- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Over the past few years, we've been talking
- 0:07Speaker 1: about Jess Staley and his so-called consensual encounter with one
- 0:11Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein's assistants. And while we don't know the
- 0:14Speaker 1: name of that assistant, when you start putting two and
- 0:18Speaker 1: two together, it certainly sounds like it's Sarah Kellen Vickers. Now,
- 0:22Speaker 1: is it Sarah Kellen Vickers? I don't know. I want
- 0:24Speaker 1: to be very clear about that. But when you start
- 0:27Speaker 1: putting the pieces together, and you hear Jess Daly's story,
- 0:31Speaker 1: that's what it sounds like to me. Especially considering he
- 0:35Speaker 1: says he went to her townhouse. Who else had a townhouse?
- 0:38Speaker 1: I mean, maybe it was Nadia, but I'm thinking all
- 0:41Speaker 1: the signs point to Sarah Kellen Vickers. And if that's
- 0:46Speaker 1: the case, didn't Sarah say that she's a victim? So
- 0:49Speaker 1: wouldn't that mean that Jess Daly had relations with a
- 0:53Speaker 1: trafficking victim? And it also makes me wonder if this woman...
- 0:59Speaker 1: is the Snow White that we heard about in those emails.
- 1:02Speaker 1: So today, we have an article from the New York Post,
- 1:05Speaker 1: and then later on, obviously, we're going to dive in
- 1:08Speaker 1: to the transcripts from that deposition. But first things first,
- 1:13Speaker 1: this article was published by the New York Post and
- 1:15Speaker 1: the headline, Ex-Barclays Chief Jess Daly Details His Intimate Encounter
- 1:20Speaker 1: With Jeffrey Epstein's Assistant to House Investigators. This article was
- 1:25Speaker 1: authored by Victor Nava. Former Barclays CEO Jess Daly described
- 1:31Speaker 1: one sexual encounter he claims he had with an assistant
- 1:34Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein as consensual in an interview with congressional
- 1:39Speaker 1: investigators last month. And this is going to be bad
- 1:42Speaker 1: for him. Now, I don't know if he's going to
- 1:45Speaker 1: be investigated as far as criminally, but this is not good.
- 1:50Speaker 1: And if I was a betting man, I would say
- 1:52Speaker 1: that there's probably some lawsuits coming his way. She was
- 1:57Speaker 1: an assistant to Jeffrey Epstein. And I met her at
- 2:00Speaker 1: his townhouse, Staley told the House Oversight Committee, according to
- 2:04Speaker 1: a transcript released on Wednesday. We met and began to
- 2:08Speaker 1: have a dialogue and it turned flirtatious. And we met
- 2:11Speaker 1: and had one intimate encounter, the ex-Barclays chief acknowledged. I
- 2:15Speaker 1: don't believe that. Only one encounter? Sure, buddy. How many
- 2:20Speaker 1: other encounters did you have while you were hanging out
- 2:23Speaker 1: with your buddy Epstein? That's the real question. And of course,
- 2:27Speaker 1: we're not going to get any answers to that. Staley
- 2:31Speaker 1: was brought in by the House panel after the Justice
- 2:34Speaker 1: Department Epstein file showed that Staley exchanged some 1,200 communications
- 2:39Speaker 1: with Epstein between 2008 and 2012. There's no denying how
- 2:44Speaker 1: close these two dudes were. We're talking almost best friends.
- 2:50Speaker 1: And there wasn't a financial move that was made by
- 2:53Speaker 1: Epstein during this period that Jeff Staley wasn't involved in
- 2:58Speaker 1: when it comes to J.P. Morgan. just about everything Epstein
- 3:02Speaker 1: was up to, J.P. Morgan had a hand in. And
- 3:06Speaker 1: of course, his guy at J.P. Morgan was Jess Staley.
- 3:13Speaker 1: And Jess Staley, he certainly utilized the quote-unquote perks from
- 3:18Speaker 1: his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, didn't he? Using Epstein's house,
- 3:23Speaker 1: and according to him, his assistants. At the time Staley
- 3:27Speaker 1: was head of J.P. Morgan's private bank, And Epstein was
- 3:31Speaker 1: one of his clients. Staley was adamant that the sexual
- 3:34Speaker 1: encounter with the woman, whose name is redacted in the transcript,
- 3:38Speaker 1: was consensual and not set up by Epstein. Oh no,
- 3:41Speaker 1: not at all. I'm sure Epstein didn't tell, insert woman here,
- 3:45Speaker 1: you better make sure that you take care of my
- 3:47Speaker 1: boy Jess. Do we really think that didn't happen? Do
- 3:52Speaker 1: we think that, you know, Glenn Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein
- 3:55Speaker 1: weren't telling these girls that in private? Oh, they most
- 3:58Speaker 1: certainly were. They most certainly were. And this is exactly
- 4:02Speaker 1: how Jeffrey Epstein would ingratiate himself to people like Jess Daly.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Now he has something on Jess Daly. Because what, you
- 4:09Speaker 1: don't think? Whoever the girl was told Jeffrey Epstein what
- 4:12Speaker 1: was happening? She did. And Jeffrey Epstein, you better believe
- 4:18Speaker 1: he booked that shit, put it in a dossier, and
- 4:20Speaker 1: hid it away for later. The banker claims that the woman,
- 4:26Speaker 1: who he said was in her 20s or 30s, invited
- 4:29Speaker 1: him up to her Upper East Side apartment in New
- 4:32Speaker 1: York one morning in 2009 or 2010. Now, mind you,
- 4:36Speaker 1: Epstein was already convicted, right? So you have Jess Staley
- 4:41Speaker 1: going over to a convicted sex offender's house, meeting a
- 4:45Speaker 1: woman or girl, whatever you want to call it, and
- 4:48Speaker 1: then going over to her house for an encounter. How
- 4:51Speaker 1: about a little bit of discernment? How about a little
- 4:54Speaker 1: bit of better judgment? How about A trip to the FBI.
- 5:01Speaker 1: I think we talked. I believe we were sitting on
- 5:03Speaker 1: our couch together while we talked, and one thing led
- 5:06Speaker 1: to another, and we had an intimate engagement, Staley testified. Hey, look,
- 5:10Speaker 1: I don't care who does what. As long as everybody's consenting,
- 5:13Speaker 1: have at it. You want to be the biggest freak
- 5:17Speaker 1: amongst the most freaks? I don't care. Doesn't affect my life.
- 5:22Speaker 1: The beef here isn't that Jess Staley was out looking
- 5:24Speaker 1: for some trim. The beef here is that Jess Staley
- 5:28Speaker 1: had relations with the girl who was being trafficked. That's
- 5:30Speaker 1: the problem. My recollection is, she invited me into her bedroom.
- 5:36Speaker 1: He said when pressed about how he knew that the
- 5:39Speaker 1: encounter was consensual. Oh, did you sign a consent form?
- 5:43Speaker 1: Did she? Isn't that the way things go these days?
- 5:46Speaker 1: Staley claimed that the woman invited him over months after
- 5:49Speaker 1: they first met at Epstein's residence, and that they crossed
- 5:53Speaker 1: paths up to a dozen times before and after, but
- 5:55Speaker 1: only had the one sexual encounter. which he said he
- 5:58Speaker 1: never told Epstein about, you can rest assured she did.
- 6:04Speaker 1: If you think that this woman, whoever it was, didn't
- 6:07Speaker 1: go back and tell Jeffrey Epstein, you have not been
- 6:09Speaker 1: paying attention. That was part of the hustle. That was
- 6:14Speaker 1: part of the deal. And when these women would be
- 6:17Speaker 1: coerced and, you know, brought into Jeffrey Epstein's machine, they knew.
- 6:23Speaker 1: And believe me, it wasn't every single woman. He had
- 6:27Speaker 1: specified people to do specified things. And when he was
- 6:30Speaker 1: looking to really entrap somebody, really get somebody locked in.
- 6:34Speaker 1: And that's exactly what he did when it comes to
- 6:37Speaker 1: people like Jess Daly. Because once Jess Daly had relations
- 6:40Speaker 1: with insert woman here. Well, now Epstein has that over
- 6:44Speaker 1: his head, right? Even if he says he didn't tell Epstein.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Do you really think that Jeffrey Epstein didn't know? The
- 6:51Speaker 1: ex-Barclays chief said he was not aware if Epstein had
- 6:54Speaker 1: ever instructed women to have sex with his associates. Oh no,
- 6:58Speaker 1: not at all. You guys never talked about that. You
- 7:00Speaker 1: guys never talked about Beauty and the Beast, or Snow White,
- 7:03Speaker 1: or any of the other stuff. Jess Staley, you're a liar, okay?
- 7:08Speaker 1: Is that clear enough? Is that straightforward enough? You're a liar,
- 7:12Speaker 1: and I don't believe anything you're saying. When informed by
- 7:15Speaker 1: an investigator that the woman had sued Mr. Epstein for
- 7:18Speaker 1: sexual abuse and settled with his estate, Staley indicated that
- 7:22Speaker 1: he had no knowledge of Epstein, having ever abused his assistants. Wow. Really?
- 7:28Speaker 1: The smartest man in the room, huh? Jeff Staley, who's
- 7:31Speaker 1: been around Jeffrey Epstein his whole life, basically. Whole professional life.
- 7:35Speaker 1: But he had no idea that that's what was going on.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Does anyone believe that? And how the fuck does Congress
- 7:42Speaker 1: accept it? Imagine sitting there in that room as a
- 7:46Speaker 1: congressman or woman and not smacking the hammer down on
- 7:50Speaker 1: this dude. I would have held him in contempt 17
- 7:54Speaker 1: ways to Sunday. And I would have referred him to
- 7:57Speaker 1: the Justice Department the second he walked out of that room.
- 8:02Speaker 1: The House panel also grilled Staley about whether he had
- 8:05Speaker 1: ever seen a woman dressed as Snow White at Epstein's
- 8:08Speaker 1: residence or had sex with a woman in the Disney
- 8:11Speaker 1: character costume. Staley insisted that he did not recall ever
- 8:15Speaker 1: seeing a woman in a Snow White costume before. at
- 8:18Speaker 1: Epstein's place and was adamant that he did not have
- 8:20Speaker 1: sex with a woman in such an outfit. So what
- 8:23Speaker 1: about the email? What does that even mean then? I
- 8:28Speaker 1: know you and your boy weren't sitting around having Disney
- 8:31Speaker 1: night on the island. Well, unless it has to do
- 8:34Speaker 1: with you know what. But besides that, stop it. The
- 8:40Speaker 1: files released by the DOJ show that Staley wrote to
- 8:43Speaker 1: Epstein on July 9th, 2010. Maybe they're tracking you. That
- 8:46Speaker 1: was fun. Say hi to Snow White. So can we
- 8:50Speaker 1: have an explanation for that, please? I'm guessing he doesn't
- 8:54Speaker 1: have a quality explanation, but let's see what he has
- 8:58Speaker 1: to say. What character would you like next? Asked Epstein
- 9:03Speaker 1: in response to the following day. Beauty and the Beast,
- 9:06Speaker 1: Daly said. Imagine being this depraved. Yeah, let's, you know,
- 9:11Speaker 1: molest girls. Let's abuse women. But first, why don't we
- 9:15Speaker 1: dress them like Disney characters? Fucking depraved. And anybody getting
- 9:21Speaker 1: down with this sort of shit is just a sick degenerate.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Now again, don't get it confused. I don't mean consensually.
- 9:29Speaker 1: If you want to dress like Snow White, and you
- 9:31Speaker 1: want your dude to dress like the Seven Dwarves, one
- 9:34Speaker 1: of the Seven Dwarves, or all of them, I don't care. Hell,
- 9:37Speaker 1: if you want to have Seven Dwarves come over, and
- 9:39Speaker 1: you guys all get it on, I don't care. As
- 9:42Speaker 1: long as you guys all consent. To which Epstein replied, well,
- 9:47Speaker 1: one side is available. Another unidentified person emailed Epstein on
- 9:51Speaker 1: July 10th, 2010. The Snow White was fucked twice as
- 9:55Speaker 1: soon as she put on her costume. During his appearance
- 9:58Speaker 1: before the committee, the trans shows investigators provided Staley with
- 10:02Speaker 1: a photograph Epstein emailed to her redacted name on July 11,
- 10:07Speaker 1: 2010 of a young woman in a Snow White costume. Oh,
- 10:10Speaker 1: he had no idea what that was though, right? Well,
- 10:13Speaker 1: I don't know. We just talked about that. That never
- 10:16Speaker 1: really happened. Staley said he didn't know the woman in
- 10:20Speaker 1: the costume and maintained that he did not recall ever
- 10:23Speaker 1: seeing that person with Epstein. Look, I don't know how
- 10:27Speaker 1: much clearer I need to be about Jeff Staley. This dude,
- 10:31Speaker 1: he should be indicted. And not only for his stupidity
- 10:35Speaker 1: when it comes to one of Epstein's quote-unquote assistants. What
- 10:39Speaker 1: about all the financial malfeasance that was occurring under his watch?
- 10:43Speaker 1: Does that not matter? Does that not mean anything? Well,
- 10:48Speaker 1: It might not mean anything to the authorities, but it
- 10:50Speaker 1: certainly means something to the population at large. And that's why,
- 10:53Speaker 1: once again, I'm calling on Congress to refer Jess Staley
- 10:58Speaker 1: to the DOJ. Because if Jess Staley isn't worthy of
- 11:01Speaker 1: an indictment here, then who the hell is? All the
- 11:06Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 11:09Speaker 1: the description box.
