- 0:55Speaker 1: All right, Wayne al Rout The Root, The Root, The
- 0:57Speaker 1: Root is on Fire. Welcome the show. I hope we're good.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Audio wise, we were having some.
- 1:02Speaker 3: Real problems with Comrax, which is how we connect to
- 1:06Speaker 3: our studios in well all over the country. We got
- 1:08Speaker 3: studios in Denver, studios in Kansas City, studios in Minnesota,
- 1:12Speaker 3: and everybody's working somewhere else on our show for whether
- 1:16Speaker 3: it's TV, whether it's podcast, whether it's radio. Plus our
- 1:18Speaker 3: studios in Las Vegas, and we were having audio problems.
- 1:22Speaker 1: But they tell me they've been cleared up. Are we
- 1:23Speaker 1: sounding good now, Jays all good? Now, all right good.
- 1:28Speaker 1: I mean it.
- 1:28Speaker 3: Started to work like one second before we came on
- 1:30Speaker 3: the air, So we were getting a little nervous that
- 1:32Speaker 3: we'd have to play a best of Wayne for the
- 1:34Speaker 3: last hour, But it appears that we are okay.
- 1:37Speaker 1: It appears that way.
- 1:38Speaker 3: So let me read you my commentary that I opened
- 1:41Speaker 3: the show with. But again, a lot of people listen
- 1:43Speaker 3: to one hour versus the other hour and don't hear it.
- 1:46Speaker 3: And I like everyone to hear these commentaries very important.
- 1:49Speaker 3: It's titled a reminder to Marjorie Taylor Green and all
- 1:52Speaker 3: the Trump backstabbers and NonStop complainers who have forgotten what
- 1:58Speaker 3: President Trump has accomplished for America. MAGA note to all
- 2:01Speaker 3: the Trump haters, backstabbers, and NonStop negative complainers in the
- 2:05Speaker 3: GOP and the MAGA movement, you get farther in life
- 2:08Speaker 3: seeing the glasses half full rather than half empty. First,
- 2:12Speaker 3: let's get this straight. I believe in free speech. I
- 2:14Speaker 3: believe in debate. A little disagreement is fine, it's healthy.
- 2:18Speaker 3: There's nothing wrong with disagreeing with President Trump. It's American
- 2:21Speaker 3: as apple Pie and Chevrolet. No one is saying to
- 2:25Speaker 3: not disagree. No one is saying to never disagree. It's
- 2:28Speaker 3: not about the disagreement. It's the way it's being done.
- 2:31Speaker 3: It's the way it's being conducted. It's the places where
- 2:35Speaker 3: you're doing it. I've disagreed with President Trump for five
- 2:38Speaker 3: years now on the topic of the COVID vaccine, but
- 2:41Speaker 3: I've sure never done it on CNN or the View
- 2:45Speaker 3: to impress an audience that wants President Trump dead or
- 2:48Speaker 3: in prison for life, and who openly celebrated and celebrates
- 2:52Speaker 3: the death of Charlie Kirk. I wouldn't give them the
- 2:56Speaker 3: time of day. I see the glasses half full. Yes,
- 2:59Speaker 3: the COVID vaccine is the biggest disaster in healthcare history
- 3:02Speaker 3: other than Obamacare. It's dangerous and deadly, but President Trump
- 3:07Speaker 3: never mandated it, not when America was ever forced to
- 3:10Speaker 3: take it. By President Trump, he understands children should have
- 3:13Speaker 3: never taken it and never have to take it, and
- 3:16Speaker 3: never should take it.
- 3:17Speaker 1: And he's given.
- 3:17Speaker 3: Military members who refused the COVID JEB their jobs back
- 3:21Speaker 3: plus back pay.
- 3:22Speaker 1: You know what.
- 3:23Speaker 3: I call that a win. Take it and thank President Trump.
- 3:26Speaker 3: As far as I'm concerned, we're on the same general side.
- 3:30Speaker 1: So I've managed over the past five that's how you
- 3:32Speaker 1: see the class as a half full.
- 3:35Speaker 3: I've managed over the past five years to disagree over
- 3:38Speaker 3: that one issue while still supporting President Trump one thousand percent.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I managed to celebrate all his other.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Fantastic achievements, and I defended him twenty four hours a day,
- 3:48Speaker 3: seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five days
- 3:51Speaker 3: a year on my TV shows, radio shows, podcasts, and columns.
- 3:55Speaker 3: I've managed to disagree with Trump on that one issue
- 3:58Speaker 3: while pointing out that President Trump is the great atest
- 4:00Speaker 3: president of my lifetime and one of the greatest of
- 4:02Speaker 3: all time. I've managed to disagree on that one issue
- 4:06Speaker 3: will pointing out that without President trumps superhuman efforts over
- 4:09Speaker 3: the past ten years and three presidential elections, we all
- 4:12Speaker 3: be up.
- 4:13Speaker 1: You know what creek without a paddle.
- 4:16Speaker 3: I've managed to disagree with President Trump well, first pointing
- 4:19Speaker 3: out all the good he's done, all the miracles he's accomplished,
- 4:22Speaker 3: and the mega success not MAGA success, mega success he's
- 4:27Speaker 3: brought to the MAGA movement America first, the GOP and
- 4:30Speaker 3: conservative patriots like I say, without him, would be up.
- 4:34Speaker 1: You know what without a creek without a paddle. You
- 4:36Speaker 1: know what's creek without a paddle?
- 4:40Speaker 3: Today, I disagree with President Trump on a handful of issues.
- 4:44Speaker 3: You know, Epstein I said from day one he should
- 4:46Speaker 3: release the Epstein files. I disagree with him on the Ukraine.
- 4:50Speaker 3: We should not be spending any more money on Ukraine.
- 4:53Speaker 3: I disagree with him that he should not be spending
- 4:55Speaker 3: all his time galivanting around the world with world leaders.
- 4:59Speaker 1: You know, there are things.
- 4:59Speaker 3: I'd agree with them on, but I always managed to
- 5:02Speaker 3: point out that our great Republican hero Ronald Reagan said,
- 5:07Speaker 3: the person who agrees with you eighty percent of the
- 5:09Speaker 3: time is an eighty percent friend and not a twenty
- 5:12Speaker 3: percent enemies.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Right. If you agree with me eighty percent of time,
- 5:16Speaker 1: we're friends, man.
- 5:18Speaker 3: So I agree with President Trump ninety five percent of time,
- 5:20Speaker 3: probably more, and I'm betting so do most MAGA voters.
- 5:25Speaker 3: One of my favorite sayings is always dance with the
- 5:28Speaker 3: one who brung you. In other words, always be loyal
- 5:32Speaker 3: and grateful to the person who saved your life or
- 5:35Speaker 3: major life or major career, or made America great again.
- 5:39Speaker 3: The GOP was dead after Barack Obama, dead in the WATERDA.
- 5:44Speaker 3: We lost to Bill Clinton twice in Obama twice. We
- 5:46Speaker 3: lost the popular vote for president in five last six elections,
- 5:50Speaker 3: and Hillary Clinton was the huge prohibitive favorite to make
- 5:54Speaker 3: it six out of seven If Hillary won, the odds
- 5:56Speaker 3: are the GOP would have never won again. Only Trump
- 6:00Speaker 3: could have beaten Hillary and changed the future of American politics.
- 6:06Speaker 3: In bout twenty sixteen and twenty twenty four, Trump not
- 6:09Speaker 3: only one but miracle. His co tales brought along GOP
- 6:13Speaker 3: majorities in the Senate and the House, and a majority
- 6:16Speaker 3: of governorships and a majority of state legislatures. His victories
- 6:19Speaker 3: also rewarded conservatives with a Supreme Court supermajority without Trump
- 6:24Speaker 3: would never have happened.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Only Trump could have produced all of that.
- 6:29Speaker 3: In three presidential elections, Trump won two hundred and fourteen
- 6:32Speaker 3: million votes, more than anyone in history. That's after being
- 6:35Speaker 3: impeached twice, indicted four times, convicted in a week New
- 6:38Speaker 3: York court, almost losing his life savings in multiple rigged
- 6:41Speaker 3: New York civil suits, and almost losing his life in
- 6:44Speaker 3: two assassination attempts. And then there's what the man has
- 6:48Speaker 3: faced for the past decade. President Trump is attempting to
- 6:52Speaker 3: govern against an opposition political party that is practicing Soviet KGB,
- 6:58Speaker 3: East German Stazi and chi Yes communist levels of insurrection, revolution, resistance, censorship, propaganda,
- 7:06Speaker 3: judicial nullification, and government weaponization. Do you like how I
- 7:11Speaker 3: rhyme that I'm a poet.
- 7:13Speaker 1: And I didn't know it.
- 7:14Speaker 3: President Trump is leading the battle with our communist and
- 7:17Speaker 3: radical Islamic enemies who are busy twenty four hours a
- 7:20Speaker 3: day plotting ways to conquer America, overthrow America, take over America,
- 7:26Speaker 3: and bring us under subjection to their world domination plans.
- 7:33Speaker 3: President Trump is working to revive our de industrialized economy
- 7:38Speaker 3: and our weak supply chains while restoring the essentials that
- 7:42Speaker 3: produce economic and military might mining, rare earth, mineral production,
- 7:47Speaker 3: steel production, energy production, computer chip production, medical supply production,
- 7:52Speaker 3: and artificial intelligence. President Trump is fighting with all his
- 7:56Speaker 3: might to save our economy from disaster is that kill
- 8:00Speaker 3: economies like inflation, DEI wokeness, the green energy scam, and
- 8:05Speaker 3: exploding national debt, all while fighting globalist communists, the deep state,
- 8:10Speaker 3: the DC swamp, the mainstream media, social media, rhinos in
- 8:14Speaker 3: his own party, and now conservatives like Marjorie Taylor, Green,
- 8:20Speaker 3: Tucker Carlson, Candice Owens, and a cast of thousands of
- 8:24Speaker 3: others dividing MAGA over their disagreements on various issues. Marjorie,
- 8:29Speaker 3: your concerns and disagreements are so small and insignificant compared
- 8:34Speaker 3: to what President Trump is to deal with on a
- 8:36Speaker 3: daily basis, And your achievements on behalf of MAGA are
- 8:41Speaker 3: so small and insignificant compared to what President Trump has
- 8:44Speaker 3: achieved for all of us, that all.
- 8:46Speaker 1: We can do is laugh at how silly, how silly
- 8:50Speaker 1: it all is.
- 8:52Speaker 3: My message to all of you on the right who
- 8:54Speaker 3: complain NonStop about disagreements with President Trump on one issue
- 8:58Speaker 3: or another. Disagree all you want, but always remember who
- 9:02Speaker 3: brought you to the dance. There is only one man
- 9:05Speaker 3: on earth capable of shouldering all these burdens and leading
- 9:09Speaker 3: MAGA America first and the Gopeda victory while making America
- 9:13Speaker 3: great again, and that's President Donald J.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Trump. Without him, we are.
- 9:17Speaker 3: Lost and America's finished. So he may not be perfect,
- 9:21Speaker 3: we may not agree with everything.
- 9:23Speaker 1: He does, but he is all we have.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Think about that and maybe cut him some slack, start
- 9:30Speaker 3: seeing the glass as half full, or just shut the
- 9:33Speaker 3: hell up.
- 9:37Speaker 1: So look, I disagree with the guy, but he does
- 9:39Speaker 1: such amazing things. He delivers. What was yesterday's news.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Yesterday we found out that he's he did something really
- 9:46Speaker 3: big to kill the Education Department. We don't want the
- 9:50Speaker 3: Department of Education in Washington, DC. Anymore, he's killing it.
- 9:53Speaker 3: And he made sure that was gonna happen with a
- 9:55Speaker 3: move yesterday. I can't even remember what it is, what
- 9:57Speaker 3: exactly that move was, but he did that. Then we
- 10:00Speaker 3: find out today latest jobs reports out. First of all,
- 10:03Speaker 3: we got more jobs, Tuggle what we expect.
- 10:06Speaker 1: It's that's number one and number.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Two, two point five seven million. Two point five to
- 10:13Speaker 3: seven million native born Americans have gained employment since Trump
- 10:17Speaker 3: entered office in January. We add one hundred and nineteen
- 10:20Speaker 3: thousand new jobs the economy, and one I think it's
- 10:25Speaker 3: one point six million foreign born Americans have lost employment.
- 10:29Speaker 3: So I mean, this is this is vintage Trump. This
- 10:32Speaker 3: is great news. And then today another great story if
- 10:36Speaker 3: I can find it. Let's see another great story here.
- 10:39Speaker 3: It is Treasury Department. The Trump Treasury Department issues his
- 10:44Speaker 3: historic rule to prevent illegal aliens from securing income tax credits. Huge.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Do you know how big this is?
- 10:50Speaker 3: Do you know how many billions are being lost to
- 10:52Speaker 3: legal aliens who grab income tax credits? Donald Trump's Treasury
- 10:56Speaker 3: Department issu you a new rule that prevents illegal aliens
- 10:59Speaker 3: and foreign nation some securing income tax credits such as
- 11:02Speaker 3: the lucrative Earned Income Tax Credit an additional child tax credit.
- 11:08Speaker 3: So under the agency would issue new regulation regarding who
- 11:11Speaker 3: is eligible for those tax credits. So it's gonna be
- 11:15Speaker 3: illegal aliens are not eligible, and soon you're gonna find
- 11:17Speaker 3: out we're kicking.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Them all off of food stamps. And they're all on foodstamps.
- 11:21Speaker 3: How do I know, Because so far we know that
- 11:23Speaker 3: over fifty percent of foodstamp recipients are illegal aliens.
- 11:26Speaker 1: And that's with.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Blue states not reporting, refusing to report, to hand over
- 11:31Speaker 3: their food stamp rowles.
- 11:32Speaker 1: You could see who's in illegal alien who's not.
- 11:34Speaker 3: So the real number must be sixty or seventy percent
- 11:37Speaker 3: of foodstamp recipients are illegal aliens. They're not just coming
- 11:40Speaker 3: here to kill us and conquer us. They're coming here
- 11:43Speaker 3: to bankrupt us. That's very clear, and they gotta go.

- 12:52Speaker 1: Here's the raw truth.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Our military dominance, our economic strength, and even our freedom
- 12:56Speaker 3: itself depends on one critical metal most Americans have never of.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Tungsten. Tungsten is the metal of strength.
- 13:03Speaker 3: It's what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives
- 13:05Speaker 3: our missiles, and put steel behind every round of ammunition.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Here's the danger.
- 13:10Speaker 3: China controls eighty percent of the world supply and ninety
- 13:12Speaker 3: percent of production. If China cuts US off, America's military power, economy,
- 13:17Speaker 3: and independence all hangs in the balance.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Here's the good news. We have the solution.
- 13:21Speaker 3: Patriot Critical Minerals home to the most advanced tungsten deposit
- 13:25Speaker 3: in the entire USA of over nineteen million tons. This
- 13:28Speaker 3: is the kind of discovery that can change the game
- 13:30Speaker 3: enough to break china stranglehold on tungsten. There has never
- 13:34Speaker 3: been a better moment to invest in tungsten. Patriot Critical

- 15:06Speaker 1: We could do a TV show from there, right, Batar,
- 15:08Speaker 1: that would work?
- 15:09Speaker 5: That would work?
- 15:11Speaker 1: All right?
- 15:11Speaker 3: Wait, Helen Rue, we were just looking at an absolutely
- 15:14Speaker 3: stunning house for sale in Park City, Utah for ten
- 15:16Speaker 3: million dollars. Amazing, amazing, amazing, absolutely amazing. The houses in
- 15:21Speaker 3: Utah are just amazing. I'll tell you what. The Mormons
- 15:25Speaker 3: got it right. That is one beautiful place Utah. They
- 15:29Speaker 3: stopped right there. They didn't go on to California. They
- 15:31Speaker 3: stopped there and they were right. Utah is one of
- 15:34Speaker 3: the most beautiful places in the world.
- 15:35Speaker 1: I just love Utah.
- 15:36Speaker 3: I always say God keeps his summer home in Park City, Utah.
- 15:40Speaker 3: It is beautiful. Elon Musk. I mean, I love all
- 15:45Speaker 3: the things. Elon says. I wish his ex would treat
- 15:49Speaker 3: me nicely, but they don't. I don't know who is
- 15:51Speaker 3: running it, and he doesn't understand that they're treating me
- 15:54Speaker 3: like garbage. But Musk calls out Soros's radical son. Can
- 15:59Speaker 3: you stop trying to destroy civilization? That's what he says
- 16:03Speaker 3: to George Soros's son. He tweets out, can you stop
- 16:07Speaker 3: trying to destroy to destroy civilization?
- 16:13Speaker 1: You know?
- 16:13Speaker 3: Soros is pro Marxist, pro gender confusion, anti Trump, anti police,
- 16:19Speaker 3: anti capitalism, anti American. Everything he wants would destroy America, everything, everything,
- 16:25Speaker 3: And I'm just looking. I'm looking at because George Soros
- 16:29Speaker 3: Open Society Foundation's empire quietly funneled eighty million to pro
- 16:33Speaker 3: terror groups. I mean, I don't know why Trump doesn't
- 16:37Speaker 3: arrest Soros and his son and either put him in prison,
- 16:40Speaker 3: put him in Gitmo, arrest them as terrorists and traders
- 16:44Speaker 3: to our country, or deport them out of this country
- 16:47Speaker 3: never allowed to return. These are people that are trying
- 16:50Speaker 3: to cause a coup trying to overthrow Trump's government, causing
- 16:55Speaker 3: an insurrection.
- 16:56Speaker 1: They are absolutely positively criminals. Criminals. All right, Let's get
- 17:02Speaker 1: back to this job's report.
- 17:04Speaker 3: And there was another part of it. I don't know
- 17:06Speaker 3: how it got mixed up. I'm trying to find part
- 17:09Speaker 3: two here. It is here, it is here, It is okay.
- 17:13Speaker 3: So native born workers rise by two million under Trump
- 17:19Speaker 3: to a new record high, and foreign born's plunged by
- 17:21Speaker 3: one point six million. Today's jobs reported something for everyone,
- 17:26Speaker 3: including forecast busting payrolls, offset by the highest unemployment rate
- 17:31Speaker 3: in four years, But at the same time, one hundred
- 17:33Speaker 3: nineteen thousand jobs twice many.
- 17:35Speaker 1: As expected.
- 17:38Speaker 3: And was indisputably strong when it comes to one thing,
- 17:42Speaker 3: the rotation from foreign born workers to domestic ones. In September,
- 17:47Speaker 3: the number of native born workers American citizens surged by
- 17:52Speaker 3: six hundred and seventy six thousand people, while foreign born
- 17:57Speaker 3: workers dropped by seventy thousand. And that means that since
- 18:03Speaker 3: Trump entered the White House, the number of foreign born
- 18:05Speaker 3: workers has slumped by one point six million, which has
- 18:11Speaker 3: been offset by an increase in native born workers getting
- 18:16Speaker 3: jobs up by two point to uh let's see two
- 18:21Speaker 3: point five to seven million, two point five seven million.
- 18:24Speaker 1: So that means plus two point five two point five.
- 18:27Speaker 3: Seven million for American citizens and down one point six
- 18:31Speaker 3: million for illegal allience. Isn't that why we elected Trump?
- 18:33Speaker 3: Isn't he doing exactly what you wanted? And you know
- 18:36Speaker 3: what's amazing? Yesterday there were all these headlines in the
- 18:39Speaker 3: Daily Mail they try to crash the stock market.
- 18:41Speaker 1: There are a bunch of.
- 18:41Speaker 3: Liberals and they want to destroy the Trump administration, destroy
- 18:44Speaker 3: the Trump economy. And there were all these articles that
- 18:47Speaker 3: three things have to happen. You know, Walmart is reporting
- 18:50Speaker 3: their earnings, and the video is reporting their earnings, and
- 18:53Speaker 3: the jobs report is coming out, and if any one
- 18:55Speaker 3: of the three is off, we.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Can have a market crash and the world's gonna end.
- 18:59Speaker 1: And what happened. All three were fantastic.
- 19:01Speaker 3: Walmart fantastic earnings, the Vidiot incredible earnings in the billions
- 19:06Speaker 3: and billions and billions, more than anyone projected.
- 19:08Speaker 1: And then the jobs report.
- 19:10Speaker 3: Came out it was damn good, especially for American workers.
- 19:14Speaker 3: And then the market was up seven hundred points and
- 19:16Speaker 3: then it finished down three hundred points thousand point turnaround
- 19:19Speaker 3: because a Federal Reserve.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Board governor named Cook.
- 19:23Speaker 3: I think it's Lisa Cook announced that she doesn't think
- 19:26Speaker 3: they're gonna cut inst rates in December, So the market
- 19:28Speaker 3: went from up seven hundred down three hundred.
- 19:30Speaker 1: We were headed for a massive rally, and as usual.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Some commie scumbag member of the Federal Reserve decided, at
- 19:38Speaker 3: the moment the market was rallying and up seven hundred
- 19:41Speaker 3: points headed for a thousand, that she would destroy the
- 19:43Speaker 3: economy because they hate Trump more than they love America,
- 19:47Speaker 3: and every one on that board needs to be replaced. Unbelievable,
- 19:52Speaker 3: the Federal Reserve working against the interests of the United States.

- 22:20Speaker 3: honor bestowed upon a upon a civilian.
- 22:24Speaker 1: And that's coming up next in this segment. But I
- 22:27Speaker 1: want to mention the sponsor.

- 22:30Speaker 3: to watch for free Energized Health. It this program I
- 22:34Speaker 3: got on a five years ago November of twenty twenty,
- 22:37Speaker 3: changed my life, changed my career. I lost twenty five
- 22:39Speaker 3: pounds of fat. Didn't know I had that fact to lose.
- 22:42Speaker 3: It was all inner body, intracellular fat. I gained ten
- 22:45Speaker 3: pounds of muscle, So I lost twenty five pounds of fat,
- 22:48Speaker 3: gained ten pounds of muscle, changed the shape of my body,
- 22:51Speaker 3: changed the shape of my face, which reversed aged me.
- 22:54Speaker 3: This has been my fountain of youth, and I look
- 22:56Speaker 3: better and younger now at the age of sixty four.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Are going about to you know, beyond Medicare next year.
- 23:03Speaker 3: Then I did at age fifty fifteen years ago.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Check it out.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Show the photos on the screen now, wayn root And
- 23:09Speaker 3: there I was fifteen years ago and with Steve Forbes

- 23:48Speaker 3: Can you imagine I've gotten four TV shows and podcasts
- 23:51Speaker 3: video podcasts past the age of sixty once. It's going
- 23:54Speaker 3: on this program unheard of. Nobody does that. I was
- 23:57Speaker 3: thinking the other day, I'm if I can, I asked
- 24:00Speaker 3: on TV with my own TV show for another four years,
- 24:04Speaker 3: Batari you like this one? Four years it'll be coming
- 24:09Speaker 3: from you know, next year, twenty twenty six, it'll be
- 24:11Speaker 3: twenty thirty, And that means I'll have been on TV
- 24:14Speaker 3: for six decades. The nineteen eighty nine, the eighties, the nineties,
- 24:18Speaker 3: the two thousand, the twenty tens, the twenty twenties, and
- 24:21Speaker 3: the two thousand and thirties. So I'm cheating a little
- 24:23Speaker 3: bit because it's just one year in the eighties and
- 24:24Speaker 3: it'll be the first year in the twenty thirties. But
- 24:27Speaker 3: if my show lasts another four years, I'll be one
- 24:30Speaker 3: of the few people in the history of the world
- 24:32Speaker 3: to have me on TV for six decades.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Kind of amazing. Our guest is Peter Palavos.
- 24:38Speaker 3: He's an internationally recognized attorney chairman of the Voice of
- 24:41Speaker 3: the Veteran. His website is Voice of the Vet dot
- 24:45Speaker 3: Us Voice of the Vet dot Us And we welcome
- 24:48Speaker 3: to the show, Peter, how are you.
- 24:50Speaker 5: I'm great, Waite. Thank you for having me.
- 24:52Speaker 1: My pleasure, my honor. First, explain what Voice of the
- 24:57Speaker 1: vet is all about.
- 24:59Speaker 6: A Voice the the Veteran is the largest veteran based
- 25:02Speaker 6: organization the state of Nevada. We have over twenty five
- 25:06Speaker 6: thousand members and our focus is to take care of
- 25:09Speaker 6: the needs of the veteran community. And as you know,
- 25:12Speaker 6: we have over two hundred thousand veterans in our state.
- 25:15Speaker 1: And are you here in Vegas? Are you a fellow
- 25:17Speaker 1: Las Vegan.
- 25:19Speaker 5: Yes, I'm based in Henderson, Nevada.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Ah, very good.
- 25:21Speaker 5: All right.
- 25:22Speaker 3: So you've been selected to receive excuse me, my voice
- 25:26Speaker 3: so many hours on the air. You've been selected to
- 25:28Speaker 3: receive the prestigious US Army Distinguished Civilian Service Medal, the
- 25:32Speaker 3: Army's highest honor bestowed upon a civilian. Congratulations, tell us
- 25:38Speaker 3: all about the honor, How did you earn it, what's
- 25:40Speaker 3: it about, and what's it going to mean to you?
- 25:44Speaker 5: Thank you very much for that.
- 25:46Speaker 6: This medal is a gold medal given every year by
- 25:50Speaker 6: the US Army to a select group of American citizens.
- 25:55Speaker 5: They usually give less than ten a year.
- 25:57Speaker 6: And I was nominated for this and really it's a
- 25:59Speaker 6: long shot because there's millions of people that are eligible
- 26:03Speaker 6: to receive this award, and this year I was honored
- 26:06Speaker 6: that I'm one of a handful of Americans that received
- 26:09Speaker 6: this award. It's it's too thank me for my thirty
- 26:14Speaker 6: five years of service to the veteran community. I've been
- 26:18Speaker 6: very active with veterans of represented hundreds of them Promono
- 26:23Speaker 6: have held many of them, received benefits, and recently were
- 26:26Speaker 6: doing some large events to show gratitude to our American heroes,
- 26:31Speaker 6: and that precipitated the award.
- 26:34Speaker 3: So, first of all, congratulations, it's a great honor and
- 26:36Speaker 3: we're very proud of You're very proud of You're You're
- 26:39Speaker 3: a fellow Las Vegan, So that's great stuff. I see
- 26:42Speaker 3: in the background. You got your Raiders paraphernali. You're back there.
- 26:45Speaker 3: I've got my h you got your raider's helmet. I
- 26:47Speaker 3: got my Dallas Cowboys helmet. We just kicked your ass
- 26:50Speaker 3: on Monday night.
- 26:51Speaker 1: I just wanted to mention that.
- 26:52Speaker 5: Yeah, big time. I was a miserable game. I was there.
- 26:55Speaker 5: It was a lot of pain. Thank you for inflicting
- 26:57Speaker 5: all that pain.
- 26:58Speaker 1: I was there too. You and I both of that game.
- 27:01Speaker 3: The funniest part of that game was almost everyone was
- 27:04Speaker 3: wearing a Dallas Cowboys jearsy.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Did you notice that that must have been nine.
- 27:07Speaker 5: To Cowboys fans?
- 27:09Speaker 3: Unbelievable in the stadium was ninety percent Cowboy fans.
- 27:12Speaker 1: Very funny.
- 27:13Speaker 3: Hey, during your forty you know, I'm just kidding with you.
- 27:15Speaker 3: During your forty year legal career, you've handled many of
- 27:18Speaker 3: the largest cases in US litigation history.
- 27:22Speaker 1: We're talking to Peter Palovo's what.
- 27:24Speaker 3: I had no idea that you were that big time lawyer.
- 27:28Speaker 1: With that kind of cases. What kind of case have
- 27:31Speaker 1: you handled, Peter?
- 27:32Speaker 6: We had a lot of class actual litigation. We go
- 27:36Speaker 6: against the big bad corporations. You know, ninety nine percent
- 27:39Speaker 6: of the corporations in our country are great citizens. They
- 27:43Speaker 6: create jobs, they create capital, they create equity, the best
- 27:48Speaker 6: of the best, and that's why we are the number one.
- 27:50Speaker 5: Economy of the world.
- 27:51Speaker 6: But those always had one percent bad apples that produced
- 27:54Speaker 6: effective products. So I've been involved in the litigation against
- 27:58Speaker 6: Boeing Corporation in the seventh thirty seven. Max I was
- 28:03Speaker 6: the lead to attorney that came up with the idea
- 28:04Speaker 6: to sue the People's Republic of China for coronavirus. That
- 28:10Speaker 6: virus really started in the Uhan lab. It was manufacturers
- 28:15Speaker 6: as part of China's biological warfare, and we had solid evidence.
- 28:19Speaker 6: So we filed that loss and many other lossits against
- 28:22Speaker 6: bad actors.
- 28:23Speaker 3: And your lawsuit against China seeks over a trillion dollars
- 28:26Speaker 3: in damages.
- 28:27Speaker 1: Correct, Yes, it did.
- 28:29Speaker 6: We represented thirty two minute small businesses that lost over
- 28:32Speaker 6: at trendy dollars. So we assumed the People's Republic of China.
- 28:36Speaker 6: We had very substantial evidence against them. Well, we were
- 28:40Speaker 6: having trouble serving them because the Chinese government used all
- 28:44Speaker 6: kinds of trickery to avoid being served.
- 28:47Speaker 3: No shocker to me. So that case is still ongoing,
- 28:50Speaker 3: is that correct.
- 28:51Speaker 6: We had to volunteer and nonsuit that case because we
- 28:55Speaker 6: were unable to serve them. They took advantage of something
- 28:58Speaker 6: called the Hague International Tree to avoid being served. And
- 29:01Speaker 6: you cannot proceed with a lawsuit unless you serve the defendant.
- 29:05Speaker 5: So in that case, we were unable to sue them
- 29:07Speaker 5: because they use all.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Kind of Wow. That's too bad, because boy, I'm a witness.
- 29:12Speaker 1: I would have liked to have been part of that lawsuit.
- 29:14Speaker 3: It was still ongoing, because boy did they hurt every
- 29:16Speaker 3: small businessman or woman in this country.
- 29:18Speaker 1: They just destroyed us, And I think it was all purposeful.
- 29:21Speaker 3: I've always believed it was sent here purposely to destroy
- 29:25Speaker 3: the American economy so Trump could not be re elected
- 29:27Speaker 3: and make us a much weaker country. And also to
- 29:30Speaker 3: help the Democrat Party to kind of put into the
- 29:33Speaker 3: system mail in balloting, ballot harvesting, ballot drop boxes so
- 29:37Speaker 3: Trump could be defeated. And the Democrats use that very effectively.
- 29:40Speaker 3: I'll tell you they seem to be good partners with China.
- 29:43Speaker 3: So you're going to be receiving your reward at a
- 29:45Speaker 3: ceremony this Saturday, November twenty second.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Tell us about the event. Is it here in Las Vegas?
- 29:52Speaker 6: Yes, it's in Henderson. We have over one hundred and
- 29:55Speaker 6: twenty guests coming. We're honored that it's going to be
- 29:58Speaker 6: attended by four US generals, the four star US Army
- 30:04Speaker 6: General Andrew Poppas, who is the commander of.
- 30:07Speaker 5: All US Army Forces.
- 30:09Speaker 6: It's an official presentation, it's an army presentation, and he's
- 30:12Speaker 6: coming for this award ceremony and he's going to be
- 30:15Speaker 6: assisted by three additional US Army generals who are coming.
- 30:19Speaker 6: So between the four generals that will be there, and
- 30:22Speaker 6: many veterinal organizations and veteran leaders and community and political
- 30:26Speaker 6: leaders in our state, it's going to be a very
- 30:29Speaker 6: humbling and beautiful experience.
- 30:32Speaker 3: When people say you're gonna have a lot of stars
- 30:33Speaker 3: at your event, they usually meet celebrities, but you're gonna
- 30:35Speaker 3: have a lot of military stars at your event, Guys
- 30:38Speaker 3: with stars on their shoulders.
- 30:40Speaker 1: Four generals, Anna Polo stars, a lot of stars.
- 30:44Speaker 3: This is a great interview and a great recognition for
- 30:46Speaker 3: Nevada and the work you do for veterans.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Tell us more about what you helped do for veterans.
- 30:51Speaker 3: A day called the Day of Gratitude and the next
- 30:55Speaker 3: day of Gratitude.
- 30:56Speaker 1: June sixth, twenty twenty six. I have not heard of that.
- 31:00Speaker 1: What is the Day of Gratitude?
- 31:02Speaker 6: So a few years ago we decided to start doing
- 31:04Speaker 6: bigger events.
- 31:05Speaker 5: You know, for many years I was.
- 31:06Speaker 6: Doing small events welcome in the Truce Home, thanking them
- 31:11Speaker 6: for their service with a lunch or a dinner. And
- 31:13Speaker 6: then a few years ago we decided to go bigger
- 31:15Speaker 6: and better. So I approached our evangelical friends city.
- 31:19Speaker 5: Served with just a great people.
- 31:21Speaker 6: Dave Donaldson and Pastor Paula White lead that a great organization,
- 31:26Speaker 6: and we also approached the Writers Organization, which is really
- 31:29Speaker 6: just a fantastic organization. I call him the Super Bowl
- 31:32Speaker 6: Champions of philanthropy. And I approached him and said, let's
- 31:35Speaker 6: do something magnificent for our veteran and military families. We
- 31:40Speaker 6: have over three hundred thousand veteran and military families here
- 31:44Speaker 6: in our state, one of the largest.
- 31:46Speaker 5: Kerk capital populations.
- 31:48Speaker 6: And I suggested that we do an event at a
- 31:50Speaker 6: Legion Stadium, invite fifteen thousand families, raised a couple of
- 31:54Speaker 6: million dollars and give it all away to them. And
- 31:57Speaker 6: when we first did that, there was somebody's distance because
- 32:00Speaker 6: it's never been done. So last year on June eight,
- 32:03Speaker 6: twenty twenty four, we had fifteen thousand, fifteen thousand people
- 32:08Speaker 6: registered for that event. We had top entertainment for them.
- 32:13Speaker 6: Walker Hayes came and performed. We raised four million dollars
- 32:17Speaker 6: through the generosity of the American people. A Nike shoe
- 32:21Speaker 6: company gave us five thousand pair of shoes for the
- 32:24Speaker 6: kids that were up there, and it was just a
- 32:26Speaker 6: magnificent day. A Day based on patriotism, love of country.
- 32:30Speaker 6: We raised four million dolls, we gave away four million dollars,
- 32:33Speaker 6: and our message to the veterans of military community was
- 32:36Speaker 6: very simple, thank you very much for your service, and
- 32:39Speaker 6: we're here to show you our gratitude. And that event
- 32:42Speaker 6: was so successful, we had a meeting among the veteran
- 32:46Speaker 6: organizations and they asked you to do it again a
- 32:48Speaker 6: second one, and we're doing the second one next year,
- 32:51Speaker 6: and you're invited.
- 32:52Speaker 5: By the way.
- 32:53Speaker 6: We're doing it next year on June sixth, twenty twenty six, which.
- 32:57Speaker 1: Is D Day. It's Yeah, D Day, allegiant a legion
- 33:00Speaker 1: again doing.
- 33:01Speaker 6: The Legion stand up through the generosity of the Las
- 33:04Speaker 6: Vegas Raiders and city serve as an apartment with us again.
- 33:08Speaker 6: We're close to signing one of the top performers in
- 33:11Speaker 6: the country to come and perform for our military and
- 33:13Speaker 6: veteran heroes and we're gonna have about twenty two thousand
- 33:17Speaker 6: people there.
- 33:18Speaker 1: Wow, the way it sounds like, Hey, Peter, Peter, I
- 33:20Speaker 1: gotta rush you. They're giving me an account in my ear.
- 33:22Speaker 1: I just want to make sure everyone knows.
- 33:24Speaker 3: Peter Pelovos, Voice of the Vet dot US Voice of
- 33:28Speaker 3: the vet dot US.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Thanks for all you do for the Vets. Peter, all right,
- 33:34Speaker 1: a special treat for you.
- 33:35Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 33:37Speaker 3: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Brunner, founder and
- 33:41Speaker 3: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
- 33:45Speaker 3: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation.
- 33:52Speaker 3: This is code for a monster field where gas or
- 33:55Speaker 3: oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
- 33:57Speaker 3: production much easier. Mark, if you're allegend in the oil industry,
- 34:02Speaker 3: in the gas industry, tell us about your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 7: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 34:08Speaker 7: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 34:11Speaker 7: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 34:14Speaker 7: it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
- 34:16Speaker 7: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 34:20Speaker 7: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 34:23Speaker 7: out to a US steal. I worked with him for
- 34:26Speaker 7: four years. I've been in the oil and gas ever since.
- 34:29Speaker 7: You would probably know me better as this chairman of
- 34:32Speaker 7: Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
- 34:36Speaker 7: which you're very familiar with.
- 34:38Speaker 3: I think well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 34:41Speaker 3: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
- 34:45Speaker 3: in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
- 34:48Speaker 7: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 34:50Speaker 3: Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
- 34:52Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
- 34:55Speaker 3: That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
- 34:58Speaker 3: deal lost Soldier.
- 35:00Speaker 1: This project is so special. I hear about projects and
- 35:03Speaker 1: deals all the time. What makes this one special?
- 35:07Speaker 2: Mark?
- 35:07Speaker 7: What's special about this is all the other basins the
- 35:10Speaker 7: United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty years.
- 35:12Speaker 5: What they are.
- 35:13Speaker 7: This one could not be drilled because there was a
- 35:16Speaker 7: uranium mine out here. Until it was reclimated three years ago,
- 35:20Speaker 7: no one could drill it. This is surrounded by large
- 35:23Speaker 7: oil and gas fields with billions of dollars of infrastructure
- 35:27Speaker 7: that at this point eighty five percent empty. So we
- 35:30Speaker 7: made this discovery. We are the only operator in this field,
- 35:34Speaker 7: and right now we can see that we've got enough
- 35:37Speaker 7: room for five hundred horizontal wells out here with what
- 35:40Speaker 7: we drilled so far. Very exciting. It's the new basin
- 35:43Speaker 7: in the United States, and as far as I'm concerned,
- 35:47Speaker 7: this is an order of magnitude bigger than Ultra Petroleum,
- 35:50Speaker 7: the one that I did.
- 35:52Speaker 2: All right.
- 35:52Speaker 8: The website is Lost Soldier dot Com. Pretty simple stuff,
- 35:56Speaker 8: Lost Soldier dot Com. The project forty eight took forty
- 36:00Speaker 8: years to piece together. It's called Lost Soldier Oil and
- 36:04Speaker 8: Gas LLC. That's the company that's the project. But the
- 36:07Speaker 8: website Lost Soldier dot Com. If you're an a credit investor,
- 36:12Speaker 8: Mark wants to hear from you.
- 36:13Speaker 3: If you want to hear more information, check it out.
- 36:15Speaker 3: Fill out the form and you get to Lost Soldier.
- 36:17Speaker 3: Mark and his people will get back to you as
- 36:19Speaker 3: CFO and let you know all the details you need
- 36:21Speaker 3: to know Lost Soldier dot Com.
- 36:24Speaker 1: Thanks Mark for being with us today.
- 36:26Speaker 5: Thank you Wayne.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Good to see you again. Wait on the roue. Last
- 36:50Speaker 1: segment of the show, Warzone. War Zone.
- 36:52Speaker 3: If you wonder where to watch this every day two
- 36:55Speaker 3: hours a day, every day, five days a week, so
- 36:57Speaker 3: ten hours a week getting you up to date on
- 36:59Speaker 3: the biggest news and newsmakers. From a MAGA perspective, it's
- 37:04Speaker 3: the wayne stream media, not the mainstream media. And you
- 37:07Speaker 3: know what's interesting is that every time someone sends me
- 37:12Speaker 3: something on my phone, they send me texts all my
- 37:15Speaker 3: fans and friends and relatives. They mean well, but they
- 37:20Speaker 3: always send me some news story and I go. I
- 37:23Speaker 3: talked about that three weeks ago on my TV show
- 37:25Speaker 3: three weeks ago, or on my podcast, on my radio show.
- 37:29Speaker 1: Every single thing that's discussed on Newsmax and Fox News.
- 37:33Speaker 3: I discussed this stuff three weeks before they even know
- 37:36Speaker 3: it exists.
- 37:38Speaker 1: And so this show is the Wayne stream media man.
- 37:41Speaker 3: You get more information here before anybody else is talking
- 37:45Speaker 3: about it than anywhere else in America by a mile.
- 37:49Speaker 3: And I mentioned at the beginning of the show that
- 37:52Speaker 3: things were going great in the economy and that's why
- 37:54Speaker 3: the market was up seven hundred points earlier today, but
- 37:58Speaker 3: it finished down three hundred plus point, So it's a
- 38:00Speaker 3: thousand point turnaround because a member of the Fed uh
- 38:04Speaker 3: said something that got everybody very agitated and very upset
- 38:07Speaker 3: that they're not gonna cut interest rates in December, another
- 38:09Speaker 3: dumb move by the FED.
- 38:11Speaker 1: You know, it's a FED that's led.
- 38:13Speaker 3: By Jerome Powell who hates He's got Trump Derangement syndrome TDS,
- 38:18Speaker 3: and he hates Trump and all the people that he
- 38:22Speaker 3: serves on the board with hate Trump, their establishment, their
- 38:26Speaker 3: deep state, their DC swamp. They can't stand to see
- 38:29Speaker 3: the economy helped by Trump, so they're trying to kill
- 38:33Speaker 3: the stock market and kill the economy. Real estate has
- 38:37Speaker 3: been on the verge of a disaster for two years now,
- 38:41Speaker 3: and the only thing that would save it would be
- 38:43Speaker 3: lowering interest rates.
- 38:44Speaker 1: You gotta lower interest rates, but they won't do it,
- 38:48Speaker 1: you know.
- 38:48Speaker 3: And the only way we're gonna get really good hit
- 38:51Speaker 3: on interest rates is gonna be next April.
- 38:53Speaker 5: I believe it is.
- 38:55Speaker 1: That's when Jerome Powell's time is.
- 38:57Speaker 3: Up and he has to step down, and Trump will
- 38:59Speaker 3: names someone who was a pro Trump economic agenda, and
- 39:03Speaker 3: the and the instrates will go down. We'll get cuts
- 39:07Speaker 3: and instrates. But until then, I don't know whether we're
- 39:10Speaker 3: gonna get any more or many more. But Walmart was
- 39:13Speaker 3: a big part of today. And Walmart beat earnings last night,
- 39:16Speaker 3: Navidia after the market closed, beat earnings big time, huge,
- 39:22Speaker 3: and all these numbers are so great and so far
- 39:25Speaker 3: above what anybody expected.
- 39:26Speaker 1: And then the third leg of a three legged stool
- 39:29Speaker 1: was Walmart.
- 39:30Speaker 3: Navidia, and the jobless reports came out today everything was positive.
- 39:34Speaker 1: The jobless reports.
- 39:35Speaker 3: To excuse me, I'm sorry, the job reports employment, not
- 39:38Speaker 3: unemployment employment. And we had twice as many jobs as
- 39:44Speaker 3: expected in the month of October, twice as many, and
- 39:49Speaker 3: they were all jobs for English speaking American born citizens.
- 39:54Speaker 3: And what was lost was one point six million jobs
- 39:59Speaker 3: for foreign or in citizens, which I'm sure is mostly
- 40:02Speaker 3: illegal aliens. So Trump is reconfiguring the entire economy so
- 40:07Speaker 3: that the jobs are for Americans now, not illegals. And
- 40:10Speaker 3: under Obama and then under Biden, every job went to
- 40:15Speaker 3: illegal aliens and they were all crappy jobs, crappy jobs.
- 40:20Speaker 3: So all the news that needed to come out good
- 40:23Speaker 3: came out good and positive, and that must annoyed.
- 40:25Speaker 1: Liberals so much that the Federal Reserve had to.
- 40:29Speaker 3: Come out and destroy Even though all the news is
- 40:31Speaker 3: good and the market was up almost a thousand.
- 40:34Speaker 1: Points, the Fed had to come out and try and
- 40:36Speaker 1: destroy it, just destroy it. It's just amazing. You can't
- 40:39Speaker 1: even believe this stuff, you really can't so blue states.
- 40:44Speaker 3: Earlier, I talked about the fact that in Minnesota, the
- 40:47Speaker 3: Somali medicaid fraud investigation reveals a terrorist link. The largest
- 40:52Speaker 3: funder of al Shabab is the Minnesota taxpayer, and they're
- 40:56Speaker 3: stealing hundreds of millions of dollars and giving it to
- 40:59Speaker 3: radical And then here we have Blue States busted for
- 41:03Speaker 3: blowing nearly f a billion in snapcash, meaning food stamp.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Cash on fast food.
- 41:09Speaker 3: So first it's it's all being stolen because people are
- 41:12Speaker 3: dead and they're getting their food stamp checks, so somebody's
- 41:15Speaker 3: catching him. And second of all, they've moved and they're
- 41:18Speaker 3: getting him in the old house, the new house, and
- 41:19Speaker 3: three other houses, so they're getting five a month of
- 41:22Speaker 3: food stamps. And third of all, they just make it up,
- 41:27Speaker 3: you know, it's just fake names that don't even exist.
- 41:30Speaker 3: And fourth of all, it's illegal aliens getting food stamps.
- 41:33Speaker 3: And now we find out the money that does go
- 41:36Speaker 3: to the correct people, or even the incorrect people, just
- 41:38Speaker 3: to everyone.
- 41:39Speaker 1: It's going to fast food.
- 41:41Speaker 3: So you're using food stamps to be more and more unhealthy,
- 41:44Speaker 3: which is going to give you cancer, diabetes, heart attack, strokes,
- 41:47Speaker 3: blood clots, and every other problem out there in America today,
- 41:50Speaker 3: biggest one being diabetes that leads to horrible illness and
- 41:53Speaker 3: death and very early death. And on diabetes the biggest
- 41:57Speaker 3: killer in America the most expensive disease in America.
- 41:59Speaker 1: And it's wonder because.
- 42:00Speaker 3: Everybody used their food stamps to buy fast food, so
- 42:03Speaker 3: they're all making themselves sicker and sicker and sicker. And
- 42:07Speaker 3: then who pays the bill, Well, Obamacare says they pay nothing.
- 42:10Speaker 3: They're poor, and the middle class gets posed and small
- 42:13Speaker 3: business gets posed.
- 42:15Speaker 1: It's really quite amazing, quite amazing.
- 42:17Speaker 3: And last thing I'll mention is Democrat lawmakers call on
- 42:20Speaker 3: military members and the intelligence community to refuse illegal orders
- 42:24Speaker 3: from President Trump.
- 42:26Speaker 1: Just disobey the president.
- 42:27Speaker 3: That's not sedition. That's not treason, of course not. It's
- 42:30Speaker 3: fine when a Democrat does it. Amazing.
- 42:32Speaker 1: President Trump says they all should be charged with treason.
- 42:34Speaker 1: I agree. Ambiolife dot Com, one.
