my own ignorance here, but this seems like such a niche field. Like speaker-1: Yeah, yeah, yeah. It it kinda is, but in my circles, you know what I mean? Like you were saying, you just you're not in those circles. But in my circles, there's a million quantum healing hypnosis practitioners. You know, there are different modalities, like ⁓ Dolores Cannon has the QHT. I was trained in BQH, which is beyond quantum healing, but it's an offshoot of QH H T and you know what I mean? But speaker-0: Okay. speaker-1: But it's really prevalent out there, but it's still not prevalent enough. You know what mean? Like I feel like I do feel like it's going there and I feel like we're gonna kind of get away from, you know, the medical stuff and we're gonna start going more holistic. And I feel like this is a part of that. speaker-0: Okay. You know So So why do you think that though? Why is it going away from medical to more speaker-1: I just think that the more enlightened people become the more they understand that chopping into you is ⁓ doesn't necessarily isn't necessarily the best thing for you. You know what I mean? I mean, we will always need doctors for things like, you know, and I'm not I'm not ragging on doctors at all. I mean, they're great. But, you know, I mean, my husband just had four vertebrae fuses in his neck, you know what mean? So for things for certain things, you know, broken bones and things like that that like you know, need to be physically fixed. But then you can use things like, you know, Reiki and things like that to help them heal in different other modalities, right? So I feel like, you know, it's probably more of a complimentary at this stage of the game. But I feel like over the probably the next 20 years, it's gonna explode. speaker-0: Mm-hmm. Okay. So you you said some words tonight. Like ⁓ like just someone listening, like Reiki, I've heard a couple of times, but if someone's hearing it for the first time, how do you explain that? What the speaker-1: This is basically energy work. Okay. You train and learn how to move so you know, move energy. That's basically what it is. speaker-0: Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So I guess how would that like if I am seeking a Reiki therapist or a Reiki speaker-1: Ricky practitioner, yeah. And and they don't I mean, but then then again, there are a lot of people, like especially hypnotherapists, that are adding those kind of modalities to their own practice, right? Yeah. I I haven't yet, as of yet, added that kind of stuff. But like I said, I I add all the the you know, astrology and and the human design and the ginkies, but you know, a lot of people in this field. are adding things like that, you know, like NLP, which is neuro ling linguistic programming. you know, and then Reiki and, you know, just things like that that are just complementary and really help work together really well. speaker-0: For sure. So if someone is like someone comes to you and they've experienced trauma, I mean, what steps would you if they're especially if they're like fascinated by hypnosis, you know, quantum? speaker-1: Mm-hmm. ⁓ huh. Then you don't have to be fascinated. You just have to believe in it. speaker-0: Well I mean I'm Yes. Yeah, yeah. If that's something they believe in, how does that I guess how does I guess where I'm going is how does that differ from like if it does, traditional therapy, C B T, D B T versus speaker-1: Therapy, like you mean like talk therapy? Well, because hypnosis deals with your subconscious, talk therapy doesn't, it does with your conscious. speaker-0: Yeah, yeah. Right? Yeah, yeah. Okay. Gotcha. Okay. Okay. So do you mainly serve like people in Utah or speaker-1: No, no, no, no. I did all my sessions are done online. Just kinda over Zoom. It works exactly the same way. There's absolutely no difference. Okay. But what I love about it is that people get to do it from the comfort of their own home and and privacy of their own home. If they don't want if they're if they're not really out in the open yet about their beliefs, right? They they don't have to tell anybody. They can just, you know, set up their computer next to their bed and lay down and just you know, relax and go through the session. That's what I really like about it. So no, I I'm mostly work with people in the US, but I've worked with people in Australia. I've worked with people in Ireland. Yeah. So basically any English speaking country. You know what I mean? As long as, you know, it's not too far away time zone wise. But I work I have my hours so that like I have two days a week where I work. really early and then I have two days of work week where I work really late so that you know for cases like that or people that just you know can't do it in the daytime or they need like a night appointment or whatever and I'm pretty flexible. If you know somebody really needs a session and needs to help, I'll I'll do whatever I can to make it work. speaker-0: Okay. Yeah, for sure. For sure. Does it affect like I just imagine I mean Australia, that that time zone is way different from ours. speaker-1: Yeah, yeah. It's like 14 hours or something. So usually they'll do it like if it'll be night here and then it'll be morning there or night there and morning here. It just kind of depends on what time they need to do it in their time zone and then we kind of just work it out. speaker-0: Yeah. you get Okay. Yeah. Okay. So you mentioned let's let's rewind a little bit. You mentioned getting trained in something. I guess I guess what was the training process like to do what you do? speaker-1: Yeah, it's just like a it's basically online. It's a pretty extensive course. You know. Yeah. And once you and you know, you gotta take your tests and all that kind of stuff, just kinda like anything else. speaker-0: Okay. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. So someone is like, you know, hearing about this and they're fascinated to do it, whether they're I mean, I know different states are different. Like Florida, we have to be licensed. And I know other states, it's something it's called something else. But I guess if you're licensed and you're thinking about getting into this, how would someone go about speaker-1: About getting into it to become a quantum healing. I I don't know if there's as far as I know, and I could be wrong, I don't think you have to be licensed to do this anywhere. You might have to have a business license. Right? You might have to have a business license. But as long as you've got your certification, then you know, you should be okay. But just what could just, you know, do your research online and You know, look up quantum healing hypnosis and you know, courses and there there are a few different ones out there that you can do, you know, and just pick the one that, you know, feels right. speaker-0: Yeah. For sure. So so take a step back from therapy. I'm curious you mentioned your husband a little bit. Like where is he at in all of this? speaker-1: room. I know that's not what you meant. I would just be in a spirit. He's in the background. Yeah, he's in the front room. No, he's actually, you know, it's funny because the I mean we've both grown, you know what I mean? But I've we've been married for thirty three years. So you know what I mean? But he supports me in anything I do and you know vice versa. But it's funny because he was raised Lutheran and he I mean he went to church speaker-0: Yeah. speaker-1: every Sunday growing up and you know all of that. But I think I kind of got him into the whole alien and UFO thing. And then just slowly throughout the years. And now he he's just as big of a believer in all of this as as I am. He's a little bit more skeptical about certain things. You know, his his background, well his background was in the oil field, but now he has his bachelor's in business finance or business science. Or I can't remember what it says on his diploma, but you know, so he does a lot of research. He's a researcher. And so, you know, as long as he's got the research to back it up, then you know, he's cool with that. But as far as, you know, what I do, he's extremely supportive. speaker-0: Okay. speaker-1: Amazing 'cause I d you know, I don't wanna have to worry about my work, you know. Somebody not you know. I mean, there are a few people in my family that think I'm kinda wackadoodle, but I don't care. It doesn't bother me. As far as I'm concerned, you know, crazy's the new cool, so speaker-0: Yeah, they're gonna That's right. That's right. So you listen, so you mentioned aliens again, okay? I I gotta ask about like you you mentioned like there is this huge thing going on in the in the world right now, especially in the US versus not real, like where obviously speaker-1: Huge. It's speaker-0: Like I'm like I if you'd asked me six months ago if aliens were real, I might say no. But now it's like they're finding so much stuff about what do you think about all that? speaker-1: I think a lot of the stuff that's coming from the government. Okay, here's the first thing I believe. Disclosure's not going to come from the government. Disclosure comes from the public. We are disclosure, right? You know, the videos that we have, I've got videos that I've taken myself on pictures that I've taken myself that are a hundred times better than anything that they've got that the that they're releasing now from the military. You know what I mean? And so do so many others. If you just go on YouTube and you know, you start looking up aliens or UFOs or disclosure or anything like that, you will find so many videos that are so much better than what the government has. ⁓ But yeah, it's a huge thing right now. It's a huge thing. speaker-0: Right. Yeah. Yeah. So I mean, 'cause I'm sure, you know, people are hearing you treating people that are dealing with abduction trauma and they're that's ridiculous. Aliens aren't real. Aliens are this speaker-1: People, yeah, of course there are people that that way. Those aren't usually the kind of people that I talk to though. speaker-0: Yeah. Yeah. Right. Yeah. Yeah, for sure. So I mean you know I mean I'm not even telling you to comment on that, but I'm j I am wondering though, like how when did you first realize this was a huge need to treat people who have trauma from alien abductions? 'Cause that speaker-1: I said it wasn't like it was a couple of years ago. But what really made me think about that was because like I said, in a lot of the just past life stuff, you know, people were going into past lives or other lives where they were a different species or on a different planet or in a different dimension or, you know, so on and so forth. And I don't know. I just it just kinda I just kinda one day thought, Well, wouldn't it be great if I could use this speaker-0: Yes. speaker-1: Help people that have trauma from abduction. You know? I I can't really say when I thought that, but pretty early on, really. Yeah. Just because that's kind of always been a part of my adult life. Because I've always just been in that community, you know what I mean? speaker-0: Yeah. For sure. For sure. Yeah, I mean there's definitely, you know, especially just you know, the trauma of it. Of any I mean really of any trauma is just worth speaker-1: Some people have been having these experiences their entire lives. And a lot of it is generational. You know, so they're one of their parents, you know, maybe a sibling, grandparents, great grandparents, and they might not know that right from the start either, because a lot of times they don't tell their kids or their grandkids or whoever, because it's always been so stigmatized that, you know. speaker-0: Okay. speaker-1: They nobody, you know, nobody talks about it. People are starting to talk about it now though. You know, people are starting to say, hey, you know, I think I've been abducted. A lot of people, you know, there are a lot of people that are like, I think I might have been. I have missing time, which is a big, you know, factor. You know, I'm missing time, or, you know, I woke up with these weird marks on my arm, or, you know, just different things like that, weird dreams that feel speaker-0: Yeah. speaker-1: so real, you know. But you know, things like that. And then they they think, you know, but then there's other people that do remember, you know, being on the ship or, you know, being taken through their window or, you know, things like that or out just out their house, period. Waking up in waking up in a different spot than they went to bed. You know, sometimes outside, like, you know speaker-0: Yeah. speaker-1: They go to bed in their bed and then they wake up, you know, out on the front porch or in a barn or you know, just wherever, right? You know? Yeah. speaker-0: ⁓ my gosh. So ⁓ even I I mean, I don't wanna get I don't wanna get too into like asking about what clients have told you, but I am curious, are there consistencies to what people tell you? Like do you like Okay. ⁓ speaker-1: Easy. Absolutely. Absolutely. Like, you know, like I said, the missing time. Right. You know, the whole generational thing. Just, you know, different just experiences, the types of beings that they've seen. Okay. You know, things like that. speaker-0: Yeah. See that's the thing for me. Like if I heard like the same like descriptions, I'd be like, Okay, there's something there. speaker-1: Yeah, exactly. Exactly. You know. Okay. And and I believe it. And and that's the other thing too is, you know, people need somebody that they can go talk to or get help from that believe ⁓ You know, that don't give ⁓ a hard time or, you know, just don't believe ⁓ or brush ⁓ off or or mean to ⁓ or you know what I mean? Absolutely somebody that, you know, gets it and understands and believes what they're saying. Yes. You know, because no matter if it was real or not, the trauma's there still. So it doesn't really matter, right? speaker-0: Yeah, it's that ⁓ you know, that unconditional positive regard and just taking people for what they say. Because it is it is trauma, you know? Exactly. For sure. So I I also want to ask a question on you mentioned like past lives looking in that. I've often talked about like generational trauma. ⁓ is there any similarities to that or Or definitely. speaker-1: Everybody's different, but like, you know, if usually if and it's a it's a bloodline thing, you know what I mean? It's because it they're easier because a lot of here's the deal. A lot of times, especially with the grays, the people that are being taken, they're being taken for genetic purposes, right? So they're taking sperm from men and ova from women. Ova, is that the right word? Whatever, eggs. speaker-0: Ex speaker-1: You know, and and so it helps when they follow these family lines, right? Yeah. Because then you've got more DNA in those children that are born. Not only that, but a lot of of these women, and and some men too. There are some stories out there. I haven't experienced any men with this, you know, yet. But the women they'll take them back and Introduce them to the children that they kept because they'll get pregnant, right? And then say, like three months later, all of a sudden the baby's not there. They go to the doctor, their their own OBGYN, and the doctor says, It's like you were never pregnant in the first place. There, there are no signs of miscarriage. And these are doctors saying this, medical doctors, right? speaker-0: I could. speaker-1: So those are the instances where the children are taken and they are raised by that species instead of ours. And a lot of times, you know, the women, they will be taken back up and introduced to these children that are theirs, which is pretty amazing, really. But the thing about it is, is like with the grays, so the grays, the tall, they're tall, I guess they call them the tall whites, technically. speaker-0: Okay. speaker-1: The little gray ones that everybody thinks, you know, that everybody thinks when you think aliens with the black eyes and they're like three, four feet tall or whatever. Those those are they're like biological like drones almost, right? They're the workers for the tall whites, which are like the bigger gray, technically, you know, species. Well, whatever happened on their world, they can no longer procreate. And so that's where all the genetics come in, right? You know? And there's been stories like when we get back to going like with the government stuff, there's all the stories that are going around that, you know, ⁓ I think it was, was it no, it wasn't Truman. It was ⁓ does it start with an E no, what is his name? I always forget this president's name for some reason. Eisenhower. Eisenhower, thank you very much. That Eisenhower made a deal with them. Okay. That speaker-0: Okay. I don't know. speaker-1: You give us your technology and you can abduct some of our people, you know. So, you know, and I don't know if that's true or not, but that's just the story going around and has been for a long time. Like a really long time. speaker-0: Okay. Yeah. Yeah. So I mean how did you I mean, where is that how did you get that story? I mean I'm sure speaker-1: It's just in the in the communities that I follow. If you're into UFOs and aliens like I am, people that you follow on YouTube, this the the you know, and not only that, just the people that you know that are into that same thing and you know, and now it's just kinda rampant. It's it's coming into the mainstream. Yeah. Right. And so you know what I mean? I mean, gosh, look at it now, they've got, you know, on mainstream media news They're telling us that there are four different species of a there's way more than that. But there's more that there's four species of aliens that we know about and that we've had interactions with. You know, and that's on the mainstream, so speaker-0: Yes. Yeah, for sure. I mean, you know, I just listened to a podcast and in I think it's ⁓ I think Joe Rogan did a podcast with one of the government I can't Birchit was his last name and they talked about it. speaker-1: Yeah. Yes, that one. I think he's in Tennesse from Tennessee, I believe. Yeah. Love that guy. Love that guy. speaker-0: Like yeah, I love listening to him and they talk about all the stuff that they're finding out. speaker-1: Yeah, he don't take any crap either. speaker-0: Yeah, for sure. speaker-1: Which is kind of yeah, I respect that, you know. speaker-0: But it was a great it was a great episode. Yeah. Really if someone so I guess like you know, if someone's listening to this, hearing all this and they're trying to make sense of it, is this something like they should be afraid of? Should they be like speaker-1: I mean, personally, I don't think so. Here's the thing. If they were gonna hurt us, wouldn't they have done it already? That's you know what mean? If they were gonna blow us to smellerines, we'd be gone already. If anybody's gonna blow us to smithereens, it's gonna be us. You know, if you think about it, you know, every time there's a nuclear bomb or any kind of nuclear test or anything like that, there are UFOs every single time. speaker-0: Yeah, okay. Yeah. speaker-1: You know, there's the the case over like Maelstrom Air Force Base in Montana where they shut down that whole that whole thing. They shut down all those nukes, you know, and they're trying to tell us knock it off. The reason being is because, you know, energy is everywhere. Our dimension still affects their dimensions. And when we set off things like that, it affects them too. You know what I mean? speaker-0: Okay. For sure. speaker-1: So yeah, they're they're not just just trying to protect us. They're trying to protect, you know, everyone. speaker-0: Yeah. Okay. So I mean, you know, we're talking about aliens, mental health. speaker-1: Yeah. Which you would have never thought would go in the same sentence not as long ago, right? speaker-0: Right. Yeah. It just seems like, you know, we're talking about like the stigma of mental health and aliens and it's kind of like all these new things are coming out. You know, I'm curious to know your thoughts, you know, this stigma around mental health. speaker-1: Yeah. I think it's getting better. I I really do. Yeah. You know, I think that, you know, I mean, gosh, back when God, I even like talking to my own dad, you know, we were talking about something one day. And when I was a kid, my dad's seventy six or seventy seven now, maybe. And he's pretty old school, right? You know, he's of that generation, the the baby boomers, right? And you know, God, back when I was a kid, no way. Nobody's going to a therapist. There's absolutely no way. And it was stigmatized big time. Nowadays, you know, everybody's very supportive of it. You know? I mean, I my mother in law, she's 82. So she's really a boomer. And yep, she believes in, you know, mental health, h getting help for mental health too now. It's just it's not as stigmatized anymore. It's not that big of a deal. People understand that people have emotional problems. You know, and should get help for ⁓ speaker-0: Yeah. When when do you think this shift was from this like anti therapy, whatever, to like owl? speaker-1: I don't know. Maybe over like the past maybe fifteen years or so. Maybe maybe a little bit more, fifteen, twenty years, I think. speaker-0: Yeah. For sure. Yeah. Yeah. Why do you think that is? speaker-1: I think, you know, just things are changing. I just think that like I said, people are starting to wake up. You know, we're starting to understand, you know, the energetics of things and and, you know, the way that, you know, even like just the regular medical science, right? Which, you know, there's a lot of stuff in science that I think that they have wrong or or incomplete, I you know, as well. ⁓ you know, especially physics. But You know, they're starting to r people are just starting to realize that, you know, your emotions do affect you. If you hold that in, we've known that forever, right? Right. You know, let it out. You know, like if you hold that stuff in, it's gonna make you sick. You know, and that's absolutely the truth. You know, I'm one of those that like I'm an emotional person and you know, I'm a Scorpio and an emotional generator and all that kind of stuff. But, you know, if something bothers me, I c I speaker-0: Absolutely. speaker-1: you know, all to start bottling, but you gotta get it out because if you don't get it out and feel it, it really will make you physically sick. speaker-0: Absolutely. Yeah. ⁓ speaker-1: You know? And that's a big part of like the hypnosis stuff. speaker-0: For sure. Yeah, if I mean if you don't get it out, you know, your body will keep it in. It'll put it somewhere. speaker-1: ⁓ but it it's somewhere to metastasize and then, you know, you've got cancer and you don't know why. Yeah. speaker-0: For sure. Yeah. Absolutely. So, you know, what is your is your team like is it just you? Do you have a team of people doing this? Just me. Okay. speaker-1: Just a little me and and even if I did need a team, I'm kind of a control freak. Okay. And I'm and I'm really, really like attention to detail, like super like yeah, I used to say I was a perfectionist, but now I'm just I'm attention to detail. You know what I mean? You know, I just I don't know. Yeah. I I don't really have the need for anybody though. Like I mean I could hire people out to do, you know, but I've also got, you know I was a web designer for twenty five years. So I've got that skill. So I don't need any help there. And, you know, with the actual work itself, you know, you don't you don't really need anybody. speaker-0: Right. Yeah. speaker-1: As a matter of fact, it would probably, for me personally, it would it would hinder because I guess it just depends on how closely you're working with them. But for me personally, you know, and and most, I think most, you know, hypnosis practitioners work the this by themselves as well. Yeah, you really don't need a team or anything. Yeah. A lot of people they'll get big and they'll blow up and then they need a team for like their social media. speaker-0: Yeah. For sure. speaker-1: and their YouTube and you know what I mean, all kinds of stuff like that. But as far as the actual hypnosis work, you don't really need a team. Unless you, you know, open a wellness center and you're all, you know, you got a bunch of people and they're all working together. Something like that, maybe. speaker-0: Yeah. Okay. So I guess like is the you is this kind of the plan then? It's just gonna be you until you're done? Till speaker-1: Till I till I die probably. I don't you know. For as long as I can do it, I'm gonna do it. You know what I mean? Yeah. I can I can you know, I'm fifty five, I can retire in ten years probably, but why? Yeah. Now then what am I gonna do? No. Right. 'Cause I mean I can work from anywhere. If I want to go travel or something, I can do it. I can work from anywhere because it's all online. speaker-0: Yeah. Yeah. Okay. That's interesting too. You fe so you feel like if you're traveling around you can still do it Absolutely. ⁓ Okay. speaker-1: You know what I mean? Absolutely, yeah. As long as you've got a good internet connection, a little bit of lighting, maybe make sure you got good lighting so that the person can see you, good good mic and whatever, you know, then you're fine. Be able to hear, yeah. speaker-0: Okay. For sure. So you mentioned, you know, you have a community of also quantum healers of doing this. How important is it whether, you know, you're a therapist, a healer, a person? How important is it to have just a community around you? People support you? speaker-1: Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm kind of ⁓ I don't know. I I'm a hermit and kind of a loner. And so my all my community's online. You know what I mean? You know, I've got a friend you know what I mean, but you know, I've got friends that you know I talk to and and I I like to collaborate with people that do other things that are complementary, that work together, you know. And like I just did, I've been working on this new series for my YouTube channel called Messages for Humanity. And so me and another practitioner, I will use hypnosis on them and then people submit questions like on the YouTube channel on the you know, tell say ask this or whatever, and then I add it to my list of things to ask. And basically they just we I, you know, work with them and we ask their higher self these questions. And so we can get answers, you know, things like that pertain to the stuff that's going on right now. You know what I mean? And so then they add that and then we ask it on the next, you know, session. Which is pretty cool because, you know, it's usually, you know, other it can be other hypnosis practitioners. I've got like the last one was a breath work, you know, person, which goes really good with hypnosis as well. You know, energy just like Reiki, energy workers, massage therapists. People kinda in that healing community, you know what I mean? Seem to be a little bit more open minded to collaborate with me to, you know, get messages to just help people, you know, things that they wanna know. speaker-0: Yeah. For sure. So absolutely, for sure. ⁓ I could see that, you know. Special so date what is the name of your YouTube channel? You just said it. speaker-1: It's called well, I had two actually, 'cause I kind of split it up. I've got one that's called Taken the Abduction Files. And that that's the username as well. Taken the abduction files. And then I got a another one that's called the Quantum Healing Sanctuary. So that one's more kind of well, I've got some UFO alien stuff on there because that's was the first one I created. And I was just gonna have one and then I decided I needed to kind of separate ⁓ speaker-0: Okay. speaker-1: So I had one that was more like quantum healing past life stuff. And then one that was just kind of mostly just the alien stuff. But now I'm kinda thinking about putting them back aga I don't know. I just speaker-0: So one big question ⁓ is if you had everybody in the world together and they were gonna listen to you for one minute, Monica, like what is your like message to everyone that you would give them if they were all here? speaker-1: Yeah. Stop judging people and be kind. That's it. Stop judging people and be kind. Judging people is I think our biggest problem. You know what I mean? Have some have some compassion. You know, love and compassion. You know, that stuff's huge. Yeah. Think about when you're when you're gonna get ready to judge somebody, think about what they're going through. speaker-0: Okay. For sure. speaker-1: Even even for example, okay, you're driving down the road and there's somebody that cuts in front of you, right? You could either get mad or you could say to yourself, Gosh, I wonder what's going on in their day that they ha felt they had to do that. See what I mean? Change your mindset. Yeah. Be more compassionate and loving and, you know, kind. speaker-0: Yes. Yes. Yeah, there's always a Yeah. For sure. ⁓ yeah, 'cause there's always a backstory to people. speaker-1: Always. You don't know what they're going through. You don't know what happened in their life or their day or you know, whatever. speaker-0: Yeah, for sure. Absolutely. speaker-1: I know, I mean I because I used to be like that myself to where I'd be, you know, God Jake, you know, jerk or whatever. I you know, more than that. But you know what I mean? I think we all have it at a point one point or another. You know, none of us are perfect. You know? And it we still might slip from time to time. But, you know, for the most part, you know, have some compassion. Think about, you know, the other person too. speaker-0: For sure. Mm-hmm. For sure. So if somebody listening to this is like curious about therapy or hypnosis or or seeking you out or just seeking out a therapist and they're curious about it, like what would you tell them to do? speaker-1: Do your research for one. You know, make sure you do your research. Make sure that if you find somebody, you know, do your research, find some some people that can help you with what it is that you need help with. ⁓ you know, I'd say maybe find somebody that specializes in the issue that you're having because they will be a lot more helpful if if you do that. And then just make sure that you verify their credentials and research them. You know, most people that do things like I do will offer a free consultation. I do as well. You know, so that they can kinda talk to you, get to know ya, you know, make sure that you they they you know, you fit that the kind of the energy works, you know. Find somebody that you feel comfortable with and that you trust. speaker-0: Yeah. Just make sure it's a it you know. For sure. Yeah. Okay. So is there any like, you know, resources or good podcasts or good books you wrote or recommend? speaker-1: Yeah, like like this one's really good. It's called Who Do You Think You Are by Michelle Brock. This is really, really good. And it's about like what I view. Anything by Dolores Cannon, like anything by Dolores Cannon is if you're into past life stuff or you wanna learn more about past life stuff, I'd say, you know, get a Dolores Cannon book. Start from the first one that she wrote and then, you know. Kind of go from there. And then this is something else I've been really, really getting into lately. It's this this chiropractor, and his name's Bradley Nelson. He was a chiropractor. It's called the emotion code. Yeah. And it's where you use like muscle testing. And you know, but but basically it's about, you know, how emotions affect basically everything in our lives, right? speaker-0: The emotion code. Okay. Yeah, for sure. speaker-1: Yeah, those are three really good books I would recommend. I've got some others too, but like like if they're if you're really into like healing yourself, AJ Spina Spina? Spina, I think it's Spina is really good. He he was paralyzed and he healed himself. They told him he would never walk again. speaker-0: Mm-hmm. My goodness. Yeah. Did he okay? speaker-1: And he did. ⁓ yeah. He's walking and doing great. Yeah, he's he's pretty strong strong minded and willed guy. Yeah, but he's got some really good information in his book. speaker-0: That's incredible. Okay. Okay. Yeah, for sure. I'll see if I can I'll find those and post those. speaker-1: Yeah, yeah, I do for sure. speaker-0: So anything else you wanna cover? ⁓ speaker-1: talked about almost everything. There's always more, but I can't think of anything right now. speaker-0: For sure. Well, Monica, thank you so much for being here and welcome. Well, my technical difficulties and ⁓ being a good deal. Good sport. Great to talk to you and hang out. So all right. Thank you. speaker-1: How big? Yeah, it's been fun. You're very welcome.
