- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, back to it from NewsRadio 570. WKBN and
- 0:03Speaker 1: Ron Verb. What you're talking about, I wish more people
- 0:07Speaker 1: were aware of.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Well, the information is not that hard to find. I mean,
- 0:12Speaker 2: it's out there. I don't know. I've called in a
- 0:16Speaker 2: few times. We've had multiple discussions over the years. My
- 0:20Speaker 2: first couple times I called in, it was during COVID
- 0:23Speaker 2: about how my wife and I went low-carb and then
- 0:26Speaker 2: We went down the whole vaccine rabbit hole, and then,
- 0:29Speaker 2: you know, we've listened to different people like Dale Bigtree.
- 0:31Speaker 2: There's multiple people out there. Just nobody knows where to
- 0:34Speaker 2: find them until they hear their name because they're put
- 0:36Speaker 2: out there, you know, like other resources are. You have
- 0:40Speaker 2: to really search for things. For instance, going back to
- 0:44Speaker 2: the vaccine, just going back to any vaccine, my wife
- 0:50Speaker 2: actually lost her mother to dementia, right? And once we
- 0:53Speaker 2: started kind of looking into that, you find out that
- 0:56Speaker 2: one of the things that a lot of people test
- 1:01Speaker 2: for with dementia is aluminum at the base of their brain.
- 1:03Speaker 2: And lo and behold, what do they put in vaccines?
- 1:06Speaker 2: They put like an aluminum oxide or something like that
- 1:09Speaker 2: in there. And, you know, high levels of aluminum in
- 1:12Speaker 2: your brain in dementia patients. So, you know, once you
- 1:18Speaker 2: start going, you know, I hate to... I naturally think
- 1:21Speaker 2: I'm a conspiracy theorist, because every time I say something's
- 1:23Speaker 2: a conspiracy, if you wait around long enough, it seems
- 1:26Speaker 2: like there's enough proof to say, well, that's no longer
- 1:28Speaker 2: a conspiracy. It's true, you know?
- 1:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, it's... But do you think that Fauci
- 1:35Speaker 1: will ever be held accountable for any of this stuff?
- 1:39Speaker 2: Well, how do I say this? My last call, we
- 1:43Speaker 2: were talking about taxes, and I said, at what point
- 1:46Speaker 2: does the average person take it into their own hands?
- 1:50Speaker 2: And I say with this instance, too, is that when
- 1:56Speaker 2: does the common working man finally had enough and says,
- 2:00Speaker 2: you know what? What if a guy that goes to
- 2:04Speaker 2: work every day like I do, you know, 12-year-old son
- 2:08Speaker 2: or 12-year-old daughter took the COVID vaccine because the school
- 2:11Speaker 2: pressured them and then they had a stroke and died? Like,
- 2:14Speaker 2: when does that guy go, look, you stripped it away
- 2:17Speaker 2: from me. I'm stripping it away from you. I just
- 2:22Speaker 2: think there's going to be a fracture, potentially a fracture,
- 2:28Speaker 2: where I think you are going to see people finally
- 2:33Speaker 2: have enough to realize that our judicial system and the
- 2:37Speaker 2: majority of our government has absolutely failed you. And you're
- 2:42Speaker 2: paying them to fail you. They're extorting money off of
- 2:46Speaker 2: you to fail you. And at what point does a
- 2:50Speaker 2: person go, I've just had enough. I'm just going to
- 2:54Speaker 2: do something. As a matter of fact, there's a movie
- 2:57Speaker 2: out right now called Vigilante. I don't know if it's
- 3:00Speaker 2: actually made to the screen yet, but Jack Persobek actually
- 3:04Speaker 2: put a snippet on there, and it is about that.
- 3:06Speaker 2: This guy, I want to say, was a judge. He
- 3:09Speaker 2: kidnapped a judge and injected him with a heroin and
- 3:12Speaker 2: was telling him, you let three boys go free after they...
- 3:18Speaker 2: gang raped this little girl and killed her, and you
- 3:20Speaker 2: let them go free after however many months. You know,
- 3:24Speaker 2: like he was basically telling him this, you know, liberal-looking viewpoint,
- 3:31Speaker 2: and he had him in a car. I'm sure he
- 3:33Speaker 2: was going to kill him.
- 3:35Speaker 1: You remember that the auto pen pardoned Fauci.
- 3:42Speaker 2: Yes, I do.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean..
- 3:46Speaker 2: I'll ask you this. Is anything always an absolute in nature?
- 3:50Speaker 2: And what I mean by that is there's nothing... If
- 3:53Speaker 2: they could make it... If they could put it on paper,
- 3:57Speaker 2: they could always unpin it. You know, I mean, I
- 4:00Speaker 2: don't know. You see politicians say this. You see them
- 4:03Speaker 2: say that. All this, you know, we can't go back
- 4:05Speaker 2: on it. And, you know, you give it enough time,
- 4:07Speaker 2: give it enough money at it, it goes back. It
- 4:08Speaker 2: can go back.
- 4:09Speaker 1: All right, so let me pick your brain in just
- 4:12Speaker 1: a bit. First of all, folks, pay attention to this guy.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Do you not agree that Chelsea Gabbard is truly a
- 4:18Speaker 1: great American by releasing the information she did as she
- 4:21Speaker 1: left the DNI? Yes or no?
- 4:24Speaker 2: Yeah, I believe so. I wish she was still there
- 4:26Speaker 2: to release more, personally.
- 4:28Speaker 3: I mean, it is..
- 4:30Speaker 1: It is to me, I am deeply saddened that she's
- 4:33Speaker 1: no longer in that position. I mean, I'm sad that
- 4:35Speaker 1: her husband has the health problems that he has.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Yeah, correct. I get it. I understand the circumstances.
- 4:39Speaker 1: It shows us all how precious life can be, and
- 4:42Speaker 1: don't take it for granted as far as your health
- 4:44Speaker 1: and joy each day. But, I mean, it's sad that
- 4:48Speaker 1: her husband has the ailment that he has, and she's
- 4:52Speaker 1: making the right decision, obviously, to be by his side.
- 4:54Speaker 1: But I wish she could have done both things. Both
- 4:57Speaker 1: run that organization because I don't think you'd find a
- 4:59Speaker 1: better person in charge of that organization. And I say
- 5:03Speaker 1: that because, remember, she spoke out against Kamala Harris on
- 5:07Speaker 1: Fox News when the campaign was going on. And the
- 5:12Speaker 1: evilness of the Biden administration and Kamala Harris put her
- 5:15Speaker 1: on the terror watch list, if you will. Remember that?
- 5:17Speaker 2: Right. Yeah, I do.
- 5:18Speaker 1: So whenever she would go to the airport, her and
- 5:21Speaker 1: her husband would be hassled every time she would go
- 5:24Speaker 1: to the airport because they didn't like her political opinion
- 5:28Speaker 1: as far as Kamala Harris was concerned. Think of how
- 5:31Speaker 1: evil that is. And think of the great accomplishment that
- 5:33Speaker 1: happened with her being in charge of that organization that–
- 5:40Speaker 1: was part, I guess, of putting her on that terror list.
- 5:45Speaker 1: But for her to go through this information and to
- 5:47Speaker 1: release it to say, this is a giant cover-up, and
- 5:50Speaker 1: the mainstream media to ignore it, to ignore that, gee,
- 5:53Speaker 1: there was, that ivermectin was something that could deal with
- 5:57Speaker 1: this problem of hydrochloroquine. These things did work, that we
- 6:01Speaker 1: were punishing doctors for curing people because we wanted to
- 6:05Speaker 1: make sure this vaccine got out there and that there
- 6:08Speaker 1: were problems as far as this vaccine. But most importantly
- 6:11Speaker 1: of all, how this COVID started happened. It wasn't some
- 6:15Speaker 1: stray bat. It was at that lab in Wuhan. And
- 6:18Speaker 1: now Fauci tried to cover that up and he was
- 6:20Speaker 1: funding it. And how she pointed out, as we were
- 6:24Speaker 1: lied to for years by Victoria Nuland about the bio
- 6:27Speaker 1: labs in the Ukraine. Why would you put a bio
- 6:30Speaker 1: lab in China, communist China, or a bio labs in
- 6:35Speaker 1: the corrupt Ukraine? where you're doing gain-of-function experiments that can
- 6:39Speaker 1: literally wipe out mankind. Literally, with something that escapes from there.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Why would you do such a thing? And so they
- 6:50Speaker 1: lied to the American citizens that these biolabs even existed
- 6:54Speaker 1: in the Ukraine. They only admitted to them when Russia
- 6:57Speaker 1: was invading the Ukraine and heading for these biolabs. Because
- 7:00Speaker 1: Putin said before the war started, you need to shut
- 7:05Speaker 1: down these biolabs that the Russians knew was in the Ukraine.
- 7:08Speaker 1: We denied they were there. They were heading for them.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Because Putin said at that time, I want to put
- 7:14Speaker 1: the scientists, those people in the world courts, all of them.
- 7:18Speaker 1: And all of a sudden... All those.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Biolabs were built under Obama.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Yeah, and all of a sudden, guess what? Victoria Nuland
- 7:27Speaker 1: had to admit, oh, we do have biolabs there. They
- 7:29Speaker 1: didn't admit to it, but then they admitted to it.
- 7:32Speaker 1: And they were saying, well, why are the Russians going
- 7:34Speaker 1: here and here and here? Well, they were going there
- 7:36Speaker 1: to get all of this stuff and shut these places
- 7:38Speaker 1: down because they saw what COVID did. But I say
- 7:42Speaker 1: Fauci will never be held responsible for the AIDS situation.
- 7:45Speaker 1: He'll never be held responsible for... for COVID and the
- 7:48Speaker 1: people that died from that. And I go one step
- 7:50Speaker 1: further with you because you sound like an informed guy.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Do you believe for one second that this brand new
- 7:57Speaker 1: tick that bites you and you can't eat meat Do
- 8:01Speaker 1: you believe that was lab-created? Because I do.
- 8:04Speaker 2: If you go down the... One of my calls before,
- 8:07Speaker 2: I mentioned about the whole... I think there's an island
- 8:09Speaker 2: up in New York. It was called... It actually has
- 8:11Speaker 2: a designation, the island, but it's called Tick Island. It
- 8:14Speaker 2: was a U.S. Army base that was doing experiments on
- 8:17Speaker 2: tick colonies. But yes, to go back to this tick
- 8:20Speaker 2: one here, that alpha-gal syndrome has been around, but it
- 8:24Speaker 2: hasn't been... It wasn't very... It was sort of rare.
- 8:28Speaker 2: But just... Last month ago, there was a guy on stage,
- 8:33Speaker 2: and I think he was speaking at Davos.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Yes.
- 8:36Speaker 2: And he said, he goes, oh, yeah, there's this tick,
- 8:38Speaker 2: you know, that if it bites you, it becomes, you know,
- 8:41Speaker 2: you become alerted. There is that discussion of human engineering.
- 8:46Speaker 2: So right there, you know, they're admitting, you know, like
- 8:49Speaker 2: I sort of believe that they have to tell you
- 8:50Speaker 2: what they're going to do. It's something about the cabal
- 8:53Speaker 2: that they have to tell you what they're going to do.
- 8:55Speaker 2: They can't, you know, some way, somehow, you know, if
- 8:57Speaker 2: you look at movies, you look at cartoons, there's little
- 9:00Speaker 2: hidden signs or figures or symbols. And if you look there.
- 9:07Speaker 4: So that being.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Said, to go back to the labs, maybe this is
- 9:12Speaker 2: a question for G2. I'd like to hear his comment
- 9:14Speaker 2: on that. At one point, on Telegram, I was following something,
- 9:19Speaker 2: and it said that, you know how Trump used to
- 9:20Speaker 2: always say that it originated in China? But I had
- 9:24Speaker 2: seen a map of the Ukraine, and it actually labeled
- 9:28Speaker 2: a place over there that was spelled China, but it
- 9:30Speaker 2: was C-H-Y-N-A. I've never got a real confirmation on that.
- 9:34Speaker 2: I'd kind of like to see if there's anything else.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Maybe GT knows somebody else, but maybe it was a
- 9:42Speaker 2: way that potentially Trump was... calling out that it wasn't
- 9:45Speaker 2: really from China, China. It was from China and Ukraine
- 9:48Speaker 2: of these labs.
- 9:50Speaker 1: I don't buy that because the lab in China was
- 9:54Speaker 1: the lab that was dealing with the COVID virus. Correct.
- 9:59Speaker 1: I got the clue. But Fauci was the liar who said, oh,
- 10:02Speaker 1: this wasn't man-made. This came from nature. This came from
- 10:05Speaker 1: this bat. This was all a lie. It was all
- 10:10Speaker 1: a cover-up. And it was all a cover-up to say
- 10:13Speaker 1: we could have fixed these people relatively inexpensive that had COVID.
- 10:20Speaker 1: But if we did, then we couldn't have the vaccine.
- 10:23Speaker 1: And then, of course, the whole thing is a cover-up.
- 10:27Speaker 1: And once again, no one's being held responsible. The island
- 10:29Speaker 1: you're talking about in New York is Plum Island. P-L-U-M.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Plum Island.
- 10:33Speaker 1: There you go.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Yep, there you go.
- 10:34Speaker 1: And that's where, just for people that are listening, that
- 10:37Speaker 1: was an island with a military biolab on it that
- 10:41Speaker 1: was experimenting in guess what?
- 10:43Speaker 4: Ticks.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Ticks.
- 10:45Speaker 1: You know how they got off? Bear with me one minute.
- 10:49Speaker 1: They were infecting ticks on this island to use. This
- 10:54Speaker 1: is how sick some of these bastards are, to use
- 10:56Speaker 1: ticks as warfare. And they created, what, Lyme disease? And
- 11:01Speaker 1: I also believe Rocky Mountain spotted fever, if I'm not mistaken.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Well, do you know how the book tells you how
- 11:07Speaker 2: the ticks basically got off the island? They accounted for
- 11:10Speaker 2: everything except for birds. And birds came in and would
- 11:13Speaker 2: pick up a tick, and that's how it got off
- 11:15Speaker 2: the island. There's actually a book about that.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I read it. I think it's Lab 457 or
- 11:22Speaker 1: something like that.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Right, 257, yeah, right, something like that.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Okay, so it got off that and also on deer's
- 11:28Speaker 1: faces because the deer would swim. They didn't know deer
- 11:32Speaker 1: could swim. They'd swim from the island to the mainland,
- 11:35Speaker 1: and they would bring them over as well. And they
- 11:38Speaker 1: found this outbreak of the disease that the ticks were
- 11:41Speaker 1: infected with, in Plum Island, in this military thing, it
- 11:46Speaker 1: broke out in a community called what? Lyme, New York.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Lyme, New York.
- 11:51Speaker 1: And it was so concentrated there because of Plum Island
- 11:55Speaker 1: and what the military was doing there. That's why it's
- 11:58Speaker 1: called Lyme disease. Now, many of you listening probably know
- 12:02Speaker 1: nothing about this, but this is the strange stuff that's
- 12:05Speaker 1: going on that could wipe out mankind. When they're doing
- 12:09Speaker 1: these gate-of-function experiments... They can come up with some of
- 12:12Speaker 1: this stuff that could kill half the population. You mentioned Davos.
- 12:16Speaker 1: We're in Davos. They say the great things, these arrogant SOBs.
- 12:20Speaker 1: You'll own nothing and you'll be happy. What are we
- 12:23Speaker 1: going to do with all these worthless people? Remember when
- 12:25Speaker 1: you hear them make these statements?
- 12:27Speaker 5: Right.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a bottom. I've told people they think I'm
- 12:31Speaker 2: crazy or whatever, and I say, hey, are you on
- 12:33Speaker 2: the list? What list are you on?
- 12:36Speaker 1: Are you on the cut list?
- 12:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Because if you're not, it doesn't matter if you're a doctor,
- 12:41Speaker 2: a plumber, an electrician. If you're on the cut list,
- 12:43Speaker 2: you're on the cut list. It doesn't matter what your
- 12:46Speaker 2: belief is. You're going to be right beside me on
- 12:49Speaker 2: the guillotine regardless of whether you didn't or did believe
- 12:53Speaker 2: what I was saying before.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, and don't you think that, I commend
- 13:00Speaker 1: you because you know so much about it, yet the
- 13:02Speaker 1: person listening, they got to think, oh, it's the Art
- 13:05Speaker 1: Bell Show, or they got to think that we're loony bins.
- 13:08Speaker 1: But everything you're saying, I give you an aye-aye, Captain.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Every single thing that you're saying, you're on top of it.
- 13:15Speaker 1: I appreciate it. And doesn't it make it difficult sometimes
- 13:18Speaker 1: for you to sleep at night knowing this crap is
- 13:20Speaker 1: going on?
- 13:22Speaker 2: Well, you know, Yes, at times. Through COVID, yeah, I
- 13:27Speaker 2: was hard. Really, you know, because I have a family,
- 13:30Speaker 2: young children.
- 13:31Speaker 1: I have a great life.
- 13:32Speaker 2: I have a great wife, great family. You know, you
- 13:36Speaker 2: think about stuff like that when you go to sleep.
- 13:38Speaker 2: What can I do to change this? And there was
- 13:42Speaker 2: nothing you could do. As a husband and a father,
- 13:44Speaker 2: you felt helpless. So, yeah, I did have many sleepless nights.
- 13:49Speaker 2: So after you go through it, you tend to go,
- 13:54Speaker 2: I sort of tended to start to just go, I
- 13:57Speaker 2: can only control what's in front of me, and I
- 13:59Speaker 2: didn't want my thoughts or fears to alter my kids'
- 14:09Speaker 2: upbringing or their happiness. So I tried to put on
- 14:15Speaker 2: a smiley face and just be the husband-father. I didn't
- 14:19Speaker 2: want them to be walking around the house.
- 14:21Speaker 1: But here's what's troubling is how your government lies to you.
- 14:27Speaker 1: How it lies and covers up, as Americans, the truth
- 14:30Speaker 1: and the agenda that's going on. It's just total lies
- 14:35Speaker 1: that they tell you.
- 14:36Speaker 2: It's been going on for 100 years.
- 14:38Speaker 1: And they get away with it. Fauci will never be
- 14:39Speaker 1: held accountable. He's a very wealthy man as a result
- 14:43Speaker 1: of it. The COVID lab will never be held accountable.
- 14:49Speaker 1: The people on Plum Island will never be held accountable.
- 14:52Speaker 1: The Epstein people will never be held accountable. But we
- 14:56Speaker 1: have justice for Joe Bagadonis. We have justice for you.
- 15:00Speaker 1: But all these people that do things that are so
- 15:02Speaker 1: horrendous and they simply get away with it. That's why
- 15:05Speaker 1: people talk about a two-tier justice system. And that's why
- 15:09Speaker 1: people say to themselves, it's just ridiculous. It's just a
- 15:13Speaker 1: double standard. And they're accurate and they're true. As I
- 15:16Speaker 1: mentioned yesterday, just as they lied to Vietnam vets and said, though,
- 15:20Speaker 1: this Agent Orange had nothing to do with these weird
- 15:22Speaker 1: cancers that they were getting, until it became so overwhelming
- 15:25Speaker 1: they had to admit to it.
- 15:27Speaker 2: I believe there is a cure for cancer, but you've
- 15:30Speaker 2: got to think about how much money they'd lose. You know,
- 15:33Speaker 2: if they cured it. They don't want to cure nothing.
- 15:35Speaker 2: They want to treat it.
- 15:36Speaker 1: I have been reading about, to some extent they think,
- 15:41Speaker 1: what I've been reading is that some people believe cancer
- 15:43Speaker 1: is almost like a parasite, if you will.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I've heard that about worms and stuff like that.
- 15:50Speaker 1: And they're saying that some people are using ivermectin and
- 15:55Speaker 1: I forget the other drug. I have to do that.
- 15:58Speaker 1: There's a combination that they're using that they say, okay,
- 16:04Speaker 1: the tumor went away or the cancer went away. It's fascinating.
- 16:08Speaker 2: And I don't know the name. My wife would know.
- 16:09Speaker 2: But there's a doctor actually that was videotaped. I want
- 16:13Speaker 2: to say in the 70s it was talking about certain
- 16:16Speaker 2: oils like wormwood oil and stuff, a combination, and it
- 16:22Speaker 2: was treating people.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Thank you. I'm 70. WKBN. IDL 425 in the afternoon.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Ron Furb, News Radio 570. WKBN from the Kingdom of
- 16:31Speaker 1: Mahoning here. 75 degrees. It's a glorious, really wonderful Tuesday afternoon.
- 16:37Speaker 1: That last guy was really a smart dude. I mean,
- 16:41Speaker 1: some people at call are just really, really on top
- 16:44Speaker 1: of things. And sometimes I picture when you hear some
- 16:48Speaker 1: of this stuff, you think we're a bunch of lunatics
- 16:51Speaker 1: or you think it's the yard bell program and all
- 16:53Speaker 1: this kind of stuff. I get it, but it's not.
- 16:56Speaker 1: I mean, this stuff is, if you look into this
- 16:59Speaker 1: and you realize some of the stuff that's covered, that's
- 17:02Speaker 1: just covered up. And it's just really, the older you
- 17:08Speaker 1: get in life or the more life you live, you
- 17:11Speaker 1: just sit back and you watch it, starting with Agent
- 17:14Speaker 1: Orange in Vietnam and a cover-up that happened there. And
- 17:17Speaker 1: then you go through, I mean, there was always people
- 17:19Speaker 1: concerned about what they were being told with the Kennedy assassination.
- 17:23Speaker 1: And the lack of information people get about any of
- 17:25Speaker 1: these other assassination attempts, it's like they happen and you
- 17:30Speaker 1: know nothing more about the people involved. It's like silence. Silence.
- 17:34Speaker 1: It's like it's none of the public's business. And... When
- 17:44Speaker 1: you hear a guy like that that says... When you
- 17:47Speaker 1: read this book, it's just hard to imagine a place
- 17:51Speaker 1: called Plum Island in New York, the military lab going
- 17:55Speaker 1: on with ticks and Lyme disease. And now it haunts us. Because...
- 18:03Speaker 1: of where it originates from. But do you hear them
- 18:05Speaker 1: ever talk about it? Do you hear them ever admit
- 18:07Speaker 1: to it? They never admit to any of this stuff.
- 18:10Speaker 1: It just gets leaked out. And they always deny, deny, deny.
- 18:18Speaker 1: I had a cousin who died. He was bit by
- 18:23Speaker 1: a tick and he got Rocky Mountain spotted fever and
- 18:26Speaker 1: he died. I mean, I was just kind of, what? What?
- 18:33Speaker 1: And now they're talking about how bad a tick season
- 18:35Speaker 1: it is this year. But, I mean, it was just
- 18:39Speaker 1: kind of, you just say, what? And a buddy of
- 18:42Speaker 1: mine got, I remember he got the bullseye from Lyme
- 18:47Speaker 1: disease and went to the doctor. If you don't catch
- 18:50Speaker 1: it in time, that can give you some serious problems
- 18:53Speaker 1: as time goes on. But, and now this thing, do
- 18:59Speaker 1: any of you watch that show, The Pioneer Woman? My
- 19:02Speaker 1: wife watches that. It's a cooking show. Well, her daughter's
- 19:11Speaker 1: husband got bit by that tick that makes you allergic
- 19:17Speaker 1: to meat. I think they live in Texas or somewhere out,
- 19:21Speaker 1: obviously out on some big farm, but he got bit
- 19:23Speaker 1: by it. And that makes you so you can't stand
- 19:26Speaker 1: eating meat anymore. But just think, you know, all of
- 19:29Speaker 1: a sudden there's this tick and then the prevalence of
- 19:31Speaker 1: it being everywhere anymore. Right after Bill Gates got done
- 19:35Speaker 1: talking about making fake meat and now we got to
- 19:38Speaker 1: stop whatever environmentally it's bad to have cows graze and
- 19:43Speaker 1: all this kind of stuff. It's just some of these
- 19:45Speaker 1: people I think are just lunatics, evil lunatics. And I
- 19:49Speaker 1: know it's hard for a lot of you to imagine
- 19:51Speaker 1: some of the stuff we're saying, but take it all in.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Read about it. Check it out yourself.
- 19:56Speaker 5: All right?
- 19:56Speaker 1: That's all I can ask. Call us on the line.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Stand by. Your call is important to us. We're here
- 20:00Speaker 1: tonight until 7 o'clock. Welcome to a Tuesday. Ron Verb,
- 20:04Speaker 1: News Radio 570 WQEN 330-729- 99.77. News Radio 570. WKVN.
- 20:12Speaker 1: What a glorious looking Tuesday afternoon. It's June 23rd already.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Almost the end of June. And then it's the end
- 20:18Speaker 1: of July. It's just right around the corner. 75 degrees.
- 20:23Speaker 1: It's just beautiful outside today. Excellent calls on the program today.
- 20:27Speaker 1: And you're on the air.
- 20:27Speaker 4: I got a lot of grass to cut out there.
- 20:31Speaker 4: I gotta get to it. So here we go.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Oh boy, I tell you.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Mr.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Irritable on the line today. irritable irritable it's like uh
- 20:39Speaker 1: i got work to do i got work to do.
- 20:42Speaker 4: Well you keep telling me how i sit around on
- 20:44Speaker 4: my thumbs and don't do anything.
- 20:46Speaker 1: At my age well at your age what.
- 20:48Speaker 4: Did you do today you went to the mailbox oh
- 20:51Speaker 4: you took a drive to the store well.
- 20:55Speaker 1: That's what i understand you old people you're getting upset
- 20:59Speaker 1: at me because i have No, no, no. I can
- 21:03Speaker 1: figure out.
- 21:03Speaker 4: I'm not getting.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Upset with you. I know, but do I know how
- 21:10Speaker 1: to identify you old people and what you do today?
- 21:13Speaker 1: Like I say, here's old people like you. Okay, what
- 21:17Speaker 1: are you going to do today? Well, I got a
- 21:19Speaker 1: doctor's appointment. I got to go to the dentist. I
- 21:22Speaker 1: got a doctor's appointment. I got to go to the
- 21:25Speaker 1: grocery store. I got to get the mail. It's just
- 21:31Speaker 1: stuff like that.
- 21:32Speaker 4: I'm just going to say a few words here.
- 21:36Speaker 1: It's a very typical day. It's a typical day for
- 21:39Speaker 1: old people. That's what old people do.
- 21:42Speaker 4: Don't blink your eyes, young man. Don't blink your eyes
- 21:46Speaker 4: because you'll be in that situation before you know it.
- 21:51Speaker 1: When you woke up today, did you say, okay? What
- 21:54Speaker 1: time did you wake up?
- 21:55Speaker 4: I woke up today, put my feet on the ground
- 21:59Speaker 4: and said, I love the smell of the morning in
- 22:03Speaker 4: the morning.
- 22:03Speaker 1: You're just happy to wake up. Believe me when I
- 22:06Speaker 1: tell you, you might find this hard to believe. I
- 22:09Speaker 1: am too anymore. When you open your eyes and you say, hallelujah.
- 22:14Speaker 4: I'm still here.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Right, on that kind of stuff. But listen, I'm the
- 22:19Speaker 1: first guy to tell you, and all poking fun aside,
- 22:23Speaker 1: I picture you as a guy that genuinely is enjoying
- 22:28Speaker 1: his retirement.
- 22:30Speaker 4: I am.
- 22:31Speaker 3: I am.
- 22:32Speaker 4: You know what? I don't have to get up at
- 22:36Speaker 4: 5.30 in the morning anymore or 4.30 or whatever it
- 22:39Speaker 4: was at the time. I don't have to do that anymore.
- 22:42Speaker 4: I don't have to run and wiggle my butt for
- 22:45Speaker 4: anybody but me and my family.
- 22:49Speaker 1: And how long have you been retired, roughly?
- 22:53Speaker 4: You've been trying since five years ago to get into
- 22:56Speaker 4: my personal life.
- 22:57Speaker 1: I'm not getting into it.
- 22:58Speaker 4: I'm trying to let you in a little bit. You
- 23:01Speaker 4: tricked me into it a couple of times.
- 23:04Speaker 1: I know, but 20 years?
- 23:05Speaker 2: I've been retired.
- 23:07Speaker 1: 20 years, right? At least.
- 23:10Speaker 4: I've been retired quite a bit.
- 23:12Speaker 1: All right, so think about that.
- 23:15Speaker 4: In the beginning, it was a little hard. Why? In
- 23:18Speaker 4: the beginning, I didn't really, no, I shouldn't say that. No,
- 23:21Speaker 4: I worked part-time for almost 11 years after I retired.
- 23:25Speaker 4: I worked part-time, which was really five days a week,
- 23:31Speaker 4: and I quit that after about 11 years. I worked
- 23:35Speaker 4: for a company that transferred young kids around to different schools,
- 23:40Speaker 4: the missed the misfits in the area here that were
- 23:44Speaker 4: thrown out of their schools that had to go to
- 23:46Speaker 4: other places. Well, this is the people that he had.
- 23:50Speaker 4: I took people to doctor's appointments. I was down to
- 23:55Speaker 4: UPMC up at Cleveland Clinic. I was all over Columbiana County. Anyway,
- 24:01Speaker 4: I did that. I enjoyed it because it was easy money,
- 24:05Speaker 4: and I did not have to wiggle my butt too much.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Yeah, but I mean, plus you got to see people.
- 24:13Speaker 1: You realized how lucky you were when you were taking somebody,
- 24:15Speaker 1: let's say, to UPMC because they got a serious health
- 24:19Speaker 1: issue or whatever.
- 24:20Speaker 4: Well, I realized how good I have it when I
- 24:23Speaker 4: was 22 years old. I'm not going to get into that.
- 24:27Speaker 4: There's a story there that you'll.
- 24:29Speaker 1: Never find over here. You can't let that out and
- 24:32Speaker 1: expect me to say, How does somebody realize how good
- 24:35Speaker 1: they got it when they're 22? Usually at 22, that's
- 24:39Speaker 1: the last thing you realize. How did you come to
- 24:41Speaker 1: realize it?
- 24:43Speaker 4: That is a story that I'm going to keep to myself.
- 24:47Speaker 4: Just believe me when I tell you.
- 24:49Speaker 1: But you're 22. I can't believe you. I can't even
- 24:51Speaker 1: make a connection when you said I come to realize
- 24:55Speaker 1: whatever at 22. Listen, I got a crisp new $ 1
- 24:59Speaker 1: bill here. If you want to tell that story, I'll
- 25:00Speaker 1: give it to you.
- 25:04Speaker 4: I could mesmerize you for the next hour and a
- 25:08Speaker 4: half by telling you that story.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Because at 22, you would think, would something happen at
- 25:14Speaker 1: 22 that was life-changing for you?
- 25:16Speaker 4: Without a doubt. Without a doubt. Without a doubt.
- 25:24Speaker 1: I don't care. What happens at 22?
- 25:25Speaker 4: I don't want to talk about Fifth Avenue.
- 25:28Speaker 1: I want to talk about what happened at 22 that
- 25:30Speaker 1: was life-changing for you.
- 25:33Speaker 4: If I ever run into you in person and you
- 25:37Speaker 4: remember what we're talking about at this time, I may
- 25:40Speaker 4: tell you, but I'm not telling.
- 25:42Speaker 1: You on the phone. Was it the first time you
- 25:45Speaker 1: had sexual relations?
- 25:47Speaker 4: Not even close.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Okay, well, I had to ask.
- 25:51Speaker 4: I had to tell you.
- 25:52Speaker 1: It was life-changing. I thought that might have been life-changing
- 25:55Speaker 1: for you. Possibly, right? I mean, now I'm trying to guess.
- 26:00Speaker 1: I'm just trying to speculate on what it is. But look,
- 26:04Speaker 1: you've had a long, healthy retirement.
- 26:08Speaker 4: And I have been a very lucky individual, and I
- 26:13Speaker 4: appreciate it.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Now, do you look around at your peers? Do you
- 26:16Speaker 1: look around at your peers that are dead or they
- 26:19Speaker 1: are not in the best of health?
- 26:22Speaker 4: Neighbors, their children have passed. Many children have passed away
- 26:29Speaker 4: of my neighbors, of friends. I mean, we're not talking
- 26:33Speaker 4: just people my age. But you know what? It's called life.
- 26:38Speaker 4: And like you said, you wake up in the morning,
- 26:41Speaker 4: and holy mackerel, we got another trip around the sun.
- 26:44Speaker 4: We're doing good.
- 26:46Speaker 1: And you should take a beautiful day like today. I mean,
- 26:48Speaker 1: this is ideal weather. It's 75 degrees. I hope you
- 26:52Speaker 1: sit out on your front porch and just suck in
- 26:55Speaker 1: some of this day. Just look at the beautiful sky
- 26:57Speaker 1: and enjoy the beautiful temperatures. And just thank the Lord.
- 27:01Speaker 4: I've also got a yard to take care of. I've
- 27:04Speaker 4: got a house to take care of. I've got obligations
- 27:07Speaker 4: in different directions. Like everybody else that calls into your show,
- 27:12Speaker 4: I'm not alone. I'm not alone.
- 27:14Speaker 1: You don't have major obligations. You're an old guy.
- 27:18Speaker 4: I don't have major. I have obligations.
- 27:20Speaker 1: I mean, you know, when you look at your to-do list,
- 27:22Speaker 1: it says floss teeth.
- 27:29Speaker 4: I carry those around in my back pocket every day.
- 27:32Speaker 4: I don't have to write it down. I just have
- 27:35Speaker 4: to touch my back pocket. I do it twice a day.
- 27:39Speaker 1: Here's your schedule. Wake up. Eat breakfast. Clean up. Get dressed.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Read the paper. Lounge around a little bit. Figure out
- 27:51Speaker 1: what's for lunch. then go outside and see what the
- 27:58Speaker 1: neighbors are doing, take a walk, and go to the
- 28:01Speaker 1: grocery store. Or maybe go to the mall and take
- 28:03Speaker 1: a walk.
- 28:05Speaker 4: No, my brother does that. I don't go out the mall.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Really? Mm-hmm. Do you feel safe walking in your neighborhood
- 28:13Speaker 1: where your mansion is? Are you safe there? Do you
- 28:17Speaker 1: feel threatened?
- 28:18Speaker 4: Yes, I feel very safe.
- 28:20Speaker 1: Now, when you walk, because I see..
- 28:24Speaker 4: I can still handle myself. I'm not worried about it.
- 28:26Speaker 1: I see, like, a lot of times when I see
- 28:27Speaker 1: old people like you walking, they're carrying like a golf
- 28:31Speaker 1: club to beat off stray dogs and stuff like that.
- 28:33Speaker 4: Stray dogs and strangers that happen to live maybe on
- 28:36Speaker 4: the west side.
- 28:38Speaker 1: No, I don't mean that. You mean in the township
- 28:43Speaker 1: of Austintown?
- 28:45Speaker 4: I didn't say that.
- 28:47Speaker 1: You were implying it.
- 28:48Speaker 4: I could keep you going here for the rest of
- 28:50Speaker 4: the show, but you're not going.
- 28:51Speaker 5: To let me.
- 28:52Speaker 3: Why not?
- 28:53Speaker 4: Are you familiar with all of it? First of all,
- 28:55Speaker 4: I want to say I'm going to go out on
- 28:57Speaker 4: a limb.
- 28:57Speaker 1: Yes.
- 29:00Speaker 4: No. I'm going to retract that.
- 29:01Speaker 1: No, go out on a limb. Come on. Live dangerously.
- 29:04Speaker 4: I'm not going to go out on a limb. I'm
- 29:05Speaker 4: not going to go out on a limb. I'm going
- 29:06Speaker 4: to make a statement.
- 29:07Speaker 1: Okay.
- 29:08Speaker 4: A lot of your callers... A lot of your callers
- 29:12Speaker 4: are so misinformed, are under-read, that they have to pay
- 29:17Speaker 4: more attention to reading and books and not having tunnel
- 29:25Speaker 4: vision by just listening to Fox News. It hurts my heart.
- 29:30Speaker 4: It really does. It hurts my heart. The inability of
- 29:34Speaker 4: a lot of your callers that called in and they
- 29:38Speaker 4: spew this stuff out like it's the god-awful truth and
- 29:43Speaker 4: that's the way it is, and they know it for
- 29:45Speaker 4: a fact. Do you know who Oliver Cromwell was?
- 29:53Speaker 1: I know who Oliver Redbacher was.
- 29:56Speaker 4: Redenbacher. Who was Oliver Redenbacher? That was the pilot? Is
- 30:01Speaker 4: it Rickenbacker? Is that who you mean?
- 30:03Speaker 1: I thought he made popcorn. Wasn't that the guy with
- 30:05Speaker 1: the popcorn?
- 30:06Speaker 4: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. That guy, too. Anyway, I have
- 30:12Speaker 4: five pages here, but you're not going to let me.
- 30:15Speaker 4: I can't.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Well, let me hear it. Go ahead. Don't read to me.
- 30:19Speaker 4: It's very interesting. The reason that I took the time
- 30:22Speaker 4: from investigative journalism is because it fits to what's going on.
- 30:28Speaker 4: I mean, it really does. It really fits. Loyalty to
- 30:35Speaker 4: the party is, this has nothing to do with Cromwell.
- 30:38Speaker 4: Loyalty to the party is paramount. The party told you
- 30:44Speaker 4: to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It
- 30:48Speaker 4: was their final, most essential command. Do you know what
- 30:54Speaker 4: that's from?
- 30:56Speaker 1: The Bible?
- 30:57Speaker 3: No.
- 30:58Speaker 4: No, it's not.
- 31:00Speaker 3: Okay.
- 31:00Speaker 1: The book of John?
- 31:02Speaker 4: No, the Book of Ron. It's from Oliver Cromwell. Not Cromwell,
- 31:11Speaker 4: excuse me. Orwell, 1984. And if you read 1984, you're
- 31:21Speaker 4: going to, I don't know if you ever did, but
- 31:23Speaker 4: I highly recommend it. I really do. And I hope
- 31:26Speaker 4: you do. Loyalty to the Party. Loyalty to the Party
- 31:30Speaker 4: is paramount. And they told you to reject the evidence
- 31:33Speaker 4: of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most
- 31:36Speaker 4: essential command. You will see how much it fits with
- 31:41Speaker 4: what's going on today. But I have... Oh, my goodness.
- 31:49Speaker 4: I know it falls on deaf ears because you're too
- 31:52Speaker 4: into this. You've said a few things not... And recently,
- 31:59Speaker 4: like you're talking about the immigration and all that, and
- 32:05Speaker 4: the one thing that you disagreed with, and you had
- 32:09Speaker 4: a caller called in, and they were just bouncing all
- 32:12Speaker 4: over you because you didn't go along with what the
- 32:14Speaker 4: party was talking about. But you stood your line. I mean,
- 32:18Speaker 4: you stood your ground. Yes. That's when my heart flips
- 32:23Speaker 4: out of my chest for you, when you actually stand
- 32:26Speaker 4: your ground And you don't let these people who are
- 32:29Speaker 4: hardcore MAGA individuals that are not going to see the
- 32:34Speaker 4: truth as... And that's the other thing. I mean, you're
- 32:37Speaker 4: telling these things on this radio. The truth.
- 32:45Speaker 2: Becomes..
- 32:46Speaker 4: The falseness becomes the truth when it's repeated and repeated
- 32:50Speaker 4: and repeated. It becomes the truth. And that's what's happening
- 32:54Speaker 4: in this world today. And it's sad. That's sad. That
- 32:58Speaker 4: bothers me to no end. As an old guy, that
- 33:01Speaker 4: bothers me. And I try not to let anything bother me.
- 33:05Speaker 1: No, at your age, because you could keel over tomorrow.
- 33:08Speaker 4: Exactly. I sure could.
- 33:10Speaker 1: Or when you're out there mowing the grass today or
- 33:11Speaker 1: something like that. I mean, it could happen.
- 33:13Speaker 4: Well, at least I got a rider, so I'm not
- 33:15Speaker 4: going to be walking behind it.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Did you leave me anything in the will?
- 33:21Speaker 4: Not yet.
- 33:22Speaker 1: Well, you've got to make some changes.
- 33:25Speaker 4: It all depends on your presentations that you present to
- 33:31Speaker 4: us on your program. And if you change any of your..
- 33:34Speaker 1: I'm trying to save the world on a daily basis.
- 33:36Speaker 4: If you really change a lot of your attitude and
- 33:39Speaker 4: the way you look at things, especially with... When did
- 33:44Speaker 4: Plum Island come into your purview?
- 33:47Speaker 1: Well, when I read the book, I forget the title
- 33:50Speaker 1: of the book. It was like Lab 457 or whatever.
- 33:53Speaker 1: It was a military name for the lab that was
- 33:56Speaker 1: on Plum Island. That's when it came into my purview.
- 33:58Speaker 1: There's a book out about it.
- 34:00Speaker 4: Well, I'm asking for how long ago did you know
- 34:04Speaker 4: about it? When did you first find out about it?
- 34:11Speaker 1: I don't know. It's a couple years ago. Okay.
- 34:14Speaker 4: Okay. Plum Island has been around and been the nefarious
- 34:20Speaker 4: place that you're talking about for a long time.
- 34:23Speaker 3: Right.
- 34:23Speaker 4: A long time. Long before... Trump and Fauci and..
- 34:31Speaker 1: That has nothing to do with Trump.
- 34:33Speaker 4: Long time ago.
- 34:34Speaker 1: I know. I know the book goes way back before
- 34:37Speaker 1: any of those guys were around, but it's talking about
- 34:39Speaker 1: the military experiments that were taking place there that involved
- 34:42Speaker 1: ticks and Lyme disease and why it's called Lyme disease
- 34:46Speaker 1: and what happened. All I do is... Listen, I don't
- 34:49Speaker 1: care if you're a Republican or Democrat. I just wish
- 34:51Speaker 1: the government would admit to the mistakes. that they make.
- 34:54Speaker 1: That's all I'm asking.
- 34:55Speaker 4: There are certain things that the government has to do
- 34:59Speaker 4: to guarantee your safety. Am I saying it's right or wrong? No,
- 35:06Speaker 4: I'm not going to commit either way. But that's what that's...
- 35:09Speaker 4: My reasoning behind what they do is to try and
- 35:12Speaker 4: keep this nation safe. I really believe there are people.
- 35:17Speaker 4: Are there people that are rotten to the core that
- 35:21Speaker 4: are involved? Yes, of course. But overall, they have the
- 35:26Speaker 4: country in mind, except for the last six years. I
- 35:32Speaker 4: don't want to even get into that. I can't get
- 35:35Speaker 4: into it, because you know what? If I start getting
- 35:37Speaker 4: into it at my age, you're right. I might flatline,
- 35:41Speaker 4: and you'll have to call an ambulance, but you won't
- 35:44Speaker 4: know where to send it.
- 35:45Speaker 1: All right. I would personally get in my car and
- 35:47Speaker 1: drive immediately to your house and administer CPR.
- 35:51Speaker 4: I bet you. Well, that's a nice thought. If you
- 35:53Speaker 4: knew where I live, that's a nice thought.
- 35:55Speaker 1: Right. I would track you down.
- 35:58Speaker 4: Yep.
- 35:58Speaker 6: All right.
- 35:59Speaker 1: Get out and get the lawn done and enjoy your
- 36:02Speaker 1: beautiful day. It is always a pleasure to hear your voice.
- 36:04Speaker 4: Is there anything else? I want you to always take
- 36:09Speaker 4: care of yourself. And I'm proud to hear that you're
- 36:11Speaker 4: finally getting off a lot of that sugar.
- 36:16Speaker 1: Yes, absolutely. I haven't. I haven't had pop for the
- 36:21Speaker 1: longest time. That's good.
- 36:24Speaker 4: That's one change that you made that's going to help you. Now,
- 36:27Speaker 4: think of the other bad habits that you had, and
- 36:30Speaker 4: I don't want to go into that one. I'm sure
- 36:33Speaker 4: you're not going to change that one. And you've got
- 36:37Speaker 4: to make a change. But thanks for talking to me.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Thank you. All right. It's a joy hearing your voice.
- 36:43Speaker 1: I'll come back and take more calls right after this.
- 36:45Speaker 1: Youngstown's News, Weather, and Talk Station, 570 WKBN. All right,
- 36:51Speaker 1: onward we go. You're on the air.
- 36:54Speaker 3: Hello, how are you?
- 36:55Speaker 1: I'm well, thank you. How are you?
- 36:56Speaker 3: Good. I'm good. This is Christine Oliver.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Christine Oliver. Christine Oliver. Congratulations on your victory during the primary.
- 37:07Speaker 3: Thank you very much. Thank you.
- 37:09Speaker 1: All right.
- 37:10Speaker 3: I was calling in for a couple of reasons. One,
- 37:13Speaker 3: just calling in to say hello. We're getting ready to
- 37:16Speaker 3: kick off the campaign, as you know, on Thursday at
- 37:18Speaker 3: the fireplace. And the campaigners are wonderful people. I'm sure
- 37:23Speaker 3: if you stopped by, you would be the celebrity of
- 37:26Speaker 3: the night because everyone likes to talk to you. And
- 37:29Speaker 3: we're getting ready to do, you know, a bunch of
- 37:31Speaker 3: parades and hard work, and we're ready for that. But
- 37:34Speaker 3: also importantly, we are getting ready to do two Back
- 37:38Speaker 3: the Blue Ohio events. And the one date we have
- 37:42Speaker 3: is going to be September 26th on the green. It's
- 37:45Speaker 3: our seventh one, and we're going to be honoring Trooper Caton.
- 37:49Speaker 3: from Canfield. And then we are working with John Kruf
- 37:52Speaker 3: Leitner right now to put together a big car show
- 37:56Speaker 3: for the Valley, and it will be to help the
- 37:58Speaker 3: children for Back to Blue. So I just wanted to
- 38:00Speaker 3: share that news.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Which you've done for years, just so people know. You've
- 38:04Speaker 1: done those events for many, many, many years.
- 38:07Speaker 6: So one of your supporters called in and he said,
- 38:13Speaker 6: if you get elected, you'll champion getting our property taxes
- 38:16Speaker 6: lowered with the As a commissioner, you would champion getting that,
- 38:20Speaker 6: what do you say?
- 38:21Speaker 3: Doubling of the homestead exemption and increasing the owner occupancy.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Right. And you believe in them and you champion it
- 38:31Speaker 1: against or try to get one of the other commissioners
- 38:33Speaker 1: to go along with you, right? I think it's that important.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Yes.
- 38:37Speaker 3: And you know from experience that what I stand up
- 38:41Speaker 3: for and what I fight for in a good way is...
- 38:45Speaker 3: to help people. And I'm, I'm not afraid to stand
- 38:48Speaker 3: up for what I believe in and for what's best
- 38:50Speaker 3: for our taxpayers. So, you know, that I will definitely
- 38:54Speaker 3: be championing for them and for our seniors, um, including
- 38:59Speaker 3: protecting them in various ways.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Years ago, I think there was a guy named John Salitas,
- 39:03Speaker 1: if I'm not mistaken. And he, I thought he was
- 39:07Speaker 1: like the on, on, uh, county, like on, on Budsman
- 39:11Speaker 1: that said, would help people with nursing home issues. Do
- 39:14Speaker 1: you remember him or not? I mean, I'm going back
- 39:16Speaker 1: a ways. I don't know if you remember him.
- 39:18Speaker 3: I do not, but I think that's very important.
- 39:22Speaker 1: Oh, I think it's extremely important.
- 39:25Speaker 3: That's one of my mistakes.
- 39:33Speaker 7: From ABC News, I'm Lindsay Davis, anchor of Prime, streaming
- 39:38Speaker 7: weeknights on ABC News Live. On the 10th try, the
- 39:41Speaker 7: Senate today finally approved a resolution to end the Iran war,
- 39:44Speaker 7: a bipartisan rebuke made possible by the hospitalization of Republican
- 39:48Speaker 7: Mitch McConnell.
- 39:49Speaker 2: On this motion, the yeas are 50, the nays are 48.
- 39:52Speaker 1: The concurrent motion is agreed to.
- 39:55Speaker 7: Just now in a statement, the White House says there
- 39:57Speaker 7: are no hostilities, and so this motion has no significance.
- 40:00Speaker 7: President Trump is asking for another $ 80 billion, mostly to
- 40:04Speaker 7: finance the war, on top of the nearly $ 30 billion
- 40:06Speaker 7: the Pentagon says has been spent already. Trump calls it
- 40:09Speaker 7: a very cheap price to pay to stop a nuclear Iran.
- 40:12Speaker 7: And about that effort, there are contradicting statements. ABC's Karen Travers.
- 40:17Speaker 8: President Trump Tuesday insisting the Iranians have agreed to allow
- 40:20Speaker 8: nuclear inspectors into their country, despite a spokesman for Iran's
- 40:23Speaker 8: foreign ministry saying they have no plans for that.
- 40:25Speaker 2: They're wrong. They're wrong.
- 40:27Speaker 1: They know they're wrong.
- 40:28Speaker 2: They told us inside and we have it down 100
- 40:31Speaker 2: percent inspections. And if they were right, I'd cancel the
- 40:35Speaker 2: meetings right now.
- 40:36Speaker 8: Asked when inspectors would actually be on the ground in Iran,
- 40:39Speaker 8: the president said there is no rush. It will be
- 40:41Speaker 8: at the appropriate time. Vice President Vance Monday said he
- 40:44Speaker 8: expects the inspectors to start their work this week.
- 40:47Speaker 1: Karen Travers, ABC News, the White House.
- 40:49Speaker 7: The Supreme Court rules border agents may remove green card
- 40:53Speaker 7: holders who may have committed a crime involving moral turpitude.
- 40:56Speaker 7: It also ruled that a Rastafarian former prison inmate in
- 40:59Speaker 7: Louisiana cannot sue guards for cutting his dreadlocks against his will.
- 41:03Speaker 7: And the high court ruled that if you lose your
- 41:05Speaker 7: house in a tax sale, you are not owed fair
- 41:07Speaker 7: market value from the government. Bargain hunters are all over
- 41:10Speaker 7: Amazon today looking for those Prime Day deals.
- 41:13Speaker 5: Amazon's summer sales event is kicking off today, and it'll
- 41:16Speaker 5: run through Friday. Adobe Analytics predicts it'll likely drive over
- 41:20Speaker 5: $ 26 billion in spending over three days, a 9% jump
- 41:25Speaker 5: from last year.
- 41:25Speaker 7: ABC's Jim Ryan, a sell-off in tech stocks today.
- 41:29Speaker 1: You're listening to ABC News.
