Latest / The Good Girl Rebellion / 005 The Rebellion: What is Your Inner Narrative? Do You Actually Believe It’s Possible for You?
Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: What is your narrative?
- 0:01SPEAKER_00: And do you actually truly, deeply believe that the life you want to live and the dreams and the desires that you want to call in, you're actually worthy of because you will struggle to create a life that your nervous system, your identity, and your inner dialogue don't think is possible for you.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: And if those things don't match up, you will never be able to manifest and create the life that you know you are worthy of and the life that you want to live while you're here on earth.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: Because what if the problem isn't that you don't know what you want, it's that you actually don't think you're worthy of and you don't think you deserve what it is you want?
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: Because some part of you internally doesn't actually believe you're worthy of it, doesn't actually believe that you can have it.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: Because things like that don't happen to people like you.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: But why the fuck not?
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: They happen to everybody else, so why can't they happen to you?
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: Because we spend so much time trying to change our routines, our environment, our relationships, our workout schedule, the food we eat, how we show up every day.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: But do we actually change our inner dialogue?
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: Do we change the way we speak to ourselves?
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: Do we change the stories that we run on repeat over and over and over again?
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: Because until you change those things, your inner world will always reflect your outer world.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: Your inner dialogue will always be shown and transmuted into your everyday life.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: Because most of us are living in a narrative that we didn't consciously write ourselves.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: Most of us are living in a narrative that our conditioning wrote for us.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: And the rebellion is about fucking breaking that conditioning apart and understanding what is yours, what is your voice, how you want to show up, and how you can rewrite your inner narrative to ensure that it actually works in your favour, not against you.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: I think it's so easy to get caught up in, well, I want X, Y, and Z.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: I want all these dreams and desires, but that kind of stuff doesn't happen to people like me.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: And people like me can't achieve things like that.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: And oh, I'm not worthy of having that because this is my life and this is just how my life has to be.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: I think it's so easy to get caught up in our inner narrative and forget that actually we can have everything we want and we can change our life and we can create the life that we desire and the life that we dream about, but if we don't believe we are worthy of it, then we will never get there.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: For example, take me back five years ago, and I was working in the corporate world in a relationship.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: I had a house, and it was very safe and settled and normal.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: It was a very normal existence, and I just knew deep in my soul that something was wrong.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: I knew I needed more, I knew I needed to travel, I knew I needed to potentially leave that relationship, I knew I needed to be somewhere else in the world, and my inner narrative told me that but that doesn't happen to people like me.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: That isn't something that I can achieve, that isn't something that I should have in this life because I have all of this stuff and I have this job and this relationship and this safety that I should value and I should respect.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: But there was this deep burning inside of me that just knew that that wasn't my path, and it knew that I was meant for more.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: Like I was supposed to be somewhere else in the world, I was supposed to be free.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: My whole value throughout my whole life has been freedom, and living that existence didn't value and didn't prioritize my number one value.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: It didn't prioritize freedom because I wasn't free, because I was controlled by the system, I was in a relationship, I had the house, I had all this stuff that for me personally kept me contained, and I knew that it wasn't how I wanted to live my life.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: So I had to rework my inner narrative.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: I had to tell myself that the life that I want to live is something I'm worthy of.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: I had to tell myself that the dreams and desires that I had about having a more relaxed existence where I could go to the beach and be in nature and have a community of like-minded people around me was worthy, and I was worthy of it, and it was worthwhile.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: And I've got there, like rewind to back where I was.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: I never would have thought that this was possible, but I made steps, small steps over a long period of time that got me to where I am now, and now I'm living in Australia, I'm working a job that I really enjoy.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: I have time off where I can go to the beach, I have a community of like-minded, conscious, connected people around me, and it's just getting better.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: And having that realization over the last kind of few weeks while I've been in Australia and I've really kind of achieved everything that I set out to achieve has made me realize that my inner narrative in telling myself that it was possible and telling myself that I deserved it was one of the main things that got me here because our life isn't a reflection of what we want, our life is a reflection of what we think we deserve.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: And yes, I'm not by any means perfect.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: There are still things that I have to work on, ways that I speak to myself, ways that I show up that I have to change.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: But changing bit by bit and actually understanding that changing my narrative around the life that I could live and the life that I was worthy of, there might be something that you want.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: You might want to live somewhere different.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: You might want to build your own business, you might want to be seen, you might want to create a different kind of life, you might want financial freedom, you might want love, you might want to become the woman that you've always imagined you would be.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: And there's a difference between I want this and I actually believe this is available to me.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: Like, for example, with relationships, I think as women, especially for myself, we are almost afraid to say that we want to be in a relationship.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: We're almost afraid to say that we want to find the person that we want to be with for the rest of our life.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Because what if that person never comes and it's a form of rejection, it's a form of failure, and we're afraid to fail.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: So we're afraid to put ourselves out there and say that's what we want when actually knowing that that's possible for us and knowing that we are going to achieve that and believing that it's actually available for us is what will bridge the gap between not having it and having it.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: Because wanting something and becoming the woman who expects to receive it are two very different things.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: You can want something, but if you're not showing up, for example, right now I'm going through a weight loss period.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: I'm losing weight to try and get myself in the best physical shape that I can.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: And there's a difference between wanting to lose weight and wanting to be in the best shape of my life compared to being the woman who actually is in the best shape of her life.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: So there's sacrifices.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: You have to make sacrifices, you have to become a different version of yourself because the woman you are now is why you're in the place that you're in now.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: And the woman that you have to be is a completely different version of yourself, but she is the version that will get you to where you want to go.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: So, what is it you want to achieve and where is the gap that you need to bridge with how you speak to yourself, how you show up, the routines you have, your inner narrative.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: Because if you want to be beautiful and you want to be radiant and magnificent and glow like a goddess, but you speak to yourself like shit, you're never gonna glow.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: You're never gonna get there because you have to change your inner narrative to reflect how it is you want to actually show up on the outside world.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: Because what story are you living behind?
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: Because we all have an inner narrative.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: We all have an inner voice that tells us what we deserve, who we are, how we show up, what we're capable of, what we're worthy of, what we're allowed to want, what people like us get to experience, whether people like us or not, whether we're authentic, whether we're fitting in, how life works, what we expect will happen to us.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: Our inner narrative rules everything.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: And if you're not in control of your inner narrative, your inner narrative will run your life.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: And I always come back to the Buddha's teaching of the monkey mind because you aren't your mind, you aren't this inner narrative, you're in control of it.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: But so many of us live so unconsciously that we don't actually understand that we are in control of it because we think that that is our inner voice.
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: We don't understand that we are actually the observer, we are actually the thing listening to that inner narrative.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: So if you understand that you can separate the two, I like to see them as mind, body, and soul.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: So I have my body, I have my mind, which is my inner narrative, and I have my soul, which is the listener, the observer, me, who I truly am at my core.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: And when you understand that your inner narrative is your mind, it's that monkey mind that races with do they like me?
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: Should I do this?
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: Can I do that?
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: Is this achievable?
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: All these kind of racing thoughts, and then you have your soul, which is the observer, which is the calm, gentle, conscious voice in your mind that maybe says, do this, do that.
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: It's like a gentle nudge.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: And when you understand that your soul, your consciousness, you can be in control of your mind, you can start to break it down and you can start to actually witness your thoughts and witness your inner narrative and stop allowing it to become the whole story.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: For example, when something goes wrong, you could have your inner narrative going, oh my god, everything falls apart, nothing ever works out for me, everything's awful, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: And your consciousness, your soul could rework it and say, No, things fall apart because things are gonna fall back together even better.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: If something hasn't worked out, it means that something better is in store for me.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: Because I didn't get what I want, it means something better is coming.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: And when you can then change your inner narrative, you can bring conscious awareness to it, you can catch it in the moment, you can stop spiraling in this negative internal loop, and you can rework it in a way that's actually positive and going to get you the outcome you want.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: You can change the way you show up, you can change the way you speak to yourself, you can change the way you believe your life is going to work out.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: For example, I am just one of these people that I believe that everything will work out.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: I will get what I want.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: Every single thing I desire, I will get.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: And if I don't get it, it's because something better is coming.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: And when you can live like that, you actually understand that everything is an experience, nothing belongs to you, nothing is a waste of time, because every single experience is going to get you somewhere in the long run.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: And you're gonna get everything you want as long as you don't give up.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: Because the only reason you can fail is if you decide to stop trying.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: The only reason you don't get what you want is because you decide that you don't want it anymore, and you maybe shift to wanting something else.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: If you want it and you truly set your mind to it and you truly believe that your inner narrative and everything in your life reflects that you are worthy of it, you are always going to get it.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: Because not only does your inner narrative run your internal world, it actually reflects out into what you experience in your everyday life through confirmation bias.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: If you believe that you are always unlucky, you will only notice the things that prove to yourself that you are always unlucky.
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: If you think nobody ever chooses me, you will only ever notice the rejection in your life.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: If you think you are terrible with money, every financial mistake becomes proof that you are shit with money.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: But if your story is everything works out for me, you will see that whenever something falls apart, you will notice the thing that happens that never would have happened if that thing hadn't fallen apart.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: If you think I'm beautiful, you will notice when you think you're beautiful or when somebody gives you a compliment, you won't reject it, you will accept it and know that you're worthy of that compliment.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: If you think that you are somebody who respects themselves and looks after their body, you will do more things and notice when you actually prioritize your body and your wellness and your routines.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: What you believe isn't just an internal state, it is a reflection in your outside life.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: So when you can rework your inner narrative to work in your favor, everything in your life will reflect that.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: And it will be so powerful in helping you transform and helping you achieve the life you want to live.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: Because if you believe that everything works out for you, then everything will work out for you.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Doesn't matter how it comes about, everything will work out exactly as it's supposed to, because you believe that that is possible and you believe that that is how it's going to go.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: So the really juicy question is yes, your inner narrative is a reflection of your life.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: So do you actually think that the life you want to live is possible for you?
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: Do you actually believe that you will get what you want?
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: Do you actually believe that you can achieve what it is you desire?
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: Like me, I want to be a podcaster.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: And I would say, not until the last kind of few weeks have I actually believed that this is possible and this is my path and this is my purpose.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: I have wanted to have a podcast for as long as I can remember.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: And I just told myself that it wasn't what somebody like I did because I didn't have the setup and I didn't have the place to do it, and I didn't have the aesthetics, and I just wasn't worthy of it.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: So I didn't do it.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: I put it off for so long, or I would do it and I would record, but I would do it in a rushed and stressed state of mind.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: And I have recently with the Rebellion series, I really made an effort to prioritize the episodes, plan the episodes, decide what I wanted to talk about, get myself in a regulated state of mind before I start recording, understand and say a prayer at the start of every episode to know that whoever needs to hear this message will hear this message, and show up as my true authentic self and not give a fuck what anybody thinks and not care that I'm not in a professional studio and I don't have a proper, amazing setup.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: I am sat on my bedroom floor with my phone on a tripod and my little microphone, and I love it because this is me.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: This is my authentic chaos, showing up as my true self.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: And I know that the people who need to come into my orbit and the people who need to receive the messages that I am going to share will hear it.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: You listening or watching, you are here because you need to hear this message.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: And I just truly trust and believe that whoever needs to hear my message will hear it, and whoever needs to receive my healing will receive it.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: And whoever needs to come on this rebellion journey with me will come on this rebellion journey with me.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: But I didn't believe it was possible up until now, and my views and my watches reflected that.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: Whereas now that I believe it's possible, everything is growing.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: So once you actually believe you are worthy of it, things will start to happen.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: I didn't believe that I could live in Australia until the moment I decided I was worthy of it.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: So I came and here I am, and I've built a whole new life in another country.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: I was walking home from yoga last night, and it was just getting dark, it was like sunset, it was walking down this beautiful street with these beautiful houses and all these beautiful trees, and there was bats flying, and it was just a reminder that I've done this, I have achieved everything I wanted to achieve, and I'm so fucking happy.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: And if I didn't believe that it was worthy, I was worthy of it, I wouldn't be here.
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: So do you actually believe you're worthy of the life you want to live?
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: Because what you believe you are worthy of and what you believe you deserve is what you have.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: If you don't think you deserve it, you will never achieve it.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: No matter how much you want it.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: If you don't believe and know that you are worthy of it, you won't ever get it.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: And then what if I told you you could have it, but you had to stop identifying with the woman who doesn't have what you know you are worthy of, who doesn't deserve it.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: Because sometimes we don't unconsciously believe we're unworthy.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: Because sometimes it shows up as I'll be happy when, I'll do this once I lose weight, I will go on holiday once I make more money, I will be happy when someone finally chooses me and I'm in a relationship.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: There's all these stories and all these narratives that we tell ourselves, and like we discussed, there are so many things that we stop ourselves doing, we don't allow the pleasure and the play and the bliss in our life to come in until we have achieved X, Y, and Z.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: Why do we put these boundaries in place for ourselves?
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: Why do we say that we can't actually enjoy our life until we're at the weight that we want to be at?
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Why can't we go on holiday until we've saved X amount?
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: Why can't we do the things we want to do because we haven't got to the place where we feel like we need to be in order to be worthy of them, in order to actually be worth it?
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: Why do we think that we can't be who we are supposed to be because we don't believe we are the version of ourself that we need to be to receive it when actually, in order to be the person that we want to be, we just have to become the woman that we are supposed to be?
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: It's not an external thing.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter how you show up, it doesn't matter how you look, it doesn't matter how you are in the world, it's your internal state.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: Why do we think that we can't have what we want until we are a certain type or version of ourselves externally?
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: It's all about the internal world.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: You can have what you want as long as you believe that you can have it.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: As long as you just wake up one day and decide this is who I am, this is what I'm gonna get, and this is the woman that I am going to embody, everything else in your physical will start to reflect that.
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: For example, like me, I told myself that oh, I wasn't gonna date or I wasn't gonna entertain like speeding to any men or being in this kind of orbit until I got myself in a more confident position and until I'd got to my goal weight.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: When why?
- 17:55SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: Why do I why do we put these barriers in place for ourselves?
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: Because why do we allow all of these external things in our physical world to say that we can have that when X, Y, and Z fall into place?
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: We can have the thing when we think we're actually truly deserving of it from our external reflection.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: Because the problem is, is we're constantly placing our worth on the other side of the manifestation.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: We are saying, once I get that, then I'll be worthy.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: Once I achieve that thing, then I'll be worthy.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: Once I get the relationship, then I'll be worthy of love.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: Once I make the money, then I'll be worthy of financial freedom.
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: Once I get the job, then I'll be worthy of the promotion.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: It's like you have to become worthy now, and then that thing will fall into place at the end.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: You have to become the woman who's worthy of a relationship, and then you will find the relationship.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: You have to become the financially free version of yourself, and then the money will come.
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: You have to become the best version of yourself, and then everything else will come in reflection because this is where your inner narrative takes control.
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: And the rebellious act is to understand that I don't have to become worthy of my dream.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: I have to stop rehearsing the story that says I'm not.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: I have to change my inner narrative that tells me that I'm not worthy of the life I desire, of what I actually truly want.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: Because how you speak to yourself matters, how you speak to yourself every day, in your mind, behind closed doors, when you're with people, how you think and feel about yourself will be a direct reflection of your life.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: And if you don't believe you are worthy of the life you want to live, you will never get it.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: So, what is your internal narrative?
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: What is it you're telling yourself on repeat?
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: What is it you are telling yourself that you're not worthy of having?
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: Because, like I said, we don't always act in accordance with what we want.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: We act in accordance with what we believe is possible, safe, familiar, and available to us.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: What we have in our life is a direct reflection of what we feel we deserve, what we feel is safe enough for us to receive, what our nervous system says is safe for us to receive.
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: In order to grow, it's uncomfortable.
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: You're going to have to step outside your comfort zone.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: You're going to have to break your internal loops, your internal patterns, and break this internal narrative that tells you that you're not worthy of the life you desire.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: Because you are worthy of the life you desire, you just have to catch yourself in the moment and know that it is what you deserve.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: Because if you want to start a business but you don't believe you're a businesswoman, you will never start the business.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: You will just procrastinate, you won't post, you'll undercharge, you'll never pitch, you will abandon things when they aren't immediately successful.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: You won't ask for opportunities, you won't understand how you could make it work for yourself because you don't actually believe that that is who you are.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: And then eventually you have enough evidence that says, see, I'm not capable of doing this, I was never capable of doing this.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: And then you give up, and your inner narrative tells you that you were never worthy of it and you weren't a businesswoman, and you tried, but it didn't work.
- 20:53SPEAKER_00: So what was the point?
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: And this is where you need to rework it because your belief created your behavior, which then created the evidence to show you that you actually were not worthy of what you wanted.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: It's like me with the podcast.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: I've told myself for ages that I'm a meditation teacher and I'm a yoga teacher and I'm a coach and I'm X, Y, and Z and I'm a healer.
- 21:12SPEAKER_00: And yes, I am all those things, but I never identified myself as a podcaster.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: And now I'm like, no, I'm a podcaster, this is what I do.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: I have a podcast, I will help heal people, and I will teach meditation and I will teach yoga and I will do all the things on the side, but my number one priority is I'm a podcaster.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: I am here to share my voice, I am here to share my message, and I know that.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: And knowing that I am and allowing my inner narrative to adjust to identify with that version of myself and stop hiding myself behind a coach or a teacher or something else has allowed me to step into the person who shows up every week to record, who plans my episodes, who makes sure that I have a clear structure and I know the message I'm gonna get across in every podcast.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: And until you and Body.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: The version of you you want to be, you will always find the evidence to talk yourself out of becoming that person.
- 22:07SPEAKER_00: If you want to lose weight but you don't believe you're somebody who respects themselves enough to show up for themselves to lose weight, you will never lose weight.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: If you want to start a business but you don't believe you're a businesswoman, as we just said, you will never start a business.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: If you want to travel the world but you don't believe it's possible for you, you will never travel the world.
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: What you believe is what you will manifest in your life.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: And then underneath all of this is the law of resonance.
- 22:34SPEAKER_00: So the law of resonance is all about your energetic field.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: It's all about being a vibrational match with the life you actually want to live.
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: Because we tend to resonate with and move towards the experiences, the things, the places, the people that we are an energetic and vibrational match for.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: If you are vibrating at a certain frequency, you will attract the people who are also vibrating at that frequency.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: So if you are vibrating at a high frequency, you will attract the other people in your life and the places and the experiences and the things that are also at a high vibration.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: If you're at a low vibration, you're stuck in procrastination, guilt, shame, fear, sadness.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: You will attract all of those experiences into your life that match that energetic frequency.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: Everything is energy.
- 23:17SPEAKER_00: Whether you believe it or not, everything is energy.
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: So what you want and how you vibrate and how you show up in the world is what you're going to pull into your energetic field.
- 23:25SPEAKER_00: There's this theory which I really, really love and I really, really resonate with, is that everybody is living in the same physical realm.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: However, we're all living in different energetic fields.
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: Because I will not recognize somebody who is vibrating at a different energetic field than I am, and they won't recognize me.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: It's like we're all living in the same planet and we're walking on the same path, but if we don't match, if we're not the same energetic frequencies, our paths will never cross because it's almost like we exist in the same orbit, but we don't.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: It's like our worlds are crossed over each other.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: Yes, we might be in the same physical 3D world, but when it comes to the 4D and the 5D, we don't exist together because we can't speak the same language because we don't have the same energetic field and the same vibration.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: The broader your consciousness, the higher your vibration, the higher your frequency, the more you will be able to bring into your world.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: I read this book and it's called Happy Pocket Full of Money, and there was this theory that your consciousness is as big or as small as you want it to be.
- 24:29SPEAKER_00: And the bigger your consciousness gets, the more it grows, the more you feel, the more you experience, the more you interact with life.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: And the smaller your consciousness, the smaller your experience will be, the smaller, the more sheltered, the more blinkered your vision will be.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: And when you understand that the higher your vibration can be, the more you will experience the more joy, love, bliss, and good things will come into your life.
- 24:53SPEAKER_00: If you believe you are worthy of the life you want to live, you are a vibrational and energetic match for the life you want to live.
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: You will show up in places that will get you to where you need to be.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: Your intuition will guide you in the right direction.
- 25:05SPEAKER_00: You will have this urge to maybe go to this coffee shop or go to this city or go visit this country or speak to this person and you never know what the next step might be.
- 25:14SPEAKER_00: You never know where those things might take you.
- 25:17SPEAKER_00: But if your inner narrative keeps you small and keeps you in fear and doubt and lack and shame, you will never have those experiences open up because your consciousness and your vibration isn't a match for the life you actually want to live.
- 25:29SPEAKER_00: What are you constantly broadcasting with your thoughts?
- 25:32SPEAKER_00: What are you constantly broadcasting with your expectations, your choices, your behavior?
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: Is it an energetic match for actually the life you want to live?
- 25:39SPEAKER_00: Is it going to get you where you want to go?
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: Because if it's not a reflection of where you want to be, you have to sit with that.
- 25:47SPEAKER_00: You have to understand how you can change your inner narrative to be able to get you where you want to go.
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: Because it's a constant loop of belief, perception, behavior, experience, belief, perception, behavior, experience.
- 26:02SPEAKER_00: Everything runs in a circle.
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: And if you believe it's worthy, if you believe you're worthy of it, your perception will change so that you'll be able to receive it.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: You will then change your behavior to know that you actually can bring it into your life and you actually are worthy of it.
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: And then you will experience the thing that you've always wanted to experience, and then your belief will grow and then it will evolve and it will just continue on this spiral, continuously growing and evolving and growing and evolving.
- 26:27SPEAKER_00: Because you have to identify with the woman who has the life that you want to live.
- 26:31SPEAKER_00: It's not good enough to think that it's something in the future and something that you could maybe get to at one point in your life.
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: You have to know that you are, of course, someone who gets to experience this.
- 26:42SPEAKER_00: Of course, I'm someone who follows through.
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: Of course, I'm someone who trusts herself.
- 26:46SPEAKER_00: Of course, I'm someone who takes opportunities.
- 26:48SPEAKER_00: Of course, I'm someone who lets herself be seen.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: Of course, I'm someone who follows her intuition because she knows that that's the inner voice talking to her and guiding her to where she needs to go.
- 26:57SPEAKER_00: Of course, I'm someone who can hold more.
- 26:59SPEAKER_00: Of course, I'm somebody who looks after my body.
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: Of course, I'm someone who eats healthy.
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: Of course, I'm someone who respects herself.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: Of course, I'm someone who loves with my whole heart and is worthy of the love that I can give in return.
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: Of course, you are somebody who deserves to live the life you want to live, because that is the identity work, that is the work, the inner narrative that is going to get you to where you want to go.
- 27:20SPEAKER_00: So your rebellious act for this episode for the rebellion series is the rewrites.
- 27:25SPEAKER_00: You are going to understand where it is you are showing up with your inner dialogue and how it is sabotaging yourself and how you could rewrite it and how you can change it to actually work in your favor.
- 27:38SPEAKER_00: So step one is you're going to catch the narrator.
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: You are going to, for one week, just listen.
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: Understand where it is you say, I'm so bad at.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: And write them all down.
- 27:58SPEAKER_00: I want you to observe yourself as if you are the soul observing the mind.
- 28:04SPEAKER_00: Understand where it shows up and sabotages you, understand where this internal narrative is negative.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: Where is it telling you that you're not worthy of the life you want to live?
- 28:13SPEAKER_00: And then ask yourself, is this actually true?
- 28:16SPEAKER_00: Maybe you have the belief that you want to be a podcaster, but you don't think it's possible for you.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 28:21SPEAKER_00: Is that actually true?
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: Is it true that you can't be a podcaster or is it a condition to believe?
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: Have you been conditioned in your life to think that stepping outside of the norm and stepping outside of a nine to five and stepping outside of the normal life and the normal jobs that everybody else in your life has isn't something that's doable for you because nobody in your life actually does it.
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: Nobody in your everyday life is doing it.
- 28:43SPEAKER_00: That was me.
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: That was me.
- 28:45SPEAKER_00: I had nobody in my life who is a nomad or working for themselves or putting themselves out there in a way like being a podcaster or a coach or being seen online and helping others.
- 28:58SPEAKER_00: I had to look to other podcasters, other coaches, other people online to know that actually it is possible and it is something I'm worthy of and it is something that I can achieve.
- 29:08SPEAKER_00: I just have to rework my inner narrative to know that it is something that I am worthy of.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: So ask yourself, where did you learn that belief?
- 29:16SPEAKER_00: Where did you learn that inner narrative?
- 29:17SPEAKER_00: Who taught it to you?
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: When did that become your identity?
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: And what evidence actually supports it?
- 29:23SPEAKER_00: What evidence doesn't?
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: Because when you can break it down like that, you can understand how to unpack it and how to rewrite it so that you can find your hidden belief underneath it.
- 29:33SPEAKER_00: If you think I never make enough money, it might actually be I don't actually trust myself enough to hold the money and create the money that I know that I deserve.
- 29:41SPEAKER_00: If you believe that nobody wants me, you could actually think, I don't believe I'm somebody people will actually choose.
- 29:47SPEAKER_00: I don't believe that I am worthy of the love that I want to receive.
- 29:50SPEAKER_00: You have to go underneath the sentence.
- 29:53SPEAKER_00: You have to understand why it is you feel those things.
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: Why it is you don't think you're worthy of love, why it is you don't think you can be successful, why it is you don't think you could do the job you want to do?
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: Why it is you couldn't create the life you want to live, what are the beliefs underneath?
- 30:07SPEAKER_00: And then can you write a new narrative?
- 30:09SPEAKER_00: Can you rewrite them so that they can work in your favour and not against you?
- 30:14SPEAKER_00: I had an affirmation which I will read for you, which got me where I am right now, which is something that I repeated over and over and over again before I came to Australia to help me step outside of the box that was safe and that was known and helped me step into the unknown.
- 30:33SPEAKER_00: It was it is safe for me to thrive in the unknown, it is safe for me to grow past anyone's wildest expectations because I defy all odds and I prove possible what people once believed impossible.
- 30:46SPEAKER_00: And that affirmation helped me create the life that people didn't think was possible, people didn't think I could achieve, people didn't think that I was actually going to be able to build the life I want to live in Australia.
- 31:01SPEAKER_00: And that affirmation helped me create a life that people thought was impossible.
- 31:05SPEAKER_00: And I'm not done yet.
- 31:07SPEAKER_00: I'm still working on it, I'm still building the life that I want to live.
- 31:10SPEAKER_00: But that affirmation really helps me to embody the energy of knowing that I can achieve what no one else has achieved because I'm here to prove that it's possible and I'm here to prove to you that it's possible.
- 31:22SPEAKER_00: This is the whole point of the rebellion.
- 31:24SPEAKER_00: I am here one step ahead of you to show you that it's possible, to show you that if you believe in yourself, you trust your intuition, you take the steps to make sure you have pleasure and play and joy in your life, you listen to your inner narrative, you understand where your inner narrative is self-sabotaging you, so you can change it and you can involve it to work in your favor, you can change your life.
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: I am proof and I am here to help show you that you can change your life if you believe you're worthy of it.
- 31:51SPEAKER_00: But you have to believe you're worthy of it.
- 31:53SPEAKER_00: You have to understand that your inner narrative, your vibration, your frequency has to match what it is you want to live.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: And when you can align all of those things, and when you can do these rebellious acts, when you can allow yourself to embody the woman you know you are put here to be, you will get there.
- 32:09SPEAKER_00: You will achieve everything you want to achieve.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: Because if you truly believe it's possible, no one can stand in your way, no one can stop you.
- 32:16SPEAKER_00: You are truly unstoppable.
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: Like I said last week, the woman who understands that no one is coming to save her is the woman who will do everything in her power to ensure she gives herself the life that she wants.
- 32:29SPEAKER_00: And this is the thing about the women.
- 32:31SPEAKER_00: We know that we can give ourselves everything we want.
- 32:34SPEAKER_00: We have the power, the freedom, the creative force, the allowance to give ourselves the life we want to live.
- 32:42SPEAKER_00: So use this power, use your advantage, use your creative life force, energy, your power, your pleasure, your play, your joy, use your inner narrative to your advantage and allow it to change your life.
- 32:53SPEAKER_00: Because I am here to prove to you that it is possible.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: I am here to show you that you can defy all odds and you can prove possible what people once believed impossible.
- 33:02SPEAKER_00: Because you don't think your way into a new identity, you behave your way into one.
- 33:07SPEAKER_00: You don't decide in that moment and write it down in your journal and close your journal and just become that woman.
- 33:13SPEAKER_00: You have to act with these small pieces, bit by bit by bit, day after day, week after week, month after month.
- 33:21SPEAKER_00: And then one day you look back and realize that actually you are the woman that you needed when you were younger.
- 33:26SPEAKER_00: You are the woman that you always dreamt about becoming.
- 33:29SPEAKER_00: You have achieved everything you wanted.
- 33:31SPEAKER_00: And taking those small steps is one of the most incredible things because the reflection when you look back is that you know that you put yourself out there and you became the version of yourself that you know you're put on this earth to be, and what an incredible thing that is to become the woman who you know you're worthy of being.
- 33:51SPEAKER_00: Because you don't have to know exactly how you're going to get to where you want to get to, you don't need proof that it's going to work, you don't need certainty.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: You just need to stop making your current reality the evidence for your future.
- 34:06SPEAKER_00: You have to stop allowing yourself to live in your narrative, in your mind, in your stories that you've told yourself, and allow that to create your future.
- 34:15SPEAKER_00: You have to understand that you are bigger than the stories you are telling yourself.
- 34:19SPEAKER_00: You can achieve more than what you think you can achieve.
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: You are limitless.
- 34:24SPEAKER_00: You can achieve any single thing you want to achieve in this life as long as you believe you're worthy of it.
- 34:28SPEAKER_00: So I hope this episode helps you to understand that your narrative is what reflects in your everyday life.
- 34:34SPEAKER_00: Your narrative is what writes your story.
- 34:36SPEAKER_00: And with this episode, I hope you can help rewrite your story to create a narrative that actually reflects the life you want to live.
- 34:42SPEAKER_00: So your energetic field, your frequency, your inner narrative, everything can align and you can start to get closer to the life you know you are put on this earth to live and embody the woman you know you are put here to be.
