- 0:26green. When you begin a journey of revenge, start
- 0:43by digging two graves. One for the enemy and
- 0:49one for yourself. Remember, a man that steadiest
- 1:06revenge keeps his own wounds green. That's by
- 1:12Francis Bacon. Welcome to the first episode of
- 1:25the Facebook Murders miniseries. Part 1. 317
- 1:36friends and counting. These chapters are Dried
- 1:48Meatballs, The Barber Shop, Bizarre Instagram
- 1:55DMs, Almost Fatal, and Real Life. Dried Meatballs.
- 2:12One Dead. 2 dead, 3 dead, and 4. 20 dead, 40
- 2:19dead, and I want to slaughter more. He just logged
- 2:34off the internet on the morning of Friday, October
- 2:3713th, 2011. The time was about 3 .30 in the morning
- 2:47when he decided to fix himself a bowl of fruit
- 2:51loops with soy milk. Roy had self -diagnosed
- 2:57himself eight years earlier with a Awful disease
- 3:01after bouts of diarrhea and heavy gas, with indulgent
- 3:07ice cream, 2 % milk, and generic Oreos called
- 3:13Twist and Shout on Friday nights. Rory worked
- 3:18for Franciscan Home Care and each Friday he would
- 3:23crave dairy products. After a couple of Saturdays
- 3:28he had to call up work because he had to sit
- 3:30on a toilet for at least 45 minutes to an hour.
- 3:34in the wee hours of the morning. Sitting on a
- 3:39toilet this long made him late getting to his
- 3:42clients to help them out of bed, help bathe them,
- 3:46cook them breakfast, etc. Rory secretly hated
- 3:51his job and hours. He loved interacting with
- 3:55people, but he hated working only weekends, holidays,
- 4:00and the early mornings. As Rory started to wipe
- 4:04his behind for the fourth time, He heard a noise
- 4:08coming from the living room. See, Roy lives in
- 4:13an efficiency apartment and everything is in
- 4:16just one room. Just blocked off with curtains
- 4:20to make it feel like he had separate rooms. He
- 4:25opened the curtain to the bathroom, screamed
- 4:47in pain, and saw his thumb and finger hit the
- 4:55floor. He pulled the curtain closed and fought
- 5:02the attacker off with the other hand. The attacker
- 5:06had a butcher knife. and he was trying to slash
- 5:08through the curtains. But Roy had an antique
- 5:11set of drapes from his grandmother's house that
- 5:14were made in the 50s. These curtains were draped
- 5:17across the bathroom door. Those drapes were thick
- 5:23and sturdy. For some reason, a thin strip of
- 5:27metal was put in between each layer of the drapes.
- 5:30He grabbed the drapes as protection, and as he
- 5:34grabbed, he was pierced. He started to scream
- 5:37louder. And the attacker became paranoid and
- 5:43ran off, just at the apartment on the end beside
- 5:53the neighbor that could have hurt him. But the
- 5:58neighbor was out of town. Visiting is a strange
- 6:01wife and kid. Roy sat on the toilet holding the
- 6:05curtains tightly for about 20 minutes after the
- 6:08attacker ran. With his thumb and index finger
- 6:14bleeding profusely, Roy got off the toilet, went
- 6:18to the bedroom, and dialed 911. As he told the
- 6:21operator, he was just attacked in his house,
- 6:24and he had no idea who the person was, through
- 6:39his bathroom window, and hit him in the side
- 6:43of the face. The phone dropped, and things became
- 7:00silent. The operator kept saying, hello, hello,
- 7:05until the officers arrived at the scene. When
- 7:10the officers arrived, they saw a man lying on
- 7:16the floor, with his head in a pool of blood,
- 7:19toilet paper whipped. brown clumps on it, hanging
- 7:21out of his behind. Roy was moaning and groaning
- 7:25so much that the officers could not hear themselves
- 7:30talk. The officers noticed that his right index
- 7:47finger and thumb was cut off. They looked at
- 7:51each other and said, another Facebook murder.
- 8:06Roy was in so much pain, but he was far from
- 8:12death, unlike the officers thought. He was one
- 8:15of the lucky few. that escaped with his life.
- 8:19Over the past two years there have been over
- 8:22100 murders and every corpse had an affiliation
- 8:29with the safe book. Crime scene investigators
- 9:18were not even close to finding the killer or
- 9:24killers. They had no motive and there was not
- 9:28a certain profile of the dead. Among the dead
- 9:32were blacks, whites, Asians, Indians. Middle
- 9:37Easterners, etc. The murder bodies were men,
- 9:43girls, women, boys, senior citizens, preteens,
- 9:47homosexuals, heterosexuals, paraplegics, people
- 9:50from all walks of life. This serial killer, or
- 9:54killers, had no soft spot for anyone. The killings
- 9:59were just downright cruel. Speculation from the
- 10:03many cases before this one is that the killer
- 10:07had a low grade education, He or she was a loner,
- 10:12and he or she had extraordinarily little knowledge
- 10:16of the world in general. From a profile stat,
- 10:22the killer was described as a white male in his
- 10:24late 20s to early 30s, slim and tall. These murders
- 10:29have the authority to stop because until today,
- 10:33only a few people survived. And the eyewitnesses
- 10:37saw little or no clues that are help to the police.
- 10:44Hey girl, what's up? Tammy replied through her
- 10:49Facebook page. Nothing much, just getting in
- 10:53from getting my pedicure. I had it done at Walmart.
- 10:59Did you still want the name of my petition so
- 11:01you can get your hair dyed red? Yes, Susie replied.
- 11:08I want to have a dramatic change for the fall.
- 11:12Okay, I will text it to you that time. You know
- 11:17there's a bunch of weirdos on the internet including
- 11:19Facebook Susan said Facebook is safe and what
- 11:27what what I can't hear you Tammy let me call
- 11:31you back My son is downstairs calling for me
- 11:35to come to the room Okay, but you have to upload
- 11:38a pic of a new style that you want Tammy said
- 11:41Okay, I would do Just then Tammy received a request
- 11:48from a friend of a friend that she did not know
- 11:51she figured What the hell? And accepted this
- 11:54female as her friend. The female's name is Karen,
- 11:58and she attended elementary school with Tammy's
- 12:01brother's friend. Huh. The image for Karen's
- 12:09profile picture was a 1960s refrigerator made
- 12:13by Frigidaire. That is one of the strangest pictures
- 12:17that anyone has seen for a profile. And each
- 12:20time someone would ask Karen the meaning of the
- 12:22Frigidaire picture, she would just tell him...
- 12:27Tell them it's because She loved William the
- 12:31refrigerator who played football for the Chicago
- 12:34Bears way back when Karen asked Tammy if her
- 12:39pedicure was done by the Walmart on Brant Pike.
- 12:42Tammy said Why do you want to know? Karen said
- 12:49just make a small compensation. Tammy said yes
- 12:56it was done at Walmart I know Ellen who works
- 13:00there and she's my favorite manicurist Karen
- 13:04did not reply. She just laughed to herself and
- 13:09logged off. Her ex -boyfriend a direct message
- 13:35and asked him Did he get his new car yet? He
- 13:42did not answer Tammy until after a very long
- 13:44time because she has already told him about her
- 13:47crazy man that she has been in and out of a relationship
- 13:52with for over six years. Her man had beat her,
- 13:57shaved her head when she was sleeping, cut the
- 14:01brake line, so she could not go to work and put
- 14:04laxatives in her chocolate mousse cake. Several
- 14:11times when he went out to eat, he was very jealous
- 14:14when he saw other men just staring at Tammy.
- 14:27The last time Tammy's on and off boyfriend saw
- 14:31that her ex and she were conversing with each
- 14:34other, he posted a message from Tammy's account
- 14:37that said, the next motherfucker The talk to
- 14:44Tammy will be sorry they ever did. Tammy's man
- 14:50dropped out of school in the 8th grade so he
- 14:52could work to support his mother and his siblings.
- 14:56His dad lived his life like a male koala. He
- 15:00would just get the ladies pregnant and move on.
- 15:03Tammy tried for years to break her current relationship
- 15:05off, but he just won't go away. He is 43 years
- 15:10old and Tammy is 27. He is afraid to lose his
- 15:14woman, especially such a young woman. Just about
- 15:17every woman his age knows his past and knows
- 15:21how crazy and used up he is. And they don't want
- 15:27anything to do with him. The only women he can
- 15:30get are women that know nothing of him, not even
- 15:33his name. Tammy sent another message to her ex
- 15:38and asked him the same question. He finally replied,
- 15:42yes, Tammy. Tammy called him a chicken ass on
- 15:47her breath. Chicken ass. And logged off. Her
- 15:53ex was still online and he instantly received
- 15:55a friend request from a female named Maggie who
- 15:58was friends with a few people he went to elementary
- 16:00school with. He was trying to figure out who
- 16:07she was. He could not figure out who she was
- 16:10right off hand. So he clicked on her profile
- 16:16and saw a few of his friends that she was friends
- 16:19with as well. He could not recognize her by face
- 16:24because her profile pic was a picture of her.
- 16:27when she was a one -year -old baby and she does
- 16:30not have any other pictures of herself on her
- 16:33page anywhere. He asked a few of his friends
- 16:37about Maggie. Some of his friends remember her
- 16:40and some did not. He did not accept her request
- 16:44and he continued talking with his buddy from
- 16:46work. He decided to go up to the YMCA up the
- 16:55street from her house to work on some pizza she
- 16:58had eaten while at Walmart waiting for her pedicure.
- 17:03After she ran on the trail of milk for 30 minutes,
- 17:06she swam her few laps in a pool. Within a shower,
- 17:27she was thinking of a house she could surprise
- 17:29her boyfriend with a romantic dinner by candlelight.
- 17:34She always tried to please him, because she would
- 17:37encounter less of his anger. She cut the shower
- 17:41short because she was so excited about the evening
- 17:48she was planning. Tammy's Six Spaghetti. and
- 17:53dried meatballs for dinner. Her boyfriend came
- 18:00home, but he already ate and told Tammy her food
- 18:03looked like dog food. She was not saved by his
- 18:09comment because she was used to his negative
- 18:11behavior. After dinner, Tammy put on a long purple
- 18:19polyester gown. It felt like silk to her, and
- 18:22she felt sexy in it. She walked into the bedroom
- 18:26and posed in front of her boyfriend. Get from
- 18:32in front of the television Barney, he said. He
- 18:38noticed her pedicure, and he liked it. He didn't
- 18:42tell her he liked it. He did not tell her he
- 18:46liked it, though. Her toes looked nice, he thought,
- 18:52but instead, when she was sleeping, he purposely
- 18:56built a polish remover on her toes. He did not
- 19:00want her, but he did not want anybody else to
- 19:02have her. She woke up the next morning, and she
- 19:05didn't notice her feet went away. But then when
- 19:08she got in the shower, she noticed patches of
- 19:10polish was gone. She did not want to confront
- 19:14her boyfriend because she knew how crazy he was.
- 19:17So she just took the rest of her polish off her
- 19:22toes and went about her day. The barber shop
- 19:32asked. The 6 o 'clock news came on and there
- 19:39was a breaking report of a man who was in the
- 19:41hospital with a cut to the top of his head. It
- 20:06was not just any old cut, but it was a deep cut.
- 20:11And the cut was so deep at the tip of his brain.
- 20:16was showing. The man was still conscious, and
- 20:20the fellow barber asked the other man, what happened?
- 20:28The man replied that his client was in the barber
- 20:30chair, and as he was putting the apron on, a
- 20:36scraggly looking man came up, pulled out a mini
- 20:38axe, and swung it out of his head. At the same
- 20:42time, the man was swinging the axe, he was shouting,
- 20:45cut that nappy shit! Cut that nappy shit! Cut
- 20:50that nappy shit! After the incident, the fellow
- 20:55barber asked him a few more questions about the
- 20:58man that had cut him. But the inner man just
- 21:01went totally out of it. The man's eyes rolled
- 21:07up into his head. He started to foam at the mouth,
- 21:10and he began to slump over. Someone shouted,
- 21:13Call 911! A male nurse, who was actually an orderly,
- 21:23was in the shop, and he stated, that he is certified
- 21:27in CPR. The nurse checked the injured man's vital
- 21:30signs and stated that he was still alive. He
- 21:35grabbed a clean towel and wrapped his head in
- 21:37it and applied pressure. The customers were stunned.
- 21:42And if you were getting up to leave, even customers
- 21:45that have had their hair cut got up and ran out
- 21:50of the door. They were knocking people out of
- 22:34the chairs. Customers that were on their way
- 22:45in the barber noticed some commotion and hollered
- 22:50and kept on walking past. One faithful customer
- 22:54who was a weekly customer still came in after
- 22:57he saw this settlement run out. This customer
- 23:01was a business owner who was very arrogant and
- 23:04flippant himself. He had to have that swiveling
- 23:08look about him no matter what. He had a serious
- 23:12case of obsessive -compulsive disorder. disorder.
- 23:19He arrived at the barber shop every Friday at
- 23:215 30 p .m. If he was in a car and the time was
- 23:255 28 he would get out of the car at 5 29 and
- 23:29with 30 seconds left walk to the door while checking
- 23:32his second hand on his watch. Touch the door
- 23:36at two seconds till 5 30 and open it and exactly
- 23:405 30 and oh seconds zero seconds. Suave stood
- 23:46in the middle in the middle of a shop looking
- 23:49around to make a sense of what just happened.
- 23:52Usually when he walks in, a chair is ready for
- 23:55him. This barber told him to sit in the common
- 23:57wedding area until the chair was ready for him.
- 24:01Sua Wei asked, how long would it be? The barber
- 24:03said, as soon as we get things cleaned up. Sua
- 24:09Wei reluctantly took a seat on one of the edge
- 24:13seats. This really messed with OCD and threw
- 24:17his day off. The recessionist from the barbershop
- 24:21called the police department and told them, that
- 24:23someone was almost murdered with an axe and he
- 24:27was on the verge of dying. When the police finally
- 24:32arrived, they noticed that the man was still
- 24:34sitting in the barber chair in the unconscious.
- 24:38Cop asked the barber that was cutting the man's
- 24:41head, did he see everything? The barber said
- 24:46he did not see where the man came from. He only
- 24:49sharp, sharp, small blade cut Montell's head
- 24:54and the man running out. Does Montell have any
- 25:00enemies that you are aware of? asked the cop.
- 25:04Not that I know of personally, but his arrogance
- 25:09and the way he treats people really ticks others
- 25:12off. The cop asked where Montell works and the
- 25:18only said that he owns his own office detailing
- 25:21business, which is a high -profile cleaning business
- 25:25and the only provider name, the address of the
- 25:30business to the cop. so that he can investigate
- 25:34the possibility of enemies that Montell may have
- 25:39had. The attending barber provided cops a description
- 25:49of the assailant. The barber described the man
- 25:52as a white male with gross -looking dreadlocks,
- 25:55dressed in jeans and a black sweatshirt. The
- 25:58ambulance was called for the injured customer
- 26:00and he was taken to the nearest hospital with
- 26:03no disclosure of his condition. The barber shop
- 26:06remained open to the due to the rent that was
- 26:10due, and they were already behind a few months.
- 26:15Some other customers that were at the barber
- 26:17shop when the man was attacked stayed to get
- 26:19their haircuts finished. This barber shop was
- 26:22world -class. They employed famous barbers and
- 26:26could style like no other. The barber shop was
- 26:29housed in the city of Cleveland and operated
- 26:3124 hours, six days a week. This shop has won
- 26:36numerous awards at the barber's convention. in
- 26:39Chicago many years in a row. They not only cut
- 26:43hair, but they style it in many ways, including
- 26:46the skyline of New York City. Famous people's
- 26:50faces, famous clothes, etc. The owner was called
- 26:54in and was told about this check. He applied
- 26:58to the customers and told them that the cuts
- 27:00weren't on the house today. Maybe that's why
- 27:03he's in debt. He owes a few months rent already.
- 27:09The employees clean up the barber chair and sanitize
- 27:13it. They wipe the blood from the counter, clean
- 27:15the spread of the blood from the wall, and they
- 27:18were back to regular business after forensics
- 27:23left the scene with the appropriate evidence.
- 27:30They were used to this crazy stuff happening
- 27:31in Cleveland, so it was kind of an everyday thing
- 27:34to them. Yo, is this seat open? Toare said to
- 27:45the barber. Yes, the barber said. So I sat down
- 27:55and he said he would have the usual. The customer
- 28:10that just left the barber shop told everyone
- 28:13that she saw on the street that the barber shop
- 28:18was giving away free cuts for the rest of the
- 28:20day. Sooner did the customer with the big mouth
- 28:25know that the cuts were only free to the customers
- 28:28that were already in the shop during new commotion.
- 28:34Every new customer paid like normal, but there
- 28:36was only one man that went in for a free haircut.
- 28:40When the barber was finished with his hair, the
- 28:42barber said, $25. The customer said, I thought
- 28:46it was free. The barber replied, only for the
- 28:50customers that were already here. The man got
- 28:54up and ran out of the shop. The police were called
- 28:58back, and the barber gave a description of the
- 29:01man. This was easy because he was the only white
- 29:03man in the shop at the time. He was tall, slender,
- 29:07well dressed, and his hair was already cut short.
- 29:10He just wanted him for a touch up to his gray.
- 29:13on the side and his mustache. The police dismissed
- 29:18that as a petty crime. They were not about to
- 29:21waste their time pursuing it. They determined
- 29:25that the owner should eat the cost and keep cutting.
- 29:28They told the owner that they were hot on a pursuit,
- 29:34but they went into the Dunkin' Donuts shop down
- 29:36the street to kill time. As they were eating
- 29:41dirty donuts, they noticed a man sitting in the
- 29:46description. They made a joke about one of stairs
- 29:50getting over for once and they just watched him
- 29:53sip his coffee and they're always looking for
- 29:56reparations no reparations this time about 15
- 30:11minutes later one of the cops steps to the other
- 30:14let that nigga eat the cost and they both laughed
- 30:31same time talking about a few of the patrons
- 30:34in the donut shop they were leaving a call came
- 30:41in concerning a kidnapping the call came in 2911
- 30:50describing a four -year -old that was kidnapped
- 30:53from a playground during recess at a preschool.
- 30:59The caller could not describe the kidnapper,
- 31:02only that it was a male from the way this stature
- 31:06was made. The call, the cops took the call seriously
- 31:11for the simple fact that they both had young
- 31:14kids and they despised pedophiles and child abusers,
- 31:19just like many other people on the earth. The
- 31:22cops arrived at the preschool hoping that someone
- 31:24else saw the description of the man. And that
- 31:32will end part one of the Safe Book Murders. We
- 32:01can get the rest of the footage.
