Coyote Dog Park Reopens After Tornado | San Antonio News
The Gunn Family Coyote Dog Park at The Rock at La Cantera is reopening this Friday after surviving a devastating EF-1 tornado on July 15th — the storm also hit The Rim and UTSA apartments, but thankfully no one was hurt. Spurs Sports and Entertainment teamed up with county crews to restore the beloved 7.5-acre dog paradise, which sees 50,000 visitors annually and features agility courses, play mounds, dog wash stations, and human lounging spots — all free to use.
