- 1:18Speaker 2: Guys, let's... Hey, I had Kevin Martin from the TNA
- 1:22Speaker 2: production team on standby in case I couldn't figure this out.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Come on!
- 1:26Speaker 2: I warned him today. I said, hey, man, I might
- 1:28Speaker 2: need you to come to my room later.
- 1:29Speaker 1: He plugged headphones and a mic into a laptop. Hey!
- 1:33Speaker 4: That's pretty big for cavemen.
- 1:35Speaker 2: First off, I had Mark, I FaceTimed Mark before I
- 1:37Speaker 2: left to pack this all, and I didn't know I
- 1:41Speaker 2: could do it with this little amount of equipment. I
- 1:43Speaker 2: thought there was a lot more to it.
- 1:44Speaker 4: Well, technically, your audio this week will not be as
- 1:47Speaker 4: good as it normally is, but it's good enough.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:51Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:51Speaker 2: I'm sure audio snob Cabana is going to send some
- 1:54Speaker 2: scathing texts.

- 2:58Speaker 4: Russ Saylor won. Love the pod and the system gear
- 3:02Speaker 4: doesn't look like security uniform. Let's grab some butt cheeks
- 3:05Speaker 4: and spread the news about the pod just like Rikishi.
- 3:09Speaker 4: It doesn't really go like that, Russ, but the try
- 3:12Speaker 4: is fine.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I'll take it.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Thanks for getting my back, Russ.
- 3:15Speaker 4: Poor Russ got drunk one night, said something silly in
- 3:17Speaker 4: the podcast group, and he got kicked out. We need
- 3:19Speaker 4: to give him another chance.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Oh, sorry, pal. I wasn't working that way. The giveaway.
- 3:25Speaker 4: I don't remember what he said.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Courtesy of Ringside Collectibles. Find the pin post on X

- 3:38Speaker 4: Joseph C., DemonKiller93. Oh, wow.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Joseph C.
- 3:42Speaker 4: Oh, hey, he loves Japanese culture too, just like you, man.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Oh, just like Matt Cardona.
- 3:47Speaker 1: And the giveaway this week, bang, bang, ECW Cactus Jack,
- 3:51Speaker 1: WWE Defining Moments ringside.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Mine is in the possession of KNS WrestleFest right now
- 3:57Speaker 2: to be autographed for my personal collection.
- 4:00Speaker 1: All right, guys, follow up. Brian, big weekend for TNA.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Holy smokes, guys. Bear with me here because I did
- 4:08Speaker 2: all day at New York Comic Con on Thursday. Michael Kanek,
- 4:13Speaker 2: very successful day. A live Whatnot on stage. I know
- 4:17Speaker 2: Broski's going to talk about that too, but just super
- 4:19Speaker 2: cool to be partnered with Whatnot. Their setup was like indescribable.
- 4:24Speaker 2: So freaking cool. There we are pumping the product. New
- 4:28Speaker 2: York Comic Con exclusive Macho Man Big Rubber Guys, the
- 4:31Speaker 2: debut of our comic book variant cover. Spider-Man 1001. Just
- 4:36Speaker 2: an honor to be around you know new york comic-con
- 4:40Speaker 2: and see our stuff everywhere and then we went over
- 4:42Speaker 2: to walmart we did a walmart live another successful you
- 4:46Speaker 2: know launch the new york yankees big rubber guy macho
- 4:50Speaker 2: man randy savage exclusive.
- 4:52Speaker 4: Which by the way this whole stream is on our
- 4:54Speaker 4: youtube so if you want to watch.
- 4:55Speaker 2: It which i had no idea i thought it was
- 4:57Speaker 2: on walmart stream but uh yeah pretty just incredible time
- 5:01Speaker 2: and a beautiful dinner with my friend michael at uh
- 5:04Speaker 2: uncle jack's and then uh Yours truly was on TNA,
- 5:08Speaker 2: a wrestling impact on AMC. Uh, it was a battle,
- 5:13Speaker 2: an eight man to determine who would be entering the
- 5:16Speaker 2: call your shot gauntlet at one and who would be
- 5:19Speaker 2: entering at 20. Uh, I guess, unfortunately I didn't win,
- 5:23Speaker 2: but fortunately I didn't lose either. Therefore it wasn't part
- 5:27Speaker 2: of that decision making.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:29Speaker 2: So I guess I lucked out in that sense. Uh,
- 5:32Speaker 2: and then, uh, it was time we went straight, uh,
- 5:36Speaker 2: our biggest show of the year, Tampa, Florida bound for
- 5:38Speaker 2: glory TNA wrestling. I was in my fourth call. Your
- 5:43Speaker 2: shot shot gauntlet.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I like that. Was that a, a tealish like edge
- 5:49Speaker 1: mania to 2000 Miami dolphins.
- 5:52Speaker 2: That is Jacksonville Jaguars. You're both wrong. Jacksonville Jaguars type
- 5:56Speaker 2: color scheme there. Call your shot gauntlet. I am the
- 5:59Speaker 2: all time most dominant performer in the history of this thing.
- 6:03Speaker 2: I got two more eliminations. I'm at 15 all time. Unfortunately,
- 6:09Speaker 2: I did not win this damn thing. That's going to
- 6:11Speaker 2: be the goal, obviously, if I'm ever in it again.
- 6:14Speaker 2: But awesome show, awesome crowd in Tampa. Big, big, big,
- 6:18Speaker 2: big night for TNA Wrestling. So I was proud to
- 6:20Speaker 2: be a part of all that.
- 6:22Speaker 4: Big trouble, Ben Bishop.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Yeah, Ben Bishop, a Matt Cardona guy.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Oh, man.
- 6:26Speaker 4: Did he walk right up to you, Brian? Was he saying, hey,
- 6:28Speaker 4: we're Matt Cardona guys?
- 6:29Speaker 2: I'll tell you guys a lot more about that off air.
- 6:31Speaker 2: But yeah, big trouble, Ben Bishop. I was so proud
- 6:34Speaker 2: of him. Gave me a big sidewalk slam that we
- 6:36Speaker 2: think might have broke the ring, and I'm not kidding.
- 6:38Speaker 1: He's a big MF-er, and he's lean and mean.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Yeah, so pretty cool. Got a hell of a pop, too,
- 6:45Speaker 2: which I don't know was a good thing for his
- 6:48Speaker 2: ego or not, but got a hell of a pop
- 6:50Speaker 2: from the Tampa crowd. So it was a really, really
- 6:52Speaker 2: fun match. I think go out of your way to
- 6:54Speaker 2: see the Call Your Shot gauntlet because I think it's
- 6:56Speaker 2: just a very fun piece of pro wrestling, if you will.
- 7:02Speaker 1: All right, so my weekend was a little crazy. So Thursday,
- 7:07Speaker 1: Money in the Bank is in New Orleans. So I
- 7:10Speaker 1: fly Thursday morning to New Orleans with Chelsea, a whole
- 7:14Speaker 1: day of media and stuff like that. But man, Thursday night,
- 7:18Speaker 1: went on a double date, a double date, courtesy of
- 7:23Speaker 1: On Location with C-Rat and his wife. It was unbelievable.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Unbelievable.
- 7:30Speaker 2: You guys had a private room?
- 7:31Speaker 1: Private room. It was at Emeril's, which was unreal. Emeril's
- 7:36Speaker 1: a very famous chef. The chef at Emeril's? Him and Heather,
- 7:40Speaker 1: we had a great time. It was awesome. Who's taking
- 7:43Speaker 1: these photos? But there's photographers in the room, baby.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Holy smokes.
- 7:48Speaker 1: A lot of drinks being had, old-fashioned, some great wine,
- 7:52Speaker 1: talking collectibles. It was a great, great time. Man, I
- 7:58Speaker 1: was stuffed. It was like one of those Those courses
- 8:00Speaker 1: where they just bring out little courses. It's probably like
- 8:03Speaker 1: 10 different courses.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Oh, wow. Cool.
- 8:06Speaker 1: We had a great, great time. Oh, there's Emeril's son.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Emeril couldn't make it, but his son was the head chef.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Whoa.
- 8:12Speaker 1: He looks very young. Yeah, well, hey, it was a great,
- 8:17Speaker 1: great experience. I would love to go back. And then afterwards,
- 8:20Speaker 1: me and Sea Rat drank a bunch of old fashions
- 8:23Speaker 1: at the hotel bar.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Nice.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Get a little wild.
- 8:27Speaker 2: That's a great dude. That's awesome to hear.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Sea Rat is an absolute legend, absolute legend of a
- 8:32Speaker 1: major mark. Great, great time. Sea Rat, if you want
- 8:36Speaker 1: to do it again, you know my PayPal. Jesus. No,
- 8:40Speaker 1: I'm just kidding. Great, great time. But we had too
- 8:43Speaker 1: many old fashions for me, and you know I love
- 8:46Speaker 1: my old fashions because the next morning flying to LaGuardia
- 8:49Speaker 1: Airport for Comic-Con was rough. It was rough. You had
- 8:55Speaker 1: already left, so I met up with, We just walked
- 9:00Speaker 1: the floor at Comic-Con. And like you said, to see
- 9:04Speaker 1: our product at the Whatnot booth or Walmart. Even Pro
- 9:10Speaker 1: Wrestling Tees had our stuff.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Yeah, honestly. There was three major setups that had collect
- 9:16Speaker 2: major products. plastered all over.
- 9:18Speaker 1: It yeah so yeah and like you said the whatnot
- 9:21Speaker 1: booth it's not even a booth it was like the
- 9:23Speaker 1: whatnot corner.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Yeah they built the world yeah it.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Was unbelievable i did the live whatnot the next day
- 9:28Speaker 1: uh i filmed some stuff with wwe the next day
- 9:31Speaker 1: and we had some great dinners we did uncle jack's
- 9:34Speaker 1: and we did nobu and oh the best we missed
- 9:38Speaker 1: you at nobu brian.
- 9:39Speaker 2: I will i will get an iou on that one
- 9:42Speaker 2: dude my whatnot i forgot i followed todd mcfarland he
- 9:46Speaker 2: was live before me And that's our next. It was
- 9:49Speaker 2: pretty nuts. And then even Nas came later in the day.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Lauren Hill and Busta Rhymes were after us. in Wyclef.
- 9:56Speaker 2: That's unbelievable.
- 9:58Speaker 1: We got kicked out. Well, first of all, I wouldn't
- 9:59Speaker 1: say we got kicked out of the green room. We
- 10:01Speaker 1: tried getting in. They said, you can't be in here.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Lauren Hill's coming in.
- 10:03Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 10:04Speaker 1: We didn't even get in.
- 10:07Speaker 2: Oh, man.
- 10:08Speaker 4: Damn, what is she selling?
- 10:10Speaker 1: I don't know. She was rapping.
- 10:12Speaker 2: There's clips. You can see they were on stage, and
- 10:14Speaker 2: they kind of freestyled a little bit.
- 10:15Speaker 4: Oh, that's cool.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Yeah, it was New York Comic Con, always a great time.
- 10:20Speaker 1: For those who have never been, it's like a, I
- 10:22Speaker 1: don't want to say a step below San Diego Comic Con,
- 10:25Speaker 1: but it's like, it's a good like pregame before San
- 10:31Speaker 1: Diego Comic Con.
- 10:33Speaker 2: That's a good way to put it. It's like a junior,
- 10:35Speaker 2: Comic Con junior, but it's a different beast. I don't know.
- 10:40Speaker 4: Javits Center is pretty big.
- 10:41Speaker 2: It's big, but San Diego Comic-Con feels overwhelming at times.
- 10:44Speaker 1: You can't even walk the streets at San Diego Comic-Con. Yeah,
- 10:48Speaker 1: this isn't overwhelming.
- 10:49Speaker 4: San Diego Comic-Con is like an entire city.
- 10:52Speaker 2: If you need a breather, there's space to kind of,
- 10:55Speaker 2: you know, where Comic-Con in San Diego is just flooded
- 10:59Speaker 2: with bodies. This isn't that bad.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Yeah, if you're watching on YouTube, that was the Walmart setup.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Had a bunch of different big rubber guys on display.
- 11:07Speaker 1: The Yankees macho. which is available right now for those
- 11:10Speaker 1: who missed it on walmart.com, and the Mets Macho, if
- 11:14Speaker 1: you missed it, on collectmajor.com.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Both limited to 1,500 pieces, by the way.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Yep, and we're working on a plan to keep Whatnot
- 11:24Speaker 1: and Collect Major like a fresh weekly partnership. We're working
- 11:29Speaker 1: on something. So exclusive figures, exclusive drops.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Possibly hosted by Captain Joe Shoes.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Possibly.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Possibly.
- 11:37Speaker 1: You never know.
- 11:37Speaker 2: We're in negotiations with the talent.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Yes. So man, yeah, we met the artist of the
- 11:45Speaker 1: comic cover.
- 11:46Speaker 2: That's cool.
- 11:47Speaker 1: It was awesome. So we have a bunch of these
- 11:49Speaker 1: signed prints on collectmajor.com. If not right now, in the
- 11:52Speaker 1: next couple of days, I'm like, Nick, how many prints
- 11:56Speaker 1: is this? He's like 25. I'm like, bro, it's like 250.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Like how many am I signing here? Not that many,
- 12:01Speaker 1: but it was not 25. But yeah, head on over
- 12:05Speaker 1: to collectmajor.com. So speaking of Chelsea, I had her take
- 12:11Speaker 1: this picture. She had no idea what I was trying
- 12:13Speaker 1: to do here. I was a big, I talk about
- 12:15Speaker 1: all the time, big collector of the catalog items and
- 12:18Speaker 1: the souvenir stand items. And one of the hardest pieces
- 12:21Speaker 1: to get as a kid, it took me until I
- 12:23Speaker 1: was an adult to get it, was the foam women's championship.
- 12:26Speaker 1: So I had Chelsea take a picture with it, you know,
- 12:29Speaker 1: that I had the foam women's championship and now the
- 12:33Speaker 1: real WWE women's champion. Yeah.
- 12:36Speaker 4: Wait, why did you want to get this as a kid?
- 12:38Speaker 1: Because you had to, what are you, like not going
- 12:40Speaker 1: to collect something that's in the line?
- 12:43Speaker 2: He wanted the set.
- 12:45Speaker 4: I mean, I only bought it for our basement wrestling.
- 12:48Speaker 4: We didn't have any women's champions.
- 12:50Speaker 1: You had the women's championship?
- 12:52Speaker 2: No.
- 12:53Speaker 4: I'm saying I only bought these belts for our basement federation.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Oh, I bought them because I like them.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Is that like a made-up title design or did the
- 12:59Speaker 2: belt kind of look like that?
- 13:00Speaker 1: I think it's all, I think it's made up.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Wow.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Well, there it is in the catalog.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Yeah. It's weird how we just accepted the white, gray,
- 13:10Speaker 2: and brown when nothing was really like that, right?
- 13:13Speaker 1: Yeah, and that brown, I see titles like that in
- 13:16Speaker 1: the Attitude Era.
- 13:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:18Speaker 1: The Attitude Era. So I thought that was a cool picture.
- 13:24Speaker 1: What about our speed of titles? Conrad, did you see
- 13:27Speaker 1: him on Ariel Hawane talking about the icy title and
- 13:31Speaker 1: how he acquired it?
- 13:33Speaker 2: Yes, which I couldn't believe he was being that transparent.
- 13:37Speaker 1: So he was asked, how did he get this? He
- 13:39Speaker 1: did a little trade ski of.
- 13:41Speaker 2: The week with WWE. Yeah, I was shocked that he
- 13:45Speaker 2: was disclosing all this information. But then I'm even more shocked,
- 13:49Speaker 2: why is he selling it?
- 13:51Speaker 1: Well, he's going on this interview to promote the title
- 13:55Speaker 1: on Heritage.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Right, but if he's like, If that's his thing, collecting belts,
- 14:01Speaker 2: why is he selling.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Like– I mean we always sell things.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Maybe his most prized possession.
- 14:05Speaker 4: Because he's probably got a lead on his favorite belt
- 14:09Speaker 4: of all time or something.
- 14:11Speaker 2: Also, I got to say WWE was being very sentimental
- 14:15Speaker 2: in their decision because Conrad's belt, the Macho Belt is
- 14:19Speaker 2: worth way more than the Pat Patterson belt.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Well, OK, so let me let me explain. So what
- 14:23Speaker 1: happened was Pat Patterson, when he passed away, WWE wanted
- 14:27Speaker 1: that intercontinental title. Conrad had it because WWE is like, well,
- 14:30Speaker 1: where is this? And Bruce Prichard said, well, I know
- 14:33Speaker 1: as a Conrad Thompson and they offered Conrad money for it.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Conrad said, I don't want any money, but I'll trade
- 14:38Speaker 1: you to trade me for what? So how about that
- 14:41Speaker 1: WrestleMania three IC title? And they made the trade. Conrad
- 14:44Speaker 1: has it now. And we said it last week or
- 14:47Speaker 1: the week before that it was Macho Man who tried
- 14:49Speaker 1: to clean it off and it got tarnished. But it
- 14:51Speaker 1: was actually Tito Santana. Arriba! Oh, wow.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Tito tried to shine it up and stripped it of
- 14:58Speaker 2: the paint. Which in modern times, they would touch them up.
- 15:01Speaker 2: They wouldn't do that back then?
- 15:03Speaker 1: I guess not. Modern times, there's so many. Now there's
- 15:06Speaker 1: like replica belts. There's nothing like that then.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Right? Yeah.
- 15:11Speaker 1: But did you see? So right now, the Heritage title.
- 15:14Speaker 1: is on rent. What's the current price? I believe is...
- 15:18Speaker 1: Let me see. As of this recording, I don't know
- 15:23Speaker 1: the current price. Oh, here it is. $ 110, 000. With the
- 15:28Speaker 1: buyer's premium, $ 134, 000. There's still some more time on this thing.
- 15:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I can see it going for like $ 250, 000.
- 15:36Speaker 1: To me, I think this is more iconic than the
- 15:38Speaker 1: WrestleMania II Hogan belt.
- 15:42Speaker 2: I mean... This is literally one of the most discussed
- 15:45Speaker 2: matches of all time, and beloved pro wrestling matches in
- 15:47Speaker 2: the history of the business.
- 15:49Speaker 1: But also the title, the actual shape of the title,
- 15:54Speaker 1: the look of the title.
- 15:55Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 15:56Speaker 1: I was kicking the tires on it, but I can't
- 15:58Speaker 1: get to... You know, I'm a fantasy champion.
- 16:02Speaker 2: I know, but it's not even close. You're out.
- 16:06Speaker 1: And then WWE put out a replica version of it.
- 16:10Speaker 1: The Tarnished. Intercontinental. I thought it was really, really cool.
- 16:13Speaker 7: Oh, wow.
- 16:14Speaker 2: They should just buy it back. What's that money to them?
- 16:18Speaker 1: That's actually very, very smart. They should just buy it.
- 16:19Speaker 1: And maybe they will.
- 16:21Speaker 2: I know. Maybe they will. Yeah.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Maybe the winner of the auction will be B. Brown.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Who knows? B.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Brown 16 from Stanford. B. Brown 16 might win it.
- 16:29Speaker 1: But I like this. Timeless. Iconic. Tarnished.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 16:35Speaker 1: I mean, look at that. So if you can't buy
- 16:38Speaker 1: the real belt on Heritage, get the replica. On WWE Shop.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Still not having that F there. It just hurts a
- 16:46Speaker 2: little bit.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Yeah, but guys, come on.
- 16:49Speaker 2: I'm just saying. I know.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Scotty Tuhati was on Chris Van Vliet, and we've been
- 16:55Speaker 1: doing this thing the past couple weeks. Talk about their figs.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Scotty had a great guy, great interview. I don't know
- 17:02Speaker 1: anybody who has a bad thing to say about Scotty Tuhati.
- 17:06Speaker 1: If you have a bad thing to say about Scotty Tuhati.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Big theme park guy.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Big theme park guy. Loves walking around Epcot, just like myself.
- 17:13Speaker 4: If you have a bad thing to say about Scotty Dutta,
- 17:14Speaker 4: you might be a captain of a boat.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Anyway, Dee got together some of his figures. Well, all
- 17:23Speaker 1: of his figures. Honestly, I thought he would have more.
- 17:26Speaker 2: This is about what I was thinking. I mean, what
- 17:29Speaker 2: are we counting that buddy? What is that?
- 17:31Speaker 1: That's a bootlegger.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Yeah, come on, Dee. That elite is like gone.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Gone. Gone, gone.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Gone. You cannot find that thing. It's wild. Oh, my God.
- 17:43Speaker 1: There's that final count that came with the Hip Hop Hippo.
- 17:45Speaker 2: Yeah. That's randomly hard to find.
- 17:49Speaker 1: He's the best. That one on the top left, that
- 17:51Speaker 1: classic black and white one, when those came out, that
- 17:56Speaker 1: Rules of the Ring set.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Oh, my God. It was such a big deal.
- 17:59Speaker 1: Such a big, big deal. Scotty, very, very toyetic. He
- 18:05Speaker 1: showed us before. He has the WrestleMania... 2000 Ruthless Aggression prototype.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Right.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Which, if you're watching now, you can see it's a
- 18:14Speaker 1: Titantron figure.
- 18:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:15Speaker 1: It was supposed to be Ruthless Aggression. I don't know
- 18:18Speaker 1: why they didn't do that.
- 18:19Speaker 2: Which is, yeah. And then he got that Ruthless one
- 18:23Speaker 2: on the way out of the company there.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Yeah. He's a classic superstar. And then at the bottom,
- 18:28Speaker 1: those figure collection retros.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Brand new. Super cool.
- 18:33Speaker 4: I'll say this about Scotty. Great guy. You know, the
- 18:37Speaker 4: peeping and you're in catering is sometimes some people sit down,
- 18:40Speaker 4: you might not, and you're like, oh, man. I love
- 18:42Speaker 4: when Scotty Tuhati sits down.
- 18:43Speaker 2: At the table.
- 18:44Speaker 1: He's the best, dude.
- 18:45Speaker 4: There's always great stories. You can talk about normal life things, kids.
- 18:49Speaker 2: That's also true, yeah.
- 18:52Speaker 4: You know, theme parks, ticket sale, you know, whatever it is.
- 18:55Speaker 4: He's a great guy.
- 18:56Speaker 1: On the Chris VanVie podcast, something I thought was very
- 18:59Speaker 1: interesting is that he mentions that everyone thinks about Too
- 19:04Speaker 1: Cool and Rikishi like it was years and years and years,
- 19:06Speaker 1: that it was less than one year.
- 19:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I know.
- 19:10Speaker 4: That's crazy!
- 19:11Speaker 2: I know, yeah.
- 19:15Speaker 1: Too Cool and Rikishi is less than one year. And
- 19:17Speaker 1: what else I thought was interesting is that that iconic
- 19:20Speaker 1: entrance at Royal Rumble 2000, they'd only been together like less.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Than a month. Six weeks, he said.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Or a month or so. Wow. That, I think, is
- 19:29Speaker 1: the first Royal Rumble moment.
- 19:32Speaker 2: Within a– like where they would even do something entertaining
- 19:36Speaker 2: like that. Right, right, right.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Now it happens kind of almost every year.
- 19:39Speaker 2: It's part of the deal, yeah.
- 19:42Speaker 1: So we love this guy.
- 19:43Speaker 4: People will literally say it's a bad Royal Rumble if
- 19:45Speaker 4: there wasn't enough entertaining moments.
- 19:47Speaker 2: I mean literally the Call Your Shot we did last night.
- 19:49Speaker 2: that's like you're trying to make moments like that, you know? Right.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Memorable things.
- 19:55Speaker 1: What about Jimmy Wang Yang? He posted a photo of
- 19:58Speaker 1: his first.
- 19:59Speaker 2: I got a lot of Jimmy Wang Yang this weekend,
- 20:01Speaker 2: so twice.
- 20:01Speaker 1: He posted a photo with his first ever WCW promo
- 20:04Speaker 1: shot and his first ever... wwe figure which is that
- 20:07Speaker 1: that ringside collectibles wwe east.
- 20:11Speaker 2: Which is becoming a kind of a rare set.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Yeah that was a that was a big set to
- 20:16Speaker 1: get because sakoda and uh akio were deep cuts and
- 20:22Speaker 1: the first runaki.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Yeah which was exciting at the time.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Very exciting yeah i wish ringside would bring that back
- 20:29Speaker 1: with like current mattel stuff like a lot of deep
- 20:31Speaker 1: cuts because remember they made like they had like the
- 20:34Speaker 1: Val Venus, you know, they got a lot of deep
- 20:36Speaker 1: cuts at the time.
- 20:36Speaker 2: They were allowed to do stuff like that.
- 20:38Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Yeah. So Jimmy Wang Yang, uh, he's your boy.
- 20:44Speaker 2: What about this? The glory days con shout out to
- 20:46Speaker 2: captain's corner for having me there. It was fun time.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Oh, how was that?
- 20:49Speaker 2: It was cool. It was great. Yep.
- 20:52Speaker 1: What about this? Necro butcher signing a WWE nostalgia deal.
- 20:58Speaker 4: Is that true?
- 20:59Speaker 2: Everyone, the whole internet is like, this isn't true. They
- 21:01Speaker 2: were like revolting over it.
- 21:03Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:04Speaker 1: It's true. Now, all I'm saying is maybe the death
- 21:07Speaker 1: match King Matt Cardona can put the crown on one
- 21:09Speaker 1: more time in a WWE ring against a Necro Butcher.
- 21:13Speaker 2: I don't think that's physically possible. Because you're hurt not
- 21:18Speaker 2: that he can't. I'm just kidding. I don't know if
- 21:20Speaker 2: he even takes bookings physically.
- 21:22Speaker 1: I think he would WrestleMania. I think he'd take a booking.
- 21:26Speaker 2: I kind of. i'm not sure where this goes because
- 21:30Speaker 2: i can't see it being a mattel figure i could
- 21:32Speaker 2: see him being like a downloadable character in the video
- 21:35Speaker 2: game yeah even like a card i don't know where
- 21:38Speaker 2: they would get the photography you know.
- 21:42Speaker 1: I'm sure they can get someone i know it's just uh.
- 21:46Speaker 2: And to me if you're not like a familiar i'm
- 21:47Speaker 2: not even really that familiar with his actual wrestling career
- 21:51Speaker 2: but I see Diaz acute up here. I think this
- 21:54Speaker 2: is the most iconic thing he's part of, in my opinion.
- 21:57Speaker 2: That's him with Mickey Rourke in The Wrestler. That's pretty iconic.
- 21:59Speaker 2: And he's phenomenal in the scenes that he's in where
- 22:03Speaker 2: he's basically himself and he's talking candidly to him backstage
- 22:06Speaker 2: and stuff. He does a great job.
- 22:09Speaker 1: I'm all for it.
- 22:11Speaker 4: He's got that swollen elbow there.
- 22:13Speaker 2: A little bursa sack. I had that forever and it
- 22:16Speaker 2: finally went away.
- 22:17Speaker 1: It's the worst. We're going to plug him again at
- 22:21Speaker 1: Wrestling With Creativity. Paired another figure with another magazine to
- 22:27Speaker 1: be in the video.
- 22:30Speaker 2: Mark used to have a podcast where he paired things with.
- 22:32Speaker 6: Back same photo on the back. If I show you
- 22:36Speaker 6: the new generation ultimate macho man Randy Savage figure... There's
- 22:43Speaker 6: only one WWF magazine to pair it with. December 1994,
- 22:49Speaker 6: it was actually a dual cover month.
- 22:53Speaker 1: One, you have Macho Man with a dog.
- 22:56Speaker 6: The other one, you have Macho Man Randy Savage, WrestleMania
- 23:02Speaker 6: 10 gear, coming out to celebrate, going for the win
- 23:06Speaker 6: against Crush, Macho Man Randy Savage, The box has the
- 23:12Speaker 6: exact same photo on the back. There's only one to
- 23:16Speaker 6: pair it with. I'm not going to unbox it. I'm
- 23:18Speaker 6: keeping it in the box. But this is one epic pairing.
- 23:23Speaker 1: Ooh, yeah. What a fun collection, like, if you can
- 23:28Speaker 1: get it to match exactly like that.
- 23:30Speaker 2: I didn't realize that there was dual covers, too. I
- 23:32Speaker 2: don't think I realized that.
- 23:33Speaker 1: I mean, follow this guy's account. He posts some, like,
- 23:36Speaker 1: crazy stuff about the magazines. Yeah, something like this. You
- 23:40Speaker 1: get that CSA graded next to each other like that. Ooh, yeah.
- 23:45Speaker 1: That's fucking cool. What about this? Javon Evans going through
- 23:51Speaker 1: the slambulance.
- 23:54Speaker 2: I didn't even see the clip yet, and I'm like,
- 23:57Speaker 2: this is the slambulance. This has to be like a.
- 24:00Speaker 1: I mean, I love it.
- 24:03Speaker 2: It looks amazing. That moment's surreal.
- 24:06Speaker 1: The slambulance we talked about back in the day during
- 24:08Speaker 1: the FWF days, like how much fun it was. And
- 24:12Speaker 1: you could go through the roof. This is the updated
- 24:15Speaker 1: one with the red, so it's not quite accurate.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Which I feel like in my era, NWB Ellis would
- 24:21Speaker 2: have been out back painting this thing all day. Like,
- 24:23Speaker 2: this is crazy. But they didn't do that.
- 24:26Speaker 1: So I don't know if this was product placement.
- 24:31Speaker 2: I can all but confirm that it's product placement.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Well, They should have painted it red then. Ellis, we
- 24:37Speaker 1: need you back.
- 24:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Look, there's Drew.
- 24:40Speaker 2: Drew, he went through.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Oh, man. I thought it was so cool.
- 24:44Speaker 2: I love it. I mean, a surreal bump, especially just
- 24:48Speaker 2: that still we just had. Look how far he is.
- 24:50Speaker 2: It's so cool.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Sea Rat says, it was insane live. Sea Rat.
- 24:54Speaker 2: There we go.
- 24:54Speaker 1: I'm sure he was hungover after those old fashions.
- 24:56Speaker 2: He didn't even want to go to Money in the Bank.
- 24:58Speaker 2: He told me to stay in bed.
- 25:00Speaker 1: But I love that. And what a bump. Unreal.
- 25:03Speaker 2: Unreal.
- 25:05Speaker 1: What about at Mattel? They didn't show any WWE stuff
- 25:08Speaker 1: at Comic-Con, but they showed a lot of the new DC,
- 25:11Speaker 1: including their Ultimate line. So they have like three new tiers.
- 25:17Speaker 1: So kind of like WWE with the main event, Elite,
- 25:20Speaker 1: and Ultimate. They have three lines as well. I'm not
- 25:23Speaker 1: a DC guy, so I didn't really follow this. So
- 25:26Speaker 1: I can't really speak on it. If D you have
- 25:28Speaker 1: anything else.
- 25:45Speaker 3: Oh, forgot to hit the fade out button. Uh, Yeah,
- 25:51Speaker 3: so showing off at New York Comic Con. I think, yeah,
- 25:54Speaker 3: this was day one, day one on Thursday. The big reveal,
- 25:58Speaker 3: they sent influencers packages, having the secret messages. I mean,
- 26:02Speaker 3: and they kept the secret, and they got invited to
- 26:06Speaker 3: New York Comic Con. They're a big rollout of DC product.
- 26:10Speaker 3: Currently in stores right now, at least at my local
- 26:13Speaker 3: Target stores, is the... is the, uh, premier series. And
- 26:17Speaker 3: that is the, uh, entry-level line, the budget friendly option
- 26:21Speaker 3: for consumers. But now, uh, they revealed off the upcoming
- 26:25Speaker 3: product that is launching on January 1st of 2027 at
- 26:29Speaker 3: the start of 2027. And there is also a launch event, uh,
- 26:31Speaker 3: happening as well. I believe that we're probably live streaming
- 26:34Speaker 3: similar to, uh, like a Mattel creations live, uh, like
- 26:38Speaker 3: the revealed, uh, panel that'll probably be on Mattel creations.com
- 26:41Speaker 3: as well as the Mattel creations YouTube channel, most likely. Uh,
- 26:44Speaker 3: but yeah, three-tier structure, three-tier product strategy, similar to what
- 26:48Speaker 3: Mattel does with the Main Event Series, the Elite Collection,
- 26:50Speaker 3: as well as the Ultimate Edition. But the Legacy Collection,
- 26:52Speaker 3: which is comparable to Elite's, is similar in price and
- 26:56Speaker 3: also build in terms of quality. So here is samples
- 27:01Speaker 3: of the Premier Series. So these are comparable to Main
- 27:06Speaker 3: Event Series, $ 1299, $ 1399, depends on the retailer. And there's
- 27:10Speaker 3: a gray model to show you guys.
- 27:12Speaker 2: Yeah, those look awesome.
- 27:13Speaker 3: I mean, they're fantastic. Fantastic. And they come with, similar
- 27:16Speaker 3: to like Teenage Mutant Turtles, the new thing now is
- 27:19Speaker 3: like sprues with the accessories, a weapons tree, and you
- 27:22Speaker 3: can take the accessories off.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Oh, projectile play, D?
- 27:25Speaker 3: There is projectile play with the Batmobile and with the
- 27:27Speaker 3: Robin Cycle, yes. And they're modular, so you can put.
- 27:31Speaker 2: When we're talking about stuff like this, you've got to
- 27:32Speaker 2: lead with that information.
- 27:34Speaker 3: The discs right there, the rims on that Batmobile, those
- 27:38Speaker 3: can take off, and those are the projectiles. Those translucent
- 27:41Speaker 3: yellow rims right there. on that Batmobile. Those are the projectiles.
- 27:44Speaker 3: And Robin comes with some projectiles. So you can have
- 27:47Speaker 3: a bunch of projectile play with the Premier Series Batlink
- 27:51Speaker 3: Batmobile and the Batlink Robin Cycle. And they have a
- 27:54Speaker 3: bundle on Amazon as well with both as well. But
- 27:57Speaker 3: the Legacy Collection, this has got more articulation. So basically,
- 28:01Speaker 3: the Legacy Collection is comparable to Ultimate Edition figures in
- 28:05Speaker 3: terms of builds. They have the Butterfly Shoulders. They have
- 28:09Speaker 3: the Single Barbell Waist. They have the drop-down hips. They
- 28:11Speaker 3: have toe articulation. I mean, these things are immaculate.
- 28:15Speaker 1: I thought WWE got rid of the drop-down hips.
- 28:18Speaker 3: Those are on Ultimate Editions.
- 28:20Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think they got rid of it.
- 28:23Speaker 3: Yeah, those are on all Ultimate Editions as well as
- 28:26Speaker 3: toe articulation. You get what Marvel Legends doesn't have is
- 28:31Speaker 3: the upper calf flat plane as well. Interchangeable hands. I mean,
- 28:37Speaker 3: it's ridiculous. But if you want updated piece count as well.
- 28:42Speaker 3: And all figures with the capes, because obviously they're superheroes,
- 28:45Speaker 3: all capes will be wired, soft goods, fabric, and just
- 28:48Speaker 3: the loadout here, ridiculous in terms of accessories. And I
- 28:53Speaker 3: believe all the arms will be interchangeable.
- 28:54Speaker 1: This is a major wrestling figure podcast, so I think
- 28:57Speaker 1: we're going to cut you off.
- 28:59Speaker 2: I will say this. Mattel WB is going 16 years
- 29:04Speaker 2: plus strong, so to copy the model, very smart.
- 29:08Speaker 1: I do have one question, D.
- 29:10Speaker 4: Yes.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Are these like... What depiction... What era are these characters,
- 29:19Speaker 1: are these figures depicting?
- 29:20Speaker 3: It's going to vary. It's going to vary. They have
- 29:22Speaker 3: a whole DC library, Matt. It's just like John Cena.
- 29:25Speaker 3: They make 05 John Cena. They make 2010 John Cena.
- 29:28Speaker 3: They make 2026 John Cena.
- 29:30Speaker 1: If you went to that first photo, what era Batman
- 29:33Speaker 1: and Superman... For me, who doesn't know the difference, like...
- 29:40Speaker 1: what are we looking at here? We talk, are these
- 29:41Speaker 1: like new incarnations of them? It's a mixture of incarnations.
- 29:44Speaker 3: Currently, currently what's been shown, uh, largely, uh, is, uh, is, uh,
- 29:49Speaker 3: more modern interpretations of the characters. Uh, I think the last, uh,
- 29:52Speaker 3: I think currently they're on like DC all in, uh, but, uh, now, uh,
- 29:56Speaker 3: and I think before that was the absolute universe, uh,
- 29:59Speaker 3: So I think the premiere series, these are mostly Rebirth-inspired.
- 30:04Speaker 3: That's like the 2016, taking inspiration from the Snyderverse, the
- 30:09Speaker 3: DC Extended Universe. So those have, in terms of the
- 30:14Speaker 3: suits and the deco, inspired by it, but not fully
- 30:19Speaker 3: inspired by a DC Rebirth. So these are more modern
- 30:22Speaker 3: interpretations of the characters, but also keeping it classic. I'm
- 30:24Speaker 3: sure most of those classic outfits that people think of
- 30:27Speaker 3: when they think of these particular characters, those will be
- 30:30Speaker 3: mostly appearing in collector lines, but who's to say that
- 30:32Speaker 3: they can't appear in the Premiere series as well? So
- 30:35Speaker 3: the collector line, or I guess collector grade line, with
- 30:40Speaker 3: the Legacy Collection and the Ultimate Edition. So I'm sure
- 30:45Speaker 3: there's plenty of characters. They have a big library, and
- 30:48Speaker 3: McFarlane Toys was visiting those characters. Unfortunately, too late to
- 30:51Speaker 3: the party, and now they're introducing Pinless Joints. Unfortunately, too
- 30:55Speaker 3: late to the party, but.
- 30:58Speaker 1: So, so you have too late to the party. McFarland
- 31:00Speaker 1: still has the, the license for, uh.
- 31:02Speaker 3: For, for the remainder, I believe of 2026. Uh, and
- 31:05Speaker 3: then starting, uh, in January of 2027, uh, the master
- 31:10Speaker 3: toy license is, uh, in Mattel's hands.
- 31:12Speaker 1: So because, because, because McFarland had shown some Batman like
- 31:15Speaker 1: 89 stuff that I guess has gotten canceled, but then
- 31:18Speaker 1: they showed like a Batman returns figures. Like what, what's
- 31:21Speaker 1: going on? Are they done? Are they not fall of 2026?
- 31:23Speaker 3: So within the next three months, uh, that should be
- 31:26Speaker 3: hitting shelves. uh, at, at, at Walmart or target wherever, uh,
- 31:30Speaker 3: McFarland products are carried. So yeah, that's, uh, the DC
- 31:33Speaker 3: multiverse and these will be, uh, and that was seven
- 31:36Speaker 3: inch scale as well. So these are in, in scale, uh,
- 31:39Speaker 3: they're branded a six and a half inch, but, uh,
- 31:41Speaker 3: they are technically six and a quarter inch like a
- 31:42Speaker 3: Marvel legends. Um, Marvel legends is six and a quarter inch. Uh,
- 31:46Speaker 3: Mattel figures are six and three quarter inch. So, uh,
- 31:48Speaker 3: there is a difference in height there, but they still are. They,
- 31:51Speaker 3: it's still pleasant enough and acceptable enough on, on, on
- 31:55Speaker 3: a shelf. It's just the way scales work.
- 31:57Speaker 1: They look really cool. I'm not a DC guy. I'm
- 32:01Speaker 1: not a DC guy, but I'm not a DC guy.
- 32:02Speaker 1: But this is really fun.
- 32:05Speaker 3: And to have an offering like this, similar to the
- 32:08Speaker 3: Mattel WWE Main Event Series, to where that scale, you're
- 32:11Speaker 3: getting a six-inch figure. for 1399 that's you you don't
- 32:14Speaker 3: hear that too many uh too much.
- 32:16Speaker 2: These days it's crazy how that's changed.
- 32:18Speaker 3: Yeah so it's all consistent so and i think you
- 32:20Speaker 3: can even pop the heads off of these if you
- 32:22Speaker 3: wanted to place them onto your legacy collection ones and
- 32:24Speaker 3: ultimate edition figures same with the hands i believe well
- 32:26Speaker 3: i don't know if the hands on the premiere series
- 32:28Speaker 3: are but they certainly are on the legacy and ultimate
- 32:30Speaker 3: edition so um yeah it's uh ridiculous and uh i'm
- 32:34Speaker 3: just glad that uh the kids are getting a uh
- 32:37Speaker 3: a great time with a great value for a great
- 32:40Speaker 3: price point and just so many great things to say
- 32:43Speaker 3: about it.
- 32:43Speaker 1: And I'm, uh, it's, it's, it's because a lot of
- 32:47Speaker 1: the time you're excited.
- 32:48Speaker 3: Oh yes.
- 32:49Speaker 4: Yes.
- 32:50Speaker 1: I mean, you slid this in there. It's nothing new
- 32:52Speaker 1: with wrestling figures, but you slid in there, but it's
- 32:54Speaker 1: good talking. So it's fine.
- 32:56Speaker 3: Well, the first collector offering, this is available on Mattel creations.
- 32:59Speaker 3: Cause we've talked about Mattel creations before on here.
- 33:02Speaker 1: This is cool.
- 33:03Speaker 3: This is the, uh, Batman, uh, Hush Batman rooftop diorama,
- 33:07Speaker 3: including the light-up bat signal.
- 33:09Speaker 2: Oh, shit. It comes with that? That's not just like the.
- 33:11Speaker 4: Yes. That's one of my favorite books, too.
- 33:15Speaker 3: Yeah, Batman Hush, artwork by Jim Lee. Batman Hush was
- 33:19Speaker 3: like 0203 Batman.
- 33:22Speaker 2: The best.
- 33:23Speaker 3: Hush was the main antagonist of that particular book.
- 33:28Speaker 2: I'm not going to spoil it.
- 33:30Speaker 4: That is so cool.
- 33:31Speaker 2: There's a wire in that cape.
- 33:33Speaker 3: Yeah, all the capes, all the soft goods wire, all
- 33:35Speaker 3: the soft goods capes for all the collector grade lines.
- 33:38Speaker 3: This is technically Legacy Collection, but it basically is an
- 33:42Speaker 3: Ultimate Edition figure. It just doesn't have the Ultimate Edition
- 33:44Speaker 3: piece count. So it's basically similar build to what you're
- 33:46Speaker 3: going to be seeing on the Ultimate Edition figures and
- 33:49Speaker 3: the Legacy Collection. So this is Legacy Collection, but it
- 33:51Speaker 3: has a diorama here. And this is Mattel Creations Exclusive.
- 33:55Speaker 3: So it does carry a heftier price point than what
- 33:57Speaker 3: you're going to be seeing at the ones that are
- 33:59Speaker 3: going to be at mass market. This is not a
- 34:00Speaker 3: mass market release. This is online only, Mattel Creations Exclusive. So, obviously,
- 34:04Speaker 3: the price was being discussed heavily by collectors. Oh, this
- 34:07Speaker 3: is our first offering, and it's... Yeah, but it's... Minimum
- 34:10Speaker 3: quantities of much lower amount of units of this are
- 34:13Speaker 3: going to be produced to what you're going to be
- 34:14Speaker 3: seeing at the big box stores.
- 34:16Speaker 1: Hear me out with this speculation. Yes. You know, Penta
- 34:19Speaker 1: just won Money in the Bank. Yeah, Matt. He was
- 34:22Speaker 1: wearing Joe Glass gear, and he said in an interview
- 34:25Speaker 1: after the match that he had tried to wear this
- 34:27Speaker 1: before and was denied, and all of a sudden he
- 34:29Speaker 1: was allowed to wear it. I wonder... Are we getting
- 34:32Speaker 1: an official Joker Penta?
- 34:36Speaker 3: Time will tell. We saw it previously with a Batman-inspired
- 34:39Speaker 3: Rey Mysterio. We saw a SummerSlam look, and I believe
- 34:41Speaker 3: there was also a Kofi Kingston Robin as well.
- 34:45Speaker 1: But those weren't official, though.
- 34:47Speaker 3: I mean, it wasn't like official DC branded on the packaging.
- 34:50Speaker 3: We'll see if they allow that.
- 34:51Speaker 2: I also thought Penta's gear was New Orleans-based, but now
- 34:54Speaker 2: they're saying that. That makes sense.
- 34:56Speaker 3: I mean, he didn't have the smile on the mask,
- 34:58Speaker 3: probably intentionally. in case IP issues come about.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Because it was just purple and green.
- 35:02Speaker 4: I thought it was Mardi Gras gear.
- 35:03Speaker 3: So, yeah, you can take it that way.
- 35:05Speaker 1: That's what I would have said if I was about
- 35:07Speaker 1: to say, yeah, it's Mardi Gras gear.
- 35:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess.
- 35:09Speaker 1: That's what I.
- 35:11Speaker 3: Would have said. But awesome stuff on the way, and
- 35:13Speaker 3: I'm sure listeners of the podcast are very excited for
- 35:15Speaker 3: it as well. Because there was people excited about that.
- 35:18Speaker 1: All right, D. I have an idea. You and Mark
- 35:22Speaker 1: should start the major DC legacy figure podcast.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Yeah. Mark's looking for a new side project.
- 35:29Speaker 3: We talk about other items that aren't wrestling-related on weekly purchases, so... Stop.
- 35:33Speaker 1: Right, but hey, nobody purchased this.
- 35:35Speaker 4: I know.
- 35:35Speaker 1: And Mattel didn't purchase this ad either.
- 35:37Speaker 4: Two people who don't like when you rush D-Freedom.
- 35:41Speaker 2: Yeah, at least two. All right, let's move on.
- 35:44Speaker 1: Guys, I rush him when he's talking about the knuckle crunches.
- 35:46Speaker 1: This isn't even wrestling. Yeah. What are we doing here?
- 35:48Speaker 2: What are we doing here?
- 35:50Speaker 1: I love to kiss Jeremy Bedaro's ass. He was just
- 35:52Speaker 1: kissing Corporate Steve's ass.
- 35:54Speaker 2: He was.
- 35:54Speaker 1: And I don't blame him. Cody Rhodes he did you
- 35:59Speaker 1: see this he joined rowdy writer reviews on YouTube I
- 36:03Speaker 1: thought it was really cool that he did this video
- 36:06Speaker 1: no it's not mine and he ranked all of his
- 36:09Speaker 1: figures best to worst who was number one I did
- 36:13Speaker 1: not I did not watch it yet oh I'm not
- 36:15Speaker 1: quite sure oh we have a chart oh wow he
- 36:19Speaker 1: ranked them all.
- 36:21Speaker 2: So I mean him and Pharaoh was number one and
- 36:23Speaker 2: him and Brandy was the second two.
- 36:25Speaker 1: I like that okay His least favorite was the pink
- 36:29Speaker 1: suit Cody, apparently. What the heck? That's a cool one.
- 36:32Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 36:34Speaker 1: But yeah, he's had a lot of Mattels.
- 36:37Speaker 2: Oh, man. I feel like he has.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Actually, I thought there'd be more than that.
- 36:40Speaker 2: There's even more. I don't know if they did them all.
- 36:42Speaker 1: They might be missing some.
- 36:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:44Speaker 1: They might be missing some. But yeah, that was really cool.
- 36:47Speaker 1: And you see this? Cena, while he's promoting Matchbox, he
- 36:51Speaker 1: was asked about.
- 36:52Speaker 2: He thought this response was too much.
- 36:56Speaker 1: I love your job.
- 36:57Speaker 2: This... Let the guy have his moment, man. Oh, my God.
- 37:00Speaker 1: Do we have this clip, D?
- 37:01Speaker 2: Let's play it.
- 37:04Speaker 7: WrestleMania card just sold for nearly $ 330K.
- 37:08Speaker 4: It's the most expensive wrestling card sale ever reported.
- 37:10Speaker 7: There's a lot of expendable income out there. I think
- 37:12Speaker 7: collectibles might be overvalued at some point. And, man, it's
- 37:16Speaker 7: really hard to put that into rational thought of excitement
- 37:19Speaker 7: when a price like that for a card. But also
- 37:23Speaker 7: being an auto enthusiast, I understand how, man, if you
- 37:26Speaker 7: want it and you're passionate about it and you've got
- 37:28Speaker 7: the resources for it, It deems a price.
- 37:31Speaker 3: I get that. But you have a mixed feeling about it.
- 37:34Speaker 2: Goodness, yeah.
- 37:35Speaker 1: It's weird.
- 37:36Speaker 7: I hope the person that used their resources to acquire
- 37:39Speaker 7: that card has a lot of joy and connection to
- 37:43Speaker 7: whatever they acquired and is not using it as a
- 37:45Speaker 7: commodity to possibly flip for future gain. I always say
- 37:49Speaker 7: material things are just material things, right? But we can
- 37:52Speaker 7: give them meaning. And as long as we have connection
- 37:54Speaker 7: and meaning to the material thing, that's important. And sometimes
- 37:57Speaker 7: you can't put a price on that, so... Whoever you are,
- 38:00Speaker 7: who's got the card. I just hope your material meaning
- 38:03Speaker 7: is as strong as this rubber hoop.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Well, whoever had the money, they had some access to
- 38:08Speaker 1: capital to buy that.
- 38:10Speaker 2: There's like so much to unpack with that whole statement.
- 38:14Speaker 2: You know, we could do a whole separate podcast on that.
- 38:16Speaker 2: I feel like it's just, I wish he gave the
- 38:18Speaker 2: guy his flower. I understand what John's saying to a degree.
- 38:22Speaker 2: I just wish he gave the guy his flowers. Like, wow,
- 38:24Speaker 2: thanks for thinking so much of me and honoring my career.
- 38:27Speaker 2: And you know, Could have said something along those lines.
- 38:33Speaker 2: And he's right. We don't know. Did John Cena's super
- 38:36Speaker 2: fan buy it or did someone buy it because they're like, well,
- 38:38Speaker 2: I'm going to sit on this and flip it in
- 38:40Speaker 2: a couple of years. I don't know. We don't know.
- 38:42Speaker 1: And in that video, it kind of comes across that
- 38:45Speaker 1: John is not a big fan of collectibles. I know
- 38:48Speaker 1: he doesn't have a toy room like us, but I
- 38:49Speaker 1: talk to him every … every couple of days at
- 38:52Speaker 1: our collectibles.
- 38:53Speaker 2: And he kind of like catches himself saying, well, like
- 38:55Speaker 2: I do this with cars.
- 38:56Speaker 1: So I get it. He does kind of, he gets it.
- 38:58Speaker 1: He's a, you know, I don't want to reveal the
- 39:01Speaker 1: stuff I've seen in his house. So he collects them.
- 39:02Speaker 1: You know, everyone collects something.
- 39:04Speaker 4: He said auto as an automobile.
- 39:07Speaker 2: Yes. Yes. Yes.
- 39:08Speaker 4: Okay. I thought he meant autograph. Cause we call it autos.
- 39:13Speaker 4: So I'm like, wait, why is he getting mad?
- 39:15Speaker 2: He, which I guess you also like, Matt and I
- 39:17Speaker 2: know him personally, so I didn't think twice. I knew
- 39:20Speaker 2: exactly what he was talking about. I didn't know.
- 39:21Speaker 1: And you must have a lot of access to capital
- 39:24Speaker 1: if you collect automobiles. Yes, right, yeah.
- 39:26Speaker 4: I i must have spent 15 minutes sitting there thinking
- 39:29Speaker 4: who the hell does john cena have autographs what is
- 39:33Speaker 4: it who's more famous yeah tom brady maybe.
- 39:37Speaker 1: Yeah john is the man um And I was also wondering,
- 39:41Speaker 1: how did he get that wedding ring off so fast?
- 39:43Speaker 1: That was smooth.
- 39:43Speaker 2: What was he doing? A magic trick? That's the rubber boy.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Smooth.
- 39:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:47Speaker 4: The rubber boy comes off easy.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Yeah, but still, he wasn't even like fiddling. He doesn't
- 39:51Speaker 1: even look like he's moving his arms.
- 39:53Speaker 4: But also, this is the man who once ate Hornswoggle's
- 39:57Speaker 4: puke burger.
- 39:59Speaker 1: That, I cannot believe, came up on the news feed
- 40:02Speaker 1: this week.
- 40:03Speaker 2: That's public information?
- 40:05Speaker 1: Yes.
- 40:05Speaker 4: Bro, he told it on like a... First of all, Horn...
- 40:10Speaker 4: Dylan reposted it, but he told it on some interview show,
- 40:13Speaker 4: like a multi-camera interview shoot told the whole story.
- 40:17Speaker 2: Holy smokes.
- 40:19Speaker 1: For those who don't know, there was a big drinking night.
- 40:22Speaker 1: I don't think I was there, but where Swoggle obviously
- 40:26Speaker 1: drank a little too much, had to get put to bed.
- 40:28Speaker 1: Christian put him to bed. They ordered service. And Swoggle
- 40:33Speaker 1: couldn't finish and puked all over the food, and they
- 40:36Speaker 1: just put it outside, and hours later, John came stumbling up,
- 40:41Speaker 1: was hungry, no room service, saw like a fresh, what
- 40:44Speaker 1: he thought, fresh burger outside and ate it. The next
- 40:49Speaker 1: morning at catering or breakfast or whatever, they tell the story,
- 40:52Speaker 1: I'll swagger a pooch on the burger, left it outside.
- 40:54Speaker 1: And John's like, wait, what room are you?
- 40:59Speaker 4: The hosts of this show are losing their mind.
- 41:01Speaker 2: I've known this story for like almost two decades and
- 41:03Speaker 2: it's still hard to like really wrap your head around it.
- 41:09Speaker 1: Listen, it's a different era. Now we have Uber Eats, Instacart.
- 41:15Speaker 4: How did this turn into that?
- 41:17Speaker 2: I also, this was like international.
- 41:19Speaker 1: International, yeah.
- 41:19Speaker 2: If I remember, yes.
- 41:21Speaker 4: Oh, even worse. It was like a UK burger? Come on.
- 41:26Speaker 4: Our UK fans are real mad at me now.
- 41:27Speaker 1: So you know somebody I would love to have on
- 41:29Speaker 1: this show? And I would love to not do it
- 41:33Speaker 1: like this way with Zoom, like an in-person, just pick
- 41:36Speaker 1: his brain about collectibles his auto collection.
- 41:40Speaker 2: I don't think I could do it I would literally
- 41:42Speaker 2: Brian because I'd be like John answer the goddamn question
- 41:45Speaker 2: John I would just I'd just known him too long
- 41:47Speaker 2: I can't stand it I was like you.
- 41:50Speaker 1: Know I wouldn't want to be on I'd be.
- 41:52Speaker 4: Too I'll film it for you broski how about that.
- 41:54Speaker 2: Yeah I love John.
- 41:56Speaker 4: Just just you and John I love that like in
- 41:58Speaker 4: suits but all you talk about is toys.
- 42:01Speaker 2: No I've been thinking like I'm trying to find a
- 42:04Speaker 2: gimmick you need me in there to cause a monkey wrench.
- 42:08Speaker 1: I think there's something missing in not just the wrestling
- 42:12Speaker 1: figure space, but the wrestling space, like wild interviews where
- 42:17Speaker 1: it's like regular interviews in a weird setting, like the
- 42:20Speaker 1: Hot Ones type thing. There needs to be something like
- 42:23Speaker 1: that for wrestling and wrestling figures.
- 42:25Speaker 4: Honestly, bro, you're right.
- 42:27Speaker 1: I am right.
- 42:29Speaker 4: Not even just wrestling figures, but like- Wrestling. Wrestling. I
- 42:34Speaker 4: think wrestling fans would eat that up.
- 42:35Speaker 2: What's that? What? What do they do that's different?
- 42:37Speaker 1: On hot ones?
- 42:38Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 42:39Speaker 1: They're literally eating fucking hot wings.
- 42:41Speaker 2: So you're just saying it's that.
- 42:43Speaker 1: Like a gimmick thing. Oh, a gimmick.
- 42:45Speaker 4: It's such a 2026 thing because you can't just watch
- 42:48Speaker 4: an interview anymore. You have to be watching people pass
- 42:51Speaker 4: away while they're.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Doing the interview.
- 42:52Speaker 1: Well, I mean, Cody just did an interview where they're
- 42:54Speaker 1: talking about the food he would eat on his last meal.
- 42:57Speaker 1: I saw Matthew McConaughey do the same thing.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 42:59Speaker 4: And Broski just did that one where you have to
- 43:01Speaker 4: talk about your breakfast order.
- 43:03Speaker 2: Right.
- 43:03Speaker 1: And I also did one where I'm doing an interview
- 43:04Speaker 1: and the guy's Trucking up his car, which is his thing.
- 43:08Speaker 2: Right.
- 43:09Speaker 1: So we got to find something.
- 43:12Speaker 4: Yeah, I like that a lot. Actually, one of the
- 43:14Speaker 4: wrestling promotions would probably be best to do it.
- 43:18Speaker 1: Hey, Rock with Dan. Steak and figs.
- 43:21Speaker 2: We came up with this years ago, guys.
- 43:23Speaker 1: There's something to it. I'm going to try to think
- 43:27Speaker 1: it up.
- 43:28Speaker 4: Yeah, that's too boring. You got to think of something else.
- 43:30Speaker 2: You need a steak with somebody where they're fucking... That's
- 43:36Speaker 2: a gimmick.
- 43:39Speaker 1: Anyway. Let's see what's next. Oh, that's it. That's it
- 43:44Speaker 1: for now. Wait, wait.
- 43:45Speaker 4: What's your favorite figure? Will Matthew? Word favorite is not
- 43:48Speaker 4: in my.
- 43:51Speaker 2: This is what I'm talking about.
- 43:53Speaker 1: I will not stand for this John Cena slander.
- 43:55Speaker 2: I know, I know. I love John. I love John, too.
- 43:58Speaker 2: I admire him to death, but in the past couple years,
- 44:01Speaker 2: he can't just answer questions at interviews.
- 44:03Speaker 4: He might be, he might be, this is going to
- 44:07Speaker 4: be crazy, my favorite actor right now. You know how
- 44:10Speaker 4: I don't like the movies? If there's one thing that
- 44:14Speaker 4: would get me to the movies, it's if John Cena's
- 44:16Speaker 4: in the movies.
- 44:16Speaker 2: He's ridiculously talented.
- 44:18Speaker 1: He's incredible. He can do it all.
- 44:20Speaker 4: It's got to be Star Wars movie or if John
- 44:22Speaker 4: Cena's in it.
- 44:22Speaker 1: He's still so jacked.
- 44:25Speaker 2: Which is, he's inhuman. I never understood it.
- 44:28Speaker 1: He's still so jacked.
- 44:31Speaker 4: Like, He looks unreal against actors. It's crazy.
- 44:36Speaker 2: Right.
- 44:38Speaker 1: A quick Cena story. This guy, I'm sure Brian knows,
- 44:43Speaker 1: at Comic-Con, we got stopped a couple times. Every couple minutes,
- 44:46Speaker 1: probably got stopped, blah, blah, blah. Cena can't walk in public.
- 44:50Speaker 1: I remember back in the day, 2011, 2012, I rode
- 44:54Speaker 1: on his bus for a couple weeks, and in the
- 44:56Speaker 1: middle of the night, we stopped at a subway, and
- 44:58Speaker 1: he got bombarded. At a rest stop subway. Like, this
- 45:02Speaker 1: guy can't think about that. Like, he can't even go
- 45:07Speaker 1: to a subway. And that was 15 years ago. Yeah,
- 45:10Speaker 1: that's crazy.
- 45:10Speaker 4: Wow, actually, you're right. Now he's got the DC stuff
- 45:14Speaker 4: and HBO.
- 45:16Speaker 2: I enjoy that about wrestling fame, that it's not life-ruining.
- 45:23Speaker 1: Right, unless you're Cody, you dye your hair blonde and
- 45:25Speaker 1: you get... get security guards you walk around Halloween Horror
- 45:28Speaker 1: Night no yeah.
- 45:28Speaker 2: Like I don't want like yeah like I just don't
- 45:31Speaker 2: like if I couldn't be on this highlight of my
- 45:33Speaker 2: daughter's flag football game and got bombarded like you know
- 45:37Speaker 2: I mean little normal things that we take away from
- 45:39Speaker 2: the normalcy.
- 45:40Speaker 4: Yeah people think that if you're on TV one time
- 45:43Speaker 4: in your life you're like a famous person now or
- 45:46Speaker 4: something like that.
- 45:47Speaker 2: And actually a lot of times I get it like
- 45:49Speaker 2: did I just see Brian Myers but the moment's already
- 45:50Speaker 2: passed you know what I mean like a lot of
- 45:52Speaker 2: that you.
- 45:52Speaker 1: Know sure like I probably got recognized every five, 10
- 45:57Speaker 1: minutes or so at, at New York comic con. But like,
- 45:59Speaker 1: you know, would not be able to take five steps.
- 46:02Speaker 2: He wouldn't even be able to look at a booth.
- 46:04Speaker 4: No, but, but also comic con is like nerd central
- 46:07Speaker 4: wrestling fan stuff.
- 46:09Speaker 2: Right.
- 46:09Speaker 4: Shit like that. So they would even know you more,
- 46:11Speaker 4: you know?
- 46:12Speaker 2: Yeah. Like if I go to a Mets game, I
- 46:13Speaker 2: get like four people that stopped me. Right. That's fine.
- 46:19Speaker 4: But you know, even, even me who watches the occasional sport, uh,
- 46:25Speaker 4: If an offensive lineman on the Jacksonville Jaguars walked by me,
- 46:30Speaker 4: I might not know him. No, that's not the thing.
- 46:32Speaker 2: There's just certain kinds of fame.
- 46:35Speaker 1: Rockwood Day says he also talked about Kowloons on Drew Barrymore.
- 46:37Speaker 2: See?
- 46:38Speaker 1: See, there's an OG. And I'm wearing the Kowloon hat.
- 46:40Speaker 1: We are broskies.
- 46:42Speaker 2: All right.
- 46:44Speaker 1: Let's go to the news. Brought to you by Major Brothel.
- 46:51Speaker 2: Majoristic Figure Podcast has a new tag team part, Garage Beer.

- 47:13Speaker 4: And with only 95 calories, it's the smart beer to drink.
- 47:18Speaker 1: I'm Brian Myers, the most professional drinker.
- 47:20Speaker 4: I'm Smart Mark Sterling, and I love beer-flavored beer.
- 47:24Speaker 1: And I'm always ready, Matt Cardona. And the Major Garage
- 47:28Speaker 1: is always open.
- 47:35Speaker 6: Last time we partnered with Garage Beer, things got a
- 47:38Speaker 6: little out of hand.
- 47:42Speaker 4: But this time, We're doing things more professionally. More class.
- 47:53Speaker 1: Guys, guys, why can't we enjoy both?
- 47:55Speaker 4: More polished. Good idea. It's a crisp, refreshing partnership. Built
- 48:06Speaker 4: on integrity and teamwork. And focus.
- 48:15Speaker 1: Let's go!
- 48:16Speaker 3: Let's party!
- 48:22Speaker 1: All right, the news brought to you by Garage Beer.
- 48:25Speaker 1: Major Garage Beer. Did you have any Garage Beers after?
- 48:29Speaker 2: I had to celebrate. We went to our old stomping grounds.
- 48:34Speaker 2: The Tampa Hard Rock hosted the official TNA company after party.
- 48:38Speaker 2: So some beverages were had, yes.
- 48:41Speaker 1: Love that. that every single week, use the hashtag Major
- 48:45Speaker 1: Garage Beer. If we choose your picture or video, you
- 48:47Speaker 1: will win a prize. Who won this week?
- 48:50Speaker 4: I love this one. Evan being Evan, punk runner Evan,
- 48:54Speaker 4: in Tampa watching the Eagles with Brian Myers and enjoying
- 48:57Speaker 4: some Major Garage Beer before we head over for Bound
- 48:59Speaker 4: for Glory tonight.
- 49:01Speaker 2: That's actually kind of evil because my, that's Jets gear,
- 49:05Speaker 2: literally New York Jets inspired gear, but I'll let you
- 49:08Speaker 2: have it.
- 49:08Speaker 4: With an Eagles helmet on, oh my God.
- 49:10Speaker 2: Yeah. Great pick, though.
- 49:12Speaker 4: But he's got the lime beer on the ground there.
- 49:14Speaker 1: I love that lime. I love that lime. My Phantom
- 49:17Speaker 1: Collectibles showing off another figure without releasing a figure.
- 49:20Speaker 4: Wow, shocking.
- 49:22Speaker 1: Bill Apter.
- 49:23Speaker 2: This is like a weekly segment.
- 49:26Speaker 1: Bill Apter coming to My Phantom Collectibles.
- 49:29Speaker 2: Look at Bill Apter.
- 49:31Speaker 1: I'm glad Bill is getting a figure after all these years.
- 49:34Speaker 1: The famous Apter mags.
- 49:37Speaker 2: I literally just spent a whole convention at the toy stop,
- 49:40Speaker 2: neck table to table with him talking to Bill after
- 49:43Speaker 2: he was talking McKenzie's ear off. He's just, he's a
- 49:46Speaker 2: one of a kind, but, uh, his contributions to the
- 49:49Speaker 2: wrestling business, uh, can't be denied. So cool. Cool thing.
- 49:54Speaker 1: And I don't know if this was, we might've covered this,
- 49:57Speaker 1: but I just want to shout out, uh, Indy Hartwell,
- 49:59Speaker 1: new TNA knockouts champion has a, my fandom collectibles figure. Yeah. Uh,
- 50:05Speaker 1: available now.
- 50:06Speaker 2: So Kevin, Kevin Matthews, A lot of people. Dan Moff.
- 50:12Speaker 1: As well as Mikey Cheese.
- 50:16Speaker 2: Big Mikey Cheese guy.
- 50:18Speaker 1: I'm not familiar with Mikey Cheese.
- 50:19Speaker 2: Me either, actually. Sorry, Mikey Cheese.
- 50:21Speaker 4: I don't know, but it looks cool.
- 50:22Speaker 1: I thought it was Pat Buck.
- 50:24Speaker 2: It does kind of look like that. Oh, wow.
- 50:26Speaker 4: Yeah, it's... Wow.
- 50:26Speaker 2: Pat Buck's beard and his gear. Style, not the color.
- 50:29Speaker 4: And body.
- 50:30Speaker 1: Yeah. So check that out. There's three different versions of it.
- 50:36Speaker 1: So if you want to... Mikey Cheese... get it.
- 50:40Speaker 2: I want a MyFandom figure in my household. That's what
- 50:43Speaker 2: I want.
- 50:44Speaker 1: Yes. Hastell Toy was at New York Comic Con. I
- 50:48Speaker 1: saw him. I saw Matt Hardy. I saw Brawler.
- 50:51Speaker 2: Yep. Man, Brawler. The king of a promo, I told Matt.
- 50:54Speaker 2: That was some good stuff. Brawler could use another take
- 50:59Speaker 2: on there. Brawler's awesome.
- 51:01Speaker 1: Brawler said to me in front of Mitch, how come
- 51:03Speaker 1: you can't make a name Knuckleball Schwartz? I said, because
- 51:05Speaker 1: it's illegal.
- 51:07Speaker 2: What? Yes, I too stopped by Mitch's booth, saw everybody. Actually,
- 51:13Speaker 2: he was with Lex Luger and Matt the day I
- 51:15Speaker 2: was there.
- 51:15Speaker 1: Oh, wow.
- 51:17Speaker 2: I will say this. Did you see his six-inch stuff?
- 51:20Speaker 1: They look good.
- 51:21Speaker 2: Yeah. With a soft goods gang girl shirt. This is
- 51:24Speaker 2: a photo I took. That's a real-life soft goods shirt,
- 51:26Speaker 2: not AI. I saw it with my own eyes. And
- 51:28Speaker 2: then he had like a Rougeau Brother Lucy test shot
- 51:34Speaker 2: that I could like play with and feel him. It
- 51:36Speaker 2: feels like quality items, so.
- 51:39Speaker 1: Better than the Godwins?
- 51:43Speaker 2: Yeah, a little better. So, I mean, it's very interesting here.
- 51:46Speaker 1: I mean, these all look good.
- 51:49Speaker 2: They all look good. I think Al Snow's a little too, like, puffy.
- 51:53Speaker 1: He looks almost like Balls Mahoney without the shirt.
- 51:55Speaker 2: Yeah, he's a little too puffy. The likeness is off
- 51:57Speaker 2: on Al. Other than that, I'm pretty excited. I mean,
- 51:59Speaker 2: very excited about Gangrel. Crazy excited about a six-inch Raven.
- 52:03Speaker 2: Amit Johnson is really cool. Not something you thought you'd
- 52:07Speaker 2: ever see. You know, I love the pads. on the quads.
- 52:11Speaker 1: Uh, I mean, I think all five of those that
- 52:13Speaker 1: we're looking at are, are buys for me.
- 52:16Speaker 2: Yeah. So I'm, I'm, I'm interested to see where this goes.
- 52:20Speaker 2: I think this has.
- 52:21Speaker 1: To be a pivot because retros are dead, bro.
- 52:25Speaker 2: We've reached a, I mean, didn't we talk about last week?
- 52:28Speaker 2: Like I can't think of one. We reached it. Well, listen,
- 52:32Speaker 2: one that like, Oh, we haven't got this yet.
- 52:34Speaker 1: You know, it's all, we do have some hardy boys coming.
- 52:38Speaker 1: From Mitch. And they look pretty good. Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy.
- 52:42Speaker 1: Like a modern day Matt and Jeff.
- 52:43Speaker 2: Which is cool. But like Mattel made Hardy retros. Figures,
- 52:49Speaker 2: collections made Hardy retros. Right.
- 52:51Speaker 3: True.
- 52:52Speaker 2: This isn't like groundbreaking. It's cool. And the Hardys rule
- 52:56Speaker 2: and everyone buys their stuff and they're the goats.
- 52:59Speaker 1: And think about this. Hardys do not have any current
- 53:02Speaker 1: product anywhere.
- 53:04Speaker 2: Until Major Star Series 3 lands very soon.
- 53:07Speaker 1: We'll be first to market.
- 53:09Speaker 2: Right.
- 53:10Speaker 1: So I don't blame them for signing with Mitch or
- 53:12Speaker 1: whoever else they sign with. Mitch also showed off an
- 53:16Speaker 1: 80s-style Coco Beware. Cool. Not for me. I have the Hasbro.
- 53:20Speaker 8: Right.
- 53:21Speaker 1: And then I have his high-energy Coco.
- 53:23Speaker 2: Right. Same.
- 53:25Speaker 1: So not for me.
- 53:26Speaker 4: I like the 80s, though. That's brain buster.
- 53:29Speaker 2: That's cool. It just doesn't fit. It doesn't fit the...
- 53:33Speaker 2: It depends on what you want. You can literally have
- 53:36Speaker 2: a retro collection of anything now. They make it for
- 53:39Speaker 2: the modern day guys, WCW guys, ECW.
- 53:41Speaker 1: There's no rules here.
- 53:43Speaker 2: There's no rule.
- 53:43Speaker 1: I mean, it could be anything. WCW guys would be cool.
- 53:49Speaker 1: These next two, I have a feeling, are not going
- 53:50Speaker 1: to make it to shelves.
- 53:52Speaker 2: Is this Lawrence Cole?
- 53:54Speaker 4: Hold on. Before you move on to this next thing,
- 53:56Speaker 4: I will say this. It's pretty interesting that we live
- 53:58Speaker 4: in a world where Ringside Collectibles is making the second
- 54:02Speaker 4: best six-inch wrestling figures, and Grapplers and Gimmicks are making
- 54:08Speaker 4: the third, probably.
- 54:10Speaker 2: You're discrediting Pinnacle pretty bad.
- 54:13Speaker 4: We got one series. I guess with Mitch we only
- 54:16Speaker 4: have one, but you're right. Godwins.
- 54:18Speaker 2: What? A set of Godwins? Is it Zombies? Four figures.
- 54:21Speaker 4: You're right.
- 54:22Speaker 2: Okay, okay. Zombie had the Double J Walmart exclusive.
- 54:27Speaker 4: But I just was going to say this with the
- 54:30Speaker 4: Sabu thing. It's crazy that Ringside is just making such
- 54:33Speaker 4: amazing six-inch figures like out of nowhere.
- 54:36Speaker 2: I think that's the wave of the future where all
- 54:40Speaker 2: these are going because I think that's what people want.
- 54:42Speaker 2: Especially if you're going to pay premium pricing, you might
- 54:45Speaker 2: as well get a premium item. You know what I mean?
- 54:46Speaker 1: I told John, I'm like, please keep these figures coming
- 54:48Speaker 1: because I love them.
- 54:49Speaker 2: Same. I always text him ideas and things that come
- 54:52Speaker 2: to my head like, do this.
- 54:54Speaker 4: They've got the connections and.
- 54:56Speaker 1: But guys, think about it.
- 54:58Speaker 2: We as a community have so many retro figures that
- 55:04Speaker 2: now we're making things that we're not even legally allowed
- 55:06Speaker 2: to make. Lawrence Fall.
- 55:12Speaker 1: If these things see the light of day, I will
- 55:14Speaker 1: be shocked. This is Lex Luger from the USS Intrepid, which, listen,
- 55:18Speaker 1: a great idea.
- 55:20Speaker 2: Like, I want this.
- 55:21Speaker 4: I want it so bad. This is one of my
- 55:25Speaker 4: favorite moments in pro wrestling.
- 55:27Speaker 1: I'm not saying this is cool. I'm not saying this
- 55:29Speaker 1: doesn't look good. I'm not saying this isn't a great idea.
- 55:32Speaker 1: Is that literally a copy of the Hasbro head? But, bro,
- 55:36Speaker 1: the next one is a legit copy. Look at this.
- 55:40Speaker 1: Of the made in the USA, which would have been
- 55:41Speaker 1: the way it was repainted in the orange card.
- 55:44Speaker 2: I want that, too.
- 55:45Speaker 4: That's phenomenal.
- 55:47Speaker 1: Saying it's not cool but i will say it's not
- 55:50Speaker 1: legal lex luger has a legends nostalgia deal exclusive to
- 56:00Speaker 1: world wrestling entertainment llc this this is the problem here
- 56:06Speaker 1: like this is going to get everybody put under the.
- 56:09Speaker 2: Microscope man it's lauren's fault Let me ask you this.
- 56:16Speaker 2: That's him in under a bathing suit. That's not a
- 56:18Speaker 2: wrestling trunk.
- 56:19Speaker 1: It doesn't matter. You can't make the man. You can't
- 56:23Speaker 1: make him.
- 56:24Speaker 4: So, Broski, let me ask you this without saying anything, really.
- 56:29Speaker 4: Do our friends over at that company know about this?
- 56:34Speaker 1: I was contacted by multiple sources about this.
- 56:38Speaker 4: Why were you contacted?
- 56:40Speaker 1: Because sometimes people think that since we post about it
- 56:42Speaker 1: on our page that we're making the figures.
- 56:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 56:46Speaker 4: No, seriously.
- 56:46Speaker 1: Wrestlers confuse Mattel with ringside.
- 56:49Speaker 4: Yes.
- 56:51Speaker 2: We're so deep in the wrestling bubble that we don't
- 56:53Speaker 2: realize how much people on the outside don't even understand collectibles.
- 56:56Speaker 1: So they know we're the major wrestler podcast.
- 56:59Speaker 2: Literally half the boys think ringside makes the figures. That's
- 57:02Speaker 2: what I just said. Yeah.
- 57:03Speaker 1: People see things on our podcast. They think that we're
- 57:05Speaker 1: the ones making them.
- 57:06Speaker 2: Right.
- 57:07Speaker 1: Which we are not. Hey, listen. Let's see what happens.
- 57:14Speaker 1: It's the news. We got our report on the news.
- 57:18Speaker 4: There was a couple weeks there that you were trying
- 57:20Speaker 4: not to say the names. Or Dee was showing blurred
- 57:24Speaker 4: out pictures.
- 57:25Speaker 1: Oh, no. Dee, if you look at Dee's notes, you
- 57:28Speaker 1: have Tony Norris, David Heath. But this next one from
- 57:35Speaker 1: Nerd Closet is the Matt Maniacs, Randy Savage. And guys,
- 57:41Speaker 1: this is another one where I'm like, ooh, I don't
- 57:44Speaker 1: know if you want to be messing with Sony and Marvel.
- 57:48Speaker 2: Same. Yeah, I think it's amazing.
- 57:50Speaker 1: Great idea. Yeah, it'd be cool to make Macho as Bonesaw.
- 57:56Speaker 1: Do you really want Marvel and Sony on your back?
- 57:59Speaker 1: And maybe they won't be. Maybe they're too small.
- 58:01Speaker 2: And maybe they did some kind of due diligence, so
- 58:03Speaker 2: we can't really.
- 58:04Speaker 1: Right, maybe they have a deal. I don't know. But
- 58:07Speaker 1: this is something we've discussed before for us. We're like, eh,
- 58:11Speaker 1: it's just not worth it. It's not worth it. But
- 58:16Speaker 1: it looks cool. I can't say it doesn't look cool.
- 58:19Speaker 2: No, and I love their product stuff. They make quality stuff.
- 58:22Speaker 1: Awesome stuff. But this one is like, ooh. And like
- 58:26Speaker 1: we said, who knows? Maybe they do have a deal
- 58:27Speaker 1: with Sony and Marvel that we're not in the fold about.
- 58:35Speaker 1: FC Toys. Bone-crushing wrestlers. These kind of just dropped some
- 58:41Speaker 1: special edition macho mans.
- 58:44Speaker 2: Don't we have something very similar to this already?
- 58:47Speaker 1: I have them. I got them from J & J' s.
- 58:50Speaker 1: There's two. There is a pink and yellow and I
- 58:54Speaker 1: guess like a Slim Jim-esque.
- 58:56Speaker 2: What previously came out?
- 58:58Speaker 1: A pink and black and a black and white.
- 59:03Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 59:04Speaker 1: So I just got... Both of them at a FOMO
- 59:07Speaker 1: because it was like a package deal. I don't think
- 59:10Speaker 1: I'll be keeping, well, I'll probably just keep it in
- 59:14Speaker 1: a Ziploc somewhere. I don't think I'll be displaying the
- 59:17Speaker 1: white and the pink, but I'll definitely be displaying the
- 59:20Speaker 1: Slim Jim-esque one.
- 59:21Speaker 4: Are you doing your bone crunchers?
- 59:23Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 59:24Speaker 4: In your room.
- 59:25Speaker 2: Yep.
- 59:26Speaker 1: Okay. These won't be with the Bone Crunchers. They'll put
- 59:30Speaker 1: them with the miscellaneous figures. But I love what Jack does.
- 59:35Speaker 1: I mean, you just look at the back. And then
- 59:36Speaker 1: there's another. You look at the back. I'm in Series 3. Me,
- 59:40Speaker 1: Dan Hasen, and the Macho Man. Ooh, look at that.
- 59:43Speaker 4: Isn't that the fun of them, though? Isn't it fun
- 59:44Speaker 4: to put them with the Bone Crunchers?
- 59:48Speaker 1: Not for me. But I can understand why people do it. Like,
- 59:50Speaker 1: Tugbo Guy did stuff like that, and I think it
- 59:52Speaker 1: was great.
- 59:53Speaker 8: Yeah. Yeah.
- 59:54Speaker 4: You know what's funny is this vlog that we put
- 59:55Speaker 4: up that is half a million views now. People aren't
- 59:59Speaker 4: talking about it that much, but those awesome displays in
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: the back, there's like Mattel guys talking to Bone Cruncher
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: guys sitting next to....
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: There's no rules.
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: It still looks great.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Hasbro, the Guile with Cody Rhodes. It's available right now
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: on Walmart.
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: That looks great.
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: It looks so great.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: Damn, that's so damn cool. I'm jealous. I'm jealous. That's really,
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: really cool. It looks awesome. Congrats to Cody. This is
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: a big deal. You're guile, dude.
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: Yeah, that's really sweet.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: I love it. So damn cool. Those figures look awesome
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: as well. Fanatics. Some plush clips.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: What?
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: It's in the nose from D. Rhea Ripley, Dan Housen,
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: CM Punk, Penta Mask, and Jey Uso Shades plush clips.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: I feel like you got screwed on this one, Matt.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: No, I don't think I would have made the cut
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: on these.
- 1:01:07Speaker 4: 2011 Matt would have been a plush clip.
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: 2011 Matt.
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: Did you see the new Hornswoggle item that was for
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: sale on WDShop.com? The Minihausen mask.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: Is that what that is? I'm like, what is this?
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: That's the Minihausen replica mask.
- 1:01:30Speaker 4: I like that.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: On sale now.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: Cool, man. Might get that for trick-or-treating.
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: Www.shop.com I need a costume.
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: That's a great idea.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: And then Big Shop Pillows. We saw The Fiend, Bray Wyatt,
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: which looks awesome.
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: Oh, wow. I haven't seen that yet. That's badass.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: And then a little teaser for Doink the Clown.
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: Hey, Doink the Clown's coming to Creative Pro. September, October.
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: I'm losing my mind. October 24th.
- 1:01:58Speaker 4: Is it Sidney Bacabella dressed as Doink the Clown?
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: It's Ray Apollo, who played Doink more than anybody, I believe.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 1:02:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: What about Dink?
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: No Dink. It wasn't in the budget. It's a fundraiser
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: for the Merrick Belmore Little League.
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: I saw Road Dogg's promo. Great promo.
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: Yeah, he's the man. New Age Atlas coming to Broski's hometown.
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: When you have Riz and Aura, as the kids say,
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: you can do a promo like this, and it's still great.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: You know what I mean? Most people hold their phone
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: up to their face. It's not good.
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: You can't get away with that, but he can, yeah.
- 1:02:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: Some ringside news, new in stock. Royal Rumble 2287 Elites

- 1:06:04Speaker 2: Josh Barnett's got to be almost sold out.
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: So I'm going to take this time. I actually got
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: some figures.
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: The new Babyface Sarge is a banger.
- 1:06:15Speaker 7: I'm going to show you him right now, actually.
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: Babyface Sarge the.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: Slaughter with the whistle.
- 1:06:24Speaker 4: Great whistle.
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: With the hat. Hat comes off. Look at that. Like unbelievable.
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: Little patch of hair.
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:06:31Speaker 4: So good. Just give it up, pal.
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: It was my favorite of the new batch.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: No, I think my favorite is the heel slaughter.
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: Really? Wow.
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: Yeah, the heel slaughter, the helmet.
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: The red elbow pads.
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: The red elbow pads, the chic boots.
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: Honestly, looking at that, it brings back memories, you know?
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: Bro, our figures, it's weird shilling our own company, but
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: they're getting better and better thanks to, you know, D. Freedom, T.T.D.,
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: Brian Beatty.
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: What about this?
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: It's simple, but it's effective. Arriba!
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: Arriba.
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: Tito Santana.
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: I gifted one of these to Frankie Kazarian this weekend.
- 1:07:06Speaker 2: He was blown away.
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: Of course, we have the Josh Barnett you just mentioned, 10500.
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: People are saying this was smart Mark Sterling.
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: He wishes he looked that tough.
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: But it is Josh Barnett.
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm not cool or tough.
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: I got two more Cactus Jacks. I got the regular
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: Wanted Dead that's bloody with the barbed wire bat, which
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: I think is incredible. But then this figure.
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: Such a fun accessory, by the way. It really is.
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: This one might be my favorite big rubber guy yet.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: The Deathmatch Cactus Jack.
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: Existing victory, right? Deathmatch victory, Cactus Jack.
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: Born to be wired. Just the blood everywhere. For those
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: who don't know, this is technically... And even the other
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: one is all the same match.
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: So he's wearing this white shirt under the black shirt
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: and takes it off.
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: Yes. So.
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: pretty even.
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: Blood splatter on his tights there if you see stains
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: no on the other one no on the other one
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: oh here here right yeah.
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: It's a unbelievable job uh like i said d freedom
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: tdd brian beatty just bringing these figures to life and
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: we have a lot of cool stuff um that's we
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: haven't even talked about yet people were asking how can
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: we reveal stuff at new york comic-con it's like we
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: guys we're working in silence on a lot of things
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: and you're going to be loving them. That's for sure.
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: Crazy. I do want to shout out our friends at
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: ringside collectibles. I don't have them with me, but I
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: got the entire Royal rumble set this week. Uh, built
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: my Harvey Whippleman, which is crazy fun. Like you don't
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: realize he's sized like he's sized like down. Yeah. So
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: it's not like just your basic suit guy figure that
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: you've had a million times. It's a unique mold. So
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: super cool. Kept him and Sid. um i was like
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: man do i get rid of my referee sid i
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: thought about it but it's so unique that i kept
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: it yeah so cool to finally have a elite sid
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: justice in ring gear figure too so.
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: I haven't gotten mine yet but i did get my
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: sabu which i haven't opened it But just looking at it,
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: it's so great. And I know you mentioned the sideburns, Brian,
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: but you put that headpiece on.
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: You can't see if you just, yeah.
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: So the pants look awesome. I love that the sash
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: is rubber and not soft goods.
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: Looks incredible. So thank you, Brinkside. I also got a
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: little delivery from Target. I got the new LJNs.
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: Oh, mine I pre-ordered from WWE Shop, but I have
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: not got them. I got a thing saying they're coming, though.
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: So here's Million Dollar Man. Man, that's so weird to
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: see because there's really no such thing as a clean DiBiase.
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: It's weird to see a Million Dollar Man with a
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: mint face. It's not even like it's vibrant.
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: I know.
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: Even if you're out of the box right now in
- 1:10:02Speaker 2: 1988 and 89, DiBiase is going to look like shit
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: compared to that.
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: So this will be in a Ziploc. I'm not displaying
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: this because I already have the real one. This next
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: one will be in a Ziploc. The CM Punk looks awesome.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: I don't think I'm displaying non-80s and 90s guys. Although
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: this looks incredible. I had to get it. Just did
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: not get it. But something that does fit my universe, Mr. Perfect.
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the one I'm obviously the most excited about.
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: With the towel, the icy towel. Listen, these look... Put
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: him next to this Tito Santana. Yeah, that's crazy. Bro,
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: they look like it's the same toy line, dude.
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: That's who he beat in the tournament, right?
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: So this is, you know, they're in the same universe.
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: Big rubber guys, LJNs. But this Mr. Perfect, like this
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: is why I want these LJNs for these new guys
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: like this.
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: Selfishly, I would like a lot more of that, right? Right.
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: I understand.
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: Because right now we have Dusty. We have Dusty, sort
- 1:11:05Speaker 2: of Jesse Ventura. Yeah. And Perfect. And Brother Love on
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: the way.
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: I count the Austin and Rock. I understand why you don't.
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: What does the message board say about these guys?
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: And Austin and Rock are not LJM poses to me.
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: The Rock is, but Austin's not. Yeah, it's too unmatched
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: fury to me, those figures.
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: I don't go on those Wrestling Freaks message boards because
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: I love my life. So I can't. I had to
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: give it up. I had to give it up. It
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: was just like, and my life is so much better
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: now that I'm not on them.
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: Right, but they're being well-received. I couldn't tell you.
- 1:11:43Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: I couldn't tell you, but hey, listen.
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: Guys in the chat, are they being well-received by the public?
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: They should be, because you're getting figures.
- 1:11:51Speaker 4: Yeah, they're unbelievable.
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: Yeah, they're unbelievable. You're getting new figures of guys that
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: you had back in the day, and you get it
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: for a lot cheaper. You're getting the guys that were
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: missed back in the day, and you're getting the current stars.
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: So Mattel is doing an awesome job With those LJNs.
- 1:12:08Speaker 4: Hey, the Click Major giveaway there, pal.
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: Oh, and the giveaway for Click Major. Use the hashtag.
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: Nice save, Mark. Use the hashtag Click Major if we
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: choose your picture or video. Who is winning the prize? Oh, yeah.
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: Joey Harrison, O-M-G-I-J-H. At ease, disease. I missed out on
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: some of the other BRG releases, and the original Hasbro
- 1:12:30Speaker 4: version is a grill for me. So when I saw
- 1:12:33Speaker 4: these two go up for sale, I didn't hesitate to
- 1:12:35Speaker 4: pick them up. He got a picture of the baby
- 1:12:37Speaker 4: face and heel sergeant slaughters there that we just showed.
- 1:12:41Speaker 4: So perfect little post.
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: Pretty awesome.
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: This has been on my saved searches for a while.
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: I finally picked it up. It's the Spider-Man, Tobey Maguire,
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: wrestler Spider-Man. We talked about that bone cell. It must
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: be figure of fate.
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: Wow. So.
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: I didn't.
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: Realize they made that just like the... There's that X-Men
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: figure just like that, right? The X-Men the movie figure, yeah.
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: Wolverine or whatever.
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: I love it. Spider-Man. Wrestler Spider-Man. This was not cheap, guys. Really?
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: The package is not nice. I believe I spent.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: I can't find you the exact amount, but it was
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: over $ 100. Whoa.
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: Okay, I wasn't expecting that.
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: Yeah, it was over $ 100. It might have even been...
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: I'll tell you it. exactly how much it was.
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: Let's see.
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: My eBay purchases. Let's see here.
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: I've been buying too much shit. I can't even find it.
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: I've been buying so much stuff. Oh, my God. Can
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: you search your purchases?
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: You buy that much stuff on eBay? Yeah.
- 1:13:54Speaker 4: That's crazy. Oh, but he bought all those Ninja Turtles.
- 1:13:56Speaker 4: He bought like 100 Ninja Turtles. $ 229. 45.
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: $ 229. 45.
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: What? Yeah. That's crazy.
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: Pretty crazy.
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: Good lord.
- 1:14:11Speaker 4: Guys, look what I got. At the store.
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: What?
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: I walked in and it's on the shelf. This was
- 1:14:22Speaker 4: the only one there from this set though. Because I
- 1:14:24Speaker 4: would have bought them all for the build figure.
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: For the who?
- 1:14:28Speaker 4: It was Rick Road, WCW.
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: Oh, what you need to in the end.
- 1:14:32Speaker 4: I kind of need– I'm all right with the one
- 1:14:33Speaker 4: that I have, so it wasn't a big deal. This
- 1:14:36Speaker 4: was the guy out of that set that I wanted
- 1:14:37Speaker 4: really bad.
- 1:14:38Speaker 2: You need, yeah. I like the other head scan way better,
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: by the way.
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: Really?
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: With the flowing hair.
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I think so. I agree.
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: Yeah, that looks like diesel. That looks like a fake
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: diesel to me.
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: Yeah, that's– I thought you were putting up. You just
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: got that.
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: That's– yeah.
- 1:14:51Speaker 4: What the hell is that?
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: All right, you guys ready? Because I'm ready to just–
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: investigative journalism here.
- 1:14:58Speaker 4: You brought your weekly purchases to the hotel?
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: Because I'm a fucking pro, Mark. It's time for the
- 1:15:04Speaker 2: great Brooklyn Brawler debate, guys. Who did it better?
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: What are the odds that they come out at the
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: same time?
- 1:15:13Speaker 2: Truth be told, we were going to have a Brooklyn
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: Brawler exclusive too. Thank God we didn't. Too much live
- 1:15:22Speaker 2: unboxing right here, guys. Who should I go first? Let's
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: listen to the chat. Did we go Hastell? Did we
- 1:15:27Speaker 2: go zombie? I mean, I have opinions already just by
- 1:15:32Speaker 2: looking at them. See the card. It's here. Zombie is
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: getting the vote. Here we go. This is limited to 718.
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: It says right there in the packaging. I cannot believe that,
- 1:15:49Speaker 2: you know, Mitch and zombie are far from friends. Um,
- 1:15:55Speaker 2: But the fact that these are both in the same
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: exact pose.
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: And the same shirt.
- 1:16:00Speaker 2: And the same shirt. When Brawler did have a couple
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: different looks is crazy to me. This is. I just
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: feel like this is not up to zombie standards.
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: Show the camera, Brian.
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: I don't love the.
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: I think the face looks great.
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: The face is great. The wash and the jeans is
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: zombie style. Like great. The painted on elbow pads are
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: pretty rough.
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: Oh, is that what? It's okay.
- 1:16:31Speaker 2: And then the hole, my God, even the back, they're worse.
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: The holes on the shirt are, they just look too fake. Yeah.
- 1:16:44Speaker 2: Likeness is incredible. I love that the hat is part
- 1:16:48Speaker 2: of the head mold. It's not coming off. It's not
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: an accessory.
- 1:16:51Speaker 4: Love the cigar.
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: And here we go with.
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: The grapplers and gimmicks version here. Also, we should note,
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: Mitch just called him Brooklyn Brawler. He is. I'm going
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: to get this right. He's the brawler on zombies. I
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: also noticed while they were in the packaging, zombie didn't
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: do the exact shirt correctly for whatever reason. And Mitch did. Okay,
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: you see the shirt there? It's Brooklyn. Yep.
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: That's where I think the guy's shirt is.
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: New York underneath. On the zombie figure, there's no New
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: York and, like, no lines.
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: Huh.
- 1:17:32Speaker 2: And then Mitch did it exact. So I don't know
- 1:17:38Speaker 2: what or why, especially with how anal zombie is. I'm, like,
- 1:17:42Speaker 2: surprised that he let that be.
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: I wonder what we did.
- 1:17:45Speaker 2: Here comes Mitch.
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: Whoa.
- 1:17:48Speaker 2: Mitch already down points. Hat accessory, which I don't know
- 1:17:52Speaker 2: why he keeps doing this. It does stay. Passes the
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: upside down test, the hat, but it is an accessory.
- 1:18:03Speaker 2: I do think the Hasbro-ness of this is better.
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:18:09Speaker 2: For sure. I mean, it's puny. It's like, look at
- 1:18:12Speaker 2: the zombie is puny. But the zombie has cool stuff
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: like the rips in his jeans and the jean texture.
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: Where Mitch really does like, he has that one lousy rip.
- 1:18:24Speaker 2: It looks like a patch. Mitch, also, I don't love
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: the holes, but I guess I don't have a way
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: to execute that better. Right. Likeness is pretty good. It's
- 1:18:36Speaker 2: a more hefty.
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: Definitely heftier.
- 1:18:39Speaker 4: Yeah, I like the heftier.
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh, wow. Yeah, this is too puny.
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: Just by my rules, if both of them make the
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: same figure, I have to keep the Mitch. I'm sorry.
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I have to keep the zombie.
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: So I've been doing both because I just think they're
- 1:18:56Speaker 2: two different worlds, you know? You don't have them on display,
- 1:18:59Speaker 2: do you? I have zombies on display, not Mitch's. But
- 1:19:04Speaker 2: I have zombies are like to me like a different No,
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: I understand. Mitch's are like an extension of Hasbro's. Listen,
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: I think they're both great in their own way.
- 1:19:15Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: I think they're both great in their own way.
- 1:19:18Speaker 2: I just can't believe that they're the same shirt, the
- 1:19:21Speaker 2: same pose. There's some wildness to this whole thing, but
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: there you have it. The great Brooklyn Roller. I got
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: to give, if I had to pick a winner, I'm
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: doing a slight nod to Grapplers and Gimmicks.
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: See, we're not totally burying Mitch on here. Yeah. Just
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: put them over.
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: I got some cards from Joe Vinn. I don't know
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: if I have this one. It's 23, which I had
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: to get because I'm the Michael Jordan. Out of 299,
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: or is it? I can't even read this. Out of 399,
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: the Matt Cardona with his goddamn pose.
- 1:19:59Speaker 2: Sick.
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: I hate it. Also, this Chelsea Green relic.
- 1:20:06Speaker 2: Right there.
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: And then this one I bought from someone on Instagram.
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: I totally forgot if I had this or not, but
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: it was a good price. 7 out of 10, Garbage
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: Pail Kid, Chelsea Green. I think I have an out
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: of 10, but the price was good, so I just
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: got it.
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: Cool.
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: Because there's only 10 of them in the world. Why
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: not have it?
- 1:20:22Speaker 2: Isn't that like a crazy expensive card, too, by the way?
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: But it wasn't. That's what I'm saying.
- 1:20:26Speaker 2: Oh, jeez. So that means the hype has died down.
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: That's what happens.
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: Or he just gave me a good deal. Maybe it
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: was nice. Maybe he pack pulled it and wasn't trying
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: to bend me over, you know?
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: Which I appreciate it. Um, this isn't wrestling, but I
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: wanted to, uh, shout it out. I got the Mr.
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: Belding Funko pop.
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: Just a little sentimental.
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: I remember, uh, what's unfortunate is I remember when the
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: say by the bell Funko pops came out years ago,
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: like Dennis was very upset. He wasn't included. And like
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: this came in like a second wave where I think Dennis,
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: I don't think Dennis ever knew about this, you know, really,
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: which I, He might have, but we weren't communicating.
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: Oh, man.
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: But he kind of wrote off everybody, which was so,
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: so sad. But I had to get this, and it
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: will be on my miscellaneous shelf. That's great. You guys
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: got anything else?
- 1:21:23Speaker 2: That's it for me.
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: So I got a couple things at Toy Fair. I
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: will have a little vlog with WWE, so I don't
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: want to spoil everything. I want you to go watch
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: that vlog. One thing I will mention, since it was wrestling.
- 1:21:34Speaker 4: Building a brand? With another brand?
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:21:37Speaker 2: Whoa. What is that?
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: Look at this. It's a Dan Housen piece of art
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: where he's holding a Matt Cardona, Dan Housen, and CM
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: Punk action figure.
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: And he's cursing them?
- 1:21:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: So Jamie Coker Creations, we got to use him for something.
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: Yeah, that's cool.
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: A lot of his art is like a wrestler holding
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: action figures.
- 1:21:55Speaker 2: Really? That's awesome.
- 1:21:57Speaker 4: Yeah, that's cool.
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: Really, really cool.
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: So I walked by his booth. I'm like, this is nuts.
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: He offered me a print.
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: He's like, which one do you want? I'm like, the
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: one where I'm on it, bro.
- 1:22:05Speaker 2: Yeah, that's funny.
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: Are you serious, bro?
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: So I thought this was really cool.
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: And then I, guys, we've been talking about these for
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: a while, but I've never seen them in person. I
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: didn't realize how big they were or how cool they
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: were and how much I really, really enjoy them. I
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: got a package from Ghostrite today.
- 1:22:24Speaker 2: Whoa, that is huge.
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: Look at these things. We've talked about these on the
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: pod for a while. I didn't realize they were big
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: boys like this. I thought they were like this big.
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: I do have some blind boxes we'll open up in
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: a second, but check this out. What I really love
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: about it is the packaging is clear 360 so you
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: can see all the deco.
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: That's cool.
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: Really, really cool there. What I thought was even cooler
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: was I got the Stone Cold Steve Austin and on
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: the back of the vest... It says 100% whoop-ass.
- 1:22:59Speaker 2: Like that.
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: Which is always interesting.
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: That's out of 100, that one, by the way?
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: This one's out of 100.
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: Whoa.
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: So these are really, really high-end collectibles.
- 1:23:07Speaker 2: I'm certainly digging these. Very, very cool.
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: So here I got some blind boxes.
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: I wanted to open them up here. These are the
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: smaller ones.
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: Now, it's heavy, these things.
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: Really?
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: This is not light at all. I don't even know
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: how to open this thing.
- 1:23:23Speaker 2: It looks like. Looks like an iPhone case. That's what
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: it feels like. Should I do what he did to me?
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: On camera, Matt.
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: Oh, bro. It's like a whole box. I think I
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: have a shipping case of them. That's no house. Oh, damn.
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: Now we're talking.
- 1:23:42Speaker 6: Whoa.
- 1:23:45Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: So I see what's going on here. They're little guys.
- 1:23:51Speaker 2: Okay. So that's what I was picturing in my head.
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: Let's see what's inside.
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: I'm not going to unbox them all. We'll do a couple. Oh,
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: and then they got a little baggie.
- 1:24:08Speaker 2: The teeth. The teeth.
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: Is this jelly roll?
- 1:24:17Speaker 2: Yeah, it's got to be.
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: That's cool.
- 1:24:20Speaker 2: Oh, Canix going to. Run to your house to get that.
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: Okay, contents. Becky Lynch, Cody Rhodes, Jay Uso, Kane, Logan Paul,
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: Rhea Ripley, Roman Reigns, Jelly Roll, Booker T, Hulk Hogan,
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: John Cena, Kurt Angle, Rey Mysterio, The Rock, Steve Austin,
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: and Tyrese Halliburton.
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: So how do you know what's the rarest?
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: There must be a way to know.
- 1:24:45Speaker 2: I just don't know.
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: I think there's something with the... I think What makes
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: them rare is like the color of their crown. I
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: could be wrong.
- 1:24:55Speaker 2: Okay. Let's open up one more. One more opening.
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: What's up?
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: You doing one more?
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: I'll do one more.
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: Oh, hell yeah. Stone Cold Steve Austin. So this is
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: kind of like the size. I thought they were a
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: little bigger than this. I did not realize they were.
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: Look at the size.
- 1:25:17Speaker 2: Salt and pepper shakers.
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: These are giant boys and the small boys. These are really,
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: really fun. Even how small they are.
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: What are they made out of?
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: All the paint deco.
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: They look like ceramic. Yeah, they're awesome. The head moves.
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: I'm a fan of these. So thank you very much,
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: Ghost Ride.
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: These are really, really cool.
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: Appreciate it. That's it for me, guys.
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: All right. We got some Major Mark purchases, Mark? Yes.
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: Let's do it.
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: Major Mark purchases of the week.
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 1:26:10Speaker 3: Boom.
- 1:26:11Speaker 4: We talked about these super cool Thomas Cummings, not figure related,
- 1:26:16Speaker 4: but Ewing Athletics. RSD says Ewing. Ewing Athletics collaborated with
- 1:26:22Speaker 4: the estate of Macho Man to release a pair of sneakers.
- 1:26:24Speaker 4: Being a Macho Man, Mark, I had to purchase them.
- 1:26:27Speaker 4: Glad I pulled the trigger on them because they sold
- 1:26:29Speaker 4: out in almost all sizes on release day. That's normal
- 1:26:31Speaker 4: for sneakers. The Carleway and design were based on his
- 1:26:34Speaker 4: bandana from the Cream of the Crop promo.
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: Yeah, that looks awesome, man.
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: These are official?
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: Yep.
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:26:40Speaker 4: With the estate.
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: The reason I get them is because, well, two things. One,
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: I knew I'd never wear them, or I'd wear them
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: one time, and I didn't think.
- 1:26:48Speaker 2: They were official. But with shoes, it's just like, that's
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: what you're gambling with, right? I have expensive shoes now,
- 1:26:55Speaker 2: and I'm just like, this is kind of crazy. Or
- 1:26:57Speaker 2: I have to just think twice about what I'm doing
- 1:26:59Speaker 2: and where I'm going and what's going to, you know?
- 1:27:02Speaker 4: I've got years and years and years out of Jordans. If,
- 1:27:06Speaker 4: if you're not like running through the mud, you know, whatever.
- 1:27:10Speaker 4: If I know that I'm going to be walking in
- 1:27:12Speaker 4: the wilderness, I'll wear some dad, new balance.
- 1:27:14Speaker 2: I just have, yeah, I just have certain ones that
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: I'm like, I'm running errands and shit. I'm not wearing
- 1:27:18Speaker 2: cool shoes. Sure.
- 1:27:19Speaker 4: And bro, if you go to the airport and go
- 1:27:21Speaker 4: to the building, you're not stepping in anything.
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: And even that sometimes it's like, all right.
- 1:27:27Speaker 4: Here we go. Uh, number two.
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: I know where you got that.
- 1:27:32Speaker 4: Michael Allen, I picked up this. Oh, crap.
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: Oh, no.
- 1:27:38Speaker 4: Where is it? Oh. Lyle Jones. So I made a
- 1:27:41Speaker 4: deal with my wife. I would go a few weeks
- 1:27:43Speaker 4: without purchasing from Brian Myers, K & S, Rockin' with Dan,
- 1:27:46Speaker 4: or Golden Ring Collectibles. But when the most professional whatnot
- 1:27:50Speaker 4: god previews hit this MJF beauty, I said, screw the wife.
- 1:27:54Speaker 4: That will be mine. The most professional inscription you can get.
- 1:27:58Speaker 4: and offered up by the most professional whatnot god, Brian Myers.
- 1:28:01Speaker 4: You call yourself the whatnot god now, Brian?
- 1:28:03Speaker 2: I do not. I've never called myself that. But I
- 1:28:05Speaker 2: do appreciate my fans saying it because I am.
- 1:28:09Speaker 4: It's an MJF signed figure.
- 1:28:11Speaker 2: Lick My Sack is the– It's a beautiful inscription there.
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: But that's also me saying, hey, Max, just write something
- 1:28:17Speaker 2: on this. That's how much thought goes into that. He's
- 1:28:19Speaker 2: just an asshole.
- 1:28:20Speaker 4: We've got another cool inscription coming up. But this one
- 1:28:23Speaker 4: is just a signature.
- 1:28:25Speaker 2: There.
- 1:28:27Speaker 4: This dual-sign Macho Man and Hulk Hogan WWF 1988 Survivor
- 1:28:30Speaker 4: Series official event program. The Mega Power, such a rare piece.
- 1:28:33Speaker 4: I've never seen another. Purchased from a private collector who
- 1:28:36Speaker 4: was the original owner. His father was friends with a
- 1:28:39Speaker 4: WWF production crew. member back in the 80s and 90s.
- 1:28:42Speaker 4: They live in the New York area and went to
- 1:28:43Speaker 4: MSG a ton. So this piece was a personal favor
- 1:28:46Speaker 4: and not something widely available. Just got it authenticated with
- 1:28:50Speaker 4: a grade. Super happy to add it to my collection.
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: Damn, that's nice.
- 1:28:56Speaker 4: Okay, so now I think this is the poster.
- 1:28:57Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the poster.
- 1:28:59Speaker 2: Wow.
- 1:29:01Speaker 4: Michael Allen, I picked this original 1985 WrestleMania I poster
- 1:29:04Speaker 4: at a flea market. In my opinion, it's one of
- 1:29:06Speaker 4: the most iconic pieces of artwork in wrestling history. I
- 1:29:09Speaker 4: would agree. I would agree, yeah. And I honestly can't
- 1:29:11Speaker 4: remember ever seeing another original one in person, so this
- 1:29:14Speaker 4: was an easy one to bring home. Pretty great. Check
- 1:29:19Speaker 4: out this inscription, guys. Lucas Caccuccio.
- 1:29:22Speaker 2: What?
- 1:29:23Speaker 4: Orange Cassidy. The inscription is, cool inscription. This is out
- 1:29:25Speaker 4: this weekend?
- 1:29:28Speaker 2: What? Yeah, Pro Wrestling Tees were selling this all weekend, Brucie.
- 1:29:31Speaker 4: Oh, man. Anyways, this says, cool inscription here.
- 1:29:34Speaker 2: You went, didn't you?
- 1:29:35Speaker 1: Yeah, but I wasn't looking that closely, to be honest.
- 1:29:37Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, Tanahashi and Orange were available all weekend live,
- 1:29:41Speaker 2: right there.
- 1:29:42Speaker 4: LC says, I only attended one day of New York
- 1:29:45Speaker 4: Comic Con this year, but made the most of it
- 1:29:46Speaker 4: meeting Nicolas Cage, Christian Slater, and the cast of Community.
- 1:29:50Speaker 4: On Friday, Major Mark Josh Kondik was able to pick
- 1:29:53Speaker 4: up the Orange Cassidy and Tanahashi BRGs from the Pro
- 1:29:56Speaker 4: Wrestling Tees booth for me. I thought for sure it
- 1:29:58Speaker 4: was just there for display when I saw photos posted,
- 1:30:01Speaker 4: but no. These were in hand and on sale. Had
- 1:30:04Speaker 4: him pick one up for me and met later that
- 1:30:07Speaker 4: evening on Sunday. I went to the show and had
- 1:30:09Speaker 4: Orange Cassidy sign it. Came out great and had him
- 1:30:13Speaker 4: inscribe cool inscription here, which he got a kick out
- 1:30:15Speaker 4: of doing.
- 1:30:17Speaker 2: That's pretty awesome. Great idea.
- 1:30:18Speaker 1: I love that. Great signature, too.
- 1:30:21Speaker 4: Guys, I feel like we haven't talked about this enough.
- 1:30:25Speaker 2: These cards are going nuts.
- 1:30:27Speaker 4: Saturday Morning Cards, Justin Michael Kirschovich ordered a full set
- 1:30:32Speaker 4: of the MajorPod Saturday Morning Cards set, and they just
- 1:30:35Speaker 4: came in. Got a real sick one-of-one Brian Myers sketch card.
- 1:30:38Speaker 2: I see that there in the middle.
- 1:30:40Speaker 4: I was really impressed with the quality of packaging and
- 1:30:42Speaker 4: the presentation of the cards. It was extremely high quality.
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: Awesome.
- 1:30:47Speaker 2: These Saturday Morning Cards are next level, and I just
- 1:30:49Speaker 2: realized right now that I have to get the cards
- 1:30:53Speaker 2: of you because it says Major Wrestling Podcast on it.
- 1:30:58Speaker 2: Have you been buying the ones of you?
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: I haven't yet, but I will eventually.
- 1:31:04Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: Oh, man.
- 1:31:07Speaker 2: Do you have to get your Mortal Enemy Shotzi then, too?
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: I guess so.
- 1:31:12Speaker 4: My favorite wrestler, Shotzi?
- 1:31:13Speaker 1: These things are so fun. You've opened some of these, right, Brian?
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: I did a whatnot stream with the Breaker, the debut.
- 1:31:23Speaker 2: It was awesome.
- 1:31:24Speaker 1: Were you actually opening them?
- 1:31:26Speaker 2: I'm not, but I was right there in the stream
- 1:31:27Speaker 2: while he was doing it the first time.
- 1:31:28Speaker 1: It's the best, bro. Yeah, it's cool.
- 1:31:30Speaker 2: It's very cool.
- 1:31:31Speaker 1: It's awesome.
- 1:31:31Speaker 2: It's very high-end. It's cool. Yeah.
- 1:31:34Speaker 4: All right, here's the display this week. We don't talk
- 1:31:36Speaker 4: about gremlins much here. Robbie Borgoini. God, I butchered that.
- 1:31:43Speaker 4: I'm a big vintage gremlins collector. It's one of my
- 1:31:46Speaker 4: favorite movies, and they made so much cool merch for
- 1:31:48Speaker 4: it back in the day. I recently acquired my white
- 1:31:50Speaker 4: whale in the 13-inch giant striped figure as seen in
- 1:31:55Speaker 4: the back.
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: Guys, I've never seen Gremlins.
- 1:31:59Speaker 4: We've talked about this, and every time I'm surprised.
- 1:32:02Speaker 2: I've seen it, but I was so young, and I
- 1:32:04Speaker 2: couldn't really tell you.
- 1:32:05Speaker 4: It's such an 80s movie right in your wheelhouse.
- 1:32:07Speaker 1: That's something that's great for the major movie club. What won, actually,
- 1:32:11Speaker 1: on the next major movie club?
- 1:32:14Speaker 4: RoboCop.
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: RoboCop won?
- 1:32:16Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:32:17Speaker 4: Stargate came close again.
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: Yeah, it never comes close, Mark.
- 1:32:21Speaker 4: What are you talking about? It lost by one vote.
- 1:32:23Speaker 2: Give it up, Mark.
- 1:32:23Speaker 1: Before we end this segment.
- 1:32:25Speaker 4: I'm not giving it up, Chad.
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: I forgot one last thing. Danny Blanco, by the way,
- 1:32:29Speaker 1: awesome photographer, always helps us out. He's been shooting things
- 1:32:33Speaker 1: for a figure collection, and he did a little drug deal.
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: Not giving me drugs, but giving me this. The sample
- 1:32:42Speaker 1: of my little figure collection figure. That's a three and
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: three quarter.
- 1:32:46Speaker 2: So that's the finished boy.
- 1:32:47Speaker 1: The finished boy. Check it. Look at the detail on
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: that thing for a three and three quarter. But that's
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: not all, because there will be a variant... Check it out.
- 1:32:57Speaker 2: This is breaking news. Yes.
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: This is in my, honestly, I don't know if I
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: agreed to this or forgot, but here's my Bowed for
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: Glory gear from last year. Cool. Ghostbuster-esque in the pink.
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: People thought it was Scott Hall. I'm like, no, this
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: is Ghostbusters 2. Come on, guys. It's slime. But coming very,
- 1:33:15Speaker 1: very soon to figure collection.
- 1:33:19Speaker 2: This is great.
- 1:33:20Speaker 1: They'll put it with my Power of the Force figures.
- 1:33:22Speaker 4: Love that.
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: Whoa. All right. Up next is.
- 1:33:27Speaker 4: Q & A.
- 1:33:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:33:39Speaker 8: It's that time again of the show to scratch that itch.
- 1:33:44Speaker 8: Ask the boys what you want to know.
- 1:33:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:33:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:33:47Speaker 8: You better make sure that your question is good. Like
- 1:33:50Speaker 8: what's your Mount Rushmore of figures from your childhood? Jump
- 1:33:54Speaker 8: on X and use the tag. Ask a major pod.
- 1:33:58Speaker 8: It'll get you hard. If they read your question on air,
- 1:34:02Speaker 8: you'll get a prize. Now that's super rare. You better
- 1:34:06Speaker 8: be smart, professional, and complete. Then maybe the boys will
- 1:34:11Speaker 8: pick you for the Q & A this week.
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: Ha ha! Q & A time. I think we had
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: some good questions this week. Use the hashtag AskTheMajorPod. This
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: is my favorite segment on the show. If we read
- 1:34:26Speaker 1: your question on air, you will win a prize.
- 1:34:29Speaker 4: Matt's question, Albert Albanese, KYD Justice. Pre-COVID-19, we barely had
- 1:34:35Speaker 4: anyone making wrestling figures. Fast forward to today, and there
- 1:34:39Speaker 4: seems to be a new manufacturer popping up every few months.
- 1:34:43Speaker 4: What advice would you give anyone starting out in this
- 1:34:45Speaker 4: space so they don't become the next Powertown? Guys, Powertown
- 1:34:50Speaker 4: figures are coming soon.
- 1:34:52Speaker 2: I don't even know what Powertown did to become Powertown,
- 1:34:54Speaker 2: to be honest with you, because we don't know what happened.
- 1:34:59Speaker 2: There's no answers and no, you know what I mean?
- 1:35:02Speaker 2: They were pumping out sick, quality, unbelievable wrestling figures, and
- 1:35:08Speaker 2: it all came to a screeching halt.
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: If someone... This is going to sound very, very negative,
- 1:35:13Speaker 1: and I'll try to spin it to something more positive.
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: But if someone came to me and said, hey, I'm
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: thinking about starting an independent wrestling company, toy company, I
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: would say, just don't do it.
- 1:35:25Speaker 2: No, I wouldn't.
- 1:35:26Speaker 1: At this point, there's so many... Listen, if you're going
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: to get into the retro Hasbro space, just please stop.
- 1:35:32Speaker 2: Right?
- 1:35:32Speaker 1: And then.
- 1:35:33Speaker 2: I think my advice would be be different. Figure out
- 1:35:36Speaker 2: what anything.
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: That's... what else like this titantrons would be different who
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: wants them right.
- 1:35:44Speaker 2: Which we kind of ran it we which we ran
- 1:35:46Speaker 2: into a bendy's a little.
- 1:35:47Speaker 1: Bit even jack jack slime fc's making these incredible bone
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: crunchers he's saying they don't sell.
- 1:35:53Speaker 2: I know yeah it's like you would.
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: Think for sure all bone crunchers will sell it's the
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: hottest thing in the attitude era right so i don't
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: know what the answer is i would say though if
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: you're going to do it you've got to be different somehow.
- 1:36:07Speaker 2: For 100% that, 100% that, because there's too much. Please,
- 1:36:09Speaker 2: no more Hasbros.
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: Where is Fonzie and the shark? Because the shark has
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: been jumped on the Hasbros. I hate this talk.
- 1:36:19Speaker 8: Stop.
- 1:36:19Speaker 4: Give me more.
- 1:36:21Speaker 2: Yeah, but you're not looking at it from.
- 1:36:25Speaker 2: Our side as someone who's spending money to be in
- 1:36:28Speaker 2: the toy space.
- 1:36:29Speaker 4: Oh, no, I get what you're saying. And I understand
- 1:36:31Speaker 4: that they're probably not super lucrative.
- 1:36:33Speaker 2: It's risky. Yeah, it's very risky.
- 1:36:35Speaker 1: Very, very risky. And yes, it's a little different for Brian, myself,
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: and Kit, because we're splitting everything three ways, right? So, like,
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: what we do make, we have to split three ways.
- 1:36:46Speaker 2: But even so, we make mistakes, and we take hits,
- 1:36:50Speaker 2: and we have misses, and fuck, it's crazy.
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: Like, things... Like, people ask me, I think it's like
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: Michael Durbin, he asks all the time, like, what's the
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: best-selling Major Bendy? And the answer is, like, none of
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: them really sold well. You know what I'm saying?
- 1:37:08Speaker 4: Tyrus.
- 1:37:08Speaker 2: Like, shoes.
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: But even that, like, in the grand scheme of things, actually, like,
- 1:37:15Speaker 1: selling a lot, making actual money.
- 1:37:17Speaker 2: It was Tyrus, but he mentioned it on fucking television. Right.
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: Yeah, Tyrus. There's a lot of risks. I think... If
- 1:37:25Speaker 1: I was going to give advice, I would do kind
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: of what Ringside's doing in like the work in silence,
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: just drop them.
- 1:37:32Speaker 2: But then they still, it's not like their stuff sells
- 1:37:34Speaker 2: out instantly because they do that. So that doesn't mean
- 1:37:35Speaker 2: that's correct either.
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: But then I also understand, and we do the same
- 1:37:38Speaker 1: thing too, the pre-order because you don't want to order
- 1:37:40Speaker 1: too many. You don't want to not order enough.
- 1:37:43Speaker 4: But fortunate for Ringside that, you know, they're a gigantic business.
- 1:37:47Speaker 4: So they have access to capital that they can fund
- 1:37:50Speaker 4: themselves a huge, a much bigger run of these figures.
- 1:37:54Speaker 2: 5,000, 10,000. And then your margins are a little better,
- 1:37:58Speaker 2: but they also have the warehouse space to hold it.
- 1:38:00Speaker 2: And a warehouse space.
- 1:38:01Speaker 4: And a shipping thing.
- 1:38:02Speaker 1: I don't think people realize how much it costs to
- 1:38:08Speaker 1: produce a figure. If you're doing it the right way,
- 1:38:13Speaker 1: you're paying the artist, you're paying the sculptor, you're paying
- 1:38:18Speaker 1: the talent. We paid Deep freedom to make sure every
- 1:38:24Speaker 1: deco hits perfect. You know, so we go above and beyond.
- 1:38:27Speaker 4: Well, what is it? Like $ 5, 000 for a run of
- 1:38:31Speaker 4: 250 or whatever it is of these micro-brawlers?
- 1:38:34Speaker 1: Micro-brawlers are different. That's like they don't make like steel mold,
- 1:38:39Speaker 1: so it's not the same thing.
- 1:38:41Speaker 4: No, but I'm just saying that's a lot of money.
- 1:38:43Speaker 1: That's nothing compared to what wrestling figures are. That's my point.
- 1:38:46Speaker 4: That's my point. But people are aware. of what it
- 1:38:50Speaker 4: costs to make a microbrowser because you can just fund
- 1:38:52Speaker 4: it yourself.
- 1:38:53Speaker 2: Yeah. But imagine... I think indie wrestlers are aware. The
- 1:38:55Speaker 2: common person is not aware.
- 1:38:57Speaker 4: Well, at least the listeners of this podcast are.
- 1:38:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:38:59Speaker 1: You know, you get... You have to pay for the mold,
- 1:39:01Speaker 1: which is thousands and thousands of dollars. Then you have
- 1:39:03Speaker 1: to actually... And, like, we pay.
- 1:39:04Speaker 2: Like, you think we just know, like, how to get
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: fucking licenses? We pay a person to do this for us.
- 1:39:12Speaker 2: And do you think those licenses aren't expensive? Yeah, that too. Like,
- 1:39:16Speaker 2: there's just.
- 1:39:17Speaker 1: But back to the figure thing, you... You know, you
- 1:39:20Speaker 1: pay the artist, right? We usually give the talent like
- 1:39:26Speaker 1: a little advance, which isn't, that's not necessarily, doesn't necessarily
- 1:39:31Speaker 1: have to be done, but we do that. So it's that,
- 1:39:34Speaker 1: we pay the artist to draw it. We pay the
- 1:39:36Speaker 1: sculptor to sculpt it, right? Pay D Freedom to analyze it.
- 1:39:40Speaker 1: Then we're paying the factory to produce the steel mold.
- 1:39:43Speaker 1: And guess what? You think they're just sending us that
- 1:39:45Speaker 1: resin prototype for free?
- 1:39:46Speaker 4: No, we're paying for it.
- 1:39:48Speaker 1: All the samples that we're revising and critiquing, we're paying
- 1:39:52Speaker 1: for each and every one of those.
- 1:39:55Speaker 2: I mean, without disclosing too much, we're trying to make
- 1:39:59Speaker 2: a different style figure, and we can't figure it out pricing-wise.
- 1:40:04Speaker 2: We can't find a factory to do it where it
- 1:40:05Speaker 2: would even remotely make sense to even start. Right, and
- 1:40:09Speaker 2: that's something that no one's doing right now, but it's like, Oh, man.
- 1:40:14Speaker 2: Is the juice worth the squeeze? It doesn't make sense cost-wise.
- 1:40:17Speaker 2: For what we would have to charge our fans for,
- 1:40:22Speaker 2: no one's going to do that.
- 1:40:24Speaker 1: But listen, anyone who's taking a risk, I love it.
- 1:40:27Speaker 1: That's what we did, and I admire that.
- 1:40:29Speaker 2: I'm certainly not trying to deter anyone from their dreams here.
- 1:40:32Speaker 2: I just want to be realist about this, that it's
- 1:40:34Speaker 2: just not like sunshine and rainbows on this end of it.
- 1:40:39Speaker 1: And if I were to give advice, I would say like,
- 1:40:41Speaker 1: just make sure you're doing things the right way. Make
- 1:40:43Speaker 1: sure you're the, the people you're signing, whether they say
- 1:40:45Speaker 1: they have a legend deal or not, do your due diligence,
- 1:40:48Speaker 1: find out if they do, if they say they own
- 1:40:50Speaker 1: their name, do your due diligence, find it. They do,
- 1:40:54Speaker 1: you know, don't just do a Google search. Like actually
- 1:40:56Speaker 1: talk to a trademark lawyer, you know, it's, it's very complicated.
- 1:41:03Speaker 1: It's very rewarding. Like it's like fun. You know, I
- 1:41:06Speaker 1: think what's one of my jobs. Are we, designing toys
- 1:41:11Speaker 1: making toys it's come on but it's hard work it's
- 1:41:16Speaker 1: not if it was easy everyone would do it and
- 1:41:19Speaker 1: you know you see the people who do do it
- 1:41:21Speaker 1: and then they you know some some of them don't
- 1:41:23Speaker 1: succeed that's just the nature of the beast like even
- 1:41:27Speaker 1: when zombie first came out like he was selling i
- 1:41:29Speaker 1: think like thousands and thousands of series one because he
- 1:41:31Speaker 1: was the only game in town.
- 1:41:33Speaker 2: Yeah and there was a covid Spike and everything going
- 1:41:36Speaker 2: on there.
- 1:41:37Speaker 1: It was like, what? Someone's making these retro figures? And
- 1:41:39Speaker 1: now it's like, I think there's legit over 10 companies
- 1:41:42Speaker 1: making Hasbro-style figures.
- 1:41:44Speaker 4: Wasn't that also, like, in the... When Mattel stopped? Or
- 1:41:49Speaker 4: am I crazy with my timeline?
- 1:41:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:41:51Speaker 4: It was right when Mattel stopped and then Zombie comes in.
- 1:41:53Speaker 4: He's the only one, yeah.
- 1:41:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, what other form factors... Like, that's why
- 1:42:00Speaker 1: I like the Matt Maniacs. They found their own thing.
- 1:42:03Speaker 1: You know, like... But what other form factors are out
- 1:42:06Speaker 1: there that you could do cost effectively? I'm not sure.
- 1:42:10Speaker 2: Even like Latune made that badass axe buddy. I couldn't
- 1:42:14Speaker 2: imagine what that would cost. Right.
- 1:42:17Speaker 4: Especially with the box. I was just going to say,
- 1:42:19Speaker 4: that's the one thing that kind of tickles my fancy
- 1:42:23Speaker 4: because it's unique and interesting and not competing with other people.
- 1:42:27Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:42:29Speaker 1: Even if you were to do titantrons, think about all
- 1:42:31Speaker 1: those molds you've got to make.
- 1:42:33Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:42:35Speaker 1: The foot, the shin, the quad, the pelt, you know,
- 1:42:38Speaker 1: it's like.
- 1:42:39Speaker 2: Pins, they're all pins. Yeah.
- 1:42:43Speaker 4: If you made titantrons and you don't make a working
- 1:42:46Speaker 4: titantron thing, what are you doing?
- 1:42:49Speaker 2: I mean, in this day and age, you think that
- 1:42:50Speaker 2: that would be cost-effective? No. It wasn't cost-effective in 2000.
- 1:42:54Speaker 4: You'd have to cry. That'd have to be a good
- 1:42:56Speaker 4: old-fashioned crowdfund. If we get.
- 1:42:58Speaker 1: $ 100, 000, we can make.
- 1:43:03Speaker 2: And then pay the rights to the music and the artists. Oh, Brian, no,
- 1:43:08Speaker 2: it's just an MP3 player.
- 1:43:09Speaker 4: It plays Spotify.
- 1:43:10Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 1:43:12Speaker 1: That's not bad. Yeah, that's a long-winded answer, but it's tough.
- 1:43:17Speaker 4: All right, Brian's question here. Chad Moore in the chat.
- 1:43:21Speaker 4: With having money in the bank and call your shot
- 1:43:23Speaker 4: gauntlet this past week, what's your favorite and least favorite
- 1:43:26Speaker 4: stipulation match? Battle Royal, Iron Man ladder, two out of
- 1:43:28Speaker 4: three falls, etc.
- 1:43:31Speaker 1: Are we talking about as a wrestler or as a fan?
- 1:43:33Speaker 2: I think both.
- 1:43:37Speaker 1: I think as a wrestler, my favorite is like any
- 1:43:42Speaker 1: sort of street fight.
- 1:43:44Speaker 2: Same, yeah. Just EC dub style. Yeah, because you're going.
- 1:43:48Speaker 1: To have way more fun. I'm not saying a death match.
- 1:43:51Speaker 1: I'm saying like a street fight. A little bloody, a
- 1:43:53Speaker 1: little color.
- 1:43:54Speaker 2: I like watching them too, though, actually, as a fan.
- 1:43:57Speaker 1: I think my least favorite match to be a part
- 1:43:59Speaker 1: of It's either a battle royal. Battle royals suck. They suck.
- 1:44:05Speaker 2: Battle royals suck, but calling shots a gauntlet, it's a
- 1:44:08Speaker 2: Royal Rumble, basically. That's fun.
- 1:44:10Speaker 4: Yeah, no.
- 1:44:10Speaker 2: Because different people are coming. It's a battle royal. Yeah.
- 1:44:13Speaker 4: A 20-person battle royal, oh, there's nothing worse.
- 1:44:16Speaker 1: You know what else sucks, in my opinion, as a wrestler?
- 1:44:20Speaker 1: Like a triple threat or fatal four-way tag match.
- 1:44:24Speaker 2: I hate it. Yes, I agree.
- 1:44:26Speaker 4: I actually like fatal four-ways better than triple threats. Triple
- 1:44:29Speaker 4: threat is like, eh. Fatal 4-Way is at least like
- 1:44:31Speaker 4: a thing.
- 1:44:32Speaker 2: And there's just annoying nuances you have to put thought
- 1:44:35Speaker 2: into that you wouldn't have to in a normal match.
- 1:44:37Speaker 2: It kind of just sucks the fun out of that situation.
- 1:44:40Speaker 2: For those wondering why we would say that.
- 1:44:44Speaker 1: And as for watching, I think my favorite is like
- 1:44:47Speaker 1: a Royal Rumble. I mean, come on.
- 1:44:50Speaker 2: I guess my only thing about Royal Rumbles is Royal
- 1:44:53Speaker 2: Rumbles are only fun in the moment. I don't re-watch
- 1:44:55Speaker 2: Royal Rumbles.
- 1:44:58Speaker 1: It depends. I wouldn't watch.
- 1:45:01Speaker 3: You're right.
- 1:45:01Speaker 1: Let's say the 2020.
- 1:45:02Speaker 2: The excitement of who's coming and you don't know is great.
- 1:45:06Speaker 2: I don't want to re-watch that because ultimately you're just
- 1:45:09Speaker 2: punching and kicking and pretending to throw guys over the top.
- 1:45:12Speaker 1: I don't necessarily agree because, okay, let's say I didn't
- 1:45:15Speaker 1: watch the 2025 Rumble. To watch it the next day
- 1:45:20Speaker 1: wouldn't be as exciting because I know who just won it.
- 1:45:22Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying.
- 1:45:23Speaker 1: But I would watch the 93 right now and pop
- 1:45:25Speaker 1: for everybody. And Brian, I've seen you, I've been with
- 1:45:30Speaker 1: you and we were just watching.
- 1:45:31Speaker 2: I know, but I don't like, it's not my go-to
- 1:45:33Speaker 2: thing for sure.
- 1:45:34Speaker 4: We did that at the Orlando house and we were
- 1:45:36Speaker 4: all popping for, it's crazy. Even like ones like six
- 1:45:40Speaker 4: years ago and you're watching and you're like, I forgot
- 1:45:42Speaker 4: this guy was in it or whatever it was.
- 1:45:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:45:46Speaker 4: There was that one year that Cody, Cody was like
- 1:45:48Speaker 4: dashing and he went on a run and like eliminated
- 1:45:50Speaker 4: like 11 guys. We were like, what is happening? It
- 1:45:53Speaker 4: was like, we watched it for the first time. By
- 1:45:56Speaker 4: the way, this was not a battle royal. It was
- 1:45:58Speaker 4: a royal rumble. If it was a battle royal, I
- 1:46:00Speaker 4: would have been more mad.
- 1:46:01Speaker 2: I forgot that happened.
- 1:46:02Speaker 4: He cruises pointing out when I got chopped in the back.
- 1:46:04Speaker 1: I was so pissed. My least favorite match to watch,
- 1:46:07Speaker 1: I think... Guys, I'm going to get some hate for this.
- 1:46:10Speaker 1: Maybe an Iron Man match.
- 1:46:13Speaker 2: I mean, that doesn't even exist anymore. Let's be honest.
- 1:46:15Speaker 2: People don't have the attention span.
- 1:46:17Speaker 4: All the recent Iron Man matches have been some of
- 1:46:20Speaker 4: the best matches I've ever seen in my life.
- 1:46:22Speaker 2: Like what?
- 1:46:23Speaker 4: I guess.
- 1:46:23Speaker 1: Why I don't like it is because you know the
- 1:46:26Speaker 1: finish is going to be nothing. You know it's going
- 1:46:29Speaker 1: to have to take an hour to get to the finish.
- 1:46:31Speaker 2: There's that too, right? So you're just kind of wasting
- 1:46:34Speaker 2: time for 50-something minutes.
- 1:46:35Speaker 1: Right. That's what I mean.
- 1:46:37Speaker 4: Max and Danielson did it phenomenal.
- 1:46:40Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:46:41Speaker 1: I'm not saying they didn't do good wrestling. I'm just
- 1:46:45Speaker 1: saying you got to wait an hour to get to
- 1:46:47Speaker 1: a finish.
- 1:46:48Speaker 2: Right. I'll say the one thing as a performer, I
- 1:46:51Speaker 2: have no interest in ever doing Ultimate X. I don't
- 1:46:53Speaker 2: think I could do it.
- 1:46:54Speaker 1: Bro, I did it and I... Remember that? I was like,
- 1:46:58Speaker 1: why am I in this match?
- 1:46:59Speaker 2: Did you even climb it once?
- 1:47:01Speaker 4: No.
- 1:47:02Speaker 1: I don't know if it's always like that, but I
- 1:47:05Speaker 1: assumed if you stand on the top rope, you can.
- 1:47:07Speaker 2: Just reach and grab it.
- 1:47:08Speaker 4: You couldn't.
- 1:47:09Speaker 2: Every time they come and set up, I feel like
- 1:47:11Speaker 2: it gets higher and higher.
- 1:47:12Speaker 1: I'm like, wait a minute. You got to jump from
- 1:47:14Speaker 1: the top rope? I said, that's not for me, pal.
- 1:47:16Speaker 4: Yeah, like How many times has Frankie Kazarian had to
- 1:47:19Speaker 4: fucking do something nuts?
- 1:47:21Speaker 2: He's probably been in 30 of them. Yeah, I just can't. Man,
- 1:47:24Speaker 2: every time it's set up, I just go, oof, not
- 1:47:27Speaker 2: for me, pal.
- 1:47:29Speaker 4: Yeah. I like a good coal miner's glove on a
- 1:47:34Speaker 4: pole match.
- 1:47:35Speaker 2: There we go.
- 1:47:36Speaker 1: See, that's fun.
- 1:47:36Speaker 2: Judy Bagwell on a pole would be, or whatever.
- 1:47:38Speaker 4: Ooh, on a forklift, bro.
- 1:47:40Speaker 1: On a forklift.
- 1:47:41Speaker 4: You can't put Judy on a pole.
- 1:47:44Speaker 1: Trying to do.
- 1:47:45Speaker 2: Sorry.
- 1:47:46Speaker 1: Battle Royals is the worst. Everyone's trying to get their
- 1:47:49Speaker 1: shit in. I'm going to get eliminated. No one gives
- 1:47:51Speaker 1: a fuck how you're getting eliminated. Just get thrown over.
- 1:47:54Speaker 1: Get your kid.
- 1:47:55Speaker 2: I don't think fans enjoy Battle Royals, though.
- 1:47:57Speaker 1: No, I don't think so.
- 1:47:59Speaker 2: You do? I think they're like a draw. There's still
- 1:48:01Speaker 2: a draw. You put that on a card, a battle royal.
- 1:48:03Speaker 2: I think there's something to that.
- 1:48:05Speaker 4: Battle royals can get really good once you get to
- 1:48:07Speaker 4: the final four.
- 1:48:08Speaker 1: Sure, yeah. When there's space to do.
- 1:48:10Speaker 2: There's literally things when wrestlers call battle royals, you're like, well,
- 1:48:13Speaker 2: you can't do that because there's too many bodies. like
- 1:48:15Speaker 2: you can't hit the ropes you can't do like there's
- 1:48:17Speaker 2: a ton of things so a.
- 1:48:18Speaker 4: Well called battle royal can be pretty great but.
- 1:48:22Speaker 1: It's hard to someone needs to really be producing that
- 1:48:26Speaker 1: yeah who knows what they're.
- 1:48:28Speaker 4: Doing Brian produced a great king of cat battle.
- 1:48:30Speaker 1: Royal well see that's someone I would trust when.
- 1:48:32Speaker 2: Wally threw me out at the end what a moment
- 1:48:36Speaker 2: yeah okay.
- 1:48:39Speaker 4: Uh my question here from mike 6150 owens yeah if
- 1:48:46Speaker 4: you had the same access to capital as a kid
- 1:48:48Speaker 4: that you do today what would you have spent it
- 1:48:50Speaker 4: on we've had this question a few times but now
- 1:48:54Speaker 4: i feel like we're a few a few years removed
- 1:48:56Speaker 4: so looking back on what's going.
- 1:48:58Speaker 2: Right now i think just more play sets.
- 1:49:02Speaker 4: Oh no i thought it meant like Oh, I thought
- 1:49:07Speaker 4: it meant like what would we be grabbing for value now?
- 1:49:10Speaker 1: Oh, I was going to say like Neo Geo. That
- 1:49:13Speaker 1: was like this video game system that was like so expensive.
- 1:49:16Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm seeing it as like I'm Richie Rich and
- 1:49:19Speaker 2: now I can just get whatever I want.
- 1:49:21Speaker 4: Oh, I didn't even think of that. A big TV
- 1:49:25Speaker 4: in my room because I had a tiny ass TV
- 1:49:28Speaker 4: I played Mario on.
- 1:49:29Speaker 2: Right. I had it down in the basement too. It
- 1:49:34Speaker 2: wasn't near my room.
- 1:49:36Speaker 4: Your TV?
- 1:49:37Speaker 2: Yeah, for the longest time, yeah.
- 1:49:41Speaker 1: To Mark's point, like, man, I would have kept those
- 1:49:45Speaker 1: Hasbros in the box.
- 1:49:48Speaker 4: If we had access to capital.
- 1:49:50Speaker 2: Easier said than done, though. Of course. The wherewithal of
- 1:49:53Speaker 2: a kid to do that is no.
- 1:49:55Speaker 4: Yeah, but imagine you have access to capital, right?
- 1:49:57Speaker 8: You know.
- 1:49:57Speaker 2: And you bought two of everything?
- 1:49:58Speaker 1: No, no, no.
- 1:49:59Speaker 4: Not two. I'm saying you rent a warehouse. You rent
- 1:50:02Speaker 4: a storage unit. You go to every KB.
- 1:50:05Speaker 2: That you possibly can.
- 1:50:06Speaker 1: That's how John started a company.
- 1:50:09Speaker 4: Then you sit on it. It's like you're playing the lottery.
- 1:50:14Speaker 2: To have the foresight, though, to be like, these figures,
- 1:50:17Speaker 2: three for ten in a bin that nobody gives a
- 1:50:20Speaker 2: flying fuck about are going to be worth hundreds of
- 1:50:22Speaker 2: dollars each one.
- 1:50:23Speaker 4: Especially these side characters, too, that are going for. 250 now,
- 1:50:27Speaker 4: you know?
- 1:50:28Speaker 2: Right, yeah. Like, who's thinking like that?
- 1:50:30Speaker 4: You're looking at that Greg the Hammer Valentine in the bin, like.
- 1:50:33Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:50:34Speaker 1: Even, like, I was looking to replace my Mountie because
- 1:50:36Speaker 1: it was a non-TRU or KB sticker.
- 1:50:40Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:50:40Speaker 1: Like, to get a mount, like a mint Mountie is
- 1:50:43Speaker 1: like 300 bucks. Yeah.
- 1:50:46Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:50:49Speaker 4: Maybe I would have got in. Maybe I had more.
- 1:50:54Speaker 2: You know what I would get like bigger battered like
- 1:50:57Speaker 2: nerf stuff I never had that when I was a
- 1:50:59Speaker 2: kid but I always wanted like more high end nerf stuff.
- 1:51:04Speaker 4: Super soakers yeah remember.
- 1:51:07Speaker 1: Super soaker 2000 was that the one with the backpack.
- 1:51:10Speaker 2: I remember I had that and I did it like
- 1:51:12Speaker 2: once and I was like I can't run around with
- 1:51:14Speaker 2: three gallons on my back and I was just like
- 1:51:18Speaker 2: this sucks do kids play with water guns anymore I
- 1:51:21Speaker 2: don't know not really.
- 1:51:22Speaker 4: My daughter's got this one that it's pretty great, but
- 1:51:25Speaker 4: it's very simple. You put it in the bucket, you
- 1:51:27Speaker 4: pull it.
- 1:51:27Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, my kids have those too. And then you
- 1:51:30Speaker 2: push it. Isn't that the drip stick that John Morris said? Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:51:34Speaker 2: it's 100%. Yeah, my kids play with that too.
- 1:51:37Speaker 4: That packs like some force in it when you get.
- 1:51:39Speaker 1: Into that water.
- 1:51:40Speaker 2: And it gets some distance too.
- 1:51:41Speaker 4: Yeah, it's pretty great.
- 1:51:42Speaker 2: We bring those to the beach and stuff too.
- 1:51:44Speaker 4: Yeah, they're great. All right, that's it.
- 1:51:49Speaker 1: All right, so there's some good housekeeping items. Guys, if
- 1:52:07Speaker 1: you haven't been on our YouTube channel in the past week,
- 1:52:10Speaker 1: like the half a million other people, where have you been? Brian, Mark,
- 1:52:16Speaker 1: you guys did a great, great job on this vlog.
- 1:52:20Speaker 4: Shout out to Ryan.
- 1:52:22Speaker 2: Yeah, shout out to Ryan. And to be honest, we
- 1:52:23Speaker 2: don't know what is different from this. Of course, his
- 1:52:27Speaker 2: collection is unbelievable, but I feel like we have 15
- 1:52:32Speaker 2: vlogs that are unbelievable.
- 1:52:34Speaker 4: Broski hit the nail on the head. Everything. Good audio.
- 1:52:39Speaker 4: Good filming. Good thumb. Good title. Great content.
- 1:52:46Speaker 1: I feel like we've done that a bunch too and
- 1:52:49Speaker 1: they're not this great.
- 1:52:53Speaker 2: I mean, at the convention Saturday, everyone came up to
- 1:52:57Speaker 2: me talking about this thing. At work Sunday, people who
- 1:52:59Speaker 2: have never said a word to me about what we
- 1:53:01Speaker 2: do here were asking me questions about this.
- 1:53:04Speaker 4: You know, like, To put this into perspective for people
- 1:53:07Speaker 4: that are listening.
- 1:53:08Speaker 2: Like Delirious, the head writer of TNA watched it.
- 1:53:11Speaker 1: Really?
- 1:53:12Speaker 2: Fandango watched it. He doesn't even know anything about toys
- 1:53:16Speaker 2: or care about toys.
- 1:53:18Speaker 1: As of this recording, it has, seven days ago, 542,000 views. Yes.
- 1:53:24Speaker 1: For reference, three weeks ago, my Hasbro hallway, 88,000. Right.
- 1:53:33Speaker 4: Which was great.
- 1:53:34Speaker 2: Which was amazing for us.
- 1:53:35Speaker 4: Now, that's what I'm trying to say. This morning, Brian
- 1:53:38Speaker 4: woke up, or one of you guys woke up and
- 1:53:39Speaker 4: said half a mil. So that was when it hit 500,000. Yeah. Today,
- 1:53:46Speaker 4: it's gone up 42,000 views. So if we put up
- 1:53:49Speaker 4: a vlog a couple weeks ago, that's 42,000.
- 1:53:51Speaker 1: So two weeks ago, Brian unboxing the AAA Kellyanne's 25,000 views. Yeah, right. 42,000 views.
- 1:53:55Speaker 1: That's up 1,000 in a couple days.
- 1:53:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:53:57Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:54:03Speaker 4: Yeah, everything is getting a bump. Our podcast is getting
- 1:54:05Speaker 4: a bump.
- 1:54:06Speaker 1: It's great. The KNS that was up four hours ago
- 1:54:10Speaker 1: has 10,000 views right now.
- 1:54:12Speaker 4: That's pumping. It's pumping.
- 1:54:14Speaker 1: Usually we have like in the first day, we usually
- 1:54:16Speaker 1: get like 1,000 an hour.
- 1:54:17Speaker 4: When I put it up on Monday, I usually go
- 1:54:19Speaker 4: to bed at like 3,000. So that's doing good as well.
- 1:54:23Speaker 2: Yeah. Wow.
- 1:54:25Speaker 1: So we thank you guys for the support. Please share
- 1:54:28Speaker 1: and tell your friends.
- 1:54:29Speaker 2: If we're turning this into a plug in the KNS one.
- 1:54:33Speaker 2: Guy's one of my worst ideas ever. And I was
- 1:54:36Speaker 2: borderline traumatized by this experience for a couple days after
- 1:54:39Speaker 2: I was having trouble sleeping. I was literally lying in
- 1:54:41Speaker 2: bed thinking about what we could have done differently or
- 1:54:44Speaker 2: how we could have.
- 1:54:47Speaker 2: Crazy. Crazy.
- 1:54:48Speaker 4: How about the dichotomy, Brian, of these two vlogs that
- 1:54:50Speaker 4: we recorded one day apart from each other? One of
- 1:54:54Speaker 4: the greatest, cleanest collections of all time to a genuine
- 1:55:01Speaker 4: hoarder with disgusting dead animals in his fridge.
- 1:55:06Speaker 1: What?
- 1:55:08Speaker 2: You got it, bro.
- 1:55:09Speaker 1: Dead animals in the fridge?
- 1:55:11Speaker 2: Unconfirmed. I closed it so fast, I don't know what.
- 1:55:14Speaker 4: Was in there.
- 1:55:15Speaker 1: All I do know is that the bathroom is disgusting.
- 1:55:17Speaker 2: That's not even.
- 1:55:19Speaker 4: The bathroom is heaven compared to the rest of the place.
- 1:55:22Speaker 2: I know. Honestly, that bathroom is kind of nice compared
- 1:55:24Speaker 2: to some of the stuff.
- 1:55:25Speaker 4: I would rather sleep in the bathroom than out on
- 1:55:27Speaker 4: that floor.
- 1:55:28Speaker 2: We bought a brand new vacuum and vacuum, and it
- 1:55:30Speaker 2: broke like seven times. Because it couldn't handle what was
- 1:55:35Speaker 2: coming up.
- 1:55:36Speaker 4: Broski, this is the place that he brought Ric Flair into.
- 1:55:39Speaker 1: Listen, he brought Mac over there.
- 1:55:42Speaker 2: Bro, there is a who's who. Rob Van Dam is
- 1:55:47Speaker 2: going to be there Friday night.
- 1:55:50Speaker 4: Everybody must pull up to that. When Ric Flair pulled
- 1:55:52Speaker 4: up to that abandoned building, he must have been like, Oh,
- 1:55:55Speaker 4: my God. Luckily, people know Ken, I guess, at least,
- 1:56:00Speaker 4: and they've worked with him before.
- 1:56:01Speaker 2: Yeah, he's been doing this for years, and Ken's reliable.
- 1:56:02Speaker 2: They all know that, but man. Ken and I have
- 1:56:06Speaker 2: become good friends, and I want the place to be better.
- 1:56:10Speaker 2: I want it to be enjoyable for the guests. I
- 1:56:12Speaker 2: want him to be proud of the place. You know
- 1:56:14Speaker 2: what I mean? It needs space. It needs a place
- 1:56:18Speaker 2: to lounge. It needs a nice couch in there.
- 1:56:21Speaker 1: I can't wait to watch it. Like I said, I
- 1:56:23Speaker 1: watched this last one you guys did, and I was
- 1:56:24Speaker 1: blown away. The hidden door... Like I was jealous about that.
- 1:56:29Speaker 1: Like the secret stash, like that was something like crazy.
- 1:56:34Speaker 1: So cool. So cool. What a great collection. If he,
- 1:56:37Speaker 1: and if he wants that deluxe aggression, Zach Ryder sliding
- 1:56:40Speaker 1: to my DMS, I have a few. Wow. I have
- 1:56:44Speaker 1: a few.
- 1:56:45Speaker 2: Sure. I'll do that right away.
- 1:56:46Speaker 1: Cheap pal. But Hey, this one, who knows? Cause the
- 1:56:51Speaker 1: thing with the algorithm, if like, if it's rolling downhill,
- 1:56:55Speaker 1: like it could get a million, you know, who's to say,
- 1:56:58Speaker 1: I really don't.
- 1:56:59Speaker 2: Like I said, I, it's above my pay grade. I
- 1:57:01Speaker 2: have no idea. I mean, I'm grateful for it. It's unbelievable.
- 1:57:03Speaker 2: And I'm glad that so many people are seeing his
- 1:57:05Speaker 2: amazing collection and enjoying it. Yeah.
- 1:57:08Speaker 4: But it's actually, I just looked, it's the second highest
- 1:57:11Speaker 4: video on our channel. What's the first, the big show
- 1:57:15Speaker 4: one at five 74.
- 1:57:17Speaker 1: It's going to, it's going to beat that.
- 1:57:18Speaker 2: It's going to, that's from fucking eight years ago.
- 1:57:21Speaker 1: It's going to beat that without a doubt.
- 1:57:22Speaker 4: It literally has Matt and Brian on the thumb with
- 1:57:24Speaker 4: the big show doing his pose.
- 1:57:27Speaker 2: Yes. I, It comes up all the time, so I
- 1:57:30Speaker 2: do understand why that has so many views.
- 1:57:31Speaker 4: Fig hunt for big show.
- 1:57:33Speaker 2: Yeah. Wow.
- 1:57:35Speaker 1: Well, I got a fig hunt coming up. Maybe next
- 1:57:38Speaker 1: week there's a spot, a new spot opened up in
- 1:57:41Speaker 1: the Orlando area. Yeah, new spot.
- 1:57:43Speaker 2: Cool.
- 1:57:43Speaker 1: I don't know if it's going to get a half
- 1:57:44Speaker 1: a million views, but I'll try my best. Now I
- 1:57:46Speaker 1: got to think of a gimmick. I got to think
- 1:57:48Speaker 1: of a gimmick to get there because we want to
- 1:57:49Speaker 1: ride this momentum.
- 1:57:51Speaker 2: Yeah, damn.
- 1:57:52Speaker 1: You know?
- 1:57:53Speaker 4: Yeah, actually, we have nothing in the can. Actually, no,
- 1:57:56Speaker 4: Brian has an unboxing of a.
- 1:57:59Speaker 1: That's a palate cleanser. Yeah, that one is... a little
- 1:58:04Speaker 1: palate cleanser yeah um all right uh majormarks.com patreon.com slash

- 1:59:01Speaker 1: was Beetlejuice, and we haven't recorded yet. Two weeks, we're
- 1:59:05Speaker 1: going to do it. A Big Rubber Guy, LJN, Fantasy Draft.
- 1:59:10Speaker 4: FWF, say it, Matt.
- 1:59:12Speaker 1: FWF is back for one episode, Jack. Jack! I'm excited
- 1:59:17Speaker 1: for that. You have my ass, Matt Anythings. You have the...
- 1:59:22Speaker 1: Billy Peck's Major 5. I don't know if he got
- 1:59:25Speaker 1: the guest he was trying to get. I tried to
- 1:59:28Speaker 1: get it for him, so I don't.
- 1:59:29Speaker 4: Want to see it.
- 1:59:29Speaker 1: Was it John Cena? C-Rat? C-Rat's done the show before.
- 1:59:33Speaker 1: C-Rat's done the show before.
- 1:59:35Speaker 4: Was it John Cena with his autos?
- 1:59:38Speaker 1: It was not. Oh, baby, he's happy hour.
- 1:59:41Speaker 4: Well, we're trying to get Heath. We're trying to get
- 1:59:47Speaker 4: Heath for this FWF, but unfortunately, I think he's going
- 1:59:50Speaker 4: to be in Europe or something, so The card.
- 1:59:54Speaker 2: We have a Boosin date, actually. Let me look that up.
- 1:59:58Speaker 4: That shoes card is long gone. The new card should
- 2:00:01Speaker 4: be arriving soon.
- 2:00:02Speaker 1: Oh, wow. And then the ultimate gift, remember, that was
- 2:00:04Speaker 1: for September, October, November.
- 2:00:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:00:08Speaker 2: Boosin with the toys is on the schedule for October
- 2:00:12Speaker 2: 22nd if you want to get in on that. So
- 2:00:14Speaker 2: mark it down.
- 2:00:16Speaker 1: Guys, I'm going to take this time. I'm going to
- 2:00:18Speaker 1: put Mark and Brian under the gun, under pressure right here.
- 2:00:22Speaker 1: I've been pitching. For a new podcast, not on MajorMarks.com.
- 2:00:26Speaker 4: About Marvel Legends figures.
- 2:00:28Speaker 1: No, hear me out here.
- 2:00:30Speaker 2: Let's talk about DC articulated figures.
- 2:00:33Speaker 1: Hear me out here. Wrestling Figure Court. Mini pod, half
- 2:00:38Speaker 1: hour or so every week. Mark's the judge, and then
- 2:00:41Speaker 1: whoever's in the live chat is the jury. So I
- 2:00:44Speaker 1: guess you got to pay on MajorMarks.com to get in
- 2:00:46Speaker 1: the live chat. But we... We go back and forth.
- 2:00:51Speaker 1: One week will be men on card versus loose. I
- 2:00:54Speaker 1: plead my case why men on card is better. Brian
- 2:00:56Speaker 1: pleads why loose is better. Then the jury and Mark
- 2:00:59Speaker 1: decide every week. It will be a half hour added
- 2:01:02Speaker 1: to our schedules. New pod.
- 2:01:04Speaker 2: Isn't this the same concept of the Dylan and Shoes
- 2:01:07Speaker 2: podcast that lasted a month because they weren't going to
- 2:01:09Speaker 2: be friends anymore?
- 2:01:12Speaker 4: Yeah, but they were arguing about sandwiches and ice cream.
- 2:01:15Speaker 1: What do you think? Let us know in the comments.
- 2:01:19Speaker 1: Let us know in the Facebook group. Wrestling figure court.
- 2:01:24Speaker 1: Brian and I, it could be, who knows what it
- 2:01:27Speaker 1: could be. It could be anything. It could be ringside
- 2:01:29Speaker 1: collectibles versus hunting in the wild. Whatever it is. Marks
- 2:01:35Speaker 1: the judge and the fans you made your marks are
- 2:01:37Speaker 1: the jury.
- 2:01:38Speaker 4: Yeah, and judge is not, I'm not making a decision.
- 2:01:40Speaker 4: I'm just making sure that everyone's playing by the rules.
- 2:01:42Speaker 2: You're facilitating. He's facilitating.
- 2:01:45Speaker 1: I think for a half hour, it'd be fun. Snackable content.
- 2:01:49Speaker 1: And then imagine that, Mark.
- 2:01:50Speaker 4: James here has a great idea. Can we get Jamie
- 2:01:55Speaker 4: Noble on the Zoom?
- 2:01:56Speaker 2: No. Do you think Jamie Noble has Wi-Fi in any capacity?
- 2:01:59Speaker 1: There's not a chance.
- 2:02:01Speaker 4: Just ask him, bro.
- 2:02:03Speaker 2: It's Monday.
- 2:02:04Speaker 1: We were going to Monday.
- 2:02:06Speaker 2: He's doing the rabbit ears on his computer. No.
- 2:02:15Speaker 1: All right. ProWrestlingTees.com. We got some Halloween shirts up on there.
- 2:02:19Speaker 2: We do, actually.
- 2:02:20Speaker 1: The Major Monsters. The Major Monsters shirt I love. Go
- 2:02:23Speaker 1: check that out on Pro Wrestling Tees. And then we
- 2:02:26Speaker 1: have some of the past Halloween shirts are up there.
- 2:02:28Speaker 1: So check those out. Any follow-up? I mean, or any plugs, guys?
- 2:02:35Speaker 2: Yeah, this weekend, Bruski put it up.
- 2:02:39Speaker 4: Four horsemen.
- 2:02:40Speaker 2: Ken Cond. Four. Four. It's going down. Broski, you know
- 2:02:45Speaker 2: where this is going down? Where is it? The abandoned
- 2:02:48Speaker 2: Broadway ball.
- 2:02:49Speaker 1: That's cool. That's where I'm with the New Age Outlaws.
- 2:02:53Speaker 2: In a closed down Victoria Secrets. Meet Hall of Famer.
- 2:02:57Speaker 1: That's unbelievable.
- 2:02:58Speaker 2: Meet Hall of Famer Rob Van Dib. I'll be there.
- 2:03:02Speaker 2: The ECW legend. The Sandman. I mean, the righteous.
- 2:03:06Speaker 1: Powers of Pain.
- 2:03:07Speaker 2: Dark Order. Snitsky. Jonathan Coachman. It's stacked, guys. Ken. Khan.
- 2:03:12Speaker 1: Thor.
- 2:03:13Speaker 2: KNS WrestleFest. He wants you to call it Autumn Armageddon,
- 2:03:17Speaker 2: but I refuse. 10 to 3. Come check me out.
- 2:03:22Speaker 2: I don't know. I might be regretting this, but I'm
- 2:03:25Speaker 2: sponsoring the Sandman here.
- 2:03:27Speaker 1: I can already tell that's going to be an instant regret.
- 2:03:31Speaker 2: Sandman was supposed to be there for another event. I said,
- 2:03:35Speaker 2: you know what? Hack, come on in. So come see
- 2:03:38Speaker 2: me and the Sandman together hanging out at the table there.
- 2:03:41Speaker 1: You're going to regret that already.
- 2:03:42Speaker 2: We'll see. We'll see. I love hack. Good mood hack
- 2:03:47Speaker 2: is a great time.
- 2:03:48Speaker 1: This weekend, I'm injured. I will say this. I've been
- 2:03:54Speaker 1: going to the performance center for my rehab. My range
- 2:03:57Speaker 1: of motion is almost at 100%. I don't technically have
- 2:04:03Speaker 1: to wear the brace anymore, but I still have zero strength.
- 2:04:08Speaker 1: I can do my hair. I can wipe my butt.
- 2:04:13Speaker 1: So that's a good thing. I could shave my arms.
- 2:04:19Speaker 1: But that was a huge problem, believe it or not.
- 2:04:22Speaker 2: Hairy shoulder blades, yeah.
- 2:04:23Speaker 1: I wasn't able to shave my arms.
- 2:04:25Speaker 2: Wow.
- 2:04:26Speaker 1: I could shave the injured arm with my.
- 2:04:28Speaker 2: Why didn't you just grow it out? You should just
- 2:04:30Speaker 2: let it see what happens.
- 2:04:32Speaker 1: I know what would happen. If I grow it out
- 2:04:35Speaker 1: for a week, look at it. If you're watching now,
- 2:04:37Speaker 1: you can't see, but it's like I look like the
- 2:04:39Speaker 1: Wolfman right now.
- 2:04:40Speaker 4: You'd have no hair on your face.
- 2:04:42Speaker 1: Come on over, Mark. I'll send you a picture.
- 2:04:46Speaker 4: Which one were you going to regret more, cleaning K
- 2:04:47Speaker 4: & S or bogeying Sandman? We'll see.
- 2:04:50Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 2:04:50Speaker 4: They both involve Ken.
- 2:04:53Speaker 2: They both have Ken getting me into bad situations.
- 2:04:57Speaker 1: And don't forget to check out Jay George. He's got
- 2:05:01Speaker 1: some beef with Sean Ross Sapp. He's a lot of
- 2:05:03Speaker 1: beef with Sean Ross Sapp. Major Rewind, great show. Check
- 2:05:08Speaker 1: it out.
- 2:05:12Speaker 2: Brian, have you seen that? Several people have sent it
- 2:05:16Speaker 2: to me and asked me about it, and then I
- 2:05:17Speaker 2: saw how long it was, and I'm like, I'm not
- 2:05:19Speaker 2: watching this.
- 2:05:23Speaker 4: I don't understand.
- 2:05:25Speaker 2: So that's the extent of what I got. I have
- 2:05:28Speaker 2: no idea what it's about.
- 2:05:28Speaker 4: But hilarious. J.
- 2:05:30Speaker 2: George is J. George. He's the man. He's very unique, yes.
- 2:05:33Speaker 4: He's genius, genius.
- 2:05:35Speaker 1: And then every other week from the vault, we have
- 2:05:36Speaker 1: more stuff, more... career retrospectives in the vault?
- 2:05:41Speaker 4: Last week was a Jay George. This week is a
- 2:05:43Speaker 4: From the Vault. I have to look. I have to look.
- 2:05:46Speaker 4: But if it's not a retrospective, then it's an MC.
- 2:05:49Speaker 1: Ooh, we're going to do some MCs. Start those. And
- 2:05:52Speaker 1: then maybe November 1st, we start my other pet project,
- 2:05:58Speaker 1: Wrestling for Your Court. What do you guys think?
- 2:06:02Speaker 4: We'll see, Berski.
- 2:06:03Speaker 2: The chat was really going crazy for that one.
- 2:06:09Speaker 1: I like Stinks and.
- 2:06:09Speaker 4: Figs better for a new show.
- 2:06:10Speaker 2: Yeah, it doesn't look very promising.
- 2:06:13Speaker 1: I'm just thinking, hey, you ride the wave of this YouTube.
- 2:06:16Speaker 1: You have a show on Monday, which is the vlog. Wednesday,
- 2:06:21Speaker 1: which is the rest of the record. And then Friday
- 2:06:23Speaker 1: is the pod.
- 2:06:25Speaker 4: Broski, I'll say this. I am with you on doing
- 2:06:30Speaker 4: a half-hour show. I think that it would be great,
- 2:06:33Speaker 4: and I think it would be an easy add-on to
- 2:06:35Speaker 4: our podcast.
- 2:06:36Speaker 2: Okay? Yeah.
- 2:06:37Speaker 4: I am not 1 million percent sold on the figure court.
- 2:06:42Speaker 4: And if we're going to do a project like this,
- 2:06:44Speaker 4: I would love to just workshop it a little bit more.
- 2:06:48Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying? All of us together, let's
- 2:06:50Speaker 4: workshop it. Let's get a really good plan before we
- 2:06:52Speaker 4: start announcing things.
- 2:06:52Speaker 2: This is a dip your toe, not do a cannonball situation.
- 2:06:55Speaker 4: Yeah, let's just talk about it.
- 2:06:57Speaker 1: I think November 1st, wrestling figure court starting on YouTube.
- 2:07:00Speaker 2: Ha, ha, ha.
- 2:07:02Speaker 4: He says no so quickly and yes so quickly. It's crazy.
- 2:07:06Speaker 2: It's so insane.
- 2:07:07Speaker 1: That's how you make decisions.
- 2:07:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:07:10Speaker 1: Yes, exactly.
- 2:07:12Speaker 4: All right.
- 2:07:13Speaker 1: All right, guys.
