  Our kind and most gracious, dear Heavenly Father, Lord, we just thank you for
• 1:38
  this another opportunity to come before you.
• 1:41
  Lord, I am so grateful that I know that when I come before your throne,
• 1:44
  that you are there, that you are listening, that you care and that
• 1:47
  you are the supreme answer for any question i
• 1:50
  might have i thank you lord that when i come to
• 1:53
  you that you will answer me and i thank you
• 1:55
  lord that you show me great and mighty things which i would never know in any
• 1:59
  other way just like you told jeremiah i thank you dear heavenly father that
• 2:03
  you bid me come i thank you lord that you constantly knock at my heart's door
• 2:09
  to spend time with me and to comfort me and to talk with me and to lead me and guide me,
• 2:15
  not because of what I am or who I am but
• 2:17
  because of whose I am because I am
• 2:20
  yours and you are my savior I ask
• 2:24
  you Lord that you would be with each and every one of us as we look into your
• 2:27
  holy word that you would open our eyes and you would open our heart and that
• 2:31
  you would clear our minds and that we would walk away from here being able to
• 2:35
  see a clearer picture of who you are than we've ever had before I pray Lord
• 2:39
  that you would increase our faith do you allow us to feel your presence.
• 2:45
  Lord, and that you would allow us to grow closer to you.
• 2:48
  I thank you for your promise that if we would draw nigh unto you,
• 2:51
  that you would draw nigh unto us.
• 2:53
  I thank you for your promises that you're never going to change.
• 2:56
  You're the same today as you've always been, and you'll be the same tomorrow, and I can count on you.

  You're worthy of my praise.
• 3:05
  And Lord, so worthy of my trust. I pray, Lord, that you would be with us.
• 3:11
  Watch over us and protect us.

  Teach my eyes to see through the filter of faith. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

  I think one of the saddest accounts of any human's behavior was when Doubting
• 3:28
  Thomas, hence his name Doubting, was faced with Jesus.
• 3:35
  And unless he could put his hand in the scars that were left by the spears in
• 3:43
  our Savior's side, he wasn't going to believe.
• 3:46
  I think that the mercy and the grace that God showed him was amazing because he allowed him that.
• 3:53
  But when doubting Thomas saw that and he realized exactly who Christ was at that moment,
• 4:00
  christ talked about how much greater it was for those who believed without having
• 4:05
  to see but i want to point out to you that in that account the lord gave thomas
• 4:11
  what he needed to believe he showed him who he was and i personally believe
• 4:18
  with every fiber of my body.
• 4:20
  That Jesus reveals himself to every person, but you still have to choose to believe.
• 4:28
  The power of belief is amazing, for with belief we obtain salvation through
• 4:35
  our faith in Jesus Christ.
• 4:37
  The Bible says that all things are possible to him that believe us.
• 4:41
  And in Hebrews chapter 11 and verse 6, he says, but without faith it is impossible to please him.
• 4:48
  Then he goes on to say, for he that cometh to God must believe that he is,
• 4:55
  that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
• 4:59
  You know, in this popular nomenclature of the world today, they'll say,
• 5:03
  well, seeing is believing.
• 5:05
  But in God's world, believing is seeing.
• 5:11
  I know beyond a shadow of a doubt, if I would die right now,
• 5:15
  that Jesus would call me home.
• 5:18
  That I would make that transformation from earth to heaven guided by the almighty hand of God.
• 5:27
  And I believe that there'll be a crowd of witnesses round about me as I make
• 5:33
  that entrance into that city.
• 5:35
  And I believe I will feel at home because I know in whom I am believed,
• 5:43
  and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I've committed unto him against that day.
• 5:51
  I can see heaven in my mind's eye and it very well may look different than what
• 5:56
  you see when you see heaven in your mind's eye.
• 5:59
  But if you are a child of the most high God and you walk with him and you talk
• 6:03
  with him and you've read his scriptures and you allow him to teach you and lead you and guide you,
• 6:09
  You have a you have a picture of heaven and you are strongly attached to the
• 6:17
  belief that your God will take you from this world to the next. I can see it.
• 6:25
  I can see my mom and dad and that cloud of witnesses that the book of Hebrew
• 6:29
  tells me there is. And the book of Romans.
• 6:32
  I can see my loved ones who've gone on before me in a place where they are free from pain and sickness.
• 6:42
  Where there's no trouble, there's no heartache, no tears.
• 6:47
  Where there's joy everlasting and they're praising the heavenly father.
• 6:52
  Where their faith has ended in sight. I can see that in my mind's eyes.
• 6:58
  And for that, the Lord has rewarded me with peace and joy.
• 7:04
  And when the devil comes knocking and begins to whittle at my face,
• 7:08
  I learned that the psalmist David told me to hide his word of my heart that.
• 7:13
  I wouldn't sin against him.
• 7:14
  And so when the devil comes knocking, I began to quote the holy word of God.
• 7:19
  And I watched the devil flee because in the name of Jesus, he must leave.
• 7:23
  And when my eyes are focused on the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords,
• 7:27
  and let's just get it down personal.
• 7:30
  When my eyes are focused on my Redeemer, on my Savior, there's no room for doubt.
• 7:40
  You see, when Thomas was able to focus his eyes upon the flesh of Jesus,
• 7:46
  he no longer wondered if he was the Savior.
• 7:50
  But you and I, as believers, have the Holy Spirit in us to allow us to focus
• 7:58
  our eyes upon who God is, upon who he said he is, upon the accounts in the scripture,
• 8:05
  upon the love of God, upon the amazing grace of Jesus, upon the mercy of his blood.
• 8:12
  And we can see the doubt fly as we focus on who he is, as we see how he has watched us,
• 8:20
  as he has maintained us, as he has put himself around us, as he showered us
• 8:25
  with his blessing, as we focus our eyes upon the truth of who God is,
• 8:30
  not only for the world but for us individually,
• 8:34
  then our doubts will fly just as when Thomas saw Jesus for who he was,
• 8:39
  there was no room for doubts.
• 8:42
  The Bible says that without faith, it is impossible to please him.
• 8:48
  Oh, how I want to please him today.
• 8:51
  And oh, how easy it is to have faith in a God that cannot fail.
• 8:55
  When I think that God, his son not sparing,
• 9:00
  looked down through time, knowing the sinful, vile person that I would be wiped away all my sins.
• 9:12
  When I believe to know that he knew that that would not be the end of forgiving
• 9:19
  me, he would forgive me for my sins once and for all.
• 9:22
  But I would be asking for forgiveness for the little things I do every day that
• 9:26
  he would clean the dust off my feet as I walk through this world,
• 9:30
  knowing for sure that my salvation is sure where he paid once for all on the cross of Calvary.
• 9:35
  And he doesn't have to die again for me.
• 9:38
  And when he comes back this next time, he's not coming back as the Lamb of God.
• 9:42
  He's coming back as the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords and he's going to
• 9:46
  receive unto himself those which he died for, those which he bought.
• 9:52
  Those whom he loved and relieved in him.
• 9:55
  They would receive his amazing grace and those whom he loved who did not receive
• 10:00
  his grace will die and go to hell.
• 10:03
  But those of us will be the bride of Christ and he'll march us in to the entrance of heaven.
• 10:08
  And that cloud of witnesses will be looking down upon us and they'll be watching
• 10:14
  and praising for they'll know that we've made it in.
• 10:18
  There'll be no doubt in their mind for they've stood on the other side and they've
• 10:23
  watched the King of Kings watch us.
• 10:25
  They've watched the King of Kings give us blessings.
• 10:28
  They've watched the King of Kings lead us. They've watched us walk in faith.
• 10:32
  They've watched us walk in his power. They've watched us speak in his name.
• 10:36
  They've watched the world look at us. And they've seen that we stood the test
• 10:41
  through the power of God, through the blessings of his grace,
• 10:45
  through his love and his mercy.
• 10:46
  And when we come into that city, we're not going to be pilgrims and strangers.
• 10:51
  We're going to be the king of king's family. We're going to have a robe upon us.
• 10:55
  We'll have his ring of air upon us.
• 10:58
  We'll have all that he ever has for us. But we don't have to wait to get there
• 11:03
  to have that communication.
• 11:04
  We have it now in Jesus.
• 11:07
  We walk by faith. And he's as real as anything you've ever seen or ever known.
• 11:16
  He is so real in your life, if you'll just let him be, that everything that
• 11:22
  affects you affects him.
• 11:25
  And everything that happens comes through his nail-scarred hands.
• 11:29
  And if you will listen, just listen to his voice.
• 11:34
  He'll tell you the way to go. And those blessings that come upon you will bring
• 11:39
  you peace. And they'll bring you joy.
• 11:41
  And they'll not fall by the wayside as the sea did in the thorny ground.
• 11:46
  But they'll hold tight to you. They'll hold tight to your hand.
• 11:50
  They'll give you the peace you need. They'll give you the vision you need.
• 11:55
  Your eyes will be fixed on Jesus.
• 11:57
  And you'll see clearly. It won't be dark. And it won't be scary.

  But it'll be bright and clear and peaceful for
• 12:05
  the son of God will be the light that is lighting your
• 12:08
  path and you can walk in a surety as he's
• 12:11
  made the path clear and you'll be safe in
• 12:14
  the arms of Jesus and that cloud of witnesses is just waiting to welcome you
• 12:19
  in but while you're here you need to be looking as sure through those eyes of
• 12:25
  faith as you will that day you make your entrance into that city. Jesus loves me.
• 12:34
  This I know, and nothing in this world can ever take that away.
• 12:39
  It didn't give it to me, and it can't take it away.
