- 0:05Drama Darling, Drama, Darling, Drama, Darling. Hello, everybody,
- 0:20Happy Thursday. It's Drama Darling. It's me Amy Phillips joining me is Emily
- 0:25jeresis Hello, em Hi, Hi Hi. Loving your ventured sweater. I
- 0:31love it so much. It's a green jewel tone for the holiday. Those
- 0:37of you who are listening and not watching, I am trying to pull myself
- 0:44together. You know, just as we were discussing before the podcast started.
- 0:49You know, twenty twenty four is going to bring in not just T shirts
- 0:51and sweatshirts. You know, in the podcast, I'm going to really try
- 0:54and pull myself together a little more. And you know, juse it up
- 0:58a little if you will, me too. And what do you mean I
- 1:00like to do? Is over promised ahead of the new year? Yes,
- 1:03so get ready for it. Yes, you're gonna get some great looks from
- 1:07January eighth through the twenty eighth, and then I'll just go downhill from there.
- 1:15You know just what it'll be. That's what we can promise. We
- 1:19can indeed, happy holidays. Everyone is everyone feeling the holiday spirits. I
- 1:25am. I have a very important errand to run, which is right after
- 1:30the show. I've got to run over to Pottery Barn and get some martini
- 1:34glasses, because here's the thing. My mom was like, what do you
- 1:37want for Christmas? I just don't know what to get you. And I
- 1:40was like, no problem, give me a second, you know. And
- 1:44as I mentioned, I had the greatest martini of my life at the Jeff
- 1:48Lewis Free V Hollywood House Lift season two party, in which I had to
- 1:55stalk Shane down and say, please tell me all of the increased in this
- 2:00martini, from you know, to the olives, to the vodka to what
- 2:06have you, to which I do have the information, and I am poised
- 2:09to spend my holiday drinking these martinis with blue cheese hand stuff, blue cheese
- 2:15olives, which I'm prepared to do. And I don't have proper martini glasses.
- 2:20I will say, I've got the big ones, you know, but
- 2:23they're just too cumbersome. I don't have the cupboard space to have them accessible
- 2:30to me at all times because they're just so tall and cumbersome. Plus they're
- 2:34such a dangerous risk around baby Dworter. So I decided I wanted to get
- 2:39the low, the low ones, you know, the stemless, the low
- 2:44ones. That's the stemless Martini Glas stemless one. I was just thinking how
- 2:47much I love a stem, But go on, I do love a stem,
- 2:51Emily, Don't get me wrong. I love a stem. But I
- 2:54need to be practical because around the holidays, I'm telling you, Madeline uh
- 3:00Ganelli is uh. She's you know, she's got happy feet. She knocks
- 3:05things over, you know what I mean. And so I just worry with
- 3:09Like I know, I've already recruited my mom in to drink Martini's with me.
- 3:14I'm sure my dad will join when they're here. So it's like,
- 3:16I gotta be prepared. I can't have like long stem Martini glasses floating around
- 3:22the house that you know my parents aren't. I can't. You guys,
- 3:24you have a garage for days, just go out in the garage and stand
- 3:28there and drink them out there. It's a great idea. Actually, don't
- 3:32get me. Don't get any punny ideas in my head. I would love
- 3:36to go out to my garage and drink all day. I mean, that
- 3:39is what I would love to do. So, but I gotta cook.
- 3:44I gotta cook, you know, I want. I love to cook around
- 3:46your slid plate. Put a hot plate out there. I got in a
- 3:50hot plate a see you guys later. Mom is in the garage drinking Martini's
- 3:54and cooking on a hot plate. Don't worry, I'll have a fire extinguisher
- 3:58next to me just in case things. So anyway, I'm online and I
- 4:02see these pottery barn They're like a plaid, like they're etched plaid, and
- 4:09they are just so cute, and I was like, these are the ones
- 4:12set of four. So but the problem is is they're just not available online
- 4:15and they're only available in stores because this glassware is selling like hotcakes. So
- 4:21I call my local show picture show, uh, picture show picture Okay.
- 4:28So so then I go and I call the Valencia Mall here in Santa Clarita.
- 4:36Heard of it. Pottery barn plaid etched Martini glasses. This is me
- 4:44talking into my phone. Okay. So and they have them in stock.
- 4:47They have them, they're holding them there for you. Thank you, Emily,
- 4:51thank you. So this is love, that is lucky. Actually,
- 4:57this is the regular glassware that came up. See how they're etched. If
- 5:00you're watching this on Patreon, I love an edged glass. Oh my god,
- 5:04Emily has an etched glass right now. See I love those but uh
- 5:11so, yes, so they're like that, but they but they're flat,
- 5:17Yeah you mean like the Yeah, here are the Martina glasses. See,
- 5:20I got it, God, I got it. Stems. They look like
- 5:24upside down lampshades. I think those are very right. Hat they are happening
- 5:29right now because they totally are her bucket hat is their fucking hat upside down
- 5:35Sunset Tower had stemless Martini glasses. Yes, they are the thing now.
- 5:42But also everybody loves the the stemless wine glass, and I get it,
- 5:49especially bar where it's a hard thing to the man. Do I love a
- 5:54stem? I love a stem And you know what I do love. I
- 5:57love a coop And I hate to get all you know, Patricia, all
- 5:59to you, but I do love I love a champagne coo. I love
- 6:03those types of things. So, yeah, that being said, I got
- 6:06a rush over there. I got to secure my Martini glasses and wrap up
- 6:10that present for myself, put it under the tree. But I'm in a
- 6:14holiday spirit. But I also you know, as you guys know, the
- 6:16Drama Darling hotline has been open for the holidays for you guys to leave your
- 6:20messages on what your Housewives holiday wish is. If you like to do that,
- 6:26there's still time. You can call right now, leave a voicemail seven
- 6:30four seven three two two one two eight eight. I will put it in
- 6:32the podcast notes. But this is for what what is your holiday house Wives
- 6:38wish? Like? Who do you want to come back to the show?
- 6:41What show do you want to be canceled? What show do you want to
- 6:43come back? What you know? What have you? As we listen to
- 6:46the other day, Uh, there was someone who just wanted Bethany to go
- 6:51away. I think that was their holiday wish, right, Yes, so
- 6:56we've got another one. We've got John in Newport. Let's take listen to
- 7:00what John and Newport's Hoffswives holiday wish is? Hey, Amy, what's up.
- 7:04It's John from Newport Beach. Love your podcast, and I think my
- 7:13holiday wish is. I really want to see more Denise Richards on Beverly Hills.
- 7:18I think that's what we're gonna see going forward. I hope, I
- 7:23hope, I hope they need to just bring her back as a main cast
- 7:26member because she's extremely fun to watch. You never know what's gonna happen.
- 7:31She's kind of not built for reality television, which sort of works because I
- 7:36think she's The whole thing with Dorie was she was overly concerned that theive was
- 7:45trying to call something and make her look bad or do something. I don't
- 7:48know, but that was so great. I know you've probably just talked about
- 7:53that on that week's edition of The Real Housewives. Haven't listened yet, but
- 8:00I'm going to. But anyway, I want to wish you a very very
- 8:03happy holiday season and happy new Year, and just we'll keep listening to your
- 8:09podcast. It's fantastic. You make us laugh all the time. That's which

- 8:33on that it's hard to put them all on public, so you got to
- 8:37have a space for that. It's a community of incredible darlings who connect on
- 8:41Patreon, who leave amazing comments, who we just we have a great time.
- 8:46So patreon dot com backslash drama Darling is where you can find me over
- 8:50there. Emily and I are going to be talking about Beverly Hills today,
- 8:56of course, but before we do that, we have a little dished serve
- 9:00up for you guys. Also, this is just in that pottery barn thing
- 9:05was not an ad. I just want you all to know I just found
- 9:07a quality martini glass and uh, BPA free and lead free, and uh
- 9:13that's where I find him. You know what's so funny too. When I
- 9:16was reading it was like BPA free, lead free, and I just remember,
- 9:18like, you know, I'm a child of like I was born in
- 9:20the seventies, but in the eighties I remember my parents being like, these
- 9:24are just some gorgeous lead glass glasses, you know what I mean. And
- 9:30I'm just like, oh my god, what were we drinking out of?
- 9:33Like you know what I mean? Like, no, wonder we all have
- 9:35cancer. It's like, Lord, We're like, look at these gorgeous crystal
- 9:39lead everything. Yeah, these are some just great stemless asbestos martini glasses.
- 9:50Oh. Anyway, so first piece of news again in the theme of holiday
- 9:58we love Kathy Hilton's hell parties. We actually went on a real tangent the
- 10:01other day about Kathy and how many parties she has. Annie Sharp, who
- 10:07does my my reels now for my social media, just cut together us ranting
- 10:13about Kathy's holiday parties. If you want to see that, it's over on
- 10:16my Instagram meeting Phillips. But Kathy posted like tips for the holiday, so
- 10:20I'm just going to in real time play this for my phone on because it's
- 10:24her. It's like one of her reels. So let's just take a listen
- 10:28to what Kathy's tips are. Okay, here we go. All my holiday
- 10:31tips would be when you're doing a big party, I think it's kind of
- 10:37fun to do a buffet, and what we do is we just placed round
- 10:39tables out in the way. Here we do turkey, ham mashed potatoes,
- 10:46just a holiday feast with many different desserts, and people really love it so
- 10:52food. We want so do more tables out there. Just tables can get
- 11:00at very expensive. I enjoy crafting and making these reefs, little dogs,
- 11:05Kay's rich flowers. I amuse them sometimes with a candle in the middle,
- 11:09like a couple of them, or I will scatter them around. I've burned
- 11:13the place down. We've got one of those styrofoam tones at Michael's and blue
- 11:18those on. Also, I do these as arrangements on the table. Boom
- 11:22done. I don't have to worry about it. You don't have to worry
- 11:26about anything. People enjoy their cozy They're not stuffy, fun mix of people,
- 11:33all ages, children, dogs running around. I think you want to
- 11:37make people feel really comfortable, and if you're relaxed, your guests can be
- 11:41relax That's right. I mean, it's true. Everyone's there. I mean
- 11:45except for us, you know, but people do a lot to We're going
- 11:48to start to get a little offended. Kathy, everyone is there, Emily
- 11:54everyone well, I mean it's noticeable who's not. But yes, noticing that
- 12:01we aren't there, I notice that, yep. I just you know,
- 12:07I do know that she loves crafting. I do know she likes making those
- 12:09vintage wreaths. You know, remember how she was like, oh yeah,
- 12:13and this is this is one of Kim's childhood tooths. Loads of teeth that
- 12:18I phoned. I always used to keep Kim's teeth and I just like to
- 12:22upcycle them, put them in the reef. Anyway, just wild. We
- 12:28just love a Kathy holiday theme. Now into darker things, shall we?
- 12:33Oh my god, Emily, are you yeah? My phone foul? My
- 12:35phone foul. Everybody knows, we all know that's all You ever drop your
- 12:39phone on your face? That's the worst. Yeah, oh yeah. A
- 12:43short phone fall of any kind is terrible. Long phone fall, fine,
- 12:48it's gonna be fine. There's not gonna be a crack. You won't get
- 12:50hurt. But short like holding it over your head and dropping it, or
- 12:54like one foot from the ground, shattered, shatter. All right, let's
- 12:58get into some dark news. Okay, I feel like I need some like
- 13:05dramatic music. Actually this kind of makes it seem funny, so I'm gonna
- 13:09take it off, all right. Yeah. Well, what ended up hitting
- 13:18TMZ yesterday is the bodycam footage from a recent altercation. I say, police
- 13:24call to Kim and Kroy's house. And this happened on November twentieth, so
- 13:31I'm sure you all have seen it because everyone's reposting it. And it's the
- 13:35police officer walking up Kroy. He's approaching Kroi. So he approaches Kroi first.
- 13:41There may be another officer or it's the same officer that goes and talks
- 13:45to Kim and she's in a car. They are separated. At this point,
- 13:48someone called the police. We did find out. I believe that it
- 13:52was Brial that called. That's what I saw later, and Kroi is losing
- 14:00his shit, saying things like she's like, you can't talk your you know,
- 14:05I have no life. I have no life. But there's no house,
- 14:07there's no money. She's crazy, she's fucking other men. She wants
- 14:13a divorce one day, she doesn't the next. I don't know what's going
- 14:16on. I have no life. Like he is just losing it, and
- 14:20it is really really sad, really horrific, really awful. And then you
- 14:28go to Kim and she's in the car and she's like, Croy is just
- 14:31I'm just trying. I just said I wanted to get a divorce. And
- 14:35then you're just talking like a crazy person. And then she's crying and she's
- 14:39like, I came back from getting my hair done and I'm like, oh
- 14:43my god, you know, it's the kids are there, they're young.
- 14:48It's it's a horrible situation. Like no more jokes, you know, Like
- 14:52as much as I joke about the Kim thing all day volume up. This
- 14:58was like, really, he shows you the darkness of what's going on.
- 15:03Emily thoughts on where you're at with this recent video, Well I kind of
- 15:09felt well also what Croy was saying with like she's just using this, this
- 15:15is just for her to like use in terms of the spectacle of it,
- 15:20Like I felt like he's in the nightmare and he can't get out, and
- 15:24he's trying to tell the officer like I am living in a fun house at
- 15:30a carnival and I cannot get out of this thing. And then at the
- 15:35same time, like, yeah, you have to take in his size and
- 15:39his strength, and so it's like I would be afraid if I was Kim
- 15:43for sure. But I'm also like everybody just like because this was a while
- 15:48ago, right, November of twentieth wasn't that lot, But I mean,
- 15:54yeah, since November twentieth, I mean, I don't I'm not going to
- 15:58take the time to do it, but they've definitely been together and doing stuff,
- 16:03and I don't know if it's like I mean, he's just holding on
- 16:07for dear life, just trying to get through one day at a time.
- 16:11They both are right and whatever reason, like I can't. I just I
- 16:15don't know. I don't know why we're so interested in them. It wasn't
- 16:18like they were that interesting when they were on TV. And now they're a
- 16:22hot mess train wreck and that's what's This type of stuff is what takes it
- 16:27to the next level. Same Yeah, but it's the same train wreck over
- 16:30and over again. It's like sometimes I just wasn't giving it like credit as
- 16:34if it were that bad, you know what I mean, Oh, it's
- 16:38really bad. This is what made me realize like, Okay, this is
- 16:44really bad. Like I knew it was bad, I just didn't know.
- 16:48I don't know. Well, it says a lot when the kids called too,
- 16:52and we did know that the kids called that one in and to see
- 16:56that, Yeah, also their denial that the kids knew what was like they
- 17:00were outside, It's like, are you kidding? Everybody's kids hurt because this
- 17:06He said, what do you Kroy said, what are you doing here?
- 17:08Why are you even here? And he's like the kids one of the kids
- 17:12called, He's like which one. It's like he's like, they were outside
- 17:15when this is going on. I'm like, yeah, and you're outside screaming
- 17:18your head off. Yeah, Wow, it's traumatic and I don't know why,
- 17:26Like I mean, I hate to say it, but I don't know
- 17:29why. It's every day with these two and I don't understand how like TMZ
- 17:36and everybody keeps picking up the story and then like, in a way,
- 17:40I feel like it fuels Kim. I kind of wish that people wouldn't give
- 17:44this stuff air, Like I know that I am right now, Well I'm
- 17:48making you it's not your fault. No, no, no, I would
- 17:51have I would want I would have talked about it. But then I'm thinking,
- 17:53like this is like Kim's Kim needs the constant chaos of it all.
- 18:02Yeah, she needs chaos, and yeah, I just I don't know.
- 18:07It is a mess. He keeps saying she's a narcissist, narcissist, and
- 18:11I'm like, yeah, well we all knew that. You know. It's
- 18:17kind of going back to your bish therapist too, talking about like her posts
- 18:22the hardest stroke stroke, yeah, yeah, stroke. So I don't know.
- 18:27I think there's a lot to unpack there, but like we just keep
- 18:32getting the fireworks and they're the same exact fireworks. It's like I've seen this,
- 18:36this is what's we know when you think about like, I wonder if
- 18:38they haven't mentioned anything about CPS, But at this point, I would not
- 18:41be surprised if CPS has been called, which is terrifying. Well, but
- 18:47like CPS can be called, like that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Yeah,
- 18:49you're right. You know a lot of the time CPS is called and then
- 18:52years go by when there's like real abuse going on and you know, nothing
- 18:56is done. And it's also like what both of them are, like,
- 19:03you know, there were reliable adults to the kids. So you know,
- 19:07I'm sure if CPS has been called, I'm sure. I'll go ahead and
- 19:11say I'm ninety nine percent sure that they've been called, Like a fan could
- 19:15have called, Like I'm just saying it, like anyone could call them.
- 19:19So I can't imagine they're getting to this case that quickly. But it's also
- 19:25because all they're all so overworked. But yes, I don't think there would
- 19:30be any consequences to that. She was running outside in her robe, yelling
- 19:34and screaming to the neighbors that she was scared of Croy, Right, yeah,
- 19:41I believe that. How would you like to be keivin Croy's neighbor?
- 19:48Oh my God, I would move. Wow, I mean that's extreme.
- 19:52I what if you couldn't move, I'd be like this great family lives next
- 19:57to her enjoy. Would you rather live in a haunted house or sure haunted?
- 20:06For sure haunted? How about you? Because then I'm not responsible for
- 20:11seeing, hearing, or knowing anything your about is going out like, I
- 20:15would not want to live in a haunted house. I would prefer to live
- 20:18next to kimm and Croy. And I would never turn the lights on towards
- 20:25the front, never to keep your TV really loud and just see they would
- 20:30not know I was home. I would leave in and out the back door.
- 20:34I would I would be living undercover again what alife? But I don't
- 20:41want to move. I got a great deal in this house and it's not
- 20:44haunted like my old house. Well, come on over to mine, o
- 20:48boy, Okay, Well we have to talk about Beverley Hills, which is
- 20:55really heating up. Where it's my hobbi dah. I kind of cleaned out
- 20:57my whole thing yesterday. Oh no, oh, here it is. Here's
- 21:00my hobba dah oh hoba dah. Yeah. Yeah, so here we are.
- 21:11We're going to talk about Beverly Hills, and I also want to give
- 21:12you a heads up that when we get to the esophagus part, I have
- 21:18a lot of darlings who messaged me, and I picked some, not all
- 21:23because we won't have time, but I've got several different messages from a lot
- 21:26of people, some in which of which are nurses, a nurse, anestetist
- 21:34in the medical field, someone who some people who have dealt with this,
- 21:37like so, I've got a lot of people who were up in my GMS
- 21:41that I've One of those darlings is in Teddy Mellencamp. Right, No,
- 21:45no, okay, good, Yeah, she did speak to that, right
- 21:49she said something. Oh yeah, oh people are past. Yeah, I
- 21:56saw somebody online. Somebody sent this to me that somebody's calling her, uh
- 22:02John mellen Camp's son in law's wife. They're not even people do not like
- 22:08her. They just I do like her. I haven't heard what. I
- 22:12haven't heard exactly what she's just what she said. I like her old choice,
- 22:17which is probably why I don't want to I don't want to listen.
- 22:18But all right, so let's just start at the beginning of Beverly Hills.
- 22:23Okay, Sutton, we know is planning for her stores anniversary party it's been
- 22:30four years, and she's like, I did it all by myself. And
- 22:37it's like the producer goes, oh, so you didn't use any of your
- 22:41spouse's money to like keep her, and she's like, oh yeah, dude,
- 22:45Well now I had an issue with that because she said that she hasn't
- 22:49worked for seventeen years and she was a mother for seventeen years. Also,
- 22:56you know, we've talked about this and I ended up looking it up like
- 23:00she was with her husband way before he was he launched into this like mega
- 23:04tier of wealth, Like she helped him every step of the way. She
- 23:10might not have been in the boardroom, but that spousal support is there to
- 23:14be like the work that you did to get him where he is and to
- 23:17have functional kids and all that. And so I'm like, spousal support is
- 23:22back pay in my mind, like it's like you're getting paid for the for
- 23:27what you did. So for that question bothered me a little bit. Well,
- 23:32I think there are two separate issues because I completely agree with you.
- 23:33I think that she deserves every penny of the spousal support she gets, and
- 23:37I think, hooray cheers to that. So that in and of itself,
- 23:41to me is a separate issue when she is saying, I have this business,
- 23:45I've done it all myself, and I understand her funding it with that
- 23:49money is hers and that's your point. But what I think is more more
- 23:56the issue is that like, but you've done it yourself from it should have
- 24:03been rewarded, Like were you able to support your store based on the stores
- 24:11you know, incoming money, you know, like all of the money that
- 24:15you made from the store, And the answer is no, because you had
- 24:18to dip into your own pocket. Oh okay, I thought what he was
- 24:22saying was did you capitalize the store on your own? Like you didn't have
- 24:26private investors, which, by the way, like I this is probably a
- 24:29smart business decision to not spend your own money to get a bunch of investors
- 24:33with yourself. But okay, and then I so I thought, that's what
- 24:38like the initial nest egg up at all? But what I am curious,
- 24:42are you profitable? Yeah, that's a great question. Profit is the word
- 24:47that I could not been going to save my life. So that so that
- 24:52is like the privilege of being rich that you can do whatever you want.
- 24:56Yeah, you can have a successful business because you're never going to go under
- 25:00because you can just pay for it to be open. So that's yeah,
- 25:03that's the issue that I have in the sense that it's like, well,
- 25:07you've been open for four years, not because you're profiting so well that and
- 25:11you're such an incredible business I don't want you to take it away from ever,
- 25:12like you're not around for four years because you're such an incredible business person
- 25:18that you were able to keep the doors open based on how well you're selling
- 25:22and profiting, profiting, profiting. It has nothing to do with that has
- 25:25to do with the fact that like, she sells a few pieces, but
- 25:27she's keeping the doors open because she's rich and she can pay the rent and
- 25:33keep the doors open with her own money. That has nothing to do with
- 25:37the profit from the business. So I did think it was a shady question
- 25:41because it sounds like her spouse is the one that's taking care of the business.
- 25:44So to your point, I agree with that. And then from a
- 25:47business point, all the people out there who have businesses that are like cannot
- 25:52keep the doors open because it's so hard. I feel you, you know
- 25:56what I mean, I feel you it's making it look like it's so easy
- 26:00for her to do because of her hard work, and it's just not that.
- 26:03Right that being said, and I'm not sure who said this, but
- 26:07Erica was like, she didn't have to do this. She didn't have to,
- 26:08like, you know, do something that is a female owned business,
- 26:15and like try to spend her time doing something in this in this field of
- 26:19work. And there's definitely kudos to that. So all that said, it's
- 26:25not a perfect scenario, it's not a perfectly honest scenario, but it is
- 26:29what it is. Well, it's a scenario, be honest. It's just
- 26:33that she's not going into the details. And you know, Sutton never wants
- 26:38details from people, and people to be personal and give very personal details about
- 26:44their personal business. So I think it's okay to be hands off with Sutton
- 26:47about her business. I'm like, let's ask some fucking follow up questions of
- 26:52Sutton here, Like she goes in on everyone. I'd like, okay,
- 26:56name sure, marriage, name them marriage, name him, name him,
- 27:03name him, I'm a business woman, name him. Oh my god.
- 27:08It was funny when the party planner came in and was like talking and stuff
- 27:11like that, and she was like, well, you know, I'm just
- 27:14four years and da da. He's like, it's a story. It's like
- 27:18so funny. I love the dramatics. It's a story. Was it was
- 27:22it Avi? Or was it the party planner? Was it av? Oh?
- 27:23That's so funny, he chimes in, it's a story. It's just
- 27:29so good because I'm like, I love the dramatics and he's just so funny,
- 27:34you know. He he really absorbs all the worry out of anybody else
- 27:40in the room. Shotting him be your assistant would be panic inducing inducing in
- 27:45many ways, and I'm starting to understand why. She's like, ahv stop
- 27:49telling me what to do, but your shoes on, your shoes, don't
- 27:55touch that wreath, don't touch that wreath. I love it. He's just
- 27:56like completely wound, so tight. I'm a oested. Yeah, I do
- 28:02like him a lot. Yeah, I hope that he stays. Yeah,
- 28:06he's great. Crystal calls Kyle. Uh no, Crystal calls Sutton about Kyle,
- 28:14and Crystal can't even like look alive on the FaceTime because Sutton's like,
- 28:19she's like huh and she's like, oh my god, what's wrong. I'm
- 28:22thinking Holy thought. She was crying. Yeah, she's like just tired.
- 28:27I'm like, lady, I'm sorry, but this episode really sealed it for
- 28:33me. If I was a house wife, I would be Crystal to the
- 28:37ends of the earth, just even like her being so annoyed with Dereitt confronting
- 28:41her, like and just being like I'm bored, Like that's why I can't
- 28:47be and I'm like, I'm bored with you. I know. Well,
- 28:51I'm telling you, darlings, I would be Crystal to the ends of the
- 28:55earth. No, you would not know, you wouldn't. I would be
- 29:00seeing through the cracks. No, you wouldn't. You wouldn't. I might
- 29:03be in a workout scene where I can get introduced and you see where I
- 29:07live. You want to be a friend of, is what you're saying.
- 29:11I want to be a friend of. But I'm just saying if something happened
- 29:15and I ended up as a wife, I would be like calling shit out
- 29:19exactly like Crystal, and I would be in the shadows and I would last
- 29:23one season. So hats off to Crystal. Yeah, hats off. Please
- 29:33leave. No, I'm kidding, you can leave. So Sutton thinks that
- 29:41Kyle and Durie's accusations about her drinking is ludicrous, and she brings at the
- 29:47point that this could hurt her custodial arrangement, and I was like, bullshit,
- 29:52Oh bullshit what Oh? I was like, that's actually a really good
- 29:56point. Why because she'd have to show that she was an incompetent parent,
- 30:03and she's not an incompetent parent, Like I think, like you'd be pretty
- 30:07hard. Like it is, well, in the state of California, it
- 30:11seems to be very hard to lose custody of your child in terms of and
- 30:15even if you do have a substance abuse issue, if you lose custody for
- 30:19like even like a year, you get it at the end of that year.
- 30:23You get a chance to get your kids back. Yeah, you don't
- 30:26want to risk that. I mean, if you're in a television show,
- 30:29someone's accusing you of being an alcoholic, but alcoholics don't lose custody of their
- 30:33kids. It's like, she's not like she's not living dangerous. They do.
- 30:38They do lose custody because of that. Mary, when not in like
- 30:42this situation. I mean, she'd have to show major incompetence and I don't
- 30:47think that she has shown that. Yeah, but if the ball starts rolling.
- 30:51I think is her worry And I get that. I mean, I
- 30:53think it's a stretch. I think she's just trying to like be like,
- 30:57how dare you this is about my kids? Now you've talked about my kids,
- 31:02and it's like, no, buddy. Also, her kid is in
- 31:06She's using an excuse, is what you're saying. Yeah, her youngest kids
- 31:08in high school, so he can choose where he wants to live anyway.
- 31:12So well, I was thinking it won't matter. All you need to do
- 31:15is hang on for a couple of years and nothing will happen in a couple
- 31:18of years anyway, So you're fine. Yeah, I mean I think in
- 31:22California it's at fourteen you can decide which parent you want to live with.
- 31:26So yeah, but it also has to be court ordered. Yeah, But
- 31:30like Sutton's attorney's great. I know her husband's attorney's great. I love her.
- 31:33You're just so not worried that, like the alcoholic won't effect a custody
- 31:38arrangement. I think it's I'm not a lawyer, but I have been basically
- 31:44a paralegal in a friend or two's divorces in California, and they one of
- 31:49them was where any of them are alcoholics? Uh, drug abuse? Okay,
- 31:56and please don't tell me that they had custody of the kids. Yeah,
- 32:00well that's not good. No, and it and it was fought to
- 32:02the ends of the earth and the parent will get another crack at it at
- 32:09the end of the year. So it's like, yeah, and they still
- 32:13get visitation and everything like that. And I'm telling you it was to the
- 32:15extreme, like insanely documented, and that is that is it's important to have
- 32:23both parents involved in California, So I think some and that is with not
- 32:31Sutton's caliber of a lawyer. So I don't know. I mean, I
- 32:37could be just using examples that I know of, but I just don't see
- 32:40that happening for Sutton. I see her making it a thing. And yet
- 32:45it's not a great look. I agree, but I don't think she's gonna
- 32:47lose. I mean, what where they're like, don't talk about me like
- 32:55this. I this could I could risk you know, custody. This has
- 33:00come up before. I can't think of what it is. But but it's
- 33:04also like, again, the kids aren't little, little little these are teenagers.
- 33:08So it's I appreciate that something wants to look great on camera, but
- 33:14she is so defensive about her drinking anyway, and like her lawyer will be
- 33:20like, look, she said four times today that this is her first drink
- 33:22of the day. Look watch this episode. Yeah, she's been doing that
- 33:25a lot. Yeah for sure. I mean, well, this is my
- 33:31first time drink, like the only like she's like, I'm terrible at speeches,
- 33:36but I do have to say I'm ready to have my first drink of
- 33:39the day. All right, let's talk like she's going after She's going for
- 33:45Kyle's family so hard. And that's like all of a sudden, like you're
- 33:50going to be like, oh, you can't come after me because it's gonna
- 33:52hurt my family. That's why I think Kyle pulled back. I think they
- 33:57had a conversation outside of this or a text message that said something like I'm
- 34:04worried about my custody because of this, and I think Kyle understands that.
- 34:07And I think she was like, well, guess what you f with me.
- 34:10I will go there. I'm going to pull back for now, but
- 34:14if you come for me in this way, I will come back at you.
- 34:16And I think that was a smart way to play for Kyle. Yeah,
- 34:21okay, let's play. Let's play, and darlings. If I'm if
- 34:24I'm incorrect, if our California California lawyers here, let me know. But
- 34:30and then also, I might have you talked to my friend. No,
- 34:34I'm just kidding, all right. So we have a very intense scene to
- 34:39talk about, which is Kyle with her therapist and life coach, where she
- 34:44starts tackling the issues of what's been going on the last year. And it
- 34:46begins with her crying about the issues with Kathy, and we get walked through
- 34:52the history that it started with the agency, which we all knew. Kathy
- 34:58also had a problem with Kyle's book book. I don't remember Kyle's book because
- 35:00I do not know what she's talking about there. She's talking about it.
- 35:05I thought she m I thought she was talking about American Girl. Well,
- 35:08she said her book, her store, American Woman. Those were the things
- 35:14her American Woman. Yeah, the agency, her book, her store,
- 35:17American Woman. So I don't know what she's talking about with her book.
- 35:20Maybe that was the screenplays in mind, that's what I thought it was.
- 35:25Okay, but yeah, you're right, maybe it must be. And then
- 35:29she says on May first, her best friend took her life, and we
- 35:34hear her talk about Lorraine, that it was her best friend from the age
- 35:37of seven, and that she was her closest friend. She was the one
- 35:42that she went to to talk about her sisters. She was in charge of
- 35:45Kyle's will, her children, should anything happen to her, her money,
- 35:51should anything happen to her. She says that she was so together and she
- 35:54doesn't know what happened. And boy, this struck me to my core.
- 36:00I know, I mean, she was the running she was the person that,
- 36:02is something happened to Kyle would take over for her kids. Yeah,
- 36:07like and r and is running her estate. Basically, should something happen,
- 36:14not Kathy now, not him. No. I that was shocking to me.
- 36:20It was, and it made a lot of sense. And and oh
- 36:24my god, Like I have a friend who has been my friend, Kelly,
- 36:28from the we met when we were like five years old, and I
- 36:31just equated to the same thing. And I just was crying. I just
- 36:36like, I can't even imagine, and I don't know what happened, and
- 36:42for her to not know what happened, I just don't understand the story.
- 36:46I don't there's a lot of questions. I hope that I'm just so curious
- 36:52to it. Not because I'm like I got to get into the weeds with
- 36:54Kyle's business. It's more like, well, what do I need to look
- 36:59for my friends? Like that kind of thing, you know what I mean,
- 37:01Because if you know someone that, well, you're just like, well,
- 37:05I need to protect them, So tell me what I look for.
- 37:07But yeah, that was I knew that it was. Kyle seems to have
- 37:13a million best friends, and not that that takes away from that friendship.
- 37:16I just maybe was like, oh, it was a close friend and that's
- 37:20really sad, right, I didn't realize it was like the friend, it's
- 37:23the friend. Yeah yeah, And like every year, I know they used
- 37:27to go on this shopping trip. She does, like this shopping trip around
- 37:30the holidays with all of her girlfriends and stuff, and I think Lorraine is
- 37:35always there, Like I always remember seeing pictures of Lorraine and a lot of
- 37:38posts very consistently, always a birthday post about her. Yeah, yes,
- 37:47God. And you know when you think about Kyle and you think about her
- 37:51life and why, like this is all happening. She lost her mom when
- 37:55she was young. You know her father, Like, I don't even know
- 38:00the story of her father. I don't even think she has a relationship with
- 38:04her father. No, No, her father was cool. Her father was
- 38:07the one that Kathy loved too. It's her mother that because Kyle and Kathy
- 38:15have a different dad. But Kyle and Kim's dad loved Kathy like his own
- 38:21and they all loved their dad. Is the dad's not still alive though,
- 38:25right, I don't think so. But they loved him. Yeah, No,
- 38:30good dad, but he the mom kind of pushed him out, yes,
- 38:35yes, but not to say that Kyle doesn't miss her mom like this
- 38:37whole time. I mean, having a no her mother figure not around.
- 38:42And then it's like Kathy and Kyle a lot of the issues there, and
- 38:45then knowing that she's having marriage problems using her best friend, it's all coming
- 38:51to a head. It just makes so much sense, and it really,
- 38:53you know, the spotlight starts to narrow in on why everyone is looking at
- 39:00Morgan and saying, like, why is this bizarre friendship of relationship happening here?
- 39:05And like it's really not that fucking bizarre. Actually, at the end
- 39:07of the day, when you crunch the numbers and you think she needs someone
- 39:13outside of her circle. She needs someone who's different, she needs somebody who
- 39:16can shake things up a little bit. Obviously her music spoke to her.
- 39:21The therapist said to her, what Lorraine represents for you, you still need
- 39:25you need a safe place. And I think she's using Morgan, and I
- 39:30mean not using Morgan is her safe place and that's what that is. And
- 39:35she's like, I'm doing all the things that can make me stronger. I'm
- 39:37like exercising, I'm doing this, I'm doing that. And she's talking about
- 39:40whether or not, like Kathy is not in her life right now. The
- 39:44therapist is saying, like, it doesn't matter if it's blood, because people
- 39:46keep saying she's blood. She's blood. She's like, it doesn't matter.
- 39:50He says, it doesn't matter. And if it's gonna rather Russell Feathers,
- 39:54it's so be it. Doctor Laura has always said, who is Russell Feathers?
- 40:02Sorry to shame my friend, who's Russell Feathers? Oh that's really funny.
- 40:16Kathy, are you kidding me right now? River Bamba Storm, are
- 40:22you getting me? Get out of the way? My life coach is here
- 40:27just so intense, and this all hearkens back to a couple of weeks ago.
- 40:30Your bisch therapist, who has an amazing podcast you can listen to anywhere,
- 40:36did a post on her Instagram. You can follow her there. Your
- 40:38bisch therapist talked about how Kyle is having survivor's guilt and what she's going through
- 40:45right now during the season has a lot to do with the loss of her
- 40:47best friend, and Kyle had reposted that on her stories. Yeah, and
- 40:53a lot of people gave her a lot of shit. You know, they
- 40:55are also equating. You know, we never talked about this, but like
- 40:59a lot of people are like saying, oh, so, Kyle, you're
- 41:01saying about Yeah, Kyle, you're saying, this is the reason why you
- 41:06know you're grieving. You want people to give you grace. Well, what
- 41:08about like LVP when she lost her brother, and I say, the two
- 41:13things exist. I agreed with Like, I really was so confused during that
- 41:20season of Beverly Hills when people were not giving Lisa vander Pump any love for
- 41:27what she's going That was awful. It was the wrong time to take down
- 41:31LVP. The sentiment was okay because if in fact she's planting stories and not
- 41:37admitting, admitting to certain things, and she's doing these things behind the scenes
- 41:40for so many years. Fair, absolutely fair, But there's a time and
- 41:45a place and that wasn't the time and it wasn't the place. And I
- 41:49did have a problem with that, I think, and I thought then and
- 41:52I think now Kyle owed Lisa the grace and an apology. Agree, that
- 41:59doesn't mean that, Like, all you can do is learn in life,
- 42:01That's all you can do. And so it's like, I bet Kyle learned.
- 42:06I bet she. I wouldn't be surprised if she hasn't reached out to
- 42:09Lisa privately in some way to be like I'm going through this and sorry,
- 42:16like I'm not saying that she has to do that, but yeah, but
- 42:21it doesn't take away that, like, your friend dies, so you have
- 42:23to be like, you know, I wasn't kind to Lisa Vanner Pump,
- 42:27So I'm just gonna not grieve, like what, oh yeah, any separate
- 42:32things, two separate things, and they can both exist, you know,
- 42:37yeah, roughly, and we should have. And and just because Kyle was
- 42:43that way to Lisa doesn't mean we can't sympathize with Kyle. I feel horrible
- 42:46for both of them. Yeah, absolutely, yeah, I had for Lisa
- 42:51during that time. That was terrible. Yeah, Also watch it and wasn't
- 42:57Kyle wasn't doing things like Lisa vander Pump was doing. So in a way,
- 43:01it's tough because it's like, well, Kyle didn't like make her bed
- 43:05in such a way that she has to lie in it and answer to it,
- 43:07whereas Lisa did on some level. But people didn't have the wherewithal,
- 43:14the strength, the empathy to put that aside for a goshdar in second at
- 43:17least a season and give her a break and say life is more important than
- 43:22this petally little bullshit on a reality show and Radar online, you know so,
- 43:29and I you know, I still have a problem with that, but
- 43:31yeah, that being said, really rough sad scene to see Kyle like that
- 43:36and what a what a point in life that she's at and that scene with
- 43:39Mauricio and he like kissed her. She wanted to get that hell out of
- 43:44there, and I was like, don't touch her, don't you touch her.
- 43:45I felt like Carrie Bradshaw and I'm like, you stay away from her,
- 43:49you know, I mean, I felt like Charlotte, stay away from
- 43:52her. Weird you know. Yeah, it was just uncomfortable because I think
- 43:58like they where she was really trying her best to be there and he was
- 44:04acting, and it was just like felt weird. So she can't act anymore.
- 44:07She's done. No, she wants to be real you know about it.
- 44:13Yeah, and then he had to kind of the whole thing was so
- 44:15weird because she's clearly the thing that the only thing that she is hiding is
- 44:22she is protecting him in terms of something went down. I am almost positive
- 44:28and she's protecting him and I allegedly kids. I was just going to say,
- 44:35she's more that she's protecting the family, not so much him, but
- 44:38this idea of the family. Yeah, that's right, and she's going to
- 44:43go to bat for her family. Yeah barely. I mean, she is
- 44:46doing the best she can, but it's clearly Yeah. Okay, So Kyle
- 44:52facetimes with Morgan and they're basically talking about you know, in Kyle's confessional,
- 44:59she's talking about why this friendship is different because she knows she's gonna get roasted
- 45:04by her, you know, m And I mean, I don't know,
- 45:08it's just I mean, Kyle's got that report. Ah, I'll just I
- 45:15thought you fight till I picked up. We'll get hi, Kyle. What
- 45:19are you wearing around your neck? What are you lay you today? I
- 45:22don't know. Maybe it's from some other family that I'm the mother of in
- 45:24some distant land. You're so funny, you stupid bitch. No, I'm
- 45:30kidding. I love you. Oh my god, that's so mean. I
- 45:36went a little blue there. Sorry, thank you for roasting me, Morgan.
- 45:38Would you say I was like an eight and a half? O?
- 45:44The Marcella scene was tough. I thought, you know yourself, any favors
- 45:50don't get to comfortable on this show. That title card is already deleted because
- 45:57Anne Marie is not coming back. Oh really, No, I'm kidding.
- 46:00I don't know. I don't know. I'm just saying, how can you
- 46:02move forward? How can you move forward with the scandal on your back?
- 46:08If they split up, that's how she comes back? Yeah, No,
- 46:10you're right, you're right, You're right, an eight and a half at
- 46:13everything? If they if yeah, if nothing had ever happened with him,
- 46:20that was still one of the most horrible ways to introduce your marriage. Yeah,
- 46:24not good, not not cute. Now, if I said I was
- 46:31an eight and a half at everything, totally acceptable. If she said that
- 46:36she was an eight and a half at everything, totally acceptable. Yeah,
- 46:38someone else saying that about you quoting it as though he's a Romeo is not
- 46:45the way to do it. And the fact that she wasn't kind of laughing
- 46:52about it, but it was also like no, like really think about it,
- 46:55really really, but it's a compliment, like a babe, babe only
- 47:06if you say it. You know, when she was like, I gotta
- 47:10go find purple Dinosaur or whatever, and I was like, she's got to
- 47:13run all the way upstairs. I'm like, gotta love having a small house,
- 47:15like I don't need to run to the end of like god knows where.
- 47:21I'm not in a Kim k mansion where I'm like, yeah, you
- 47:24know, my god, I like do get this and it's like everything is
- 47:28with on arms reach it just cozy quarters is the best. I'm always for
- 47:35Kathy Hilton's parties. She loves the cozy corner. She loves that corner,
- 47:38the one corner, the Christmas part the one particular and it make it cozy.
- 47:44That's her holiday tip. Holiday tip from Kathy Hilton. So now we
- 47:49go to the Sutton concept anniversary party, and you know who's in the background
- 47:53that we never did we get a subtitle for Did you see it? Megan
- 47:58King Edmunds, Yes, I didn't. Some I think, uh was it
- 48:02just somebody screen grabbed and and sent it to me like I But I did.
- 48:07But then I watched the episode because I hadn't watched it yet, and
- 48:12I was like, you're absolutely right. Though I'm realizing they didn't even give
- 48:15her a subtitle. I don't think, all right, a name card.
- 48:19They didn't give her a name card. Weird? Oh well, yeah.
- 48:23The the winner of the night. The winner of the episode is when during
- 48:29the Esophagus conversation, Kim says to Kyle, I think Sutton needs a little
- 48:36work here. I brought my markers. Oh my god, did you hear
- 48:40that? Oh? I heard it. Kim is an energy, She's just
- 48:45I know that she feels energy, but she is an energy. It is
- 48:49a very specific thing she brings. She's like, we love Kim, we
- 48:54love Kim, we hold Kim, and I'm so glad that like she there
- 48:59are moments where I'm like, she's doing really good now, you know,
- 49:02like she's doing good, and I love that. I love seeing her.
- 49:06I love that these two look like they're so they're short. You know,
- 49:08they're very petite, these two, Kim and Kyle. And then they're just
- 49:12like bopping around in front of the Suddon concept and they kind of pass through
- 49:15the door. They passed the door and then they have to back up and
- 49:16they're like the Bobsy twins and they're just so cute together when I love when
- 49:21the sisters get along. Yeah, Kim's like a little little sprite. She
- 49:27is a little sprite. She's a little sprite. I love from She's always
- 49:31like on her toes, like playing defense, and her thighs must be fucking
- 49:37strong as shit because she's always like like down low and shuffling around. She's
- 49:44always shuffling. It's the Kim shuffle, Yeah, bobbing and weaving. Yeah,
- 49:50she's getting the conversation. She fucking she uh played defense in that conversation,
- 49:54Like she cut in between that conversation Sutton was having and then like and
- 50:00weaved and then introduce markers. Yeah, because like I'm an artist. No,
- 50:07I mean I color on my walls. Oh so great, so good.
- 50:15And I felt bad for her too when Sudden decides to make her like
- 50:20statement and for her strength of this minute everybody. And then poor Kim was
- 50:23like, I think she's saying that because I'm an addict. I was.
- 50:25My heart broke a little bit for her, and Kyle was like no,
- 50:30no, no, but yeah, I just I felt bad for her.
- 50:34The depths of Kim Richards. You know. Yeah, I love her like
- 50:37you did. You can dig for oil like she she she's deep, man,
- 50:43she has gone deep in her life and woof, that was really yeah
- 50:47for her to say that, and it did hit me. Hit me.
- 50:51This was a very emotional episode in many ways, and again it really serves
- 50:57to my like it's hard to not be loyal in certain instances with housewives,
- 51:02Like I try to be unbiased throughout the ten plus years that you know,
- 51:08I've been doing this, and you know, and land in a place when
- 51:13it comes to the Richard sisters where I can't help but be loyal to them
- 51:17as a family. I can't help it. This is where I've landed,
- 51:21Like I really pull for them, I really root for them. I respect
- 51:27them on a level for not only showing their lives and all of their issues,
- 51:35all of their things, but when you get the vulnerability from Kim.
- 51:39That's what really brings it to the next levels when you see Kim on there,
- 51:43you know. So Sutton does her speech. She's bad at speeches,
- 51:47and then basically Kyle and Sutton end up making up, which was great.
- 51:54Kyle does retract and say like she clarifies, which I don't think that she
- 52:00was saying this, but she does pull back from it. Like we said
- 52:02earlier, which is that the other night I was saying that you had too
- 52:06many, not that you had a problem. And I think that she was
- 52:08doing Sutton a favor. She was pulling back on that accusation, which we
- 52:13know she was probably saying, and she could have gone further with it,
- 52:15but she's gonna pull back. So they agree to like get into a good
- 52:20place, and Sutton apologizes and apologize to say for saying that Kyle was in
- 52:24denial, Kyle, you're not in the nihle So oh, but you know
- 52:30what, I thought it was gross. This was beforehand when when uh,
- 52:36well I was in Sutton's interviews, so was after the event when she's like,
- 52:39yeah, she brought Kim here because yeah, she needed it. I
- 52:43was like, I don't like Sutton to your point about the sisters. I
- 52:46don't like Sutton getting trying to get in the middle of that in a bad
- 52:50way. I hate that MM and it's like she no, Sudden, she
- 52:53doesn't have anything to fucking prove to you no about her sisters, and she
- 52:59does with her No, they're not her clout. They might be your clout
- 53:02in Sudden, but they're not Kyle. So now, yeah, I didn't
- 53:07like it. I didn't like it either. Yeah. I think she's gonna
- 53:12have to speak to that at the reunion because some of these confessionals that and
- 53:15when Garcel alluded to Duret's break in to being a setup, and Crystal recently
- 53:24said on I think The Housewives After show that she didn't like that Garcel did
- 53:29that. Was she with Garcel when she said that, or she just said
- 53:32it, Oh interesting, she's with somebody else. But yeah, So Sutton
- 53:38does apologize and she's like, I went for the jugular. Now Sutton starts
- 53:45calling out to Read for saying she has a drinking problem. Dread for some
- 53:49reason instead of just addressing it in the moment, just is this whirling derbush
- 53:52and just leaves and is like, well, I'm going to sort this out
- 53:54with Crystal and then goes over to Crystal and like, this is a cartoon
- 53:58right now. And then I did think it was funny that Christal's like,
- 54:01you don't want to be on the other end of a sudden interrogation. I'm
- 54:07sorry, I agree with That's where I'm like, you know what, Crystal,
- 54:09you are me? I am you? We are wine. That was
- 54:13true, because that was yeah, so let's talk about this whole thing.
- 54:17Anne Marie says to to Sutton, you have neuropathy, so you probably take
- 54:24gab penton. So's like, yes, I take it, and I can
- 54:30have a drink. And Amory's like, but you can't. Sounds like but
- 54:32my doctor said I can. Amory's like, but medically you're not supposed to.
- 54:37But whatever. And then she says to Kyle, like what she's saying,
- 54:40she's saying things that don't make sense. And Ky's like, oh yeah,
- 54:43I like the esophaga is saying. And then Amory, did you,
- 54:45by the way, Amy, in that moment, did you notice what Kyle
- 54:49did? What she reapplied. She reapplied her lipstick just like Kathy Hilton,
- 54:53Like Kathy, Yeah, And it gets tense in Paris and Love Kathy's just
- 55:00plying lip glass whenever she's like uncomfortable in a moment which we are gonna cover
- 55:05Paris and Love. Yeah, yeah, and she even says she's like,
- 55:07well I need some lipstick for this. Yes, we're starting to go down
- 55:12the esophagus pipe pipeline. Yes. Yes. Anne Marie essentially says a narrowesophagus
- 55:20is a symptom of something. It's not a medical diagnosis. You just chew
- 55:22your food more. Sutton obviously has a real problem with this, and she's
- 55:27like, if you have a problem about it, you go to you go
- 55:29and get treatment for that. Sudden's like, I'm not getting treatment. She
- 55:31says, your reason for not eating food because of a narrow esophagus doesn't make
- 55:37sense. Sutton's little one liners were actually very funny. She's like, do
- 55:40I have a doctor's appointment right now? Do you need my insurance cards?
- 55:45And then she says my brother has it, he gets his stretched out.
- 55:49I choose not to do that. And then she says should we all go
- 55:52and get are esophagus is stretched which is hilarious because that is something you would
- 55:58do in a housewives show. And then of course Erica for the wind says,
- 56:02I just said to get a blow job, give one, and then
- 56:07you know I mean, of course. So here's what I'd like to discuss.
- 56:15We've got a couple people who who have weighed in on this. Now.
- 56:20Aaron says that she wants to give some some context to sutton esophageal issues.
- 56:27She says, obviously I don't know what she has, but I have
- 56:29something called GURD, which is gastroesophageal reflux disease. I take medicine for it.
- 56:34But before I started taking meds, I had horrible acid reflux that created
- 56:37scar tissue in my esophagus and I was constantly choking on food. I've gone
- 56:42to the hospital a few times because of it. It's very scary. You
- 56:45can still breathe because it's not in your windpipe, but it is painful and
- 56:47it feels like you may stop breathing because your windpipe is compressed. I had
- 56:54to have aesophageal dilation twice, where they insert a balloon into your throat and
- 57:00break up the scar tissue. Now that I've been on stretching, I wonder
- 57:04if that's what she with Sudden said her brother had. It could be,
- 57:07but she's saying she had scar tissue. Now that I've been on medication for
- 57:09years, it helps a lot, but I still have a small esophagus and
- 57:13have to be extra careful when eating. I'm guessing someton has something similar.
- 57:16No, you shouldn't drink or smoke or eat spicy food, but that's not
- 57:21always easy to do. And then she said that Anne Marie goes way on
- 57:27a line by saying what she's saying. Now another person Marine says that Sutton
- 57:36it might be something called esophagitis, is so synphilic esophagitis something that she has,
- 57:44which is a chronic inflammation of the esophagus from too many as sinfhiless,
- 57:49usually the body's response to allergies to food or various other things. What happens
- 57:54is that it can easily get stuck in the esophagus, leaving you only being
- 57:59able to spit because the saliva can't get past the lodged food. I have
- 58:04had three emergency endyscopies over the years to get the food out, and one
- 58:09where they went in to stretch my esophagus to stop it from continuing. I
- 58:14also have had to have had to eliminate a whole host of foods for my
- 58:16diet after rigorous allergy testing from my allergy due to the diagnosed by taking a
- 58:22biopsy of the esophagus to determine the amount of as sinphilists that are in there.
- 58:30It's an emergency and stressful condition, which could explain why she hasn't discussed
- 58:37it if in fact that's what it is, so like she had to go
- 58:40to the emergency room has something to do with allergies. Another thing is that
- 58:49somebody else says that I'm a nurse anesthetist as well. Esophageal strictures are treated
- 58:55with a dilation procedure and can't be ignored. Not being able to swallow for
- 59:00four days is an emergency and could end in death since you were unable to
- 59:05at least not intake water. I'm not sure what is going on. Who
- 59:08knows. I can see why Anne Marie would have a thought, would have
- 59:13thought that this is weird. And then Lisa Lowell, who's a darling,
- 59:17says esophageal stricture refers to abnormal narrowing of esophageal lining presents as difficulties swallowing factors.
- 59:25Risk factors include alcohol use and gourd. The esophagus can be dilated by
- 59:30balloon and done during in endoscopy. So all of these are all kind of
- 59:36saying the same thing. In many ways. It is sounds like a serious
- 59:39condition. It does not sound good. She probably should not be drinking.
- 59:44I personally have gourd as well. I have acid reflux. I have to
- 59:47take medicine every night. If I do drink too much, it absolutely affects
- 59:52it. I don't have a narrow esophagus. But like it all comes together
- 59:57and it's concerning, needless to say, Okay, okay, that is my
- 1:00:02ted talk. That was a lot of information and we're gonna send that right
- 1:00:07over to Sutton and Amrie. I don't think Anne Marie like I think that
- 1:00:15she's a little ignorant this situation. I'm not gonna work. And I think
- 1:00:17she's speaking on a turn and I don't like it. And uh, I
- 1:00:21mean I think we spoke out a turn as well, but not to Sutton's
- 1:00:25face. But we always that's our job. Yes, speaking of uh yeah,
- 1:00:37I mean absolutely there could be. There could be a whole host of
- 1:00:40issues going on there. My my whole thing was like sudden if you don't
- 1:00:45want the heat on. I think at the end, I'm just trying to
- 1:00:49say, if you don't want the heat on you, then stop going for
- 1:00:52the same nugget with Kyle over and over again. After she has been very
- 1:00:58clear with you. I think so eventually Kyle's going to fight back and start
- 1:01:05calling up some things that don't make sense to her. So yeah, and
- 1:01:08I think that's kind of where I was coming from, was trying to be
- 1:01:13like, sidle up to Kyle on this, you know, well they're getting
- 1:01:16about yeah, yeah, But I think she was trying to get her back
- 1:01:21as opposed to being, you know, an actual unbiased person in the medical
- 1:01:25field instead of like it was a little reckless, but what are you gonna
- 1:01:30do? Uh, Needless to say, it's real. I believe it's real,
- 1:01:35and it sounds concerning to me. Mm hmmm hmm. Sounds like we're
- 1:01:40pretty bored about it. I mean, it's not that I'm I mean,
- 1:01:44like, I can't. I certainly have things to say, but well,
- 1:01:51you know, I'm kidding. No, I'm kidding, I'm kidding. You
- 1:01:52don't have to say, you know. The thing of it is is that
- 1:01:57you know, this is a story. This is a story much less story
- 1:02:00concept. It's a story, so we we don't know all the answers.
- 1:02:07But yeah, maybe some days I have And I'm not taking away like I
- 1:02:12absolutely think someton has this thing. It's not about that. It's more about
- 1:02:15like thet it. No, it's like it's like, all right, well
- 1:02:22then, like just know if everything's fair game for you, Sutton, in
- 1:02:28terms of going after somebody and they've addressed it, eventually they're going to start
- 1:02:31pushing back and they might bring some things up that are uncomfortable for you.
- 1:02:35To just be ready. It's kind of how I feel. I feel the
- 1:02:37same way. Buckle up, you know. And it's not it's not like
- 1:02:40if it can be your medical condition, it can be your previous marriage,
- 1:02:45anything that could be your business. Yeah, because because you took the gloves
- 1:02:50off, Sutton, So just be ready. She plays like that, she'll
- 1:02:53playless. She's fearless. Like we said she punched the ball. Yeah,
- 1:02:59but she's as soon as she's fearful though, as soon as it's like,
- 1:03:04oh yeah, what about this with you, buddy, and then she's like,
- 1:03:08oh that's off limits. I'm the chairperson of a ballet and how dare
- 1:03:15you? And you know. So it's like no, no, no,
- 1:03:19no, no, no, no, you wanna you want to play,
- 1:03:22Let's play, you know, let's play. Let's uh. Kyle was on
- 1:03:28Amazon Live, I believe it was yesterday and yeah, she's like, somebody
- 1:03:34asked, have you seen Sutton and she was like, yeah, I saw
- 1:03:36her at a Christmas party. Of course. It was like, yeah,
- 1:03:37Kathy, sure it was I saw this. I did see this, okay,
- 1:03:43and she was like she was like, hi, Sutton, you know,
- 1:03:46and she was like, and Sutton's gave her kind of that look that
- 1:03:50we all know was just kind of that Betty Davis like, so we saw
- 1:03:52it in this episode when Kathy, yeah, were when they came and Kyle
- 1:03:57came up, It's really like it's so dramatic. It's very Turner classic movies
- 1:04:08dramatic. It's you don't see that kind of acting these days, and it's
- 1:04:11real. It's yeah, there you go, there you go. It's very
- 1:04:15Tennessee Williams. So she was Kyle said, she gave her that look that
- 1:04:19we all know, and and Ston was like, what are you doing?
- 1:04:24And Cau's like, I'm breaking the eyes. I'm just trying to say.
- 1:04:27I'm like trying to break the eyes and she's like, well and it just
- 1:04:31was so weird and awkward, and so they're not you know, they're just
- 1:04:38they're not in a great place. Yeah, So I think something's going to
- 1:04:43come out of this season. Kind of surprised at like how she comes off,
- 1:04:50I would think. But here's the thing, like I won Sutton on
- 1:04:54the show. I love her. God, yeah, oh my god,
- 1:04:57great cast. Yeah it And so I'm just I wonder when Crystal's gonna show
- 1:05:04up though, Like is she on this season any second now? Okay,
- 1:05:08any second now, we'll see her in the credits event. Garcel is snooze
- 1:05:13fast this season so far too. It's fine. Sometimes you got to have
- 1:05:16your sleepers if there's other things going on. Like, I'm fine with it,
- 1:05:20you know, felt this way about I don't feel that about Garcel.
- 1:05:24It's just there's nothing fair to do right now. There's nothing. You can't
- 1:05:28have everybody doing everything at one time. I'm not now. She's a perfect
- 1:05:30assists. She sets it up a lot of times, and yeah, I
- 1:05:36think that's yeah, everyone's got to sit back every once in a while.
- 1:05:41And this is a season where Crystal and Garcel are sitting back. Same with
- 1:05:45Erica. I mean, the only one who's not going to be sitting back
- 1:05:48are Kyle and Sutton. And that's just the facts. Like same with Orange
- 1:05:53County and Jersey. You know you have your fixtures. Well, actually Jersey
- 1:05:58sometimes a lot of the times they all really get in there. Ptolmaic,
- 1:06:01they all really get in there. There are certain cities where people really can
- 1:06:05have the they have the luxury of sitting back, and that's, you know,
- 1:06:11good for them. And look, if it's not your time to sit
- 1:06:14back and you force it, we all see it. And that's we have
- 1:06:17to right now at Salt Lake, like, oh, all of a sudden,
- 1:06:20you're going to stand up and scream or throw this glass Like I'm a
- 1:06:25girl, you're on your an assist this season. I know, no,
- 1:06:29No, I think she's okay being in the Greek mafia. She's got to
- 1:06:32stand up and throw shit. But that not not at that Okay, you're
- 1:06:38right, that was so stupid. I'm not gonna lie. Right at that
- 1:06:42chore gathering, we got Garcela and Jade and girlfriends super cute. We got
- 1:06:46Erica facetiming with her mom telling her that she finalized her deal with her residency
- 1:06:50in Vegas, and that's pretty much it. I think we covered it all,
- 1:06:56right. Yeah, it's a good episode eight point five. Oh and
- 1:07:00then we have like a season or no, a mid season trailer that we
- 1:07:04just I didn't watch it yet. I didn't watch it yet. Did I
- 1:07:10probably? I don't know. It was like I feel like I feel like
- 1:07:13we lived it. We know it's happening, so I feel like we got
- 1:07:17plenty of time to talk about what's common in the other episodes. But I
- 1:07:21think Sutton was tonguing. Somebody was like, would any of you be a
- 1:07:26lesbian or would any of you like be in a relationship with a woman?
- 1:07:30Is the big topic, this big SoundBite from the trailer. Oh yeah,
- 1:07:34I did hear about it. I didn't watch it. Yeah, it's honest.
- 1:07:38Yeah, okay, you know what I mean. That's fine. Whatever
- 1:07:41you do is going to have hurdles. Well, I captain, I captain
- 1:07:47my captain. And we got to also like Ultimate Girls Trip has begun.
- 1:07:53Oh my god, Emily, Ultimate Girls Trip has just begune. The first
- 1:07:57four episodes is it three or four have dropped on Peacock As of today,
- 1:08:00it's Thursday. We will be covering that. I'm not sure when and how,
- 1:08:04but we're gonna do it. Don't you worry about that? Yeah,
- 1:08:09and then tomorrow's Southern Charm with Deanna Winterhouse is the bonus episode this week with
- 1:08:14Angela and by god, Emily, we're back again on Monday. Right back
- 1:08:19baby, Yeah, very exciting. Follow Emily on Instagram. She's there on
