Man Stabbed in Phoenix After Night of Violence | Mesa News
A 40-year-old man, Christian Yepiz Fonseca, died after being stabbed in Phoenix on July 24. Police detained a 59-year-old man at a nearby hotel who was allegedly cornered and attacked by Fonseca and five others — but the older man stabbed back, leading to Fonseca’s death. Though not yet charged with murder, the man has an active out-of-state arrest warrant for another homicide, prompting his current custody.
