One Vote! The Musical” is a powerful new stage show revealing how a single ballot in 1802 saved Ohio from becoming a slave state—and how that vote sparked early Black voting rights in America. Inspired by David McCullough and the Northwest Ordinance, this original musical brings to life Kit Putnam, the first Black voter in the Northwest Territory, through actors Nolan Miller and Joniaya Wiggins.
