If you’re planning to catch the Fourth of July fireworks in D.C. from your boat, think again—major water restrictions are in place. The Anacostia River between the Frederick Douglass and 11th Street Bridges is off-limits during the show, and a huge stretch of the Potomac from the Woodrow Wilson Bridge down to the 14th Street Bridge is “no wake” all weekend.
