- 0:00Hello, good morning and welcome. I am
- 0:02Samuel Trap. This is International
- 0:04Flavor. It is already Monday.
- 0:09Isn't that depressing? Oh, here we were
- 0:12having a nice sunny weekend. It was a
- 0:15beautiful day yesterday. Uh talking
- 0:17about the uh International Day of Women
- 0:21Celebrations. So I want to talk a little
- 0:23bit about that because uh that is a
- 0:25holiday not very well represented in
- 0:29America usually was a day of protest
- 0:31around the world yesterday actually
- 0:34protests everywhere. Uh there was one in
- 0:38where was the one that they were doing
- 0:40there? Oh it was in Spain. It was in in
- 0:42Spain. There was a a video a video of uh
- 0:47so in behind jail bars there was Trump,
- 0:52there was Netanyahu
- 0:56and Vladimir Vladimir Putin all behind
- 1:01uh bars in orange jumpsuits in uh um in
- 1:09Spain. I forget which city but uh it was
- 1:12international women's day and there was
- 1:13women marching all around the world uh
- 1:16against war and I don't remember there
- 1:19being a lot going on in America of
- 1:20course we have protests every Sunday in
- 1:22America
- 1:24somebody you can always find somebody
- 1:27protesting um I remember the ones in in
- 1:30Florida like look I just want a coffee
- 1:32all I want's a coffee why are you
- 1:34marching around in front of my Starbucks
- 1:37the one I like to go to couldn't you go
- 1:39somewhere else. But no. Um, uh, let's
- 1:44see. Oh, here's a good one. The Voice of
- 1:47America layoffs have been overturned by
- 1:49a judge. Well, there you go. Voice of
- 1:53America.
- 1:56Voice of America is not journalism, just
- 1:59for those of you who are wondering. That
- 2:01is the furthest thing from from real
- 2:04real stories that you get. But uh uh I
- 2:08tell you what, I watched a lot of uh a
- 2:11lot of stories over the weekend and I
- 2:16tried I I I mean I'm telling you I'm
- 2:18trying to be objective about this and
- 2:20I'm having my own difficult time. Part
- 2:22of me wants to grab a sign and get
- 2:25marching because what we are watching is
- 2:29uh is
- 2:32as big a farce as it was during uh
- 2:36George W. Uh farce about Iraq. Um I wish
- 2:42I could find the clip and I haven't been
- 2:44able to find it. Um that
- 2:48I I never saw the movie. I only saw the
- 2:51clip and I've I've seen this clip once
- 2:54before, but last night it was on uh
- 2:57Soliv and uh so I thought it was pretty
- 3:01damn comical that uh a clip of a of a
- 3:05severe left-wing show and maybe somebody
- 3:09more gifted than I in um finding clips
- 3:14can find this. But, uh, way back, uh,
- 3:18way back, yeah, back back in the good
- 3:21old days of 2018 when, uh, Sam Rockwell
- 3:26was playing George W and Christian Bale
- 3:30was playing Dick Cheney in a movie
- 3:33called Vice. Uh, we got to see a uh
- 3:40I sure wish there was a uh the whole
- 3:46video somewhere, but I haven't been able
- 3:49to find it. And uh basically it was the
- 3:52show of and Sam Rockwell truthfully is
- 3:57one of my favorite actors. Anyway, I
- 4:00just I I like that guy. I like listening
- 4:03to the guy. I think he's um um a a hell
- 4:08of an actor. He's a hell of a dancer,
- 4:11apparently, too. You always see him on
- 4:13uh uh late night shows doing uh doing um
- 4:20cool dances. That that dude is a is a
- 4:22mover and a shaker. But no, we don't get
- 4:25to see them. All they have out there on
- 4:28YouTube that I've been able to find
- 4:29lately are trailers. And he's a good uh
- 4:33he he's a he's a pretty good George W.
- 4:36Uh he really is. And uh so anyway, I
- 4:40might have to go back and find that clip
- 4:42for you. Find the actual movie, download
- 4:44the movie, cut the clip, and actually do
- 4:47some work instead of just going out to
- 4:49YouTube and trying to find it. But last
- 4:52night, and it's pretty funny when a
- 4:54Russian um a a Russian commentator is
- 4:58using this as,
- 5:02you know, bait like like this. And he he
- 5:04didn't say it was a history show. He
- 5:07said it was somewhat satirical and uh
- 5:09well, somewhat. It uh the whole thing's
- 5:12a bit a bit loopy. Um but
- 5:16I'm much more inclined to
- 5:21I don't know. Forgive the overreach, I
- 5:23suppose, now that we know how blatantly
- 5:26foolish the uh the whole
- 5:31uh Iraq BS of weapons of mass
- 5:34destruction was. I believe Dick Cheney
- 5:37was not anything but a liar. That's me.
- 5:41And uh No, you don't have to believe
- 5:42that. You can believe that he was one of
- 5:45the good guys if you'd like to. I don't.
- 5:48And uh part of me thinks that the Bush
- 5:50family was was uh was was in it as well.
- 5:53I hate to think that way about any
- 5:56president. In fact, even the daughtering
- 5:59old
- 6:02uh
- 6:03he never should have been president.
- 6:05Somebody should have rescued him from
- 6:06himself. Uh but I don't want to say
- 6:08anything just because he was old.
- 6:10Everybody gets old. That's how it is. I
- 6:13just hope that somebody stops me before
- 6:15I get that bad off, you know.
- 6:18um and uh uh and certainly doesn't allow
- 6:21me to become president. So, which uh you
- 6:24know is pretty likely. You know, I might
- 6:26become the president at some point. Who
- 6:28knows? Uh but uh I I think I'd be better
- 6:32suited on an international level than
- 6:35are our fearless leaders today. And
- 6:38that's probably the most brutal thing I
- 6:40will say about them. I don't want to
- 6:42beat up on them uh uh non-deservedly,
- 6:46but they deserve it. and uh this this
- 6:50scam that they are selling us right now.
- 6:53And I really really really got pissed
- 6:56off yesterday and and all it took was
- 7:00the clip where
- 7:02uh there has been talk since day one in
- 7:07international news and everybody knows
- 7:10it and it's been uh uh dived into div
- 7:18by uh by other journalists by other
- 7:21people and even The Pentagon has uh
- 7:26tried to find out where the
- 7:29mistargeting, which is what they
- 7:31originally sold it as, took place. I I
- 7:35brought it to you last week sometime
- 7:37about the the girls school where they
- 7:40killed. Showed the the burial, showed
- 7:42all the kids, showed the parents
- 7:44screaming and uh showed the uh the uh
- 7:49the the leftover parts of the uh of the
- 7:52missiles. They showed them and uh
- 7:55they're US missiles. I mean, you know
- 7:57that they sent an international group
- 8:00there to look uh and and they've been
- 8:05checking this out and um
- 8:08they have Trump derangement syndrome
- 8:11with Carville. Carville's a nut anyway,
- 8:14but Carville's out there yelling and
- 8:16carrying on. He's embracing his Trump
- 8:18derangement syndrome that they gave to
- 8:21him. And uh Carville was always a you
- 8:25know cool guy. Um
- 8:28I think he's a lunatic but he's funny.
- 8:32That guy's always been funny. And the
- 8:34way he talks the at any rate what this
- 8:38uh this bombing of the girls school now
- 8:42when they took out now now and and
- 8:44here's here's where I want you to look.
- 8:46Okay? I want you to think about this
- 8:48because this is how I think about it.
- 8:50And maybe I'm thinking incorrectly, but
- 8:52I don't want to be one of them nuts that
- 8:54just automatically says, you know, Trump
- 8:56bad, me good, or whatever. But this is
- 9:00bad news for all of us people. This is
- 9:02bad news. And it's always about the oil.
- 9:07Always about the oil. Always about the
- 9:11oil. Why is Maduro sitting in a federal
- 9:14jail cell up in uh where is he? New
- 9:17York. Why is he sitting in there? He's
- 9:19sitting in there because Trump wanted
- 9:21his oil and he saw that China was going
- 9:24to get a better a better grip on it than
- 9:26we are. So, he stopped it. Now, some of
- 9:29you can support that. I I don't I don't
- 9:33like how it happened. I don't like being
- 9:36If you're going to do that, sell it from
- 9:38the beginning. Don't lie about it. Don't
- 9:40tell me it's narco terror. Don't go
- 9:42blowing up a bunch of little little
- 9:45boats so that we all get used to the
- 9:47idea of seeing how uh gez we're taking
- 9:50the right moves against this narco
- 9:51terror. Surely we have to go after
- 9:53Maduro who is nowhere close to the
- 9:56kingpin that they thought he was. If if
- 9:58that's the case, why aren't we taking
- 10:00out Colombia? What about Nicaragua? I
- 10:03mean, it's like come on. It's it's it's
- 10:07don't lie to me. And that's the part
- 10:09that I don't like is is twisting all
- 10:12this crap and selling me a bill of goods
- 10:15that doesn't exist. That's the part I
- 10:18don't like. Don't go saying all the
- 10:21Venezuelan people are are are rooting
- 10:23for you as an American cuz trust me,
- 10:26they aren't. And don't tell me that they
- 10:29don't want to run their own country.
- 10:30They'd prefer that. And they sure as
- 10:33hell don't want Donald Trump picking
- 10:35their president. And so what do we do?
- 10:38We get take the most corrupt guy in uh
- 10:40Venezuela and this is a friendly version
- 10:43of it. You take the the most corrupt guy
- 10:46and you put in the second most corrupt
- 10:48guy. Okay. Yeah. Because we we threaten
- 10:51them. We scare the crap out of them and
- 10:53say, "Well, you're you're next, bo." And
- 10:56uh we'll come in and and and and we
- 10:58convince we pay off a bunch of people
- 11:00with make them wealthy and so that they
- 11:03help us. And then off we go. And then
- 11:04everybody forgets about it. You walk
- 11:06away. We forget about it. Well, looks
- 11:08like we got 50 billion barrels of oil,
- 11:10Donald Trump says the next morning.
- 11:12That's not what he's That's That's not
- 11:14what he sold me. He sold me this was
- 11:16narco terrorism. There's been a dramatic
- 11:18decline in in in drugs coming the
- 11:21country. Oh, really?
- 11:24You
- 11:26trust me, the people who want their
- 11:28drugs are going to find them. Okay. Uh
- 11:31Donald Trump and they're not going to
- 11:33Venezuela to get them. And they weren't
- 11:35anyway. And so it's it's uh that's a
- 11:38nonsensical proposition. It always has
- 11:41been. And you sold it to me. But the
- 11:43trouble is Donald Trump is a dude who
- 11:46comes clean the very next day. Well, we
- 11:49wanted that oil. What are they after
- 11:51now? Seriously, in Iran, what are they
- 11:53after? If you believe the movie Vice, uh
- 11:57it was a there was a whole lecture that
- 11:59Soliv showed. It was pretty funny. And
- 12:01uh it was the lecture by Dick Cheney
- 12:03about the grand jewel of them all. We
- 12:06have bases all around it. We have bases
- 12:09everywhere in the country. Uh I mean,
- 12:12I'm sorry, everywhere in the Middle East
- 12:14except Iran. And if we could just get
- 12:18Iran, 80% of their oil is going to
- 12:22China. And that's true.
- 12:2580% of their oil is going to China.
- 12:31And where does most of it get refined
- 12:33and processed? A little island, a little
- 12:37island right off the street, which name
- 12:41I forget.
- 12:43And that is the next target of a
- 12:46military operation. Nobody will let him
- 12:49keep it though. They whether it's Iran
- 12:53or uh anyone else. The US won't take it
- 12:56and it'll stay there. Trust me, the the
- 12:58Iranians will blow it up themselves.
- 13:00They aren't going to give that to uh
- 13:02Donald Trump. It's not going to happen.
- 13:04Why do we have five uh five uh groups,
- 13:09navy groups,
- 13:12um aircraft carrier groups going? Five,
- 13:16seven if you count the the the the one
- 13:19coming from France and the the late one.
- 13:21We don't need you. Trump says to to
- 13:24Starmer, "You're late. You don't need to
- 13:27come cuz you're late. Oh, and you're
- 13:30early. you know, you didn't, you know,
- 13:32you're late, too. You didn't think this
- 13:34well through well enough through, you
- 13:36know. Um I said at the beginning, and
- 13:38many um many people say the same thing.
- 13:41if Iran can make it through the the the
- 13:45two weeks
- 13:47um to get past and we're what nine days
- 13:49in.
- 13:51nine days in um to um this
- 13:57horror story that we shouldn't be
- 13:59involved in in the first place where Heg
- 14:02says, "Do you see that guy looked like
- 14:04an idiot yesterday standing behind Trump
- 14:07shaking his head like one of them little
- 14:09uh the the the bobblehead dolls, you
- 14:12know?" Yeah. Yeah. We got this. We're
- 14:17kicking the crap out of them. That guy's
- 14:19a he's like the the the football the
- 14:22bench player sitting on the football
- 14:25field. And I was having a discussion,
- 14:27who the hell was I discussing this with
- 14:28over the weekend that Heg Seth just
- 14:31reminds me of a guy who in high school
- 14:35uh either didn't make the football team
- 14:37at all or he made the football team but
- 14:40he got, you know, they let him carry the
- 14:42ball, you know, once on his final game
- 14:45so that he, you know, would could could
- 14:47claim glory days of some sort. And
- 14:50that's that's Hegs military career.
- 14:53Okay. He he you know what was he a a
- 14:56major or something? And so they placed
- 14:58him in charge of all these generals. And
- 15:01so right now he gets to tell them,
- 15:03"Well, geez, you should have promoted me
- 15:04a hell of a lot quicker. You know, I
- 15:06should have been in charge of the world
- 15:08way back then. And old Trump is the only
- 15:10one who sees my worth." No, I see that
- 15:12you're over your head and that's where
- 15:15you are. It'd be like putting me in
- 15:16charge of the Pentagon. I was a sergeant
- 15:18for God's sake. I never learned the
- 15:20skills that generals learned and I just
- 15:23never did. And frankly, I think if
- 15:26you're going to put somebody in charge
- 15:28of a of a of a military mission, sure as
- 15:32hell ain't Pete Hegsith. And uh uh that
- 15:35guy, he's over his head. And so all he
- 15:39can do is uh bob his head and not deny.
- 15:44Although I will give him credit. What he
- 15:46said was uh when he they're on Air Force
- 15:49One and Trump's talking about, "Oh yeah,
- 15:51Iran blew up their own pe their own
- 15:53kids. You know, they saw girls in half
- 15:55over there and they behead all their
- 15:56women." What in the hell are you talking
- 15:59about? That is not accurate at all. Am I
- 16:04saying it hasn't happened in the past?
- 16:06Sure it has. And uh and in all
- 16:09likelihood, was I there? Did I see it?
- 16:11No. Is that something that happens
- 16:12today? That is not what's going on in
- 16:15Iran. And if you believe that, you got a
- 16:18bigger problem than Donald Trump. You
- 16:20got a bigger problem than that. You You
- 16:22don't understand your history at all.
- 16:25And you don't understand your cultural
- 16:27things at all. And so I encourage you to
- 16:32learn if you care because there's 60% of
- 16:36America right now. Do you know that
- 16:38little swing vote part that 60 60%
- 16:43every there's 60% of the country against
- 16:46this war and it's growing. It's not
- 16:49shrinking. This isn't they they showed
- 16:52something on TV the other day that just
- 16:54pissed me off to no end. And I'm
- 16:57reasonably religious. I have my beliefs.
- 16:59I I I I don't talk about them, but but
- 17:02I've got my own beliefs. I was sickened
- 17:05to watch uh a a blessing of the of the
- 17:10president in office. Those things do not
- 17:14mix. If we're running the the world like
- 17:18uh OG, God's chosen, that is wrong. It's
- 17:23it's just as wrong as claiming
- 17:25Netanyahu's God's gift to the planet. He
- 17:28is not. And it it forgives everything
- 17:32that they are allowed to do. It forgives
- 17:35it. It says, "Oh geez. Well, he just he
- 17:38just he just killed an infidel. That's
- 17:40great. He's killing infidels. Infidels
- 17:43are people, too. Whether you believe
- 17:45them infidels, they believe you're an
- 17:47infidel. And this is why the world needs
- 17:50to calm the hell down and come down a
- 17:55few notches. This is such crap. And uh
- 17:59uh I tell you what, I've been ranting
- 18:02here for a little while. I want to get
- 18:04back to my topic part because I I did go
- 18:07through quite a bit of this over the
- 18:10weekend and uh the the let's see I had
- 18:14had to go look up my thing. Here's what
- 18:16it discovered whilst I was sitting here.
- 18:19Uh the film you are thinking of is Vice.
- 18:23It's the 2018 political biographical
- 18:26film directed by Adam McCay. Christian
- 18:30Bale plays Dick Cheney
- 18:32and Sam Rockwell plays George W. Bush.
- 18:35Did you ever see Rockwell in that movie
- 18:37called Moon?
- 18:39Um, that was good stuff. Um, you should
- 18:42watch it if you get a chance.
- 18:45Um, I wonder who that is. Well, these
- 18:49damn TVs, they're killing me. Uh, the
- 18:51movie satirically dramatizes
- 18:54how Cheney shaped US foreign policy and
- 18:58the road to the Iraq war. The scene I'm
- 19:01remembering in the film, there's a
- 19:03famous scene where Cheney is discussing
- 19:06Middle East strategy and the strategic
- 19:10value of controlling the region's energy
- 19:13resources. The idea presented in the
- 19:15scene and uh it is the real prize in the
- 19:20Middle East geopolitical game isn't Iraq
- 19:24itself.
- 19:25The big the quote is the big gold piece
- 19:29in the center of the room is Iran. The
- 19:32movie frames Iran as a central strategic
- 19:35target in a long-term
- 19:38regional strategy involving Iraq energy
- 19:41routes and power projection in the Gulf.
- 19:46On Russian political shows, the they do
- 19:49use that scene because it's an American
- 19:52Hollywood film. It criticizes US policy
- 19:55from inside the US itself and it's a
- 19:58rhetorical device. Look, even America
- 20:01made movies about this. And uh I would
- 20:04like um the exact clip. Pull.
- 20:10Wonder if it'll really do this for me.
- 20:12Pull the clip and tell me where I can
- 20:19show it. How about that? Let's see what
- 20:22happens if that shows up in the
- 20:24meantime. Meanwhile, I want to get to uh
- 20:28some of the news pieces. Moshaba Kamini
- 20:32was named as Iran's next supreme leader.
- 20:35Uh he looks very much like his father
- 20:37did uh 30, 40 years ago. Um
- 20:42I tell you what, um
- 20:46the Israelis are saying, "Look, it
- 20:49doesn't matter." And and and this
- 20:50sickens me as well, okay? And this truly
- 20:54happened over the weekend. And uh Trump
- 20:57says, "By the way, $100 a barrel is a
- 21:00very small price to pay for Iran war."
- 21:04That's it. That's it. It's a small price
- 21:07to pay. What about the trillions we're
- 21:09going to spend on on getting involved in
- 21:12another conflict that we don't need to
- 21:15get involved in? I I I am so I am just
- 21:18sickened. I hope he ain't sending any of
- 21:20my sons over there. Um, the Israeli army
- 21:23says it will target Ayatollah Kmeni's
- 21:28successor amid the ongoing war in the
- 21:30Middle East. This is the these people
- 21:32are sick. Okay. This is sick. And and
- 21:35their politicians are are are if
- 21:37anything worse than ours. Okay. Uh the
- 21:40Israel Israeli Defense Force has
- 21:43threatened to assassinate anyone that
- 21:46replaces Ayatollah Ali Kmeni as Iran
- 21:49Supreme Leader. Now, these decapitation
- 21:52strikes are are are BS anyway. You know,
- 21:55it's uh
- 21:57arguably they could have done the same
- 21:59thing to Maduro, but uh you know, at
- 22:02least they allowed him to live in a
- 22:04prison. These kings of the world. I'm
- 22:07the king of the world. I wonder why
- 22:09DiCaprio is not the king of the world.
- 22:12Thought he was, but apparently it's
- 22:13Trump. Trump gets to pick. According to
- 22:15Trump, he gets to pick the next leader
- 22:19of Iran. Oh, that's going to go over
- 22:22like a lead balloon. Yeah. He gets to he
- 22:25gets to uh uh he gets to pick who the
- 22:29Just like in Just like in Venezuela. I
- 22:32get it.
- 22:34We're taking over the world. Now he says
- 22:37he's going to do it to Cuba. The guy's a
- 22:40nut. There's something going I I can't
- 22:42wait for the three years to be over. I
- 22:44got to tell you, if this is the world
- 22:46that we got to live in, I can't wait for
- 22:48this to end. Uh this is this is bad news
- 22:53all around. Do you know I saw a report
- 22:55yesterday that uh um
- 22:58the only sane voice in the room, the
- 23:01only sane voice in the room, and where's
- 23:03he been lately? Is um
- 23:07JD Vance is the And he's he you don't
- 23:12see him. Yeah. You don't see him Pete
- 23:14Heg Sething it everywhere. You don't see
- 23:16him slapping backs and carrying on. You
- 23:19don't see him Rubioing it, you know. You
- 23:21don't No, no, no. And you don't see him
- 23:24uh hanging out and going to dinner with
- 23:26uh um or or traveling to to Israel or to
- 23:31uh uh Ukraine with um uh the the evil
- 23:36congressional folks. You know, you don't
- 23:39get to watch him doing that. The people
- 23:41have dreamed about this. All the neocons
- 23:44have been dreamed about this. Our nation
- 23:46is back. Bigger, better, richer. Yeah,
- 23:50Donald Trump. Stand with him. You know,
- 23:53get your prayer shaws on and stand with
- 23:56him. I'm against that. I I I I don't
- 23:58like mixing religion and state. I don't
- 24:02like it. There are too many people who
- 24:04disagree with that point of view and uh
- 24:06with with the the uh what do you call
- 24:10it?
- 24:13Religion and state shouldn't go
- 24:15together. And I'm really starting to
- 24:16worry about our fearless leader. Uh
- 24:19anyway, Kani and several other senior
- 24:22senior Iranian officials were killed on
- 24:25the very first wave. And by the way,
- 24:28that school that they blew up was one of
- 24:31the schools where
- 24:33their children went. Okay? That's why I
- 24:37believe that it was either targeted
- 24:40specifically or they were attacking some
- 24:44buildings next door that housed a lot of
- 24:48the the uh leadership. But what
- 24:52difference does it make? Why in the
- 24:54world would you say that uh on the day
- 24:56that you killed the top 40 leaders in
- 25:00the u in the nation that you didn't kill
- 25:03their children too?
- 25:05I mean it just makes no sense that that
- 25:09oh gee there there there are 40 missiles
- 25:13floating around killing 40 separate
- 25:15people in 40 distinct locations and then
- 25:19one the same day to blow up a school.
- 25:22right? That the Iranians sent
- 25:24themselves, they blew up their own
- 25:26children for the better, you know, the
- 25:28better good, right? Nonsense. And nobody
- 25:32believes that, including Donald Trump.
- 25:34He's selling you something. Pete Heg
- 25:36says sat in the back and said, "And Oh,
- 25:38yeah. Um, boy, the only ones that target
- 25:41civilians,
- 25:43the only ones that target civilians are
- 25:45Iran. Where the hell did you pull that
- 25:47out of your ass?" It's like, what did
- 25:50you target day one? Civilian leadership
- 25:55of Iran
- 25:57and and now you're denying it on a
- 25:59plane. The only ones that target
- 26:01civilians are are us, right? The only
- 26:04ones that target and decapitation
- 26:06strikes. You think you think Putin
- 26:08couldn't take out a decapitation strike
- 26:11Ukraine? They don't fight that way. only
- 26:15Netanyahu and G and George Bush and uh
- 26:18and Donald Trump fight that way. That is
- 26:21not It is unacceptable to me. That's not
- 26:24how you fight. You know, we we want we
- 26:28are intentionally causing chaos.
- 26:31Intentionally trying to cause chaos. Uh
- 26:35there's plenty of reports out there. I
- 26:36forget who it was. It wasn't Sachs. It
- 26:39was somebody else. Um, and I I I I
- 26:42watched another show by that Kazine. He
- 26:44must have had a really good show the
- 26:46other day because he's gone from uh
- 26:49wearing uh normal uh regular clothes
- 26:53that like I would wear. You know, today
- 26:55I'm wearing a you know a pullover button
- 26:58up and that's what he would do. But I
- 27:00tell you what, he was he had his own
- 27:02show. He's he's stepped it up a little
- 27:04bit. has Mkhazine
- 27:06and now he's got a uh a formal
- 27:09background, a real podcast setting,
- 27:12movie podcast, YouTube channel and um
- 27:16Kazine is but I've listened to him for a
- 27:20while, you know. I think he's smart and
- 27:22uh uh and now he's um
- 27:26now he's wearing a suit and tie,
- 27:30which is cool. I'm okay with that. It
- 27:32just uh there it is. But the statement
- 27:34Khmeni and several other officials after
- 27:36a week of deliberate deliberations the
- 27:39assembly of experts a body of clerics
- 27:41tasked with vetting and selecting a new
- 27:43supreme leader announced Monday that
- 27:46Kamini's son Mashtaba has been chosen to
- 27:49succeed him in a statement posted on the
- 27:52IDF's Farsy account hours before the
- 27:56Israeli army issued a warning to its
- 27:58members. The hand of the state of Israel
- 28:02will continue to pursue every successor
- 28:06and every person involved in his
- 28:08appointment, the IDF said, adding that
- 28:11it would not hesitate to target the
- 28:13clerics attending the assembly meetings.
- 28:17This is who we're supporting.
- 28:20People that are targeting religious
- 28:22leaders.
- 28:25This is this they are extremely warlike
- 28:30and and they can be because they got
- 28:32Donald Trump on a leash and that's what
- 28:35they got. Pete Hegsth on a leash just
- 28:38like they had had leaders before him.
- 28:42It's no different than it has been for
- 28:44at least my lifetime.
- 28:47Last week, Israel struck the assembly's
- 28:50headquarters in Kolm. But the attack
- 28:52failed to derail the selection of the
- 28:54new leader.
- 28:56Ali Larani, Iran's top security
- 28:59official, said Moshtaba Kmeni's
- 29:01appointment demonstrates that the US and
- 29:04Israel failed to use Ali Kmeni's death
- 29:06to seow chaos in the country. US
- 29:09President Trump and Israeli Prime
- 29:11Minister Netanyahu both site regime
- 29:13change as the war goal that and stealing
- 29:19oil. Right. Trump has demanded
- 29:22unconditional surrender and said the
- 29:24next Supreme Leader won't last long
- 29:28unless Iran bows to his demands. Iranian
- 29:32officials and the military vowed to
- 29:34continue their resistance.
- 29:39The surge in oil prices won't stop the
- 29:42US from waging war in Iran, Trump says
- 29:45after Brent crude is now passed $100 a
- 29:49barrel Sunday, the biggest daily gain
- 29:51since CO 19 in response to the US and
- 29:54Israeli air strikes. Iran has closed the
- 29:57straits of Hermuz and struck tankers
- 30:00attempting to cross the waterway which
- 30:02serve as route for 15th. Some say it's
- 30:061/4 of the world's oil supply or even a
- 30:09third. Iraq, the UAE, and Kuwait, all
- 30:13major oil producers have cut output
- 30:16after running out of storage space. On
- 30:19True Social, naturally, you have to rule
- 30:22by True Social. Trump downplayed the
- 30:25effects of the war on global trade.
- 30:27Short-term oil prices, which will drop
- 30:30rapidly when the destruction of the Iran
- 30:33nuclear threat. This isn't about the
- 30:35nuclear threat. This has nothing to do
- 30:38with a nuclear threat is is a very small
- 30:42price to pay for USA and world safety
- 30:46and peace. Only fools will think
- 30:49differently. Well, sir, I'm a fool then
- 30:52because I don't believe a word you're
- 30:54saying. And if you were smart, not him,
- 30:58but you listener, you'd go and listen to
- 31:00to uh some reality checks as well.
- 31:04During his campaign, Trump promised
- 31:06cheaper gas gas and no war.
- 31:11There was just something I saw. What was
- 31:13it? It was the the the head of a of a
- 31:17the front front cover of a magazine.
- 31:20What was it? What was it? Times. I don't
- 31:22I don't know what it was. It was a a
- 31:24Time magazine. was it? Um that showed
- 31:27the wars that Trump has started and uh
- 31:31you know he didn't get his u he didn't
- 31:33get his
- 31:35his muchdesired Nobel Peace Prize and
- 31:39it's a good thing he didn't. It's a good
- 31:42thing he didn't cuz he doesn't deserve
- 31:44it. First he was stretching the the
- 31:47other ones that he settled in a day, you
- 31:49know, and and he can't settle Ukraine.
- 31:51He hasn't and he started other ones.
- 31:54He's gonna blow up uh Greenland. He's
- 31:56gonna take over Cuba.
- 31:59This is a peacetime president for sure,
- 32:02right? And and there's a bunch of people
- 32:04up out there thumping their Bibles and
- 32:06getting ready to go to war on behalf of
- 32:09Israel. It makes no sense to me at all.
- 32:13Um, but during the re-election campaign,
- 32:15I actually was on the side of the
- 32:19Trumpster and uh I I I've never been on
- 32:24the side of the Trumpster
- 32:25internationally. I've always been
- 32:27worried about that because he's just uh
- 32:30he's just another arm of the neocon
- 32:34uh world unfortunately. and they are
- 32:37certainly in charge of him now and at
- 32:40least as far as uh everything that he's
- 32:43doing. He's not making these choices
- 32:44himself in no way. He he I I doubt he
- 32:48even understands them to be truthful. Um
- 32:51let's see. American Automobile
- 32:53Association stated that the national
- 32:55average price of regular gasoline has
- 32:58risen by 15% over the past week to 3.45
- 33:04a gallon. some areas reporting 30%. I've
- 33:08I've told you mine right here. It wasn't
- 33:10uh in fact it was just about two weeks
- 33:13ago where I said that I paid $269
- 33:21$269
- 33:23for gas and I had heard that there was a
- 33:26$249
- 33:28somewhere under $2.50 50
- 33:31and uh uh now we are at $345
- 33:38a gallon on average. I'll have to look
- 33:41out the window um uh on my way to uh the
- 33:47office later and see what uh
- 33:51where the places are that I pay what
- 33:54they have gone up to.
- 33:57And that idiot Bessant was out the other
- 34:00day. What a nut. This guy you you you
- 34:04never know what the hell he's going to
- 34:05say. And I shouldn't call him an idiot.
- 34:07That's not nice. That that that is but
- 34:11but what is he selling? This guy is out
- 34:14there. He's like a cheerleader, too. And
- 34:16he's doing the same thing. Guess what he
- 34:18said? He said he said that Donald Trump
- 34:22has given permission.
- 34:24Here's he has been given permission to
- 34:28he has given permission to Modi and
- 34:31India to buy Russian oil for a month.
- 34:36They never needed your permission. They
- 34:38never took your permission. In fact,
- 34:40they never quit buying Russian oil. And
- 34:43now, why in the world are we trying to
- 34:45make it sound like they stopped? They
- 34:48didn't. Have you listened to anything
- 34:50that these people say and have said over
- 34:52the last six months? No. It's our it's
- 34:57our uh
- 35:00uh one of the one of the key elements
- 35:02that we need to work with. You don't get
- 35:03to dictate how much we pay for oil. You
- 35:06don't get to. Sorry, that's not how it
- 35:09works. and and and it and they haven't
- 35:11done it and they haven't um you know
- 35:14succumbed to the tariffs and and I I
- 35:18think that there's a lot of negatives
- 35:20going on in the old Trumpster regime
- 35:22these days and it's um it's these are
- 35:27not good times that we are living in. Uh
- 35:31but here goes Bessant. First of all, he
- 35:33claims on Friday that Washington is
- 35:36exploring additional measures to lower
- 35:39oil prices. Gee, I wonder what they are.
- 35:41He has unsanctioned Russian oil. He says
- 35:46that he's going to lift all sanctions on
- 35:48Russian oil, but I thought they were the
- 35:51antichrist, too.
- 35:54We just Well, you know, that's not
- 35:56important anymore. You know, Ukraine,
- 35:59that's not important. We don't care. It
- 36:01never was important, by the way. But but
- 36:04now he it's it's, you know, well, we're
- 36:07we're just gonna unsanction that oil. We
- 36:09can sanction it again once we once we uh
- 36:12uh seize control of uh the oil fields in
- 36:15Iran or destroy them or destroy that
- 36:18island, whose name I can't recall. Um,
- 36:23oh boy. Energy Secretary Chris Wright
- 36:26pledges to bring gasoline back below $3
- 36:29a gallon before too long. Well, that's
- 36:33that's commitment before too long. I'm
- 36:36going to stop cheating on my wife before
- 36:38too long.
- 36:40That's a great that's a great measuring
- 36:42stick, isn't it? Ah, before too long.
- 36:45Thank you, Mr. Chris Wright.
- 36:48Last week, the Treasury formally allowed
- 36:51formally allowed India to temporarily
- 36:55buy oil from Russia with Bessant saying
- 36:58the US could potentially unsanction more
- 37:01of Russia's energy exports. Remember I
- 37:03told you last week that they were on
- 37:05behalf of Merittz in Germany cuz Merittz
- 37:08came over and he he bent the knee to to
- 37:11the old Trumpster and said, "Uh, please,
- 37:13please, please let us buy oil through
- 37:17Luke Oil and Ross Neft in um in Germany.
- 37:21You know, you sanctioned them and boy,
- 37:23we can't have that." And so, guess what
- 37:27happened on behalf of Mertz? They
- 37:29allowed that to happen. JP Morgan chief
- 37:32economist Bruce Bruce Casman told
- 37:35Reuters that the nearterm scenario could
- 37:39see crude prices spike to $120
- 37:44a barrel before settling at an $80
- 37:49a barrel level throughout the midyear if
- 37:52the conflict persists. Russian
- 37:56presidential investment envoy Kuriel
- 37:58Deitriv said on Monday that oil prices
- 38:01will exceed $200
- 38:04a barrel in the event of a prolonged
- 38:07conflict.
- 38:09Yeah, they better unsanction that
- 38:11Russian oil or the US is going to pay.
- 38:14And who and who's better, Russia or
- 38:16Iran? Now, there's talk that in the
- 38:18eastern half of Iran that uh in the the
- 38:21eastern half, which hasn't been beat up
- 38:23upon yet, China and Russia are still
- 38:27there. And u uh China and Russia are
- 38:31fueling that. Um there's plenty more
- 38:35news that I wanted to get into, but I
- 38:38also wanted to go back through uh where
- 38:41is Maduro? I wanted to say where he was.
- 38:44Let's get to uh the Heg Seth credibility
- 38:47problem. Um he said this uh uh school
- 38:52strike was under um
- 38:57uh was under um
- 39:00investigation by the Pentagon and in in
- 39:03his own you know when he wasn't in an
- 39:05airplane standing behind Trump he said
- 39:08that they were checking into it and uh
- 39:10he was very uh flustered at that time it
- 39:14and this was his uh briefing on uh what
- 39:18was it? Friday. Let's see. I want to go
- 39:21to uh I want to get to this.
- 39:25Uh he because that's not what he said
- 39:28earlier. And
- 39:33this is even Reuters says the earliest
- 39:37US assessment points toward US being
- 39:40responsible for that. And uh that's
- 39:43Reuters and uh you know Trump trying to
- 39:47deflect attention by going they cut
- 39:49babies in half there. Yeah. Happens
- 39:52every day. Um that's how public trust is
- 39:55broken with with certainty vagueness and
- 39:58now suddenly we're up to well it's an
- 40:00ongoing review. You know we're not the
- 40:02ones that target people. They are. Yeah.
- 40:05Yeah.
- 40:07Nuts. Um, Mur Maduro has disappeared
- 40:10from the headlines, but he's still in a
- 40:12holding facility. Um, the bigger
- 40:16question is not where is he, but why has
- 40:19any, you know, once the regime change
- 40:21spectacle is over, nobody cares anymore.
- 40:23It's over. On to the next regime change,
- 40:26right? Um, oil is the recurring ghost in
- 40:30the room here. Where are we? Venezuela.
- 40:33Oil.
- 40:35Iran. Oil. Iraq oil.
- 40:41Um, let's see. The the the official
- 40:45excuse making lines, uh, they don't line
- 40:48up with strategic reality. Uh, NATO
- 40:52speaks in lawyerly half sentences.
- 40:55Washington wants to manage fallout from
- 40:58this ugly civilian strike story. Do you
- 41:01know, I usually like watching uh, what's
- 41:03her name? Uh, Trump's girl uh, speaking
- 41:05in front of the White House. I forget
- 41:07her name and uh uh that that gets to
- 41:10talk all the time and she's usually
- 41:11pretty well spoken. She sounded like a
- 41:14cheerleader and a religious nut uh the
- 41:16other day. I don't like that in a uh in
- 41:19a press secretary. I think that's just
- 41:21wrong.
- 41:24So uh that I I don't I don't like that.
- 41:28Um
- 41:30the Russian official line is uh the
- 41:34similar to mine. So, I read this this
- 41:36morning in here, but I but I'm telling
- 41:38you what, I've been having trouble with
- 41:39this all weekend. Um, watching the US
- 41:43official channels get nuttier and
- 41:46nuttier as we go. The official line from
- 41:50Maria Zaharva is another reckless
- 41:54USIsraeli escalation, unlawful according
- 41:57to UN charter. They haven't followed
- 41:59that. They never do. um regional
- 42:03wrecking, which that's we have a very
- 42:05big habit of that, and spilling outward.
- 42:09Um she described the crisis as the
- 42:12result of an unprovoked US and Israel
- 42:15attack on Iran. It's always that way.
- 42:18They didn't attack first. Iran did not
- 42:20attack Israel first. And now they like
- 42:23to claim, you know, they they like to
- 42:25claim that everything everything is
- 42:28blamed on Iran. Everything. And uh so
- 42:32used to be, well, who are we taking out?
- 42:34The Palestinians.
- 42:37No, forget it. It's not the Palestinians
- 42:39we're after. We're after Iran. It's
- 42:40Iran. Iran. Everybody. You hear them all
- 42:43chanting Iran, but they don't know crap.
- 42:46They don't know this history. They just
- 42:49don't. And and that is not the Middle
- 42:51East. Okay. They're also trying to claim
- 42:53the Turk menistan that Azerbaijan that
- 42:56some of these places are gonna uh
- 42:59effectively
- 43:00um like like like the u Kurdish people
- 43:05in there uh on the eastern half of Iraq
- 43:08that they're going to be they're going
- 43:10to be the ground forces. They've said no
- 43:12to that. There were two or three reports
- 43:14on that uh that uh the the old
- 43:16Trumpsters been trying to get them in on
- 43:18the game.
- 43:20Um the US hasn't put enough ground
- 43:24troops into um the region like they did
- 43:28before the Iraq war. We had like some
- 43:31hundred,000 on the ground u before
- 43:34invading Iraq
- 43:37complete with all their tanks and
- 43:39everything
- 43:41that hasn't been prepared for here. They
- 43:45they truly thought, you know, did Heg
- 43:47Seth and his and his uh and his cronies
- 43:50up at the top thought that um a few
- 43:54missiles would uh be enough to uh
- 43:59to take them down. Um let's see.
- 44:05I have another couple of stories. Let's
- 44:09get to something lighter than this. Uh
- 44:13let's see.
- 44:16Israel has threatened the new leader.
- 44:18And this one just came out. Um,
- 44:24Donald Trump has warned also that let's
- 44:28see. Oh, here's Lindsey Graham again.
- 44:33Trump issued a similar warning to the
- 44:35IDF saying that they're going to kill
- 44:36the next leader and u Iran's next leader
- 44:40won't last long without US approval.
- 44:43said that Iran must comply with Trump's
- 44:46demands to avoid further escalation. I
- 44:49wonder where Trump figured out that he
- 44:53was the king. I I I really wonder this
- 44:57and and I've never seen anything like
- 44:59this in my lifetime where
- 45:03uh the president comes out and demand
- 45:07demand demand in this way, you know, in
- 45:12the way that he's doing and and he's
- 45:14just so blunt about it. And it's like,
- 45:17who in the world do you think you are?
- 45:20And and why does international law not
- 45:24apply to you? And and this is troubling
- 45:28to me. You know, at least other people
- 45:31pretended to uh uh follow international
- 45:36law. He doesn't even he makes no bones
- 45:38about it. He doesn't have to. He he does
- 45:41what he wants. And that is that. And the
- 45:44the worst scenario is
- 45:47Netanyahu is right there with him. That
- 45:49guy's a lunatic and has been forever.
- 45:52You know, he just he's finally got a
- 45:55willing uh a willing um I don't know,
- 45:58lackey in the US. Uh because it sure as
- 46:02hell isn't isn't Trump in charge here or
- 46:06or at least that got us in. Now he has
- 46:09to show that he didn't make the wrong
- 46:10decision and so therefore he's going to
- 46:14make it look like all this was his
- 46:15doing. and uh and and and the only way
- 46:18he can do that is oneupsmanship. He has
- 46:21to go larger. He has to go bigger,
- 46:24bigger, harder. He has to bring in five
- 46:27aircraft carrier groups. That's what
- 46:29he's got to do. And uh Israeli defense
- 46:32forces Trump issues the warning. Uh,
- 46:35Senator Lindsey Graham, of course, has
- 46:38told Fox News that Washington will make
- 46:41tons of money if it succeeds in
- 46:43overthrowing Iranian leadership.
- 46:47Graham and uh Graham and uh uh what's
- 46:50his name? Uh
- 46:53Christian Bale need to get together and
- 46:55uh you know, they can both act as if
- 46:58Dick Cheney is still in the room. Uh
- 47:00Graham made the remarks as global prices
- 47:03surged to $100 a barrel with the
- 47:05straight A to Hormuz shipping route
- 47:08closed. Iran has closed the waterway
- 47:11which carries a fifth of the world's oil
- 47:13supply and struck tankers attempting to
- 47:16pass through in retaliation for the
- 47:18USIsraeli strikes. Trump has dismissed
- 47:21this spike in oil prices. It's a very
- 47:24small price to pay, he says, for the
- 47:27USIsraeli war and that they will drop
- 47:30rapidly when destruction of the nuclear
- 47:32threat is over. This is not about a
- 47:35nuclear threat.
- 47:37Iran has stated has no ambition to make
- 47:39a nuclear weapon. H can't believe that,
- 47:42can we? As of Monday, the USIsrael
- 47:45attacks have killed 1,255
- 47:48Iranian civilians, according to data
- 47:51from Iran. The single deadliest incident
- 47:54was the I can't speak incident was a
- 47:58strike on a girl school in Manab killing
- 48:02168 children. The USIsraeli strikes on
- 48:05oil facilities near Thrron have produced
- 48:08a black rain of toxic oil and soot.
- 48:12Online images and footage show thick
- 48:14smog over the capital. Residents report
- 48:17breathing difficulties. Iran's Red
- 48:20Crescent Society warned that the rain
- 48:22could be highly dangerous and acidic and
- 48:25pose serious health risks. US Central
- 48:29Command says eight soldiers have died in
- 48:31operations linked to Iran.
- 48:35At least 13 Israelis have been killed so
- 48:38far in crossfire. Iran's retaliatory
- 48:41strikes on US bases have killed at least
- 48:44four in the UAE, six in Kuwait, two in
- 48:48Saudi Arabia. Trump claims that US
- 48:51forces have significantly degraded
- 48:53Tehran's naval and missile capabilities,
- 48:56saying they have sunk all Iranian ships
- 48:59and destroyed most missile launch
- 49:01platforms with only 20% remaining. Is
- 49:04that a Donald Trump 20% or a real 20%.
- 49:09Uh Russia is proposing UN Security
- 49:11Council resolution urging members to
- 49:14express uh concern over the current
- 49:17military escalation in the Middle East
- 49:19as well as to mourn the loss of life. It
- 49:23also urges all parties to stop their
- 49:25military activities condemned in the
- 49:27strongest terms all attacks against
- 49:29civilians and return to negotiations.
- 49:33Uh Turkish air defenses intercepted an
- 49:37Iranian ballistic missile with some
- 49:39degree falling near the city of Gazian
- 49:44not far from the Syrian border said the
- 49:46defense ministry saying that there were
- 49:49no
- 49:50uh injuries.
- 49:52Um let's see.
- 49:57I wanted to because Turkey is no huge
- 50:01friend to Israel.
- 50:04Let's see.
- 50:07Will Anara become Jerusalem's next
- 50:11target?
- 50:14Let's see.
- 50:15Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali
- 50:18Bennett recently made a bold statement
- 50:21regarding Turkey and its president
- 50:24receptar
- 50:26effectively laboring Anara as a new
- 50:29strategic threat to Israeli security.
- 50:33Here we go.
- 50:35Bennett accused Turkey of supporting
- 50:37Iran and several groups in the Middle
- 50:40East that Israeli Israel classifies as
- 50:44terrorist organizations. All you got to
- 50:47do is yell terror narco terror you know
- 50:51in the US terror terror in Israel and
- 50:54suddenly you get to blow up whoever you
- 50:56want. Just call them a terrorist. These
- 50:58terrorizers we got to go get them. In an
- 51:00interview, Bennett described Erdogan as
- 51:04a sophisticated and dangerous adversary
- 51:07who wants to encircle Israel. He urged
- 51:11Israel and its allies not to turn a
- 51:13blind eye to Anara's actions and develop
- 51:16a comprehensive policy of containment.
- 51:20So now Israel has to contain
- 51:24um
- 51:27Turkey. Isn't that great?
- 51:30Um,
- 51:33now why is Mambani's wife on the TV
- 51:36here? What is the story with this? We
- 51:39might have to look at this
- 51:42H.
- 51:45Well, they're saying she faces uh
- 51:47scrutiny for terrorizing. Anyway, uh
- 51:50Bennett's assertion about the emergence
- 51:52of what he termed a monstrous axis of
- 51:56Islamic political forces deserves
- 51:59attention. He claims that Qatar and
- 52:02Turkey acting in Syria and Gaza are
- 52:04bolstering networks linked to the Muslim
- 52:07Brotherhood. By the way, I wanted to
- 52:09bring up the uh attacks that uh
- 52:16that
- 52:17perhaps Qatar should forgive or forget
- 52:22about the uh
- 52:25the targeting of US bases in
- 52:30uh in its own country. Why? They didn't
- 52:33say crap about the uh the targeting by
- 52:37Israel using their, you know, launching
- 52:39into their airspace and attacking
- 52:43uh who they got to say are our enemies.
- 52:47Anybody can cross the state if you're
- 52:49Israel and nobody will do anything and
- 52:52the US will stand up for it. Um there's
- 52:55there's there's some reasonably serious
- 52:57talk about um getting rid of the US
- 53:03bases in the Middle East because they
- 53:06are a threat for everybody. Uh Dubai I
- 53:10read an article yesterday called uh
- 53:12something along the lines of uh goodbye
- 53:15Dubai
- 53:17and and good riddance. You know
- 53:19basically we nobody needed you there
- 53:21anyway. you know, the decadent and the
- 53:24uh, you know, full of hookers and full
- 53:26of because it is and um, high dollar
- 53:30ones, but they're still hookers. And uh,
- 53:32uh, it's uh, you know, the the most uh,
- 53:37longest profession, you know, all over
- 53:39uh, UAE.
- 53:41And uh, uh, I I've seen I've seen quite
- 53:44a bit of political discussion about uh,
- 53:47take getting the US out of the Middle
- 53:49East as well. Plenty of it. and saying,
- 53:53"Look, you being here is not good for
- 53:55us. You know, why in the world are if it
- 53:58was just us, we'd get along and uh but
- 54:02we don't need you here stoking the fires
- 54:04of war on behalf of Israel. Israel is
- 54:07the one causing all this, by the way.
- 54:10It's not Iran. Iran wouldn't have
- 54:12attacked anybody if they weren't
- 54:14attacked first. That's all there is to
- 54:16it. And and you don't need Sam to tell
- 54:19you that. That's absolutely true. And uh
- 54:22that's is not what's been going on. And
- 54:24uh so um anyway, this assertion about
- 54:28the emergence of the monstrous action of
- 54:31Islamic political forces uh Qatar,
- 54:34Turkey, Syria, Gaza bolstering networks
- 54:38like the Muslim Brotherhood. He hinted
- 54:40at Doha's financial and political
- 54:42influence over Israeli officials said
- 54:45additional domestic political layer in
- 54:48his statement. So uh Qatar since they
- 54:50are the richest country on the planet
- 54:53they uh allegedly are funding
- 54:56both sides.
- 54:58Bennett had earlier articulated
- 55:01the notion of a new threat from Turkey
- 55:05at a conference of American Jewish
- 55:08organizations in Jerusalem. He mentioned
- 55:10a scenario where Anara would align with
- 55:13Saudi Arabia and Pakistan in a military
- 55:15political pact predicting this would
- 55:18create a new center of power with
- 55:20regional ambition. The deterioration of
- 55:23relations between Turkey and Turkey and
- 55:26Israel has been gradual rather than
- 55:28abrupt since Erdogon has risen to power
- 55:31and strengthened his justice and
- 55:33development party and K's foreign policy
- 55:36is ideological. The concept of political
- 55:39Islam that underpins the party's
- 55:41ideology calls for strong support of the
- 55:44Palestinian cause and views Israel as an
- 55:46oppressor of the Palestinian people.
- 55:49Well, they are. And this shift has
- 55:51naturally impacted bilateral relations.
- 55:54Yeah. If you don't bend over to Israel,
- 55:57suddenly you support the Palestinians,
- 56:00right? If you question them at all,
- 56:02suddenly you're anti-Israel. That's not
- 56:06No. Why isn't there the ability to be
- 56:08seen as a middle of the rotor? For a
- 56:10long time, Turkey attempted to balance
- 56:13among various power centers. On the one
- 56:16hand, as a NATO member and regional
- 56:18neighbor, Anara aimed to maintain
- 56:20strategic ties with Israel, while on the
- 56:23other, it wanted to assert its own
- 56:25leadership in the Muslim world. Turkey
- 56:27is Muslim. Uh the dual approach drew
- 56:30criticism from both sides. Islamic
- 56:33nations accused Turkey of not taking a
- 56:35firm enough stance against Israel, while
- 56:37the West criticized it for excessive uh
- 56:40politicization and anti-Israel rhetoric.
- 56:44You can't be anti-Israel or you're the
- 56:47bad guy. And you don't even have to be
- 56:49anti. You just got to say something uh
- 56:52not in their favor and that's the end of
- 56:55the world for you. Um, you you need to
- 56:58you need to be slobbering a sickopantic
- 57:02uh Lindsey Graham type on Israel or
- 57:05you're an enemy of Israel. Right. One of
- 57:08the most significant and symbolic
- 57:10transformative episodes and Turkey
- 57:13Israel relations was the Mauvi Marmara
- 57:16accident in May 2010. This set the
- 57:20course for deterioration of bilateral
- 57:22ties. The MV Mauvi Marmara ship was part
- 57:26of the so-called Gaza Freedom flotillaa
- 57:29which aimed to break the Israeli naval
- 57:32blockade of Gaza by delivering
- 57:35humanitarian aid and they can't have
- 57:37that. You can't give food to starving
- 57:40people. That's not good. You're not
- 57:42allowed to do that. The mission of the
- 57:44freedom flotillaa was to break through a
- 57:49naval blockade imposed by Israel after
- 57:52Hamas. Israel viewed this as a breach of
- 57:55security and a potential threat. Yeah,
- 57:57giving people food is a potential
- 57:59threat, asserting that the cargo could
- 58:02be used for military purposes. During
- 58:04the interception operation, Israeli
- 58:07soldiers boarded the vessel in
- 58:09international waters. The situation
- 58:12escalated into violent confrontation and
- 58:15resulted in the death of several Turkish
- 58:18citizens. This prompted a fierce
- 58:20reaction from Ankara when Turkish
- 58:22officials condemned Israel's action as a
- 58:25violation of international law. They
- 58:27were and demanding official apologies,
- 58:31compensation for the victim families and
- 58:33a lifting of the blockade on Gaza. This
- 58:37Mavi Marmara incident became more than
- 58:39just a diplomatic crisis. It marked a
- 58:42turning point in Turkeykey's relations
- 58:45with Israel. This is when they figured
- 58:46out that Israel is not the good guys and
- 58:49never will be. Um, Turkey recalled its
- 58:52ambassador, downgraded relations, and
- 58:55effectively dismantled any military
- 58:58cooperation, which had been a
- 58:59cornerstone of cooperation between the
- 59:02two countries. The Turkish public came
- 59:04to view Israel as a state that uses
- 59:06force against Turkish citizens engaged
- 59:10in humanitarian mission. They do. That's
- 59:14what they do.
- 59:16Conversely, in Israel, the incident
- 59:19reinforced a view of Turkey as a
- 59:21supporter of political factions hostile
- 59:24to the Israeli policy in Gaza of kill
- 59:27them all and let God sort it out. Even
- 59:29if they're women and children, they're
- 59:31still in Gaza, and Gaza is ours is how
- 59:35that's supposed to be viewed, right?
- 59:37Trump's supposed to build or build a new
- 59:40Mecca there, apparently. uh despite
- 59:43subsequent attempts at partial
- 59:44normalization of relations including
- 59:47apology and discussion over compensation
- 59:50trust was never restored. Moreover, the
- 59:53Mavi Marmara incident represented a
- 59:55point of no return. Prior to 2010,
- 59:59tension was primarily rhetorical and
- 1:00:01ideological. Afterward, they are
- 1:00:04permanent and official.
- 1:00:07So from diplomatic strain st to
- 1:00:12strategic mistrust
- 1:00:14since then every escalation of Israel
- 1:00:17Palestine has automatically impacted
- 1:00:21relations between Anara and West
- 1:00:23Jerusalem. The events of 2023 only
- 1:00:26exacerbated the existing mistrust. The
- 1:00:29tragic events of October 7, 2023,
- 1:00:33followed by Israeli military actions in
- 1:00:35Gaza, led to further deterioration, and
- 1:00:38CAR's response was highly critical. The
- 1:00:41Turkish authorities publicly called the
- 1:00:44action of the IDF disproportionate. They
- 1:00:47were, and condemned the mass civilian
- 1:00:50casualties in Gaza, so do I. From that
- 1:00:53moment on, bilateral relations are were
- 1:00:56frozen and characterized by
- 1:00:58confrontational rhetoric and strategic
- 1:01:02distrust close to a cold war between
- 1:01:05Israel and Turkey.
- 1:01:08Within Israeli political landscape, some
- 1:01:11advocate for a more rigid stance toward
- 1:01:13Turkey, while others favor a more
- 1:01:15pragmatic approach. However, the general
- 1:01:18stance regarding Turkey is similar.
- 1:01:21Napali Bennett has long been known for
- 1:01:23his anti-Turkish position, viewing
- 1:01:26Ankara as a potential strategic
- 1:01:28adversary that will emerge as Israel's
- 1:01:30next significant threat after Iran. They
- 1:01:34just get to pick them off, especially
- 1:01:37with Donald Trump in your corner, right?
- 1:01:39So, is Donald Trump going to next attack
- 1:01:42Turkey on behalf of Israel? I mean, gez,
- 1:01:46all you got to do is allege that Turkey
- 1:01:47wants nuclear weapons, right? In
- 1:01:50contrast, uh, Prime Minister Netanyahu,
- 1:01:53despite his personal animosity toward
- 1:01:54Eric Deon and his occasional shop
- 1:01:57karmas, typically adopts a little bit
- 1:01:59more pragmatic approach. His rhetoric
- 1:02:01often leaves room for normalization
- 1:02:04grounded in the idea that Turkey and
- 1:02:06Israel do not have direct territorial
- 1:02:09conflict. They do not. And there is
- 1:02:13potential for economic and energy
- 1:02:15cooperation. And another point of
- 1:02:17contention for Israeli leadership is
- 1:02:19Turkeykey's growing ties with Islamabad.
- 1:02:22Pakistan is the only nuclear power in
- 1:02:25the Muslim world with a firm anti-Israel
- 1:02:28stance and Israel views the deepening
- 1:02:31military political relationship between
- 1:02:33Turkey and Pakistan as the emergence of
- 1:02:36an alternative power center. Netanyahu
- 1:02:39has indicated that following Iran,
- 1:02:41Pakistan will come under scrutiny as a
- 1:02:44strategic threat to Israel.
- 1:02:47It's never going to end. Everybody's a
- 1:02:50strategic threat to Israel. And the US
- 1:02:52is supposed to, you know, I don't know,
- 1:02:55have 50 bases outside of Israel, you
- 1:02:58know, not not on Israeli territory. Gez,
- 1:03:00we got to bring in more Israelis. But
- 1:03:04they need to get they they need to get
- 1:03:06the richest land and then the US can
- 1:03:08have the desert out to the east. We'll
- 1:03:10just kick out another country. It
- 1:03:11doesn't matter. Uh Netanyahu had
- 1:03:14indicated following Iran, Pakistan will
- 1:03:17be the next. Increasingly, similar
- 1:03:19assessments are being echoed beyond
- 1:03:22Israel's borders. American journalist
- 1:03:24Tucker Carlson recently remarked that
- 1:03:27Turkey poses a challenge for Israel
- 1:03:29precisely because its foreign policy is
- 1:03:32difficult to control and does not fit
- 1:03:35rigid alliance structures. Well, how can
- 1:03:38it? The straits of Bosphorus are the
- 1:03:40window to east and west and have been
- 1:03:43for centuries,
- 1:03:46centuries, friends and neighbors. And uh
- 1:03:50it has been that way. And and we're
- 1:03:53we're a blip to the to the to the world
- 1:03:56of Iran, Turkey, uh the the the Turkish
- 1:04:02hordes, you know, from way back when.
- 1:04:05And uh the in the the Hindu, I mean,
- 1:04:08think about it. The Mongolian hordes
- 1:04:10before that,
- 1:04:12the the the Tatarstan Empire. Oh,
- 1:04:16there's some great history over there.
- 1:04:18It's been going on for thousands of
- 1:04:21years and you're not going to solve it
- 1:04:23in a day. And Trump's not going to solve
- 1:04:26it in u you know a two week war with
- 1:04:30Iran. It ain't going to happen. There
- 1:04:34what are we supposed to blow up their uh
- 1:04:36uh all of their uh uh temples and things
- 1:04:39that have been around literally for
- 1:04:41thousands of years? Is that what we
- 1:04:43target next?
- 1:04:45Probably. So, you know, destroy their
- 1:04:47culture. And I tell you what, you're not
- 1:04:49going to have any friends over there. In
- 1:04:51Israel, the theme of external danger
- 1:04:54generally unites their society. When
- 1:04:58faced with a threat, political
- 1:04:59disagreement receded into the
- 1:05:01background. Therefore, discussion about
- 1:05:04who might pose the next challenge
- 1:05:09after Iran are not merely strategic or
- 1:05:12fuller in policy consideration. And they
- 1:05:14also have significant imp implication
- 1:05:17for domestic politics. The government
- 1:05:19must demonstrate that it has control
- 1:05:22over the situation and is prepared to
- 1:05:24confront any potential adversary. They
- 1:05:27aren't even done with Iran yet and
- 1:05:29they're already moving on to Turkey and
- 1:05:31Pakistan. Nonsense.
- 1:05:36Excuse me. The narrative surrounding the
- 1:05:38so-called axis of resistance, which
- 1:05:41traditionally encompasses Iran and its
- 1:05:44proxies, is gradually expanding within
- 1:05:46the rhetoric of certain Israeli
- 1:05:49politicians. Now, in addition to Tran
- 1:05:52and Kar and Islamabad are also mentioned
- 1:05:55as potential power centers capable of
- 1:05:59limiting Israel's maneuverability in the
- 1:06:02midterm. Turkey is seen as a nation with
- 1:06:05ambition for regional leadership and
- 1:06:08independent defense industry
- 1:06:10ideologically driven foreign policy.
- 1:06:13Pakistan on the other hand is viewed as
- 1:06:16a nuclear power with a deepseated
- 1:06:18anti-Israeli stance and growing ties to
- 1:06:23Ankara. From Israel's strategic
- 1:06:25perspective, this configuration is
- 1:06:28perceived as a potential new element
- 1:06:32of pressure.
- 1:06:34Not a new war. Yet, Israel has
- 1:06:38consistently maintained that it views
- 1:06:40Iran, Turkey, and Pakistan as rivals
- 1:06:43that are different in natural nature but
- 1:06:46comparable in scale because they're all
- 1:06:48three huge and uh Pakistan is nuclear
- 1:06:52and these three are are uh somewhat
- 1:06:55natural allies and you piss off Iran,
- 1:07:00you are pissing off Turkey for a large
- 1:07:03part. It was Turkey that talked the
- 1:07:06Kurds out of attacking is what I is one
- 1:07:09of the stories that I've heard about why
- 1:07:11the Kurds are not going in. The
- 1:07:13Pakistanis are trying to work with the
- 1:07:16Azerbaijanis is what I heard. Um and the
- 1:07:19uh Tajikis to to keep them out of the
- 1:07:24out of the fray. um you know Pakistan is
- 1:07:29attempting to keep this uh on the down
- 1:07:33low. But I also heard stories that say
- 1:07:35that Pakistan you know if anything
- 1:07:38happened uh where Israel attacked Iran
- 1:07:40with nukes that the retaliation would
- 1:07:42come from Pakistan.
- 1:07:45Crazy world out there. Um, nonetheless,
- 1:07:48Israel is known for its long-term
- 1:07:51strategy approach. It gradually creates
- 1:07:54a favorable international envir
- 1:07:56environment through collaboration, false
- 1:07:58collaboration in my view, with allies,
- 1:08:01sanctions, information campaigns, and
- 1:08:04regional alliances. They've had they've
- 1:08:06had at least 60 years of US
- 1:08:13buttlicking support in my view where
- 1:08:16we've done nothing. We don't question a
- 1:08:18damn thing. We just jump on board. They
- 1:08:21bomb somewhere, we start bombing the
- 1:08:24same place. And Trump's done that twice
- 1:08:26already. And uh maybe more or or most
- 1:08:30time we just ignore it and allow them to
- 1:08:33get away with it. And any of the
- 1:08:34condemnations that happen in the UN, we
- 1:08:37kind of overturn anytime they get how
- 1:08:39many times they are the most uh what do
- 1:08:42you call it? Sanctioned um
- 1:08:45condemned uh what do they call it when
- 1:08:48the UN does it? They uh uh give them a
- 1:08:51uh uh uh
- 1:08:55rhetorical, you know, they want them to
- 1:08:58be sanctioned basically, but it's but
- 1:09:01it's not sanctioned sanction. It's a uh
- 1:09:03uh they condemn them for what they are
- 1:09:06doing. Uh there's an arrest warrant for
- 1:09:08Netanyahu in the IC
- 1:09:11and rightly so. You know, I mean, he's
- 1:09:13according to all reasonable
- 1:09:17review of international law, he's a war
- 1:09:21criminal. Period. Um, according to the
- 1:09:25UN law, the US is now we're war
- 1:09:29criminals too because we haven't done
- 1:09:31any UN uh there was nothing. No, this is
- 1:09:35it takes a UN security council. The UN
- 1:09:38means absolutely nothing. The the UN I
- 1:09:42don't know why we're paying the hundreds
- 1:09:43of millions of dollars that we do for
- 1:09:46for the UN. And I don't mean us, I mean
- 1:09:49every the whole world. What is the point
- 1:09:52if it's only a a an agency that condemns
- 1:09:56I don't know China or Russia? That's it.
- 1:10:00It only condemns then them and and it
- 1:10:04cannot condemn the US for illegal
- 1:10:07actions in uh um Venezuela. It will
- 1:10:12never condemn it. Well, it does condemn
- 1:10:14Israel, but nothing ever comes of it
- 1:10:16because the US vetos any sort of
- 1:10:18condemnation of them of Israel uh for
- 1:10:22for
- 1:10:24attacks for blockades of humanitarian
- 1:10:27aid to get to uh uh citizens, you know,
- 1:10:31they create the next generation of u of
- 1:10:34person just by keeping them in the uh
- 1:10:39in the poor and unfed regions.
- 1:10:43So I don't know considering these
- 1:10:46scenarios Turkey might emerge as a more
- 1:10:48probable adversary than Pakistan because
- 1:10:51Pakistan has Iran in between it. But if
- 1:10:54they really piss him off the the Arab
- 1:10:58countries, the the big ones are going to
- 1:11:00come to the defense of Iran instead of
- 1:11:03Israel. And because trust me, none of
- 1:11:07them are really all that jazzed up about
- 1:11:09Israel. remember me telling you the
- 1:11:11stories about uh when you're in Qatar,
- 1:11:14you you don't normally you're going to
- 1:11:16get a lot of questions if you're if
- 1:11:18you're v if you're
- 1:11:21passport has a lot of stamps of uh uh
- 1:11:26travel recent or any to Israel. And so
- 1:11:31they will give you in Israel a separate
- 1:11:33page to stamp that you can remove um so
- 1:11:39it's not a uh stamped inside of your
- 1:11:42passport.
- 1:11:45So
- 1:11:47this logic about uh Turkey and Pakistan
- 1:11:50does not imply suddenly emerging into a
- 1:11:53new confrontation but rather gradually
- 1:11:57building a deterrence infrastructure.
- 1:11:59For now, Iran remains Israel's primary
- 1:12:03adversary, but trust me, they'll find
- 1:12:06more.
- 1:12:08They always do. It doesn't matter. Um,
- 1:12:11however, Israel will continue to regard
- 1:12:14both Turkey and Pakistan as potential
- 1:12:18competitors. Frankara, this means that
- 1:12:20current disputes must be viewed within
- 1:12:23the context of Israel's long-term logic.
- 1:12:27The situation in the Middle East remains
- 1:12:29unstable. Power dynamics will shift, but
- 1:12:33distrust among nations is unlikely to
- 1:12:38dissipate anytime soon. And I wanted to
- 1:12:42share that with you. That was by a guy
- 1:12:44named uh Farad Ibrahimov who's a
- 1:12:48lecturer at uh and at the faculty of
- 1:12:52economics
- 1:12:54um at the Institute of Social Sciences.
- 1:13:00Let's see.
- 1:13:04There's a uh
- 1:13:09let's see here. Where were we going
- 1:13:12after this?
- 1:13:15Uh,
- 1:13:17old uh, Zalinski, the Z monster, has
- 1:13:20been telling more uh, more stories here.
- 1:13:25Um,
- 1:13:29oh goodness.
- 1:13:33So, they they did have a film. This is
- 1:13:36new. Here's a here's something new. This
- 1:13:38just came out like minutes ago. So,
- 1:13:41there's a US tomahawk missile filmed
- 1:13:44hitting near the uh this girl's school.
- 1:13:50So, videos released online and verified
- 1:13:53by number of news agencies have ampli
- 1:13:56amplified accusations that the US is
- 1:13:59behind the strike on the girls school
- 1:14:03that left uh over 160 people dead. The
- 1:14:07footage, it's a film, uh, shows a US
- 1:14:11tomahawk missile impacting near the
- 1:14:13school in Manab. The video was shared by
- 1:14:16Mayor News that showed the moment when
- 1:14:19Israel and American terrorists struck
- 1:14:23the Manab school on February the 28th.
- 1:14:26Both the Washington Post and the New
- 1:14:29York Times verified the authenticity of
- 1:14:31the footage used satellite imagery,
- 1:14:35social media post, and other geollocated
- 1:14:39video. The Washington Post citing eight
- 1:14:43independent munitions experts described
- 1:14:46the clip as the latest indication of
- 1:14:49likely US involvement in the strike. It
- 1:14:52noted that the missile hit next to an
- 1:14:55Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps naval
- 1:14:58complex adjacent to the school. CBS News
- 1:15:03reported and cited a person familiar
- 1:15:06with the classified intelligence
- 1:15:09assessment that the US is likely
- 1:15:11responsible for the attack, but said it
- 1:15:13may have been caused by error, possibly
- 1:15:16to the use of dated intelligence.
- 1:15:20Um, but that isn't what Donald Trump
- 1:15:22said and that is not what Hegs said.
- 1:15:25Although Hegsith was in the damn
- 1:15:28briefing, US officials have confirmed
- 1:15:31the use of Tom to Tomahawk missiles
- 1:15:33which have a range of 1,600 kilometers
- 1:15:37in strikes on Iran. The US is the only
- 1:15:40party involved in the conflict
- 1:15:42possessing tomahawks. West Bryant, a
- 1:15:45former US Army special operations
- 1:15:48targeting expert, told the Washington
- 1:15:53Post
- 1:15:56that the missile outlines correlated to
- 1:15:59those of a Tomahawk. Jeffrey Lewis, a
- 1:16:01professor of global security at Middbury
- 1:16:05College, separately confirmed the
- 1:16:07assessment.
- 1:16:09He added that the missile did not
- 1:16:11resemble any known weapons in Iran's
- 1:16:15arsenal. Images from the aftermath of
- 1:16:18the strike show the girl's school roof
- 1:16:22collapsed onto the children below with
- 1:16:26witnesses describing mutilated
- 1:16:28children's bodies strewn across the
- 1:16:31area. On March 3rd, thousands packed the
- 1:16:34streets of Manab for a mass funeral with
- 1:16:37a hundred graves dug side by side. This
- 1:16:41comes after investigations by AP, CNN,
- 1:16:45New York Times, and the Post suggested
- 1:16:49that the school was likely destroyed in
- 1:16:51a US strike. US President Trump denied
- 1:16:54US responsibility. based on what I have
- 1:16:58seen, I think it was done by Iran,"
- 1:17:01Trump said on Saturday. And then then he
- 1:17:04turned back to Heg said, and I hate to
- 1:17:07laugh about this, it's really sad. Um,
- 1:17:10and and this this this
- 1:17:13joke of commentary right here instead of
- 1:17:17accepting responsibility and saying,
- 1:17:19"Well, do the right thing if it was us."
- 1:17:22This is unamerican. Period. And and I
- 1:17:26don't accept this. Based on what I've
- 1:17:29seen, I think it was done by Iran. Well,
- 1:17:31you haven't seen a damn thing then, have
- 1:17:33you? Or you haven't bothered to look.
- 1:17:36That is nonsense, said Trump on
- 1:17:38Saturday, describing Iranian munitions
- 1:17:42are very inaccurate. Yeah, that's it.
- 1:17:45That's your answer. Defense Secretary
- 1:17:48Pete Hegsith standing behind him shaking
- 1:17:50his head. Yeah. Yes, sir. said the
- 1:17:54Pentagon is examining the dis the the
- 1:17:57incident incident and said that the only
- 1:17:59side to target civilians is Iran. Yeah.
- 1:18:03Why don't we go spread that lie while
- 1:18:06while you let everybody else come up
- 1:18:09with the truth here? Just be truthful
- 1:18:12for God's sake. Do you know how how easy
- 1:18:15it would be to just be truthful? It's
- 1:18:18not the freaking uh problem that's that
- 1:18:22destroys you. It's the freaking cover
- 1:18:24up. Why are we covering this up? All you
- 1:18:27got to do is admit it and say, "Do you
- 1:18:30know what? That was terrible and and it
- 1:18:33shouldn't have happened and it was based
- 1:18:35on old data or it was based on a
- 1:18:37misargeting or a targeting mistake,
- 1:18:39something like that." And a person like
- 1:18:42me will
- 1:18:44understand that. Don't get if it's an
- 1:18:47obvious lie, nobody's going to believe
- 1:18:49it. But nope, you keep selling it. like
- 1:18:52Hillary Clinton would. You are Hillary
- 1:18:55Clinton if you're doing this. And that's
- 1:18:57an insult. Okay. Nobody wants to be that
- 1:19:00woman. Gh.
- 1:19:02Yuck. Yuck. Yuck.
- 1:19:07Sorry, I shouldn't talk like that. I
- 1:19:09suppose she's not really yuck. Depends
- 1:19:11on who your audience is, I suppose.
- 1:19:17So, did you see that that there was a a
- 1:19:19a video of a UAE ship getting um
- 1:19:25um
- 1:19:27blown up by another drone
- 1:19:32um myrranian type and uh
- 1:19:36tell you what the Israeli military has
- 1:19:39begun a widescale wave of strikes on
- 1:19:41unspecified targets in Thran, is Fahan
- 1:19:44in southern Iran, said the IDF. Um,
- 1:19:48footage shows two of the Iranian cluster
- 1:19:51bomb impacts in central Israel during
- 1:19:54ballistic missile strike. Have you seen
- 1:19:56these? If you if you haven't seen these,
- 1:19:58you should get on YouTube and check them
- 1:20:00out. They're uh the Iranians have
- 1:20:03cluster munitions. Okay. And these
- 1:20:06clusters are making it near impossible
- 1:20:09for Israel
- 1:20:12with, you know, their Iron Dome. That
- 1:20:13that that myth has been um uh pretty
- 1:20:17much uh poked full of holes
- 1:20:21um recently. Anyway, the um
- 1:20:26the cluster munitions that showed up,
- 1:20:30they're they're they're bombing the crap
- 1:20:31out of uh out of Israel here. And so the
- 1:20:36aftermath of of of the blowups going on,
- 1:20:41you're not there. Not much is getting
- 1:20:43out of um is getting out of um Israel
- 1:20:50as far as being able to see it. It's
- 1:20:52pretty hard to get to see it. And uh so
- 1:20:56uh you you can only see limited vision
- 1:20:59of it, but every once in a while they
- 1:21:02come up there and over the last few days
- 1:21:04there have been a ton of these cluster
- 1:21:06munitions coming up. So there was also
- 1:21:08news that a hypersonic missile was sh
- 1:21:11was uh uh that the Iranians have
- 1:21:13hypersonics if they have them. They got
- 1:21:15them from Russia, no doubt. And um well,
- 1:21:18I would assume cuz they they don't they
- 1:21:21didn't have their own hypersonics unless
- 1:21:23they've been developing jointly with
- 1:21:25Russia, but they have hypersonics um
- 1:21:28allegedly have have sent one. Um
- 1:21:33let's see. We're going to see if we
- 1:21:35can't switch to a lighter topic.
- 1:21:38See if we can find another Sam uh uh
- 1:21:43Rockwell Sam Rockwell movie. Um, I
- 1:21:47wanted to tell you a little bit about
- 1:21:49where is he?
- 1:21:52So, Jirroanovski, does everybody
- 1:21:54remember who Jironowski is? I've brought
- 1:21:57him up before in the past and I've got
- 1:22:01some some information. So, he was he was
- 1:22:03very very he passed away like I don't
- 1:22:06know not several years ago. I don't
- 1:22:08remember the exact time he passed away,
- 1:22:10but the guy called all of this 10 12
- 1:22:14years ago. He called it all. And so over
- 1:22:17the last uh little bit um last oh gee
- 1:22:22four or five months there have been
- 1:22:24plenty of discussions about Jidonowski
- 1:22:29and I got to get to his to his where's
- 1:22:33my dashboard here? Um and I have a pair
- 1:22:36of glasses right here in my grubby
- 1:22:38little pockets.
- 1:22:41I want to tell you about Jirin Novski.
- 1:22:47Uh
- 1:22:51jeez, I ought to share this one with
- 1:22:53you. I forgot about this. His entire
- 1:22:55brief is here. I I have Heg Seth
- 1:22:58Hegsth's whole brief I ought to share
- 1:23:00with you.
- 1:23:02Um here you go. The United Arab
- 1:23:08uh Oh, gee. If I have time, I'll I'll
- 1:23:10quickly go through this and then I'll
- 1:23:12get back to Judonowski because I want to
- 1:23:14share that. Um, a United Arab Emirates
- 1:23:16flag tugboat, the Musafa
- 1:23:192, has sunk in the straits of Hormuz.
- 1:23:22Three crew members are missing,
- 1:23:24including Indonesian nationals.
- 1:23:26Jakarta's foreign ministry says the
- 1:23:29Mustafa 2 has seven crew members from
- 1:23:32Indonesia, India, and the Philippines.
- 1:23:34Four of the crew members survive, three
- 1:23:36remain missing. UN International
- 1:23:38Maritime Organization confirmed the
- 1:23:41incident but said that it resulted in
- 1:23:43four facilities and three others were
- 1:23:46severely injured. There is no clarity on
- 1:23:48the discrepancy why it exists. Jakarta
- 1:23:51added that before the vessel sank, the
- 1:23:54boat uh experienced an explosion that
- 1:23:57caused it to catch fire and an
- 1:23:59investigation is underway. Security firm
- 1:24:02Vanguard said the tugboat was struck by
- 1:24:05two missiles while attempting to provide
- 1:24:07assistance to the Malta flagged
- 1:24:10container ship Safen Prestige. Traffic
- 1:24:13through the choke point is ground to a
- 1:24:15halt as the conflict in the region
- 1:24:17escalates with US, Israel and Iran
- 1:24:20pressing on with strikes and counter
- 1:24:21strikes. This is the ninth day of the
- 1:24:23war in in um um the region. Iran is
- 1:24:27challenging US and Israel on the
- 1:24:29battlefield. Um, let's see. Iran isn't
- 1:24:33backing down regardless of the kind of
- 1:24:35hits it has already taken. Let's take a
- 1:24:38look at Iran's missile arsenal. It is
- 1:24:42one of the largest in Western Asia.
- 1:24:46Before the 12-day war with Israel in
- 1:24:49June of last year, Israeli military
- 1:24:51assess assessments estimate that Thran
- 1:24:55possessed 3,000 ballistic missiles.
- 1:25:01During the fighting, Israel said it
- 1:25:03destroyed hundreds of missiles along
- 1:25:05with several launch sites. But since
- 1:25:07then, uh, Iran has rebuilt its missile
- 1:25:10according to its own defense forces.
- 1:25:13Thran's arsenal has recovered, uh, to
- 1:25:16around 2500 ballistics. Most of these
- 1:25:19fall in the short range and medium-range
- 1:25:21ballistic missile category. Short range
- 1:25:24ballistics can travel up to a,000.
- 1:25:26medium range are capable of traveling up
- 1:25:28to 3,000. These ranges allow Iran to
- 1:25:31target most of West Asia or Western
- 1:25:35Middle East. From Western Iran, the
- 1:25:38distance to central Israel is 1,200
- 1:25:41kilometers. Um, and Gulf States are only
- 1:25:44500 km away. Many of Iran's early
- 1:25:48missiles use liquid propellant, a
- 1:25:50technology that uh requires a longer
- 1:25:53prep time before a launch. They are the
- 1:25:56Shahab 1 and the Shahab 2 with range of
- 1:25:59300 to 500 km. And these missiles carry
- 1:26:02large warheads and relatively low
- 1:26:04accuracy and they sometimes miss their
- 1:26:07targets. Later versions, the Shahab 3,
- 1:26:10the Gdar, and the Ahmad improve in range
- 1:26:12and precision. The Gdar missile can
- 1:26:15travel up to 2,000 kilometers and means
- 1:26:17Israel is within range from deep inside
- 1:26:20Iran.
- 1:26:22So, those are important. Um, let's see.
- 1:26:24And I wanted to get to Jirroenovski
- 1:26:28quickly. Uh because Jiranowski in 2009
- 1:26:31and this is very short. Um
- 1:26:34let's see.
- 1:26:37Uh talk about the and I'm translating
- 1:26:41from Russian on the fly here. So it's
- 1:26:43kind of uh uh let's talk about the
- 1:26:46service of civiliza of modern
- 1:26:48civilization. the western world is uh
- 1:26:53thinks it's much smarter than us and it
- 1:26:56will go from Afghanistan
- 1:26:59will then go uh to Iraq and
- 1:27:02unfortunately
- 1:27:04um there is one other but in there but
- 1:27:08they won't go and that is Iran and they
- 1:27:12will
- 1:27:15not go there but they will enforce power
- 1:27:19there such and and they will back
- 1:27:22another power there. They were saying
- 1:27:24that the US won't go there. They would
- 1:27:26have gone and they went to Afghanistan
- 1:27:28and they went to Iraq. And this is what
- 1:27:30Jiranowski said in 2009.
- 1:27:33And he said and and the the the video
- 1:27:36clip is really interesting and and he
- 1:27:38said the same thing about Ukraine. He
- 1:27:40said that Ukraine was going to start a
- 1:27:42third world war and that it would
- 1:27:44continue into Iran. And he said that's
- 1:27:47and it was all going to be brought upon
- 1:27:49by Israel going into Iran and being
- 1:27:52blindly backed by the United States.
- 1:27:55Here we are. And that the US itself
- 1:27:59along with the west will uh believe that
- 1:28:01they can push Russia to the brink.
- 1:28:03That's what he said about Ukraine. And
- 1:28:06and absolutely correct. And such a
