- 0:00Speaker 1: Now this is the Mark Simon Show on seven to ten.
- 0:05Speaker 1: Wor Well, he got a lot to get to today.
- 0:13Speaker 1: We've got a lot of lawsuits going on. Trump is
- 0:15Speaker 1: suing the Wall Street Journal, The Justice Department is going
- 0:19Speaker 1: after that Weasley, wormy weirdo, Ejen Carroll, Joe Biden is
- 0:25Speaker 1: suing the Justice Department. We'll get to all of these.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Jill Biden caught in what seems to be massive lies.
- 0:32Speaker 1: We'll get to oil prices, We'll get to Iran. Of course,
- 0:35Speaker 1: we'll get to Kathy Hockel. Huge gaff, What an embarrassing gaff.
- 0:40Speaker 1: She tries to go after Trump claiming he's not a
- 0:42Speaker 1: Knicks fan. And it tells you something about Kathy Hockle
- 0:46Speaker 1: that she never bothered to check the evidence, never bothered
- 0:49Speaker 1: to check the record on Trump and the Knicks. We'll
- 0:53Speaker 1: get to Colbert and Byron Allen in sixty minutes, and
- 0:57Speaker 1: whole lot more coming up in those data centers, this
- 1:00Speaker 1: controversy about the data centers everywhere. Well, there's a little
- 1:04Speaker 1: secret backstory to all of that coming up today. In
- 1:08Speaker 1: the White House, you know, they have the daily Press
- 1:10Speaker 1: Briefing every day where the Press Secretary comes out and
- 1:14Speaker 1: does the briefing and then takes questions and answers about
- 1:18Speaker 1: a half hour an hour. Press Secretary Caroline Levitt is
- 1:22Speaker 1: on maternity leave, and normally when the Press secretary's away,
- 1:25Speaker 1: they put the deputy press secretary. It was never that
- 1:27Speaker 1: good but competent. But President Trump came up with a
- 1:33Speaker 1: great idea instead of that deputy press secretary nobody knows,
- 1:36Speaker 1: Let's have the cabinet membories do it. And the first
- 1:39Speaker 1: day it was Rubio who was dazzling, charming, funny, great
- 1:44Speaker 1: with the press, really did them a lot of good.
- 1:46Speaker 1: And then they let Advance do it. Not as good
- 1:49Speaker 1: as Rubio, but he was pretty good. Today it'll be
- 1:52Speaker 1: Scott Besson, who's also brilliant, I mean absolutely brilliant, super
- 1:56Speaker 1: high IQ and he's got a sense of humor. So
- 2:00Speaker 1: this should be an interesting briefing. That's today at two o'clock.
- 2:06Speaker 1: You know, it's been a big story on the news.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Oil prices up. You know, they go up five points,
- 2:10Speaker 1: up five dollars a gallon lead story on the nightly news,
- 2:15Speaker 1: NBC Nightly News, CBS, ABC Nightly News. The oil prices
- 2:18Speaker 1: are up. So if you've decided that that's a story
- 2:23Speaker 1: that's a headline leading story, the price of oil. Then
- 2:28Speaker 1: how come they don't do it when it goes down?
- 2:31Speaker 1: This week I went down about twelve points twelve dollars
- 2:35Speaker 1: a gallon. It wasn't a story, wasn't on the news.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Came up a little today, but it's still way down
- 2:40Speaker 1: from last week, way down. Why isn't that a story
- 2:46Speaker 1: If it goes up five dollars and that's a big story,
- 2:48Speaker 1: you lead the news with it when it drops twelve
- 2:51Speaker 1: dollars a galln why isn't that a story? Well again,
- 2:55Speaker 1: fake news at work. So hey, this is going to
- 2:58Speaker 1: be an interesting legal battles here. E Gene Carroll. That's
- 3:03Speaker 1: that wacko weirdo woman who took President Trump to court
- 3:08Speaker 1: claiming he raped her in Bergdorff. Goodman. He's talking to
- 3:14Speaker 1: her and then wanted to try on some lingerie, led
- 3:16Speaker 1: her into the dressing room, and it was in the
- 3:18Speaker 1: dressing room that he raped her. Well, there's no evidence
- 3:22Speaker 1: that that ever happened. She can't even give you a
- 3:25Speaker 1: real story. She can't even tell you what year it was.
- 3:28Speaker 1: She can't give you any detail or any can't even
- 3:31Speaker 1: tell you what year it was, what does that tell you.
- 3:34Speaker 1: And if you talk to everybody at berg Druff Goodman,
- 3:37Speaker 1: I have people that were running that store at the time,
- 3:42Speaker 1: they absolutely say it was impossible, couldn't have happened. There's
- 3:47Speaker 1: no way unearth Donald Trump could have walked in there
- 3:49Speaker 1: and not be followed around by a manager or somebody
- 3:53Speaker 1: to help them. It would never happen. Now, I know
- 3:56Speaker 1: everybody was working in that exact floor at the time,
- 4:00Speaker 1: that's the women's store. They tell me that in all
- 4:03Speaker 1: their time there, many years, not once did Donald Trump
- 4:06Speaker 1: ever come in the women's store. I've checked with everybody
- 4:09Speaker 1: at Bergdorf. He did come in the men's store twice.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Both times he came with a bodyguard with him the
- 4:15Speaker 1: whole time, and again a salesperson and a manager escorted
- 4:19Speaker 1: him around the whole time. But he never set foot
- 4:21Speaker 1: in the women's store. So her story absolutely ludicrous. Nobody
- 4:25Speaker 1: in their right mind believes it. So how did you
- 4:27Speaker 1: get so far with that lawsuit? Well, the word was
- 4:32Speaker 1: at the time that the billionaire tech billionaire, Reid Hoffman,
- 4:37Speaker 1: financed the whole thing, got her the finest, toughest lawyers,
- 4:40Speaker 1: got her armies of lawyers paid for the whole thing
- 4:43Speaker 1: was millions of dollars funded the whole thing. And this
- 4:47Speaker 1: happens a lot nowadays. That's how Peter Teel went after Gawker,
- 4:52Speaker 1: that awful website. He wanted to shut him down. He
- 4:54Speaker 1: hired an army of lawyers and they started by looking
- 4:57Speaker 1: through every legal case, lawsuit that was possible against Gawker,
- 5:03Speaker 1: and they found one that they thought was surefire, couldn't miss.
- 5:07Speaker 1: It was the Hull Cogan case. So they went to
- 5:09Speaker 1: Hulk Hogan and backed him with millions of dollars and
- 5:12Speaker 1: armies of the finest lawyers. Well, it seems the same
- 5:15Speaker 1: thing happened with Egen Carroll. That's the allegation, and that
- 5:18Speaker 1: was the word at the time that Reid Hoffman had
- 5:21Speaker 1: financed her, backed her, and they knew if they got
- 5:23Speaker 1: it into a crazy Manhattan courtroom filled with Trump derangement syndrome,
- 5:28Speaker 1: that he would easily be convicted a crazy Trump arrangement
- 5:31Speaker 1: syndrome jury judge was surefire. Now, this thing is being
- 5:36Speaker 1: held up from getting to the higher courts. But when
- 5:39Speaker 1: it gets out of the crazy Manhattan Trump hating world
- 5:43Speaker 1: and to a real court with real people, they'll look
- 5:46Speaker 1: at the evidence and probably toss it out. There's just
- 5:48Speaker 1: not enough evidence to show anything. There's nothing there. So
- 5:54Speaker 1: but apparently somewhere in a deposition, Egen Carroll was asked
- 5:58Speaker 1: about who was financing her law suit and she said,
- 6:01Speaker 1: nobody's financing it. So the Justice Department is now going
- 6:06Speaker 1: after her. There's a criminal investigation into her for perjury,
- 6:09Speaker 1: and it looks like a pretty solid case. So it
- 6:13Speaker 1: should be pretty easy to prove how those lawyers got paid,
- 6:16Speaker 1: so there could be perjury charges against Ejen Carroll. She's
- 6:21Speaker 1: currently under investigation. This will be a great case and
- 6:26Speaker 1: it'll be if justice might finally get done here. Now,
- 6:30Speaker 1: Joe Biden is suing the Justice Department because when he
- 6:35Speaker 1: was writing his book, he sat down with the ghostwriter
- 6:38Speaker 1: and on tape, I guess it was all a video
- 6:40Speaker 1: and audio, the guy interviewed Biden for hours about his life,
- 6:44Speaker 1: and apparently on the interview Biden was in a total fog,
- 6:49Speaker 1: didn't know where he was, couldn't barely talk, would lose
- 6:51Speaker 1: his mind at times. So somehow the special counsel that
- 6:57Speaker 1: was investigating Biden member Biden stole seven thousand classified documents,
- 7:02Speaker 1: had them in his house, had them in his office.
- 7:04Speaker 1: When they were investigating that, they got to hold the
- 7:07Speaker 1: Justice Department, the Special Council got a hold of this tape,
- 7:11Speaker 1: this video, and this is the special counsel that concluded
- 7:15Speaker 1: from watching it. This guy can't go into a courtroom.
- 7:18Speaker 1: His mind is so shot, his faculties are so bad,
- 7:22Speaker 1: you wouldn't be able to testify in a courtroom. And
- 7:25Speaker 1: that's how the one of the reasons the charges got dropped.
- 7:27Speaker 1: So the Justice Department has possession of that recording, so
- 7:32Speaker 1: they're going to release it. Biden is frantically suing the
- 7:36Speaker 1: Justice Department to block the release. They're arguing all kinds
- 7:39Speaker 1: of things, privacy, invasion of privacy. Legal scholars all tell
- 7:44Speaker 1: me he's got very little chance of winning. That most
- 7:47Speaker 1: likely will be released. In fact, they think it's about
- 7:49Speaker 1: ninety nine point nine percent that we're all going to
- 7:52Speaker 1: see that video at some point, and then very embarrassing
- 7:57Speaker 1: for Democrats in the media, you're going to see Biden
- 7:59Speaker 1: was totally completely a vegetable the whole time he was president.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Here's another thing going on. Jill Biden does an interview
- 8:09Speaker 1: for CBS. It's going to be on the Sunday Morning Show.
- 8:12Speaker 1: That's where you know that CBS Sunday morning shows before
- 8:15Speaker 1: Meet the Press. It's a very good show. Jane Paul's
- 8:17Speaker 1: the host, and it's all topics for people over the
- 8:20Speaker 1: age of one hundred. Everybody on it's over one hundred,
- 8:23Speaker 1: so it's perfect for Joe Biden and Jill Biden. And
- 8:27Speaker 1: they asked her about how bad he was, and you
- 8:29Speaker 1: could see the debate how bad he was. That's why
- 8:32Speaker 1: he had to drop out. He was such a vegetable
- 8:34Speaker 1: in the debate. And she says in the interview, I
- 8:38Speaker 1: was Were you shocked when you saw it? She goes, no,
- 8:41Speaker 1: I was scared. I was very scared. I believed he
- 8:43Speaker 1: was having a stroke. I thought he was having a stroke.
- 8:48Speaker 1: I was so scared. Well, if that's the case, if
- 8:51Speaker 1: she was so scared, if somebody's so bad, you'd think
- 8:55Speaker 1: they're having a stroke. But then we go to the
- 8:58Speaker 1: video of her one second after the debate it was over.
- 9:00Speaker 1: There's this video that was seen all over television of
- 9:03Speaker 1: her yelling about how great Joe was. He says. She says, Joe,
- 9:06Speaker 1: you are amazing. You answered every question perfectly. You were unbelievable. Well,
- 9:12Speaker 1: was she lying then, or is she lying now. Everybody
- 9:16Speaker 1: believes that knows them really well. They believe she's lying now,
- 9:23Speaker 1: not that she thought he ate was brilliant in the debate,
- 9:25Speaker 1: but they think she's lying now. They think she never
- 9:28Speaker 1: thought he was having a stroke because at that time,
- 9:31Speaker 1: during those years, that's the way Biden was all the time.
- 9:36Speaker 1: He was always completely lost. His mind was totally shot.
- 9:39Speaker 1: He was like a bird's eye vegetable. He was always
- 9:42Speaker 1: like that. But you can't admit that. You can't admit
- 9:45Speaker 1: you covered that up for four years. You can't admit
- 9:48Speaker 1: you committed elder abuse and kept that quiet. So that's
- 9:51Speaker 1: why the stroke story. So they're going to make it
- 9:54Speaker 1: sound like, oh, you couldn't believe how you looked. Never
- 9:57Speaker 1: saw him like that before. We thought he was having
- 9:59Speaker 1: a stroke, so unusual for him. So that's why the
- 10:02Speaker 1: line now to pretend they never saw him that bad,
- 10:05Speaker 1: that it was so unusual that So it's covering up
- 10:09Speaker 1: their cover up. That's the whole purpose of this lie
- 10:14Speaker 1: lots to get to let's get to this idiotic Kathy
- 10:16Speaker 1: Hokeel Donald Trump. President Trump said he make it probably
- 10:21Speaker 1: will come to a Knicks game. This is unheard of.
- 10:25Speaker 1: No president has ever gone to an NBA championship game.
- 10:29Speaker 1: But then no president ever went to a Super Bowl
- 10:32Speaker 1: till Donald Trump went. So he's gonna come to the
- 10:34Speaker 1: Knicks game. He'll sit in the Madison Square Garden, probably
- 10:37Speaker 1: with the Jim Dolan, the owner. Here's Trump. Jim Dolan's
- 10:41Speaker 1: great guy.
- 10:41Speaker 2: He's, as you know, owns in charge of Madison Square Garden.
- 10:46Speaker 2: He's having a good year, boy, and won a team.
- 10:49Speaker 2: They won all their games. They really they have some
- 10:52Speaker 2: great players. I think I'll be going to one of
- 10:54Speaker 2: the games. I was invited by numerous people and Jim, and.
- 10:59Speaker 1: I think I'll go. Yeah. So what do you do
- 11:02Speaker 1: if you're idiotic, Kathy Hkeel, if your bird brain, Kathy Huckel,
- 11:07Speaker 1: you try to attack him for it, You attack him
- 11:09Speaker 1: over everything. You know. She calls him all the time.
- 11:11Speaker 1: He said, he gets calls from her all the time.
- 11:14Speaker 1: So in private, she's trying to be his buddy. In public,
- 11:17Speaker 1: she's acting like his the worst of him. So she
- 11:19Speaker 1: starts making fun of him that he's not a Knicks fan.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Look at him pandering like Chuck Schumer. He doesn't know
- 11:24Speaker 1: anything about the Knicks. He's never been a Knicks fan.
- 11:26Speaker 1: And she actually tries to make this case.
- 11:33Speaker 3: I asked him to name the starting lineup from nineteen
- 11:36Speaker 3: ninety three championship team to see.
- 11:37Speaker 1: How he does a although it turns out there was
- 11:42Speaker 1: no nineteen ninety three championship team. She's the one who
- 11:45Speaker 1: doesn't know anything about the Knicks, doesn't know what he's
- 11:47Speaker 1: talking about. There was a nineteen seventy three championship team,
- 11:51Speaker 1: but in ninety three they lost the championship. There was
- 11:53Speaker 1: no championship team. And again she's kind of I mean,
- 11:58Speaker 1: we know she's not too bright, but check the record.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Trump has always been a big, big Knicks fan. You
- 12:05Speaker 1: can find a thousand pictures of my online all through
- 12:08Speaker 1: the eighties, nineties, two thousands, sitting in the front row
- 12:12Speaker 1: of a Knicks game. He was in a million Knicks games.
- 12:15Speaker 1: I remember back then. I'm not a basketball fan. I
- 12:17Speaker 1: have no interest in basketball. Back in the nineties the
- 12:21Speaker 1: two thousands, sometimes you'd see him and he start talking
- 12:23Speaker 1: about how the Knicks did last night, and I don't
- 12:25Speaker 1: know what he was talking about, but huge Knicks fan. Actually,
- 12:28Speaker 1: go to my Twitter, you'll see a video of him
- 12:33Speaker 1: hanging out with the Knicks way back then. In fact,
- 12:35Speaker 1: you'll see him throwing the ball and actually scoring a
- 12:40Speaker 1: basket with the knicks. So I remember the apprentice he
- 12:44Speaker 1: put the knicks on. He's always been a huge Knicks fan.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Tremendous gaff for idiotic Kathy Hokeel. So these data centers
- 12:54Speaker 1: are opening up all over the place, and it's causing
- 12:57Speaker 1: tremendous controversy, even riots protests. AI is obviously getting bigger
- 13:04Speaker 1: and bigger. And to do AI you need massive data centers.
- 13:09Speaker 1: You know, they talk about the environment and the climate
- 13:12Speaker 1: and electricity, and well nothing nothing uses more electricity than
- 13:18Speaker 1: an AI AI search. Even a Google search uses a
- 13:23Speaker 1: ton of electricity. So you can take all the trucks
- 13:25Speaker 1: and buses and gas gouthers in the world, they don't
- 13:30Speaker 1: use one millionth of the energy that AI uses. So
- 13:34Speaker 1: to do AI, you got to build massive data centers
- 13:38Speaker 1: and put them in a community. Now many communities are protesting.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Some are legitimate. There's that mister wonderful Kevin O'Leary's data
- 13:45Speaker 1: center in that state. It's a small town and they're
- 13:48Speaker 1: worried it's using like three times the electricity of that
- 13:52Speaker 1: town normally has. It's causing residents to have less electricity,
- 13:57Speaker 1: less water pressure, all that. So this not really even protests.
- 14:02Speaker 1: They're just holding community meetings, you know, trying to get
- 14:05Speaker 1: it stopped. But in other areas, especially in New Jersey,
- 14:08Speaker 1: there's riots in front of data centers. Now it looks
- 14:13Speaker 1: like these are all environmentalists or people concerned about electricate.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Just a few. But most of this is funded by China.
- 14:22Speaker 1: We're in a real AI battle with China. We're ahead
- 14:25Speaker 1: of them in this battle, but they're trying to crush
- 14:29Speaker 1: our AI capabilities. So many of these protests are paid for,
- 14:34Speaker 1: funded by China by Neville Roy Singham, who's the George Soros,
- 14:39Speaker 1: the other George Soros. He's in China, operates out of China,
- 14:43Speaker 1: uses the money of the communist Chinese government, so they
- 14:47Speaker 1: are funding this. And who jumps in to help out?
- 14:50Speaker 1: Who partners with the Chinese on this? Mikey Cheryl left
- 14:54Speaker 1: wing Democrats yelling and screaming about data centers today.
- 14:57Speaker 3: The public has no clue how much energy or wh
- 15:00Speaker 3: any of these data centers actually need. I want to
- 15:03Speaker 3: mandate transparency and start by requiring data centers to report
- 15:08Speaker 3: energy and water used to the public every six months.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Well, they're not supposed to report it to us because
- 15:13Speaker 1: I don't know what they could give me all the numbers.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I don't know what the hell I'm looking at. You're
- 15:16Speaker 1: the governor, You're supposed to go meet with them privately,
- 15:19Speaker 1: examine their numbers, and you make the dec that we're
- 15:22Speaker 1: paying you for to know this stuff, and decided you
- 15:25Speaker 1: can give me all the data center electricity numbers. Well
- 15:28Speaker 1: what do I don't know if it's good or bad.
- 15:30Speaker 1: But Democrats are jumping in on this. They may even
- 15:34Speaker 1: know it's the communist Chinese funding these riots, these protests.
- 15:38Speaker 1: You know, they don't care if whatever it hurts the Republicans.
- 15:41Speaker 1: They're get involved.
- 15:41Speaker 3: We're going to make sure that data centers engage with
- 15:44Speaker 3: and invest back in the communities where they built. This
- 15:48Speaker 3: isn't an uncommon ask. For a long time in America
- 15:51Speaker 3: was understood that if a business wants to thrive in
- 15:53Speaker 3: a community, it has to give back to that community.
- 15:57Speaker 1: That's what every business does. That's what a business is.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Come into the community. Here, We're going to spend two
- 16:01Speaker 1: billion dollars. We're going to hire four hundred people. We're
- 16:04Speaker 1: going to pay all these taxes they are given back, so.
- 16:07Speaker 3: We're developing strong statewide guidelines for community benefit agreements for
- 16:11Speaker 3: this industry, deals that will require data centers to address
- 16:15Speaker 3: issues like noise, light, and pollution, deals to invest in
- 16:19Speaker 3: surrounding towns and schools, housing, whatever those towns decide that
- 16:23Speaker 3: they most need.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Yeah, so I'm it's all fake and phony. It's all
- 16:28Speaker 1: a mess of it paid for by China trying to
- 16:30Speaker 1: screw up us in the AI race. But for Mikey, Cheryl,
- 16:34Speaker 1: for a Corey Booker, for all the crazy Democrats, it's
- 16:37Speaker 1: like the ice facilities. We'll'll get to that coming up.
- 16:40Speaker 1: If it's a good political tool, a good if they
- 16:42Speaker 1: can weaponize it. They don't care who's funding it. Hey,
- 16:45Speaker 1: we'll take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three
- 16:47Speaker 1: to two one zero seven ten is the number. Eight
- 16:50Speaker 1: hundred three two one zero seven ten
