- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice, they would no. Welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I'm your host from Shooter and it's Tuesday, which means
- 0:20Speaker 1: our dear friend Delana Dixon joins us. Hey, miss d
- 0:24Speaker 1: are you there?
- 0:25Speaker 2: I am, and I'm feeling so relaxed after my trip
- 0:28Speaker 2: on the Royal Caribbean O Lore of the Seeds.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Oh, miss d I've been following you on Instagram. I'm
- 0:35Speaker 1: so jealousy. It looked like such a fabulous vacation. This
- 0:38Speaker 1: was a family vacation, wasn't it. This wasn't a press trip,
- 0:41Speaker 1: this wasn't work. This was you and your family.
- 0:43Speaker 2: Yes, it was just me and my family, so basically
- 0:46Speaker 2: all my sister's family, the nephews, the husband. They're all
- 0:50Speaker 2: born in May and it's Mother's Day as well, so
- 0:53Speaker 2: we decided to take the entire family on the trip.
- 0:56Speaker 2: But I think they did a little research because I
- 0:58Speaker 2: got called on Tuesday, asked to come to a certain
- 1:00Speaker 2: deck and they interviewed me about being a journalist and
- 1:04Speaker 2: they were like, you work for Diva gals, Dailly, you
- 1:06Speaker 2: do a little something for Ebony. I'm like, oh, you
- 1:08Speaker 2: have done your homework. I gotta put on my last
- 1:12Speaker 2: of course I did. Of course I said, you can
- 1:14Speaker 2: hear me on Naughty but Nice with at iHeartRadio. So
- 1:18Speaker 2: of course I gave us a shout out.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Oh, since they were so nice to you, look at you,
- 1:23Speaker 1: Kate Winslet up on the fancy deck of this fabulous boat.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Scenes they were so nice to you. Let's give them
- 1:29Speaker 1: another shout out. We're not getting paid for this, everybody.
- 1:31Speaker 1: This is purely because you had a great time and
- 1:33Speaker 1: they looked after Misty. Who were they?
- 1:36Speaker 2: It was the Royal Caribbean, Allora the seas. We went
- 1:39Speaker 2: to the Bahamas, Nasa and a perfect day in Cocoka.
- 1:43Speaker 2: So if you're looking for a little trip, a little getaway,
- 1:46Speaker 2: go you can see Mama Mia on the boat. They
- 1:48Speaker 2: do the full production. There's an ice skating rink and
- 1:51Speaker 2: of course tons and tons of food. Ooh, I think
- 1:53Speaker 2: I gained five pounds.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Is the food included in the price? Did you have
- 1:56Speaker 1: to pay extra?
- 1:57Speaker 2: No, the food is included in the price, so you
- 1:59Speaker 2: can eat it at the main dining room or the windjammer.
- 2:01Speaker 2: And there's all sorts of things you can get, like
- 2:04Speaker 2: ice cream and donuts. But there are a lot of
- 2:06Speaker 2: specialty restaurants on the boat. We went to Sabor. We
- 2:09Speaker 2: went to a Zuomi and had Mexican and Japanese food.
- 2:12Speaker 2: But those you pay for but you don't have. You
- 2:14Speaker 2: can get on the boat and just eat for free.
- 2:16Speaker 2: You do have to pay for the drink package.
- 2:22Speaker 1: We love ourselves a voozy oozy. Hey, Happy Mommy's Day
- 2:25Speaker 1: to your mommy, and happy birthday to your sister, her husband's,
- 2:29Speaker 1: your nephew's and welcome back. Okay, let's jump into the show.
- 2:32Speaker 1: What time is it, my friends? It is tea time
- 2:34Speaker 1: King report out of London. Prince Harry and Mega Mockel's wedding,
- 2:38Speaker 1: which was six years ago, everybody, can we move on?
- 2:41Speaker 1: Was called miserable and a disaster by a royal photographer,
- 2:45Speaker 1: so Arthur Edwards. He's actually a very important royal photographer.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I know him. He's been capturing royal moments since nineteen
- 2:54Speaker 1: seventy seven and he described the twenty eighteen wedding of
- 2:59Speaker 1: Harry and Megan as the absolute worst royal event he's
- 3:03Speaker 1: ever covered. So in a new candid interview with the
- 3:05Speaker 1: Sun in the UK, Arthur shared his frustrations about being
- 3:10Speaker 1: a photographer trying to capture the couple at Saint George's
- 3:14Speaker 1: Chapel at Windsor Castle. He said, quote, the day was
- 3:18Speaker 1: a miserable day. It was the worst royal engagement I
- 3:22Speaker 1: ever did. Because Harry was determined to keep the newspapers
- 3:27Speaker 1: away from it as much as possible. So he said
- 3:30Speaker 1: he had to shoot with the long lens. He wasn't
- 3:33Speaker 1: allowed anywhere near the royals. It was absolutely hopeless. It
- 3:37Speaker 1: was all a disaster. Then he said too, the carriage,
- 3:40Speaker 1: the carriage shot. We all want that shot of them
- 3:43Speaker 1: in the carriage. When they went past them in the carriage.
- 3:46Speaker 1: All the photographers from around the world, but including the
- 3:49Speaker 1: British papers Harry and Meghan turned the other way. Now,
- 3:53Speaker 1: he was asked, do you think that was deliberate, and
- 3:56Speaker 1: he said I felt so. It wasn't just me, the
- 3:59Speaker 1: whole British press in many ways felt like we were
- 4:02Speaker 1: treated badly. Now, a couple of things he had. He
- 4:04Speaker 1: was not the official wedding photographer. So when you get married, mister,
- 4:07Speaker 1: you hire a photographer because of who he is, a
- 4:10Speaker 1: lot of other photographers turn up the press and so
- 4:13Speaker 1: the press were not in the church. They were kept
- 4:15Speaker 1: across the street. However, the Royals do know how to
- 4:18Speaker 1: do this. They handle the press very carefully. They need
- 4:21Speaker 1: the press. And so Harry has decided he's just not
- 4:24Speaker 1: going to be part of that game. It's his choice.
- 4:26Speaker 1: This is absolutely him and Megan here deciding we don't
- 4:29Speaker 1: want to play by the usual rules. Well, the press
- 4:32Speaker 1: got really angry about that because they got entitled I
- 4:36Speaker 1: Lee of seeing the royals. It's a complicated thing here, mister,
- 4:39Speaker 1: because it is a relationship that is a circle. The
- 4:43Speaker 1: press needs the royals, the royals need the press. It's
- 4:46Speaker 1: gone this way for a long time. Sometimes it's not
- 4:50Speaker 1: being good, sometimes it's being glorious. I think at the
- 4:53Speaker 1: moment the press are really respecting Cape Middleton. They're staying
- 4:56Speaker 1: away from her. So they do play nice if you
- 4:58Speaker 1: play with them. We're members of the press, mystery, and
- 5:01Speaker 1: so we know how to play this game. It's called
- 5:04Speaker 1: quit pro quo, and we all do it to a
- 5:07Speaker 1: certain degree. EVN The New York Times, all the big outlets.
- 5:11Speaker 1: If you want an interview with the celebrity and your
- 5:14Speaker 1: Good Morning America or the Today Shaw, you can't talk
- 5:17Speaker 1: bad about them the day before because they're not going
- 5:19Speaker 1: to come. And so this happens. Harry and Megan are
- 5:23Speaker 1: angry with the press and have decided, you know what,
- 5:25Speaker 1: we're not gonna participate for even worse than that, they
- 5:29Speaker 1: decided to be a bit spiteful, and you know, the
- 5:32Speaker 1: two of them in the carriage said we're going to
- 5:34Speaker 1: pass the press the photographers in thirty seconds. Let's both
- 5:38Speaker 1: of us look the other way. I get it, I
- 5:40Speaker 1: get the anger, but it's gameplaying, Misty. It's going to backfire.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I mean, like you said, this was six seven years ago,
- 5:47Speaker 2: and of course we know where they are now. They've
- 5:49Speaker 2: kind of left the royal family, so they weren't doing
- 5:53Speaker 2: anything by tradition back then. So I'm not sure why
- 5:56Speaker 2: the British press wasn't surprised that they would act like this.
- 6:00Speaker 2: What would it have been better for them to give
- 6:01Speaker 2: one shot and lets say this is the one shot
- 6:04Speaker 2: that would have been in their best advantage. But they
- 6:06Speaker 2: had already established and if you think about what was
- 6:08Speaker 2: being said about Megan in the papers at that time,
- 6:12Speaker 2: where Harry had to put out a letter saying, stop
- 6:15Speaker 2: dealing with my wife's race, and this is where they
- 6:19Speaker 2: had that problem. So why would you want to smile
- 6:21Speaker 2: for the people who have talked about a woman not
- 6:23Speaker 2: just oh, she's not a princess, she doesn't come from
- 6:26Speaker 2: a royal family, but you've talked about the fact that
- 6:29Speaker 2: she is a biracial woman. And I think that's why
- 6:32Speaker 2: they turn their heads. A lot of times when people
- 6:35Speaker 2: want to make a statement, especially against kind of racial adversity,
- 6:39Speaker 2: they they are silent, and that is how they make
- 6:43Speaker 2: their statements. So this might have been part of it.
- 6:45Speaker 2: But knowing the game, I think I would have been like,
- 6:48Speaker 2: you give that one shot. Maybe you give kind of
- 6:50Speaker 2: like a face, you know.
- 6:53Speaker 1: I would have given as if you had been in
- 6:55Speaker 1: a carriage, you would have given a side. Mmmm, I
- 7:01Speaker 1: see you. I think they have every right to do this.
- 7:04Speaker 1: I agree with what you're saying, Misty. It's their decision,
- 7:07Speaker 1: but every decision does have a consequence. And I believe
- 7:10Speaker 1: in life, at least in my career, when I've put
- 7:13Speaker 1: down the sword, even if I am justified in holding
- 7:18Speaker 1: that weapon, when I put it down, everything normally gets better.
- 7:23Speaker 1: If you want a war to end, it takes somebody.
- 7:26Speaker 1: It takes one side to just take a step back,
- 7:29Speaker 1: and I wish Harry and Meghan had done that. They hadn't.
- 7:33Speaker 1: They didn't, they still haven't. That's totally up to them.
- 7:36Speaker 1: And I also to understand why. I want to be
- 7:39Speaker 1: really clear here, she was not treated well by the press. Absolutely,
- 7:43Speaker 1: not even William would admit this. So on my big,
- 7:47Speaker 1: beautiful wedding day, do I want to pose for these
- 7:51Speaker 1: clowns who have been so rude to me? No? I don't.
- 7:54Speaker 1: But I also know too it's not just my wedding day.
- 7:57Speaker 1: It's part of the job. This is now a different world,
- 8:00Speaker 1: and I wish I hope somebody sat down with Meghan
- 8:03Speaker 1: and said, you're not marrying just Harry. You're marrying this
- 8:08Speaker 1: family business and they all go hand in hand, and
- 8:12Speaker 1: so if you want to cut off your nose, despite
- 8:14Speaker 1: your face here, it will have a consequence. After this,
- 8:19Speaker 1: the press got even more aggressive towards Meghan and Harry,
- 8:22Speaker 1: resulting in them ultimately stepping down and stepping back as
- 8:26Speaker 1: members of the family.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Yeah. Absolutely, I mean it's they just have never had
- 8:31Speaker 2: a good relationship with the press, and now I think
- 8:34Speaker 2: we've all grown a little tired of them saying, oh,
- 8:37Speaker 2: how much they can't stand the press and how they've
- 8:39Speaker 2: been treated. Okay, we get it, We know what you're saying,
- 8:41Speaker 2: it's time to move on. You made your decision to
- 8:43Speaker 2: leave the family. But at that time, when it was
- 8:46Speaker 2: still so new and raw and hadn't I mean, it
- 8:48Speaker 2: was already bad, but it was going to get worse.
- 8:51Speaker 2: This is the decision that they made. And they did
- 8:53Speaker 2: have their own photographer, so it's not like they didn't
- 8:56Speaker 2: have wedding pictures. I mean, you know, if I had
- 8:59Speaker 2: my wedding, certainly wouldn't expect paparazzi to be standing outside
- 9:02Speaker 2: taking photos. I want my professional photos, any know, I
- 9:05Speaker 2: got That's right.
- 9:06Speaker 1: The ones that I approved mist not the ones that
- 9:09Speaker 1: you approved, the ones that I approve, which brings us
- 9:11Speaker 1: to our pole question. Off the day Prince Harry and
- 9:13Speaker 1: Megan's wedding was called a disaster and miserable by a
- 9:16Speaker 1: royal photographer, is this just sour grapes? Is this photographer
- 9:20Speaker 1: just angry because he didn't get the shot that he
- 9:23Speaker 1: thought he deserved? A little entitled?
- 9:25Speaker 2: There?
- 9:25Speaker 1: Hey go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice
- 9:28Speaker 1: rob Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip and the showare
- 9:32Speaker 1: to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Hey, miss
- 9:35Speaker 1: d that are you working on that.
- 9:37Speaker 2: Okay, this is kind of scary. So boxing legend Mike
- 9:42Speaker 2: Tyson experienced a medical emergency during a Sunday flight from
- 9:46Speaker 2: Miami to Los Angeles and it left passengers and the
- 9:50Speaker 2: crew on edge. So the former heavyweight champion, he's fifty seven,
- 9:54Speaker 2: he became nauseous and dizzy due to an ulcer flare
- 9:57Speaker 2: up for thirty minutes before landing. That's really scary. Despite
- 10:03Speaker 2: the scare, Mike is doing great now, says this smokesperson,
- 10:06Speaker 2: who express gratitude toward the staff and the crew for
- 10:09Speaker 2: taking care of him. But there's a reason why this
- 10:12Speaker 2: is so scary because Mike Tyson is set to fight
- 10:15Speaker 2: Jake Paul, the YouTuber turned boxer in July down in Texas,
- 10:21Speaker 2: and it's gonna air on NEXI. Now it's going to
- 10:24Speaker 2: air on Netflix, and this is huge. Tickets are selling out.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Netflix is pushing this. But can he fight if he's
- 10:31Speaker 2: having emergencies?
- 10:33Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe he can, but I don't think he should.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Here gosh, it's my nightmare to have a medical emergency
- 10:39Speaker 1: on a flight. It's difficult to imagine if you're across
- 10:41Speaker 1: the water, if you're across the Atlantic, you can't land
- 10:44Speaker 1: that thing I do think though they do have precautions,
- 10:48Speaker 1: some basic medical training and facilities equipment on the plane.
- 10:53Speaker 1: But this is really scary. His pr insists he is
- 10:57Speaker 1: doing much better. Okay, moving along Herevis Kelsey was booed
- 11:01Speaker 1: and an NBA playoff as Taylor takes the stage in Spain.
- 11:06Speaker 1: So he's on the bleachers, but not everybody is cheering.
- 11:10Speaker 1: That's a Taylor Swift reference to those of you that
- 11:12Speaker 1: don't know. So Taylor is wrapping up a Portugal leg
- 11:15Speaker 1: of her tour and then she goes on to Spain
- 11:19Speaker 1: while Travis is back in the US. So he went
- 11:22Speaker 1: to an NBA playoff game in Dallas. He was there
- 11:25Speaker 1: with Patrick Mahones and also his wife Brittany. They were
- 11:29Speaker 1: in the front row, fabulous seats. They got booed a
- 11:33Speaker 1: chilly reception. Now I'm not sure if it was because
- 11:37Speaker 1: they're not part of the NBA and football is a competitor,
- 11:43Speaker 1: or if this is just the world we live in now. Mystery,
- 11:45Speaker 1: Like Kim got booed at the roast, Is this the
- 11:48Speaker 1: world we live in now? When when we see somebody
- 11:50Speaker 1: a celebrity, we boo.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Yeah. I was trying to make the connection I'm like, Okay,
- 11:55Speaker 2: I know the Kansas City Chiefs have won many Super Bowls,
- 11:59Speaker 2: but this is basketball.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Is it?
- 12:02Speaker 2: Because you know Texas has an alliance with with San
- 12:05Speaker 2: Francisco or San Diego. I don't know. I don't understand,
- 12:09Speaker 2: but I just I just think it's kind of childish.
- 12:13Speaker 2: I mean, he's there to enjoy the game. He isn't
- 12:15Speaker 2: causing of rackus. He's not there with Taylor. Maybe they
- 12:19Speaker 2: were upset that Taylor wasn't with him, but she's working.
- 12:22Speaker 2: She's working, I know, So like, let the man enjoy
- 12:25Speaker 2: the game, but let's let's give it to Travis. Because
- 12:28Speaker 2: he kept his head held high. He was wearing his sunglasses,
- 12:31Speaker 2: so he might have given some sade eye, but he
- 12:33Speaker 2: didn't say anything back. And if you don't give them
- 12:35Speaker 2: anything to work with, they can't do nothing to you.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Honey. I love that. I love when you say that
- 12:41Speaker 1: you live by it. The stay. I see you're shaking
- 12:42Speaker 1: your head, I see it. Yeah, I think that this
- 12:46Speaker 1: just makes me sad. I hate it when they do
- 12:48Speaker 1: politicians too. I know that's a little controversial, and we
- 12:50Speaker 1: don't talk about politics on this show. I was brought
- 12:53Speaker 1: up like you misday got nothing nice to say, say
- 12:56Speaker 1: nothing exactly nothing. You don't need to get this aggressive. Okay,
- 13:00Speaker 1: moving along, This is a big story. Angelina Jolie's daughter
- 13:04Speaker 1: Apias like she's dropped her dad's last name.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Ooh, okay, so Vivian. She's fifteen years old. You know,
- 13:11Speaker 2: she has her twenty brother and she's actually dropped her father,
- 13:15Speaker 2: Brad Pitt's last name for the musical The Outsiders, where
- 13:18Speaker 2: her mother, Angelina Jolie, is a producer. So now the
- 13:22Speaker 2: fifteen year old she was her mom's assistant volunteer. She's
- 13:26Speaker 2: listed in the playbill as Vivian Jolie in the magazine
- 13:31Speaker 2: for theatergoers. So when you get that play bill, you're like, ooh,
- 13:33Speaker 2: I'm gonna go look in mine later.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Hm.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Now, it's not clear whether she's changed her name officially
- 13:40Speaker 2: and dropped the pit, but she isn't the only child
- 13:42Speaker 2: who's done this. So now you know Zahara their child
- 13:45Speaker 2: that they adopted from Africa. Well, during an Alpha Kappa
- 13:49Speaker 2: Alpha Sorority Incorporated event at Spelman College, Zahara introduced herself
- 13:55Speaker 2: as Zahara Marley Jolie and of course sparked a and
- 14:00Speaker 2: social media But I just have to say, hey, sah,
- 14:03Speaker 2: welcome to the sorority. So what do you think of this?
- 14:08Speaker 2: Why are the.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Kids dropping over your sorority? Yes, kids are done with
- 14:13Speaker 1: Brad like okay, what went down on that plane? All
- 14:15Speaker 1: the drama. They are done with him. Maddox doesn't speak
- 14:18Speaker 1: to him anymore. This is aggressive. This, This is a
- 14:22Speaker 1: message like to be listed a in a Broadway playbill
- 14:25Speaker 1: as a producer at fifteen, although I got admit, she
- 14:27Speaker 1: is entitled to it. She saw the show and got
- 14:30Speaker 1: her mom to come and see it, and that's how
- 14:32Speaker 1: her mom got to be a producer. If it wasn't
- 14:35Speaker 1: for her, Honestly, if it wasn't for Vivian, Angelina would
- 14:39Speaker 1: not be involved in this magnificent production on Broadway. It's
- 14:42Speaker 1: a fantastic, fantastic show. And then you've got the chance
- 14:45Speaker 1: of bumping into Angelina Jolie too. Or when I went
- 14:48Speaker 1: to see it, I asked every usher, every bartender what
- 14:52Speaker 1: Angelina was like and if she was there. She wasn't
- 14:54Speaker 1: there at my performance. Maybe she knew I was getting
- 14:57Speaker 1: but they did say she does just turn up and
- 14:59Speaker 1: she sits at the back, and they said it intermission.
- 15:02Speaker 1: A lot of celebrities run to this VIP holding pen
- 15:05Speaker 1: or a place to hide. They said, Angelina just sits
- 15:07Speaker 1: at her seat, and if you want to go over
- 15:08Speaker 1: and take a selfie or get her to autograph your playbill,
- 15:11Speaker 1: she will. They said. She just absolutely charming and I
- 15:15Speaker 1: love this. The opening night, she got there early. She
- 15:18Speaker 1: did every single outlet. Sometimes the big stars, they turn
- 15:21Speaker 1: up late and they do Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood E
- 15:24Speaker 1: and then they leave. Not Angie. She got there early
- 15:27Speaker 1: and did every single outlet. Team Angelina. Okay, we're going
- 15:32Speaker 1: to take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Naughty but Night Show. I'm your
- 15:38Speaker 1: hays Drob Shooter with our dear friend, Miss d Hey, mister,
- 15:41Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. Dum are you ready, my friend? Okay, So,
- 15:48Speaker 1: last show, we talked about Kate Middleton likely not appearing
- 15:52Speaker 1: in public for the rest of the year. She's avoiding
- 15:54Speaker 1: stress anxiety. We broke this story first, and so she
- 15:58Speaker 1: is not going to appear in public. I think too.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Even after this year is done, Misty, we're going to
- 16:03Speaker 1: see less and less of her. Well, Kate every return
- 16:07Speaker 1: as a full time royal. That was our question, will
- 16:09Speaker 1: Kate every return ooh? Seventy five percent said no, She's
- 16:15Speaker 1: never going to be full time again. And Kate, you
- 16:18Speaker 1: do what's right for you. Hey, don't forget to vote
- 16:21Speaker 1: on today's pole going to a page at Naughty Nice
- 16:24Speaker 1: rob a facebook page is Naughty Gossip and be sure
- 16:27Speaker 1: to check back tomorrow to hear your results. And now
- 16:32Speaker 1: it's time for nice of the day.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Well, our nicest of the day is Gigi Hadid and
- 16:40Speaker 2: Bradley Cooper because they are living their best lives. So
- 16:44Speaker 2: they attended the Bottle Rock Food and Music Festival in Napa,
- 16:48Speaker 2: California over a Memorial Day weekend, and they were seen
- 16:52Speaker 2: enjoying the festive vibes. They were dancing together Stevie Nicks
- 16:57Speaker 2: perform her song Dreams Now. This adorable moment that we
- 17:01Speaker 2: saw comes two weeks after the pair were seen grooving
- 17:04Speaker 2: to Tailor Swift at her errors tour and Paris. So
- 17:08Speaker 2: they're just doing their thing. I'm going around and having
- 17:10Speaker 2: a good time.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Go enjoy the shows. Be normal. I love when celebrities
