- 0:12Speaker 2: It is time to leave your worries outside and laugh
- 0:17Speaker 2: with us inside the Treehouse Daniel Malley along with Trey
- 0:21Speaker 2: Trenholm and Jerry Caldwell. At the end of our broadcast
- 0:26Speaker 2: week here inside the Treehouse, we have an update on
- 0:35Speaker 2: the swimming cyber truck story that we've been following. Also
- 0:43Speaker 2: an interesting story at another North Texas lake. But I
- 0:49Speaker 2: think it's most important. We start today's show with do
- 0:52Speaker 2: you want your foreskin back? Although I guess the first
- 0:57Speaker 2: question should be do you have your foreskin at all
- 1:02Speaker 2: to want it? Or so you don't need to want
- 1:04Speaker 2: it back? That's a roundabout, gentlemen, this is a private matter.
- 1:08Speaker 2: You were absolutely not required to answer this question. But
- 1:11Speaker 2: if you want to, are you cut or uncut?
- 1:16Speaker 1: I don't have one and nor do I want one,
- 1:18Speaker 1: So I'm going to be a double.
- 1:20Speaker 2: No you mean foreskin?
- 1:24Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:25Speaker 3: Oh god, I thought you meant wiener. Okay, sorry, I'm
- 1:30Speaker 3: with you.
- 1:30Speaker 2: I'm I'm in team no skin. I never had one.
- 1:36Speaker 2: I'm sure I had one, and I don't remember. Yeah,
- 1:39Speaker 2: that's it's a weird thing. To say, because it's not
- 1:41Speaker 2: like I remembered when it was taken.
- 1:43Speaker 1: It probably would be. It would be very scarring if
- 1:46Speaker 1: I did remember getting circumcised.
- 1:48Speaker 2: That should have been the plot of taking too.
- 1:53Speaker 3: I want my foreskinned back.
- 1:58Speaker 2: I can't tell if that's brilliant or stupid, so I'm
- 2:00Speaker 2: just going to just roll with it here.
- 2:04Speaker 3: I am, I am.
- 2:05Speaker 2: I am also cut, and it happened at such an
- 2:07Speaker 2: early age. It's not like I was old enough to
- 2:10Speaker 2: have a say. But having never had it in my memory,
- 2:16Speaker 2: I don't miss it. I want to know about it.
- 2:19Speaker 2: I don't want it.
- 2:20Speaker 3: I am also a double new.
- 2:23Speaker 2: That's three double no's inside the treehouse. I don't like
- 2:29Speaker 2: wearing turtlenecks, so I think a turtleneck for my crotch
- 2:40Speaker 2: is definitely not something I'm going to seek out. But
- 2:45Speaker 2: apparently some men who don't have their foreskins there, they're
- 2:49Speaker 2: saying they want it back. Most of men. Keep in
- 2:56Speaker 2: mind this story. This story is out of New York magazine.
- 3:02Speaker 2: I thought it was more of a fancy more of
- 3:04Speaker 2: a like a fancier publication, but a.
- 3:07Speaker 1: New Yorker New York.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Okay, it's got sort of a script.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Style font so it looks fancy and upscale, but apparently
- 3:19Speaker 2: they're out for clicks like the rest of us. According
- 3:22Speaker 2: to their new article, most men seeking restoration I foreskin restoration. Yeah,
- 3:32Speaker 2: most men seeking foreskin restoration are intimately familiar with the
- 3:36Speaker 2: multifaceted character of foreskin, which includes nerve endings, smooth muscle tissue,
- 3:43Speaker 2: and mucus membrane, and they're prone to rattle off with
- 3:47Speaker 2: evnant all the crucial roles they see it playing, and
- 3:51Speaker 2: everything from intercourse to immune defense. According to Eric Klopper,
- 3:59Speaker 2: a prominent member of the intactivist movement that opposes circumcision,
- 4:05Speaker 2: he says, this foreskin isn't extra, it's essential.
- 4:11Speaker 3: You know.
- 4:11Speaker 2: He sat around thinking that up and it was like,
- 4:14Speaker 2: that's the slogan. That's that's that's that's the thing that's
- 4:17Speaker 2: going to get people restorers. Enthusiasm for their genital's natural
- 4:23Speaker 2: pasting also makes for skin restoration circles one of the
- 4:27Speaker 2: more supportive corners of the Internet, with an unexpectedly high
- 4:30Speaker 2: dick pick to politeness rastio. Congratulations on your success. You
- 4:40Speaker 2: put in the time and earned it, brother, That's what
- 4:43Speaker 2: one redditor wrote to someone who'd managed to partially cover
- 4:46Speaker 2: the glands with skin, like the pat Tayva bald man
- 4:52Speaker 2: emerging from a sleeping bag. This is a favorite refrain
- 4:58Speaker 2: on message boards. KO tea and all caps short for
- 5:02Speaker 2: keep on tugging, ye.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Buddy. I know.
- 5:13Speaker 2: The very first foreskin restoration community in the United States
- 5:16Speaker 2: came into being all the way back in nineteen eighty nine.
- 5:21Speaker 3: That's when.
- 5:22Speaker 2: That's when the National Organization of Restoring Men, which credits
- 5:27Speaker 2: itself as being the nation's inaugural former sorry, the nation's
- 5:31Speaker 2: inaugural formal support group for uncircumcisers, began hosting in person
- 5:35Speaker 2: meetings at a church in San Francisco. Men would trade
- 5:38Speaker 2: tips and hear from invited speakers. I bet that's an
- 5:44Speaker 2: exciting speakers tour. Since then, the restorer community has expanded
- 5:49Speaker 2: into a larger and more diffuse network that includes social
- 5:53Speaker 2: media groups, online forums, podcasts, and zoom meetups also known
- 5:58Speaker 2: as podcasts. The downside to restoring a foreskin manually is
- 6:04Speaker 2: that the process is long and hard.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Of course it is. Yeah.
- 6:11Speaker 2: It can take less than five minutes to slice off
- 6:13Speaker 2: a foreskin, thank you, and around three to five years
- 6:21Speaker 2: at minimum to get one back. Of course, we just
- 6:26Speaker 2: called Liam Neeson. You can get it done in like
- 6:27Speaker 2: an hour and a half. All of the traditional go ahead, trey,
- 6:32Speaker 2: I I don't I.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Don't want to ask any questions about this, but now, like,
- 6:38Speaker 1: are there are there skin grafts involved? What are we
- 6:41Speaker 1: talking about here?
- 6:44Speaker 2: All of the traditional techniques rely on the same basic
- 6:47Speaker 2: premise of applying gentle tension on the shaft skin of
- 6:51Speaker 2: the penis until it stretches like theirn like the manual
- 6:57Speaker 2: method of tugging others.
- 7:01Speaker 3: Are you ready for this?
- 7:03Speaker 2: Others? Others opt to hook up what's left of their
- 7:06Speaker 2: foreskin two devices like my skin clamp, VACU tracked forclip
- 7:15Speaker 2: foreskinned air and four balls.
- 7:18Speaker 3: That's my personal favorite.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Daniel Floyd, who is an embarrassment to all Daniels on
- 7:26Speaker 2: this planet, was pleased to discover that a number of
- 7:30Speaker 2: doctors had devised ways of reconstructing a foreskin. He and
- 7:32Speaker 2: his friend reached out to a handful, including Sven Gunther,
- 7:40Speaker 2: a plastic surgeon specializing.
- 7:42Speaker 3: In gender affirming care.
- 7:44Speaker 2: Gunther says, I've actually been waiting a long time for this. Yeah,
- 7:49Speaker 2: he told me. Later, I would say I probably have
- 7:53Speaker 2: an obsession with giving people the genitals that they want.
- 8:01Speaker 3: Uh that that that's gonna be a hard pass for me.
- 8:09Speaker 2: If you would like the longer, uncut version of this article,
- 8:12Speaker 2: you can find it at New York Vacacine.
- 8:15Speaker 1: I mean, and how do they end their meetings? I mean,
- 8:21Speaker 1: you know, like AA meetings, you hold hands, say a prayer.
- 8:27Speaker 1: In sports, keep coming back. It works if you work it.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I mean what do they do? I mean, is it
- 8:31Speaker 1: just you know, throw twenty dollars in the center and
- 8:32Speaker 1: turn the lights off.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Well, their their slogan is keep on tugging, so.
- 8:39Speaker 3: But to say their secret handshake must be.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I mean it was this just a nice way for
- 8:45Speaker 1: the Circle Dirk club, you know? Fine? Meaning uh not
- 8:52Speaker 1: not be Yeah, put a lipstick on a pig?
- 9:05Speaker 3: Is there like an oppositional like moil group is?
- 9:10Speaker 1: Well?
- 9:10Speaker 2: I mean we're we're not exactly vocal about it. And
- 9:15Speaker 2: I don't oppose someone wanting to get their foreskin back
- 9:18Speaker 2: if that's what they really want. But the three of
- 9:20Speaker 2: us who are all cut seem relatively happy having never
- 9:23Speaker 2: really had it, And I'm fine with that, And honestly
- 9:28Speaker 2: I don't I don't I wouldn't. I don't think I
- 9:30Speaker 2: would function well with it. I'm used to it being
- 9:33Speaker 2: covered up. I mean, I'm used to it being uncovered.
- 9:37Speaker 2: It would be very difficult for me to then cover
- 9:40Speaker 2: it up.
- 9:41Speaker 3: That makes right, right.
- 9:43Speaker 4: You look down there and see a poorly package to
- 9:45Speaker 4: kill basa, and it would be it would be disturbing.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Yeah, people just have too much time.
- 9:53Speaker 3: M hmm. Plus it's it's it's harder to keep clean too.
- 9:57Speaker 4: There's more involved when there's no.
- 10:03Speaker 2: I've heard the horror stories. Uh no, that's that's yeah.
- 10:08Speaker 2: I'm just I'm good without it. And look, fellow men,
- 10:13Speaker 2: if you really want your foreskin back, you go get it.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Although the ways that you were going to have, although
- 10:21Speaker 2: the hoops you're going to have to jump through to
- 10:23Speaker 2: get this done, seem a little involved.
- 10:29Speaker 3: And I don't need to know about it.
- 10:31Speaker 2: I know, I know. It's kind of a thing now
- 10:33Speaker 2: where we as men are supposed to it's supposed to
- 10:35Speaker 2: be more accepted, more widely accepted, to share our feelings
- 10:39Speaker 2: with each other.
- 10:40Speaker 3: This is what I don't want to know about.
- 10:42Speaker 2: If if if I know you and and you're having
- 10:45Speaker 2: a foreskin.
- 10:49Speaker 3: Battle, I did talk to somebody else, that's.
- 10:54Speaker 1: I could have gone the rest of my life and
- 10:56Speaker 1: and never have known whether you were cut or uncut.
- 11:00Speaker 3: Same.
- 11:01Speaker 2: But I blame New York Magazine. They they brought us
- 11:04Speaker 2: into the fold.
- 11:10Speaker 3: Huzzah, yanked jan they did.
- 11:13Speaker 2: They tugged me right gently, ever so gently, not enough
- 11:21Speaker 2: to you know, cause any damage, but just enough to
- 11:24Speaker 2: put it back in its rightful place.
- 11:27Speaker 4: This really sounds like it could be used as a
- 11:28Speaker 4: great cover up for other activities too.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Thank you, Jerry. Okay.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Here is something that is still manosphere related, and that
- 11:41Speaker 2: is do you judge another man if he cannot change
- 11:46Speaker 2: a tire?
- 11:47Speaker 1: Yes?
- 11:48Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 11:50Speaker 2: Do you think it has anything to do with age?
- 11:55Speaker 2: How maybe you were raised, maybe you weren't taught on
- 11:58Speaker 2: how to do it? Or is this more of like
- 12:03Speaker 2: an individual based thing, like if you don't know how
- 12:05Speaker 2: to do it, then you should teach yourself.
- 12:10Speaker 4: I think it's go ahead, go ahead, Jerry, Oh, okay.
- 12:13Speaker 4: I think it's a little of both. I mean, you know,
- 12:19Speaker 4: someone should teach you how to do these things. That
- 12:20Speaker 4: if you get to a certain age where you're on
- 12:22Speaker 4: your own, like you've left your house and you realize
- 12:24Speaker 4: you don't know how to change a tire, you need
- 12:26Speaker 4: to seek that out. That's an important thing, change in
- 12:28Speaker 4: your oil fluids, you know, just basic maintenance. You need
- 12:34Speaker 4: to seek that out and learn that stuff. I will
- 12:37Speaker 4: tell you right now, I don't know how to. If
- 12:40Speaker 4: I really wanted to, I could learn how to do
- 12:42Speaker 4: the change oil thing and the fluids.
- 12:45Speaker 3: I don't want to. The flat tire thing. I know
- 12:48Speaker 3: how to do it.
- 12:49Speaker 2: At one point, I was running through so many tires
- 12:51Speaker 2: when I was around twenty twenty one. For some reason,
- 12:54Speaker 2: I would start timing myself to see if I could
- 12:57Speaker 2: beat my previous time. But the reason, and I'm asking
- 13:00Speaker 2: you guys, this is because a dad told his daughter
- 13:04Speaker 2: to dump her boyfriend after he couldn't change her tire.
- 13:09Speaker 2: And this started with a text message. She sends a
- 13:13Speaker 2: text to dad saying, walk me through how to do it.
- 13:16Speaker 2: He responds, aren't you with Jason? She says, yeah, but
- 13:19Speaker 2: he said he's never changed a tire before. Just walk
- 13:21Speaker 2: me through it. Dad says, okay, step one, break up
- 13:25Speaker 2: with Jason?
- 13:29Speaker 3: Is he wrong?
- 13:33Speaker 1: Only only out I'll give someone on And I still
- 13:36Speaker 1: think there are some basic skills you should know pretty
- 13:40Speaker 1: much everyone, but especially I feel like if you're a
- 13:42Speaker 1: guy changing a tire, you know, jumping your battery, like
- 13:47Speaker 1: changing your fluids. In this day and age, I understand
- 13:49Speaker 1: why people don't do it. I mean back in the day,
- 13:51Speaker 1: you know, if I had I grow up, grew up
- 13:54Speaker 1: I had a like Chevy Kton Blazer where you could
- 13:57Speaker 1: still basically just crawl underneath it. Unscrew the oil filter.
- 14:01Speaker 1: But hell, just the drain pan, the plugs, you strip
- 14:07Speaker 1: them out. It's a five hundred dollars deal. I understand,
- 14:09Speaker 1: you just have this stuff done. But flat tire, yes, Now,
- 14:13Speaker 1: the one out I'll give people is not every car
- 14:15Speaker 1: comes with flat spare tires these days.
- 14:18Speaker 3: That's true, That is very true.
- 14:20Speaker 2: And my first thought on this was, yeah, get rid
- 14:28Speaker 2: of this guy, absolutely, get go go. You find somebody better,
- 14:33Speaker 2: find somebody that is going to be a little more
- 14:35Speaker 2: capable of protecting you. But then I thought about it
- 14:38Speaker 2: one or two more steps ahead, and I thought, you
- 14:39Speaker 2: know what, I kind of feel bad for this kid.
- 14:42Speaker 2: He may not know these things. He may not have
- 14:44Speaker 2: been taught, he may never have had a reason to
- 14:48Speaker 2: go learn. This could be his origin story to where
- 14:51Speaker 2: he's like, oh my god, I need to learn how
- 14:53Speaker 2: to do this. He just needs someone to show him.
- 14:55Speaker 2: And this is an opportunity for this girl's dad to
- 14:57Speaker 2: maybe help.
- 14:59Speaker 1: But where I'll now say that I think Jason is
- 15:04Speaker 1: a pussy YouTube I would be willing to bet if
- 15:11Speaker 1: I get on YouTube right now and go type in
- 15:13Speaker 1: how to change a flat tire, I can there will
- 15:15Speaker 1: be plenty of videos showing me how. So that means
- 15:18Speaker 1: Jason's a pussy and didn't want to get his hands
- 15:21Speaker 1: dirty and would rather let his girlfriend do it. So no,
- 15:25Speaker 1: I'm with dad on this one.
- 15:27Speaker 3: You know, I didn't think of saying, walk me through it,
- 15:29Speaker 3: not right. You're right. I didn't think about that.
- 15:32Speaker 2: I was just thinking about what the dad could do
- 15:34Speaker 2: to help the boy and be like, Okay, let me
- 15:36Speaker 2: come show. I will teach you how so you never
- 15:38Speaker 2: have to worry about this again, especially if my daughter's
- 15:40Speaker 2: with you. But in that moment, you're right, I didn't
- 15:43Speaker 2: think about the fact that as she's texting dad, Jason
- 15:46Speaker 2: could be on his phone looking up not just how
- 15:50Speaker 2: to change a tire, but more specifically, because this is
- 15:54Speaker 2: how detailed YouTube is entering in her specific make and
- 15:58Speaker 2: model of the v I guarantee you there's a video
- 16:02Speaker 2: for it.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Yeah, if he's not even trying, if the girl is
- 16:07Speaker 1: asking her dad to walk her through it. Yeah, yeah,
- 16:12Speaker 1: you're you're right. But for our age, yes, that was
- 16:17Speaker 1: that was a skill someone needed to show you how
- 16:19Speaker 1: to do because there was no, you know, no YouTube.
- 16:24Speaker 1: But in this day and age, it's like I if
- 16:29Speaker 1: you say you can't cook, I will tell you you're
- 16:31Speaker 1: not trying because unlike before, where you had to actually
- 16:34Speaker 1: read a cookbook and kind of have basic skills to
- 16:37Speaker 1: even get through a recipe, you can go and watch
- 16:40Speaker 1: a video and it will show you how to do
- 16:42Speaker 1: whatever it is needs to be done.
- 16:45Speaker 2: Yeah, and at a certain point the incompetence becomes weaponized.
- 16:50Speaker 3: That's right. And you can only claim ignorance for so long.
- 16:57Speaker 1: Yeah, and then it's just laziness.
- 16:59Speaker 3: Right to change headlights on a saturn maybe a year ago.
- 17:04Speaker 4: I had never taken a light rig out of a
- 17:07Speaker 4: saturn before, got on the YouTube's, watched a couple of
- 17:10Speaker 4: videos that were two or three minutes long, plopped them out,
- 17:12Speaker 4: put in the new ones. Done, it's all there.
- 17:16Speaker 2: I had to do the same thing because I had
- 17:17Speaker 2: gotten into a fender bender and I needed a new rear.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Lighthousing for my jeep.
- 17:25Speaker 2: Same thing, went online, ordered the part got it sent
- 17:29Speaker 2: watched the video on how to do it, and it's like,
- 17:31Speaker 2: actually surprisingly simple. So I was like, look at me,
- 17:34Speaker 2: go yay. The one thing I will say. And this
- 17:38Speaker 2: is hard for me because if I don't do something repeatedly,
- 17:41Speaker 2: my brain doesn't typically retain it. I feel like most
- 17:45Speaker 2: people are like that, but I'm not sure jumping car batteries,
- 17:49Speaker 2: I don't do it enough to remember the specific order.
- 17:53Speaker 2: So every time I've done it in the last handful
- 17:56Speaker 2: of years, I'm always going online looking up a quick
- 17:58Speaker 2: infographic just to make sure I'm doing it in the
- 18:01Speaker 2: right order. I know, I know what's supposed to go
- 18:03Speaker 2: where on the car and the battery and you know stuff,
- 18:06Speaker 2: but I still have to have that reminder.
- 18:08Speaker 3: Of the order that you do the things.
- 18:12Speaker 2: And I do appreciate some vehicles like mine is one
- 18:16Speaker 2: where it's like here and it points a little arrow
- 18:20Speaker 2: for like the negative post on the frame of the
- 18:23Speaker 2: jeep and it's like here attached here. There was one time, though,
- 18:26Speaker 2: a buddy of mine called to help his wife with
- 18:29Speaker 2: jumping her battery. She had broken down like a mile
- 18:31Speaker 2: or two from their house, and I was close by.
- 18:34Speaker 2: We couldn't figure it out because her car battery was
- 18:37Speaker 2: just all fuses.
- 18:38Speaker 3: It's like, I don't know where to.
- 18:39Speaker 2: I don't know where to, I don't know where to
- 18:41Speaker 2: to touch it.
- 18:44Speaker 1: No, yeah, sometimes I held the batteries or in the
- 18:46Speaker 1: trunk or back in the back whatever. But again, technology
- 18:51Speaker 1: has come so far where we had to note you
- 18:55Speaker 1: had to carry jumper cables and then you worry about
- 19:00Speaker 1: hooking up to one car. Now, for fifty bucks, you
- 19:03Speaker 1: can go get a jump box, have it in your car,
- 19:05Speaker 1: and then you just hook it up to your car,
- 19:08Speaker 1: turn it on, boom.
- 19:10Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 19:11Speaker 2: And you don't and you don't need to know the
- 19:13Speaker 2: order in which the jumper cables are supposed to go.
- 19:16Speaker 3: That's all you need to know. I know.
- 19:18Speaker 2: But there's supposed to be an order in which you
- 19:20Speaker 2: put them on and then take them off.
- 19:22Speaker 1: And that's what I'm saying is you're you're absolutely correct.
- 19:24Speaker 1: It's not a deal if you have to hook it
- 19:25Speaker 1: up to one car other you have just one set
- 19:28Speaker 1: and you have red red handle, red black black, you're good.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Yeah with the jungles, Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 19:35Speaker 2: It's it's it's almost almost stupid proof.
- 19:40Speaker 3: I mean, I think the cables are easier than the
- 19:41Speaker 3: jump box. That's that.
- 19:46Speaker 4: But then again I learned how to do all that
- 19:48Speaker 4: on a seventy eight Olds mobile.
- 19:50Speaker 2: Ninety eight Okay, well yeah, and look it for you.
- 19:54Speaker 2: The just the the cables versus the jump box might
- 19:57Speaker 2: be easier, but for for I think for most people,
- 20:02Speaker 2: I think the jump box would probably be there.
- 20:04Speaker 1: And one of the biggest reasons for the jump box
- 20:06Speaker 1: is to take the whole deal of it in order
- 20:09Speaker 1: it to put them on out of the equation so
- 20:12Speaker 1: in the newer cars you don't fry the computer.
- 20:15Speaker 2: And the most difficult thing, the biggest benefit Jerry of
- 20:19Speaker 2: the jump box versus jumper cables is with the jump box,
- 20:22Speaker 2: you don't have to depend on somebody else to bring
- 20:25Speaker 2: their battery to you.
- 20:27Speaker 3: You just got it right there. Oh, I got you.
- 20:31Speaker 4: It's got a capacitor set up to it so that Yeah,
- 20:35Speaker 4: if you don't have another car, I understand now. I
- 20:38Speaker 4: thought it was just something between you and the other person.
- 20:40Speaker 2: No, it's it's an entirely solo deal. And it makes
- 20:44Speaker 2: it so Jerry, in order to get someone to help
- 20:47Speaker 2: you jump your battery, you don't have to depend on No,
- 20:52Speaker 2: get you one of those.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Now, there some of them are I mean just a
- 20:59Speaker 1: little bit bigger than a cell phone basically, and you
- 21:03Speaker 1: just plug in a set of cables. You you charge
- 21:06Speaker 1: the thing and then connect them, turn it on, and
- 21:11Speaker 1: it even tells you a lot of them will tell
- 21:12Speaker 1: you when to start the car.
- 21:15Speaker 2: Or you can also go to TikTok and learn how
- 21:17Speaker 2: to do it there. But the problem with that is
- 21:20Speaker 2: going to be you might run into someone's idea of
- 21:23Speaker 2: sticking their finger in a light socket and licking the
- 21:25Speaker 2: car batteries.
- 21:26Speaker 3: And I did jump it.
- 21:27Speaker 2: I'd watched that video one hundred times, but I wouldn't
- 21:29Speaker 2: recommend doing what was your other or tray, I don't remember.
- 21:39Speaker 2: All right, so we're all we're all on the same page.
- 21:41Speaker 2: Jason gets dumped immediately.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Yeah, especially if these circumcised or uncircumcised. I don't even
- 21:50Speaker 1: know which one.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Well, if he tries the if he tries licking the
- 21:57Speaker 2: car battery, he might.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Yeah, uses foreskin as the post.

- 24:21Speaker 2: In addition to the Tesla story this week, well that's
- 24:25Speaker 2: actually only been like the last couple of days. The
- 24:28Speaker 2: old man that decided to take his cyber truck swimming.
- 24:32Speaker 2: One of the stories we started this week with was
- 24:36Speaker 2: the writers that got evacuated off of the Titan at
- 24:40Speaker 2: six Flags over Texas over the weekend. That was a
- 24:43Speaker 2: big topic for us in here because I would go
- 24:46Speaker 2: catatonic if I was told to walk down those steps.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Try.
- 24:49Speaker 2: He's like, no big deal. Plus, get over, Jerry, where
- 24:52Speaker 2: do you fall on that?
- 24:53Speaker 3: Sorry?
- 24:55Speaker 4: I mean I could do it. I could walk down
- 24:57Speaker 4: the stairs. That's no problem, got it?
- 25:02Speaker 2: Now that you both have said that you would walk
- 25:04Speaker 2: down those stairs no problem. I want to read something
- 25:06Speaker 2: to you that we got from one of our dear,
- 25:07Speaker 2: dear Treehouse listeners to see if this changes your mind
- 25:10Speaker 2: at all. Okay, hey Dan, about the Titan story on
- 25:15Speaker 2: your show. I used to work at six Flags I'm
- 25:17Speaker 2: the Titan about thirteen years ago. It was actually part
- 25:20Speaker 2: of our emergency train to climb up the hill in
- 25:22Speaker 2: case of an emergency like this. When I was working
- 25:25Speaker 2: there in twenty thirteen, one of the steps at the
- 25:28Speaker 2: top of the hill was bent down and we were
- 25:31Speaker 2: told to Warren riders about the step in case we
- 25:35Speaker 2: had to evacuate. I just hope it's been fixed since then.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Thank you, Henry.
- 25:46Speaker 1: I feel like it probably has been that. I feel
- 25:50Speaker 1: like that would have been a story in and of
- 25:51Speaker 1: itself after the evacuation, as people would have gone to
- 25:54Speaker 1: the news and gone, oh.
- 25:55Speaker 3: My god, embarrassing and everyone in front of them.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Really, the good news is.
- 26:09Speaker 3: On the whole.
- 26:12Speaker 2: Roller coasters rides at theme parks, they are heavily, heavily
- 26:17Speaker 2: regulated and inspected. They are generally very very safe, they
- 26:23Speaker 2: have fail safes, and actually what happened at Six Flags
- 26:27Speaker 2: over Texas over the weekend. I believe was partly a
- 26:31Speaker 2: fail safe because the whole park lost power. And I
- 26:35Speaker 2: believe one of the fail safes is if you're on
- 26:38Speaker 2: a ride and loses power, it just kind of locks
- 26:40Speaker 2: up in place, as opposed to you know, just going
- 26:42Speaker 2: we in free falling. So the safety measures in place
- 26:49Speaker 2: actually did what they were supposed to do. Someone else,
- 26:51Speaker 2: I think, I can't remember if it was Marshall or
- 26:53Speaker 2: Mackie had posted on our Patreon with this show saying
- 26:58Speaker 2: that you have to have a certain rating as a
- 27:01Speaker 2: safety person to have that, like the harnessing that you're
- 27:07Speaker 2: supposed to have.
- 27:08Speaker 3: So like gus I was saying, I don't.
- 27:09Speaker 2: I would have a hard time getting down those steps
- 27:11Speaker 2: unless I was harnessed in, and they were saying it's like, actually,
- 27:15Speaker 2: that's kind of a bigger deal. You have to be
- 27:18Speaker 2: raided or certified or something on the harnessing to have it,
- 27:21Speaker 2: so they don't.
- 27:22Speaker 3: It's just like here's the railing, just go down.
- 27:26Speaker 1: So yeah, because the harnessing, like you have to unclip clip,
- 27:29Speaker 1: unclip clip.
- 27:33Speaker 2: It really seems like a tall order to get certified
- 27:36Speaker 2: on that.
- 27:37Speaker 1: The harnessing is for when there's no.
- 27:40Speaker 2: Railing, right, which means if I get blown off of
- 27:45Speaker 2: the thing and I no longer holding the railing, I
- 27:47Speaker 2: can at least dangle New New It's six flags over Texas.
- 27:52Speaker 1: The dangler.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Well, don't get blown off.
- 27:58Speaker 2: You say that, But the video we saw was pretty
- 28:01Speaker 2: high winds. It was just fortunate that the winds were
- 28:03Speaker 2: blowing towards the railing.
- 28:05Speaker 1: I don't think you were high enough to blow people off.
- 28:10Speaker 3: Blow enough to shake your confidence. That's all I'm saying.
- 28:17Speaker 1: It wasn't you make it sound like they were walking
- 28:23Speaker 1: a tightrope on the way down.
- 28:25Speaker 2: Don't invalidate my fears. Trade heights is a legitimate thing.
- 28:30Speaker 2: I have actual nightmares like this. I had one a
- 28:34Speaker 2: couple of weeks ago, where for some reason, it's usually
- 28:37Speaker 2: like a highway, but it's like a highway that is
- 28:41Speaker 2: like a roller coaster or like Mario Kart whenever it
- 28:46Speaker 2: went three D and you go off a ramp and
- 28:48Speaker 2: you're just soaring through the clouds. That's the type of
- 28:51Speaker 2: nightmare I have, But it's usually going up the high
- 28:55Speaker 2: five in Dallas northbound seventy five or no.
- 29:00Speaker 1: The one that I'm.
- 29:00Speaker 2: Actually really really really really against but I have to
- 29:04Speaker 2: use it is I twenties southbound. I'm sorry, I twenty
- 29:11Speaker 2: west going to I thirty five South in Fort Worth,
- 29:15Speaker 2: because when you go up that ramp from I twenty
- 29:18Speaker 2: to go to thirty five south, that's too damn high.
- 29:22Speaker 2: Like that's that's the exact nightmare I have, except there's
- 29:26Speaker 2: no curve.
- 29:27Speaker 3: It just there's no more road.
- 29:29Speaker 2: It's like can speed when they have to jump the overpass,
- 29:32Speaker 2: except there's nowhere to land, and I just keep on going.
- 29:37Speaker 1: That's what you have nightmares about some But here's the
- 29:42Speaker 1: thing that being said, you wouldn't be on a roller coaster,
- 29:47Speaker 1: so this really wouldn't ever happen to you.
- 29:50Speaker 2: You're right, And that's why I need Jerry to hear this,
- 29:53Speaker 2: because Trey I told you this this week. But Jerry,
- 29:56Speaker 2: you need to hear it. If you ever, and I
- 29:59Speaker 2: mean ever, see me on a roller coaster from now on,
- 30:07Speaker 2: that is against my will.
- 30:10Speaker 1: And Jerry, I told Dan, if he has a stroke,
- 30:12Speaker 1: that's where he's gonna end up in the front seat.
- 30:21Speaker 1: You some more, but we'll tie it our arms together
- 30:26Speaker 1: so we can go where he'll go.
- 30:33Speaker 2: You mother, I said it when you said that the
- 30:38Speaker 2: other day, and I'm going to say it again now
- 30:41Speaker 2: you but thinking about it and pulling myself out of
- 30:45Speaker 2: that situation and looking at it objectively, that's really good
- 30:48Speaker 2: and funny.
- 30:49Speaker 1: We'll even give the person behind you one of those
- 30:51Speaker 1: like the mass they were during COVID, so when your
- 30:55Speaker 1: drool is coming, you know, going back, that they'll be protected.
- 30:59Speaker 2: Yeah, one of the COVID masks plus one of those
- 31:01Speaker 2: Bill Lambier face shields.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, the face shield that's oh.
- 31:06Speaker 2: All right, Today is Thursday, May twenty first, twenty twenty six.
- 31:09Speaker 3: That celebrate today with some birthdays. Uh go t.
- 31:17Speaker 2: A got yet, got ye, got ye.
- 31:23Speaker 3: Got He's forty six.
- 31:26Speaker 2: I believe, I believe that's a musical artist.
- 31:28Speaker 3: Yes.
- 31:31Speaker 2: A problem with that name is every time I hear
- 31:33Speaker 2: it or see it, really see it, when I see
- 31:36Speaker 2: it in print, it reminds me of like one of
- 31:39Speaker 2: the worst Internet images from back in the day. Oh
- 31:44Speaker 2: goat see. Yep, thank you, Jerry. You know what I'm
- 31:48Speaker 2: talking about?
- 31:48Speaker 3: Trade trade?
- 31:49Speaker 2: Do you remember goat see?
- 31:51Speaker 1: No?
- 31:53Speaker 2: Oh good, I'm really I'm really trying to decide if
- 31:57Speaker 2: I want to look it up in the show.
- 32:00Speaker 3: I'm good, I'm full well.
- 32:02Speaker 2: I mean you can close your eyes. It's basically just
- 32:04Speaker 2: to see if Trey is really curious to see it.
- 32:09Speaker 1: What is it?
- 32:10Speaker 3: All right? He asked.
- 32:13Speaker 4: It's one of those things people tell you should never
- 32:15Speaker 4: look up, and then you get curious and you look
- 32:17Speaker 4: it up and you understand why they told you should
- 32:19Speaker 4: never have looked it up.
- 32:20Speaker 1: I mean, are we talking about two girls want cut
- 32:21Speaker 1: type of.
- 32:22Speaker 3: Crap sort of yeah, Lemon party, yeah, right up there
- 32:29Speaker 3: with those.
- 32:32Speaker 2: This is one of those where it's I'm afraid to
- 32:35Speaker 2: click on stuff.
- 32:38Speaker 3: Because I'm afraid I'm gonna catch a virus.
- 32:45Speaker 1: I found it.
- 32:46Speaker 3: I found it. I found it. Oh god, that's not it.
- 32:52Speaker 2: I'm still going to catch a virus. Oh god. Okay, there,
- 33:00Speaker 2: it is all right. If you were watching this video,
- 33:04Speaker 2: are we doing this?
- 33:05Speaker 1: You know what?
- 33:06Speaker 3: I don't think I can.
- 33:07Speaker 2: I think I don't. Uh, I know what I'll do.
- 33:13Speaker 1: I don't want to.
- 33:16Speaker 2: Let's just move on, Jerry, will you text it to
- 33:22Speaker 2: Tray please?
- 33:27Speaker 3: Okay?
- 33:27Speaker 1: If it's that bad, I don't want to infect my computer.
- 33:30Speaker 2: So well, that's why I'm thinking, like, we'll see if
- 33:31Speaker 2: we go to the phone, it won't be so bad.
- 33:36Speaker 3: Hang on.
- 33:42Speaker 1: Mmmm.
- 33:44Speaker 3: Everyone's like come on, people, why don't we use the
- 33:49Speaker 3: wayback machine? All right, hang on, trade, don't look at
- 33:53Speaker 3: your phone yet. All right, let's jump back in the
- 33:55Speaker 3: way back.
- 33:56Speaker 2: Machine and show Tray the image of Goatsy the original photograph.
- 34:02Speaker 3: All right, Trey, you can look.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Jesus Christ. Yeah.
- 34:10Speaker 2: Actually, I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure Jesus would disapprove.
- 34:17Speaker 2: I bet you never wanted to get back to birthdays more.
- 34:22Speaker 1: What were y'all looking at? Where that was?
- 34:25Speaker 3: Dude?
- 34:25Speaker 2: It was the early two thousands. I mean, this was
- 34:27Speaker 2: the kind of stuff that got passed around.
- 34:28Speaker 3: Jerry was right.
- 34:29Speaker 2: This is one of the og shock images of the
- 34:33Speaker 2: early twenty first century. Tub girl goat see Lemon party
- 34:39Speaker 2: and then a few years later that's when you got
- 34:42Speaker 2: two girls one cup.
- 34:44Speaker 3: H Yeah.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Could I could have again something else? I could have
- 34:49Speaker 1: gone my life without saying.
- 34:51Speaker 2: Well, now you know, and like g I Joe said, no,
- 34:56Speaker 2: he is half the battle.
- 35:02Speaker 3: All Right, I need a quick cleanser here.
- 35:04Speaker 2: Let me get back to actual like good birthdays for
- 35:07Speaker 2: Russa balk Is fifty two. She was really good as
- 35:11Speaker 2: Adam Sandler's girlfriend and water boy.
- 35:14Speaker 3: Oh okay, yep.
- 35:17Speaker 2: She was also in that what was the Witch's movie
- 35:19Speaker 2: back in the nineties. Jerry, I have a feeling you've
- 35:21Speaker 2: seen it. It was like four girls practical practical magic. No,
- 35:28Speaker 2: that's different. That was Sandra Bullock and.
- 35:31Speaker 4: M are you talking about? Yeah, that was the Disney
- 35:38Speaker 4: one that they made the sequel to not too long ago.
- 35:41Speaker 2: And that's that's hocus pocus, not like the teen Girls
- 35:43Speaker 2: like that. They were like the little the Craft think
- 35:45Speaker 2: you tray the Craft?
- 35:47Speaker 3: Never saw that one?
- 35:48Speaker 2: Really. Yeah, of all the movies that Trey and I
- 35:53Speaker 2: have seen and you have not, that is not one
- 35:55Speaker 2: I would have thought. I would have thought that you
- 35:57Speaker 2: were in the theater seeing that with a girlfriend. Judge
- 36:00Speaker 2: Reinhold sixty nine years old today.
- 36:03Speaker 1: Wow.
- 36:04Speaker 3: Yeah, got arrested in Dallas a hand full of years ago.
- 36:09Speaker 3: I was about to say, has he been on any
- 36:10Speaker 3: tirerades lately?
- 36:11Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 36:13Speaker 2: Just the sad thing is I don't remember what he
- 36:16Speaker 2: was arrested for, and since it was before they did
- 36:20Speaker 2: Beverly Hills Cop four, I don't think it was for that.
- 36:23Speaker 2: M I don't think unless unless DPD got a screener.
- 36:28Speaker 2: And finally, the great Mister T, the one and Only
- 36:31Speaker 2: Mister T slash Club or lang Is seventy four.
- 36:38Speaker 3: It's a happy birthday to mister T.
- 36:41Speaker 1: I can't remember I remember the Beverly Hills cop for
- 36:47Speaker 1: being eh, I don't remember it being horrible. I think
- 36:55Speaker 1: I honestly, I think the water Boy two sets such
- 36:59Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Happy Go More too set such a low
- 37:03Speaker 1: bar for the sequel game.
- 37:08Speaker 2: That, especially especially when there's been a huge gap.
- 37:12Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I mean yeah.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Backdraft two will always be one of the maybe the top,
- 37:20Speaker 1: just god awful sequels ever done. And if you haven't
- 37:25Speaker 1: seen it, just count yourself lucky.
- 37:27Speaker 3: I didn't even know it was a thing.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Oh, count yourself lucky, unless Hollywood decides to go with
- 37:33Speaker 2: my idea for taking two, in which case there might
- 37:36Speaker 2: be a new king of sequel flops.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Yeah, it's Billy Baldwin and a a very sad couple
- 37:49Speaker 1: of scenes with Donald Sutherland, and that everything else is
- 37:53Speaker 1: just crap. I mean, I mean the whole movie's crap.
- 37:56Speaker 1: I mean it's just awful. And Donald Sutherland's acting was awful,
- 38:02Speaker 1: script awful that I have just no just awful, Yes,
- 38:06Speaker 1: just awful.
- 38:07Speaker 2: It really is. If like at one point I had
- 38:09Speaker 2: totally I had somehow forgotten that backdraft to even existed,
- 38:15Speaker 2: and I'm trying to get back to that headspace.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Yeah, but the original still so good. I watched it
- 38:25Speaker 1: a couple of weeks ago. Still hits.
- 38:31Speaker 2: It was also the slogan for my bachelor party between
- 38:35Speaker 2: me and Trey still hits, No you go, we go,
- 38:39Speaker 2: we go, although still hits also would apply.

- 39:37Speaker 3: A right here we go.
- 39:43Speaker 2: All right, we've talked about this last couple of days
- 39:46Speaker 2: inside the treehouse at all started a late grapevine the
- 39:52Speaker 2: video of a man driving around or actually on driving around,
- 39:55Speaker 2: but floating around Lake Lewisville, and we have new information
- 40:01Speaker 2: now on that situation. According to Fox fora Texas man
- 40:10Speaker 2: has been arrested after driving his cyber truck into Lake
- 40:14Speaker 2: Grapevine to test wade mode. Now this is stuff or
- 40:21Speaker 2: you're like, man, I wish this was made up because
- 40:24Speaker 2: it's so stupid.
- 40:26Speaker 3: But it's not.
- 40:28Speaker 2: And honestly, the thing that's most surprising about this.
- 40:32Speaker 1: Bro I told you all he's talking about it.
- 40:36Speaker 2: Is the age of the man that got arrested. The
- 40:39Speaker 2: driver was identified as Jimmy Jack McDaniel. He's one of
- 40:46Speaker 2: the white haired fellas you see in that video and
- 40:49Speaker 2: his mugshot matches see white. He was arrested in charge
- 40:56Speaker 2: with operating a vehicle in a closed section of a
- 40:59Speaker 2: park or lake, having no valid boat registration and numerous
- 41:04Speaker 2: water safety equipment violations. So not can you not park there,
- 41:12Speaker 2: but you can't boat there either.
- 41:15Speaker 3: Brilliant.
- 41:16Speaker 1: Here's what amazes me is that the cyber truck lasted
- 41:20Speaker 1: as long as it did. I felt like he went
- 41:22Speaker 1: out there, he could have got back to shore and
- 41:24Speaker 1: been like successful test. But I think it feel like
- 41:26Speaker 1: he kept pushing his luck into deeper and deeper water
- 41:29Speaker 1: when it got submerged.
- 41:31Speaker 3: Which wade mode not boat mode.
- 41:33Speaker 1: Yeah, that's right.
- 41:34Speaker 3: It's a vast difference between those two things.
- 41:37Speaker 2: I do like how Fox four kind of just twists
- 41:40Speaker 2: the knife a little bit in their article because at
- 41:43Speaker 2: the end they say, like the whole article is like
- 41:45Speaker 2: what we know, Right at the end they say, what.
- 41:48Speaker 3: We don't know?
- 41:50Speaker 2: It remains unclear exactly what, mister. It remains unclear exactly
- 41:55Speaker 2: what McDaniel hoped to accomplish by driving into the.
- 41:58Speaker 1: Lake ensurance money.
- 42:02Speaker 3: It's actually brilliant.
- 42:05Speaker 2: I hate this cyber truck so much I'm going to
- 42:08Speaker 2: drive it into the lake. But in order to be
- 42:11Speaker 2: convincing with the insurance, I have to remain in the vehicle. No, yeah,
- 42:16Speaker 2: because you can't just drive it into the lake.
- 42:18Speaker 3: Let it go like you know, with like a like
- 42:19Speaker 3: a brick on the pedal kind of thing.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Isn't yet, It's like, I have gap insurance. That's the
- 42:25Speaker 1: only way I'm ever going to get paid off on
- 42:27Speaker 1: this this car. Let's go test out wage mode. Otherwise
- 42:35Speaker 1: it's not worth it. I am upside down and inside
- 42:39Speaker 1: out in that.
- 42:39Speaker 3: Car almost literally.
- 42:44Speaker 2: So now now we know the whole story behind the
- 42:49Speaker 2: man driving his cyber truck into Grapevine Lake.
- 42:52Speaker 4: I mean it's I've never seen a cyber truck look
- 42:54Speaker 4: more like a like a like a dumpster. Ever, the
- 42:57Speaker 4: way that guy was crawling out of it, it was
- 42:59Speaker 4: it was like a raccoon trying to get out of
- 43:02Speaker 4: it after getting into the fermented fruit at the bottom
- 43:05Speaker 4: of it.
- 43:06Speaker 1: Yeah, or this is you know why rednecks should never
- 43:11Speaker 1: have ebs.
- 43:17Speaker 2: So Lake Grapevine wasn't the only lake to see some
- 43:20Speaker 2: action over the last handful of days, because Lake Lewisville
- 43:23Speaker 2: decided to get in on the news cycle as well.
- 43:27Speaker 2: A pipe bomb was found at Lake Lewisville a handful
- 43:31Speaker 2: of days ago, and not just by any normal guy.
- 43:34Speaker 2: Oh no, this was a guy. And this is by
- 43:37Speaker 2: a guy who touts himself as a treasure Hunterville.
- 43:43Speaker 5: Are looking for fish. Michael Ryder is looking for treasure.
- 43:47Speaker 2: I mean, what type of person does this Someone who
- 43:50Speaker 2: loves finding treasure bottle.
- 43:51Speaker 9: Cap old coins while he was on the hunt.
- 43:55Speaker 5: Mundane, you're a popular swimming.
- 43:57Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I know, I know, trey drive you nuts,
- 44:00Speaker 2: stop and start stuff, but they really need to be
- 44:01Speaker 2: pointed out of all the places to look for treasure,
- 44:05Speaker 2: Lake Lewisville really.
- 44:10Speaker 5: Buy caps, old coins, lost relics.
- 44:13Speaker 9: But while he was on the hunt Mundane, You're a
- 44:15Speaker 9: popular swimming area, something found him.
- 44:18Speaker 4: I'm like, man, that thing is big, and I just
- 44:20Speaker 4: start kicking it.
- 44:21Speaker 2: Into the sand scoop into the metal sand scoop looks like.
- 44:25Speaker 4: A top of a fence post.
- 44:26Speaker 2: Every movie I've ever seen that had a pipe bomb,
- 44:29Speaker 2: that's what a pipe bomb looks like.
- 44:30Speaker 9: Now, at this point of the story, most people would
- 44:32Speaker 9: have put the bomb right back down where they found
- 44:34Speaker 9: it and called police.
- 44:36Speaker 2: But not this idiot.
- 44:40Speaker 3: That looks like a pipe bomb. Let me kick it
- 44:42Speaker 3: for a moment.
- 44:44Speaker 5: Writer considered that briefly.
- 44:47Speaker 2: Or do I do what a stupid person would have
- 44:49Speaker 2: done and run through the lake holding it up like
- 44:51Speaker 2: the Olympic torch and they're bolm I trip over a rock.
- 44:55Speaker 3: I don't see.
- 44:55Speaker 5: Yes, while carrying a possible pipe bomb.
- 44:58Speaker 9: He fell into the lake, then called nine one, and
- 45:02Speaker 9: the Denton bomb Squad was eventually called out.
- 45:05Speaker 5: It was vill Fleas. It might have been part of
- 45:07Speaker 5: a growing trend where.
- 45:08Speaker 9: People use the explosion to kill fish and then scoop
- 45:11Speaker 9: them up.
- 45:11Speaker 2: And I hope you made this pipe bomb?
- 45:15Speaker 4: Are watching this video, you're a stupid person.
- 45:18Speaker 9: The Denton bomb Squad was able to safely detonate the explosive.
- 45:21Speaker 9: While some people have been calling Writer a hero for
- 45:24Speaker 9: discovering the device, Writer disagrees strongly.
- 45:27Speaker 8: That doesn't make me hero.
- 45:28Speaker 3: What makes me an idiot?
- 45:29Speaker 9: Writer says he has two missions, making sure he keeps
- 45:32Speaker 9: the lake safe and find the pieces of the pipe
- 45:35Speaker 9: bomb he wants held.
- 45:37Speaker 3: At least, he's self aware that.
- 45:40Speaker 2: We have a new North Texas hero.
- 45:45Speaker 3: We wanted.
- 45:46Speaker 2: He's going to do it, but it's the one we deserve.
- 45:48Speaker 1: That is the evolution of the people that found Columbia Wreckage.
- 45:59Speaker 6: Right underround, ladies and gentlemen, idiot man of Lake Louisville,
