You are a child of God's promise, not because of your own effort or obedience, but because of what Christ has accomplished for you. Trying to earn God's acceptance only leads you back into bondage, while trusting His promise brings true freedom. Your inheritance does not depend on your performance, background, or ability to keep the law—it rests entirely on Christ's finished work. You are therefore called to live in the freedom of grace, trusting God to accomplish what you could never accomplish for yourself.
