- 3:04Speaker 7: Yeah. Well, I blew my nose before I started the show,

- 3:09Speaker 7: I'll get nasily again. But yeah, I'm feeling like a
- 3:14Speaker 7: human being again after a pretty bad fight with the flu.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:21Speaker 6: Yeah, but it's been going around, man, and it has been.
- 3:27Speaker 7: I don't get sick often like I went when I
- 3:31Speaker 7: was driving. I drove for fifteen years. I think I
- 3:34Speaker 7: called in actually sick twice in fifteen years.
- 3:39Speaker 6: Wow.
- 3:40Speaker 7: But when I do get sick, it's got to be
- 3:41Speaker 7: something to really fucking like almost kill me, you know
- 3:45Speaker 7: what I'm saying. Yeah, I mean it's brutal, brutal.
- 3:51Speaker 6: But hear that.
- 3:52Speaker 7: I heard to the edge of the brink of death
- 3:54Speaker 7: and survived and I'm back and I feel much better.

- 4:37Speaker 7: you want to endstrong. Yeah, you gotta go, you know.
- 4:42Speaker 6: Uh, well, I am glad to hear that, sir, And
- 4:47Speaker 6: hope the skuffoozas in your warehouse took care of things
- 4:51Speaker 6: while you were out. I didn't mess up anything or
- 4:54Speaker 6: trucks or delivery, so.

- 5:22Speaker 6: More tales of Lee's foot long. I'm not sure he
- 5:26Speaker 6: was that long, but you never know. Uh. Actually, we
- 5:31Speaker 6: do have the autopsy photos. I don't remember if they
- 5:37Speaker 6: showed that exactly.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Oh they do.

- 7:08Speaker 6: Yeah, And we touched we touched on this on members only,
- 7:13Speaker 6: but we lost a couple of people in the JFK community,
- 7:16Speaker 6: Robert Tannenbaum being one of them. But we're not going
- 7:20Speaker 6: to really touch on that now, another one being Curtis
- 7:25Speaker 6: Crafert or Chris Crafer Curtis Tippett who had just done
- 7:34Speaker 6: an event like a couple of months ago and got
- 7:36Speaker 6: an award from the DPD. And you know the dude
- 7:40Speaker 6: was five years old when his dad was murdered by whoever,
- 7:44Speaker 6: And uh, yeah, it's never easy obviously, Zendar.

- 11:13Speaker 6: Summer's Morning from Australia.
- 11:16Speaker 7: Lads, there's another one Jay. What's up? Jay? The Australia
- 11:21Speaker 7: contingent is strong. Tonight.
- 11:24Speaker 6: I was this morning for them.
- 11:27Speaker 7: We've seed our carpet salesman Anton here and.
- 11:30Speaker 6: S Scott Edwards hopefully with his fancy drink and his
- 11:35Speaker 6: fireplace background. David Ferry was Lee's Sioux chef. I don't
- 11:44Speaker 6: think David Fairy cooked much, do you think? So?
- 11:48Speaker 7: He strikes me as a guy who would be cooking.
- 11:53Speaker 6: You think so, oh cooking food.
- 11:59Speaker 7: M hmm.
- 12:01Speaker 6: That's hypothetical. You don't have to answer, but that is all.
- 12:06Speaker 6: And h yeah, let's uh, why don't you tell people
- 12:08Speaker 6: what we're going to be talking about tonight because it's
- 12:10Speaker 6: an interesting topic that I was unaware of.
- 12:15Speaker 7: Real quick. Neon's up in the house. Oh, Neon, how
- 12:18Speaker 7: are you? And remember we just did the book well
- 12:21Speaker 7: last book review eleven sixty three, and I told you
- 12:25Speaker 7: about the series. It was originally on Hulu. It's now
- 12:28Speaker 7: on Netflix and it's like number two on Netflix now really,
- 12:33Speaker 7: so all yeah, all eight episodes are on Netflix.
- 12:36Speaker 6: So I had the option to buy it for like
- 12:39Speaker 6: ten ninety nine the whole series, or like two ninety
- 12:41Speaker 6: nine episode, and I was like, screw that, but Netflix, damn,
- 12:45Speaker 6: I'm I watched a little bit of it, maybe the
- 12:48Speaker 6: first episode, but uh, it's not factual.
- 12:53Speaker 7: It is fiction, but uh it's a story.
- 12:57Speaker 6: Yeah, and it's a good one. And it's rob first
- 13:01Speaker 6: and our only first ten out of ten book.
- 13:04Speaker 7: Reviews so far. Yeah, if you disagreement with me, fight
- 13:08Speaker 7: before it. I'll fight you.
- 13:11Speaker 6: And pv ot to see what up, buddy, Paul, so buddy.
- 13:19Speaker 6: So that is all and uh yeah, let uh let
- 13:24Speaker 6: the folks know what uh what we'll be covering tonight
- 13:27Speaker 6: and then we'll get into an article and then my
- 13:31Speaker 6: famous power point on the docks and see where we
- 13:37Speaker 6: go from.
- 13:38Speaker 7: There, folks. As you know, we're cooking up something here
- 13:42Speaker 7: in the title, I'm trying to be clever and not
- 13:46Speaker 7: really give up giveaway too much until we get here.
- 13:49Speaker 7: But we're here now. So as you know, this story
- 13:55Speaker 7: is full of odd things, just shit you couldn't even
- 14:03Speaker 7: make up if you wanted to, right, And it kind
- 14:07Speaker 7: of stems from the recent episode we did you know
- 14:11Speaker 7: about Julia Postal and it kind of ties into that
- 14:14Speaker 7: because this part of the story kind of picks up
- 14:18Speaker 7: after Oswald is arrested at the Texas Theater and taken
- 14:23Speaker 7: down to the station, where he is immediately subject to
- 14:26Speaker 7: interrogation yet, not searched yet, allegedly, but they sit him
- 14:34Speaker 7: down and start talking to him. Originally it's Lavel for
- 14:39Speaker 7: a little bit and Fritz and then the FBI guys
- 14:42Speaker 7: show up, and sometime around four four to ten pm
- 14:52Speaker 7: they finally decided probably be a good idea to search
- 14:55Speaker 7: this guy, right, And they find a lot of interesting
- 15:02Speaker 7: things in le Oswald's pockets allegedly. Yeah. And among the
- 15:12Speaker 7: items are, of course, some bullets, a bus transfer, a
- 15:17Speaker 7: wallet that contains pictures and cards and various things, some
- 15:23Speaker 7: money I think it's thirteen dollars and some change or whatever. Yeah,
- 15:28Speaker 7: and one other curious piece of ephemera. Now why do
- 15:36Speaker 7: I call it ephemero? Because he actually has a relic
- 15:42Speaker 7: in his pocket, Joe, a almost three and a half
- 15:48Speaker 7: year old relic in his pocket. For some inexplicable reason,
- 15:54Speaker 7: it beats me man, and this little relic, Joe, were
- 16:00Speaker 7: you able to find a picture of this, by the.
- 16:02Speaker 6: Way, I was not able to find the Oh wow, Okay, are.
- 16:08Speaker 7: You ready for this? I am. Well, you have to
- 16:12Speaker 7: give me a slight second. Okay, I have to add
- 16:15Speaker 7: it in as a new layer. Where the hell is it?
- 16:29Speaker 6: Huh?
- 16:31Speaker 7: Huh, Well is it here? It might be here, No,
- 16:44Speaker 7: it's not there. Is it here?
- 16:48Speaker 6: No, it's not there.
- 16:53Speaker 7: You ever wonder where the hell you say something and
- 16:56Speaker 7: you wonder where it's went to?
- 16:59Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 17:00Speaker 7: Mmm hmmm. Unfortunately, Like, how is it possible something can
- 17:08Speaker 7: just disappear into thin air? Wow, let's take another screenshot
- 17:15Speaker 7: of it and then all right, we're on sharing it again.
- 17:24Speaker 7: Mm hmmmm, Alice, the shares to the right place this time.
- 17:40Speaker 7: Jesus Christ, Yes, m m hmmm. Let's try this again.
- 17:49Speaker 8: We were talking before the show of how this new
- 17:52Speaker 8: platform we have purchased is a way above our Oh,
- 17:59Speaker 8: let's go, but we're working on it.
- 18:01Speaker 7: I got it, I got it, I got it, I
- 18:03Speaker 7: got it, I got it, I got it. Okay, Now,
- 18:07Speaker 7: this is not the original that was in Lee Harvey
- 18:12Speaker 7: Oswald's pocket, if you will, it is a photo copy
- 18:23Speaker 7: that was obtained by the FBI of said paste ub. Now,
- 18:31Speaker 7: what's interesting about this paste ub? But it is that
- 18:34Speaker 7: it is not Lee Harvey Oswald's paste ub right, And
- 18:40Speaker 7: it is not from November sixty three. In fact, it's
- 18:45Speaker 7: not from nineteen sixty three at all. In fact, it's
- 18:49Speaker 7: from August twenty second nineteen sixty So you have to
- 18:56Speaker 7: ask yourself, why is Oswald carrying around a paste ub
- 18:59Speaker 7: that is not his from almost three and a half
- 19:03Speaker 7: years prior. That's a question, yes, oh to me.
- 19:13Speaker 6: Well, it was allegedly.
- 19:20Speaker 7: Past dub production for everybody to see.
- 19:24Speaker 6: Allegedly a pay dub of a former tenant of Neely
- 19:29Speaker 6: Street who worked at the American Bakeri's company, and for
- 19:34Speaker 6: some strange reason, Lee Harvey Oswalt was carrying it on
- 19:39Speaker 6: his persons allegedly when he was arrested on November twenty second,
- 19:45Speaker 6: nineteen sixty three.
- 19:47Speaker 7: Right now, Joe, this pay stub. Okay, you mentioned that
- 19:54Speaker 7: James Jackson, the who the it's made out to, lived
- 19:58Speaker 7: at two one four Street, you know, the house of
- 20:02Speaker 7: the backyard photographs, right right, that's where they were taken,
- 20:08Speaker 7: and then he lived there prior to the Oswalls. Well,
- 20:12Speaker 7: he was actually two tenants before the Oswalds. There was
- 20:18Speaker 7: at least one maybe two in between the time that
- 20:22Speaker 7: he lived there and the Oswals moved in. Not to
- 20:26Speaker 7: mention that the apartment had been occupied once or twice
- 20:30Speaker 7: in between. It had also been cleaned, obviously a gazillion
- 20:35Speaker 7: times in three years by the tenants and also the
- 20:39Speaker 7: landlord after a tenant moves out.
- 20:41Speaker 6: Right, which is standard operating procedure for someone who's renting.
- 20:47Speaker 7: On apartment right, yep, and your microphone the scratching all
- 20:54Speaker 7: over that jacket. Sorry, so yeah, it's very very odd.
- 21:05Speaker 7: You know, why would Oswald have this? How would he
- 21:07Speaker 7: have this? Unless he found it stashed somewhere at the
- 21:11Speaker 7: Neely Street apartment and decided to hang on to it
- 21:15Speaker 7: and decided to take it to work with him that day,
- 21:20Speaker 7: or if you believe what he says when he says
- 21:23Speaker 7: that when he went back to the rooming house that
- 21:27Speaker 7: he changed his trousers and his shirt. Now, if you
- 21:32Speaker 7: believe that, then where does this past dub come from?
- 21:40Speaker 7: Was it among his belongings at Beckley for some reason?
- 21:46Speaker 6: Was this.
- 21:48Speaker 7: Maybe a second identity that he was trying to stumble
- 21:52Speaker 7: upon or create for himself. Don't know.
- 22:00Speaker 6: I don't know either, But uh, I have a lot
- 22:04Speaker 6: of documents, I have a blog post we're gonna read
- 22:07Speaker 6: and we can kind of go back and forth, kind
- 22:11Speaker 6: of parse it out and try to make some sense.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Out of it.
- 22:17Speaker 6: My initial guess would be he found it somehow.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Joe is that.
- 22:26Speaker 7: When they when they originally found this thing on his person,
- 22:31Speaker 7: they never mentioned the name James Jackson. Now, I think
- 22:37Speaker 7: there's a reason for that, because if we look at
- 22:39Speaker 7: this thing again, Joe, it's quite clear that's made out
- 22:44Speaker 7: to James Jackson. Right, this is a photo copy of
- 22:49Speaker 7: his original payroll check. Mm hmm okay, very clearly dated,
- 22:57Speaker 7: very clearly who's made out to, very clearly how much
- 23:01Speaker 7: for Now Here's what I think may have happened, because
- 23:09Speaker 7: when the Dallas police are talking about this thing, even
- 23:15Speaker 7: when the FBI is talking about this thing, they never
- 23:19Speaker 7: mentioned the name James Jackson. That information comes from them
- 23:25Speaker 7: doing their due diligence and checking with the American Bakeri's company,
- 23:31Speaker 7: who I believe was headquartered in Chicago at the time,
- 23:34Speaker 7: and they tracked it back and only one employee named
- 23:38Speaker 7: James Arthur Jackson of Dallas had paycheck totaling sixty six
- 23:43Speaker 7: dollars and seventeen cents, less seven dollars and forty cents
- 23:46Speaker 7: Federal income tax and less a dollar ninety nine and
- 23:48Speaker 7: Social Security for one week ending August twenty second, nineteen
- 23:52Speaker 7: sixty for a check totaling fifty six dollars and seventy
- 23:56Speaker 7: eight cents. Okay, So this is how they came up
- 24:01Speaker 7: with James Jackson, which tells me Joe that the copy
- 24:05Speaker 7: of the paste ub that Oswald had in his possession
- 24:11Speaker 7: either had the name white it out of it, or
- 24:19Speaker 7: it had another name on it, maybe Oswalt's, maybe Hydel's
- 24:26Speaker 7: MH for some weird reason.
- 24:30Speaker 6: Right, And you have and you have to also consider
- 24:33Speaker 6: in nineteen sixty Oswalt is in Russia. You do have
- 24:39Speaker 6: that Hoover report of him people using his name to
- 24:46Speaker 6: you know, purchase some jeeps things like that. So who knows.
- 24:53Speaker 6: We're going to go through the documents as we do
- 24:55Speaker 6: on the show and try to figure it out.
- 25:00Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 25:00Speaker 9: Now, among the other things in his pockets, I have
- 25:06Speaker 9: the whole list. You think I don't, okay, but all.
- 25:13Speaker 7: Well you I just got it. Here. Uh A Marine
- 25:20Speaker 7: Corps ring silver and color chrome color ID bracelet with's
- 25:27Speaker 7: lee on it. A brass key marked Post Office department
- 25:32Speaker 7: box number eleven twenty something six. A paycheck boucher from
- 25:39Speaker 7: the American Baker's Company dated eight twenty two sixty, top
- 25:43Speaker 7: of a small cardboard. Here's another odd thing they found
- 25:46Speaker 7: in his pocket. The top of a small cardboard box
- 25:51Speaker 7: with coxes Port photo printed on top. I don't know. Yeah,
- 26:09Speaker 7: I can't quite make out the second the it's either
- 26:12Speaker 7: fort or fort.
- 26:13Speaker 6: This isn't working. I was trying to put it up
- 26:22Speaker 6: on screen, but.
- 26:26Speaker 7: Well, there's your share screen.
- 26:29Speaker 6: I know.
- 26:38Speaker 7: You still have.
- 26:40Speaker 6: There.
- 26:41Speaker 7: What did you do?
- 26:42Speaker 6: Rock Ruby? Do you hear that in the background? Yeah,
- 26:48Speaker 6: Jesus Christ Ruby, get your ship together. Hair. Let me
- 26:57Speaker 6: let me do this.
- 26:58Speaker 7: You have to start at the bottom, remember, yeah, and
- 27:04Speaker 7: then yeah there, yeah, there we go. There you go? Okay,
- 27:09Speaker 7: cop fort Worth printed on top. That's what it was,
- 27:16Speaker 7: mhm X box copies in soft file.
- 27:32Speaker 6: Thirteen dollars in money, which you said it was like
- 27:35Speaker 6: one thirty six, which is like like one hundred and
- 27:39Speaker 6: fifty dollars ish today right? The bus transportation coupon or
- 27:47Speaker 6: ticket or transfer dated November twenty second. The Marine Corps
- 27:54Speaker 6: ring silver and color chrome color ID bracelet with a
- 27:59Speaker 6: spane and I don't have no idea what that means,
- 28:02Speaker 6: banded with inscription Lee brass key marked United States Postal
- 28:13Speaker 6: Office Department, do not do not make you? Yeah, number
- 28:20Speaker 6: one one two six and the era I have there
- 28:24Speaker 6: is the paycheck voucher from American Bakeries Company dated eight
- 28:29Speaker 6: twenty two sixty which, of course he was in Russia,
- 28:32Speaker 6: top of a male cardboard box with Cox's fort Worth
- 28:38Speaker 6: printed on top, xerox copies in sum so file. Okay,
- 28:47Speaker 6: and and I did you know this is the properly
- 28:54Speaker 6: property clerks and voice receivet by W. M. Dickey who's
- 28:59Speaker 6: probably in the base doing all the the work. No
- 29:02Speaker 6: one else wanted to do listing property. But the interesting
- 29:06Speaker 6: thing here, Rob is November thirtieth. Okay, so this is
- 29:10Speaker 6: seven eight days after the assassination. I am going to
- 29:16Speaker 6: get to why that is a little weird.
- 29:19Speaker 7: Well, you know, you know what's missing off a hear
- 29:21Speaker 7: as well? What is this noticed?
- 29:25Speaker 6: I know you notice things I don't show.
- 29:29Speaker 7: Is wallet.
- 29:32Speaker 6: Right, And that's why I think there was such a
- 29:37Speaker 6: delay in this, because there were what two maybe three wallets.
- 29:46Speaker 6: They do have the right address at Beckley.
- 29:50Speaker 7: Watching up.
- 29:52Speaker 6: Yeah, by then this is his Beckley item list right.
- 30:00Speaker 6: So you have letter from Arnold Johnson, who I believe
- 30:05Speaker 6: was the head of the Communist Party or some communist group.
- 30:08Speaker 6: He wrote letters to them. You have Orlean's Orlean's Louisiana
- 30:16Speaker 6: letter letter on letterhead Socialists.
- 30:20Speaker 7: Where with their.
- 30:23Speaker 6: Workers Party? Uh to Lee his post office box two
- 30:27Speaker 6: nine one, Dallas, signed by feral DABA National Dobbs. Okay, sorry,
- 30:36Speaker 6: it's kind of cut off here. Letter from Bob Chester
- 30:40Speaker 6: to LH. Oswalt sating Oswalt's letter turned over to him
- 30:45Speaker 6: by SWP Socialist Workers Party. I'm guessing letter from VT
- 30:51Speaker 6: Lee National Director FPCC New York. You have letter from
- 30:58Speaker 6: Lewis Why a Duke.
- 31:03Speaker 7: Jealdy catalog and all the shit at Beckley? I mean,
- 31:06Speaker 7: it doesn't really matter.
- 31:08Speaker 6: Right, It's it's just interesting that it was taken a
- 31:15Speaker 6: little earlier than what was Uh. It was cataloged days before,
- 31:24Speaker 6: four days before what he had in his pocket, which
- 31:27Speaker 6: you think would be the opposite. And of course on
- 31:30Speaker 6: the bottom says search warrant dated eleven twenty three sixty three. Now, Rob,
- 31:35Speaker 6: I refresh my memory on this. Didn't they show up
- 31:39Speaker 6: at ten twenty six North Beckley like pretty shortly after
- 31:44Speaker 6: in like the afternoon on the twenty second.
- 31:47Speaker 7: According to the owners. Yeah, they said that the Dallas
- 31:53Speaker 7: police were there within an hour of the president's murder,
- 31:58Speaker 7: which is like one clock right, two clock, been there
- 32:03Speaker 7: until after They got the corrected dress out of Oswald,
- 32:08Speaker 7: which of course he didn't give well Laveil, laveil level
- 32:15Speaker 7: Lavelle was and Fritz were in tarrogating the first time. Right,
- 32:20Speaker 7: it was after the FBI guys showed up at three
- 32:24Speaker 7: ten that they finally got the right address out of
- 32:29Speaker 7: this dude. So there should have been no cops whatsoever
- 32:33Speaker 7: at this address before three point thirty.
- 32:36Speaker 6: I would say, well, I would say before eleven twenty three.
- 32:42Speaker 6: I would say eleven twenty three, based on the search warrant,
- 32:46Speaker 6: I mean technically now legally, as soon.
- 32:49Speaker 7: As they as soon as they figured out and where
- 32:51Speaker 7: this motherfucker lived, Fritz got up and went out and
- 32:56Speaker 7: you know, immediately sent people over there.
- 33:00Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:01Speaker 7: Now, they went over there, they secured the scene, and
- 33:07Speaker 7: they didn't go through anything immediately because they were waiting
- 33:10Speaker 7: on the search warrant, which they did not get until
- 33:12Speaker 7: like four thirty or an hour later.
- 33:15Speaker 6: Okay, you have on November twenty six, sixty three, which
- 33:27Speaker 6: again would have been two days after it was killed,
- 33:30Speaker 6: four days before the official items list he was found
- 33:36Speaker 6: with was published. About copies of a Dallas map, what
- 33:47Speaker 6: does that say? And go by Humble Oil and refining
- 33:54Speaker 6: company and Rob. Maybe I'm tripping here, but I've remembered
- 34:00Speaker 6: a map with all the exes that Lee had applied
- 34:06Speaker 6: for jobs, and I think it was kind of turned
- 34:10Speaker 6: into uh, these were all the spots he was looking
- 34:14Speaker 6: for to kill JFK type of thing. I couldn't find it.
- 34:20Speaker 6: It's wiped and maybe I'm a bad searcher as possible,
- 34:24Speaker 6: but interesting. But let's go to another example, which would
- 34:30Speaker 6: be Jack Ruby's inventory list, which happened in the day
- 34:34Speaker 6: after the shooting.
- 34:36Speaker 7: Right, Well, I did find the inco map. It's eight pieces,
- 34:40Speaker 7: like you know, kind of tape together or not taped together,
- 34:45Speaker 7: but sewn together, not really sewn together, but piece.
- 34:50Speaker 6: Okay, we could show that.
- 34:51Speaker 7: There is well I don't. I don't have a picture
- 34:54Speaker 7: of it, and I found it, but there are no
- 34:57Speaker 7: x's on it.
- 34:58Speaker 6: Okay, maybe, yeah, I was Maybe that's conspiracy fodder.
- 35:02Speaker 7: Right, you just remember the movie JFK really too much?
- 35:06Speaker 6: Yeah? True too. So let's see what Jack Ruby had
- 35:11Speaker 6: on him, just for for laughs. One hundred and twenty
- 35:17Speaker 6: four dollars and eighty seven cents fifty ones. All right,
- 35:26Speaker 6: I guess you know you owned the strip club, so
- 35:28Speaker 6: you would have ones, six hundred and two dimes. Imagine
- 35:32Speaker 6: counting that two hundred and forty two nickels and two
- 35:37Speaker 6: hundred and fifty seven pennies. Envelope containing one hundred and
- 35:43Speaker 6: thirty one dollars right, the totals around the left here
- 35:48Speaker 6: forty one cents, and they do the quarters, dimes, nickels.
- 35:52Speaker 6: Count them all out. First national money back containing seven
- 35:59Speaker 6: hundred ninety five dollars and fifty cents, and they eighty fives,
- 36:07Speaker 6: thirty twenty one's, forty seven, forty seven half dollars and
- 36:13Speaker 6: eighty two quarters, So two hundred and sixty nine dimes
- 36:17Speaker 6: and ninety two nickels total one thousand and fifty one dollars.
- 36:25Speaker 6: Blue canvas bag and a khaki canvas money bag with
- 36:31Speaker 6: leather trimmed top and fitted for looking seal missing the latch.
- 36:38Speaker 6: So they were able to do this within a day,
- 36:42Speaker 6: but they took over a week two put Oswaltz things
- 36:56Speaker 6: he had in his pocket items together.
- 37:00Speaker 7: I find that a little weird. Yeah, I mean that
- 37:05Speaker 7: tells you there's obviously problems with the second wallet. Because
- 37:10Speaker 7: the whole Hidel identity didn't come out on November twenty second,
- 37:17Speaker 7: it wasn't until the day after that, right that they
- 37:21Speaker 7: pieced that together, found that name on the client's thing,
- 37:25Speaker 7: and then pieced that to the rifle, and you know
- 37:29Speaker 7: how that went. So there's definitely some scuffusery going on here.
- 37:36Speaker 7: I just don't know what the hell. Why would Oswald
- 37:41Speaker 7: have somebody else's three year old paycheck stuff in his
- 37:44Speaker 7: pocket and a cardboard box top for fort Worth. It
- 37:51Speaker 7: makes no sense, no sense.
- 37:55Speaker 6: It doesn't to me. And it takes Skuffuzas to recognize Skuffuzi.
- 38:01Speaker 7: I guess.
- 38:04Speaker 6: Why to welcome in real tea with Krista Marie, how
- 38:08Speaker 6: are you neon nine one four? I think that's Paul Anichi,
- 38:14Speaker 6: Dave Sparks, Peter Williams, I think already mentioned him, and
- 38:21Speaker 6: uh and yeah that's it. But yeah, it's it's weird.
- 38:25Speaker 6: It's a weird situation. And I think my best working
- 38:30Speaker 6: theory now is that the different wallets they had to
- 38:34Speaker 6: kind of figure that out, because if you're going to
- 38:38Speaker 6: count hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of coins of Jack
- 38:42Speaker 6: Ruby and publish that in the twenty fifth but not
- 38:46Speaker 6: publish anything in what Oswald had on him, which is
- 38:51Speaker 6: weird but not a lot right a week later? What's
- 38:57Speaker 6: going on here? Are you think they're trying to get
- 39:00Speaker 6: their story straight as always, like we talked about Julia
- 39:05Speaker 6: Postle and Butcher Burrows and all the scafusas and the
- 39:10Speaker 6: Texas them.
- 39:13Speaker 7: Yeah, and the fact that it didn't have James Jackson's
- 39:15Speaker 7: name on it is also very puzzling because it's not
- 39:19Speaker 7: mentioned in any of the early FBI reports or DPD
- 39:24Speaker 7: reports signed on the inventory. You know, it doesn't say, uh,
- 39:30Speaker 7: you know one paste up it made out to James
- 39:34Speaker 7: Jackson by the American Bakery Company or whatever, right, which
- 39:39Speaker 7: is odd. Yeah, that's and there's no pictures of it.
- 39:43Speaker 7: That's that's the thing that it's crazy to me that
- 39:47Speaker 7: there had to be something. There had to be something
- 39:54Speaker 7: somebody else's name or Oswald's or high Deel's name on
- 39:59Speaker 7: this thing, or somebody else's that they don't want you
- 40:03Speaker 7: to know who it was. But let's see.
- 40:08Speaker 6: Yeah, I am going to read mister James Jackson's initial
- 40:15Speaker 6: FBI interview after we read this blog post, which Rob,
- 40:22Speaker 6: you can tell who it is written by because you
- 40:25Speaker 6: know much more about it than I do.
- 40:28Speaker 7: Yeah, well, back in the day, it's part of a
- 40:35Speaker 7: little research familiar if you will. We were kind of
- 40:42Speaker 7: linked up with the Minneapolis media group Friends of Carmine,
- 40:46Speaker 7: Friends of Mine, gay on Nick's Jackson Doug. And this
- 40:50Speaker 7: blog's written by a guy named Zach Jendro and Trish
- 40:53Speaker 7: Fleming who was his wife there for a short hot minute,
- 40:57Speaker 7: and then they both kind of dis here and got
- 41:00Speaker 7: out of the JFK thing altogether. And as far as
- 41:04Speaker 7: I know, trishah never came back. And Zach is back
- 41:09Speaker 7: here and there dipping his toe in the water here
- 41:11Speaker 7: or there, but uh, really haven't talked to him in
- 41:15Speaker 7: a long time. But that's who wrote this article. That's
- 41:18Speaker 7: who writes this blog. There's many good articles here and
- 41:24Speaker 7: that is the Debunked word Press. It's debunk dot WordPress
- 41:30Speaker 7: dot com if you want to go check it out.
- 41:33Speaker 7: But this article in particular, it starts off with the
- 41:39Speaker 7: last kaffusery Joe that we can skip over. Yeah, there's
- 41:45Speaker 7: also an opinion mixed in.
- 41:47Speaker 6: With all this. Yeah, I'm gonna share it, but for
- 41:58Speaker 6: some reason it's not showing up on my LANs.
- 42:02Speaker 7: Let me see it.
- 42:26Speaker 4: Says st.
- 45:01Speaker 7: Yeah Manesday, Hey Joe, hang on a second. I don't
- 48:12Speaker 7: think they can hear us. Let us know if you
- 48:21Speaker 7: can hear us. There's some SKUFFUSRAE in the chat that
- 48:26Speaker 7: says two minutes ago, where's the sound? The sound has
- 48:30Speaker 7: been framed three thirteen. No, Cami said it, Tony or
- 48:42Speaker 7: styles Okay until now now we can hear I don't know. Well,
- 48:58Speaker 7: now Tony's staying no und traces, no audio. That's because
- 49:22Speaker 7: you were taken out of the you were taking off.
- 49:26Speaker 7: It would work if you didn't take yourself out of
- 49:30Speaker 7: a deal. Okay, so now they should be able to
- 49:35Speaker 7: hear and see you. But that's a lot.
- 49:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 49:39Speaker 7: Uh sorry, folks. Joe, Joe went alived himself from the
- 49:46Speaker 7: from the feed somehow. That always me right, such a
- 49:52Speaker 7: fucking thing. Bro Uh.
- 49:56Speaker 6: So we were just talking about Julia Postal. Let me
- 50:02Speaker 6: just read this from here.
- 50:04Speaker 7: I could hear the whole time. Sorry, that's why I
- 50:10Speaker 7: didn't realize. Oh yeah, Joe audio.
- 50:13Speaker 6: Okay, I'm gonna start on this paragraph. On November twenty second,
- 50:17Speaker 6: sixty three, Oswald was arrested at approximately one forty five
- 50:21Speaker 6: pm in the Texas Theater after Julia Postal, an employee
- 50:25Speaker 6: of the theater, stated a man that snuck into the
- 50:27Speaker 6: theater without paying, despite having about one fifty dollars in
- 50:33Speaker 6: today's money in his pocket, and was located on the
- 50:36Speaker 6: balcony of the theater. Other reports stated he was found
- 50:39Speaker 6: in the orchestra or ground level seating, Butch Burrows was
- 50:43Speaker 6: working in the concession stand. He stated that after this
- 50:47Speaker 6: gentleman purchased popcorn he went to the balcony to watch
- 50:51Speaker 6: the film. This was just one PM. These times contradict
- 50:56Speaker 6: the assassination of police officer JD. Tippet, which took place,
- 51:01Speaker 6: according to the Warm Commission, between one eleven pm and
- 51:05Speaker 6: one fourteen pm.
- 51:06Speaker 7: Jack, hang on, hold on, can y'all hear Joe or
- 51:11Speaker 7: not at all? Okay? Now, Cammy says he hears both
- 51:19Speaker 7: of us. Can y'all hear both of us say something?
- 51:26Speaker 6: Joe skafuza.
- 51:30Speaker 7: In the theater.
- 51:31Speaker 10: There's a summary of that. Okay, now, I think we're good.
- 51:40Speaker 10: I don't know, all right if okay, okay, okay, we
- 51:45Speaker 10: can't know. I'm sorry, We're we're still learning this here.
- 51:52Speaker 7: On, just get to the damn good parts. Skip all
- 51:58Speaker 7: this kaboozes bullsh okay.
- 52:01Speaker 6: Oswalt was transported to the police station after his arrest
- 52:04Speaker 6: where he finally searched two hours later at approximately four
- 52:08Speaker 6: to ten pm. Among the items he was carrying, including
- 52:12Speaker 6: bullets and a bus transfer, was a page stub voucher
- 52:16Speaker 6: which was found in his pocket for the Cushings Baker's
- 52:20Speaker 6: Division of American Bakeries located in Dallas, dated Monday, August
- 52:26Speaker 6: twenty second, nineteen sixty, which, of course he was in
- 52:29Speaker 6: Russia and the life of Lee Oswalt. Unemployment with the
- 52:34Speaker 6: Bakeries at that time would have been impossible, for according
- 52:38Speaker 6: to the official account, he was reported to be in
- 52:40Speaker 6: the Soviet Union. When listed in the police inventory which
- 52:45Speaker 6: we showed, the name on the paye dub was not recorded,
- 52:49Speaker 6: leaving one to assume it may have been Oswalt's name
- 52:52Speaker 6: on it, or possibly no name at all. According to
- 52:56Speaker 6: protocol that identification would have been recorded due to the
- 53:02Speaker 6: possibility of fraud, especially considering it was taken from the
- 53:07Speaker 6: apparent assassin of the president. This stub was either given
- 53:12Speaker 6: to or xeroxed and forwarded to the FBI for review.
- 53:16Speaker 6: Confusion became the norm, as the date on the stub
- 53:21Speaker 6: was noted as being either the twenty second or the
- 53:24Speaker 6: twenty seventh of August, and no name was disclosed as
- 53:31Speaker 6: recorded the FBI, the tax and Social Security deductions were noted, however,
- 53:38Speaker 6: the name once again was completely overlooked. This was also
- 53:42Speaker 6: a concern of the Warrant Commission when J. Lee Rankin
- 53:46Speaker 6: wrote a letter stating that this information had to be clarified.
- 53:51Speaker 6: Whether this concern had been addressed or not has never
- 53:55Speaker 6: been determined. Further adding to the mystery, the paced cub
- 53:59Speaker 6: was not listed among the Oswalt possessions had on this
- 54:04Speaker 6: person when he was arrested in New Orleans on August ninth,
- 54:08Speaker 6: nineteen sixty three, confirming that this was evidentially not an
- 54:14Speaker 6: item that he had been carrying in his pockets since
- 54:16Speaker 6: his occupancy of the Neely Street address earlier that year.
- 54:22Speaker 6: Simply put, there has never been a reasonable explanation as
- 54:27Speaker 6: to why Oswalt was holding this document when he was arrested.
- 54:31Speaker 6: If he was not carrying the pace of no reasonable
- 54:35Speaker 6: explanation as to why it was cataloged as such has
- 54:38Speaker 6: been offered. Either. American Bakeries was contacted and was asked
- 54:45Speaker 6: to locate information regarding the stub based off otherwise confidential
- 54:51Speaker 6: payroll data, apparently with no name and a confused date.
- 54:55Speaker 6: The likelihood of the stub not having this basic information
- 55:00Speaker 6: really stated is extremely bizarre. However, American Bakeries did review
- 55:05Speaker 6: their master payroll I have those dots, which was located
- 55:10Speaker 6: at the head of office in Chicago, Nice Genre. Only
- 55:19Speaker 6: one employee was issued a check in that amount on
- 55:26Speaker 6: August twenty seven, nineteen sixty. Keeping in mind that the
- 55:30Speaker 6: date on the Czech stub was recorded by DPD as
- 55:33Speaker 6: being August twenty second, not the twenty seventh. The employee's
- 55:38Speaker 6: name was James Arthur Jackson, and he had been hired
- 55:43Speaker 6: according to the company records as a part time employee,
- 55:47Speaker 6: on August fourteenth, nineteen sixty, which was on a which
- 55:51Speaker 6: was a Sunday. Interesting Jackson himself recalled being hired on
- 55:57Speaker 6: a Wednesday, August seventeenth. Jackson, a laborer who worked at
- 56:03Speaker 6: the bakery, was evidentially completely unrelated to Lee Oswalt, other
- 56:09Speaker 6: than the fact that he seemingly lived in the same
- 56:12Speaker 6: apartment as Oswalt, that would be two fourteen West Neally Street,
- 56:16Speaker 6: some months prior to Oswalt. In an FBI statement, it
- 56:21Speaker 6: is noted that the agency also received a copy of
- 56:25Speaker 6: all part time employees for the years nineteen fifty eight
- 56:28Speaker 6: through nineteen fifty nine, obviously not the year in question,
- 56:35Speaker 6: so they didn't even check nineteen sixty Bledgier and a
- 56:40Speaker 6: list of full time employees for nineteen sixty. Here they did.
- 56:45Speaker 6: Jackson appeared on the latter list, as he was hired
- 56:49Speaker 6: as a full time employee October nineteen sixty. Ultimately, a
- 56:54Speaker 6: list of part time employees for nineteen sixty would have
- 56:58Speaker 6: been necessary to a complete overview of this time period.
- 57:03Speaker 6: When Jackson was asked about how the stub got in
- 57:05Speaker 6: Oswalt's hands, he was unsure. He did not recall losing
- 57:09Speaker 6: it and assumed that maybe he had left this stub
- 57:13Speaker 6: at a previous residence, which, if you kneely straight. Jackson's
- 57:17Speaker 6: residency at this location was approximately a year prior to
- 57:22Speaker 6: the Oswalts moving there in March of nineteen sixty three,
- 57:27Speaker 6: although the exact dates are uncertain. In fact, a man
- 57:31Speaker 6: named James Stevens had lived in the apartment in a
- 57:34Speaker 6: period of the time between Jackson and Oswalt's respective residencies.
- 57:40Speaker 6: Neely Straight was the location of the infamous backyard photos
- 57:44Speaker 6: which had been taken of Oswalt holding the rifle he
- 57:48Speaker 6: reportedly used to kill Kennedy.
- 57:50Speaker 7: Let me stop you there, Joe. Okay, So, just to reiterate,
- 57:56Speaker 7: the Czech stub is from nineteen sixty August. Yes, rrect. Yeah,
- 58:02Speaker 7: Jackson says that he didn't move into Neely until August
- 58:08Speaker 7: of sixty one, which is a year later.
- 58:13Speaker 6: Correct, that's what the article says. We have the documents
- 58:17Speaker 6: coming up. Yeah, So.
- 58:23Speaker 7: That would mean that Jackson would have had to hang
- 58:27Speaker 7: on to this pace of for a year without losing it,
- 58:33Speaker 7: and then somehow losing it in such a good spot
- 58:37Speaker 7: at Neely that it wouldn't be detected that by him
- 58:42Speaker 7: or the next tenant or the landlord who cleaned in
- 58:46Speaker 7: between somewhere in the apartment supposedly, right, okay.
- 58:57Speaker 6: Right, Well, we'll see. They interview him in December, early December,
- 59:03Speaker 6: mid December sixty three, so we can parse through that.
- 59:08Speaker 6: There's only one more paragraph left. The items in the
- 59:11Speaker 6: DPD report dated November thirtieth claimed that all evidence was
- 59:15Speaker 6: tagged on November twenty third, which raises doubts about the
- 59:19Speaker 6: statements of its discovery on November twenty fourth. The question
- 59:26Speaker 6: then became, were there are two of Jackson's stubbs potentially
- 59:30Speaker 6: in Oswald's possession one on Neely one on this person,
- 59:34Speaker 6: or rather an error in regards to the stub to
- 59:40Speaker 6: where the stub was originally found by the FBI and
- 59:44Speaker 6: the DPD.
- 59:48Speaker 7: I don't think there was any mix up. I mean,
- 59:50Speaker 7: it's clearly I don't think they were. I don't think
- 59:55Speaker 7: they would have immediately went out to two fourteen West
- 59:58Speaker 7: Neely Street.
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: No, they would have no need to do that.
- 1:00:04Speaker 7: You know, on the on the twenty third, and found
- 1:00:08Speaker 7: this mysterious American bakery company receipt that mysteriously didn't have
- 1:00:15Speaker 7: somebody else's name on it that it should have, and
- 1:00:19Speaker 7: it somehow got mysteriously mingled into being in Oswalt's pocket
- 1:00:23Speaker 7: at the time of his arrest. I don't think that
- 1:00:25Speaker 7: mix up happened. So again, what is this thing doing
- 1:00:32Speaker 7: in Oswald's pocket?
- 1:00:36Speaker 6: Yeah, it makes no sense whatsoever.
- 1:00:42Speaker 7: I got a couple of comments here, Starred Joe Sure
- 1:00:45Speaker 7: to indulge me for a second, Yes, of course, uh neon?
- 1:00:54Speaker 7: Did they not ask Oswald about the check? And what
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: did he say? You know what, that's a good question.
- 1:01:01Speaker 7: Why during the interrogation did they not ask him specifically
- 1:01:06Speaker 7: about this check. That's a good question.
- 1:01:15Speaker 6: Yeah, not in the hosting notes right, Well, it.
- 1:01:18Speaker 7: Wouldn't been because they didn't search him until after the
- 1:01:20Speaker 7: first two interrogations, the Lavelle Fritz interrogation and then the
- 1:01:26Speaker 7: FBI interrogation. Then they searched him, but they also interrogated
- 1:01:33Speaker 7: him a couple more times after this, and I would
- 1:01:39Speaker 7: have to go back and really check, like the Harry
- 1:01:42Speaker 7: Holmes interrogation, and maybe there was another one the FBI
- 1:01:48Speaker 7: did I don't know.
- 1:01:50Speaker 6: Yeah, well that was on Sunday, right to Harry Holmes.
- 1:01:54Speaker 7: Harry Holmes Sunday morning. Yeah, but you would think that
- 1:01:58Speaker 7: they talked to him Saturday. Maybe definitely.
- 1:02:04Speaker 6: I mean, I don't know Harry Holmes, but no, they
- 1:02:08Speaker 6: definitely weren't everyone. Yeah, I think there was DPD.
- 1:02:13Speaker 7: Actually, I for this every remembers only we might want
- 1:02:17Speaker 7: to check, like a Secret Service interrogation, the Harry Holmes
- 1:02:22Speaker 7: see if they had mentioned this check stuf because that's
- 1:02:24Speaker 7: a good idea. Yeah, that is, you know, I mean
- 1:02:28Speaker 7: that's if I was a cop and I found this
- 1:02:31Speaker 7: weird thing in his pocket, damn sure asked him about it. Yeah,
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: and then we got Sally just found an obituary for
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: James Arthur Jackson Junior in New Orleans, born in nineteen
- 1:02:46Speaker 7: seventy five. Obviously his dad is a senior and we'd
- 1:02:50Speaker 7: be about to, you know, right age for all this.
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: So there's a James Arthur Jackson in New Orleans in
- 1:02:55Speaker 7: the sixties or earlier.
- 1:02:59Speaker 6: I believe he was born in the thirties, and it's
- 1:03:01Speaker 6: in the documents coming up I have.
- 1:03:03Speaker 7: Yeah, Well, the question is where was it in New Orleans.
- 1:03:06Speaker 6: I let's find out, because if he's the.
- 1:03:11Speaker 7: Same age as Oswald, Oswald could have known him in
- 1:03:13Speaker 7: like school, from school or just kafoozing around the neighborhood
- 1:03:17Speaker 7: or something. Yeah, excellent, excellent questions, folks.
- 1:03:23Speaker 6: Yeah, all right. So this is from the Oswald to
- 1:03:37Speaker 6: A one file and this is the James Jackson FBI interview.
- 1:03:43Speaker 6: And hopefully you guys can hear me as I'm sharing this.
- 1:03:49Speaker 6: It is noted that American Bakery Company paste up in
- 1:03:52Speaker 6: the name of James A. Jackson was found in the
- 1:03:56Speaker 6: apartment located at two fourteen West Newley Street, Dallas, Texas.
- 1:04:01Speaker 6: This apartment was occupied by Lee Harvey Oswald from March second,
- 1:04:05Speaker 6: sixty three until approximately May one, sixty three, so March
- 1:04:11Speaker 6: April May about three months, right, can you hear us?
- 1:04:19Speaker 7: Let me know?
- 1:04:19Speaker 6: I don't want to yet.
- 1:04:21Speaker 7: Somehow I just popped up on over top of this shit.
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: I don't know how, but yeah, prey continue.
- 1:04:30Speaker 6: Okay, if you can't hear me, let us know in
- 1:04:35Speaker 6: the shot. But my PowerPoint should be Okay, that was
- 1:04:40Speaker 6: a tab Joey tabbs they call me. This is an
- 1:04:47Speaker 6: FBI document of Southwest.
- 1:04:50Speaker 7: I can't hear, but Sally says she can hear us both. Okay,
- 1:04:57Speaker 7: what the hell we can here here?
- 1:05:00Speaker 6: Okay, okay, wee can hear good? Oh?
- 1:05:02Speaker 7: Okay, yeah, okay.
- 1:05:04Speaker 6: James A. Jackson two three zero one South Irve advised
- 1:05:10Speaker 6: that he resides blah blah blah, blah blah. He said
- 1:05:13Speaker 6: he was employed at American Bakery Company as a mixer.
- 1:05:20Speaker 6: I'm a mixer.
- 1:05:20Speaker 7: I mixed up all the dope.
- 1:05:23Speaker 6: He mixed up all the pies.
- 1:05:26Speaker 7: The Joe the Little Apple Pies is so.
- 1:05:28Speaker 6: Good, and has been employed since August nineteen sixty. He
- 1:05:32Speaker 6: states his social security numbers blah blah blah, and noted
- 1:05:36Speaker 6: that he formerly used social Security number, different social Security number.
- 1:05:45Speaker 6: The fuck is going on there? You have two social
- 1:05:49Speaker 6: security numbers, fifty four and fifty. I don't know.
- 1:05:58Speaker 7: I was just slightly off by one number. I was
- 1:06:04Speaker 7: told the right one to you, so.
- 1:06:05Speaker 6: We're good until he was advised by the Social Security
- 1:06:11Speaker 6: administrator that he should not use fifty as it was
- 1:06:14Speaker 6: assigned to another person. Sus I don't know what's going
- 1:06:19Speaker 6: on there. This mix up occurred while he was in
- 1:06:22Speaker 6: the Armed Forces or shortly after he got out. When
- 1:06:26Speaker 6: he first went to work for the American Bakery Company,
- 1:06:30Speaker 6: he advised he had never known any person named Lee
- 1:06:32Speaker 6: Harvey Oswald or Jack Ruby. He said he had heard
- 1:06:36Speaker 6: of these names since the assassination of JFK and the
- 1:06:39Speaker 6: murderer of Lee Harvey Oswald. The document continues, mister Jackson
- 1:06:44Speaker 6: said he first lived at twelve O four McKee for
- 1:06:49Speaker 6: about a year. Then he moved to two fourteen West Neely,
- 1:06:52Speaker 6: where he and his wife lived for about nine months,
- 1:06:56Speaker 6: and thereafter moved to seven or one North Boulevard, two
- 1:07:00Speaker 6: Harris until July of sixty three, when he and his
- 1:07:04Speaker 6: wife separated. Her name is Sally Ann Jackson. She now
- 1:07:12Speaker 6: resides blah blah blah. Jackson states that his mother, missus
- 1:07:17Speaker 6: Guy Alexander. Wonder if there's any relation to the what
- 1:07:22Speaker 6: was the DA's name was Alexander?
- 1:07:24Speaker 7: Right? Yeah, I doubt. I'm pretty sure mister Jackson was black.
- 1:07:37Speaker 6: Continue Okay resides in Denton Drive, Carrollton, Texas, and she
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: is the person listed on his employment record as a
- 1:07:46Speaker 6: person to notify in case of death or accident. Mister
- 1:07:50Speaker 6: Jackson said his immediate supervisor is mister Omar Curtis at
- 1:07:55Speaker 6: the American Bacon Company. Jackson said he had no idea
- 1:07:59Speaker 6: how Lee Harvey Oswalt might have come into possession of
- 1:08:02Speaker 6: a paycheck stub which apparently belonged to him Jackson, but
- 1:08:08Speaker 6: that is but that it was possible he might have
- 1:08:12Speaker 6: accidentally dropped this check stub on the street, on the
- 1:08:17Speaker 6: street and someone could have picked it up. But he
- 1:08:21Speaker 6: did not recall ever losing one. We have a foul.
- 1:08:29Speaker 6: So he was then reinterviewed. So was the day to
- 1:08:33Speaker 6: the last one. It was December twenty first, So he
- 1:08:40Speaker 6: was then reinvestigated on January eighth, re interviewed on January eight,
- 1:08:45Speaker 6: sixty four, so a couple of weeks after by Brookheart
- 1:08:51Speaker 6: not to be confused with Book Out, It has noted
- 1:08:55Speaker 6: that an American Bakery Company paytub was found in the
- 1:08:58Speaker 6: search of the apartment apartment located at to fourteen West
- 1:09:03Speaker 6: Neely Street, Dallas, where the residents of Lee Harvey Oswald
- 1:09:07Speaker 6: from March tecond to April sixty three. This pay stub
- 1:09:13Speaker 6: appeared to belong to one James A. Jackson. An interview
- 1:09:16Speaker 6: with Jackson has established that he once resided at Neely Street.
- 1:09:23Speaker 6: He was reinterviewed and furnished the following information. He advised
- 1:09:31Speaker 6: on August seventeenth, nineteen sixty he was employed by the
- 1:09:35Speaker 6: American Bakery Company. At the same time, he recalls moving
- 1:09:39Speaker 6: to McKee, Dallas, and that approximately one year later, in
- 1:09:44Speaker 6: August sixty one, he and his wife moved into the
- 1:09:48Speaker 6: department located at Neely So there's some time differences there,
- 1:09:56Speaker 6: as you pointed out.
- 1:09:59Speaker 7: Very accent and for.
- 1:10:04Speaker 6: Mister Jackson, Dattocrat advised that he and his wife stated
- 1:10:10Speaker 6: that's addressed approximately eight or nine months until April or
- 1:10:14Speaker 6: May sixty two. Then they were moved to Boulevard Terrorist, Dallas,
- 1:10:18Speaker 6: where they stayed until June or July sixty three, at
- 1:10:22Speaker 6: which time, which is ironically there's a little arrow here
- 1:10:29Speaker 6: on the FBI document, he and his wife Sally were separated,
- 1:10:34Speaker 6: and it's at the bottom it's missus James A. Jackson.
- 1:10:39Speaker 6: I don't know exactly what they're going for here. During
- 1:10:49Speaker 6: the time, entire time he resided, he didn't know anyone
- 1:10:52Speaker 6: named Oswalt, and no idea how Oswalt may have come
- 1:10:55Speaker 6: into possession of the American Bakery Company pay cart stumble
- 1:11:00Speaker 6: with his name on it unless this past dub was
- 1:11:02Speaker 6: probably dropped somewhere in the apartment and remained there after
- 1:11:07Speaker 6: they left. So it's the street, it's the apartment. Skofuziel abounds.
- 1:11:15Speaker 6: Let's go to the payroll clerk, Catherine Hayley, American Baking Company,
- 1:11:21Speaker 6: who was interviewed on the same day. I think it
- 1:11:26Speaker 6: was the same day that Jackson was. The records of
- 1:11:32Speaker 6: that company reflect jackson social security number. Was hired as
- 1:11:37Speaker 6: a temporary employee on August fourteenth, nineteen sixties. Now we're
- 1:11:42Speaker 6: going back to nineteen sixty and on October fifteenth, nineteen
- 1:11:46Speaker 6: sixty he was converted to a regular employee. She said
- 1:11:50Speaker 6: he was employed as a helper in the Dallas Cake Plant,
- 1:11:55Speaker 6: Plant number eighty two, Dallas, Texas.
- 1:11:59Speaker 7: He mixed the cake.
- 1:12:00Speaker 6: Joe I'm sure he did. Miss Haley advised Jackson's employee
- 1:12:08Speaker 6: history card reflects his date of birth as August fifteenth,
- 1:12:12Speaker 6: nineteen thirty six, that he is married with one dependent,
- 1:12:16Speaker 6: that at that time he resided at McKee. We already
- 1:12:19Speaker 6: know this, and we go back to guy Alexander blah
- 1:12:27Speaker 6: blah blah. Miss Haley advised her records indicate Jackson had
- 1:12:32Speaker 6: one week's vacation beginning September eighth in nineteen sixty two,
- 1:12:37Speaker 6: and then he had two weeks vacation beginning September seventh,
- 1:12:41Speaker 6: nineteen sixty three, which is interesting on the.
- 1:12:45Speaker 7: Timing there, right, I don't know what might he say that, Oh.
- 1:12:52Speaker 6: It's close to Mexico City, I got, I guess that's
- 1:12:55Speaker 6: late September.
- 1:12:56Speaker 7: Right, Well, does that have to do with Oswald?
- 1:13:01Speaker 6: I don't know. I just find it interesting that he
- 1:13:04Speaker 6: had two weeks vacation at that time. He's currently employed
- 1:13:10Speaker 6: with her company as a mixer.
- 1:13:12Speaker 7: When we heard that, I mixed the king.
- 1:13:17Speaker 6: The following investigation was conducted by William Brookhart. On December thirtieth,
- 1:13:24Speaker 6: sixty three, Mister MW. George Tucker Manning Insurance advised that
- 1:13:36Speaker 6: he is currently the owner of the property located at
- 1:13:39Speaker 6: two fourteen West Neely, having acquired this property on November fourteenth,
- 1:13:45Speaker 6: nineteen sixty two. This property was previously owned by Lily
- 1:13:50Speaker 6: May HOOVERA that's kind of funny, who left for Florida
- 1:14:00Speaker 6: to live her life as a down in the sun
- 1:14:05Speaker 6: immediately after song on the property, which is a duplex
- 1:14:08Speaker 6: building with the addressable to twelve and to fourteen West Kneely.
- 1:14:12Speaker 7: Oh the bullets she dodged.
- 1:14:14Speaker 6: Yeah. Mister George advised that missus Hoova does not have
- 1:14:19Speaker 6: any known relatives in Dallas. Who cares. Mister George advised
- 1:14:23Speaker 6: that his rental records do not show that a James A.
- 1:14:26Speaker 6: Jackson resided at to fourteen West Neely, Texas since he
- 1:14:31Speaker 6: acquired the property. Well he wouldn't. Oh, no, ye, what
- 1:14:36Speaker 6: you should have Actually, well, they lived there.
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: In what.
- 1:14:46Speaker 7: One against the nineteen sixty one.
- 1:14:55Speaker 6: No I was talking about Oswald in the spring of
- 1:14:58Speaker 6: sixty three, That's what I was referred to. But remember.
- 1:15:06Speaker 7: Well he said the landlord didn't know that James Jackson
- 1:15:09Speaker 7: ever lived there.
- 1:15:10Speaker 6: Oh right, because he didn't probably get the right records
- 1:15:13Speaker 6: and he was probably a skaffuso.
- 1:15:15Speaker 7: Well, No, he didn't get the property until November fourteenth,
- 1:15:18Speaker 7: sixty two. Mm hm, so who did who?
- 1:15:22Speaker 6: What?
- 1:15:22Speaker 7: Does he give a fuck? Who used to live there?
- 1:15:24Speaker 7: Or he used to rent from Lily May Hoover. You
- 1:15:26Speaker 7: know what I'm saying.
- 1:15:29Speaker 6: I hear you.
- 1:15:29Speaker 7: I hear you, I hear you.
- 1:15:33Speaker 6: So I found this in an HSCA report, and uh
- 1:15:45Speaker 6: Oswald had a payroll stub from the American Bakery Company
- 1:15:49Speaker 6: dated August nineteen sixty, a period when Oswalt was in Russia.
- 1:15:53Speaker 6: The stub turned out to have nothing to do with Oswalt,
- 1:15:57Speaker 6: but to belong to someone else who had lived at
- 1:15:59Speaker 6: the same address where Oswalt once had lived. Maybe Oswalt
- 1:16:04Speaker 6: was collecting misleading data in case he was arrested, and
- 1:16:13Speaker 6: he then apparently walked into the place where the encounter
- 1:16:16Speaker 6: with policeman Tiffmitt occurred. The physical evidence about the times
- 1:16:22Speaker 6: involved indicates it just might barely be possible for Oswalt
- 1:16:27Speaker 6: to make this odyssey. Let's go to what John Armstrong
- 1:16:35Speaker 6: and Harvey and Lee has to say about this. Shortly
- 1:16:38Speaker 6: after two pm, the police car carrying Harvey, Oswalt and
- 1:16:47Speaker 6: the officers arrived in the basement of the DPD headquarters.
- 1:16:51Speaker 6: Detective Bentley and Sargeant Hill escorted Oswald to the homicide
- 1:16:56Speaker 6: department on the third floor and placed him inside one
- 1:16:59Speaker 6: of the interrogations rooms.
- 1:17:01Speaker 7: When m.
- 1:17:05Speaker 6: With Officer C. T. Walker, Walker removed Oswalt's brown billifold
- 1:17:12Speaker 6: from his pants pocket and instructed him to sit down.
- 1:17:16Speaker 6: While looking through his billfold, Walker asked Oswalt his name,
- 1:17:20Speaker 6: and he replied Lee, Oswalt. Walker found a card and
- 1:17:23Speaker 6: Oswald's wallet with the name Hidel and said that is
- 1:17:31Speaker 6: your real name, isn't it. Oswalt replied, no, that is
- 1:17:35Speaker 6: not my real name. I do not know anything about that.
- 1:17:38Speaker 6: Walker asked why did you kill the officer? Did you
- 1:17:41Speaker 6: kill the officer because you were scared of being arrested
- 1:17:44Speaker 6: for something? Oswaldt looked at the at Walker and said,
- 1:17:48Speaker 6: I'm not scared of anything. Do I look like I'm
- 1:17:50Speaker 6: scared now? Walker remembered that Oswalt did not look like
- 1:17:54Speaker 6: he was scared. He was calm and not a bit nervous.
- 1:17:59Speaker 6: Detective us Rose looked through Oswalt's wallet. It also asked
- 1:18:03Speaker 6: if his name was Idel. Oswald told Rose, you're the
- 1:18:07Speaker 6: detective you figured out. You find out we talked about
- 1:18:12Speaker 6: that the other week. Rose then talked with Oswalt for
- 1:18:16Speaker 6: the next twenty minutes until Captain Fritz arrived. The police
- 1:18:20Speaker 6: took you know, the thirteen dollars and eighty seven cents
- 1:18:25Speaker 6: and cash from Oswalt, a black belt, a brass key,
- 1:18:29Speaker 6: an id bracelet, and two items which appear to be
- 1:18:32Speaker 6: out of place. One of those items was a check
- 1:18:35Speaker 6: stub from the American Baker's Company dated August twenty second, six,
- 1:18:41Speaker 6: nineteen sixty pay roal check was issued to James A. Jackson.
- 1:18:46Speaker 6: But why did Oswalt have a three year old check
- 1:18:49Speaker 6: stub in his pocket? The second item was a small
- 1:18:53Speaker 6: box you mentioned before, bearing the name Coxes four or
- 1:18:59Speaker 6: why was Oswald carrying this box top in his pocket
- 1:19:02Speaker 6: on November twenty second? Note these items appear insignificant until
- 1:19:06Speaker 6: we remember that Oswalt had changed both his shirt and
- 1:19:10Speaker 6: his pants after arriving at his rooming house. It appears
- 1:19:14Speaker 6: that Oswalt intentionally took both of these items with him,
- 1:19:18Speaker 6: but their importance remains a mystery. When first questioned by
- 1:19:22Speaker 6: the arresting officers, Oswald was self assured, in complete control
- 1:19:27Speaker 6: and appeared somewhat arrogant. He answered only those questions that
- 1:19:31Speaker 6: he wanted to answer, and repeatedly asked why he had
- 1:19:35Speaker 6: been arrested. So, I don't know if that's Harvey or Lee.
- 1:19:42Speaker 6: I'm not really going to go there, but let's go
- 1:19:46Speaker 6: to Vince Bugliosi Reclaiming History, page one thirty two. I'm
- 1:19:55Speaker 6: not going to read all this. When they arrived downstairs
- 1:20:01Speaker 6: in the basement, hold over a room, Zen boids search Oswalt. Remarkably,
- 1:20:06Speaker 6: no one has yet. Boy, didn't they find the wallet
- 1:20:11Speaker 6: when they took him in.
- 1:20:13Speaker 7: The police car?
- 1:20:16Speaker 6: Allegedly?
- 1:20:17Speaker 7: Yeah, but they never searched anything else they did, never
- 1:20:22Speaker 7: checked his other pockets, right, Yeah, that's.
- 1:20:28Speaker 6: Doing your due diligence for sure. I'm being sarcastic. Uh
- 1:20:33Speaker 6: BOYD finds five live live rounds of thirty eight caliber
- 1:20:37Speaker 6: ammunition in the left front pocket of Oswalt's trousers. What
- 1:20:42Speaker 6: are they doing in here? The detective asks, I just
- 1:20:46Speaker 6: had them in my pocket, Oswalt says, nonchalantly. Detective Simms
- 1:20:51Speaker 6: finds a bus transfer issued by the Dallas Transit Company
- 1:20:54Speaker 6: in a shirt pocket. Oswald takes off his silver Marine
- 1:20:59Speaker 6: Corps ring and hand it to Sims. Also recovered from
- 1:21:03Speaker 6: Oswald pockets are a small white top box top with
- 1:21:07Speaker 6: the name Coxes forth Worth and paychecks do of course
- 1:21:12Speaker 6: from American bakeries and nebras Ki, which we've gone over.
- 1:21:19Speaker 6: So I don't know what's going on. There seems to
- 1:21:30Speaker 6: be some skuffoozery happening here, And going back to my
- 1:21:38Speaker 6: first slides of why they didn't come up with this
- 1:21:43Speaker 6: inventory list until a week after is also maybe the
- 1:21:49Speaker 6: most suss for me, because how many things can you
- 1:21:52Speaker 6: have in your pocket?
- 1:21:53Speaker 7: Right you?
- 1:21:55Speaker 6: You counted thousands of coins of ruby and you can't
- 1:22:01Speaker 6: tell what was in the Oswald's pocket.
- 1:22:04Speaker 7: Well, somebody mentioned that they might have waited until they
- 1:22:06Speaker 7: got all the shit back from the FBI to catalog everything.
- 1:22:09Speaker 7: Remember that. That's but I'm pretty sure they cataloged everything
- 1:22:15Speaker 7: before turning it over to the FBI, so you would
- 1:22:19Speaker 7: have a baseline. You know, you don't just turn over
- 1:22:23Speaker 7: everything you got without having a record of what you
- 1:22:26Speaker 7: gave him to make sure you got everything back, you
- 1:22:30Speaker 7: know what I mean. Yeah, so I don't know about that,
- 1:22:35Speaker 7: And then sadly had an interesting comment, Okay, could Jackson
- 1:22:40Speaker 7: have left the trousers when he left? And the landlady
- 1:22:43Speaker 7: kept him in a lost property band and she gave
- 1:22:45Speaker 7: him to Oswald at some point because they needed some strides.
- 1:22:49Speaker 7: Maybe that's possible.
- 1:22:52Speaker 6: I don't.
- 1:22:56Speaker 7: He would have had to take the stub out of
- 1:22:57Speaker 7: the pocket at some point unless he never washed the
- 1:23:03Speaker 7: damn things and just left left the stub in there
- 1:23:05Speaker 7: and the box top just some trash or whatever and
- 1:23:08Speaker 7: pocket trash or whatever you want to call it, and
- 1:23:11Speaker 7: just left it there and never washed them. I don't know.
- 1:23:15Speaker 7: It's interesting theory, but I would I would hate to
- 1:23:20Speaker 7: think that I wouldn't wear somebody else's pants without at
- 1:23:23Speaker 7: least washing them first.
- 1:23:25Speaker 6: Yeah, and who knows if they even fit him. I mean,
- 1:23:28Speaker 6: I don't know what Jackson's size were. You would need
- 1:23:33Speaker 6: pretty big belt if they were too big, right, Because
- 1:23:38Speaker 6: Oswalt was.
- 1:23:39Speaker 7: Pretty scary, you look ridiculous, if you know.
- 1:23:43Speaker 6: Yeah, Oswalt was known to keep a pretty neat appearance.
- 1:23:53Speaker 6: It's it's a really weird situation, and I really don't
- 1:23:58Speaker 6: know what to make of it, Rob, I really don't.
- 1:24:06Speaker 7: That's all strides never were washed since there was no
- 1:24:12Speaker 7: washing machine. Goddamnit. Well, he had a washing machine. And
- 1:24:18Speaker 7: her name was Marina Okay, and she washed his shit
- 1:24:25Speaker 7: when they were together, allegedly, Now when he was living
- 1:24:30Speaker 7: by himself, did he get to laundrymat I don't know.
- 1:24:38Speaker 6: Yeah, I listen. Oswalt was a pack rat. He kept
- 1:24:42Speaker 6: all of his receipts, So why would he keep this
- 1:24:46Speaker 6: random receipt unless he was trying to do something sus
- 1:24:54Speaker 6: I don't know. Yeah, no, I'm not saying it has
- 1:24:59Speaker 6: anything to do with the Tippet murder or the JFK murderer.
- 1:25:04Speaker 6: It's just something that you brought up to me, and
- 1:25:07Speaker 6: I kind of went through all the documents.
- 1:25:11Speaker 7: Photographed when they put it into evidence of the DPD
- 1:25:14Speaker 7: and why it wasn't is a question why the name
- 1:25:20Speaker 7: was never mentioned. It was a question.
- 1:25:23Speaker 6: Yeah, never mentioned in the Warren report, which you would
- 1:25:26Speaker 6: think it would be, right, I don't believe.
- 1:25:31Speaker 7: So they figured it out by then.
- 1:25:35Speaker 6: Maybe it was buried somewhere, but I didn't find it. Well.
- 1:25:40Speaker 7: I mean, we have the FBI reports from December of
- 1:25:44Speaker 7: sixty three, so they had the information by the time
- 1:25:46Speaker 7: of the Warren Commission, and.
- 1:25:49Speaker 6: They had to reinterview him like two weeks later. So
- 1:25:54Speaker 6: there they're kinda.
- 1:25:57Speaker 7: The question shouldn't be okay, all right, they can figure
- 1:26:01Speaker 7: out whose paycheck stub this is, right?
- 1:26:05Speaker 6: You know.
- 1:26:05Speaker 7: The question to them was probably like, why in the
- 1:26:09Speaker 7: hell does oswalt to have it in his pocket? And
- 1:26:11Speaker 7: the only person that can answer that question is Lee
- 1:26:14Speaker 7: Harvey Oswald at this point, and he's dead, so we'll
- 1:26:19Speaker 7: never know why.
- 1:26:23Speaker 6: Unless Marina does, and she may not even know, and
- 1:26:28Speaker 6: she might not even know, and she will definitely not
- 1:26:31Speaker 6: say anything about it.
- 1:26:32Speaker 7: There was the reason that they didn't photograph it into
- 1:26:35Speaker 7: evidence from the get go, because I think it had
- 1:26:40Speaker 7: a fake name on it, and whether it was Oswald's
- 1:26:44Speaker 7: or Hydel or whatever you want to do, and whatever
- 1:26:51Speaker 7: purpose this may have served other than just an easy
- 1:26:56Speaker 7: document to forge if you will, right, you know, you say, well,
- 1:27:04Speaker 7: this is me, this is my paycheck dub, here's my ID,
- 1:27:07Speaker 7: here's my selective service card. He's a paycheck dub.
- 1:27:11Speaker 6: You know.
- 1:27:11Speaker 7: It had just been supporting evidence that he was trying
- 1:27:15Speaker 7: to create a high Deel alias. But if the paycheck
- 1:27:23Speaker 7: stub had high del on it, why wouldn't they photograph
- 1:27:28Speaker 7: it into evidence? It would have been more proof for
- 1:27:33Speaker 7: them that he's creating this other identification.
- 1:27:38Speaker 6: Right, Maybe they just wanted to focus on the High
- 1:27:41Speaker 6: Deel alias and not confuse people with another possible alias.
- 1:27:49Speaker 7: Well, well, I'm saying it could have had the High
- 1:27:52Speaker 7: Deell alias name on it, right, because he's trying to
- 1:27:57Speaker 7: create a different identity. You need more than one piece
- 1:28:01Speaker 7: of you know, something with your you know, if something
- 1:28:05Speaker 7: official with your name on it.
- 1:28:07Speaker 6: Yeah. So I'm just putting this back up just to
- 1:28:11Speaker 6: look at it again.
- 1:28:21Speaker 7: Now again, this is this is not what Oswald would
- 1:28:23Speaker 7: have had in his pocket. This is the paycheck, Okay.
- 1:28:30Speaker 7: He would have had the check stub okay, which is
- 1:28:35Speaker 7: the other part of the check where it indicates you know,
- 1:28:38Speaker 7: what taxes are taken out whatever, you know, where it
- 1:28:42Speaker 7: has your name, uh, you know, your social your address,
- 1:28:48Speaker 7: and then of course there's a perforation and then the
- 1:28:51Speaker 7: check is attached to the check stub. Obviously, this is
- 1:28:55Speaker 7: not what Oswald had in his pocket. He didn't have
- 1:28:57Speaker 7: the paycheck. James Jackson and would have cashed this in
- 1:29:01Speaker 7: nineteen sixty and kept this check stub as a record
- 1:29:06Speaker 7: of his payment right from me, boy, This would have
- 1:29:10Speaker 7: been his first paycheck. Yeah, and he worked there for
- 1:29:14Speaker 7: three years.
- 1:29:15Speaker 6: It's also weird that, you know, Jackson kind of goes
- 1:29:20Speaker 6: back and forth on. He could have founded it on
- 1:29:22Speaker 6: the street, and.
- 1:29:26Speaker 7: Well, he's obviously at a loss on how the hell
- 1:29:29Speaker 7: Oswald has this check stub on him. I mean, it's
- 1:29:36Speaker 7: just the weirdest and the only connection is Neely Street. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:29:44Speaker 7: but that connection is not very strong once you throw
- 1:29:48Speaker 7: logic into all that. You know, there's a two year
- 1:29:56Speaker 7: gap between Jackson and Oswald living at this address. There's
- 1:29:59Speaker 7: another in between. I mean, how did you know? As
- 1:30:04Speaker 7: I don't know. It's just very odd. It's very odd.
- 1:30:08Speaker 6: It's a very odd story. And hence the title.
- 1:30:12Speaker 7: Oswald must have found it somewhere in the apartment, tucked
- 1:30:15Speaker 7: away somewhere.
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: I think, that's.
- 1:30:18Speaker 6: Yeah, But then why why keep it on you?
- 1:30:22Speaker 7: That's yeah? Or why have it with you that day
- 1:30:27Speaker 7: of all days? Be one thing? To keep it and
- 1:30:31Speaker 7: stick it in a bag somewhere, or use it as
- 1:30:33Speaker 7: a bookmark or whatever, you know, you know whatever, Why
- 1:30:37Speaker 7: is it in your pocket on this day, bro, this
- 1:30:41Speaker 7: day of all days? Why is it in your pocket
- 1:30:45Speaker 7: after you suppose it went back to the room the
- 1:30:47Speaker 7: house and changed clothes, Why is it in your pocket?
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:30:52Speaker 6: I don't buy the it was accidentally left in the
- 1:30:57Speaker 6: trousers and he just used that, you know what I mean?
- 1:31:01Speaker 7: Yeah, now the box up that could be pocket trash.
- 1:31:04Speaker 7: Who I mean, who knows? But that's odd too.
- 1:31:08Speaker 6: Well, what really is a box top? Can you explain
- 1:31:12Speaker 6: that to me?
- 1:31:13Speaker 7: It would have just been a piece of cardboard. Somebody
- 1:31:16Speaker 7: said Coxes was a department store, so it would have
- 1:31:19Speaker 7: been like a piece of cardboard ripped off of a
- 1:31:21Speaker 7: Cox box. Like I say, you bought a hurt or
- 1:31:25Speaker 7: something from Cox's department store and then it came in
- 1:31:27Speaker 7: a box and you know, maybe ripped off the piece
- 1:31:32Speaker 7: that had Cox's name on it, you know, Cox for
- 1:31:36Speaker 7: whatever reason, maybe that's something written on in in invisible writing.
- 1:31:40Speaker 7: Who the fuck knows, I don't know.
- 1:31:43Speaker 6: Yeah, I just I also find it very weird that,
- 1:31:48Speaker 6: you know, the DPD is counting who knows how many
- 1:31:54Speaker 6: hundreds or thousands of coins of Jack Ruby putting that
- 1:31:58Speaker 6: in the next day, and this manifest if you will,
- 1:32:06Speaker 6: of what was in Oswald's possession during his arrest doesn't
- 1:32:09Speaker 6: happen until a week later. Like why, I think it
- 1:32:13Speaker 6: kind of goes back to the wallet. I think they're
- 1:32:17Speaker 6: trying to get their story straight. Possibly, you know, they.
- 1:32:23Speaker 7: Got a problem if there's two wallets, right, you know,
- 1:32:28Speaker 7: if they found a wallet on he's arrested and they
- 1:32:32Speaker 7: found an Oswald wallet at the Tippet murder scene, then
- 1:32:35Speaker 7: you got a problem.
- 1:32:37Speaker 6: As we say, that's a problem.
- 1:32:40Speaker 7: That's a problem. That's pure indication of somebody trying to
- 1:32:48Speaker 7: set him up. And if it was you know, meant
- 1:32:52Speaker 7: to frame him from you know, soup to nuts, from
- 1:32:57Speaker 7: rifle to you know, all this other nonsense, then uh,
- 1:33:05Speaker 7: maybe that maybe the the Tippet wallet had had the
- 1:33:08Speaker 7: hide deal I d in it, mm hmm, and his
- 1:33:13Speaker 7: wallet when they rested him just had his regular stuff.
- 1:33:16Speaker 7: But then you have you know, Gus Rose saying, well,
- 1:33:19Speaker 7: who's Who's high Deel? Is that your real name?
- 1:33:22Speaker 6: And you have and you have don't you have the
- 1:33:26Speaker 6: guy at the Tippet scene saying the same thing, right,
- 1:33:29Speaker 6: who was Hidel?
- 1:33:32Speaker 7: No you don't. You don't who mentioned the word Hyde
- 1:33:37Speaker 7: Deel at the Tippot grime scene.
- 1:33:41Speaker 6: I believe it was one of the officers. I don't know.
- 1:33:46Speaker 6: I'm pretty pretty sure didn't happen. Okay, maybe I'm I
- 1:33:51Speaker 6: trust you. I'm pretty sure when they you know, that
- 1:33:57Speaker 6: video of the Tippett scene, when they find in the wallet.
- 1:34:00Speaker 6: I don't know if it's w D s U or
- 1:34:02Speaker 6: whatever local DPD station. I thought they. I thought someone said,
- 1:34:09Speaker 6: do you know who Alex Heidel was? Chat chat back
- 1:34:17Speaker 6: me up here. I'm pretty sure about it. But before
- 1:34:23Speaker 6: anything else, I want to show you a picture here,
- 1:34:27Speaker 6: Rob of my girlfriend face face, not wanting to show
- 1:34:39Speaker 6: with Ruby sing.
- 1:34:42Speaker 7: Stinky feet and I'm sure they smell lovely. Yeah, much
- 1:34:52Speaker 7: better than Joe's. I'm sure.
- 1:34:53Speaker 6: Yeah, I need a petty bro. I know that's a
- 1:34:56Speaker 6: little Perry Russo, but oh my god, yeah, I think
- 1:35:00Speaker 6: I need. I haven't gotten one, but I need one.
- 1:35:07Speaker 7: Have you ever gotten one? Yes?
- 1:35:13Speaker 6: I am Perry Russo at the end of the day.
- 1:35:16Speaker 6: But this this logo, man, is so fire. I have
- 1:35:20Speaker 6: won in Gray that I wore on members only and
- 1:35:27Speaker 6: also on when I did the guest appearance on Tim
- 1:35:31Speaker 6: Gartner's Sorryher Past podcast a couple of nights ago. It
- 1:35:36Speaker 6: should be out sometime this weekend. I think, uh, definitely
- 1:35:39Speaker 6: check that out when over the Martin stuff and the
- 1:35:43Speaker 6: Walker stuff and things like that. But good ship with
- 1:35:47Speaker 6: this logo, man, I gotta say props.
- 1:35:51Speaker 7: Yes, it looks good, honor it does he oh oh,
- 1:36:09Speaker 7: the double B coming through dropping some dimes. Thank you, Brandon,
- 1:36:15Speaker 7: appreciate you, brother. Hello to you, sir. Oh, mister Holman,
- 1:36:25Speaker 7: it wasn't on the news footage. There's no audio.
- 1:36:29Speaker 6: No, they're looking through a wallet, but allegedly a wallet, yes, allegedly.
- 1:36:35Speaker 6: Westbrook asked, do you know a high Dell is for
- 1:36:40Speaker 6: my memory? I mean, listen, everything's a blur. I forget
- 1:36:44Speaker 6: things and details. My memory is the worst. So we'll
- 1:36:48Speaker 6: follow up on them. We should know it, but it.
- 1:36:52Speaker 7: Will be a couple of members only.
- 1:36:54Speaker 6: Yes, I will apologize for sure if I am wrong,
- 1:36:58Speaker 6: and for sure, but yeah, man, this, uh you know,
- 1:37:05Speaker 6: I had never heard of this American bakery paste ug
- 1:37:11Speaker 6: being found before you mentioned it, uh to me yesterday
- 1:37:17Speaker 6: and things in your lap, Yeah you would, uh but uh,
- 1:37:27Speaker 6: I mean hopefully we learned a little something about what
- 1:37:31Speaker 6: Oswald had on him. You know, the wallet thing has
- 1:37:36Speaker 6: been explored to death, so we're not going to really
- 1:37:39Speaker 6: go through.
- 1:37:40Speaker 11: That, but just add into like what's going on in
- 1:37:44Speaker 11: this dude's head, like, yeah, what the fuck is he doing?
- 1:37:52Speaker 7: Yeah? Why does he have this ship? Why is he
- 1:37:55Speaker 7: doing what he's doing?
- 1:37:59Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:37:59Speaker 6: Or or was it I mean I don't think it
- 1:38:03Speaker 6: was planted, because what would be the purpose of that
- 1:38:06Speaker 6: other than to maybe confirm that he lived at Neely
- 1:38:11Speaker 6: Street to affirm the backyard photos. That's the only wild
- 1:38:18Speaker 6: guests I could think of. I'm not saying I'm right.
- 1:38:23Speaker 7: I don't think it's a plant. I mean, that's a stretch, bro, No,
- 1:38:28Speaker 7: I know.
- 1:38:28Speaker 6: I agree, I completely agree it's a structure. It would
- 1:38:32Speaker 6: be a very random thing to make up. I'm just saying,
- 1:38:38Speaker 6: I just it's just.
- 1:38:40Speaker 7: A very random thing, period. Yeah, it doesn't make any
- 1:38:45Speaker 7: kind of sense whatsoever. We're gonna double check the interrogation
- 1:38:49Speaker 7: notes and see if they ever asked him about this thing,
- 1:38:53Speaker 7: because I don't think they did.
- 1:38:54Speaker 6: I don't think so either.
- 1:38:55Speaker 7: It would be at the top of my list. You know,
- 1:38:59Speaker 7: if things you're arrested with, all right, why do you
- 1:39:01Speaker 7: have these other bullets in your pocket there? Bud Uh?
- 1:39:06Speaker 7: What's up with this paycheck stuff that's not yours in
- 1:39:09Speaker 7: your pocket from three years ago? It's a little odd, buddy,
- 1:39:13Speaker 7: Why you got that? It makes no sense in this box,
- 1:39:16Speaker 7: top h You couldn't buy a ninety ninercent ticket. You
- 1:39:20Speaker 7: got thirteen some dollars in your pocket? Dude, like these
- 1:39:25Speaker 7: are questions I'd be asking him. I don't know.
- 1:39:31Speaker 6: Yeah, Uncle Dave Lho was engaged in trade craft and
- 1:39:36Speaker 6: was being manipulated, a bad combination for him, And yeah,
- 1:39:41Speaker 6: that's kind of what I that's kind of what my
- 1:39:43Speaker 6: working theory is is he kind of left around and
- 1:39:46Speaker 6: found out type of thing. But who knows. I don't
- 1:39:54Speaker 6: know if I'm right, but definitely a weird situation. And
- 1:40:05Speaker 6: as we were trying to come up with the topic,
- 1:40:09Speaker 6: Rob suggested this and I thought it was very interesting
- 1:40:12Speaker 6: because I didn't know anything about it. So I learned
- 1:40:15Speaker 6: something new, and I hope the audience did as well.
- 1:40:19Speaker 6: I mean, as always we kind of throw up our
- 1:40:25Speaker 6: hands and go, we don't know what that's going on
- 1:40:27Speaker 6: with this thing, but.
- 1:40:31Speaker 7: It's just a puzzle piece, Joe. Yeah, eventually we're going
- 1:40:36Speaker 7: to fill in the puzzle, but it's just another puzzle
- 1:40:38Speaker 7: piece for right now that is figure it out. Yeah, Well,
- 1:40:43Speaker 7: we can always now be on the lookout for other
- 1:40:46Speaker 7: things that relate to this.
- 1:40:48Speaker 6: Right exactly, or studies. Yeah, and maybe look into more
- 1:40:54Speaker 6: of you know, James Jackson who was a military guy,
- 1:41:00Speaker 6: and uh, you know, taking off a couple of weeks
- 1:41:05Speaker 6: and a pretty interesting part in time in November or September.
- 1:41:12Speaker 6: I mean, I don't know, I don't know, but maybe
- 1:41:16Speaker 6: worth some follow up in some way.
- 1:41:22Speaker 7: Yep. Maybe we'll get there someday some day, but for now,
- 1:41:27Speaker 7: we're just gonna leave it right there, Joe and say,
- 1:41:30Speaker 7: sounds good. Hey, here you go. M all right, real quick,
- 1:41:38Speaker 7: back to the chat for a second. Uh, what happened
- 1:41:44Speaker 7: out of the blank podcast? Well, he's still releasing shorts,
- 1:41:52Speaker 7: I believe, YouTube shorts, but just being informative, not doing
- 1:41:58Speaker 7: any of the podcasts, if you will. I think he
- 1:42:03Speaker 7: uh burned out on it and it's taking it well
- 1:42:09Speaker 7: deserved break.
- 1:42:11Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:42:11Speaker 7: He was hundred and some episodes in three years, which
- 1:42:17Speaker 7: is like some crazy shit. Yeah, every day, which is insane.
- 1:42:23Speaker 6: Yeah, I believe I saw him release like one or
- 1:42:26Speaker 6: two episodes in the last month or two. But uh, yeah,
- 1:42:30Speaker 6: I mean, hey, I get it. And Robbie is a
- 1:42:34Speaker 6: good guy, not in David a long.
- 1:42:37Speaker 7: Time, good quality time with his lady and his dog
- 1:42:41Speaker 7: and living his best life and we wish probably nothing
- 1:42:44Speaker 7: but the best. Yes, good dude, And he'll probably be
- 1:42:48Speaker 7: back at some point, but you know, he's doing things
- 1:42:51Speaker 7: on his own terms, which is the way things should.
- 1:42:54Speaker 3: Be done exactly.
- 1:42:56Speaker 7: So who.
- 1:43:05Speaker 6: What. I don't believe that.
- 1:43:11Speaker 7: Well, he was starting to talk about aliens and disclosure. Yeah,
- 1:43:18Speaker 7: I don't know. He's fine. Robbie's fine, Robbie will be okay.
- 1:43:24Speaker 7: He ain't scurred nobody. Hey, Joe, you got the damn
- 1:43:29Speaker 7: dog already. I ain't gonna tell you to get her.
- 1:43:31Speaker 6: I had to grab her.
- 1:43:33Speaker 7: And by the way, there she is in sticker form.
- 1:43:45Speaker 6: YEP, in sticker form. And it's you. It's you, it's you.
- 1:43:50Speaker 7: Smell it, m M.
- 1:43:57Speaker 6: You're famous. You have fans all across the world. World Ruby.
- 1:44:01Speaker 6: You don't even know. I have to tell her somehow
- 1:44:06Speaker 6: that I'm leaving for a month.
- 1:44:09Speaker 7: Yeah, good luck record. But he said, come to the Believer.
- 1:44:12Speaker 3: Street and I'll show you what I think of the case.
- 1:44:16Speaker 12: It's never goodbye, see you later. That's if people speaking
- 1:44:22Speaker 12: of goodbyes and seeing you later. We'll see you later.
- 1:44:27Speaker 12: Hopefully we'll have a who reviewed this week.
- 1:44:32Speaker 7: I think we will. Yeah, let's both upright on feet
- 1:44:36Speaker 7: and then we'll see the member's on.
- 1:44:38Speaker 6: The greatest lies are told in the name of the
- 1:44:40Speaker 6: greatest King Ruby quotation. It could be used.
- 1:44:48Speaker 5: And by the way, if you were gifted a membership,
- 1:44:51Speaker 5: to make sure to re up that we have a
- 1:44:58Speaker 5: ball on Wednesdays.
- 1:45:08Speaker 7: Thank you folks, Thank you Brandon for the super chat.
- 1:45:10Speaker 7: We love you. Good night, Peace later, mm hm
