- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Welcome to jasondew Land dot com. My name's Jason new Land.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.
- 0:26Speaker 2: This is Whisper Satday. For some reason I've done was
- 0:38Speaker 2: it Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday for.
- 0:44Speaker 3: Whisper?
- 0:46Speaker 2: Let me boy the slaves in a row thirst thing
- 0:53Speaker 2: in the morning when I wake up and I don't
- 0:58Speaker 2: know why at door way. Hopefully the microphone is picking
- 1:13Speaker 2: up my not so loud voice.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Eh, I hope.
- 1:31Speaker 2: It's a bit of an early start. But I did
- 1:35Speaker 2: go to bed particularly early last night. So I went
- 1:42Speaker 2: to bed at about seven o'clock in the evening. It's
- 1:50Speaker 2: about two thirty hours in the morning, so technically i've
- 1:57Speaker 2: had seven hours.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Was it seven? Eight, nine eleven?
- 2:03Speaker 2: I want to seven and a half hours sleep. I
- 2:13Speaker 2: visited Uncle's sausages yesterday and I wasn't gonna It's not
- 2:28Speaker 2: that I didn't want to. Well, I didn't know. It's
- 2:31Speaker 2: a weird one. I don't want to visit him. Of
- 2:37Speaker 2: course I do want to visit him, but I don't
- 2:39Speaker 2: at the same time, just because it's it's it's very difficult.
- 2:48Speaker 2: But his other visitors is only tur Us. She contacted
- 2:58Speaker 2: me yesterday and said that she wasn't able to go
- 3:05Speaker 2: due to grandkids. There's some changes in her in a
- 3:10Speaker 2: day routine. So I said, don't worry, I'll go up
- 3:15Speaker 2: and see him.
- 3:20Speaker 3: So I did went up yesterday. I got there about.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Half three in the afternoon.
- 3:32Speaker 3: I got a taxi there.
- 3:35Speaker 4: It was raining and proper raining, like really raining, you
- 3:49Speaker 4: know what.
- 3:54Speaker 2: I don't think I put my body home.
- 3:59Speaker 3: No, oh no.
- 4:05Speaker 2: So I took my brodey with me. I tried to
- 4:09Speaker 2: open it from the front door of the building where
- 4:14Speaker 2: I live.
- 4:17Speaker 3: To the taxi.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Now I got wetter and trying to open the brolly
- 4:25Speaker 2: and then tried to close it as I tried. You know,
- 4:28Speaker 2: as I opened the taxi door, i'd have got less
- 4:35Speaker 2: where if I just walked straight over, because it was
- 4:39Speaker 2: four footsteps probably, and it's not something that I'm gonna
- 4:48Speaker 2: agree red forever.
- 4:50Speaker 3: It wasn't that it wasn't quite that deep, baby, but.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Thinking about everybody, would have been eas to just say
- 5:02Speaker 2: still take the probably in case I needed to stand
- 5:08Speaker 2: outside and wait for a taxi.
- 5:12Speaker 3: On the way back.
- 5:22Speaker 2: However, it's quite weird because I can and I hear
- 5:29Speaker 2: a voice in the.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Well it's it's the driver, and he says, hi, Hi Jason.
- 5:39Speaker 3: So now.
- 5:41Speaker 2: I'm not looked at him yet cause I'm I'm I'm
- 5:43Speaker 2: backing into the into the taxi. I'm I'm just thinking
- 5:50Speaker 2: it's nice and he's being pleasant considering what's heading towards
- 5:54Speaker 2: him quite.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Big of that bomb.
- 5:58Speaker 2: And I settled in and he said, just checking. Your
- 6:07Speaker 2: going to the to see uncle sausages in a nursing home.
- 6:12Speaker 2: I said yeah, and I turn around and it's this
- 6:16Speaker 2: was his name. He was my regular taxi driver when
- 6:22Speaker 2: I was first started going up to the hospital. When
- 6:28Speaker 2: I was up there every single day and getting taxis
- 6:32Speaker 2: there and back cost me about five hundred pounds and
- 6:41Speaker 2: not not a day because that would be expensive. But
- 6:46Speaker 2: he was one of the regular drivers, so I kind
- 6:48Speaker 2: of got to know him of it.
- 6:51Speaker 1: And then.
- 6:54Speaker 2: A few weeks ago I started mainly traveling by by us,
- 7:06Speaker 2: so I didn't see any more drivers, And yesterday it
- 7:10Speaker 2: was the first time that I traveled by taxi for
- 7:27Speaker 2: I don't remember how long it's been. It's not a
- 7:32Speaker 2: long time, but it might be a couple of weeks
- 7:37Speaker 2: because I wasn't able to go out for a week
- 7:40Speaker 2: due to COVID and then I visited Uncle Sausages on Thursday.
- 7:50Speaker 2: So I saw him in hospital on the previous Wednesday,
- 7:55Speaker 2: and then I was ill on the Wednesday and Thursday,
- 7:59Speaker 2: did the COVID still a Friday, and then I was clear.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Did another COVID test this Thursday, just got was clear
- 8:11Speaker 2: and I went out to visit of course hostages. Then
- 8:15Speaker 2: when I became yesterday, that's it. Yeah, so I'm sitting there.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I don't really know what to do when I'm there.
- 8:34Speaker 2: It didn't seem the right time to show off my
- 8:41Speaker 2: new chuggling skills. You know, it's really I don't know.
- 8:48Speaker 2: I was talking to him, updating him on the locals.
- 8:56Speaker 2: There's not a lot going on. It's just the same
- 9:00Speaker 2: same people making the same noise, really and keep hearing
- 9:14Speaker 2: the same sentence, you know, not from him, but the
- 9:21Speaker 2: hearing the hearings a last thing to go. I'm like, Okay,
- 9:28Speaker 2: I wonder if he could communicate, what would he say
- 9:32Speaker 2: to me? And I wonder if, if you know, a
- 9:44Speaker 2: very few little scenarios, one would possibly bear him saying,
- 9:50Speaker 2: will you.
- 9:51Speaker 3: Please shut up? Leave me alone? I don't know.
- 10:01Speaker 2: An please stop sitting on my leg, Please stop farting.
- 10:12Speaker 2: There could be lots of things that he might be
- 10:14Speaker 2: trying to say to me, where's my bloody drinks?
- 10:23Speaker 3: That's the last thing he said to me.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Wednesday evening, because I went and visited him. He was
- 10:31Speaker 2: asleep in hospital, so I didn't He looked like a
- 10:35Speaker 2: little baby just needed a teddy bear. He looks so
- 10:40Speaker 2: comfortable cook a cold up of sleep. And I didn't
- 10:45Speaker 2: disturb him because personally, a couple of days earlier he
- 10:52Speaker 2: told me that all he wanted was to go to sleep.
- 10:56Speaker 2: He said he hadn't slept properly for the last five weeks,
- 11:04Speaker 2: so I didn't want to disturb him. He looks so
- 11:06Speaker 2: peaceful just having a good sleep. Plus I didn't feel
- 11:16Speaker 2: very well.
- 11:17Speaker 3: I just kind of.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Came on on the way to Laspital and I was
- 11:22Speaker 2: like wow, So I just I took that.
- 11:25Speaker 3: Opportunity to leave.
- 11:30Speaker 2: I left a package that his friend had delivered, or
- 11:37Speaker 2: I had had said to me his friend lives in
- 11:40Speaker 2: another country, so I delivered that stuck on the table.
- 11:45Speaker 2: It was just a newspaper in the pack of uh sweets,
- 11:53Speaker 2: So of course Sausages phoned me up in the evening.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Where were you? He didn't shout, but he was like,
- 12:02Speaker 2: what do you mean, why didn't you come today? I said,
- 12:05Speaker 2: I did come today.
- 12:08Speaker 1: But he was asleep.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Why didn't you wake me up? But I just for
- 12:15Speaker 2: you wanted to sleep? He said, where's my drinks?
- 12:23Speaker 3: I think that's what I've.
- 12:24Speaker 5: Been to him.
- 12:25Speaker 2: I come and visit and then I go and get stuff.
- 12:28Speaker 3: I'm like a like a little.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Uber eats I suppose for him, and that's kind of
- 12:36Speaker 2: been my role for the last month and a half.
- 12:43Speaker 2: So I get there, have a chat, have a catch up,
- 12:48Speaker 2: you know, that's how it's been in hospital. And then
- 12:53Speaker 2: he starts talking about, well, what should we get?
- 12:56Speaker 3: Then he went for a little where he liked.
- 13:01Speaker 2: To get their sausage, old pasting things in costa and
- 13:12Speaker 2: in the early days, which sounds weird consider it's been
- 13:15Speaker 2: six weeks, but in the early days we used to
- 13:20Speaker 2: walk down there together, go and sit outside, have a chat.
- 13:28Speaker 2: I still remember that first Saturday. So you went in
- 13:32Speaker 2: there on a Friday, ten thirty.
- 13:37Speaker 3: We left here.
- 13:40Speaker 2: And I think I came back about three thirty in
- 13:42Speaker 2: the morning. It's there the next day on a Saturday,
- 13:49Speaker 2: and in the afternoon, and at this point you'd already been.
- 14:00Speaker 2: They diagnosed him with with what was wrong with him,
- 14:04Speaker 2: didn't give him a prognosis at that point, but they
- 14:07Speaker 2: told him what it was because they'd done a scare
- 14:11Speaker 2: and everything. And we were downstairs. I'm not sure if
- 14:23Speaker 2: we had drinks. We were just sitting in the sun, yeah,
- 14:32Speaker 2: because there was that was a sad day and we're
- 14:38Speaker 2: on one of these desk table things and Uncle Sausages
- 14:48Speaker 2: started talking about making arrangements and things like that. It's like, oh,
- 14:56Speaker 2: shut up me, what are you talking about? Because he's.
- 15:02Speaker 3: He started being practical.
- 15:06Speaker 2: And then he was saying, oh, he can fight this,
- 15:08Speaker 2: and I said yeah. So it was a little bit emotional.
- 15:14Speaker 2: The next day where it was outside again. This time
- 15:19Speaker 2: we were near this bit of water which is in
- 15:23Speaker 2: hospital crowns, and a duck started pecking and winning. Now
- 15:32Speaker 2: I thought it was finny to start with, just because
- 15:36Speaker 2: you know, generally, if I was sitting somewhere and I
- 15:41Speaker 2: felt some you know, something starts pulling on my glothing
- 15:45Speaker 2: or anything, it's was always finny, even though I didn't
- 15:53Speaker 2: have finny with me. It's just a natural reaction on
- 15:57Speaker 2: what you're doing. What you're doing, mate, I looked down
- 15:59Speaker 2: and it's this duck staring at me, becking away at
- 16:02Speaker 2: me Becker. Oh, I don't know what that made me laugh,
- 16:12Speaker 2: beckon at me Becker.
- 16:16Speaker 3: Becker.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Anyway, it seems like a really long time because she
- 16:37Speaker 2: used to come out. He went from coming outside with
- 16:40Speaker 2: me to still walking down with me but still sitting
- 16:46Speaker 2: in a gusta, to just sending me down to get stuff.
- 17:07Speaker 2: I remember this one point one day, it was uh, a.
- 17:11Speaker 3: Couple of weeks in and he said.
- 17:19Speaker 2: He wanted to come home. I said, why in that case,
- 17:26Speaker 2: let's not take the lift anymore.
- 17:29Speaker 3: Let's go down the stairs.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Cause he was on the second floor now he was
- 17:33Speaker 2: on the first floor. I said, let's go down the stairs.
- 17:38Speaker 2: He said, if you're gonna be traveling home, if you're
- 17:40Speaker 2: gonna go home, you're gonna have to go up and
- 17:43Speaker 2: down them stairs. And he said, okay. It was fine.
- 17:54Speaker 2: He was a little bit unsteady on his feet anyway.
- 18:00Speaker 3: But I think a.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Lot to do that can be, you know, when you're
- 18:05Speaker 2: wearing your pajamas or wearing it like a hospital gown,
- 18:12Speaker 2: being in public, because even though you're in hospital, it
- 18:16Speaker 2: feels like.
- 18:19Speaker 3: It feels like being in a public street really.
- 18:23Speaker 2: In fact, if anything, it's a lot busier than a
- 18:27Speaker 2: normal public street unless you're in Oxford Street or somewhere
- 18:31Speaker 2: really busy. Thousands of people just continuously.
- 18:39Speaker 3: Trafficking.
- 18:40Speaker 2: That's not the right words, but just traveling through.
- 18:46Speaker 3: Thousands of people.
- 18:51Speaker 2: I mean to me, that makes me more invisible and anonymous.
- 19:00Speaker 2: I just would generally not think that anyone had noticed
- 19:05Speaker 2: me anyway. Really, these days, I think my noticeability levels.
- 19:13Speaker 3: Have dropped somewhat.
- 19:22Speaker 2: And I think it's just an age thing. It's natural,
- 19:28Speaker 2: kind of blend in with with the wall paint. I
- 19:48Speaker 2: think after seeing.
- 19:49Speaker 6: Him yesterday, it's.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Two days in a row.
- 19:56Speaker 2: It's been a shock to me, to be honest, day
- 19:58Speaker 2: as because it wasn't like that when I last saw
- 20:01Speaker 2: him a week ago.
- 20:07Speaker 1: And it's.
- 20:11Speaker 2: Yeah, it's night and day. It's like completely different. And
- 20:22Speaker 2: what's weird about it is he didn't believe he was
- 20:27Speaker 2: ill because he felt fine, apart from an upset stomach,
- 20:35Speaker 2: which he blamed on having caught a bug or something
- 20:43Speaker 2: for an hospital.
- 20:45Speaker 3: Which is highly likely. You know, that is a.
- 20:48Speaker 2: Likely situation, but it wasn't true, you know, that was
- 20:54Speaker 2: a symptom of his condition. And I started to think
- 21:04Speaker 2: maybe they'd got it wrong, because okay, he is still yellow,
- 21:10Speaker 2: but he's you know, I don't know. It just seemed
- 21:26Speaker 2: I don't know what I'm trying to say. Maybe I
- 21:29Speaker 2: was hoping they'd got.
- 21:30Speaker 5: It wrong.
- 21:34Speaker 2: That you know, A really good scenario would be that
- 21:40Speaker 2: they realized it made a mistake and he all he
- 21:43Speaker 2: needed was a simple ob which cleared his system out
- 21:48Speaker 2: as it could be going no normal color again, because
- 21:54Speaker 2: he used to be it was always very pale. But
- 21:59Speaker 2: like me, although I'm not pale, I'm pink. The rest
- 22:04Speaker 2: of my body's pale, part from my arms. My forearms
- 22:08Speaker 2: are brown because I'm out in the sun a lot,
- 22:12Speaker 2: with inny and stuff. But my face is pink.
- 22:21Speaker 3: And my feet.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Basically, my whole body is the same color as my feet.
- 22:30Speaker 2: This white like pale but with a pink face. It's
- 22:35Speaker 2: very strange. Trust me, if you see me naked, you
- 22:38Speaker 2: don't want to see me naked. I think it's agreed upon.
- 22:46Speaker 2: That's probably not the first thing you notice. Okay, let's
- 22:53Speaker 2: move on from there, and please, please please, Yeah, I
- 23:08Speaker 2: prefer not to see him. I was, I was there yesterday.
- 23:19Speaker 3: I was just sitting down.
- 23:21Speaker 2: And suddenly income in the room bursts.
- 23:29Speaker 3: This man.
- 23:31Speaker 2: What made me jump, and it was the husband of
- 23:37Speaker 2: where I was, the Uncle Sausages friend, like you know,
- 23:41Speaker 2: got married, Like the ones that said they weren't coming.
- 23:49Speaker 2: There was a change and they decided to come up
- 23:54Speaker 2: and pop up and see Uncle Sausages and then I
- 24:00Speaker 2: don't pick up their grandkids. I was like, well, blimey
- 24:06Speaker 2: made me jump. I think I was kind of deep
- 24:10Speaker 2: in thought. Hard to believe, but I do sometimes think
- 24:18Speaker 2: it's a rare, rare occurrence. But I gave it go
- 24:23Speaker 2: once and I thought maybe I'll try this again one day,
- 24:29Speaker 2: and I did yesterday.
- 24:30Speaker 3: It was that day.
- 24:38Speaker 7: Yeah, man, Yeah.
- 24:44Speaker 3: It made me jump.
- 24:47Speaker 2: But the good thing about it is I got a
- 24:49Speaker 2: lift home, which was andy because it cost me sixteen
- 24:58Speaker 2: pounds to get there in a taxi and I was
- 25:03Speaker 2: going to get a taxi backs. Meanwhile, two reasons, mainly
- 25:09Speaker 2: because it was quite late in the day and it's
- 25:14Speaker 2: going to take me quite a while to walk here.
- 25:18Speaker 2: Plus it was raining, so it wasn't a good idea
- 25:21Speaker 2: to be walking out in the rain. I just get where,
- 25:26Speaker 2: what's the point so it would be unnecessary dampness. We
- 25:40Speaker 2: came back and what's her name's husband wanting to have
- 25:44Speaker 2: a look at the flat because he was going to
- 25:47Speaker 2: clear it out himself, because the council asked us to
- 25:51Speaker 2: clear it out as it No, I said, it's not.
- 25:56Speaker 2: It's no one's job to clean it out other than
- 25:59Speaker 2: the council. Uncle Sausages has no family, He hasn't got
- 26:06Speaker 2: anyone that has to do anything like that. Besides, I've
- 26:12Speaker 2: backed up so much of his stuff now at the
- 26:16Speaker 2: request of his friend, just to try and help out
- 26:22Speaker 2: the counsel and help out, you know, generally. And it's
- 26:35Speaker 2: still so much to do, so much to move is
- 26:42Speaker 2: going to take them a good couple of days probably
- 26:45Speaker 2: to empty that place. That's with all the work I've done.
- 26:54Speaker 2: I mean, the front garden's full of bags, and now
- 26:58Speaker 2: the kitchen's full of backs the stuff that.
- 27:01Speaker 3: I've felt and always full of bags.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Most of the living room is now pretty much clear
- 27:14Speaker 2: other than the furniture, and a fair fair of the
- 27:21Speaker 2: bedroom as well. It's one of those weird things because
- 27:32Speaker 2: I went in here the other day. A couple of
- 27:33Speaker 2: times I've been asked to go in try and find something.
- 27:39Speaker 2: Once it was was it passport, another time it was
- 27:48Speaker 2: his bible. Another time and his radio. Another time some
- 27:54Speaker 2: money that he had bull side. He said it was
- 27:58Speaker 2: seventy pounds forty pounds in some diary that I know
- 28:05Speaker 2: exactly what that money was for. He used to give
- 28:10Speaker 2: that to his other friend forgetting shopping for him. It
- 28:17Speaker 2: drawed out money out off the cashpoint at the petrol station.
- 28:24Speaker 3: I didn't He told me this and.
- 28:26Speaker 2: He was very organized, so I remember I had to
- 28:35Speaker 2: look for that.
- 28:38Speaker 3: Where else?
- 28:39Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I had to look for some letters, some
- 28:43Speaker 2: ID to send his friend because she needed that. I
- 28:48Speaker 2: think it was proof of his pension because she has
- 28:53Speaker 2: to deal with the finances and counseling stuff. And you know,
- 29:01Speaker 2: being sure he did. She's done with the council and
- 29:06Speaker 2: given a month's notice for the end of the tenancy.
- 29:13Speaker 2: But that's because I console I conducted the council. My
- 29:18Speaker 2: tummy's gurgling. I contacted the council just to let them
- 29:26Speaker 2: know the situation and just tell him that that we
- 29:34Speaker 2: needs him help with some aspects of the flag. I
- 29:40Speaker 2: need to get a few megayors in and.
- 29:44Speaker 3: Stuff like that.
- 29:48Speaker 2: It's weird because they they seem more focused on just
- 29:55Speaker 2: getting the flat back, which I was surprised.
- 30:01Speaker 5: I know.
- 30:01Speaker 3: I mean technically that is their job for me.
- 30:10Speaker 2: You know, we're dealing with a human being and they're
- 30:14Speaker 2: dealing with a property. Oh well, I imagine. I mean
- 30:34Speaker 2: they say a month. I remember my friend downstairs days
- 30:38Speaker 2: the council was stuck a sign on the door.
- 30:42Speaker 5: Saying, if you.
- 30:47Speaker 3: You need to whoever's got key to this flat.
- 30:56Speaker 2: You need to finish what you're doing, take what you
- 31:00Speaker 2: need to take before a certain day, because that's then
- 31:04Speaker 2: the council we're going to take the flat back. But
- 31:11Speaker 2: it gave a month's notice. Two weeks later they were
- 31:17Speaker 2: breaking in and changing the locks, and that was it.
- 31:24Speaker 2: They didn't weigh a month. They did the same with downstairs.
- 31:29Speaker 2: There's another flat and they put a month's notice. A
- 31:34Speaker 2: couple of weeks they came in and changed the locks.
- 31:43Speaker 2: So I don't I'm not sure if they just struggled
- 31:46Speaker 2: to count up to four, I don't know. And so
- 31:53Speaker 2: I foresee, having having experienced that twice, that it might
- 32:02Speaker 2: happen again with funcal sausages. So I mentioned they can
- 32:11Speaker 2: come up next week, put a sign on the door,
- 32:17Speaker 2: notice of but I don't know, not if fiction, but
- 32:23Speaker 2: notice of being the flat being cleared with a month's notice,
- 32:33Speaker 2: and then after.
- 32:33Speaker 3: Two weeks I probably turned up.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Also downstairs where my friend used to live, the new
- 32:46Speaker 2: tenant who's been there every year, she's also moved.
- 32:50Speaker 3: Out, which is weird, my joy.
- 33:07Speaker 2: It's not the first time that there's been two flats
- 33:10Speaker 2: empty since I've lived.
- 33:13Speaker 8: There, because when Luke left once my friend downstairs, the
- 33:21Speaker 8: other flat was also empty.
- 33:28Speaker 2: So yeah.
- 33:31Speaker 3: In fact, that.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Week that Luke left, the flat downstairs was being refurbished
- 33:41Speaker 2: by the council. They were preparing it for the next tenant.
- 33:56Speaker 2: But outside of that, I don't notice. We've got new
- 34:00Speaker 2: two new tenants moving into this building. Fingers crossed that
- 34:06Speaker 2: they'll be fairly quiet. I hope, I just, I just
- 34:16Speaker 2: I'm not looking for more door slamming. I mean one
- 34:23Speaker 2: of the door slammers has moved out from downstairs, the
- 34:27Speaker 2: other one downstairs. Another one doesn't seem to be able
- 34:32Speaker 2: to control ourself, just has to let the door slam
- 34:36Speaker 2: multiple times.
- 34:39Speaker 3: I don't know why.
- 34:42Speaker 2: The other neighbor blow me doesn't let the door slam,
- 34:46Speaker 2: and I've got just never let his door slam, and
- 34:50Speaker 2: the other person on my floor doesn't let their door
- 34:54Speaker 2: slam and I don't either. So at the moment we've
- 34:58Speaker 2: just got one door slammer, but we might have three
- 35:04Speaker 2: in a couple of months.
- 35:05Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 35:10Speaker 2: Please please know, m I don't know. The reason the
- 35:17Speaker 2: doors slam is because they're so heavy. They just they're
- 35:21Speaker 2: supposed to do that, you know, in the sense of
- 35:23Speaker 2: being fire doors. But they shake the building when they slam.
- 35:39Speaker 2: It's not just it's not just that they slam, but
- 35:42Speaker 2: they are the two things that, apart from the inconsideration,
- 35:48Speaker 2: two things that affect me is Finny starts barking if
- 35:55Speaker 2: he is a door slam and also the times, sometimes
- 36:03Speaker 2: the late at night, earlier in the morning the doors
- 36:07Speaker 2: of slamming again causes they need to start barking, and
- 36:13Speaker 2: I'm in bed. Not a good time to hear barking
- 36:18Speaker 2: in my ear.
- 36:30Speaker 3: So it's Saturday, the second of.
- 36:33Speaker 2: August nineteen twenty twenty five. I'm gonna give myself some breakfast,
- 36:49Speaker 2: probably about three o'clock. It's an early start by ma
- 36:55Speaker 2: had an early an early night, really early seven in
- 37:01Speaker 2: the evening. That's a very early night. And I don't
- 37:15Speaker 2: know what I'm going to do today.
- 37:17Speaker 5: We'll see.
- 37:22Speaker 2: So I'm going to go. Thank you for listening. Remember
- 37:26Speaker 2: to be kind to yourself, because you too deserved to
- 37:30Speaker 2: be happy.
- 37:32Speaker 3: Be gentle with yourself.
- 37:35Speaker 2: You deserved to feel safe.
- 37:40Speaker 3: Lots of love.
- 37:44Speaker 9: Bye.
- 37:54Speaker 1: Relax you more deep and meaningful way, maybe in a
- 38:09Speaker 1: way that can not just allow you to feel calmer
- 38:18Speaker 1: now and throughout the time we spend together here, not
- 38:28Speaker 1: just relaxed at the end of the recording when it's
- 38:33Speaker 1: finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort and peace,
- 38:45Speaker 1: but also I think it would be nice to have
- 38:58Speaker 1: those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after the recording
- 39:16Speaker 1: has ended, so that you can still benefit from listening
- 39:30Speaker 1: to my voice, maybe in a few hours time, perhaps tomorrow,
- 39:45Speaker 1: and then by listening regularly, especially if you find, like
- 39:53Speaker 1: some people do and myself as well. I sometimes I
- 39:56Speaker 1: find one particular recording resonates with me, and I just
- 40:08Speaker 1: listened to it over and over again every morning, every evening.
- 40:21Speaker 1: There was this recording from We're going back to about
- 40:26Speaker 1: nineteen ninety nine. It was it wasn't hypnosis, but it
- 40:31Speaker 1: was a guided visualizations, so it kind of was hypnosis really,
- 40:38Speaker 1: And I managed to find it again and it still
- 40:43Speaker 1: has the same effect on me. And part of it
- 40:49Speaker 1: was the person's voice relaxed me. She just felt so peaceful,
- 41:06Speaker 1: and I'd look forward to listening to her in the
- 41:13Speaker 1: morning and in the evening. And I knew before even
- 41:24Speaker 1: pressing the play button that since I've done that, pressed
- 41:33Speaker 1: the play button. This is in the days of CD players,
- 41:45Speaker 1: pressed the play button. In fact, it might have even
- 41:50Speaker 1: been a tape recorder. I'd lie down on the bed
- 41:55Speaker 1: and then even without necessarily listening to her words because
- 42:14Speaker 1: I had them memorized. Really, it was as if my
- 42:21Speaker 1: body knew exactly what to do, and the muscles just
- 42:36Speaker 1: almost went into automatic relaxation, and I remember my mind
- 42:57Speaker 1: would slow down. Now. Now, I was listening to this
- 43:08Speaker 1: recording in the early days of learning hypnosis, and long
- 43:18Speaker 1: before I ever made any videos or audio recordings myself,
- 43:27Speaker 1: because I didn't start doing that till two thousand and six.
- 43:38Speaker 10: I knew, I knew how.
- 43:45Speaker 1: Helpful I found being able to just let go, to
- 43:59Speaker 1: have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 44:12Speaker 1: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 44:20Speaker 1: not more so. Each time you hear my voice, you
- 44:29Speaker 1: may feel the same. Some people have been listening to
- 44:41Speaker 1: me for over a decade. Maybe not solidly, obviously, not
- 44:55Speaker 1: twenty four hours a day.
- 45:00Speaker 3: Maybe people come back.
- 45:03Speaker 11: Some people maybe listen every day. That's something that I do.
- 45:20Speaker 1: Which you may not realize by listening, is when I
- 45:35Speaker 1: record these recordings. Now, for example, I also am affected
- 45:52Speaker 1: by the words that I say. So if I set
- 46:05Speaker 1: you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing, I
- 46:15Speaker 1: will be focusing on my feet. I will be noticing
- 46:27Speaker 1: my feet relaxing. If I said, focus on your hands,
- 46:44Speaker 1: and maybe notice the difference between each hand, Perhaps notice
- 46:54Speaker 1: the air in the room, the temperature of the on
- 47:02Speaker 1: the backs of your hands. You may start to notice
- 47:14Speaker 1: what almost feels like a very light breeze, even though
- 47:21Speaker 1: there may not be any type of breeze at all
- 47:27Speaker 1: where you are right now. And as you become aware
- 47:39Speaker 1: of your hands, I'm also aware of how relaxed my
- 47:54Speaker 1: hands our feeling now and when it comes to potentially
- 48:20Speaker 1: drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason you're listening,
- 48:31Speaker 1: I also feel arousing when I make these recordings. I
- 48:46Speaker 1: also notice my mind.
- 48:52Speaker 6: Drifting.
- 49:01Speaker 1: In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing,
- 49:18Speaker 1: and then I carry on talking.
- 49:26Speaker 3: And suddenly where.
- 49:27Speaker 1: I listen back to do the editing, I hear snoring,
- 49:38Speaker 1: and I think I don't remember snoring. I remember talking.
- 49:49Speaker 1: Snoring was a pick turned up. That's why I sound
- 49:56Speaker 1: like when to snare, I can read into the whole expirits.
- 50:15Speaker 1: I don't know how you feel. How relaxed do you
- 50:25Speaker 1: feel in your feet, How relaxed you feel in your hands.
- 50:51Speaker 1: I have noticed more and more with the more relaxed,
- 51:05Speaker 1: deeper level of comfort you feel, the easier your breathing
- 51:20Speaker 1: becomes so almost like that additional muscle relaxation. So this
- 51:43Speaker 1: allows you to breathe easier. Without this soroughly focusing on
- 52:06Speaker 1: your breath, however, been able to notice the ease in
- 52:35Speaker 1: which you breathe so naturally. M breathe so very easily
- 53:04Speaker 1: and smoothly. Whenever I imagine my breathing improving. When I've got
- 53:51Speaker 1: my eyes closed, attend to visualize beautiful field, trees and
- 54:11Speaker 1: flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels nice to,
- 54:53Speaker 1: if nothing else, just taking s on time away from everything,
- 55:24Speaker 1: enjoying that feeling of pace, serenity with a joyful heart.
- 56:22Speaker 1: Time seems to just drip by so very slowly. Relaxed
- 56:53Speaker 1: so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in
- 57:32Speaker 1: this moment, completely free. You might to say that your
- 58:27Speaker 1: mind slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really requires your attention.
- 59:31Speaker 1: You can enjoy the physical sensations of allowing the stress
- 59:46Speaker 1: to drip out of your body, appear out of every
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: but of your body, being released from your brain, your mind.
- 1:00:52Speaker 12: Slowly but surely, muscles.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: In your legs, legs, res l s, very deft, relas deeply,
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: and the feelings, the pleasant feelings in your arms and shoulders,
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: deepening each part of your body further deeper. What to say,
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: Feedings in the back of your neck, feelings in your wrists,
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: muscles in front of your body. Peace, deep sense of
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: peace spreads through.
- 1:05:36Speaker 5: A very cold.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: When you focus on your mind, your mind becomes a
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: ha's slower, deeper relas, fairies, slater stomach days for my
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: nees stuff Notice nice laxed now feel.
- 1:09:10Speaker 6: In the hole of your back.
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: In a spy from your brain all the way down
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: the middle of your back, sending and receiving millions of
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: messages every day, Take comfort, increase, deeply relaxed ms, legs,
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: spreading those signals down your spinal cord in the reparts
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: of your body, shins and your conferences, out words, fields.
- 1:12:43Speaker 3: Of peace.
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: And tranquility spreading through your body, tips of your toys,
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: to your eyes, your fingers. Wait.
- 1:13:16Speaker 5: You know that.
- 1:13:29Speaker 13: Letting go.
- 1:13:31Speaker 6: Read letting.
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: Peace to drift in mind, just wonder men away, happy
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: to let.
- 1:14:43Speaker 14: Go, let go completely, Let.
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: So drink nobody, enjoy of sense, joy, space, this space,
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: pace and safety s very.
- 1:18:54Speaker 15: First us.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: Let's you go, maybe reconscious, focus on different parts of
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: your body, Just notice food, your eyes, a job soluce,
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: not to say, in a sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom,
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: has energy paced to graze so much ease?
- 1:25:28Speaker 5: Yes, may.
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: Not a nartist your mind drifting pace deep in the
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: direction ditle blissful pace, bliss for pace.
- 1:27:49Speaker 16: Directed two pays shut, let's go spy films host facile
- 1:31:20Speaker 16: very fast.
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: And paceful so like, And you could start to notice
- 1:32:42Speaker 1: that you are feeling more relaxed, even though I've not
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: purposely focused your mind upon that sense of physical comfort
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: that is growing within you throughout your body, and your
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: mind starts to slow down. And that could be almost
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: in recognition of I guess my speech not being particularly fast.
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: Things generally feel calmer just by listening to my voice,
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: you give yourself an opportunity to take a break the day,
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: take a break from your life, as it is, to
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take some
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: time off, and to allow your body to relax and
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: allow your mind to slow down, which in turn releases
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: the tension and the stresses that you had in your body.
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: It's almost as if the parts of your body just
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: open up, allowing the negativity out and at the same
- 1:35:03Speaker 1: time replacing that negativity with positive healing energy, which then
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: fills your body up and your mind to also starts
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence and an almost
- 1:35:40Speaker 1: uplifting feeling, positive healing energy that spreads through your body
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: like a wave of comfort. And all this comes from
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: just allow yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour,
- 1:36:20Speaker 1: however long you want it to be. Just rest, allow
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: your mind and your body to almost preset itself to
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move around your
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: body and into your mind. Must as if your mind
- 1:37:22Speaker 1: and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring each other,
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: with that growing positivity and calmness, and it feels nice,
- 1:37:48Speaker 1: really does feel nice to know that you are the
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: one that has allowed yourself to feel more comfort and
- 1:38:08Speaker 1: to experience.
- 1:38:12Speaker 5: More of this.
- 1:38:15Speaker 1: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 1:38:32Speaker 1: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:38:38Speaker 1: their part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on
- 1:38:52Speaker 1: it becomes even more calm comfortable, just by focusing. And
- 1:39:09Speaker 1: as I moved down your body, starting and your head,
- 1:39:17Speaker 1: the parts that you have already focused on or can
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: continue to relax deeply and those parts that have not
- 1:39:30Speaker 1: yet focused on what just automatically release any remain intention
- 1:39:44Speaker 1: in anticipation of even more comfort about to come. Now
- 1:39:58Speaker 1: the start by focus sit on your forehead, just being
- 1:40:05Speaker 1: aware the feelings of your forehead. Any background sounds like
- 1:40:16Speaker 1: mister Herbert the pigeon just allow you to feel you're
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: more relaxed. Just means you're in the moment. This isn't
- 1:40:32Speaker 1: this isn't a sterile environment. This is the world. I
- 1:40:40Speaker 1: live in the countryside.
- 1:40:44Speaker 13: There's lots of.
- 1:40:46Speaker 1: Nature sounds around. As you focus on your forehead, just
- 1:40:57Speaker 1: notice how it becomes even more relaxed as you focus
- 1:41:08Speaker 1: only on my voice and that part of your body.
- 1:41:17Speaker 1: Move down to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 1:41:28Speaker 1: how your eyelids feel so heavy it has so light
- 1:41:38Speaker 1: at the same time, and all the muscles around your
- 1:41:44Speaker 1: eyes relaxing.
- 1:41:47Speaker 13: Completely. Moving your focus.
- 1:41:55Speaker 1: Down to your mouth, your lips, tongue, your teeth, you
- 1:42:02Speaker 1: comes ahole of your mouth, relaxing, calm. Lease if you
- 1:42:20Speaker 1: focus now on your jawel just a part of your
- 1:42:28Speaker 1: jawn ney, your mouth, your chin, but all the way
- 1:42:33Speaker 1: up the size of your face to your ears.
- 1:42:41Speaker 5: Of your jaw.
- 1:42:44Speaker 1: Leading all relaxed, a calm focusing on your leck, the
- 1:43:11Speaker 1: front of your neck and your throat.
- 1:43:16Speaker 17: Legs in.
- 1:43:19Speaker 1: Loose and calm, the sides of your neck, right your
- 1:43:30Speaker 1: left side of your leg.
- 1:43:34Speaker 5: Your legs stand place.
- 1:43:41Speaker 1: And calm now the back of your leg, focusing on
- 1:43:55Speaker 1: the back of your leg, letting go with any tension
- 1:44:06Speaker 1: that may be there before, and enjoying that sense of
- 1:44:16Speaker 1: increasing comfort and release thinking you can experience in the
- 1:44:27Speaker 1: back of your neck. Moving down your back, moving either
- 1:44:40Speaker 1: side of your spine right from the top of your
- 1:44:44Speaker 1: back all the way down to the bottom of your back.
- 1:44:56Speaker 1: Down it's your lower back him up and down your spine.
- 1:45:13Speaker 1: You can feel the muscles either side of your spine
- 1:45:20Speaker 1: relaxing even more. And as those muscles relax, that sense
- 1:45:34Speaker 1: of comfort starts to spread outwards from your spine into
- 1:45:45Speaker 1: both sides of your back, the top of your back,
- 1:45:52Speaker 1: the middle end your lower back. And as she's scared
- 1:46:00Speaker 1: gently and slowly up and down your back, the muscles
- 1:46:09Speaker 1: on the top of your back relax and become a looser.
- 1:46:18Speaker 1: The muscles in the middle of your back also seemed
- 1:46:25Speaker 1: to just almost divine from each other, separating and almost melting.
- 1:46:40Speaker 5: Ending your locker back.
- 1:46:45Speaker 13: Seems to be an.
- 1:46:46Speaker 1: Extra special feeling of comfort. The spreads into your hips,
- 1:47:02Speaker 1: s down your lower back, into your hips. It's the
- 1:47:10Speaker 1: area where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks. Nowise, muscles,
- 1:47:20Speaker 1: dont spread, bring your lower back into a hip area.
- 1:47:33Speaker 1: Start to melt, start to reading, let go, Let you
- 1:47:49Speaker 1: nowhere about to focus on your shoulders, back your spy
- 1:47:59Speaker 1: continue until I go ten to relax.
- 1:48:12Speaker 18: So coldly.
- 1:48:20Speaker 1: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're
- 1:48:26Speaker 1: already feeling ready release the already.
- 1:48:49Speaker 13: Come.
- 1:48:56Speaker 1: I feel those muscles. The move from your neck into
- 1:49:08Speaker 1: your shoulders feels so soft and gentle, so so and calm.
- 1:49:45Speaker 1: The feeding your shoulders seems to spread deep into your
- 1:49:59Speaker 1: shoulders as sense relaxation, not just traveling deeply into your usles,
- 1:50:14Speaker 1: also relaxing the butterness and move you own way to
- 1:50:27Speaker 1: underneath your arms, relaxing the whole area between the tops
- 1:50:36Speaker 1: of your shoulders and underneath your arms. He then if
- 1:50:51Speaker 1: you so relaxed and comfortable in your shot, which sense
- 1:51:04Speaker 1: that's deep message into arms, you may feel almost as
- 1:51:29Speaker 1: if your arms annoy even that because the sun relaxed
- 1:51:39Speaker 1: so deeply relaxed, so feels spreading way down your cards
- 1:52:35Speaker 1: to ours cleaning always scopus spreads away into crists four
- 1:53:09Speaker 1: sadrists heavy yet the same time slight and gentle. Said, Now.
- 1:54:09Speaker 14: You as.
- 1:54:32Speaker 7: Hands peacenis.
- 1:55:03Speaker 1: A sense of pace just seems to feel hands as
- 1:55:36Speaker 1: too deeply els it's.
- 1:57:12Speaker 13: Think it.
- 1:57:43Speaker 1: Teach to be fat by sheep fe slished student schools
- 2:02:38Speaker 1: faith faix sory pay so.
- 2:02:52Speaker 18: Suck suck pace.
- 2:03:07Speaker 1: CoA same pace flaxation, the sprint chest do the stu.
- 2:04:42Speaker 1: Let's take go.
- 2:04:47Speaker 5: Everything.
- 2:04:59Speaker 1: Stop counting down now from twenty down to one. You
- 2:05:11Speaker 1: can imagine in a way it's like just walking down
- 2:05:15Speaker 1: some steps. In each step or twenty steps, and each
- 2:05:21Speaker 1: step represents a level of comfort. Each step represents a
- 2:05:34Speaker 1: deepening of that comfort, and the furthes you walk down
- 2:05:46Speaker 1: those steps that deeper lags. Do you feel so starting
- 2:06:00Speaker 1: you've twitty twitty ninety eight seven ten sixty fifte fourhhhhhhh well.
- 2:15:38Speaker 13: Hhh ight.
- 2:18:36Speaker 1: D six.
- 2:20:50Speaker 19: FISSI lady.
- 2:24:13Speaker 20: Us D?
- 2:26:43Speaker 1: Did you focus on your wives? A countdown from taking
- 2:26:57Speaker 1: down to one, focusing just on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 2:27:12Speaker 1: the muscles around your eyes, your eye walls themselves, the
- 2:27:21Speaker 1: whole area that makes up your eye. As we count
- 2:27:39Speaker 1: down ten down to one, wants to focus in on
- 2:27:47Speaker 1: your eyes, you become to wasts relaxed with each number
- 2:28:04Speaker 1: counted down that you may find the way you want
- 2:28:16Speaker 1: to do is just drift off to sleep, and that's
- 2:28:25Speaker 1: that's what you want. Then just allow yourself to do that.
- 2:28:38Speaker 1: Now focusing on your eyes and to begin counted down
- 2:28:49Speaker 1: ten down to one.
- 2:28:55Speaker 9: Right now.
- 2:29:31Speaker 6: Nine eighthsiuh.
- 2:33:03Speaker 21: Five shhhhhhu.
- 2:38:02Speaker 13: One.
- 2:38:08Speaker 5: So cut down ten to one.
- 2:38:21Speaker 13: Ten nine.
- 2:38:25Speaker 1: Eight seven, six, five.
- 2:38:36Speaker 6: Four three.
- 2:38:42Speaker 5: Two one.
- 2:38:52Speaker 1: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:38:55Speaker 1: to relax. Maybe it's a bit too.
- 2:38:58Speaker 3: Fast for notice.
- 2:39:01Speaker 1: The calming of your body maybe even a little bit
- 2:39:09Speaker 1: of pressure there, Like you'll count it down from ten
- 2:39:13Speaker 1: to one. Would you expect me to do? Man, expect
- 2:39:17Speaker 1: me to go floppy just because you're counting down. If
- 2:39:27Speaker 1: you try again, but this time will go a bit slower,
- 2:39:33Speaker 1: this time that you focus on the whole of your
- 2:39:38Speaker 1: body before we focus on the legs. Just notice how
- 2:39:46Speaker 1: your body does start to feel more relaxed every number
- 2:40:02Speaker 1: that I count down ten nine, eight, seven, six, five,
- 2:40:53Speaker 1: four three, one, I just notice how how you feel, generally,
- 2:41:52Speaker 1: how your body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting
- 2:42:07Speaker 1: down from ten to one. It's that space that you have.
- 2:42:15Speaker 3: That.
- 2:42:18Speaker 1: Space between being active physically or mentally, just sitting lying down,
- 2:42:41Speaker 1: just being there, not doing anything, not saying anything, oreding
- 2:42:47Speaker 1: to think about anything.
- 2:42:50Speaker 22: So it opens up a space, you know, a bit
- 2:42:54Speaker 22: of a space, a gap. And the more I came
- 2:43:05Speaker 22: down from ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 2:43:13Speaker 1: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation. It's
- 2:43:25Speaker 1: a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or discomforts
- 2:43:39Speaker 1: physically or emotionally, moves.
- 2:43:44Speaker 6: Away.
- 2:43:51Speaker 3: Allows you.
- 2:43:54Speaker 16: To just.
- 2:43:58Speaker 5: Slow down.
- 2:44:02Speaker 1: Someone to count the game from ten down to one
- 2:44:05Speaker 1: and notice that gap widening, the gap and it s
- 2:44:15Speaker 1: it widens. It's almost like that the stress and attention falls.
- 2:44:21Speaker 5: Into the gap.
- 2:44:35Speaker 1: It gives you that distance, that space. Now ten nine eight, seven,
- 2:45:18Speaker 1: six five four three. How did you boy feel? Can
- 2:47:08Speaker 1: you notice that? Do you feel a calm, feel relaxed?
- 2:47:46Speaker 1: Alphas lex just two legs. I'm just gonna start with
- 2:48:09Speaker 1: focusing on your thighs. Of course, it's not the most
- 2:48:29Speaker 1: exciting thing to be done, because I'm sure, like most
- 2:48:36Speaker 1: of your body is not a lot going on right now.
- 2:48:48Speaker 1: Just focusing on the whole of your thighs, the tops
- 2:48:54Speaker 1: of your thighs, decides your fighs, the bottoms of your thighs,
- 2:49:03Speaker 1: outer thighs, and inner thighs. Basically the whole of your
- 2:49:09Speaker 1: thigh that leads.
- 2:49:11Speaker 5: Into your hip and it goes down to your.
- 2:49:20Speaker 1: Kneachd. Now, this is a big area. It's a very
- 2:49:33Speaker 1: heavy area. It's very strong. Probably the strongest muscles in
- 2:49:39Speaker 1: your body ring your thighs. But I don't think we
- 2:49:54Speaker 1: perhaps give enough attention to thighs. Perhaps we don't they
- 2:50:09Speaker 1: acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives, how
- 2:50:29Speaker 1: much they actually differ us all through our lives, and
- 2:50:46Speaker 1: mayhap may seem sound really weird, but I think that
- 2:50:52Speaker 1: all her body parts, especially our thighs, needs tear to
- 2:51:00Speaker 1: see a bit of love shown, a bit of acknowledgement,
- 2:51:16Speaker 1: thank you gratitude for what an thighs do for us.
- 2:51:31Speaker 1: And I know this may sound a bit strange. Maybe
- 2:51:37Speaker 1: you think, why am I sure how should be out
- 2:51:41Speaker 1: in the garden hugging a tree or something. It's hard
- 2:51:49Speaker 1: to set like a phone number a Tree's why I'm
- 2:51:53Speaker 1: doing to seen doors I was, I wouldn't be outside
- 2:51:55Speaker 1: hugging a tree. I can't see the television from the tree.
- 2:52:06Speaker 1: You moved down to your knees. He gain such an
- 2:52:10Speaker 1: important part, and I think we don't necessarily.
- 2:52:19Speaker 5: I'll speak for myself.
- 2:52:23Speaker 1: I don't necessarily appreciate all that I needs to do
- 2:52:28Speaker 1: for me until I have a problem with my need. Occasionally,
- 2:52:35Speaker 1: if I ever, maybe i'll bash it. It's aching for
- 2:52:40Speaker 1: some reason. It's then that I realize how much it does.
- 2:52:49Speaker 1: The benefit of being able to use my legs without
- 2:52:56Speaker 1: any kind of physical discomfort is a beautiful thing that's
- 2:53:04Speaker 1: possibly not appreciating. Tool it's temporarily.
- 2:53:09Speaker 5: Removed, you know, that's comfort. But as you focus on your.
- 2:53:17Speaker 1: Knees, regardless of how your knees feel, you can have
- 2:53:26Speaker 1: that sense of gratitude and love to your needs for
- 2:53:32Speaker 1: all they do for you. You can still have that
- 2:53:45Speaker 1: attention on your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs feel,
- 2:53:52Speaker 1: Maybe notice that they are relaxing more deeply as you
- 2:54:10Speaker 1: focus now on the bottoms of your legs and your shits,
- 2:54:16Speaker 1: your calf buzzles, the bones between your knees and your
- 2:54:23Speaker 1: feet incorporates, and the course of ankles so important. Anyone
- 2:54:36Speaker 1: that's had even like the slightest spray of an ankle
- 2:54:42Speaker 1: knows how how much should we take our ankles for granted.
- 2:54:55Speaker 1: And it's kind of strange in a way where you
- 2:54:57Speaker 1: think that, you know, logically, our wrists are a lot
- 2:55:02Speaker 1: of thinner than the rest of our arms, which is okay,
- 2:55:08Speaker 1: don't you can't see any problem with that because we're
- 2:55:11Speaker 1: just picking stuff up by our ankles so much thinner
- 2:55:19Speaker 1: than the rest of our legs. And from a physics
- 2:55:28Speaker 1: perspective or logical even it doesn't really make sense that
- 2:55:34Speaker 1: all this weight will ultimately be resting on your ankles
- 2:55:43Speaker 1: then lead to your feet. That thin area thick bone. Yeah,
- 2:55:56Speaker 1: it does so much great work. Supports us, supports our
- 2:56:02Speaker 1: body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps
- 2:56:14Speaker 1: you to get around, to be mobile. And there's the
- 2:56:26Speaker 1: calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't
- 2:56:35Speaker 1: see the pointing calf muscles. Didn't seem to do anything. Okay,
- 2:56:41Speaker 1: if worked around tiptoes and my calf muscles get some work.
- 2:56:47Speaker 1: But of course that's not true. The calf muscles are
- 2:56:49Speaker 1: being used whenever we use their legs. The new shins
- 2:57:02Speaker 1: there to protect your lower legs, shaped in a way
- 2:57:13Speaker 1: almost as a protector for the bone, leading course to
- 2:57:26Speaker 1: your ankles and your feet. I'm not going to focus
- 2:57:36Speaker 1: on your feet.
- 2:57:37Speaker 5: I'm just going to focus on the legs.
- 2:57:41Speaker 1: I realize now that I've mentioned your feet, you'll probably
- 2:57:47Speaker 1: focus on anyway. So maybe I should focus on your
- 2:57:51Speaker 1: feet a little bit. You can have them in your
- 2:57:57Speaker 1: awareness this aim, as you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 2:58:04Speaker 1: Even though we haven't been focusing on your thighs a
- 2:58:08Speaker 1: few minutes, we're focusing on your ankles. There's still that
- 2:58:20Speaker 1: sensation of comfort in your thighs. There's that movement of
- 2:58:37Speaker 1: energy because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 2:58:47Speaker 1: there's the muscles, the big strong muscles that we have
- 2:58:51Speaker 1: in our thighs. But the skin on the outside of
- 2:59:05Speaker 1: the thighs, as in the outside of all of our body,
- 2:59:11Speaker 1: can be very sensitive, sensitive to a touch, sensitive to temperature,
- 2:59:29Speaker 1: and inside your thighs the bones, there's the muscles, the
- 2:59:37Speaker 1: blood vessels, the arch trees, to all this stuff inside
- 2:59:43Speaker 1: of thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be nice if you
- 2:59:51Speaker 1: could actually put your fingers inside your thighs and message.
- 2:59:59Speaker 1: You can susu on the outside of the course, but
- 3:00:03Speaker 1: be able to get deep into the muscles, to be
- 3:00:06Speaker 1: able to just message inside your thighs. Message in the bones,
- 3:00:13Speaker 1: your leg massage the veins, just gently.
- 3:00:24Speaker 5: Healing thighs.
- 3:00:29Speaker 1: You can move down. Message inside your knees, just message
- 3:00:37Speaker 1: of those bones with healing fingertips, spreading the healing energy
- 3:00:45Speaker 1: deep into the joints new knees. Of course, the back
- 3:00:55Speaker 1: of your the the inside crease really is it's a
- 3:01:04Speaker 1: very sensitive area. Very it feels very nice when we struck.
- 3:01:11Speaker 1: That might be because it's an area that's not really
- 3:01:15Speaker 1: touched very often. It's almost like a hidden part increase
- 3:01:24Speaker 1: in les. It's almost.
- 3:01:28Speaker 17: Like a part that.
- 3:01:30Speaker 1: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:01:42Speaker 1: it's protected by legs. Legend, put in your fingers to
- 3:01:54Speaker 1: increase legs fold between your legs. You can just message
- 3:02:06Speaker 1: with your fingertips. Your fingertips going inside, massage in the
- 3:02:14Speaker 1: muscle tissue. You can cause fielder the bones of your
- 3:02:23Speaker 1: knees heating from your fingertips. And then if you go
- 3:02:36Speaker 1: down to your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd
- 3:02:41Speaker 1: want to be able to really put my fingertips step
- 3:02:46Speaker 1: inside the calf muscles, massage in every single tissue, the muscle,
- 3:02:57Speaker 1: healing every part. They do the same for my shields.
- 3:03:11Speaker 1: Massage gently stroking the bones, gently stroking them, healing and
- 3:03:19Speaker 1: loving way because they deserve to be treated. There's the
- 3:03:27Speaker 1: precious bones that they are, because our legs are so
- 3:03:31Speaker 1: precious as they all the other parts of our body,
- 3:03:37Speaker 1: the more precious of any chue planet.
- 3:03:51Speaker 5: When you start to think about the legs in this.
- 3:03:58Speaker 1: Way, you can change your perspective. It might sound be
- 3:04:13Speaker 1: it's silly to start the idea of faving love you Felix,
- 3:04:21Speaker 1: show an appreciation your thighs wanting to be as your
- 3:04:30Speaker 1: hands in your thighs, passage the muscles and the clones.
- 3:04:40Speaker 1: Do you get your fingers deep in there releasing tension,
- 3:04:49Speaker 1: just to show.
- 3:04:51Speaker 5: How much you care about your legs, what you care
- 3:04:59Speaker 5: for or your legs do.
- 3:05:02Speaker 18: For you.
- 3:05:04Speaker 5: Regularly, your means, your cards.
- 3:05:10Speaker 1: Your ankles, the strength of your ankles, considering how fit
- 3:05:22Speaker 1: they are compared to the rest of your legs, especially
- 3:05:26Speaker 1: your thighs, and they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things.
- 3:05:42Speaker 1: Ankles are truly a gift because of what they do
- 3:05:52Speaker 1: for you, supporting all now eat, regardless of how what
- 3:06:04Speaker 1: weight you are, even if you eat a stone, still
- 3:06:10Speaker 1: a long weight for these angles, how a lot the
- 3:06:17Speaker 1: heavier the main ston doubled in my course, support my
- 3:06:28Speaker 1: body all the time. Whether they do give off a
- 3:06:35Speaker 1: sight of relief to sit down. That's if my old
- 3:06:41Speaker 1: lickst my thick feetle s, my toast clip. Your legs
- 3:07:14Speaker 1: really are amazing. Can I know? Talking about talking about
- 3:07:23Speaker 1: your legs is probably possibly my most most boring ficture
- 3:07:30Speaker 1: ever heard anyone saying possibly.
- 3:07:36Speaker 9: Boring online.
- 3:07:39Speaker 1: Everything I said is true. Your legs are amazing. Your
- 3:07:54Speaker 1: legs deserve not just respect, they deserve to relax deeply.
- 3:08:14Speaker 1: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:08:20Speaker 1: to just let go completely. Legs really can relax because
- 3:08:57Speaker 1: the legs are so such a very important part of
- 3:09:03Speaker 1: your body. When you relax, makes the rest of your
- 3:09:07Speaker 1: body also naturally follows in that journey of comfort. Feeling
- 3:09:28Speaker 1: my hips, my hips feel really nice, and.
- 3:09:36Speaker 5: Also my lower back as well.
- 3:09:39Speaker 1: My lower back really feels it feels stretched, even though
- 3:09:45Speaker 1: I'm just sitting in a chair and there's no stretching
- 3:09:51Speaker 1: as far as a way that I'm doing. It's almost
- 3:09:55Speaker 1: as if the muscles just relax so much and there
- 3:09:59Speaker 1: is a natural stretch as a tension has reduced. About
- 3:10:24Speaker 1: about count down ten downs, one can continue to fill.
- 3:10:38Speaker 5: Last ten.
- 3:10:46Speaker 1: Nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 3:11:06Speaker 17: Four.
- 3:11:09Speaker 1: Three one relax because I'm just gonna count down five
- 3:11:37Speaker 1: down to one. And as a countdown, you just focus
- 3:11:41Speaker 1: on the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and notice
- 3:11:50Speaker 1: how you feel in this moment as you hear the
- 3:11:58Speaker 1: numbers counting down, knowing that those numbers counting down represent
- 3:12:08Speaker 1: you feeling calmer, not just in a body, but also
- 3:12:19Speaker 1: relaxing your mind.
- 3:12:23Speaker 5: Just notice how you feel.
- 3:12:25Speaker 1: There's nothing to do there's nothing to say, there's nothing
- 3:12:31Speaker 1: to think about. Starting with number five.
- 3:12:47Speaker 5: Four three.
- 3:13:08Speaker 17: To one.
- 3:13:24Speaker 1: As you notice the gradual.
- 3:13:32Speaker 9: Letting go.
- 3:13:35Speaker 1: The tension in your body, you may also begin to
- 3:13:43Speaker 1: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 3:13:51Speaker 1: to slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 3:14:01Speaker 1: It's not really a special procedure.
- 3:14:05Speaker 5: It's just natural.
- 3:14:06Speaker 1: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:14:14Speaker 1: and the more your micro relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:14:18Speaker 1: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 3:14:30Speaker 1: calmness that comes from relative quietness. Even if this background sounds,
- 3:14:41Speaker 1: maybe your side online is still going to be quite calm.
- 3:14:50Speaker 1: You know, you haven't got the television on, there's no
- 3:14:52Speaker 1: music in the background, unless you're listening to the recorded
- 3:14:57Speaker 1: with music. Of course, you're very likely not going to
- 3:15:04Speaker 1: be sitting in a room with other people. Of course
- 3:15:07Speaker 1: you might be, but generally it's the idea if you
- 3:15:12Speaker 1: can do this on your own, so no distractions, and
- 3:15:23Speaker 1: when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation automatically rises. The
- 3:15:38Speaker 1: sense of comfort starts to grow, and without trying to
- 3:15:49Speaker 1: build it up into something fantastical, something magical. This is
- 3:16:00Speaker 1: just a natural process, something that's easy to accomplish. In fact,
- 3:16:14Speaker 1: it's almost you know, the sense of relaxing completely happens
- 3:16:20Speaker 1: really when you put no effort into it. It's not
- 3:16:25Speaker 1: something that you can really force. It's something that happens naturally.
- 3:16:37Speaker 1: A part of the process of this recording and others.
- 3:16:46Speaker 3: Is simply.
- 3:16:49Speaker 1: Two allow you to take advantage of this space.
- 3:17:00Speaker 13: This time, just.
- 3:17:08Speaker 1: Let go, to just be here, to be in tune
- 3:17:20Speaker 1: with how you feel, yet with the intention of wanting
- 3:17:32Speaker 1: to relax deeply, that maybe to fall asleep, depending on
- 3:17:45Speaker 1: what it is you wish for yourself in this moment.
- 3:17:58Speaker 3: As we know, relaxing.
- 3:18:02Speaker 1: Is the majority of the process of falling asleep. The
- 3:18:10Speaker 1: actually fall the sleep part is the tiny bit at
- 3:18:14Speaker 1: the end. The deeper relaxed you become, the easier you
- 3:18:29Speaker 1: find yourself drifting. You can also choose stay focused on
- 3:18:48Speaker 1: my voice.
- 3:18:51Speaker 5: And that really joy.
- 3:19:00Speaker 1: The process congratually relaxing each muscle in your body effortlessly
- 3:19:36Speaker 1: and just observing the sensation of letting go completely. This time,
- 3:20:04Speaker 1: when account from six down to one, you can notice
- 3:20:15Speaker 1: your mind calming down with each number. You hear me saying, actually, feeling.
- 3:20:35Speaker 5: Calm, slow.
- 3:20:41Speaker 1: To peaceful.
- 3:20:48Speaker 23: Six fivehhhhhhhhhh, be aware.
- 3:23:40Speaker 1: How you might to side it, write down, sinking deeply
- 3:23:54Speaker 1: into flaxation as you focus on why, I notice that
- 3:24:18Speaker 1: there are some thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts
- 3:24:26Speaker 1: that for some reason perhaps need your attention. We can
- 3:24:42Speaker 1: do is send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 3:25:00Speaker 18: With love.
- 3:25:02Speaker 1: My door petals for a flower. Just sprinkle over petals,
- 3:25:09Speaker 1: feel with love towards those thoughts, to let those thoughts
- 3:25:16Speaker 1: over them. You're a band in a number. You just
- 3:25:22Speaker 1: need them. You require them to just calm down, slow down,
- 3:25:35Speaker 1: quiet down. Are now so as you focus on those
- 3:25:50Speaker 1: remaining thoughts as we count down this time from seven
- 3:25:56Speaker 1: down to one. With each number, just imagine sprinkling those
- 3:26:05Speaker 1: flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude over those thoughts which
- 3:26:25Speaker 1: you will allow them to just not away, relax deeply.
- 3:26:35Speaker 1: Every number those thoughts will become and all relaxed. Starting
- 3:26:59Speaker 1: if numbers second six, that is so relaxed feeling in
- 3:29:43Speaker 1: your buddy, got to focus on your hands. It's the
- 3:30:05Speaker 1: over like joy had strong body and my dogs. You
- 3:30:31Speaker 1: fuss my my hands and your fingers. It's nothing needed
- 3:30:42Speaker 1: to be done. It's like clenching the fists of dens
- 3:30:47Speaker 1: and the fingers d It's just noticing on your hands
- 3:31:11Speaker 1: feel a kissto but asks your hands feel I can't
- 3:31:37Speaker 1: mind feels confidence your body latist to.
- 3:32:22Speaker 5: Start thinks.
- 3:32:47Speaker 24: Just such.
- 3:33:01Speaker 1: Experience a real deepening of that relaxation in your heads
- 3:33:12Speaker 1: to me as a more relaxed each number eight down
- 3:33:41Speaker 1: to world, can a list.
- 3:33:50Speaker 5: Feel that healing.
- 3:33:53Speaker 1: Relax energy, spread it into your hands, thanks coming relaxing
- 3:34:17Speaker 1: each No.
- 3:34:26Speaker 13: Write down.
- 3:34:28Speaker 1: Ain't down to to drift in to drift him again to.
- 3:34:46Speaker 5: Sports you WI.
- 3:35:00Speaker 25: Seven just be here, nothing to think about, nothing to do,
- 3:38:57Speaker 25: nothing to say, and everything just feels calm.
- 3:39:11Speaker 5: This is your natural state of being.
- 3:39:18Speaker 1: This is how you just normally you take away and
- 3:39:26Speaker 1: that stuff.
- 3:39:30Speaker 5: Add that stress away head.
- 3:39:37Speaker 17: I think.
- 3:39:41Speaker 1: Anxiety take that away now have a sense of pass
- 3:40:14Speaker 1: which caused you is absolutely it's just a feeling, feeling
- 3:40:30Speaker 1: of confidence, just as if she'd got inside the son

- 3:40:54Speaker 1: the film asked as sets for content place we think.
- 3:41:12Speaker 5: Except yourself nice way jose.

- 3:41:41Speaker 1: can like yourself.

- 3:42:23Speaker 1: your body, heaving energy soaking into your body. Energy spreads
