- 0:59Speaker 3: do we do? He still doesn't understand that, Like there's
- 1:01Speaker 3: some holidays that are just literal holidays. We don't gifts, decorate,
- 1:07Speaker 3: buy cards like things like that. So it's funny to

- 1:32Speaker 3: that maybe he was fighting something or starting to get sick.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Kids in his class I guess two of them had
- 1:36Speaker 3: the flu. Then one of the teachers went home on Thursday,
- 1:40Speaker 3: So yeah, he woke up with the fever. We missed
- 1:42Speaker 3: his basketball game, we missed Monster Jam. We literally got
- 1:45Speaker 3: breakfast tacos and stayed home all day. It was fine though.
- 1:49Speaker 3: At least the weather was like rainy and like home weather. Ye,
- 1:52Speaker 3: or you just want to stay inside? Yeah, much better, Yeah.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Feeling I'm okay. Yeah, but let me cover up my
- 2:02Speaker 1: change real quick. Okay, good, Cannis, I'll be over here
- 2:04Speaker 1: if you need me. You got this right, so good?
- 2:06Speaker 6: Yeah?

- 2:08Speaker 3: Don't work from home if you guys want me, Okay.
- 2:10Speaker 1: And it's just nobody deal just put your face right here.
- 2:12Speaker 3: Don't a problem.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Thank you. There you go.
- 2:16Speaker 3: I don't have a problem working from home. So you
- 2:19Speaker 3: stuffed up today.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Okay, that's just bleaching a spray bottle.
- 2:22Speaker 3: Bleach snow.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Fine. I found the best taco place over the weekend.
- 2:28Speaker 1: The best taco place. I don't know how.
- 2:30Speaker 5: I've never seen it before. It's on one twenty one
- 2:32Speaker 5: in the Colony, kind of like by right by Top Golf. Okay,
- 2:36Speaker 5: it's called Takoa tax Co. Oh Okay, I don't know
- 2:39Speaker 5: if I'm.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Saying it right.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Not in that area often, no, But it's twenty four.
- 2:43Speaker 1: To seven with a drive through, and they have the
- 2:49Speaker 1: best Beera tacos ever.
- 2:51Speaker 3: Really.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I had them twice this weekend like a chunky kid
- 2:54Speaker 1: I hold in the same day or no, your big
- 2:59Speaker 1: bad Okay, I'm just making it almost in the same day,
- 3:03Speaker 1: but I have them ont and I was like, man,
- 3:05Speaker 1: those are good, okay. And then I went back last
- 3:08Speaker 1: night and I was like, well, I need dinner.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Yeah, why eat?
- 3:12Speaker 1: I have to eat all It's healthy, so good, and.
- 3:16Speaker 5: It was busy too, but it was just I never
- 3:18Speaker 5: shout out to that place. If you were there about
- 3:21Speaker 5: the colony, Top Golf.
- 3:22Speaker 3: You gotta check out.
- 3:23Speaker 1: You know, you can check it out right now.
- 3:24Speaker 5: They're open right now seven eights week twenty four. And
- 3:27Speaker 5: I'll think about that, like, you know, you can get
- 3:29Speaker 5: that a fuel city downtown like in Dallas. They don't
- 3:32Speaker 5: have like that the colony or by me, but now
- 3:34Speaker 5: they do.
- 3:34Speaker 7: Good for you, my producer, you man, Speaking of Valentine's Day,
- 3:39Speaker 7: I took my kids out last night for you know,
- 3:42Speaker 7: side peace Sunday. Not really that weird, was just that's
- 3:46Speaker 7: what I call it. But they wanted to get their
- 3:48Speaker 7: mom something the day after. They are your kids, but she's.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Out of town. So I was like, yay, oh, let's
- 3:54Speaker 1: just go.
- 3:54Speaker 3: That's fine.
- 3:55Speaker 7: Still sure everything was like fifty to seventy percent off.
- 3:59Speaker 7: I'm talking about Kroger was giving away roses, like.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Charge everything on Friday on Saturday, and they did.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Give it away on Sunday. Oh they did it big.
- 4:10Speaker 7: I was like, yeah, my son, brendan U, my fourteen
- 4:13Speaker 7: year old, he bought roses, Paul bought roses.
- 4:15Speaker 1: I was like, really, yeah, just do your thing. Yeah.
- 4:18Speaker 1: So when their mom gets home later on the day's yeah,
- 4:21Speaker 1: it's very nice of you. Yeah. No, they did it. Oh, well,
- 4:25Speaker 1: that's do you miss her?
- 4:26Speaker 3: No, God, Sunday, I just want to Yeah I do, Actually.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I do miss her. Yeah, that's what you're gonna say.
- 4:37Speaker 2: One day its top stories on the Tens with Billy
- 4:41Speaker 2: the Kid in the morning only on the new Mixed
- 4:44Speaker 2: one or two point nine.
- 4:45Speaker 1: I forgot we got Lady God Got tickets today?
- 4:47Speaker 3: Oh cool?
- 4:48Speaker 5: So yeah, we'll do that at like eight forty, eight
- 4:50Speaker 5: forty if you want some Lady God Got tickets. We
- 4:51Speaker 5: got im at eight forty and then with Zan on
- 4:53Speaker 5: the ride home at five forty. So yeah, a couple
- 4:55Speaker 5: of chances to win today. She's gonna be here in
- 4:57Speaker 5: a couple of weeks. Can it slow pass?
- 4:58Speaker 1: What up?
- 4:59Speaker 3: Wells Fogg advisory is in effect this morning. This will
- 5:02Speaker 3: be one of our coolest mornings.
- 5:03Speaker 5: This week.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Should be pretty sunny though throughout the week, but windy
- 5:06Speaker 3: starting tomorrow. Basically very spring like all week until we
- 5:10Speaker 3: get a cool down for the weekend. But yeah, are
- 5:13Speaker 3: you ready for I hate the wind? Oh you hate
- 5:15Speaker 3: the wind? That's right?
- 5:16Speaker 1: Yeah, just win.
- 5:16Speaker 3: Yesterday it was really windy.
- 5:18Speaker 1: It was yeah, I don't remember that. It was for me.
- 5:20Speaker 3: I walk my dog and I just thought Huh, I
- 5:22Speaker 3: need a beanie, A beanie. Yeah, it looks warm yesterday,
- 5:26Speaker 3: Well not in the morning.
- 5:28Speaker 5: Oh okay, either way, I'm down with the weather. I'm
- 5:30Speaker 5: ready for spring. I'm ready for it to get dark later,
- 5:33Speaker 5: if that makes sense.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Yes, you know what I mean. Like, we're what a
- 5:36Speaker 1: couple weeks away from where the sun sets after seven o'clock?
- 5:38Speaker 3: Yeah, about a month away.
- 5:40Speaker 1: That's what I need.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Okay, it's coming, It's coming for sure, guys. Hi today
- 5:43Speaker 3: seventy two, it's forty eight right now. And a restaurant
- 5:46Speaker 3: in Chicago is going viral because of their billboard. So
- 5:50Speaker 3: it basically says free burrito and then there's a QR
- 5:54Speaker 3: code for a coupon on it. So this place is
- 5:57Speaker 3: called Guzman Egomez. They have eight locations there. Apparently this
- 6:01Speaker 3: is an Australian chain that expanded here in the US.
- 6:04Speaker 3: But people are saying this QR code is dangerous, arguing
- 6:08Speaker 3: that people rushing to grab their phones to scan this code.
- 6:11Speaker 3: This is a huge liability. So it's brought up the
- 6:13Speaker 3: debate should QR codes be banned from roadside billboards?
- 6:17Speaker 1: Wow?
- 6:17Speaker 5: I didn't even think anybody paid attention to QR codes, right,
- 6:20Speaker 5: so I guess. But if it says something free, then
- 6:22Speaker 5: I'm gonna pay attention.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a good point. If free burrito is true.
- 6:25Speaker 5: They're saying it's causing car accidents because people are trying
- 6:27Speaker 5: to basically get their phone out in time.
- 6:29Speaker 3: Well, the thing is the billboard. Yeah it has, it's
- 6:31Speaker 3: been up since December, but people in the area are
- 6:34Speaker 3: really worked up. But then you know the law enforcement
- 6:37Speaker 3: there saying, look, we haven't had any accidents because of
- 6:40Speaker 3: this QR code, but people are throwing a fit about it.
- 6:42Speaker 1: But it's an actual free burrito or is it something else?
- 6:44Speaker 3: No, I think it's a free burrito. Yeah, you scan
- 6:46Speaker 3: the QR code and then the qupon comes to your phone. Okay,
- 6:50Speaker 3: but yeah, I feel like I see so many QR
- 6:51Speaker 3: codes these days that I'm just like, eh.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Yeah, I haven't hated during COVID when you had to
- 6:56Speaker 1: use a QR code for a menu at a restaurant.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Oh me too.
- 6:58Speaker 1: That used to give me so angry.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't want to see it on my phone.
- 7:02Speaker 5: Yeah, and they still do that. Some restaurants are still
- 7:04Speaker 5: like you want a menu or just is a QR
- 7:05Speaker 5: code find I'm like, I want a menu. Yeah, I
- 7:07Speaker 5: want to build a whole the menu for sure.
- 7:09Speaker 2: No.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Something about QR codes. My son is obsessed with them
- 7:12Speaker 3: anytime they come on TV. One came on during the
- 7:14Speaker 3: NBA All Star Game yesterday. I guess he wanted to
- 7:17Speaker 3: like vote or whatever. Maybe that was a slam dunk
- 7:19Speaker 3: contest Saturday and he wanted to vote, you know, with
- 7:21Speaker 3: the QR code, but they asked for your email and
- 7:23Speaker 3: I'm out.
- 7:24Speaker 1: So yeah.
- 7:24Speaker 5: Well some guy the other day this was like, I
- 7:27Speaker 5: don't know, maybe last week sometime, he was wearing a
- 7:29Speaker 5: QR code on the back of his shirt in front
- 7:31Speaker 5: of me.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Oh, so naturally I scan it.
- 7:35Speaker 5: And it went to a site that I can't say
- 7:38Speaker 5: on the air, oh, and basically said something highly inappropriate.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Wow.
- 7:42Speaker 5: But I didn't want to mention it because I'm like, well,
- 7:43Speaker 5: I was the idiot who scanned it, right, so weird.
- 7:46Speaker 1: If you see it on somebody's shirt, don't scan it.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Good tip, Good tip, guys. Ed Sheeran says he has
- 7:52Speaker 3: not owned a phone for more than a decade. I
- 7:55Speaker 3: thought this was pretty interesting because we're all trying to
- 7:57Speaker 3: go analog and stuff, but I can't imagine having a
- 8:00Speaker 3: phone but if you remember, the estate of Marvin Gaye
- 8:03Speaker 3: followed a copyright lawsuit against him, claiming he stole elements
- 8:07Speaker 3: of Let's Get It On for his song Thinking Out Loud.
- 8:10Speaker 3: I think that was like twenty fifteen.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Yeah, but he won that lawsuit, he did.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Yeah, well, the court made him give up his devices
- 8:16Speaker 3: so they could search, you know, his files and messages
- 8:19Speaker 3: related to that song. He did win the case, but
- 8:21Speaker 3: he says he hasn't owned a phone ever since you
- 8:23Speaker 3: got to email at Jarin.
- 8:25Speaker 5: I did hear about this, and I heard he hasn't
- 8:27Speaker 5: had a phone, and I thought that was weird. I
- 8:28Speaker 5: thought he'd have one by now, but no, Yeah.
- 8:31Speaker 3: How was he still not gotten into the phone game.
- 8:33Speaker 1: I'll tell you why. Because he's rich and has personal assistance.
- 8:36Speaker 3: Yeah, that's true, you know what I mean.
- 8:38Speaker 1: But at the same time, though, you feel like you'd
- 8:40Speaker 1: want one if you're a dad, because I know he
- 8:41Speaker 1: has a child. Yeah, like I would want one just
- 8:44Speaker 1: for that reason. Or do they? I think they travel
- 8:46Speaker 1: with him everywhere he goes his family?
- 8:48Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Interesting, Yeah, I.
- 8:50Speaker 3: Heard that he was going to relocate to the US
- 8:52Speaker 3: for a while.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Could you give up your phone?
- 8:54Speaker 8: Right?
- 8:54Speaker 1: Now. No, No, I couldn't give up my phone for
- 8:57Speaker 1: ten minutes, months less ten years.
- 8:59Speaker 3: Yeah, I would like to. I mean I could probably
- 9:01Speaker 3: shut off social media or something and just have like
- 9:03Speaker 3: phone calls and texts, and I'd be all right without
- 9:06Speaker 3: like a flip phone. If I could just have a
- 9:07Speaker 3: flip phone.
- 9:08Speaker 1: No, you couldn't.
- 9:11Speaker 4: Phone.
- 9:11Speaker 5: You could come on you, you know what. I would
- 9:14Speaker 5: give up my phone right now for a T mobile sidekick. Yes, yeah,
- 9:20Speaker 5: so so cool flipping.
- 9:22Speaker 3: It like a little bit.
- 9:25Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Yeah, let's go back to the day of that. I'm right,
- 9:28Speaker 3: I'm Kndasloppez. Those are your Texas top stories, all.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Right, realer fake news. Let's do it.
- 9:33Speaker 5: I give be three headlines. You gotta tell me which
- 9:34Speaker 5: one is the fake story out of the three. It's
- 9:37Speaker 5: just a fun way to talk about ridiculous things going
- 9:39Speaker 5: on in the news.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Canna, Who you're ready, I'm ready, Who you're ready, I'm ready.
- 9:42Speaker 1: First headline. California man goes viral for tearful video upset
- 9:46Speaker 1: because he was dumped by his AI girlfriend on Valentine's Day.
- 9:52Speaker 1: California man goes viral for tearful video upset because he
- 9:56Speaker 1: was dumped by his AI girlfriend on Valentine's Day. That's
- 10:00Speaker 1: awful my headline number two.
- 10:02Speaker 5: Florida man on drugs kills imaginary friend and then turns
- 10:06Speaker 5: himself in. Florida man on drugs kill kills his imaginary
- 10:15Speaker 5: friend and then turns himself in.
- 10:17Speaker 1: He was on some good stuff. Headline number three.
- 10:21Speaker 5: Former President Obama goes on record during an interview and
- 10:24Speaker 5: says aliens are real. Former President Obama goes on record
- 10:28Speaker 5: during interview and says aliens are real.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Three headlines right there. You gotta tell me which one
- 10:34Speaker 1: do you think is the fake story? Candice, would you
- 10:37Speaker 1: like to go first or would you like to pass
- 10:39Speaker 1: it to producer?
- 10:40Speaker 3: Pooh, I guess I'll go first today. Lock me in
- 10:44Speaker 3: for that first story. Oh, the matter got done by
- 10:46Speaker 3: his AI girlfriend. You don't think that's real Valentine's Day?
- 10:49Speaker 1: Or you don't think it's real? No, okay, let me
- 10:52Speaker 1: lock that in.
- 10:53Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 10:54Speaker 1: People do have AI.
- 10:54Speaker 3: Girlfriends, Yeah, no, I know, it's the whole thing.
- 10:57Speaker 1: A lot of people. Some people in this room have them,
- 11:01Speaker 1: No AI. Pooh? Okay, all right, Pooh, which one do
- 11:05Speaker 1: you think is the fake story? That Florida thing sounds
- 11:11Speaker 1: too good to be true. Almost. I'm gonna go with
- 11:12Speaker 1: that one. Florida got Florida man who kills his imaginary friend.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Are you sure?
- 11:18Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 11:19Speaker 1: All right, I'm gonna go out on the limb. Let's
- 11:21Speaker 1: lock that in. And the winner today is Candice low Pezz.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Congratulations Candice, thank you, good joby I made that story up.
- 11:33Speaker 1: There was I'm sure there was a story somewhere where
- 11:36Speaker 1: somebody got dumped by an AI girlfriend. Yeah, it's possible,
- 11:39Speaker 1: but there was no viral, tearful video where.
- 11:41Speaker 3: The guy was crying over you regret that video for sure.
- 11:46Speaker 5: But people do get invested in these AI girlfriends and boyfriends.
- 11:50Speaker 5: To be fair, you can have one, I guess. I
- 11:52Speaker 5: mean I might try it.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Why not? Yeah? Why not?
- 11:55Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 11:56Speaker 1: You give me attitude. I'll just unplug you. What are
- 11:59Speaker 1: you gonna do. I'm gonna win every fight in an
- 12:02Speaker 1: A relationship, you know, as long as I unplug her
- 12:05Speaker 1: because she's way smarter than me either way.
- 12:08Speaker 5: Okay, the real stories are kind of insane. Florida man
- 12:12Speaker 5: on drugs kills his imaginary friend and then turns himself
- 12:15Speaker 5: in man. And when I saw the picture of this,
- 12:19Speaker 5: I was like, oh, got this poor guy. He's like
- 12:22Speaker 5: in the mug shot or in the whatever it was.
- 12:25Speaker 5: I don't know if it was a mugshot. He's crying.
- 12:28Speaker 5: He's like upset. He is very upset. Him and his
- 12:32Speaker 5: imaginary friend apparently got in a fight.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, and they got into it in an altercation.
- 12:38Speaker 7: And he.
- 12:40Speaker 3: Physical alteration.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Yes obviously canvas you dummy.
- 12:44Speaker 3: Sounds very physical.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, very physically ended killing him.
- 12:47Speaker 5: The fight went too far and he ended up killing
- 12:49Speaker 5: the guy, the imaginary friend, and then he felt so
- 12:52Speaker 5: bad he had to go to the police station. He
- 12:54Speaker 5: was like, you won't believe what I did, and they
- 12:55Speaker 5: were like what. He goes, I just killed someone and
- 12:57Speaker 5: the police are like, wait what, wait a minute. They
- 12:59Speaker 5: did taining hi immediately, and he's like, yeah, my imaginary
- 13:02Speaker 5: friend has been talking crap and we got into it
- 13:05Speaker 5: and they're like you're what imaginary friend.
- 13:07Speaker 1: He's like yeah. So they uncuffed him and said to
- 13:11Speaker 1: choke him out. Yeah, listen, I bet you can bring
- 13:16Speaker 1: him back to life either way.
- 13:20Speaker 5: Though they didn't arrest them, but they sent him to
- 13:22Speaker 5: a place to get an evaluation. Rightfully, so that's probably
- 13:25Speaker 5: the right An imaginary sister, when I was a kid, you.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Did yeah, I don't know why.
- 13:29Speaker 5: I don't know why I did, but my mom still
- 13:31Speaker 5: talks about this story. One day at the kitchen table,
- 13:34Speaker 5: I said, I had imaginary sister named Broccoli.
- 13:37Speaker 3: I'm not making this.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Oh, I have no idea. No, she worked a Chucky
- 13:43Speaker 1: Cheese in California. That's all. That's all my mom said.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Successful.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Yeah, she said.
- 13:48Speaker 5: When I was a kid, I was real little, probably
- 13:50Speaker 5: like five or six. Her name was Broccoli. She lived
- 13:53Speaker 5: in California and she ran.
- 13:54Speaker 1: A Chucky cheese.
- 13:56Speaker 3: Good for her.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Yeah, she's doing well, I've heard.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Yeah, Yeah, glad to hear that.
- 14:01Speaker 1: All right. The other story is which, oh yeah, former
- 14:03Speaker 1: President Obama goes on record during an interview and says
- 14:06Speaker 1: that aliens are real.
- 14:08Speaker 5: This is insane to me. Everybody on the planet is
- 14:13Speaker 5: talking about this. But I've never been so mad in
- 14:16Speaker 5: my entire life by the guy interviewing him.
- 14:18Speaker 3: And okay, okay, here hit it.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Are aliens real?
- 14:22Speaker 5: Uh?
- 14:23Speaker 1: They're real? But I haven't seen them and they're not
- 14:26Speaker 1: being kept in uh fifty one.
- 14:29Speaker 6: There's no underground facility unless there's this enormous conspiracy and
- 14:36Speaker 6: they hit it from the President of the United States.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Okay, let's stop that right away.
- 14:39Speaker 5: Right, yeah, that is one of the biggest revelations that
- 14:42Speaker 5: we've ever had from a president ever. He just went
- 14:45Speaker 5: on record during an interview and said that aliens are real, casual,
- 14:50Speaker 5: so casual. So you think, what's the follow up question
- 14:53Speaker 5: gonna be from this interviewer? Right, It's gonna be really,
- 14:57Speaker 5: how do you know, mister president?
- 14:59Speaker 1: No, what is it? What was the first question you
- 15:03Speaker 1: wanted answered when you became president? Are you who cares?
- 15:10Speaker 1: So you just go bop pass there. You're gonna act
- 15:14Speaker 1: like that was regular news because you're just like, yeah, okay,
- 15:18Speaker 1: they're real. So what do you eat for breakfast?
- 15:20Speaker 6: What do you mean?
- 15:21Speaker 5: How do you not go in and deep dive on that.
- 15:23Speaker 5: You have the former president of the United States sitting
- 15:25Speaker 5: in front of you for a one on one interview.
- 15:27Speaker 5: He just says aliens are real, and you're like, well,
- 15:29Speaker 5: what did you want to ask first when he became
- 15:32Speaker 5: I don't know who this guy is, but I've never
- 15:34Speaker 5: been so angry in my life. The president actually gave
- 15:36Speaker 5: this guy another opportunity because he said, what's the first
- 15:39Speaker 5: question you asked when he became president?
- 15:40Speaker 1: And President Obama says, where are the aliens? Where are
- 15:45Speaker 1: the aliens? Yeah?
- 15:46Speaker 5: And the guy doesn't ask another question about it. Wow,
- 15:48Speaker 5: I've never been so mad in my life. Yeah, but
- 15:50Speaker 5: he went on and said that aliens are real.
- 15:53Speaker 3: I believe it.
- 15:54Speaker 1: I believe it too, But you know what, we're just
- 15:56Speaker 1: going to pretend like this didn't happen and we're not
- 15:57Speaker 1: going to talk about it. Yeah. What, how is this
- 16:00Speaker 1: not all over the news? Like, yeah, I have some questions,
- 16:03Speaker 1: President Obama.
- 16:04Speaker 3: The new cycle's pretty busy right now, I know, but
- 16:07Speaker 3: where are they right when aliens just dropped to the
- 16:10Speaker 3: bottom of the list.
- 16:11Speaker 5: Of are messed up?
- 16:13Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 16:14Speaker 1: Yeah, but how is what n How do you know?
- 16:17Speaker 1: And what happened? How do we know for sure? And
- 16:19Speaker 1: where are they? Do you really want to know?
- 16:21Speaker 2: Though?
- 16:21Speaker 1: Yes? No, I want to know that they're real. I
- 16:24Speaker 1: know that if they're coming to invade us, I'd rather
- 16:27Speaker 1: not know. Yeah, I don't want to know. I don't
- 16:28Speaker 1: want to know when it's going to go down, but
- 16:30Speaker 1: i'd like to know, you know, maybe they're friendly. He
- 16:32Speaker 1: should have asked that are they trying to hurt us?
- 16:35Speaker 3: Right?
- 16:35Speaker 1: No, I don't think they're a threat. Okay, cool, Now
- 16:37Speaker 1: I can sleep tonight and I'll just never know because
- 16:39Speaker 1: it's stupid interviewing.
- 16:43Speaker 3: Really, the kid in the morning promise you'll feel better.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret, all right, Dirty Little
- 16:50Speaker 1: Secret is on. It's mixed one or two point nine
- 16:52Speaker 1: Ability Kid Canni, Slow Pass, producer Phoo.
- 16:54Speaker 5: Is he your happy President's Day? A lot of people
- 16:56Speaker 5: are off work, off school. But if you're with us,
- 16:58Speaker 5: thank you for that.
- 16:59Speaker 1: We appreciate you. And maybe even if you're off work
- 17:01Speaker 1: you're still listening, we love even more. Then thank you.
- 17:04Speaker 5: If you've got a secret, let us know anytime you
- 17:06Speaker 5: want and call us at eight three three seven eight
- 17:07Speaker 5: seven one o two nine, hit me up on Instagram.
- 17:09Speaker 1: We could set it up that way at Billy on
- 17:11Speaker 1: the radio. Whatever you want to do, and you have
- 17:14Speaker 1: one good morning.
- 17:15Speaker 8: Hey, I'm calling because I have a confession obviously, okay,
- 17:18Speaker 8: and I already know how this sounds, but I need
- 17:20Speaker 8: you to listen to me here. I don't use dating apps.
- 17:23Speaker 8: I really hate them.
- 17:25Speaker 4: Everything feels filtered, rehearsed, and it's just it's so fake.
- 17:28Speaker 4: So what I do instead is I use Facebook Marketplace you.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Date Is that where you sell stuff? Yeah? I mean
- 17:39Speaker 1: Facebook Marketplayer. Yeah, it's awesome.
- 17:41Speaker 3: You mean a dating section on there?
- 17:42Speaker 5: Though? Is there there's a dating see a Facebook dating
- 17:45Speaker 5: is yeah, but not Facebook Marketplace.
- 17:47Speaker 1: That's different. But you use Facebook Marketplace.
- 17:50Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean all I do is scroll Marketplace the same,
- 17:53Speaker 4: you know, the same way other women who stroll on hints.
- 17:55Speaker 8: Like you know, you click on profiles.
- 17:57Speaker 4: I see if they're cute, you know, if they're single,
- 17:59Speaker 4: and then I look at what they're selling.
- 18:00Speaker 5: Oh wow, okay, this is yeah, that's so you just
- 18:07Speaker 5: kind of go through profiles to see if someone's cute,
- 18:10Speaker 5: and then if they're selling something, what do you do
- 18:12Speaker 5: you I mean reach out or well, I.
- 18:15Speaker 4: Message them like a normal buyer, would you know? I
- 18:18Speaker 4: act interested, I asked questions, and if the vibe feels right,
- 18:21Speaker 4: i'll you know, I will actually buy something just to
- 18:23Speaker 4: have a reason to meet up in real life. But
- 18:25Speaker 4: here's the thing. It works. You see the real side
- 18:28Speaker 4: of people. No cliche bios, no cheesy prompts, nothing like that.
- 18:32Speaker 1: This is hysterical.
- 18:34Speaker 3: I do know Facebook.
- 18:36Speaker 1: I do know people if you have met on you.
- 18:39Speaker 5: Know, Facebook Marketplace or I don't know if it was
- 18:41Speaker 5: Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist.
- 18:43Speaker 3: Like they met up to meet on a like random sale.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Yes, and then they ended up going out on a date.
- 18:49Speaker 1: I never thought it would be strategic, but this is
- 18:51Speaker 1: something you do.
- 18:52Speaker 5: You know, it does make sense because it does seem
- 18:54Speaker 5: like it would be more organic than like a dating app.
- 18:57Speaker 5: Because I've never been on a dating app. I can't
- 18:58Speaker 5: even imagine how awful they are. Yeah.
- 19:00Speaker 4: Same, It's honestly amazing though, because here's the thing. I've
- 19:04Speaker 4: had so many great dates this way, including this one
- 19:06Speaker 4: guy we actually dated for six months and he was
- 19:09Speaker 4: really great, Like he just wasn't like, you know, the one,
- 19:12Speaker 4: so you any.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Regrets, So you actually found a guy that you dated
- 19:15Speaker 1: for and he was a decent guy.
- 19:17Speaker 4: Yeah, he was great, and you know, I really thought
- 19:19Speaker 4: about it. I just don't find this creepy at all.
- 19:21Speaker 4: I think it's really smart. I don't know, I'm going
- 19:24Speaker 4: to be honest, like I'm going to encourage other women
- 19:26Speaker 4: to do this.
- 19:27Speaker 5: I'll be honest. So if it was if it was
- 19:29Speaker 5: a guy doing this, I think women would call him creepy. Yeah,
- 19:31Speaker 5: because there might be a little double standard going on here.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Also, like the products that women sell and the products
- 19:37Speaker 3: that men sell, I mean some probably overlap, like furniture
- 19:39Speaker 3: and things like that. Sure, but weird.
- 19:42Speaker 7: I mean, the only time I've been on there, they
- 19:44Speaker 7: always say kind of it seems kind of shady. I
- 19:47Speaker 7: bought a football helmet there one time and they were like,
- 19:49Speaker 7: it's it's gonna be on the front door, and you know,
- 19:51Speaker 7: I didn't see who I was purchasing it from, and
- 19:53Speaker 7: stuff like usually you.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Meet up like done it, he does it, and like
- 19:57Speaker 3: they meet up. But that big stuff.
- 19:58Speaker 5: I've done it multiple times. I've always met up with
- 20:00Speaker 5: the person selling. I've never had Tom leave it for me. Yeah,
- 20:03Speaker 5: So what kind of shady stuff that I'm just saying?
- 20:06Speaker 5: I don't think that was a football helmet? So okay,
- 20:11Speaker 5: I mean, and you can also probably see on their
- 20:13Speaker 5: profile if they're married or single or yeah where.
- 20:17Speaker 4: They sitting there in you already know where they live.
- 20:19Speaker 4: You can you know, you know what their house looks like,
- 20:21Speaker 4: and you know what. Hey, at least they can commit
- 20:23Speaker 4: to a price and a meeting time. That's more than
- 20:25Speaker 4: I can say for a lot of other men out there.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Sorry, guys, I feel you on that. So what what
- 20:31Speaker 1: is the weird part? Is you have to buy stuff?
- 20:33Speaker 1: So what do you buying? Yeah?
- 20:35Speaker 6: You have to.
- 20:36Speaker 1: I guess you have to try to use or something
- 20:38Speaker 1: search or product.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Right if you're looking for it.
- 20:40Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, So the most random thing I've ever bought
- 20:43Speaker 4: just to meet a guy. It was a power drill
- 20:45Speaker 4: for forty dollars and I actually don't need it.
- 20:48Speaker 1: I'll tell you this.
- 20:49Speaker 4: I still have the drill and I got a great
- 20:51Speaker 4: date out.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Of it, and you dated the guy. Okay, Yeah, you can.
- 20:55Speaker 3: Just resell the drill later, Yeah for sixty make some
- 20:58Speaker 3: money some mother dude.
- 20:59Speaker 1: Right, this might be a genius move. I don't know
- 21:03Speaker 1: if maybe I should do this.
- 21:05Speaker 3: Yeah, let's try to hook you up on marketplace?
- 21:07Speaker 1: Yeah, what do I need?
- 21:09Speaker 3: I mean, find something you could buy?
- 21:13Speaker 5: Maybe let's try with producer. Yeah, yeah, we'll have you, like,
- 21:20Speaker 5: maybe go someone? What is what women sell on there?
- 21:23Speaker 1: Everything?
- 21:23Speaker 6: Right?
- 21:23Speaker 3: Are you never on there? But yeah, I'm sure there's
- 21:25Speaker 3: I'll try.
- 21:25Speaker 1: To find you a Facebook marketplace state and then we'll
- 21:28Speaker 1: reach out to her.
- 21:29Speaker 3: It looks like a piece of art or something, yes
- 21:31Speaker 3: like that you might actually like, I'm.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Already creeped out. Actually, man, thank you so much.
- 21:37Speaker 5: You were awesome, And keep us updated on what's going on,
- 21:40Speaker 5: because that's hysterical all.
- 21:42Speaker 8: I thanks for having me.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Guys, you're welcome. All right, thank you? There you go. Wow,
- 21:47Speaker 1: is that that's weird? But I bet I like, I
- 21:49Speaker 1: know multiple people I'm sure who have met that way.
- 21:52Speaker 3: It kind of makes sense.
- 21:53Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, I mean, you know, you meet them in
- 21:55Speaker 1: real life, you're like, oh, they're cute, and then you
- 21:56Speaker 1: already have their contact info.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Right stories on the Tents with Billy's the Kid in
- 22:02Speaker 2: the Morning only on the New Mix one point nine.
- 22:05Speaker 5: I got so much going on today on a holiday,
- 22:07Speaker 5: we got Lady God got tickets at eight forty, so
- 22:09Speaker 5: make sure listen if you want to win those, and
- 22:11Speaker 5: on the ride home with saying it's five forty, and
- 22:14Speaker 5: also at seven point thirty, we have Well, I'm gonna
- 22:17Speaker 5: read you this DM I got, and it's regarding the
- 22:19Speaker 5: proposal on Friday where the guy proposed to his ex
- 22:23Speaker 5: girlfriend that he just got back with night broke up
- 22:26Speaker 5: with another girl he was dating so he could propose. Uh,
- 22:29Speaker 5: I got a DM about this guy, and I'm going
- 22:33Speaker 5: to need your help. I'll tell you who DM me
- 22:36Speaker 5: and all the details and all the drama at seven thirty.
- 22:38Speaker 5: But you want to talk about a hot mess. I swear, Oh,
- 22:42Speaker 5: soap opera type drama.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Okay, so get ready for that. I'm ready, Camus. What
- 22:45Speaker 1: is going on?
- 22:46Speaker 3: Well, it's been a few days since we updated you
- 22:48Speaker 3: on this story, but the FBI says they have recovered
- 22:51Speaker 3: DNA from an unidentified man on a glove found near
- 22:54Speaker 3: Nancy Guthrie's home. The search for Savannah Guthrie's mom is
- 22:57Speaker 3: now in its third week. She did release a video
- 23:00Speaker 3: last night saying they still have hope and telling whoever
- 23:03Speaker 3: is responsible it's never too late to do the next
- 23:05Speaker 3: right thing. But now TMZ is reporting this was possibly
- 23:09Speaker 3: a robbery gone wrong, not a planned abduction, sources saying
- 23:14Speaker 3: investigators believe she could still be alive. And this story,
- 23:18Speaker 3: I mean, I wasn't going to talk about it, but
- 23:20Speaker 3: now these updates are coming in this morning, and I
- 23:22Speaker 3: don't know what's going on.
- 23:23Speaker 1: I don't believe anything anybody says.
- 23:25Speaker 5: I mean, and then the Sheriff's department comes out and go, yeah,
- 23:27Speaker 5: we might not get her back for months or maybe years.
- 23:30Speaker 3: Weird, what do you mean?
- 23:31Speaker 1: I feel like at this point I would do a
- 23:33Speaker 1: better job trying to find her. Yeah.
- 23:34Speaker 3: The comments online are just like, give me a give
- 23:36Speaker 3: me a legal pathon on me out there.
- 23:38Speaker 5: I mean, come on, yeah, ladies, Yeah, you could track
- 23:41Speaker 5: things down, and you're investigators at heart naturally, right, go
- 23:44Speaker 5: out there. You just get a team of just upset women.
- 23:48Speaker 5: Oh yeah, that have been cheated on it. They'll find
- 23:50Speaker 5: things out that you've never found in your life.
- 23:53Speaker 1: I've watched enough cops. I feel like I could do
- 23:55Speaker 1: better than this.
- 23:56Speaker 3: Yeah, everyone's like Law and Order University, you know, here
- 23:59Speaker 3: we go.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Yeah, find that poor woman.
- 24:01Speaker 3: Yeah. Well, A partial government shutdown will continue for at
- 24:04Speaker 3: least another week, possibly longer. An agreement on funding the
- 24:07Speaker 3: Department of Homeland Security is the issue here, but Congress
- 24:11Speaker 3: is on a break until next week, so there won't
- 24:13Speaker 3: be any updates on this. But yes, it is affecting
- 24:16Speaker 3: TSA again, FEMA, and other agencies who will be forced
- 24:20Speaker 3: to work without pay. The good news is air traffic
- 24:23Speaker 3: controllers this time around fall under a different budget, so
- 24:26Speaker 3: they won't be affected. Some people, you hear government shutdown,
- 24:28Speaker 3: you're like, oh, DSA air traffic kind of the mess
- 24:31Speaker 3: we had a couple of months ago. But that is
- 24:34Speaker 3: a scoop there, guys, listen to this. A local gamer
- 24:37Speaker 3: just want a big payday from this year's Madden Bowl.
- 24:41Speaker 3: So he's a twenty six year old from McKinney. He's
- 24:44Speaker 3: was ranked thirteenth going into this year's Madden Bull and
- 24:47Speaker 3: ended up winning the whole thing and taking home at
- 24:49Speaker 3: the two hundred and fifty thousand dollars prize. I guess
- 24:53Speaker 3: he's been playing professionally since he graduated high school. Yeah,
- 24:58Speaker 3: apparently he's earned more than seven hundred than sixty thousand
- 25:01Speaker 3: dollars in his gaming career. I guess he won this
- 25:04Speaker 3: prize six years ago and it was forty thousand dollars.
- 25:08Speaker 3: But esports has grown so much now he's up to,
- 25:10Speaker 3: you know, quarter million on this.
- 25:12Speaker 5: I didn't even know that you could get a scholarship
- 25:14Speaker 5: to go to college, can you really? By playing video games?
- 25:17Speaker 1: SMU has it. Yeah, there's esports teams.
- 25:20Speaker 3: Unbelievable college.
- 25:21Speaker 1: So yeah, you you can go to college and get
- 25:24Speaker 1: it because you're good at Fortnite, Wow, Call of Duty
- 25:26Speaker 1: or whatever. They have e sports teams.
- 25:28Speaker 3: That's insane. No, so yeah, he said, you know, it
- 25:31Speaker 3: takes a lot of practice, but there is a lot
- 25:33Speaker 3: of money in it. He can spend you know, ten
- 25:35Speaker 3: to twelve hours a day playing and learning. When some
- 25:38Speaker 3: of these new versions come out of these games.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Imagine if that was going around when I was a kid.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Oh to crush Super Mario Brothers at Yeah, Contra.
- 25:48Speaker 1: You are old. Oh I did not like Contra Down
- 25:50Speaker 1: Down AaB the AaB start.
- 25:54Speaker 5: So I didn't play a lot of video games so
- 25:56Speaker 5: as a kid, because they sucked when we were kids,
- 25:59Speaker 5: I think.
- 25:59Speaker 1: So. I mean compared to now now, it's pretty much
- 26:02Speaker 1: like you're at You're in war. Yeah, it's so realistic.
- 26:05Speaker 1: But when we were kids, it was like you were
- 26:07Speaker 1: shooting at a screen with a gun that sucked. It
- 26:09Speaker 1: was hunt.
- 26:11Speaker 3: I don't know why I enjoyed playing Zelda. I think
- 26:13Speaker 3: like my neighbor had the map.
- 26:14Speaker 5: She had.
- 26:17Speaker 3: The map in the back.
- 26:18Speaker 1: If I had to read, I was like, why am
- 26:19Speaker 1: I I'm not going to read playing video games. I
- 26:23Speaker 1: got to figure stuff out. I was like, give me
- 26:26Speaker 1: just the stupid games.
- 26:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean Mario Kart. I just want to play
- 26:29Speaker 3: racing games and Mario College.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Yes, okay, you know what we should do? Aid yourself
- 26:34Speaker 1: with a video game.
- 26:35Speaker 3: Okay, I'm cando Slowpez. Those are your Texas Top stories
- 26:40Speaker 3: six one.
- 26:40Speaker 1: O two point nine good Morning Billy a kid, Canda
- 26:43Speaker 1: Slopez is here, producer who is here? So let me
- 26:45Speaker 1: give you a little recap of what's going on, because oh,
- 26:48Speaker 1: the drama is so real. I swear we have the
- 26:51Speaker 1: craziest stuff happened, but it's kind of fun. I'm not
- 26:53Speaker 1: gonna lie.
- 26:54Speaker 5: So last week we it all started with this guy
- 26:56Speaker 5: who had a dirty little secret that his ex reached
- 26:58Speaker 5: out to him and she had an alcoholic and she
- 27:01Speaker 5: was having issue. So when they broke it off, it
- 27:03Speaker 5: was because of that. But they dated for five years.
- 27:05Speaker 5: She's sober, she comes out of nowhere. She's like, I
- 27:08Speaker 5: want you back. He ends up breaking up with this
- 27:11Speaker 5: current girlfriend of nine months, saying, you know what, I
- 27:15Speaker 5: got to meet up with my ex.
- 27:17Speaker 1: And this all happens in one week. I got to
- 27:19Speaker 1: meet up with my ex. It's not right if I
- 27:20Speaker 1: do it if I'm in a relationship. So I broke
- 27:22Speaker 1: up with her, and he's given us updates every single day.
- 27:26Speaker 1: He blind sides us and says, yeah, I'm meeting up
- 27:28Speaker 1: with my ex. The next day he says, it went great.
- 27:31Speaker 5: Matter of fact, I want to ask you if I
- 27:32Speaker 5: could propose on the air On Friday, he wants to
- 27:35Speaker 5: ask this girl to marry him this past Friday, and
- 27:40Speaker 5: I go, no way, is this real? Is this really
- 27:42Speaker 5: gonna happen? It does happen? Oh yeah, which we were
- 27:46Speaker 5: all just shocked.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Yeah, we were that it went down and it was
- 27:49Speaker 1: kind of beautiful.
- 27:50Speaker 3: Yeah, it was very sweet.
- 27:53Speaker 1: It was very sweet.
- 27:54Speaker 5: Some people did have things to say about it, though.
- 27:56Speaker 5: Some people thought it was a little cringe because the
- 27:59Speaker 5: girl he proposed to didn't really react. What I didn't
- 28:04Speaker 5: want to tell everybody on Friday is that and I
- 28:07Speaker 5: couldn't hold it in. I wanted to talk about it.
- 28:09Speaker 5: I didn't even tell Cannas, I didn't tell who that
- 28:12Speaker 5: I got a DM while this was all going down
- 28:17Speaker 5: from the girl he dumped.
- 28:18Speaker 1: I know.
- 28:21Speaker 5: I didn't even see it originally because it was in
- 28:24Speaker 5: like a different folder than I had to approve or whatever.
- 28:26Speaker 5: And either way, I see it and in my head,
- 28:30Speaker 5: I'm like, there's no way I can read this on
- 28:34Speaker 5: the day that he's proposing. Okay, super messy. It was
- 28:42Speaker 5: on Friday, but that's when I got it, So I
- 28:44Speaker 5: get it on Friday. I actually saw it right after
- 28:47Speaker 5: he proposed, Like I saw it and I was like,
- 28:49Speaker 5: oh my god, no, because I knew if I sat
- 28:53Speaker 5: down the air, we were gonna end up talking about it,
- 28:55Speaker 5: and then I was gonna. I just didn't want to sure,
- 28:57Speaker 5: I didn't want to route this guy seems like a
- 28:59Speaker 5: nice guy.
- 29:00Speaker 3: He did, he was like super sappy. I didn't expect
- 29:02Speaker 3: him to be like that heartfelt.
- 29:04Speaker 5: About it, so I thought it would have been too
- 29:06Speaker 5: rude if I aired it. No, it was if I
- 29:09Speaker 5: talked about it right then. Right after, she says, yes,
- 29:13Speaker 5: I go, but hey, guess what and then ruin their day?
- 29:16Speaker 5: So I figured I'll give it a weekend and then.
- 29:17Speaker 3: Ruin Vale's day.
- 29:21Speaker 5: So do you want me let me read you the
- 29:23Speaker 5: DM because okay, okay, let me just read you the
- 29:25Speaker 5: DM from this is from the girl that he broke
- 29:28Speaker 5: things off with that he was dating for nine months.
- 29:32Speaker 5: She says, Okay, this is insane. The guy who was
- 29:35Speaker 5: proposing to Kristin is my ex. I'm the one he
- 29:39Speaker 5: quote unquote dumped a few days ago. I wasn't gonna
- 29:43Speaker 5: get myself involved in this, but I'm sorry, this is hysterical.
- 29:48Speaker 5: I called in and told the guy who answered who
- 29:50Speaker 5: I was, but he didn't believe me. What Yeah, pooh
- 29:56Speaker 5: hold on.
- 29:59Speaker 1: We get so the phone.
- 30:00Speaker 5: I'm so irritated if that was the case, only pooh
- 30:05Speaker 5: to hang up on the girl.
- 30:08Speaker 1: Do you even remember? Probably not.
- 30:10Speaker 3: There were so many calls.
- 30:11Speaker 5: There were so many people calling and comment and I
- 30:13Speaker 5: was like, yeah, but if somebody says that they're this girl,
- 30:16Speaker 5: you got to put them on.
- 30:17Speaker 1: And she was like, hey, I got something to tell you,
- 30:19Speaker 1: and I was like, yeah, okay, well pooh. Anyway, we
- 30:23Speaker 1: were being bombarded, you know. She said.
- 30:25Speaker 5: I called in and told the guy who I was.
- 30:28Speaker 5: That answered, but I don't think he believed me either way.
- 30:31Speaker 5: Here's my number. What I would love to give you
- 30:34Speaker 5: my two cents, considering he wants to tell the world
- 30:38Speaker 5: our entire business. Oh lol, she said, I work mornings,
- 30:44Speaker 5: but I can try and make it work. Let me know,
- 30:47Speaker 5: smiley face. Okay, here's the question.
- 30:53Speaker 3: Do I put her on? I want to hear I'm okay,
- 31:00Speaker 3: the wrong answer, but I want to hear.
- 31:02Speaker 1: I don't know if there's a right answer.
- 31:03Speaker 5: And I can't help but think to myself, am I
- 31:05Speaker 5: going to ruin this guy's romantic proposal if I put
- 31:08Speaker 5: his exon? But I think she does have a point
- 31:11Speaker 5: that she are her business out too right.
- 31:15Speaker 3: We don't know who she is or her name. He's
- 31:17Speaker 3: not like he said, this is her name, this is
- 31:19Speaker 3: any like details. That's exactly what I would out her
- 31:23Speaker 3: in that way.
- 31:24Speaker 1: But still that's why I'm going back and forth on it,
- 31:26Speaker 1: because I'm like, well, is it only fair to have
- 31:30Speaker 1: her on.
- 31:30Speaker 5: He didn't say a bad word about her. No, he
- 31:34Speaker 5: didn't say one bad thing about her. He said she's
- 31:36Speaker 5: a great girl, but my heart's.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Just not in it.
- 31:38Speaker 3: Didn't he say they were going to move in together.
- 31:40Speaker 3: It was like he did say in the right direction.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Things were getting serious. So he was, you know, he's
- 31:46Speaker 1: a guy. If I'm gonna break it off, I gotta
- 31:48Speaker 1: break it off soon. And he did.
- 31:50Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I figure you listening, you're part of the show.
- 31:53Speaker 5: You know you're the fourth member of the show. Anyone
- 31:55Speaker 5: who listens, you're the fourth member.
- 31:57Speaker 1: I figure I do this. I'd let you decide. Yeah,
- 32:01Speaker 1: that way, I don't have any guilt.
- 32:03Speaker 3: Yeah, it's not on us.
- 32:05Speaker 5: You decide if I should put her on the air
- 32:08Speaker 5: or not. I just put up a poll at Mix
- 32:10Speaker 5: one o two nine FM on Instagram. Go vote right
- 32:13Speaker 5: now at Mix one O two nine FM. This time
- 32:17Speaker 5: tomorrow the results will be in and we'll know the
- 32:20Speaker 5: decision on whether we're gonna put.
- 32:22Speaker 1: Her on or not.
- 32:23Speaker 5: Fine, I wrote her back and I'm like, well, if
- 32:25Speaker 5: I wanted you to call in, when could you?
- 32:27Speaker 1: So I'm waiting to hear back from her. But I'm like,
- 32:29Speaker 1: and if people.
- 32:30Speaker 3: Vote no not to put her on the air, will
- 32:31Speaker 3: you still at least mr back and see? Yeah, Like
- 32:36Speaker 3: she doesn't call.
- 32:37Speaker 5: In and we know something something something, Now, either she's
- 32:40Speaker 5: gonna come on the air and tell her own story
- 32:42Speaker 5: or we don't.
- 32:43Speaker 1: Talk about it.
- 32:44Speaker 3: I bet she tells you anyways, doesn't mean I'll tell
- 32:48Speaker 3: you you would not do that. If you do, that's
- 32:53Speaker 3: so messed up.
- 32:54Speaker 5: Well, this guy, I know he's gonna be upset when
- 32:57Speaker 5: he hears this because he listens, because he's probably gonna
- 32:59Speaker 5: be like, what does she want to say? But that's
- 33:01Speaker 5: the question I want to know, is exactly what does
- 33:04Speaker 5: she want to say? Because there's not much to it
- 33:05Speaker 5: if you ask me, like, he broke off whe.
- 33:08Speaker 3: Or so he could talk to his ex, right, that's
- 33:11Speaker 3: what it sounds like.
- 33:12Speaker 1: That's what it sounds like. But is that the real story? Now?
- 33:15Speaker 1: I don't know, do you want her to go in there.
- 33:18Speaker 3: Go vote real story.
- 33:19Speaker 5: At Mix one o two nine FM. Go vote on Instagram.
- 33:22Speaker 5: This time tomorrow we'll find out. Okay, it is in
- 33:24Speaker 5: your hands.
- 33:27Speaker 1: You can't vote, all right.
- 33:31Speaker 10: He's doing for Cannas Court.
- 33:34Speaker 3: It gets settled here with Billy the Kid in the morning,
- 33:37Speaker 3: all right, for.
- 33:39Speaker 5: The Honorable Doug Doug, for the honorable Judge, for the
- 33:44Speaker 5: Uncle Judge. Candace Pez does listen. It's Monday, It's President's Day.
- 33:49Speaker 5: Let me live today, all right, Doug Lopez is here,
- 33:53Speaker 5: Candas teach me how to Dougie. It's Mix one O
- 33:57Speaker 5: two point nine, Billy the Kid, Candace low Pez, producer poo.
- 34:00Speaker 1: Listen. There's a lot of drama going on behind the scenes.
- 34:02Speaker 1: So why I'm throwing off. But so far, the votes,
- 34:05Speaker 1: it's hysterical. The votes on whether I should put on
- 34:07Speaker 1: this ex girlfriend or not. It is overwhelmingly so far.
- 34:11Speaker 1: There's a lot of time left saying yes, and hundreds
- 34:15Speaker 1: of people have voted. I'm not talking about there's like
- 34:16Speaker 1: ten votes. Hundreds of people have already voted. Ninety five
- 34:20Speaker 1: percent of people say I should put her on, five
- 34:23Speaker 1: percent saying no.
- 34:27Speaker 4: She says no.
- 34:28Speaker 5: Shout out to Catherine. Catherine says yes, she just called us.
- 34:31Speaker 5: How to Claudia, she says yes, she said, where do
- 34:34Speaker 5: I vote? Michelle shout out to our girl, Michelle. She
- 34:38Speaker 5: says yes.
- 34:39Speaker 1: Of course everyone's saying yes.
- 34:41Speaker 3: Why yes?
- 34:42Speaker 1: I want to know who said no? Because but that's
- 34:44Speaker 1: why I did it. I thought, because some people don't
- 34:46Speaker 1: want to ruin the proposal, and you know, ruin that
- 34:49Speaker 1: moment and let.
- 34:50Speaker 5: It, let him have it without bringing in an X.
- 34:52Speaker 5: So I'm trying to be thoughtful and letting you decide.
- 34:55Speaker 5: But it looks like I know what's going to happen.
- 34:57Speaker 5: But if she won't go on today, I will say that.
- 34:59Speaker 5: So we'll give you the results tomorrow seven thirty and
- 35:00Speaker 5: we'll go from there. All right, Welcome to Canis Court.
- 35:03Speaker 5: Let's get serious, okay or Doug Court, whatever you want
- 35:06Speaker 5: to call it. Not sure why said that? I haven't
- 35:09Speaker 5: had enough coffee or maybe I've had too much coffee.
- 35:12Speaker 5: I don't know what's going on with my body. All right, Cannis,
- 35:14Speaker 5: are you ready? If you got a problem at Cannis
- 35:16Speaker 5: on air, she can help you solve it. She's very
- 35:19Speaker 5: sound mentally sound, unlike myself. Can you guys please let
- 35:24Speaker 5: me know if I'm being unreasonable about this one issue
- 35:26Speaker 5: with my boyfriend. So I work at a dental office
- 35:29Speaker 5: and the front desk and my boyfriend is a delivery driver.
- 35:33Speaker 5: We make about the same money, and when we moved
- 35:35Speaker 5: in together, we agree to split bills and household responsibilities evenly.
- 35:40Speaker 1: But somehow I've ended up doing most of the cooking,
- 35:43Speaker 1: most of the cleaning, and things like that around the house.
- 35:46Speaker 5: His argument when I talk about him to him about
- 35:49Speaker 5: this is his job is more physically demanding, so it's
- 35:53Speaker 5: only fair that I handle more at the house.
- 35:58Speaker 1: Oh wow, Oh wow. I don't deny that his work
- 36:03Speaker 1: is tough. He drives around all day and he carries
- 36:05Speaker 1: heavy packages and things like that. But I'm mentally drained
- 36:08Speaker 1: after my job too, and I don't think exhaustion should
- 36:11Speaker 1: be a competition.
- 36:13Speaker 5: I am tired of having the same argument over and over,
- 36:16Speaker 5: and I just want to know, is it unreasonable to
- 36:18Speaker 5: expect a true fifty to fifty split, regardless of what
- 36:21Speaker 5: kind of job we each have. There you go, so
- 36:25Speaker 5: his job is more physically demanding. She works at a
- 36:28Speaker 5: dentist's office. She runs a front desk. Okay, So I mean, well,
- 36:33Speaker 5: when you think about this? Should it be even?
- 36:35Speaker 1: To me? It doesn't matter what I think. It's Candice Court,
- 36:37Speaker 1: but yes, that's my opinion. Yes it should be even.
- 36:40Speaker 3: I mean, no, it shouldn't be a competition, but yes,
- 36:42Speaker 3: it should be as even as possible. Is it unreasonable
- 36:45Speaker 3: to expect a true like even split? No, it's day
- 36:49Speaker 3: to day, right, what does it matter?
- 36:51Speaker 1: I mean, what's so physical around the house? Yeah? What's
- 36:54Speaker 1: so physical that you can't do? Bro?
- 36:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I get it. When you're exhausting, you're
- 36:59Speaker 3: like that is I'm not doing that today?
- 37:00Speaker 1: Why are you coming on?
- 37:01Speaker 3: Old boy?
- 37:01Speaker 7: First of all, what's so physically demand? She runs a officets,
- 37:08Speaker 7: especially with like oh yeah okay, yeah, you got a cavity,
- 37:12Speaker 7: you got a wisdom teeth.
- 37:14Speaker 1: That's not that okay. Well he's out there in the
- 37:16Speaker 1: in the elements, in the elements, in the elements, it
- 37:19Speaker 1: can be hot. It could just remember this if you
- 37:22Speaker 1: ever get in a relationship ever again, Because what do
- 37:24Speaker 1: you do all morning? Nothing? I'll work. You sit here
- 37:29Speaker 1: and you talk, but first of all, and you answer
- 37:31Speaker 1: the phone. There's nothing physical about what we do. I
- 37:34Speaker 1: can honestly say this.
- 37:35Speaker 7: Any girl that I've ever dated, I always do more
- 37:37Speaker 7: than anyway, because I'll tell you why.
- 37:41Speaker 1: I'll tell you why, because I don't like nobody cooking
- 37:45Speaker 1: for me. So I cooked big back liar as you
- 37:51Speaker 1: brought over steaks the other day, so i'd cook him. You. Yeah, okay,
- 37:55Speaker 1: you you. But I'm talking about any girl I've been.
- 37:57Speaker 7: In a relationship. I usually do most of the cook
- 38:00Speaker 7: I'm telling you, Okay, what about the chores? The chores
- 38:04Speaker 7: saying I always do.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Because I can't stand dishes.
- 38:06Speaker 6: In my sink.
- 38:07Speaker 3: But is it her fault if you're so?
- 38:09Speaker 7: You know, I don't complain either, I'm just telling you
- 38:12Speaker 7: I always do, always do more when it comes to
- 38:14Speaker 7: all that stuff.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Okay, even when I was with Baby Mama, I always
- 38:17Speaker 1: the way. Do you miss her?
- 38:18Speaker 3: Oh okay, Hey, that's your choice to want to do
- 38:22Speaker 3: those things, then it's not her fault.
- 38:24Speaker 5: Yes, yeah, I don't complain. I'm just telling you like that,
- 38:28Speaker 5: that's me so judging by by your mentality. Since like Canni,
- 38:32Speaker 5: for example, you know she sits here all day. I
- 38:34Speaker 5: sit here all day, So you're saying that when she
- 38:36Speaker 5: gets home she should do all the chores because she
- 38:40Speaker 5: doesn't do.
- 38:40Speaker 1: Anything I want get up at three in the morning. Yeah,
- 38:43Speaker 1: that is that physically demanding.
- 38:44Speaker 3: Yeah, wake it up in the middle of the night.
- 38:46Speaker 3: That's the middle of the night.
- 38:47Speaker 1: It is, it is, It's it's tough. But according to
- 38:49Speaker 1: Pooh's logic, you should be doing everything at home, and
- 38:52Speaker 1: are she do nothing? No?
- 38:53Speaker 5: But what I'm saying, what's so physical? What chores that
- 38:55Speaker 5: he has to worry about? That's so physical he can't do?
- 38:58Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 38:58Speaker 1: What taking out the trash?
- 39:00Speaker 3: I mean, when you're drained, everything feels physical. But no,
- 39:02Speaker 3: nothing is that hard. We can both accomplish it physically.
- 39:05Speaker 1: I mean, if somebody's work, you're both working. It doesn't
- 39:08Speaker 1: matter what you're doing to me.
- 39:09Speaker 3: Personally, right, I mean it has to be a give
- 39:11Speaker 3: and take. Like when one person's on the struggle the
- 39:13Speaker 3: other person picks up the slack, and when we're both
- 39:15Speaker 3: on the struggle bus, you save me a seat, you
- 39:17Speaker 3: know what I mean?
- 39:18Speaker 5: Yeah, And I feel like there's a relationship time in
- 39:20Speaker 5: the past. You it just kind of organically works out
- 39:22Speaker 5: to where this is kind of what I like to do,
- 39:24Speaker 5: and this is what I do right right.
- 39:27Speaker 3: Some people have different needs, like I like, certain people
- 39:30Speaker 3: would say I like to have the dishes done every night,
- 39:33Speaker 3: and I'm like, I don't care dishes are in the
- 39:35Speaker 3: same tonight. Just do whatever. Sometimes if all tonight done,
- 39:41Speaker 3: I just.
- 39:43Speaker 7: My love language is acts of service. I will clean
- 39:46Speaker 7: up all that. I can't have dishes. From my upbringing,
- 39:50Speaker 7: my mom used to whoop me if I didn't have
- 39:52Speaker 7: them dishes done.
- 39:53Speaker 1: So it's just ingrained in me. So you want to
- 39:56Speaker 1: go to sleep without dishes done? Nope, Well we've never
- 39:58Speaker 1: been in your apartment.
- 40:00Speaker 7: Well, Billy, when I go to your house and you
- 40:02Speaker 7: have dishes up there, you even tell me, dude, don't.
- 40:04Speaker 1: Do my dishes. He does the dishes I leave in
- 40:06Speaker 1: the sink. They might go to two days because I
- 40:08Speaker 1: get over there and I'll be like, God, they might
- 40:10Speaker 1: go three days.
- 40:12Speaker 3: I mean, you do you? Yes, some people are a
- 40:15Speaker 3: little more.
- 40:16Speaker 1: I have dishes in my sink right now from Thanksgiving.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Now I don't. I don't. I take care of my house. Yeah,
- 40:23Speaker 1: kind of okay.
- 40:25Speaker 3: Can I have laundry in the dryer right now from yesterday?
- 40:27Speaker 1: It's just is what it is. Don't like whatever.
- 40:31Speaker 3: It's not easy life life. That's fine. If you're gonna
- 40:34Speaker 3: go grab socks out of the lawn out of the dryer.
- 40:36Speaker 3: Take just go grab your socks out of there.
- 40:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:38Speaker 5: I don't have a poo in my life to do
- 40:40Speaker 5: the dishes all the time. All right, let's let's see
- 40:44Speaker 5: what the verdict is. Canis I think I know it's
- 40:45Speaker 5: where you're going on this. I think I know who's guilty.
- 40:47Speaker 1: But give it trash.
- 40:49Speaker 3: This guy's guilty of being a slacker, Steve. Oh, the
- 40:52Speaker 3: mental load is heavy too, okay, on top of physical
- 40:55Speaker 3: stuff that women are dealing with all the time. So
- 40:58Speaker 3: you know, cut her some slack. You guys agreed this
- 41:01Speaker 3: was going to be more even, so let's make it
- 41:03Speaker 3: a little more easy.
- 41:03Speaker 5: Different if she didn't have a job, right, but she's
- 41:05Speaker 5: got a job, it doesn't matter what she's doing.
- 41:08Speaker 1: No, he is guilty of being a black.
- 41:11Speaker 3: Oh that's a hot takee Let us know what you think.
- 41:14Speaker 3: Here's today's hot take.
- 41:15Speaker 5: Oh, happy President's Day and people are celebrating by not
- 41:18Speaker 5: doing anything or just working and life goes on like us.
- 41:21Speaker 1: Either way, it's makes one of two point nine. Baily
- 41:22Speaker 1: the Kid can a slow pass producer Pooh, Lady Gaga
- 41:25Speaker 1: tickets coming up like ten minutes away. Get ready for
- 41:27Speaker 1: that hot take.
- 41:28Speaker 4: Of the day.
- 41:29Speaker 5: I gotta know what you think of this. First of all,
- 41:30Speaker 5: the girl is just funny. She went viral because she
- 41:33Speaker 5: goes on three dates with this guy and I want
- 41:35Speaker 5: to know what you think. Who's in the wrong, who's
- 41:37Speaker 5: in the right? And she gets mad at over something
- 41:40Speaker 5: he doesn't do by the third date?
- 41:41Speaker 1: What do you think that is?
- 41:42Speaker 3: What?
- 41:43Speaker 1: What doesn't he do on the third date? Where she's
- 41:45Speaker 1: like really, bro? Yeah, okay, I'll let her tell you
- 41:48Speaker 1: you ready, Yeah, she's so funny.
- 41:50Speaker 10: I went on a third date with a boy tonight
- 41:52Speaker 10: and literally became borat. I became borat. It was a
- 41:55Speaker 10: third date. We hadn't kissed yet. I hadn't kissed yet,
- 41:58Speaker 10: and I was like, kind of hold that hope, bro.
- 42:00Speaker 5: So she's mad because he didn't kiss her by the
- 42:04Speaker 5: third date. She said she turned into bow rat and
- 42:07Speaker 5: I'm like, what does she mean by that?
- 42:08Speaker 1: Rat?
- 42:09Speaker 10: For the best he walks me to my car, gentlemen,
- 42:12Speaker 10: I love it nice and then he goes me for
- 42:15Speaker 10: the hug again, the hug for a third time thrice,
- 42:19Speaker 10: and I began to shake with anger kiss and I
- 42:26Speaker 10: become Waura.
- 42:28Speaker 1: He turns to leave me.
- 42:29Speaker 9: He's a crazy movie you don't know if I'm the
- 42:32Speaker 9: soup tonight. I go, I say his name, and he
- 42:35Speaker 9: turns and I'm like, blue Lack mean, my god, it.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Is the funniest thing ever. She turns him and says,
- 42:47Speaker 1: blue Lack mean, Oh, do you like me? He's like yeah.
- 42:54Speaker 1: I was like, should we kiss? Like Blue like me?
- 42:58Speaker 1: Should we kiss? And then we was kind of very awkward. Yes,
- 43:04Speaker 1: Oh that is so funny to me. She literally turns
- 43:07Speaker 1: around to this guy AND's like, do you like me? Yeah?
- 43:10Speaker 1: Should we kiss? Three dates?
- 43:12Speaker 5: And and I'm thinking to myself, I mean, hot, take here.
- 43:15Speaker 5: I don't think it's weird if you don't kiss by
- 43:17Speaker 5: the third date.
- 43:18Speaker 3: No, I don't think so. I think she's just like
- 43:21Speaker 3: very forward. You know, maybe he's not.
- 43:24Speaker 5: I want to follow up on this because there is
- 43:26Speaker 5: no way on the planet that this guy is going
- 43:30Speaker 5: on with her again.
- 43:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't think so.
- 43:32Speaker 3: You don't know. It's pretty funny, though, but if you have.
- 43:35Speaker 1: To ask, I mean no, I think it's funny too.
- 43:37Speaker 5: I just the reason I'm saying is if you have
- 43:38Speaker 5: to ask, it becomes very weird, yeah, and very cringe.
- 43:42Speaker 5: And I don't let me exit this as soon as
- 43:45Speaker 5: I can like, there's no way I had a girl
- 43:48Speaker 5: do that to me once she did. I had a
- 43:49Speaker 5: girl one girl say so like should we kiss? And
- 43:52Speaker 5: I was so weirded out. It was so weird.
- 43:56Speaker 3: That's because you weren't into her, that's true, but it
- 43:58Speaker 3: was still so answer. That's what this lady is like, Hey,
- 44:02Speaker 3: I mean, what's up? He's not that into you or
- 44:04Speaker 3: he's dating other people and he's just not.
- 44:06Speaker 1: Dating other people.
- 44:07Speaker 7: He might be.
- 44:08Speaker 1: What does that have to do with it?
- 44:09Speaker 3: Well, we just might be, but he can.
- 44:11Speaker 1: Date other people if he's stating her three.
- 44:12Speaker 3: Dates, Yes, as long as she knows.
- 44:14Speaker 1: Why does she have to know? You know, Ca, that's
- 44:16Speaker 1: a hot take right there?
- 44:18Speaker 3: No, I think yeah, I feel like she should know,
- 44:20Speaker 3: Like what are we like dating each other? Do you
- 44:22Speaker 3: date a round?
- 44:22Speaker 1: Like? They don't ask people that by the third date? Thrice?
- 44:26Speaker 3: Thrice?
- 44:27Speaker 1: Three dates?
- 44:28Speaker 3: Yeah you know? No, really, no, you.
- 44:31Speaker 1: Haven't been dating?
- 44:32Speaker 3: And why no I haven't.
- 44:33Speaker 5: You're right, you've been out the game, I mean, which
- 44:35Speaker 5: is great for you. But after three dates, I'm not
- 44:37Speaker 5: going to talk about so you date other people. She's
- 44:39Speaker 5: going to be like, I'm sorry, do you date?
- 44:41Speaker 3: I'm wasting three dates with you. I want to know.
- 44:44Speaker 1: I gotta go. Now that's who you're leaving. Applebee's right there.
- 44:48Speaker 7: I've never had a girl say, you know, should we kids?
- 44:50Speaker 7: But one time we know, hold on. One time at
- 44:54Speaker 7: the end of the day. You know, I gave her
- 44:56Speaker 7: a hug and she goes, oh, okay, homie, but I
- 45:01Speaker 7: wouldn't feel it.
- 45:02Speaker 1: You pat her on the back. Yeah, I wanted the
- 45:04Speaker 1: church hoods.
- 45:05Speaker 3: Like church, you're not giving her a kiss by the
- 45:09Speaker 3: third date, you're not that into her.
- 45:10Speaker 1: Well yeah, but you don't ask, because then when you ask,
- 45:13Speaker 1: then we kissed.
- 45:16Speaker 3: She's like over it. Well, this wasting my time.
- 45:19Speaker 1: This guy kissed her. He kissed her. When the girl
- 45:22Speaker 1: asked me, I didn't. Yeah, she goes, should we kiss?
- 45:24Speaker 3: And I was like, probably not because she didn't do
- 45:27Speaker 3: the voice.
- 45:28Speaker 1: And then she locked the door. I was in her car.
- 45:30Speaker 1: It was weird. She locked the door. Yes, what I
- 45:33Speaker 1: was going, I'm saying too much? Yeah, my body by choice.
- 45:36Speaker 1: You got to get out of there.
- 45:37Speaker 5: No, I literally, Well, I was laughing first of all
- 45:39Speaker 5: because this girl at dinner, Oh, this is a whole thing.
- 45:42Speaker 5: But at dinner she said, yeah, I don't talk to
- 45:44Speaker 5: any other guys like, I don't know. I just don't
- 45:46Speaker 5: talk to anybody. This was a long time ago, by
- 45:48Speaker 5: the way. Yeah, And I go, okay, I don't know
- 45:49Speaker 5: why she's telling me, and like it's fine if you do, Like, yeah,
- 45:52Speaker 5: I don't really know. You start first time really even
- 45:54Speaker 5: going out or hanging out. I've seen her before, but
- 45:56Speaker 5: I never went out with her and hung out. So
- 45:58Speaker 5: at the end of the night, I walk her to
- 46:01Speaker 5: her car, which was far away. She had a park
- 46:03Speaker 5: somewhere else because I wanted to be a gentleman, even
- 46:06Speaker 5: though I wasn't really into her.
- 46:07Speaker 1: I didn't want her to die, so I had to
- 46:09Speaker 1: protect her from were wolves or whatever was in Oh
- 46:13Speaker 1: my god, Legacy West, you can just watch or walk. No,
- 46:16Speaker 1: I be a gentleman. You walk in her car.
- 46:19Speaker 5: So then she said to me, do you want to
- 46:21Speaker 5: ride back to your car? So I was like, no,
- 46:24Speaker 5: it's okay, I'll walk. It's nice out.
- 46:25Speaker 3: It was raining, and I should have known right there.
- 46:30Speaker 1: She should have known I want to get in her car.
- 46:32Speaker 1: I didn't, but I did. I didn't walk in. I
- 46:35Speaker 1: was gonna walk in the rain cold. Anybody.
- 46:37Speaker 3: This is on her at this point because she wasn't
- 46:39Speaker 3: catching the by. She didn't need to ask you this.
- 46:41Speaker 1: So I was like, no, that's fine, I'll just walk it.
- 46:43Speaker 1: Shecase no, just get in. I was like okay.
- 46:44Speaker 5: So I got into her car and she had this
- 46:46Speaker 5: like fancy lexus and it was funny because she just
- 46:48Speaker 5: got done telling me that she doesn't talk to anybody
- 46:51Speaker 5: but in this car. When it started up, her bluetooth
- 46:53Speaker 5: said missed call from Josh Kyle, Larry Tim and like
- 46:58Speaker 5: started and she was like, oh, I don't know why
- 47:00Speaker 5: it's doing that.
- 47:00Speaker 1: That's weird. She turned it off real quick and I
- 47:02Speaker 1: was like, yeah, that's weird.
- 47:03Speaker 5: So we pull up to my car and I was like,
- 47:04Speaker 5: all right, well, i'll talk to you later, and she goes,
- 47:07Speaker 5: oh like that and I was like what do you mean?
- 47:09Speaker 1: And then she's like, I mean don't you want to
- 47:11Speaker 1: kiss me?
- 47:11Speaker 3: Oh?
- 47:12Speaker 1: And I go, uh no, I mean this is awkward,
- 47:16Speaker 1: not after Josh. Yeah, And I my hand like going
- 47:20Speaker 1: towards the door. Yeah, and she locked the door and
- 47:24Speaker 1: she goes, not yet, Okay. It was okay, I guess
- 47:29Speaker 1: so Psycho wild, wow, so wild? And God did that?
- 47:34Speaker 1: Oh straight up?
- 47:36Speaker 5: I was like, please unlock the door and she's like, oh,
- 47:39Speaker 5: I was just kidding around. I go, okay, all right,
- 47:41Speaker 5: well i'll talk to you later. Shocker, we didn't talk.
- 47:44Speaker 1: I was like, what in the heck?
- 47:46Speaker 5: And then she said the next day she's like, sorry,
- 47:48Speaker 5: I was just joking around. I think I had too
- 47:50Speaker 5: many margaritas. Yeah, And I was like, so you wanted
- 47:53Speaker 5: to kidnap me. It's like, now, imagine the god telling
- 47:58Speaker 5: doing that same thing to a girl.
- 47:59Speaker 1: Yeah, you're right right, like if this show, yeah, even
- 48:02Speaker 1: if it was in a bull rap voice.
- 48:04Speaker 4: Yeah, you like me?
- 48:05Speaker 1: Yeah, what are you you going to be?
- 48:08Speaker 2: Like?
- 48:09Speaker 5: No, if you're not feeling it on the third date,
- 48:11Speaker 5: then don't ask for it. I don't think it's weird.
- 48:13Speaker 5: Sometimes it might be longer than three dates. Yeah, okay
- 48:16Speaker 5: you kiss.
- 48:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I've been out of the game too long.
- 48:18Speaker 5: But when do you typically kiss your dates? If I'm
- 48:21Speaker 5: feeling that whenever, whatever, whenever, what do you mean whenever? Like,
- 48:26Speaker 5: if if I go out with somebody and I'm like, okay,
- 48:29Speaker 5: we're feeling it. If the mood is there, yeah, I'll
- 48:31Speaker 5: give him a kiss. But if not, I don't give
- 48:33Speaker 5: him a kiss, them a kiss? I think you said him?
- 48:36Speaker 5: I said, then no, I think you said there was
- 48:38Speaker 5: a th wow, hey love for you? Love?
- 48:42Speaker 1: I know I love is love, but no, there was
- 48:44Speaker 1: a thh in front of the game. I promise.
- 48:46Speaker 5: So whenever you said yeah whatever, just like first date,
- 48:49Speaker 5: second date, Yeah, first day, first day you've kissed guccie.
- 48:55Speaker 1: Sometimes I'll let it marinate to a couple of dates.
- 48:58Speaker 7: Why because it's a different because sometimes I wasn't feeling it.
- 49:02Speaker 1: But then why go on a second day just to
- 49:06Speaker 1: fill her out?
- 49:06Speaker 3: You know, just so it took three days to figure out.
- 49:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I remember what time with a girl. Oh god,
- 49:14Speaker 1: this is gonna be bad. I know everyone you're on
- 49:20Speaker 1: the radio.
- 49:22Speaker 7: We went out, though, We went out, had nice dinner
- 49:24Speaker 7: or whatever, drinks and stuff.
- 49:26Speaker 1: And then uh, she leaned in the kids and I
- 49:29Speaker 1: was like, oh, we just ate like some spicy food.
- 49:32Speaker 1: I was just like you at dinner.
- 49:36Speaker 7: No, when were leaving, you know whatever, and she tried
- 49:39Speaker 7: to kiss me and I was like, oh, I just
- 49:42Speaker 7: I just patted her because you turned your head. Yeah,
- 49:44Speaker 7: because my dude. We had it was Tai food and
- 49:47Speaker 7: I really don't eat Ta food, but.
- 49:48Speaker 1: It was like spicy, and oh man, you ate the
- 49:51Speaker 1: same food. I know.
- 49:53Speaker 6: But I just can.
- 49:54Speaker 3: I just wasn't feeling different if you weren't eat.
- 49:59Speaker 1: Her breakfast bad? Your brother's her breath? Oh it was
- 50:02Speaker 1: her breath. Yeah it was.
- 50:05Speaker 7: Wrong.
- 50:05Speaker 3: But the breath.
- 50:07Speaker 1: Okay, you know when your breath come on. You've been
- 50:11Speaker 1: on this earth, you know when your breath is bad.
- 50:14Speaker 5: I mean, so she leaned in and you smell the
- 50:16Speaker 5: breath and you you turned your Yeah, she kiss you
- 50:20Speaker 5: on the cheek with their dragon breath.
- 50:22Speaker 3: Oh, I smelled it all the way home.
- 50:28Speaker 1: I was like, okay, I'm sorry, but the Tai food
- 50:33Speaker 1: doesn't do that. Yes it does. It was like to
- 50:35Speaker 1: why you can smell your breath for three days and
- 50:37Speaker 1: like on your cheek? Not three days? But I just like,
- 50:41Speaker 1: who are you dating? Yeah? I mean who was this monster?
- 50:47Speaker 3: Don't take girls to tire restaurant?
- 50:49Speaker 1: All right?
- 50:50Speaker 5: You know what I need to cleanse my palate. She
- 50:53Speaker 5: would give away tickets. Now I'm so grossed out, Like
- 50:56Speaker 5: I want to see a picture of this girl. If
- 50:59Speaker 5: you're if you're her eight seven eight seven one two nine,
- 51:02Speaker 5: if you if you kissed too on the cheek and.
- 51:04Speaker 1: A date, She's like, yeah, that's me.
- 51:09Speaker 5: This way in early you can't believe this is not
- 51:12Speaker 5: more people are talking about this this morning. Something that
- 51:14Speaker 5: happened over the weekend that freaked me out to the
- 51:17Speaker 5: point I could not stop thinking about it because I
- 51:19Speaker 5: think it's such a big deal and I was freaked
- 51:23Speaker 5: out and then angry at the same time. So over
- 51:25Speaker 5: the weekend, this podcast or whatever, some guy interviewed former
- 51:28Speaker 5: President Obama, right, and President Obama on record admits and says, yes,
- 51:37Speaker 5: confirms that aliens exist, which is such a big deal
- 51:41Speaker 5: to me that not everyone is talking about. Like, wait
- 51:44Speaker 5: a minute, a former president of the United States. First
- 51:46Speaker 5: time anybody has come out and said, yes, aliens are real.
- 51:50Speaker 1: Listen to this. Are aliens real? Uh, They're real, but
- 51:54Speaker 1: I haven't seen them and they're not being kept in
- 51:59Speaker 1: fifty one.
- 52:00Speaker 6: There's no underground facility unless there's this enormous conspiracy and
- 52:07Speaker 6: they hit it from the President of the United States.
- 52:09Speaker 5: Okay, So I'm like, what are you kidding me? The
- 52:12Speaker 5: president former president comes out and says aliens are real.
- 52:16Speaker 5: I'm like, I can't wait to hear the next question.
- 52:18Speaker 1: I can't wait.
- 52:18Speaker 5: And this is where I got angry. I can't wait
- 52:20Speaker 5: to hear like the follow up because I mean, how
- 52:22Speaker 5: do we know?
- 52:23Speaker 7: Right?
- 52:24Speaker 1: Like, I don't know who this podcast guy is. I
- 52:25Speaker 1: want to know where, where did you see him? Where
- 52:28Speaker 1: were they? Are they dangerous?
- 52:30Speaker 3: So many questions?
- 52:30Speaker 5: How many questions you have after somebody confirms that aliens
- 52:34Speaker 5: are real? And this is not just anybody, this is
- 52:36Speaker 5: the president former president who knows everything. Yeah, all the secrets.
- 52:41Speaker 5: What's the question going to be?
- 52:43Speaker 1: Are you ready? What was the first question you wanted
- 52:46Speaker 1: answered when you became president? Are you serious?
- 52:49Speaker 3: And he just blows by it, So I will You
- 52:54Speaker 3: mentioned this to me earlier and I looked into it,
- 52:56Speaker 3: and I think Obama has released another statement saying he
- 53:00Speaker 3: was basically trying to stick with the spirit of the
- 53:02Speaker 3: Speed Round. So I guess unless you watch the whole thing,
- 53:04Speaker 3: it was like one of those quick speed round type
- 53:07Speaker 3: things where there's no real follow ups that are like planned.
- 53:10Speaker 1: I don't but everyone.
- 53:11Speaker 3: Wants to know. Can't we circle back the Speed Round.
- 53:14Speaker 1: I don't care what you're doing or whatever.
- 53:16Speaker 5: Sound I am breaking all the rules When a former
- 53:19Speaker 5: president tells me that there are aliens in their real
- 53:22Speaker 5: I'm going, okay, forget this speed question thing.
- 53:26Speaker 1: I got to ask where did you see them? Where?
- 53:29Speaker 1: Were they Are they gonna hurt us? I did look like?
- 53:32Speaker 1: What do they look like?
- 53:33Speaker 3: I swim?
- 53:35Speaker 4: Well?
- 53:35Speaker 3: Yeah, that's where I want to know, because everyone's saying
- 53:39Speaker 3: the octopus is an alien. Yes, yes, people want to
- 53:45Speaker 3: know if aliens swim?
- 53:47Speaker 7: Swim?
- 53:47Speaker 3: Well, look at the planet. If they come here and
- 53:49Speaker 3: they land in the water, can't they swim? Need to swim?
- 53:55Speaker 1: Are their feet webbed? Are they fast?
- 53:58Speaker 3: It's possible? I have question, That's what I'm saying. So
- 54:01Speaker 3: are you questions?
- 54:02Speaker 1: Why would you travel one?
- 54:04Speaker 3: People say they're in the water. People say they're already
- 54:07Speaker 3: here and they're under the water, but then they obviously.
- 54:10Speaker 1: Does it matter if they swim?
- 54:11Speaker 3: Well, he needs to tell us, That's what I'm saying.
- 54:14Speaker 3: That's one of the questions.
- 54:15Speaker 1: You're as bad as this interviewer. Never do they automatically
- 54:18Speaker 1: have good credits? So your follow up question would be
- 54:22Speaker 1: if they do they swim?
- 54:23Speaker 3: Does he know? Are they in the ocean?
- 54:26Speaker 1: Right? What about do they swim?
- 54:29Speaker 3: Do they promise you'll feel better? Welcome to the Dirty
- 54:34Speaker 3: Little Secret.
- 54:35Speaker 1: It'spparently the kid candic Selow past producer poo And if
- 54:37Speaker 1: you got a secret, you let us know anytime you

- 54:52Speaker 5: he had a break up with this current girlfriend of
- 54:54Speaker 5: nine months.
- 54:55Speaker 1: Okay, and the proposal was beautiful.
- 54:57Speaker 5: It was what I didn't tell anybody is that day
- 55:00Speaker 5: on Friday is the girl he just dumped to reach
- 55:03Speaker 5: down to me on DMS and she wanted to go
- 55:06Speaker 5: on the air and tell her side of the story.
- 55:08Speaker 5: And I'm gonna let you decide whether we put her
- 55:09Speaker 5: on the air or not. And some people are like,
- 55:11Speaker 5: what do you mean, Why would you even question it?
- 55:13Speaker 1: Why?
- 55:14Speaker 5: Because I felt bad because I didn't want to ruin
- 55:16Speaker 5: this guy's moment. Yeah, I didn't mention it Friday because
- 55:20Speaker 5: I definitely thought that would ruin the proposal that day.
- 55:22Speaker 3: I would have. I wish you would have told me still,
- 55:24Speaker 3: but it definitely would have.
- 55:25Speaker 5: I know, well, I didn't want to tell you because
- 55:27Speaker 5: I knew you were gonna be like put her on
- 55:28Speaker 5: Who cares? You would have been like, let's go, which
- 55:31Speaker 5: I get it, but I'm gonna let the listeners decide.
- 55:33Speaker 5: You're the fourth member of the show. Officially, we have
- 55:36Speaker 5: no budget for you, so we can't pay you to
- 55:38Speaker 5: be on the show, but you are, so go vote
- 55:42Speaker 5: on whether I should or not. I haven't checked the poll,
- 55:43Speaker 5: but it's at Mix one O two nine FM on
- 55:45Speaker 5: Instagram at mix one O two nine FM. If you
- 55:48Speaker 5: say so, I'm gonna put her on. But she wrote
- 55:50Speaker 5: me a DMS like I'm gonna tell my side of
- 55:51Speaker 5: the story. This is hysterical, So I don't know what's hysterical.
- 55:54Speaker 5: She didn't say because he didn't say anything bad about her.
- 55:57Speaker 10: No, not at all.
- 55:58Speaker 5: He's being very nice and respectful, but he just didn't
- 56:00Speaker 5: really talk about her a lot. And she got dumped
- 56:02Speaker 5: four days before Valentine's Day. Kind of sucked either way.
- 56:05Speaker 1: So go vote. We'll decide.
- 56:07Speaker 5: We'll let you know seven thirty tomorrow if we're going
- 56:09Speaker 5: to have her on tomorrow when I see the final
- 56:11Speaker 5: results of the poll.
- 56:13Speaker 1: Now you have a secret too, what's going on.
- 56:15Speaker 8: I'm calling because I have a confession, obviously, okay, and
- 56:18Speaker 8: I already know how this sounds, but I need you
- 56:20Speaker 8: to listen to me here.
- 56:21Speaker 4: I don't use dating apps. I really hate them. Everything
- 56:25Speaker 4: feels filtered, rehearsed, and it just it's so fake. So
- 56:29Speaker 4: what I do instead is I use Facebook Marketplace.
- 56:32Speaker 3: You date?
- 56:36Speaker 1: Is that where you sell stuff? Yeah? Facebook Marketplayer, Yeah,
- 56:40Speaker 1: it's awesome.
- 56:41Speaker 3: You mean a dating section on there, though?
- 56:42Speaker 5: Is there there's a dating section of Facebook dating is, yeah,
- 56:46Speaker 5: but not Facebook Marketplace.
- 56:47Speaker 1: That's different. But you use Facebook Marketplace, yeah, I mean
- 56:50Speaker 1: all I do.
- 56:51Speaker 4: Is scroll Marketplace the same, you know, the same way
- 56:53Speaker 4: other women who stroll on hns, like you know, you
- 56:56Speaker 4: click on profile, I see if they're cute, you know,
- 56:58Speaker 4: if they're single, and then I look at what they're selling.
- 57:00Speaker 1: Okay, this is yeah, that's.
- 57:06Speaker 5: So you just kind of go through profiles to see
- 57:09Speaker 5: if someone's cute, and then if they're selling something, what
- 57:12Speaker 5: do you do you I mean reach out or.
- 57:15Speaker 4: Well, I message them like a normal buyer, would you know?
- 57:17Speaker 4: I act interested, I asked questions, and if the vibe
- 57:20Speaker 4: feels right, I'll, you know, I will actually buy something
- 57:22Speaker 4: just to have a reason to meet up in real life.
- 57:24Speaker 4: But here's the thing, it works. You see the real
- 57:27Speaker 4: side of people, no cliche bios. No cheesy prompts, nothing
- 57:31Speaker 4: like that.
- 57:32Speaker 1: This is hysterical.
- 57:34Speaker 3: I do seal Facebook.
- 57:36Speaker 5: I do know people you have met on you know, Facebook,
- 57:40Speaker 5: Marketplace or I don't know if it was Facebook, marketplace
- 57:42Speaker 5: or Craigslist.
- 57:43Speaker 3: Like they met up to meet on a like random sale, yes,
- 57:47Speaker 3: and then.
- 57:47Speaker 5: They ended up going out on a date. I never
- 57:49Speaker 5: thought it would be strategic, but this is something you do.
- 57:52Speaker 5: You know, it does make sense. So because it does
- 57:53Speaker 5: seem like it would be more organic than like a
- 57:56Speaker 5: dating app, because I've never been on a dating app,
- 57:58Speaker 5: I can't even imagine how awful they are same.
- 58:00Speaker 4: It's honestly amazing though, because here's the thing. I've had
- 58:04Speaker 4: so many great dates this way, including this one guy
- 58:06Speaker 4: we actually dated for six months and he was really great,
- 58:09Speaker 4: Like he just wasn't like, you know, the one So
- 58:12Speaker 4: you all have any regrets.
- 58:13Speaker 1: So you actually found a guy that you dated for
- 58:15Speaker 1: and he was a decent guy.
- 58:17Speaker 4: Yeah, he was great, And you know, I really thought
- 58:19Speaker 4: about it. I just don't find this creepy at all.
- 58:21Speaker 4: I think it's really smart.
- 58:23Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 58:23Speaker 4: I'm gonna be honest, like I'm gonna encourage other women
- 58:26Speaker 4: to do this.
- 58:27Speaker 5: I'll be honest. So if it was if it was
- 58:28Speaker 5: a guy doing this, I think women would call him creepy. Yeah,
- 58:31Speaker 5: because there might be a little double standard going on
- 58:33Speaker 5: here also, like the.
- 58:35Speaker 3: Products that women sell and the products that men sell.
- 58:37Speaker 3: I mean some probably overlap, like furniture and things like that. Sure,
- 58:41Speaker 3: but weird.
- 58:42Speaker 7: I mean, the only time I've been on there, they
- 58:44Speaker 7: always say kind of it seems kind of shady. I
- 58:47Speaker 7: bought a football helmet there one time, and they were like,
- 58:49Speaker 7: it's it's gonna be on the front door, and you know,
- 58:51Speaker 7: I didn't see who I was purchasing it from, and.
- 58:53Speaker 3: Stuff like like done it, he does it, and like
- 58:56Speaker 3: they meet up. But that big stuff.
- 58:58Speaker 5: I've done it multiple times. I have always met up
- 59:00Speaker 5: with the person selling. I've never had him leave it
- 59:02Speaker 5: for me. Yeah, So what kind of shady stuff is that?
- 59:06Speaker 1: I'm just saying. I don't think that was a football helmet,
- 59:10Speaker 1: So okay, I.
- 59:11Speaker 5: Mean, and you can also probably see on their profile
- 59:13Speaker 5: if they're married or single or yeah, where they want sitting.
- 59:17Speaker 4: There in you already know where they live. You can
- 59:20Speaker 4: you know, you know what their house looks like, and
- 59:21Speaker 4: you know what. Hey, at least they can commit to
- 59:23Speaker 4: a price and a meeting time. That's more than I
- 59:25Speaker 4: could stay for a lot of other men out there.
- 59:27Speaker 1: Sorry, guys, I feel you on that. So what what
- 59:31Speaker 1: is the weird part?
- 59:32Speaker 10: Is?
- 59:32Speaker 1: You have to buy stuff? So what do you buying?
- 59:34Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 59:35Speaker 1: You have to I guess you have to try to
- 59:37Speaker 1: use or something search or product.
- 59:38Speaker 3: Right if you're looking for it?
- 59:40Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 59:40Speaker 4: Okay, So the most random thing I've ever bought just
- 59:43Speaker 4: to meet a guy. It was a power drill for
- 59:45Speaker 4: forty dollars and I actually don't need it.
- 59:48Speaker 8: I'll tell you this.
- 59:49Speaker 4: I still have the drill and I got a great
- 59:51Speaker 4: date out of it.
- 59:52Speaker 1: And you dated the guy.
- 59:54Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, you can just resell the drill later, Yeah
- 59:57Speaker 3: for sixty make some money.
- 59:58Speaker 1: Mother, dude, Right, this might be a genius move. I
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: don't know if maybe I should do this.
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: Yeah, let's try to hook you up on marketplace?
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: Yeah, what do I need?
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: I mean find something you could buy?
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: Maybe let's try with Yeah, Yeah, we'll have you, like,
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: maybe go someone. What is what women sell on there? Everything? Right?
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: You never on there? But yeah, I'm sure there's I'll
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: try to.
- 1:00:25Speaker 5: Find you a Facebook Marketplace date and then we'll reach
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: out to her it looks like a piece.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: Of art or something. Yes, like that, you might actually like.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: I'm already creeped out.
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: Actually, man, thank you so much. You are awesome, and
- 1:00:39Speaker 5: keep us updated on what's going on, because that's hysterical.
- 1:00:41Speaker 8: I thanks for having me, guys,
