  SPEAKER_00: Sure.
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: I would say if you know, this is the way I look at it.
• 1:49
SPEAKER_00: And because I look at it this way, we know it's right.
• 1:52
  SPEAKER_01: Sure.
• 1:53
  SPEAKER_00: Just follow that.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_01: And then I'm gonna correct ourselves.
• 1:55
  SPEAKER_00: Just follow that logic.
• 1:57
  SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: If you know who George Washington is, if you know who Abraham Lincoln is, they're key important uh presidents, early, early presidents, okay?
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: There are a lot of people in there that didn't do crap.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_00: They just sat in, you know, they just they were the but you know the the big three, okay?
• 2:15
SPEAKER_00: Or you know, if you know the big couple, you know, in the beginning.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_01: The second president, who's that guy?
• 2:19
  SPEAKER_01: John Adams.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_00: But anyway, uh so if it turns out that, you know, you uh Is that true?
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: If you know that I did say that with extreme confidence.
• 2:31
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: So uh if you know after that, I don't know.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but that doesn't matter because you know George Washington, you know uh Abraham Lincoln.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_01: I like how you say it doesn't matter.
• 2:44
SPEAKER_01: Every history teacher is like, whoa.
• 2:46
  SPEAKER_00: Well, school's over.
• 2:47
SPEAKER_00: So what are you gonna do?
• 2:48
  SPEAKER_00: Fuck me now?
• 2:49
SPEAKER_00: I mean, come on, you got a half day left and I'll mire it tomorrow.
• 2:52
  SPEAKER_00: But whatever.
• 2:53
SPEAKER_01: This is why our presidential knowledge is embarrassing.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_00: So, well, 50% of our audience says there's no other president but Trump.
• 3:00
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
• 3:01
SPEAKER_00: So there you go, geniuses.
• 3:03
  SPEAKER_00: So all the way.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: So if you want, if you think about it, old, old, old times, those are the two you really need to know about.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_00: There's there's other ones that are okay, but whatever.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_00: You know, then start coming more to modern times.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: I feel if you knew who FTR was, that was critical.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_00: He was a president during the Second World War through 98% of it until he died, right?
• 3:24
SPEAKER_01: Well, but what about like Nixon and Watergate?
• 3:25
SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm coming to that.
• 3:27
  SPEAKER_01: Okay, okay.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_01: I thought you were gonna jump straight to like Obama.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: No, no, but that's actually kind of true.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: I don't expect you to know a lot about Watergate uh and Nixon.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_00: I mean, what else do you know Nixon for?
• 3:39
SPEAKER_00: I mean, there's not, you know, he he was crooked, you know?
• 3:42
SPEAKER_01: I was gonna say lying.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so okay, that's there.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_01: Then why do I know Bill Clinton?
• 3:47
  SPEAKER_01: Well, you know.
• 3:48
SPEAKER_00: Well, we all know why we know Bill Clinton.
• 3:50
SPEAKER_00: Oh wow JFK is another one you should know because they were big moments in history.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_01: I have them on my wall.

• 4:09
  SPEAKER_01: So I I hung it up.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_00: So, in your defense, if you know the big presidents at big historical times.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_01: Well, okay, but here's the here's the thing.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_01: In the podcast, this comes up, we talked about the guy who got assassinated in Buffalo.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: Well, and that is McKinley?
• 4:24
SPEAKER_00: Yes, that's only unique to this area because what happened in Buffalo.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_01: So so Zach says to me, I told you that story, and you you acted like when Scott was telling you it was the first time you heard it.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, I'm because in reality it was the first time you listened to it.
• 4:42
  SPEAKER_01: True.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_01: And then one other one.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_01: So then in the podcast we talked about, we were I was quizzing Scott about the presidents on currency.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_01: So I was like, okay, who's on the dollar bill, who's on the five dollar bill, who's on the and then we went into the change and all that stuff.
• 4:57
SPEAKER_01: So he goes, first of all, you said Hamilton, not a president.
• 5:02
  SPEAKER_01: Whoops.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_01: And then he goes, Franklin, also not a president.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh, it's getting a little hot here.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Benjamin Franklin was not a president.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_01: I know, I know, but I'm embarrassed because I I literally You know what you do?

  SPEAKER_00: You you stand.
• 5:19
SPEAKER_00: This is this is some this can be used in lots of different couples discussions, lots of different subjects.
• 5:26
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: I know a little about the important things and a lot about the unimportant things.
• 5:31
SPEAKER_01: And I do, but here's the problem is I'm so much like Gail Payne, I confidently say the wrong answers.
• 5:38
  SPEAKER_00: Which I appreciate.
• 5:39
  SPEAKER_00: I do.
