  in

  feels
• 0:04
  very
• 0:04
  like
• 0:05
  God,
• 0:05
  wink,
• 0:06
  universe,
• 0:07
  message,
• 0:08
  whatever.
• 0:09
  And
• 0:09
  I'm
• 0:10
  really
• 0:11
  excited
• 0:11
  about
• 0:12
  just
• 0:12
  like
• 0:12
  this
• 0:12
  new
• 0:13
  phase,
• 0:13
  new
• 0:13
  chapter
• 0:14
  of
• 0:14
  my
• 0:14
  life.
• 0:14
  And
• 0:15
  I
• 0:15
  want
• 0:15
  to
• 0:15
  tell
• 0:15
  you
• 0:15
  about
• 0:16
  it
• 0:16
  but
• 0:16
  in
• 0:16
  order
• 0:16
  to
• 0:17
  I
• 0:17
  need
• 0:17
  to
• 0:17
  share
• 0:18
  a
• 0:18
  little
• 0:18
  bit
• 0:19
  about
• 0:19
  my
• 0:20
  history.
• 0:21
  So
• 0:21
  I
• 0:21
  am
• 0:22
  a
• 0:22
  very
• 0:22
  creative
• 0:22
  person.
• 0:23
  I
• 0:23
  know
• 0:23
  on
• 0:23
  the
• 0:24
  show
• 0:24
  I've
• 0:24
  talked
• 0:24
  a
• 0:24
  lot
• 0:24
  about
• 0:25
  being
• 0:25
  a
• 0:25
  UX
• 0:26
  designer
• 0:26
  in
• 0:26
  the
• 0:26
  past.
• 0:27
  I
• 0:27
  lean
• 0:27
  a
• 0:27
  lot
• 0:27
  on
• 0:28
  my
• 0:28
  creative
• 0:28
  work,
• 0:29
  but
• 0:29
  mostly
• 0:30
  on
• 0:30
  in
• 0:31
  tech,
• 0:31
  right?
• 0:31
  I'm
• 0:31
  like
• 0:32
  we
• 0:32
  design
• 0:32
  member
• 0:32
  journeys,
• 0:33
  we
• 0:33
  do
• 0:33
  design
• 0:33
  work.
• 0:34
  But
• 0:34
  at
• 0:34
  the
• 0:34
  root
• 0:35
  of
• 0:35
  all
• 0:35
  of
• 0:35
  this,
• 0:35
  like
• 0:36
  I
• 0:36
  went
• 0:37
  to
• 0:37
  design
• 0:38
  school
• 0:38
  for
• 0:38
  college.
• 0:39
  Like
• 0:39
  I
• 0:39
  am
• 0:40
  have
• 0:40
  always
• 0:40
  been
• 0:41
  a
• 0:41
  very
• 0:41
  creative
• 0:41
  person.
• 0:42
  Like
• 0:42
  in
• 0:42
  high
• 0:42
  school
• 0:43
  I
• 0:44
  had
• 0:44
  a
• 0:44
  custom
• 0:44
  jewelry
• 0:45
  making
• 0:45
  business
• 0:46
  entirely
• 0:46
  like
• 0:47
  beaded
• 0:47
  jewelry.
• 0:48
  Nothing
• 0:48
  super
• 0:49
  impressive.
• 0:50
  I
• 0:51
  wasn't
• 0:51
  like
• 0:51
  welding
• 0:51
  any
• 0:52
  metals
• 0:52
  or
• 0:52
  anything.
• 0:52
  But
• 0:53
  like
• 0:53
  I
• 0:53
  made
• 0:54
  beaded
• 0:54
  jewelry
• 0:55
  and
• 0:55
  I
• 0:56
  sold
• 0:56
  it
• 0:56
  at
• 0:56
  markets
• 0:57
  and,
• 0:57
  and
• 0:58
  my
• 0:58
  mom
• 0:58
  would
• 0:59
  like
• 0:59
  tell
• 0:59
  her
• 1:00
  friends
• 1:00
  to
• 1:01
  host
• 1:01
  like
• 1:01
  she
• 1:02
  would
• 1:02
  have
• 1:02
  her
• 1:02
  friends
• 1:02
  host
• 1:03
  home
• 1:03
  shows
• 1:04
  and
• 1:04
  I
• 1:04
  would
• 1:04
  do
• 1:05
  like
• 1:05
  jewelry
• 1:05
  shows.
• 1:06
  Kind
• 1:06
  of
• 1:06
  like,
• 1:06
  you
• 1:06
  know,
• 1:06
  remember
• 1:07
  when
• 1:07
  Mary
• 1:07
  Kay
• 1:08
  shows
• 1:08
  were
• 1:08
  a
• 1:08
  thing
• 1:08
  or
• 1:09
  like
• 1:09
  home
• 1:09
  shows,
• 1:09
  you
• 1:10
  would
• 1:10
  invite
• 1:10
  your
• 1:10
  friends
• 1:10
  over
• 1:11
  and
• 1:11
  they
• 1:11
  would
• 1:12
  shop
• 1:12
  whatever
• 1:12
  that
• 1:13
  you
• 1:13
  were
• 1:13
  like
• 1:13
  having
• 1:13
  in
• 1:14
  your
• 1:14
  house.
• 1:14
  Like
• 1:14
  I
• 1:15
  used
• 1:15
  that
• 1:15
  model
• 1:16
  for
• 1:16
  my
• 1:16
  jewelry
• 1:16
  business
• 1:17
  and
• 1:17
  I
• 1:17
  would
• 1:18
  make
• 1:18
  like
• 1:18
  800
• 1:19
  bucks
• 1:19
  at
• 1:19
  those
• 1:19
  shows.
• 1:20
  It
• 1:20
  was
• 1:20
  great.
• 1:21
  My
• 1:21
  dad
• 1:22
  built
• 1:22
  me
• 1:22
  these
• 1:23
  jewels
• 1:23
  jewelry
• 1:24
  cases
• 1:24
  to
• 1:25
  like
• 1:25
  show
• 1:26
  my
• 1:26
  jewelry
• 1:26
  at
• 1:27
  at
• 1:27
  local
• 1:27
  vendors
• 1:28
  and
• 1:28
  I
• 1:28
  used
• 1:29
  that
• 1:29
  money
• 1:29
  to
• 1:29
  pay
• 1:30
  for
• 1:30
  my
• 1:30
  spending
• 1:31
  money.
• 1:31
  Basically
• 1:31
  it
• 1:31
  was
• 1:32
  my
• 1:32
  spending
• 1:32
  money
• 1:32
  because
• 1:32
  you
• 1:32
  know,
• 1:32
  I
• 1:33
  lived
• 1:33
  in
• 1:33
  New
• 1:33
  York
• 1:33
  City
• 1:34
  for
• 1:34
  my
• 1:35
  first
• 1:35
  year
• 1:35
  of
• 1:35
  college
• 1:36
  and
• 1:36
  just
• 1:36
  like
• 1:37
  shout
• 1:37
  out
• 1:37
  to
• 1:37
  my
• 1:37
  parents
• 1:38
  because
• 1:38
  I'm
• 1:38
  sure
• 1:39
  that
• 1:39
  was
• 1:39
  probably
• 1:40
  like
• 1:40
  a
• 1:40
  net
• 1:40
  loss
• 1:41
  business.
• 1:41
  Like
• 1:42
  they
• 1:42
  funded
• 1:43
  my,
• 1:44
  my
• 1:44
  resources
• 1:45
  and
• 1:45
  we
• 1:45
  did
• 1:45
  not
• 1:45
  keep
• 1:46
  a
• 1:46
  P
• 1:46
  L.
• 1:46
  I
• 1:46
  did
• 1:47
  not
• 1:47
  learn
• 1:47
  much
• 1:47
  about
• 1:47
  finance
• 1:48
  during
• 1:48
  that
• 1:48
  period
• 1:48
  of
• 1:49
  time.
• 1:49
  But
• 1:49
  I
• 1:49
  did
• 1:49
  learn
• 1:49
  a
• 1:49
  lot
• 1:50
  about
• 1:51
  being
• 1:51
  creative
• 1:52
  and
• 1:53
  you
• 1:53
  know,
• 1:53
  creativity
• 1:54
  turning
• 1:55
  creative
• 1:55
  acts
• 1:56
  into
• 1:56
  a
• 1:56
  business.
• 1:57
  Anyway,
• 1:57
  I
• 1:58
  went
• 1:58
  to
• 1:58
  then,
• 1:58
  then
• 1:59
  went
• 1:59
  to
• 1:59
  art
• 1:59
  school
• 1:59
  but.
• 1:59
  But
• 2:00
  I
• 2:00
  studied
• 2:00
  architecture
• 2:01
  and
• 2:01
  my
• 2:02
  favorite
• 2:02
  part
• 2:02
  of
• 2:02
  architecture
• 2:03
  school
• 2:03
  was
• 2:04
  the
• 2:04
  pie
• 2:04
  in
• 2:04
  the
• 2:05
  sky
• 2:05
  thinking.
• 2:05
  The
• 2:05
  like
• 2:05
  the
• 2:06
  visionary
• 2:06
  stuff,
• 2:06
  the
• 2:07
  big
• 2:07
  sketching.
• 2:07
  Like
• 2:08
  I
• 2:08
  loved
• 2:08
  my
• 2:08
  art
• 2:08
  classes,
• 2:09
  I
• 2:10
  loved
• 2:10
  figure
• 2:11
  drawing
• 2:12
  and
• 2:12
  I've
• 2:12
  never
• 2:12
  really
• 2:12
  been
• 2:13
  like
• 2:13
  a
• 2:13
  super
• 2:14
  book
• 2:14
  smart
• 2:14
  person.
• 2:15
  I
• 2:15
  mean
• 2:15
  I
• 2:15
  was
• 2:15
  good
• 2:16
  at,
• 2:16
  very
• 2:16
  good
• 2:16
  at
• 2:16
  math
• 2:17
  but
• 2:17
  I
• 2:17
  always
• 2:17
  struggled
• 2:18
  in
• 2:18
  history
• 2:18
  until
• 2:19
  I
• 2:19
  studied
• 2:19
  abroad
• 2:20
  in
• 2:20
  Rome.
• 2:22
  Like
• 2:22
  the
• 2:22
  history
• 2:23
  class
• 2:23
  was
• 2:23
  like
• 2:24
  very
• 2:24
  hard.
• 2:25
  I
• 2:25
  mean
• 2:25
  it
• 2:25
  was
• 2:25
  the
• 2:25
  hardest
• 2:25
  history
• 2:26
  class
• 2:26
  of
• 2:26
  any
• 2:26
  history
• 2:27
  class
• 2:27
  I've
• 2:27
  ever
• 2:27
  had
• 2:28
  from
• 2:28
  a
• 2:28
  rigor
• 2:29
  standpoint.
• 2:29
  But
• 2:30
  we
• 2:30
  went
• 2:30
  to
• 2:31
  actual
• 2:31
  places
• 2:32
  in
• 2:32
  Italy
• 2:32
  and
• 2:33
  like
• 2:33
  Drew
• 2:33
  stuff.
• 2:34
  And
• 2:34
  so
• 2:34
  I
• 2:34
  remembered
• 2:35
  the
• 2:35
  things
• 2:35
  I
• 2:35
  was
• 2:36
  learning
• 2:36
  and
• 2:37
  I
• 2:37
  did
• 2:37
  really,
• 2:37
  really
• 2:37
  well
• 2:37
  in
• 2:38
  that
• 2:38
  class.
• 2:38
  Like,
• 2:38
  I
• 2:38
  remember
• 2:38
  getting
• 2:39
  an
• 2:39
  A
• 2:39
  and
• 2:39
  only
• 2:39
  a
• 2:39
  few
• 2:39
  people
• 2:40
  got
• 2:40
  an
• 2:40
  A.
• 2:40
  Like,
• 2:40
  that
• 2:40
  was.
• 2:40
  That
• 2:41
  was
• 2:41
  great.
• 2:42
  My
• 2:42
  point
• 2:42
  is,
• 2:43
  like,
• 2:43
  I've
• 2:43
  always
• 2:43
  been
• 2:43
  a
• 2:43
  really
• 2:44
  creative
• 2:44
  person.
• 2:44
  My
• 2:45
  drawings
• 2:45
  are
• 2:45
  not
• 2:46
  amazing.
• 2:47
  It's
• 2:47
  just
• 2:47
  like
• 2:47
  a
• 2:47
  fun
• 2:48
  creative
• 2:48
  outlet
• 2:48
  for
• 2:49
  me.
• 2:49
  They're
• 2:49
  not
• 2:49
  even
• 2:49
  good.
• 2:50
  Like,
• 2:50
  I'm
• 2:51
  happy
• 2:51
  to
• 2:51
  show
• 2:51
  them,
• 2:51
  but
• 2:51
  they're
• 2:52
  not
• 2:52
  even
• 2:52
  good.
• 2:52
  And
• 2:53
  so
• 2:53
  my
• 2:54
  point
• 2:54
  is
• 2:54
  I've
• 2:55
  always
• 2:55
  been
• 2:55
  very
• 2:55
  creative
• 2:56
  and
• 2:57
  I've
• 2:57
  kind
• 2:57
  of,
• 2:57
  you
• 2:58
  know,
• 2:58
  working
• 2:58
  in
• 2:58
  tech
• 2:59
  and
• 2:59
  then
• 2:59
  working
• 2:59
  for
• 2:59
  Fortune
• 3:00
  500
• 3:00
  companies
• 3:01
  and
• 3:01
  just
• 3:02
  the
• 3:02
  grind
• 3:03
  of
• 3:04
  just
• 3:04
  working
• 3:05
  right,
• 3:05
  like
• 3:06
  it
• 3:06
  just
• 3:06
  kind
• 3:06
  of
• 3:06
  starts
• 3:07
  to
• 3:07
  knock
• 3:07
  out
• 3:07
  the
• 3:07
  creativity
• 3:08
  part
• 3:08
  of
• 3:09
  you.
• 3:09
  And
• 3:09
  I
• 3:10
  think
• 3:10
  what
• 3:10
  has
• 3:10
  given
• 3:10
  me
• 3:11
  life
• 3:11
  these
• 3:11
  last
• 3:12
  few
• 3:12
  years
• 3:12
  is
• 3:13
  the
• 3:13
  creative
• 3:13
  side
• 3:13
  of
• 3:14
  my
• 3:14
  business.
• 3:14
  It's
• 3:14
  like
• 3:15
  creating
• 3:15
  this
• 3:15
  podcast,
• 3:16
  writing
• 3:16
  my
• 3:16
  newsletter,
• 3:17
  creating
• 3:18
  content,
• 3:18
  connecting
• 3:19
  with
• 3:19
  people.
• 3:19
  Like
• 3:20
  working
• 3:20
  on
• 3:20
  really
• 3:21
  cool
• 3:21
  projects
• 3:22
  where
• 3:22
  that
• 3:23
  are
• 3:23
  very
• 3:23
  community
• 3:24
  driven.
• 3:24
  Like
• 3:24
  that
• 3:24
  has
• 3:25
  given
• 3:25
  me
• 3:26
  so
• 3:26
  much
• 3:26
  purpose
• 3:27
  in
• 3:27
  life.
• 3:27
  But
• 3:28
  I've
• 3:28
  kind
• 3:28
  of
• 3:28
  lost
• 3:29
  the
• 3:29
  like,
• 3:30
  love
• 3:30
  for
• 3:31
  design
• 3:31
  and
• 3:32
  my,
• 3:33
  you
• 3:33
  know,
• 3:33
  reading
• 3:34
  books
• 3:34
  about
• 3:34
  like
• 3:34
  the
• 3:35
  Creative
• 3:35
  act
• 3:35
  or
• 3:37
  drawing
• 3:37
  for
• 3:38
  fun.
• 3:38
  Like
• 3:38
  I
• 3:38
  used
• 3:38
  to
• 3:39
  when
• 3:39
  I
• 3:39
  lived
• 3:39
  in
• 3:39
  Denver.
• 3:39
  I
• 3:39
  used
• 3:40
  to
• 3:40
  go
• 3:40
  with
• 3:40
  my
• 3:40
  friend
• 3:40
  Ruby.
• 3:41
  We
• 3:41
  would
• 3:41
  sit
• 3:41
  in
• 3:41
  the
• 3:41
  park
• 3:42
  and
• 3:42
  like
• 3:42
  draw
• 3:42
  together.
• 3:43
  Like,
• 3:43
  I
• 3:43
  just
• 3:43
  don't
• 3:44
  do
• 3:44
  that
• 3:44
  stuff
• 3:44
  anymore.
• 3:45
  So
• 3:45
  I've
• 3:45
  been
• 3:45
  trying
• 3:46
  to
• 3:46
  bring
• 3:46
  more
• 3:46
  of
• 3:46
  that
• 3:46
  back
• 3:47
  into
• 3:47
  my
• 3:47
  life.
• 3:48
  So
• 3:48
  I'm
• 3:49
  going
• 3:49
  to
• 3:49
  figure
• 3:50
  drawing
• 3:50
  class
• 3:50
  this
• 3:50
  month.
• 3:51
  I'm
• 3:51
  drawing
• 3:52
  more.
• 3:52
  I'm
• 3:52
  pursuing
• 3:53
  some
• 3:54
  creative
• 3:54
  projects
• 3:55
  for
• 3:55
  fun
• 3:55
  on
• 3:55
  the
• 3:55
  side.
• 3:56
  Like
• 3:56
  these
• 3:57
  are
• 3:57
  things
• 3:57
  that
• 3:57
  are
• 3:57
  starting
• 3:58
  to
• 3:58
  fuel
• 3:58
  me
• 3:58
  again.
• 3:59
  I'm
• 3:59
  also
• 3:59
  playing
• 4:00
  music,
• 4:00
  which
• 4:00
  is
• 4:00
  a
• 4:00
  whole
• 4:00
  nother
• 4:01
  category.
• 4:02
  And
• 4:02
  so
• 4:03
  anyway,
• 4:03
  last
• 4:04
  week
• 4:04
  this
• 4:04
  was
• 4:05
  a
• 4:05
  really
• 4:05
  long
• 4:05
  intro,
• 4:06
  but
• 4:06
  last
• 4:06
  week
• 4:08
  these
• 4:08
  two
• 4:09
  guys,
• 4:09
  Aaron
• 4:09
  and
• 4:09
  Eli,
• 4:10
  booked
• 4:10
  a
• 4:10
  call
• 4:10
  with
• 4:10
  me
• 4:10
  who
• 4:11
  are
• 4:11
  the
• 4:11
  hosts
• 4:11
  of
• 4:11
  Design
• 4:12
  Better
• 4:12
  podcast.
• 4:13
  Now
• 4:13
  in
• 4:13
  2017,
• 4:14
  Design
• 4:14
  Better
• 4:14
  podcast
• 4:15
  was
• 4:16
  like
• 4:16
  a.
• 4:17
  It
• 4:17
  was
• 4:17
  a.
• 4:17
  It
• 4:18
  was
• 4:18
  a
• 4:18
  podcast
• 4:18
  run
• 4:18
  through
• 4:19
  Envision.
• 4:20
  And
• 4:20
  Envision
• 4:20
  was
• 4:21
  a
• 4:21
  software
• 4:21
  that
• 4:21
  was
• 4:21
  kind
• 4:21
  of
• 4:21
  killed
• 4:22
  by
• 4:22
  Figma,
• 4:23
  but
• 4:24
  essentially
• 4:24
  it
• 4:25
  like
• 4:25
  allowed
• 4:25
  you
• 4:25
  to
• 4:25
  make
• 4:25
  a
• 4:26
  digital
• 4:26
  prototype.
• 4:27
  And
• 4:27
  I
• 4:28
  was
• 4:28
  a
• 4:28
  big
• 4:28
  fan
• 4:29
  at
• 4:29
  that
• 4:29
  time.
• 4:29
  Again,
• 4:29
  I
• 4:30
  was
• 4:30
  like
• 4:30
  really
• 4:30
  tapped
• 4:31
  into
• 4:31
  all
• 4:31
  my
• 4:31
  creative
• 4:32
  things.
• 4:32
  Like
• 4:33
  I
• 4:33
  did
• 4:33
  a
• 4:33
  competition
• 4:34
  with
• 4:34
  Adobe
• 4:34
  for
• 4:36
  that.
• 4:37
  Me
• 4:37
  and
• 4:37
  my,
• 4:37
  my
• 4:37
  friend
• 4:38
  Grace
• 4:38
  won
• 4:38
  an
• 4:38
  award
• 4:39
  for.
• 4:39
  And
• 4:40
  anyway,
• 4:40
  like
• 4:41
  it
• 4:41
  was
• 4:41
  just
• 4:41
  a
• 4:41
  really
• 4:41
  fun
• 4:42
  time
• 4:42
  where
• 4:42
  I
• 4:43
  was
• 4:43
  obsessed
• 4:43
  with
• 4:43
  the
• 4:43
  creative
• 4:44
  community.
• 4:44
  I
• 4:45
  was
• 4:45
  going
• 4:45
  to
• 4:45
  Creative
• 4:46
  Mornings
• 4:46
  a
• 4:46
  lot
• 4:47
  in
• 4:47
  Den.
• 4:48
  And
• 4:48
  anyways,
• 4:49
  Aaron
• 4:49
  and
• 4:49
  Eli,
• 4:50
  these
• 4:50
  hosts
• 4:51
  of
• 4:51
  this
• 4:51
  podcast
• 4:51
  that
• 4:51
  used
• 4:52
  to
• 4:52
  be
• 4:52
  like
• 4:52
  my
• 4:52
  favorite
• 4:52
  podcast,
• 4:53
  but
• 4:53
  I
• 4:53
  haven't
• 4:53
  listened
• 4:53
  to
• 4:53
  it
• 4:54
  in
• 4:54
  a
• 4:54
  while,
• 4:54
  they
• 4:54
  book
• 4:54
  a
• 4:55
  call
• 4:55
  with
• 4:55
  me,
• 4:55
  because
• 4:55
  they
• 4:55
  listen
• 4:56
  to
• 4:56
  this
• 4:56
  podcast.
• 4:57
  So.
• 4:57
  Hi,
• 4:57
  guys.
• 4:57
  If
• 4:57
  you're
• 4:58
  listening.
• 4:58
  And
• 4:59
  I'm
• 4:59
  like,
• 4:59
  you've
• 4:59
  got
• 4:59
  to
• 4:59
  be
• 4:59
  kidding
• 5:00
  me.
• 5:00
  This
• 5:00
  is
• 5:00
  way
• 5:00
  too
• 5:00
  cool.
• 5:01
  And
• 5:01
  then
• 5:01
  we
• 5:02
  get
• 5:02
  on
• 5:02
  the
• 5:02
  call
• 5:02
  and
• 5:02
  they're
• 5:03
  like,
• 5:03
  do
• 5:03
  you
• 5:03
  know
• 5:04
  of
• 5:04
  Creative
• 5:04
  Mornings?
• 5:05
  You
• 5:05
  know,
• 5:06
  just
• 5:06
  came
• 5:06
  up
• 5:06
  in
• 5:06
  our
• 5:06
  conversation.
• 5:07
  I
• 5:07
  was
• 5:07
  like,
• 5:07
  yeah,
• 5:07
  actually,
• 5:08
  I've
• 5:08
  been
• 5:08
  in
• 5:08
  volunteer
• 5:09
  for
• 5:09
  the
• 5:09
  Baltimore
• 5:10
  chapter
• 5:10
  for
• 5:10
  the
• 5:10
  last
• 5:10
  three
• 5:11
  years.
• 5:11
  I
• 5:11
  love
• 5:11
  Creative
• 5:12
  Mornings.
• 5:12
  I
• 5:12
  saw
• 5:13
  Tina
• 5:13
  Roth
• 5:14
  Eisenberg
• 5:14
  speak
• 5:16
  in.
• 5:16
  Gosh,
• 5:17
  what
• 5:17
  was
• 5:17
  it,
• 5:17
  like,
• 5:18
  20,
• 5:18
  I
• 5:18
  don't
• 5:19
  know,
• 5:19
  2015,
• 5:20
  something
• 5:21
  like
• 5:21
  that.
• 5:21
  When
• 5:21
  I
• 5:21
  was
• 5:21
  at
• 5:21
  Pratt,
• 5:22
  maybe
• 5:23
  earlier.
• 5:24
  And
• 5:24
  I
• 5:25
  love
• 5:25
  her.
• 5:26
  Like,
• 5:26
  she
• 5:26
  is
• 5:27
  the
• 5:27
  founder
• 5:27
  of
• 5:27
  Creative
• 5:27
  Mornings.
• 5:28
  For
• 5:28
  those
• 5:28
  of
• 5:28
  you
• 5:28
  that
• 5:28
  don't
• 5:28
  know,
• 5:29
  and
• 5:29
  for
• 5:29
  those
• 5:30
  of
• 5:30
  you
• 5:30
  that
• 5:30
  don't
• 5:31
  know,
• 5:31
  Creative
• 5:31
  Mornings
• 5:32
  is
• 5:32
  a
• 5:33
  global
• 5:33
  community
• 5:34
  of
• 5:34
  creatives.
• 5:35
  They
• 5:36
  have.
• 5:36
  They
• 5:37
  gather
• 5:37
  every
• 5:37
  month.
• 5:38
  It's
• 5:38
  like
• 5:38
  a
• 5:38
  morning.
• 5:39
  It's
• 5:39
  sort
• 5:39
  of
• 5:39
  like
• 5:39
  a
• 5:39
  monthly
• 5:40
  breakfast
• 5:41
  club,
• 5:42
  kind
• 5:42
  of
• 5:42
  like
• 5:42
  church
• 5:43
  for
• 5:43
  the
• 5:43
  creative
• 5:43
  community
• 5:44
  is.
• 5:44
  Is
• 5:45
  often
• 5:45
  how
• 5:45
  Tina
• 5:45
  puts
• 5:46
  it.
• 5:46
  So
• 5:47
  there's
• 5:47
  252
• 5:49
  cities
• 5:49
  across
• 5:49
  70
• 5:50
  countries.
• 5:50
  It's
• 5:51
  entirely
• 5:51
  free.
• 5:52
  So
• 5:52
  they
• 5:52
  are
• 5:52
  run
• 5:52
  by
• 5:53
  sponsors
• 5:53
  and
• 5:54
  they
• 5:55
  say
• 5:55
  an
• 5:55
  engine
• 5:55
  of
• 5:55
  generosity,
• 5:56
  including
• 5:57
  a
• 5:57
  thousand
• 5:57
  volunteers,
• 5:58
  of
• 5:58
  which
• 5:58
  I
• 5:58
  am
• 5:58
  one
• 5:59
  in
• 5:59
  Baltimore.
• 6:00
  So,
• 6:01
  yeah,
• 6:01
  if
• 6:01
  you've
• 6:01
  never
• 6:01
  gone
• 6:02
  to
• 6:02
  Creative
• 6:02
  Mornings,
• 6:03
  check
• 6:03
  it
• 6:03
  out.
• 6:03
  You
• 6:03
  probably
• 6:03
  have
• 6:04
  one
• 6:04
  nearby.
• 6:05
  It's
• 6:06
  like
• 6:06
  my
• 6:06
  favorite
• 6:06
  thing
• 6:06
  ever.
• 6:07
  I've
• 6:07
  lived
• 6:07
  all
• 6:08
  over
• 6:08
  the
• 6:08
  country
• 6:08
  and
• 6:09
  I
• 6:09
  always
• 6:10
  go
• 6:10
  to
• 6:12
  the
• 6:12
  local.
• 6:13
  Yeah,
• 6:14
  I've
• 6:14
  always
• 6:14
  gone
• 6:14
  to
• 6:14
  my
• 6:14
  local
• 6:15
  Creative
• 6:15
  Mornings
• 6:15
  because
• 6:16
  it's
• 6:16
  like
• 6:17
  coming
• 6:17
  home
• 6:18
  to
• 6:18
  be
• 6:18
  super
• 6:19
  cheesy.
• 6:19
  Because
• 6:19
  I'm
• 6:19
  feeling
• 6:20
  cheesy.
• 6:21
  Anyways,
• 6:21
  so
• 6:22
  Erin
• 6:22
  and
• 6:22
  Eli
• 6:23
  asked
• 6:23
  me
• 6:23
  if
• 6:23
  I've.
• 6:23
  If
• 6:24
  I've
• 6:24
  been
• 6:24
  to
• 6:24
  Creative
• 6:25
  Mornings,
• 6:25
  if
• 6:25
  I
• 6:25
  know
• 6:25
  of
• 6:26
  it.
• 6:26
  And
• 6:26
  I'm
• 6:26
  like,
• 6:26
  yeah,
• 6:27
  I.
• 6:27
  I'm
• 6:27
  a
• 6:28
  volunteer.
• 6:28
  I
• 6:28
  love
• 6:28
  it.
• 6:29
  Whatever.
• 6:29
  And
• 6:30
  then
• 6:30
  they're
• 6:30
  like,
• 6:30
  oh,
• 6:30
  she
• 6:30
  was
• 6:31
  just
• 6:31
  on
• 6:31
  our
• 6:32
  podcast
• 6:32
  and
• 6:32
  we
• 6:33
  were
• 6:33
  talking
• 6:33
  about
• 6:34
  how
• 6:34
  because
• 6:35
  they
• 6:35
  have
• 6:35
  a
• 6:35
  membership
• 6:36
  for
• 6:36
  their
• 6:36
  Design
• 6:37
  Better
• 6:37
  podcast,
• 6:37
  which
• 6:38
  is
• 6:38
  an
• 6:38
  excellent
• 6:38
  podcast.
• 6:39
  Check
• 6:39
  it
• 6:39
  out.
• 6:39
  I'll.
• 6:39
  It
• 6:39
  put.
• 6:39
  I'll
• 6:40
  put
• 6:40
  the
• 6:40
  link
• 6:40
  in
• 6:40
  the
• 6:40
  show
• 6:40
  notes
• 6:41
  and
• 6:41
  the
• 6:41
  episode
• 6:42
  with
• 6:42
  Tina.
• 6:42
  They
• 6:42
  just
• 6:43
  released
• 6:43
  an
• 6:43
  episode
• 6:43
  with
• 6:43
  Tina
• 6:44
  that
• 6:44
  I
• 6:44
  loved.
• 6:45
  And
• 6:46
  they're
• 6:46
  like,
• 6:46
  yeah,
• 6:46
  we
• 6:46
  just
• 6:47
  had
• 6:47
  Tina
• 6:47
  on
• 6:47
  the
• 6:47
  show,
• 6:47
  and
• 6:48
  we've
• 6:48
  been
• 6:48
  thinking
• 6:48
  a
• 6:48
  lot
• 6:48
  about
• 6:49
  how
• 6:49
  we
• 6:50
  grow
• 6:50
  our
• 6:50
  community.
• 6:51
  And
• 6:51
  we
• 6:52
  just
• 6:52
  had
• 6:52
  this
• 6:52
  really
• 6:52
  inspiring
• 6:53
  conversation.
• 6:54
  And
• 6:54
  it
• 6:54
  was
• 6:55
  just
• 6:55
  cool
• 6:55
  because
• 6:55
  it's
• 6:56
  like
• 6:56
  I'm
• 6:56
  connecting
• 6:57
  back
• 6:57
  to
• 6:58
  20.
• 6:58
  My
• 6:59
  2017
• 7:00
  version
• 7:00
  of
• 7:00
  me
• 7:00
  that
• 7:00
  was
• 7:01
  super
• 7:01
  passionate
• 7:01
  about
• 7:01
  creativity
• 7:02
  and
• 7:02
  design
• 7:02
  and
• 7:03
  art.
• 7:03
  And
• 7:03
  I've
• 7:03
  kind
• 7:03
  of
• 7:03
  like
• 7:04
  lost
• 7:04
  her
• 7:04
  a
• 7:04
  little
• 7:05
  bit.
• 7:05
  And
• 7:05
  it's
• 7:06
  just
• 7:06
  like
• 7:06
  I'm
• 7:06
  trying
• 7:07
  to
• 7:07
  find
• 7:07
  her
• 7:07
  again.
• 7:08
  And,
• 7:08
  and
• 7:08
  these
• 7:08
  guys
• 7:09
  just
• 7:09
  kind
• 7:09
  of
• 7:09
  like
• 7:09
  remind
• 7:10
  me,
• 7:10
  right?
• 7:11
  And
• 7:11
  so
• 7:11
  I've
• 7:12
  been
• 7:12
  listening
• 7:13
  to
• 7:13
  their
• 7:13
  podcast
• 7:13
  and
• 7:13
  kind
• 7:14
  of
• 7:14
  binging
• 7:14
  their
• 7:14
  content
• 7:16
  and
• 7:16
  yeah,
• 7:17
  and
• 7:18
  I
• 7:18
  was
• 7:18
  listening
• 7:19
  to
• 7:19
  the
• 7:19
  Tina
• 7:19
  episode,
• 7:20
  which
• 7:20
  I
• 7:20
  literally
• 7:21
  finished,
• 7:21
  finished
• 7:22
  listening
• 7:22
  and
• 7:22
  then
• 7:22
  had
• 7:23
  to
• 7:23
  come
• 7:23
  record
• 7:23
  this.
• 7:24
  And
• 7:24
  she
• 7:24
  said,
• 7:25
  so
• 7:26
  that
• 7:26
  they
• 7:26
  have
• 7:26
  over
• 7:26
  200
• 7:27
  chapters.
• 7:27
  Right.
• 7:27
  And
• 7:28
  one
• 7:28
  of
• 7:28
  the
• 7:28
  main
• 7:29
  problems
• 7:29
  I'm
• 7:29
  tackling
• 7:30
  with
• 7:30
  a
• 7:30
  lot
• 7:30
  of
• 7:30
  clients
• 7:30
  right
• 7:31
  now
• 7:31
  is
• 7:31
  how
• 7:32
  do
• 7:32
  we
• 7:32
  bring
• 7:32
  together
• 7:32
  people
• 7:33
  in
• 7:33
  person
• 7:33
  because
• 7:33
  we
• 7:34
  know
• 7:34
  that
• 7:34
  that's
• 7:34
  important.
• 7:35
  So
• 7:35
  Tina
• 7:36
  said
• 7:36
  on
• 7:36
  this
• 7:37
  podcast,
• 7:37
  creative
• 7:38
  mornings
• 7:38
  grew
• 7:39
  at
• 7:39
  the
• 7:39
  speed
• 7:39
  of
• 7:40
  trust.
• 7:41
  I'm
• 7:41
  going
• 7:41
  to
• 7:41
  say
• 7:41
  that
• 7:42
  again.
• 7:42
  Creative
• 7:43
  mornings
• 7:43
  grew
• 7:43
  at
• 7:44
  the
• 7:44
  speed
• 7:44
  of
• 7:44
  trust.
• 7:45
  I
• 7:46
  think
• 7:46
  where
• 7:46
  we
• 7:46
  get
• 7:47
  really
• 7:47
  stuck
• 7:48
  in
• 7:48
  community
• 7:48
  building
• 7:49
  online
• 7:49
  is
• 7:49
  we
• 7:50
  try
• 7:50
  to
• 7:50
  really
• 7:51
  force
• 7:51
  things
• 7:51
  into
• 7:52
  certain
• 7:52
  categories
• 7:52
  or
• 7:53
  make
• 7:53
  too
• 7:53
  many
• 7:53
  rules
• 7:53
  or
• 7:54
  we
• 7:54
  don't
• 7:54
  make
• 7:54
  it
• 7:54
  easy
• 7:55
  for
• 7:55
  people
• 7:56
  to
• 7:56
  just
• 7:56
  self
• 7:57
  organize.
• 7:58
  And
• 7:58
  as
• 7:58
  Tina
• 7:58
  put
• 7:58
  it,
• 7:59
  a
• 7:59
  community
• 7:59
  is
• 7:59
  not
• 8:00
  a
• 8:00
  community
• 8:00
  until
• 8:00
  it
• 8:01
  self
• 8:01
  organizes,
• 8:01
  organizes.
• 8:02
  So
• 8:03
  people
• 8:03
  only
• 8:04
  self
• 8:04
  organize
• 8:04
  when
• 8:04
  they
• 8:05
  feel
• 8:05
  a
• 8:05
  real
• 8:05
  sense
• 8:05
  of
• 8:05
  ownership.
• 8:06
  So
• 8:06
  how
• 8:06
  do
• 8:06
  you
• 8:07
  make
• 8:07
  people
• 8:07
  feel
• 8:08
  like
• 8:08
  they
• 8:09
  are
• 8:10
  co
• 8:10
  creating
• 8:11
  this
• 8:11
  community
• 8:11
  with
• 8:12
  you
• 8:12
  and
• 8:13
  that
• 8:13
  they
• 8:13
  get
• 8:13
  to
• 8:13
  be
• 8:13
  part
• 8:13
  of
• 8:14
  these
• 8:14
  chapters
• 8:14
  and
• 8:15
  like
• 8:15
  lead
• 8:15
  these
• 8:16
  local
• 8:16
  initiatives?
• 8:17
  And
• 8:17
  I
• 8:18
  was
• 8:18
  working
• 8:18
  on
• 8:18
  a
• 8:18
  strategy
• 8:19
  this
• 8:19
  week
• 8:19
  with
• 8:19
  a
• 8:19
  client
• 8:19
  actually,
• 8:20
  and
• 8:21
  we
• 8:21
  were
• 8:21
  looking
• 8:21
  at.
• 8:21
  And
• 8:21
  this
• 8:22
  is
• 8:22
  actually
• 8:22
  so
• 8:23
  different.
• 8:23
  It's
• 8:23
  like
• 8:23
  very
• 8:24
  more
• 8:24
  for
• 8:25
  way
• 8:25
  corporate
• 8:25
  people.
• 8:26
  And
• 8:26
  we
• 8:26
  were
• 8:26
  looking
• 8:27
  at
• 8:27
  comparative
• 8:28
  examples
• 8:28
  and
• 8:29
  even
• 8:29
  these
• 8:29
  like
• 8:31
  very,
• 8:32
  how
• 8:33
  do
• 8:33
  I
• 8:33
  say,
• 8:33
  like
• 8:34
  high,
• 8:35
  like
• 8:35
  very
• 8:35
  expensive
• 8:37
  and
• 8:37
  very
• 8:39
  high
• 8:39
  brow
• 8:40
  sort
• 8:40
  of
• 8:40
  communities
• 8:41
  are
• 8:42
  positioning
• 8:43
  their
• 8:43
  communities
• 8:44
  like
• 8:44
  online
• 8:45
  memberships
• 8:46
  that
• 8:46
  are
• 8:46
  meant
• 8:47
  to
• 8:47
  bring
• 8:47
  together
• 8:48
  these
• 8:48
  like,
• 8:48
  you
• 8:49
  know,
• 8:49
  certain
• 8:49
  types
• 8:50
  of
• 8:50
  people
• 8:51
  are
• 8:51
  positioning
• 8:52
  themselves
• 8:52
  as
• 8:52
  hyperlocal.
• 8:53
  So
• 8:54
  Tina
• 8:54
  said
• 8:55
  that
• 8:55
  the
• 8:55
  future
• 8:55
  of
• 8:55
  community
• 8:56
  is
• 8:56
  hyperlocal.
• 8:57
  And
• 8:57
  I
• 8:57
  really
• 8:57
  believe
• 8:57
  that.
• 8:58
  I
• 8:58
  do
• 8:58
  believe
• 8:59
  that
• 8:59
  there's
• 8:59
  a
• 8:59
  very
• 8:59
  important
• 9:00
  fabric
• 9:01
  that
• 9:01
  can
• 9:01
  support
• 9:01
  this
• 9:02
  on
• 9:02
  the
• 9:02
  back,
• 9:02
  back
• 9:02
  end,
• 9:03
  especially
• 9:03
  for
• 9:04
  paid
• 9:04
  memberships
• 9:05
  in
• 9:05
  an
• 9:05
  online
• 9:06
  capacity.
• 9:06
  And
• 9:06
  that
• 9:07
  design
• 9:07
  and
• 9:07
  the
• 9:08
  member
• 9:08
  journey
• 9:08
  we're
• 9:08
  designing
• 9:09
  is
• 9:09
  very
• 9:09
  important.
• 9:10
  But
• 9:11
  as
• 9:11
  I
• 9:11
  love
• 9:12
  to
• 9:12
  say,
• 9:13
  you
• 9:13
  can
• 9:14
  design
• 9:14
  for
• 9:14
  serendipity.
• 9:15
  So
• 9:15
  how
• 9:16
  do
• 9:16
  you
• 9:16
  start
• 9:16
  to
• 9:17
  think
• 9:17
  about
• 9:17
  your
• 9:17
  member
• 9:17
  journeys
• 9:18
  and
• 9:18
  design
• 9:19
  experiences
• 9:20
  that
• 9:20
  create
• 9:20
  serendipity
• 9:22
  for
• 9:22
  people
• 9:22
  to
• 9:24
  organize
• 9:24
  themselves,
• 9:25
  for
• 9:25
  them
• 9:26
  to
• 9:26
  have
• 9:26
  a
• 9:26
  sense
• 9:27
  of
• 9:27
  ownership,
• 9:27
  for
• 9:27
  them
• 9:28
  to
• 9:29
  be
• 9:29
  hyper
• 9:29
  local
• 9:30
  and
• 9:30
  connect
• 9:30
  with
• 9:30
  people
• 9:30
  in
• 9:31
  their
• 9:31
  local
• 9:31
  communities?
• 9:32
  And
• 9:32
  so
• 9:32
  yeah,
• 9:33
  I
• 9:33
  just
• 9:33
  think
• 9:33
  this
• 9:33
  concept
• 9:34
  is
• 9:34
  really
• 9:34
  interesting.
• 9:35
  My
• 9:36
  friend
• 9:36
  and
• 9:37
  client,
• 9:37
  Ellen
• 9:38
  Frost,
• 9:38
  she
• 9:39
  runs
• 9:39
  a
• 9:39
  community
• 9:39
  flower
• 9:40
  more
• 9:40
  that
• 9:40
  I've
• 9:40
  talked
• 9:40
  about
• 9:41
  before.
• 9:41
  It's
• 9:41
  a
• 9:41
  community
• 9:41
  for
• 9:42
  flower
• 9:42
  farmers.
• 9:43
  She
• 9:43
  recently
• 9:44
  organized
• 9:44
  an
• 9:45
  event
• 9:45
  at
• 9:46
  Love
• 9:46
  and
• 9:46
  Fresh
• 9:46
  Flowers
• 9:47
  in
• 9:47
  Philadelphia.
• 9:48
  Her
• 9:48
  members
• 9:49
  came
• 9:49
  from
• 9:49
  all
• 9:49
  over
• 9:50
  to
• 9:50
  join
• 9:50
  and
• 9:50
  meet
• 9:50
  each
• 9:51
  other.
• 9:51
  So
• 9:51
  I
• 9:51
  mean,
• 9:51
  she's
• 9:52
  she's
• 9:52
  designing
• 9:53
  this
• 9:53
  in
• 9:53
  person
• 9:53
  experience.
• 9:54
  And
• 9:54
  I
• 9:54
  think
• 9:55
  in
• 9:55
  order
• 9:56
  to
• 9:56
  get
• 9:56
  your
• 9:56
  people
• 9:56
  to
• 9:57
  actually
• 9:57
  start
• 9:58
  organizing,
• 9:58
  we
• 9:59
  have
• 9:59
  to
• 9:59
  model
• 9:59
  the
• 9:59
  behavior.
• 10:00
  Creative
• 10:01
  Mornings
• 10:01
  modeled
• 10:01
  the
• 10:01
  behavior
• 10:02
  with
• 10:02
  their
• 10:02
  first
• 10:02
  chapter
• 10:03
  being
• 10:03
  in
• 10:03
  New
• 10:03
  York
• 10:03
  City,
• 10:04
  right
• 10:04
  like
• 10:05
  this.
• 10:05
  So
• 10:06
  people,
• 10:06
  you
• 10:06
  know,
• 10:06
  would
• 10:07
  visit
• 10:07
  New
• 10:07
  York
• 10:07
  City,
• 10:07
  they
• 10:07
  go
• 10:08
  and
• 10:08
  they're
• 10:08
  like,
• 10:08
  well,
• 10:08
  how
• 10:08
  can
• 10:08
  I
• 10:09
  start
• 10:09
  a
• 10:09
  chapter
• 10:10
  in
• 10:10
  my
• 10:10
  local
• 10:10
  community?
• 10:11
  And
• 10:11
  now
• 10:11
  if
• 10:11
  you
• 10:12
  start
• 10:12
  a
• 10:12
  community
• 10:13
  Creative
• 10:13
  Mornings
• 10:14
  chapter,
• 10:14
  you
• 10:14
  get
• 10:15
  all
• 10:15
  kinds
• 10:15
  of
• 10:15
  resources
• 10:16
  and
• 10:16
  support
• 10:16
  from,
• 10:17
  they
• 10:17
  call
• 10:17
  it
• 10:17
  hq,
• 10:19
  but
• 10:19
  you
• 10:20
  have
• 10:20
  to
• 10:20
  go
• 10:20
  through
• 10:20
  the
• 10:20
  application
• 10:21
  process
• 10:21
  and
• 10:21
  everything.
• 10:21
  And
• 10:22
  they,
• 10:23
  they've
• 10:23
  now
• 10:23
  created
• 10:23
  this
• 10:24
  like
• 10:24
  system
• 10:24
  and
• 10:24
  operations.
• 10:25
  But
• 10:25
  you
• 10:25
  don't
• 10:26
  need
• 10:26
  all
• 10:26
  that
• 10:26
  when
• 10:26
  you're
• 10:26
  just
• 10:27
  starting.
• 10:28
  You
• 10:28
  just
• 10:28
  need
• 10:28
  to
• 10:28
  let
• 10:29
  serendipity
• 10:29
  happen.
• 10:30
  You
• 10:30
  need
• 10:30
  to
• 10:30
  let
• 10:31
  your
• 10:31
  community
• 10:31
  self
• 10:32
  organize
• 10:32
  and
• 10:33
  you
• 10:33
  need
• 10:33
  to
• 10:33
  just
• 10:33
  like
• 10:34
  give
• 10:34
  them
• 10:35
  some
• 10:35
  trust.
• 10:36
  So
• 10:36
  I've
• 10:37
  just
• 10:37
  been
• 10:37
  reminded
• 10:37
  of
• 10:37
  so
• 10:38
  many
• 10:38
  things.
• 10:38
  It's
• 10:39
  number
• 10:39
  one,
• 10:40
  creativity
• 10:40
  is
• 10:41
  core
• 10:41
  to
• 10:41
  who
• 10:41
  I
• 10:41
  am.
• 10:41
  My
• 10:42
  work
• 10:42
  is
• 10:42
  better
• 10:42
  when
• 10:43
  I
• 10:43
  feel
• 10:43
  creative.
• 10:44
  I'm
• 10:44
  tapping
• 10:44
  more
• 10:45
  into
• 10:45
  that
• 10:45
  artist
• 10:46
  side
• 10:46
  of
• 10:46
  me.
• 10:46
  So
• 10:46
  whatever
• 10:47
  that
• 10:47
  is
• 10:48
  for
• 10:48
  you,
• 10:48
  I
• 10:48
  just
• 10:49
  wanted
• 10:49
  to
• 10:49
  give
• 10:49
  you
• 10:49
  a
• 10:49
  little
• 10:49
  bit
• 10:50
  of
• 10:50
  inspiration
• 10:50
  to
• 10:51
  like
• 10:51
  revisit
• 10:52
  your
• 10:53
  things
• 10:54
  that
• 10:54
  you
• 10:54
  loved
• 10:54
  when
• 10:54
  you
• 10:55
  were
• 10:55
  younger
• 10:55
  that
• 10:55
  you've
• 10:56
  kind
• 10:56
  of
• 10:56
  let
• 10:57
  die.
• 10:59
  That
• 10:59
  was,
• 10:59
  that
• 10:59
  was
• 10:59
  one
• 11:00
  reminder.
• 11:01
  The
• 11:01
  second
• 11:01
  thing
• 11:02
  is
• 11:02
  that
• 11:03
  while
• 11:03
  we're
• 11:04
  building
• 11:04
  online
• 11:04
  memberships
• 11:05
  and
• 11:05
  communities,
• 11:06
  every
• 11:06
  single
• 11:07
  one
• 11:07
  of
• 11:07
  our
• 11:07
  clients
• 11:07
  has
• 11:08
  an
• 11:08
  in
• 11:08
  person
• 11:08
  strategy.
• 11:09
  And
• 11:09
  I
• 11:09
  want
• 11:09
  to
• 11:09
  lean
• 11:09
  into
• 11:09
  this
• 11:10
  more.
• 11:10
  I
• 11:10
  think
• 11:10
  we're
• 11:10
  even
• 11:10
  going
• 11:11
  to
• 11:11
  build
• 11:11
  out
• 11:11
  a
• 11:11
  whole
• 11:11
  arm
• 11:12
  of
• 11:12
  our
• 11:12
  business
• 11:12
  for
• 11:12
  this.
• 11:13
  I
• 11:13
  do
• 11:14
  believe
• 11:14
  that
• 11:14
  community
• 11:15
  can
• 11:15
  start
• 11:15
  online,
• 11:16
  but
• 11:16
  that
• 11:16
  if
• 11:16
  for
• 11:17
  it
• 11:17
  to
• 11:17
  really
• 11:17
  flourish,
• 11:18
  for
• 11:18
  people
• 11:18
  to
• 11:18
  feel
• 11:19
  ownership
• 11:20
  in
• 11:20
  it,
• 11:20
  for
• 11:20
  them
• 11:21
  to
• 11:21
  co
• 11:21
  create
• 11:21
  it,
• 11:22
  you
• 11:22
  need
• 11:22
  an
• 11:22
  in
• 11:22
  person
• 11:23
  strategy
• 11:24
  and
• 11:24
  that
• 11:24
  includes
• 11:25
  some
• 11:25
  sort
• 11:25
  of
• 11:25
  like
• 11:26
  hyper
• 11:26
  local
• 11:26
  experience.
• 11:27
  And
• 11:27
  it
• 11:28
  doesn't
• 11:28
  mean
• 11:28
  that
• 11:28
  you
• 11:28
  have
• 11:28
  to
• 11:28
  organize
• 11:29
  it
• 11:29
  yourself.
• 11:30
  It
• 11:30
  means
• 11:30
  that
• 11:30
  you
• 11:31
  need
• 11:31
  to
• 11:31
  give
• 11:31
  your
• 11:31
  community
• 11:32
  trust.
• 11:32
  Right?
• 11:33
  Like
• 11:33
  Tina
• 11:34
  says,
• 11:34
  creative
• 11:34
  morning,
• 11:34
  screw
• 11:35
  at
• 11:35
  the
• 11:35
  speed
• 11:35
  of
• 11:36
  trust.
• 11:36
  And
• 11:36
  that's
• 11:36
  what
• 11:36
  I
• 11:36
  want
• 11:37
  you
• 11:37
  to
• 11:37
  take
• 11:37
  away
• 11:37
  from
• 11:37
  today.
• 11:38
  I
• 11:39
  hope
• 11:39
  you
• 11:39
  enjoyed
• 11:40
  this
• 11:40
  kind
• 11:41
  of
• 11:41
  long
• 11:41
  banter
• 11:41
  about
• 11:41
  my
• 11:42
  story
• 11:42
  and
• 11:44
  just
• 11:44
  feel
• 11:45
  inspired
• 11:45
  to
• 11:45
  think
• 11:45
  about
• 11:46
  how
• 11:46
  you
• 11:46
  can
• 11:47
  bring
• 11:47
  your
• 11:47
  people
• 11:47
  together
• 11:48
  in
• 11:48
  person.
• 11:48
  Because
• 11:49
  there's
• 11:49
  really
• 11:49
  nothing
• 11:49
  like
• 11:50
  it
• 11:50
  in
• 11:50
  the
• 11:50
  world
• 11:51
  to
• 11:51
  build
• 11:51
  community.
• 11:52
  Okay,
• 11:53
  until
• 11:53
  next
• 11:53
  time.
• 11:54
  If
• 11:54
  you
• 11:54
  loved
• 11:54
  this,
• 11:55
  please
• 11:55
  share
• 11:55
  it
• 11:55
  with
• 11:55
  a
• 11:55
  friend.
• 11:56
  If
• 11:56
  you
• 11:57
  haven't
• 11:57
  liked,
• 11:57
  subscribed
• 11:58
  and
• 11:58
  left
• 11:59
  a
• 11:59
  review,
• 11:59
  it
• 11:59
  means
• 11:59
  a
• 12:00
  lot
• 12:00
  to
• 12:00
  me
• 12:00
  and
• 12:00
  it
• 12:00
  really
• 12:01
  helps
• 12:01
  the
• 12:01
  show
• 12:01
  grow.
• 12:02
  And
• 12:03
  I'll
• 12:03
  talk
• 12:03
  to
• 12:03
  you
• 12:03
  next
• 12:04
  time.
• 12:04
  Until
• 12:04
  then,
• 12:05
  keep
• 12:05
  building.
