Two Charged for Abandoning Dogs | Rochester News
Two people face animal abandonment charges after leaving two dogs, Cowboy and Champagne, tied to a tree in Victor—dogs later rescued by the Humane Society and now up for adoption. Tyqwan Coles and Yamelia Rodriguez allegedly tried to drop them off at Lollypop Farm but abandoned them. After a chase, Rodriguez was arrested in July and Coles turned himself in in August. Both were released without bail but must appear in court. The pups are thriving and waiting for their forever homes.
